This is an iHeart Podcast.
This is the final battle.
With you at my side, we will demolish the deep state.
We will drive out the globalists.
We will cast out the communists.
We will throw off the sick political class that hates our country.
He cannot articulate the economy the way you just did.
Yeah, but I don't think he's capable.
I know he's capable.
I see results.
God bless you all.
Let's go.
Let's go late.
Lick the world.
Let's get it done.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Well, we're coming to your city.
Going to play our guitars and sing you a contra song.
Sean Hennity.
The new Sean Hannity Show.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold, inspired solutions for America.
Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
All right, news roundup, information overload hour.
Toll-free, our number is 800-941-Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, well, obviously, the trust in our FBI and DOJ is at an all-time low.
Rasmussen survey shows for the first time in the history of the FBI, the American people no longer approve of how the Bureau is doing their job.
I could say, great job, James Comey, and great job, Chris Ray.
All right.
So now I want to bring in Congressman Jim Jordan.
He's heading up the House Judiciary Committee.
His committee specifically investigating whether or not the FBI has been politicized and the DOJ has been weaponized.
Now, we've been hearing rumors, you know, again this week, like we've heard in past weeks, that a pending indictment of Hunter Biden could be forthcoming any day now.
Are you hearing the same thing?
Well, we do.
We do hear the same thing.
Whether it's going to happen, you know, who knows?
I think some people have been hearing this for a couple years now.
So we just don't know.
But what we do know is what you said, Sean.
There's a reason why 60% of the country doesn't have a whole lot of faith in the FBI.
It's because they've earned that untrusting attitude on the part of the people.
They've earned it.
When you go back to 2016, when we've talked about this so many times, but again, I'm looking through the German report.
When the FBI uses the dossier that they never corroborated one substantive fact in there, and they used that as a basis to spy on an American citizen associated with a presidential campaign.
Oh, my goodness.
And it just seemed to have gotten worse since then in so many ways.
So you can understand why they're.
And by the way, it says at the top of a FISA application, I've said it many times, verified, and they didn't verify one single thing.
And before they ever used it in the dossier, and Andrew McCabe acknowledged that without Hillary's bought and paid for dirty Russian disinformation dossier, they never would have gotten the FISA warrant approved.
But before it was ever used, the FBI sent agents over to meet with Christopher Steele and offered him a million-dollar bounty, and he couldn't receive a penny of this.
The Durham report references that.
So not one single substantive fact in that dossier was ever proven.
As a matter of fact, it's now all been debunked, but it was used as the basis for four FISA applications, three of them signed by James Comey.
Now, you tell me, Jim Jordan, you're a congressman, what would happen if Sean Hannity went before any judge in any court and just outright lied to them and said, I verified something that's not even verifiable.
Yeah, no, you'd be in big trouble.
It's even worse, though, Sean.
In the Durham report, there was intelligence that came into our government in the summer of 2016 that said this whole Trump-Russia thing is coming from the Clinton campaign.
That intelligence was credible enough that Brennan briefs the vice president, the president, the attorney general, and the FBI director.
So Obama, Biden, Lynch, and Comey all get briefed.
Then they put that intelligence into a memo.
They call it a referral memo.
They give that memo to Jim Comey.
But guess what Comey does with it?
He doesn't share it with the lawyers.
He doesn't share it with the FISA court.
He didn't even give it to the agents on the case.
And then Durham points out in his report, he says one of those agents, when Durham is interviewing one of those agents, he shows him that referral memo.
And it was just amazing to see because you can just picture this scene.
He said the agent read the memo, becomes visibly upset, gets up and leaves the room, talks to his lawyer, comes back in, and basically says, if you read between the lines, it says, this is BS, that we didn't have access to this information.
This could have changed everything.
So they not only knew the dossier was baloney, they didn't validate anything in the dossier, they had exculpatory evidence that they failed to show to the court, to the lawyers preparing the FISA application, or to even the agents on the case.
That's how bad this was.
And that's why 60% of the country has concerns about the FBI.
And then we go to 2020, and then we have the FBI.
They had Hunter Biden's laptop.
John Solomon said they authenticated it in the spring of 2020.
