Well, I know he's capable.
I see results.
God bless you all.
Let's go.
Let's go late with the world.
It's good.
Fredo is back in style.
Welcome to the revolutionary.
Yeah, we are coming to your center.
Don't play out guitar saying you will count yourself.
Sean Hannity.
The new Sean Hannity show.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold inspired solutions for America.
All right, thanks, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Toll-free, our number is 800-941.
Sean, you want to be a part of the program.
Jim Jordan has a lot to say as it relates to this issue involving uh Barisma and allegations that uh there may be as many as 17 tapes with a Barisma executive.
Uh 15 of those conversations with Hunter Biden and two with then Vice President Joe Biden.
We can't get confirmation on it, but we're trying like hell.
Uh we'll get to that today.
Um Linda's gonna have a blood burst uh blood vessel burst later in the program uh with all the quote trans news with young children that are in the news.
You know, the DeSantis campaign and Elon Musk both rip the Biden White House over these tweets about kids.
These are our kids.
Um, they're not.
They're not your kids.
They're the parents' kids.
You know, Biden goes on a rant about schools removing pornography from libraries, you know, screaming about uh Ron DeSantis is removing pornography.
Uh how about age appropriate materials for kids in a library?
I don't know.
I mean, is why is there this desire to indoctrinate our children?
Why is it at such a high level?
Elon Musk said it well too.
He said, our kids are not fodder for the government.
You know, we entrust our kids to teachers in the hopes that maybe they will educate them and teach them to read and to write and to do math and science and learn some history, maybe even a little American history.
I know it's outdated.
They're not the government's kids.
They're just not.
And uh anyway, the White House denouncing a handful of attendees now at the Pride event that posed topless on the South Lawn.
Why would why why would they be against that?
Either they being discriminatory?
I mean, sounds like it, considering these are their values and this is what they believe in.
Uh it's, you know, it's pretty interesting to watch all this.
Well, there's a to this is like happening everywhere.
There's a bill out in California, AB 957, that actually threatens to label parents as child abusers if they decline to affirm.
And these are underage children were talking about what they call their son or daughters, their words, sexual confusion.
It's already passed the California State Assembly that would require judges overseeing custody disputes where transgender children, meaning underage, are involved to favor the mother or the father that supports the child's so-called new gender identity.
I mean, are you kidding me?
Why like the state of New York?
No fault divorce.
Doesn't matter what anybody does.
It's no fault.
Nobody's at fault.
Okay.
Usually there's somebody at fault, maybe both people at fault.
I don't know who's at fault.
Anyway, parents choose to affirm their son or daughter's biological sex are considered out of bounds and out of luck if this becomes law out there.
You know, and it is, you know, now you have to watch what your six-year-old kids watch.
They have a cartoon on the Cartoon Network, We Baby Bears.
They're now introducing school-age kids to gender ideology in their upcoming episodes, including non-binary characters who go by they them pronouns.
It's a it's a cartoon for six-year-olds.
What's six-year-old needs to know about gender identity?
You know, seriously?
You gotta be kidding me.
You know, it's um it's pretty unreal.
There's a Catholic reporter, EWTN calling trans, you know, the question to Corrine Jean-Pierre.
Uh she called the question of correspondent Owen Jensen dangerous for asking about concerned female athletes and their parents asking if the White House had a message for concerned parents worried about their daughter's safety when competing against biologically stronger males that identify as trans.
Fair question.
Because, you know, again, I'll go to Caitlin Jenner.
Uh, I don't care where your testosterone levels are at 18, 19, 20, what were they at puberty?
Because that's when the big difference is gonna make.
Anyway, if they really want this, I guess that schools can make accommodations and they can have you know, men's sports, women's sports, and transports.
There you go.
Equal playing field.
Now everybody's taken care of.
Uh one high school teacher in California threatened a punish punishment for students who protested a pride video in a math class.
I don't know.
Maybe I'm old fashioned.
Uh why are we showing pride videos in math class?
I mean, are we using some type of uh algebraic equation to determine, you know, how many um you know people are pride in the picture?
I mean, is that what it is?
How about we teach our kids the basics, the fundamentals?
You know, but the battle in Virginia over parents wanting there because the public school has over 34 quote pornographic children's books.
Why are we why do we why is there this need, this sick need of people?
You know, I don't care what adults do.
It's none of my business.