They had it in 2019.
But yet FBI agents were pre-bunking it.
According to the case in Missouri, the former head of site integrity for Twitter, Yoel Roth, said, yeah, they were telling us that there may be a misinformation campaign to big tech companies, and it may be about Joe or Hunter Biden.
Well, they knew that that laptop was likely going to be leaked because they knew Rudy Giuliani had a copy of that laptop.
So they pre-bunked it.
They sure did.
They said it's going to happen in October.
It'll be a hack and dump operation.
It's going to buy, and it'll be about Hunter Biden.
Now, I mean, it's like, wow, they were like, they could predict the future.
I mean, they could tell what's coming.
I mean, it's like, well, of course they could tell because, as you point out, they had access to the laptop itself, and they knew it was legit.
And yet, they just didn't do it.
They pre-bunked the story, and they let 51 former Intel officials sign a letter with their titles, former head of CIA, former head of ODNI, with their titles, putting out a piece of information that was false because it said that this laptop was a Russian information operation when it wasn't.
Well, you just actually put out a letter regarding this, and you sent it to Tony Blinken, and that your permanent select committee on intelligence conducting oversight into all of this.
What are you asking for Tony Blinken to do considering he's up to his eyeballs and organizing all this?
Well, he prompted it.
He's the one who he initially contacts Mike Morrell.
Mike Morrell then goes and organizes this.
Tony Blinken, the campaign was telling Mike Morrell, here are the news outlets we want you to first give this letter to when you get the 51 people to sign it.
I mean, he was into this thing all the way, and he was the guy who prompted it.
You know, initiated the whole thing.
So that's why we want to talk to him.
We want to know who all was involved.
We want to get documents things that may have happened there.
We're looking for all that information because it was a huge factor in the 2020 race.
And as we said many times before, for once, just stay out of these elections and let the American people decide.
But this is three presidential elections in a row, is it not where the DOJ vis-a-vis the FBI have now put cinder blocks on the scales to help Democratic candidates.
Is that a fair statement?
It's a fair statement, but it's also the midterms in between because 16 they spied on his campaign, 20 they did this, 24 they've now indicted him.
But in between on 2018, it was the Mueller investigation in 2022.
Remember, it was just 91 days before the election in 2022 when they raided President Trump's home.
And oh, by the way, when they're raiding President Trump's home, as we go into that election, they know about Joe Biden has the same thing, has a classified document concerned.
And they don't tell us that, even though they knew about it before the election.
So, yeah, it's every election since 16, 16, 18, 20, 22, now 24 that they've interfered with.
All right.
Let me go to this issue involving Burisma.
One of the deputy FBI officials was before the Senate committee, and Ted Cruz just tore this guy up.
Listen to this.
Last month, a whistleblower brought to light the existence in the FBI of a report in FD 1023 in which the informant alleges that President Biden and his family members engaged in a $5 million bribery scheme during his time as vice president.
Deputy Director Abati, is it true that the FBI has a report making those allegations?
I'm not going to comment on that, Senator.
And why is that?
I'm just not going to comment on information we received, investigations around.
Do you owe an obligation to the American people to be candid about evidence of corruption by the President of the United States?
This is an area that I'm not going to get into with you, Senator.
Well, I understand you don't want to, and that's why people are mad at the FBI, because you're stonewalling and covering up serious allegations of evidence of corruption from the president.
Now, what's interesting is the FBI, they've been doing nothing but stonewalling your colleague, James Comer.
Director Ray never wanted to hand over or even let him see that 1023 form.
Then they send redacted versions because Comer has to threaten contempt for Director Wray.
What is your take on this whole issue?
And, you know, we're reading now that there's a possibility of 17 tapes in total with a Burisma executive.
15 are with Hunter Biden, and two would be with then-Vice President Joe Biden.
Do we know anything about those tapes?
I don't know if they exist or not, but we do know what Senator Grassley told us.
And one thing about Senator Grassley, he doesn't usually make claims that aren't credible and that he doesn't have a basis to believe are actually accurate.
But I just don't know.
I do think what was interesting, though, the response that Mr. Abate gave to Senator Cruz is he didn't give a reason.