I don't care.
I knew I knew Caitlin Jenner when Caitlin was Bruce.
We were friends then, we're friends now.
And and to her credit, she recognizes that you gotta protect women's sports.
She recognizes for her to compete in a in a women's golf event, and she happens to be an amazing golfer, would be unfair to the biological females that she's up against.
So she doesn't play those tournaments.
She actually told me she can drive the ball nearly 300 yards, which really pisses me off because I cannot drive the ball nearly 300 yards.
Yeah.
I mean, that's crazy.
You're pretty strong.
I wouldn't know you could.
Why is that?
No, man And why can she do that?
I don't know, but my best is around 2750.
That's almost 300.
Caitlin Jenner is one of the greatest athletes of all time.
Let's be real here.
Um, and the fact that, you know, she can play as you know, that amazing.
Good, I'm happy for her.
Good for her.
I don't want to play golf with her.
Because I'm gonna suck in comparison because I don't I don't have time to play golf anymore.
My life's over.
Uh anyway, one, you know, but now we have all these issues going by.
Now, you know, it's funny.
Mark Cuban made the statement that it's really smart for corporations to go woke.
Really?
Because uh Budweiser Light uh and Anheuser Busch, their sales have cratered down a record 27%.
This does not seem to be a baiting.
And Bud lost to Bud Light has now lost their title as the U.S. top-selling beer, and they lost it to Modello.
And I've never even tried you tried Mandelo, I've never tried Mandela.
I'll try it.
You know, one of the reasons I said uh I would rather people not boycott Bud Light.
Why do I say that?
Because I give a rip about the you know, rich executives that run Anheiser Bush that, you know, got that created this mess in the first place?
No.
Has nothing to do with them.
You know what it has to do with?
I know people that have beer routes and beer truck routes.
Guess what?
They're getting killed.
They're j they're they're making far less money than they used to make.
And what about how many people uh that That work in the factories where they're producing Bud Light now might be out of jobs and losing pay raises and losing bonuses and losing benefits as a result of this.
I I I'm willing to say learn your lesson, Bud, because I can't help you next time.
But this time, I'm I'm not going to boycott Bud Light.
I'm just not because I don't I care about the people behind the name Anheiser Bush that had nothing to do with what Anheuser Bush did, which is get really out of touch with who their audience was and who their customer base is.
That's my opinion.
I know some people strongly disagree with me.
I I can respect it.
I understand that too.
We got a lot of news today.
We'll get into a lot of this.
Um Senate Republicans now.
There was a couple of great exchanges.
Let me play Ted Cruz with the FBI deputy director yesterday.
There's two cuts, I'll play them back to back, and we're going to get into this in a and do a deep dive into this today.
Last month, a whistleblower brought to life the existence in the FBI of a report, an FD 1023, in which the informant alleges that President Biden and his family members engaged in a five million dollar bribery scheme during his time as vice president.
Deputy Director Abadi, is it true that the FBI has a report making those allegations?
I'm not going to comment on that, Senator.
And why is that?
I'm just not going to comment on uh information we received, investigations are on the case.
Do you owe an obligation to the American people to be candid about evidence of corruption by the president of the United States?
This is uh an area that I'm not going to get into with you, Senator.
Well, I understand you don't want to, and that's why people are mad at the FBI because you're stonewalling and covering up serious allegations of evidence of corruption from the president.
Deputy Director Abate, does the FBI have 17 voice recordings laying out evidence of a bribery scheme?
Senator, I'd add all I would add also that uh we've worked with the House Oversight Committee.
Yeah, this is the Senate.
We're the other side of the Capitol.
This is the Senate.
Do you have those 17 recordings?
I'm not going to comment on any investigative matters, Senator.
See, that's the problem.
The FBI, and I've had this conversation with Chris Ray, too.
This is why you are damaging the institution.
The American people have a right to know whether there is serious credible evidence that the president of the United States took a five million dollar bribe.
And by the way, if it's false, Chairman Durbin just rolled his eyes.
If Chairman Durbin were interested in the rule of law, we would have a hearing on these allegations.
But of course, the Democrats don't want a hearing on these allegations.
And to be clear, if the allegations are false, you know who could disprove them?
Joe Biden.
He could call for this to be released publicly.
But the FBI is stonewalling.
And they've been stonewalling.