He says, I'm just not going to share that.
Well, what's the reason?
Is it because it's classified?
No, it can't be that because we know the document's not classified.
Is it because there's an ongoing investigation?
He didn't say that either.
So what's the reason that the American people can't see some pretty important information, alleged information, alleged wrongdoing by the guy who's now commander-in-chief, President of the United States?
I don't get it.
Remember, they initially told us when this document was raised, when the whistleblower came to Senator Grassland, they initially told Chairman Comer, we can't confirm whether that document exists.
And then they said, well, you know what?
Later on, it does exist, but you can't see it.
Then they said, well, it does exist, but we'll let you see it.
We'll let the ranking member of the committee see it.
And then finally, they said, we'll let all the members of the committee see it.
Look, let the country see it.
If it's not classified, just redact the source's name and let everything else be made available to we, the people.
That's how our system works.
That's called transparency.
That's what a government's supposed to do.
But no, no, no, the FBI doesn't even give Senator Cruz a reason for why they won't talk about this or confirm.
Well, let me play that from yesterday where the FBI deputy director refused to answer the question about the tapes.
Deputy Director Abate, does the FBI have 17 voice recordings laying out evidence of a bribery scheme?
Senator Deidato, I would add also that we've worked with the House Oversight Committee.
Yeah, this is the Senate.
We're the other side of the Capitol.
This is the Senate.
Do you have those 17 recordings?
I'm not going to comment on any investigative matters, Senator.
And the FBI has been stonewalling.
Now, my question is this.
You know, at some point, what levers does Congress have?
You obviously have the powers of the person in the House, and I know the FBI wants their new headquarters to be twice the size of the Pentagon.
I'm hoping that you guys will defund that, and maybe it's time for a total, complete restructuring of the FBI with certain checks and balances in place so they cannot involve themselves any further in presidential politics or elections in this country.
You said it better than I could, Sean.
It's like you're exactly right.
In the end, it's about the money.
And so you got to put restrictions on the money.
You maybe have to tell them you're not going to get as much of the American tax dollar as you've got before.
You're certainly not going to get money for a new headquarters, for goodness sake.
And maybe most importantly, this Congress, we aren't going to reauthorize FISA in the form that it's in.
It has to be changed dramatically, fundamentally.
And maybe even the FBI shouldn't be involved in FISA at all.
I said to someone yesterday, there are.
I can't support FISA considering they never owned what they did.
We allowed top officials in our government to lie to FISA court judges without any consequences at all whatsoever.
I can't support that anymore.
And neither can the American people.
And 278,000 times the FBI illegally searched, queried the database, the FISA database.
So there are 278,000 more reasons than the one you decided for us not to reauthorize it that way.
So, yeah, that to me is maybe the biggest fight we have to prevail on.
We have to win this.
I'm just wondering what the odds are Sean Hannity's name shows up in all this.
It seems to show up all the time in text messages that I don't have access to.
Yeah.
All right.
So what's that?
But Sean, in that vein, remember what they did to President Trump here.
They got access to his lawyer's note.
Whatever happened to attorney-client privilege, you don't break that unless there is a clear, clear problem, a crime, fraud, exception.
But like what they did here is so ridiculous, but it's in that same vein.
If we can go to a court, not tell the court what we're doing, lie to the court to get a FISA to spy on someone, why can't we also break the attorney-client privilege, which is exactly what they did to President Trump?
And on and on it goes.
And again, that's why 60% of the country is fed up with it.
All right, quick break more with House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan on the other side.
Then your calls, 800-941-Sean, as we continue.
All right, we'll continue with the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.
Jim Jordan is with us.
Let's talk about the status.
In many ways, you are working in tandem with the Oversight Committee, your Judiciary Committee, and that's Jim Comer's committee.
What is the status?
Because I think we're getting close.
Look, it took them less than eight months to bring indictments against Donald Trump.
We don't hear word one out of the special prosecutor assigned to Joe Biden and his document-classified scandal issues.
And yet we've had Hunter Biden's laptop since 2019, and now they're going to try and throw the American people a bone and create a false perception that they're fair and balanced by saying, oh, we're going to hit him with a gun charge.