And this is now the third presidential election in a row where they're dropping their cinder blocks on the scales of an election.
2016, Hillary Clinton.
Doesn't matter.
We played it enough.
James Comey, top secret, classified information.
That was in the 30,000 emails, 54 email chains, 100 and some 10 emails, classified, marked classified, sent classified, also taking off headings so they can fax classified material.
Uh and never mind the 33,000 emails that she destroyed with with bleach bit and hammers to devices.
You know, all these people, what about ism?
What about ism?
I'll get to that later.
It's not whataboutism, it's whether we have equal justice and equal application of our laws.
No reasonable prosecutor would prosecute unless your name is Donald Trump, then they want to prosecute you.
You know, Clinton gets a free pass.
The FBI propagated the complete Russia hoax.
They lied repeatedly now that the Durham report is out.
They lied that there wasn't one single thing in the dirty dossier that Hillary paid for that could be corroborated by the FBI, and they used it as the bulk of information to secure not one but four Pfizer application warrants that ruined Carter Page's life and backdoor spied on the Trump campaign.
And then in 2020, the FBI covered up the very real Hunter Biden laptop scam scandal.
They had it.
They had a copy of it.
John Solomon says they verified It in the spring of 2020.
They had it since 2019.
In the lead up to the 2020 presidential election, what do they do?
They they go out, meet weekly with every big tech company saying, you know, you might be a victim of misinformation, and it may be about Hunter Biden.
But they stacked 37 charges against Trump in a in less than eight months.
Violations of the Espionage Act for mishandling classified material?
You mean exactly what Joe Biden did in four separate locations, but you didn't raid those locations, or Hillary Clinton did, or destroying the evidence as Hillary Clinton did.
And the FBI, you know, trying to hide evidence against the current president.
You know, no charges against Hunter.
Now we're hearing, well, there might be charges as soon as this week about Hunter Biden about low-hanging fruit charges, tax charges, and lying on a gun application charge.
No, that's not what Jim Comer's talking about, and Jim Jordan is talking about who'll join us later.
The FBI trying, you know, the Bureau seemingly denying the existence of this 1023 document, which recorded serious allegations by somebody the FBI believed to be credible, as evidenced by the hundreds of thousands of dollars they paid this FBI informant.
And Director Ray won't comply with a house uh subpoena demanding that document.
You know, and unless he's basically being held in contempt, he waits to the last minute, and then they give a redacted version anyway.
It's almost like the FBI doesn't want this to be investigated.
Now we're hearing about 17 tapes.
Well, when are we going to get a hold of those 17 tapes?
You know, inquiring minds would like to know.
All right, as we roll along.
It was a report, CBS News Political Wire, Law Fair, that uh Jack Smith, the special counsel, uh apparently sat through yesterday's arrangement glaring at Donald Trump like he was obsessed the whole time.
Did you read that?
Anyway, he was perched in the front row of the gallery on the left side of the courtroom behind the table where his colleagues from the DOJ are seated.
Sporting his characteristically steely expression.
Smith appeared to be pointedly staring at Trump as the room awaited the judge's entrance.
Maybe he needed validation.
You know, maybe this Trump derangement syndrome had to see the person, the incarnate of evil before his eyes.
Every conservative's evil.
They really believe we're that conservatives are racist and we're and misogynists and homophobes, xenophobes, islamophobes.
They want dirty air and water and and they want grandma and grandpa to die.
Of course.
Anyway, so Smith closely watched Trump as Trump exited slowly at the end.
He watched Trump glance at reporter Smith never broke his stare.
Wow.
That's so tough.
I mean, I'm just thinking, man, that's scary.
Robert Muller's lead uh hoax prosecutor now is advising Jack Smith.
Back is the pit pull.
Andrew Weisman's back all over MSDNC.
Can't make that up either.
Anyway, we'll continue on the other side.
Solid as a rock, honest, truthful.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
I did not know this until I heard it from our friends at Rush Taxresolution.com.
Uh, because I don't usually get that much mail.
Unfortunately, I can't receive mail for reasons that I won't go into on this program.
Not that it will concern some of you, but uh many of you might be a little bit shocked why I usually don't get to open the mail.
But anyway, long story short.
I didn't know that the IRS has been putting more warnings in letters to American citizens.
Uh we may speak to your neighbor, employer, or others if needed.
Are you kidding me?
Or this one.