He lied in his gun application, and he owes us back taxes for these three or four years, but ignore everything that involves Burisma and Joe and Hunter and all the other countries they have business with and all what the SARS report tells us and everything about every LLC this family has access to.
No, I know it's once again the double standard that drives Americans crazy.
You got Clinton, you got Biden, you got President Trump, and they're all been, you know, there's all been concerns about how they handle classified documents, but only one of them gets indicted.
Are you kidding me?
So, yeah, the country gets it.
But we knew this was the case.
I think this is so important.
When Merritt Garland picked Jack Smith, when he selected Jack Smith as his special counsel, I said, this thing is so political.
Because Jack Smith, I actually sat in a deposition with Jack Smith.
We deposed him back on May 29th, 2014, because Jack Smith, when he was working at the Justice Department then, was actually looking for ways to prosecute the victims, prosecute the people who were targeted by Lois Lerner and Barack Obama's IRS.
And so when you have a guy who's that focused on getting his political opponents, that focused on going after Tea Party patriots, what he was trying to do, that's the guy Merritt Garland picked to go after President Trump.
So it didn't surprise me that he went as fast as he did, and he came out with a ridiculous 37-count indictment.
That is how political it is, and that's how the dub, such a double standard.
Because like you said, Sean, we haven't heard the first thing from Robert Herr, what he's doing with the Biden special counsel investigation.
All right, Jim Jordan, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, please keep up the good work, and we will follow every detail as it becomes available.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you.
All right, we got a lot of stuff to get to today.
A lot happening in the news that we haven't even gotten to yet.
So there is a California bill, and I don't know if I could even bring Linda into this discussion because she loses.
You know, we have, well, the FBI looking into moms and dads that show up at school board meetings as domestic terrorists.
Let's put it this way.
I think Tiger Mom is probably an understatement when we talk about Linda and school boards.
Is that a fair statement or am I being hypothetical?
I think anything with children, I would be considered a tiger mom.
Okay, you're not going to like this bill.
A radical bill now being debated out in California is now threatening to label parents as child abusers if they decline to affirm their son or daughter's, quote, sexual confusion.
I'm reading it directly from the Fox News opinion piece.
It's called AB 957.
It passed the California State Assembly.
Now requires judges who are overseeing custody disputes with transgender children.
In other words, minors involved to favor the mother or father that supports the child's so-called new gender identity.
And parents that choose to affirm their son or daughter's biological sex, they're considered out of bounds and out of luck.
And at the root of that legislation is a foundational belief that the constructive and compassionate thing to do, according to your government, is that you support whatever the child says and not challenge it, not discuss it, not get counseling, do the things that I guess most parents might want to do because I think a child underage, if it's an adult, it's a different ballgame.
But anyway, it's the belief that the, you know, the thing to do for children in this position when it comes to, quote, gender confusion is to go along with whatever the child is feeling at that moment.
And that is, they're trying to do it by legislation.
I mean, in other words, they're basically saying that parents who don't affirm their trans kids, they won't get custody.
That's how I read that.
And you have a cartoon network's We Baby Bears kids cartoon.
They plan to introduce a school-age kid to gender ideology in the upcoming episode.
That includes non-binary characters who go by they, them pronouns, the cartoon described by for children ages six and up.
How old's Liam?
Seven?
Seven.
You know, they're going to answer.
We no longer watch that network, though.
We're going to watch Polly's new crew during Pride Month.
It's LGBTQ inclusive episode, according to the group GLAD.
You know, look, I don't really care that people have these views.
I really don't.
I knew Caitlin Jenner when Caitlin was Bruce Jenner, right?
I respect Caitlin's wishes.
And to be honest, we're just as friendly as we ever were.
She's an adult.
She made an adult decision.
Okay.
I talked a little bit about it with her.
I didn't want to get into too many details.
I kind of mind my own business.
It's not really my business.
But now we're talking about children.
Now we're talking about government and we're talking about school boards and we're talking about teachers that have a captive audience of our kids feeling that your values as a parent shouldn't matter.
They matter completely.
Their job is to teach reading, writing, math, science, history, computers.
They don't do a very good job at that.
You know, Congressman Banks was pressing the Health and Human Services Secretary, Bessiera, on the evil gender transition policies for children, saying it's indefensible.
But they're now openly saying it should be okay for teachers and schools and cartoon.
Well, I guess you get to choose what cartoons you want to watch, but it is what it is.
But what gives them a right to indoctrinate with your kids?
You know, a parent has a job.
Part of your job as a parent is to instill values in your children, values consistent with your values.
And I'm sure that some people may not like some of my decisions on how to raise my children, but it's none of your damn business.
I'm not going to get involved in how you raise your children.
That's up to you.
You have one California high school teacher now allegedly threatening punishment after students protested a pride video in their math class.
What does this have to do with math?
Especially considering so many kids across the country are failing in the basic competency tests for reading, math, and forget about even all the other subjects.
Virginia parents now want to defund a public library over pornographic children's books at county board meetings.
Anyway, so apparently it's nearly three dozen speakers called for the defunding of this library and a list of 34 pornographic children's books remaining on the shelf.
Why is this such a priority for people?
And you're fine.
I'm fine with you having your views on this.
It's none of my business what your adult views are, but it is my business when it comes to our children.
Students at Massachusetts at a pride event there destroyed decorations chanting USA or my pronouns, the district said.
Liberal school officials lashed out.
But this is, you know, Corine Jean-Pierre claimed to a EWTN.
Remember that sister somebody used to have a show many years ago?
Anyway, it's the Catholic channel.
You know, even a question, a reporter asked about a parents being worried about their daughters and how they could be injured by transgender athletes.
In other words, biological men playing in women's sports.
One California high school teacher threatening punishment after students protested the pride video.
I mean, it just doesn't stop.
Okay, so let's have a real conversation about this.
No, I don't want to have this with you.
I don't think you can handle it.
I think I can.
Because I actually think it's much bigger than what we're even discussing.
So Ethan has an effort that he does that we've talked about from time to time that goes and harkens back to what school's supposed to be.
Math, science, English, right?
So our kids aren't stupid while China and Russia crush us, right?
Because China and Russia aren't sitting around in classrooms talking about their pronouns and their feelings and cutting their genitalia off at ages as young as eight years old.
They're teaching them national pride.
They're teaching them how to be the smartest and the brightest and that you don't get a trophy for participation.
you get a trophy for winning.
And that's why their countries are excelling and our country is not.
Problem is, is that we are too late to the ballgame.
So Republicans like to play ball.
The ball game.
Whatever.
The party, you know, the end of the song, yada, yada.
So they get, they come super late.
Here's the issue.
They're doing this crap to our kids at this young of an age.
But the issue is they got more money than God.
They got the Zuck bucks.
They got the big union money.
They have all of this disgusting curricula that is supported by Weingarten and her ilk, all funded by people like the Bidens who want to have people get naked and streak across the White House lawn.
So the thing that Ethan and I talk about is like, if you look at, you know, my kids are dealing with this now, like this New Zealand, CNN bought the right to be in every single classroom across America.
So they come in and they hear these idiots who pretend to have a real network.
This is CNN.
The days of Ted Turner are long gone.
So you have to get involved.
Parents have to get involved.
And that's why the FBI is shutting it down because the age of, remember when you were a kid and they would say, oh, the only stupid question is the one you don't ask, right?
That was how I was raised anyway.
Now you ask questions and they get pissed off.
Don't ask questions about COVID.
Don't ask questions about trans.
Don't ask questions about trans unless they're the questions that you want to ask because inside your heart, you don't want to be what God made you.
Oh, you think that God is the almighty?
Okay, now you need to go to rehabilitation therapy because clearly you hate trans.
I mean, it's like the circular firing squad.
Listen, if parents want teachers to educate their kids on these issues, I'm also okay with that.
I'm not.
Go hire a tutor.
Do it on your own time.
Why does my taxpayer money have to go on?
I am way more generous than you because I think schools should have after-school activities.
And part of that, if I finish?
Please.