The IRS may communicate with other agencies about your case, such as the Justice Department.
Sounds uh a little intimidating to most people.
Uh and of course, if you owe over fifty thousand dollars, the IRS may restrict or revoke your passport.
Look, let me just tell you this about the IRS.
Okay.
It's not if, it's when they Catch up with you.
All right.
It's that simple.
Let me tell you another thing.
Don't deal with them on your own.
Now, if you owe the IRS personally, or your business is behind, let's say on payroll taxes, don't deal with them on your own.
Get the expert help you need.
That means calling my friends at Rush Taxresolution.com.
They're A plus rated from the Better Business Bureau, the only people I trust and recommend.
Now they offer free IRS transcript investigations, and they'll only take your case if they know they can help you.
In other words, free consultation.
They won't take your case unless they know they can help you.
800 299 8077.
800 299 8077 on the web.
It's Rush Taxresolution.com.
So let me just go through this in detail.
So we have the DOJ.
Now, many people may not know this, but the DOJ and the FBI, you know, in this case.
This is Joe Biden's DOJ.
It's part of the executive branch of government.
The FBI, part of the executive branch of government.
And we have these ongoing investigations.
Later on, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan will join us.
We do have James Comer on tonight to update us on the battle that he's been having with Director Ray.
But we know, you know, in record time they charge Donald Trump with these 33 felony charges.
I noticed today they're talking about, well, well, maybe there were documents of Bedminster.
Maybe we'll charge him in New Jersey where, you know, there's no chance he'll get a judge that might even be fair in his case.
Or any possibility that a jury is going to be fair in his case.
They're wondering what they're not realizing, and I have new numbers on this today.
The FBI's job approval numbers are underwater.
I'll give you the numbers from Rasmussen in a little bit.
But nobody trusts the FBI.
I grew up revering the FBI.
I grew up revering law enforcement.
My two cousins that made it to the FBI, they were deity.
They were the top of the top, the most successful people in my family by far.
Of course, I'm the least successful in a lot of regards, at least in some of my family's members' eyes.
But in all seriousness, I looked up to them.
I had my cousin Jack, who's, you know, did a had a long and unbelievable career at the FBI called into the show once.
I'd had private conversations.
I don't want to talk about the badly about the FBI.
I want to praise the FBI.
But I can't praise what they're doing or what they did in 2016 with James Comey acknowledging top secret classified information that she mishandled, and then concluding no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
And what about is it?
It's not whataboutism.
It is about equal justice and equal application of our laws in this country.
The media mob, they call it whataboutism.
I'll get to that later too.
But if you're concerned about this, you know, Comey gave her a pass.
And that's only on the 30,000 emails that he was able to recover.
Never mind the 33,000 emails that we know that she deleted from her servers and hard drives with bleach pit.
And the devices that may have had copies with them were destroyed as well.
I think some of those ultimately showed up on the laptop of Anthony Wiener.
And the media mob and Democrats lied to the American people about Russia, Russia, Russia.
Three long years.
Did they ever apologize for their lies?
No.
They ever correct the false statements they made?
No.
Ever made a commitment that they're going to be better?
No.
Just attack Fox News.
That's their that's their MO.
And anyway, and then in 2020, so the FBI, the DOJ, has their cinder blocks on the scale of that election.
Donald Trump still manages to win, spite of the dirty dossier that the Durham report says the FBI couldn't corroborate a single item in it.
Not one.
Then how do you explain four separate Pfizer applications, three signed by James Comey?
And he did say to Lindsey Graham, well, normally what I well no, I wouldn't have signed it.
Uh yeah.
Well, that's a little too late.
Because I tend to doubt that I would get the same treatment if I lied to any judge in any courtroom across this country or any of you ever did that.
And this is where we are.
This is the reason there's no trust in the FBI.
The FBI has been politicized and weaponized.
The DOJ has been politicized and weaponized.
And then in 2020, it happens again.
They have a copy of Hunter Biden's laptop in 2019, December.
They verified it according to John Solomon in the spring of 2020.
And yet we had FBI officials meeting weekly with every big tech company and warning them that the information may be about Hunter or Joe Biden.
And you got to be on the lookout that you're not a victim of this misinformation campaign, like if likely from a foreign source.
Never mind the 51 former Intel officials, and Jim Jordan sent a letter to Wink and Tony Blinken.