If students want to learn, if parents are uncomfortable in talking about sexuality or any of these questions with their kids, and schools want to offer an opt-in option after school where parents can look at the curriculum and decide if they want Johnny or Susie to go to that class, I don't have a problem with that, just like I wouldn't have a problem if they had after school tutoring for math, science, writing, and reading for kids that need that as well.
And parents could opt into that also.
But the reality is what you can't do is circumvent parental values and fail in your most basic mission, which is to educate our kids.
We are failing our children at a spectacular level.
When you have all these public schools in Baltimore, not a single kid is proficient in reading or math, you failed them.
But maybe they get A pluses in gender identity curriculum or whatever.
I'm sorry.
That is overstepping the bounds of what their role is.
But here's what I mean.
They are not.
We are called parents for a reason.
Right, but here's the issue.
You're going to give them an inch.
You're giving them an olive branch.
Okay, you can't do it during nine to three, but from four to five, you can have an after-school program funded by taxpayer dollars.
Do you think that same option?
That same courtesy, whatever.
Do you think that?
Yes, it should be afforded religious.
It won't be.
Let me tell you the truth because it's see, Sean, you're not in it.
I'm in it.
I'm in it every day.
These kids, I'm telling you right now, they cannot get approval for a Republican club.
Conservative Christians, Christians who want to help others.
Okay, if they're not open to any and all groups having equal access, then the answer is no.
Right, but see, but that's not what happens.
What happens is you see across America, wait, wait, wait.
Nobody's offering the after school.
Wait a minute.
But I also gave one other concession.
What?
And that was, okay, instead of putting biological men that become trans, like Leah Thompson and women's sports and ruining Title IX, Which absolutely did a ton of good for women in sports.
If they really feel that compelled that they need to look out for the trans community, okay, you have men's sports, you have women's sports, and if schools want to fund trans sports, let them fund it.
How many trans women are participating in men's sports?
I am not an expert on this topic.
You are asking the wrong human being.
None.
None that I know of.
No woman that went through puberty as a woman and now identifies as a man and is doing whatever it is to make her think she's a man and they, them, or a him or whatever, is going to start running track, right, against a bunch of dudes.
I wonder why.
Oh, follow the science.
Now the science makes sense.
Caitlin's the one that said it best.
But she's the only one.
No, she's not, actually.
Who else is speaking?
No, she put together an entire pack and there are a lot of people.
There's like 10 people there.
There are a lot of people that have joined with her.
I don't have any, the next time we have her on, I'll ask her.
But she formed a pack for the purpose of protecting women's sports.
She made a great analogy to me.
You know, Caitlin, when Caitlin was Bruce, Bruce was a great golfer.
Caitlin's a great golfer.
She can drive the ball nearly 300 yards.
You know, one of the greatest athletes of all time.
Okay.
She won't play in any competitive events because as she says, I don't want to know what your testosterone levels are at 21 or 18 or 19.
What were they during puberty?
Because that's when it has the impactful effect of growth differential between boys and girls.
Listen, my kid last week wanted to go to school with Spider-Man.
You know who he thought he was?
Spider-Man.
Was he Spider-Man?
No.
He was Liam.
But that's illegal.
Spider-Man costume.
Spider-Man shoots people with webs.
That's right.
He'll web them all up.
And that's who he was that day.
You know why?
Because it was costume day at school.
There were five other kids dressed up as Spider-Man.
But if he came home to me and said, Mama, you know what I'm going to do tonight?
Jump off the roof.
Am I supposed to say, let me identify with your feelings?
Jump off the roof because you feel like you're Spider-Man.
That's a crock.
We are here to protect our kids.
I'm glad you're not going to agree with your child to jump off the roof.
Exactly.
But that's the same thing as saying, you know what?
Let's cut off your wee wee today, sweetheart.
That's what's happening.
You're allowed to have gender affirming surgery as young as seven.
I am telling you that this is where I draw a line, that there is no child, child now, mature enough to make that life altering decision.
Now, if parents have to deal, and there are parents that have to deal with this, okay.
My advice is love your children.
My advice is be there for your children.
Yes.
My advice is get as much help and assistance in every way imaginable for your children.
But in terms of making any physical alterations, if you will, or changes.
They are permanent.
They cannot be turned back.
You have to wait till you're 18, at least.