We'll get to that with him today.
But at the same time, FBI officials continue to suggest that Trump was colluding with Russia.
A complete lie, a complete fabrication.
Only people that did business, it seems, with the Russians, for example, Hillary Clinton got a Russian bought and paid for dirty dossier.
Looks like the Bidens did a lot of financial business with Russia and China and Kazakhstan, and we know Ukraine.
But you know, in record warp speed time, what did they do?
They they got their 37-count indictment up and running against Donald Trump.
Boy, they moved quickly here.
This now being the third presidential election in a row, they are they are interfering, playing a part in how this may the what the outcome may be here.
You know, what was it?
Before the uh the last election, 91 days before that election was the raid at Mar-a-Lago.
Huh.
I guess we can count that one too.
Or 2018, I guess we can count that midterm election, because the the Mueller witch hunt was going on.
So that's five elections in a row.
And now we're, you know, and here we find ourselves.
And former FBI officials now suggesting that Trump, you know, all these lies.
So they go after Trump in record time, but they've they have all this information on Hunter.
Now, the chatter's getting louder and louder and louder.
And it and I I tell you what I know and what I'm hearing.
I don't know when, but it's I've been told that it could be as early as this week to expect charges against Hunter Biden.
Well, they had his information in 2019.
Why didn't they move as fast as they did against Donald Trump in the document scandal?
I guess they were busy trying to get Trump the whole time.
But anyway, and it gets worse than that.
Because the FBI is now trying its best not to cooperate with the House Oversight Committee, which has been seeking this 1023 form.
Now, at first they even denied its existence.
Unfortunately for them, James Comer had already seen the 1023.
They didn't know that part.
And it took James Comer threatening to hold Director Ray in contempt of Congress if he didn't hand it over.
Well, the first thing he does is show it to him and the ranking Democrat Jamie Raskin, and then they show a redacted version of the rest of the committee.
But they can't keep their own copy of it.
And Director Ray, you know, is doing everything in his power to prevent this from becoming public.
They've had this thing for a long time.
Now the 1023 document ultimately that was produced by Congress with the redactions.
Anyway, we played this yesterday, Chuck Grassley.
You know, he's been following this story.
He wrote the letter along with James Comer.
Here's what he said yesterday.
The 1023 produced to the House Committee's redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversation with them.
17 such recordings.
According to the 1023, the Foreign National possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden.
According to the 1023, the Foreign National possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then Vice President Joe Biden.
These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the foreign national in case that he got into a tight spot.
Now, the source in question providing the information on the 1023 is highly respected by the FBI.
How do we know this?
We know this because the FBI put this guy on their payroll.
They paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars for previous intelligence.
So it seems like a very credible source, at least the FBI thought he was a credible source.
Now the question is that they've had this 1023 for at least three years.
Well, they didn't go after Donald Trump till eight months ago, the special prosecutor.
Now he's threatening.
Let's bring charges in Washington, D.C., let's bring charges in Bedminster and New Jersey.
Let's bring charges in Miami.
Let's bring charges in Georgia.
Let's bring charges in New York City.
But we're not, we're not trying to have an impact on the election.
And anyway.
So the question is, where's the curiosity?
Mere curiosity.
Does a former or current Barisma executive have 17 recorded tapes of Hunter and Joe Biden that was kept as an insurance policy?
Because if it's kept as an insurance policy, that implies rather strongly that there would be incriminating information on that.
Is the FBI in possession of these recordings?
Will they continue to shield and protect Joe Biden?
I played Ted Cruz.
I'll play it again later, but you know, Ted Cruz was pretty brutal to the deputy FBI director on Cap on in the Senate yesterday.
And the FBI director, deputy director, didn't have any answers.
Do they even care how political they look?
Do they even care about equal justice?
Do they even care about applying the laws equally, or are they just a bunch of an extension of all things?
You know, new Green Deal radical socialists and the climate alarmist religious cult known as the Democratic Party.
The only people seriously investigating Joe Biden now are members of Congress.
And this week, Chairman Comer, who's on TV tonight, issued a new subpoena for Hunter's Barisma business partner, Devin Archer.
And by the way, we're now learning that it wasn't just Tony Bobolinsky with the reference to the big guy.
Apparently, you know, there's a ton of references to the big guy, and it's very clear that the big guy was Joe Biden's nickname among his business associates.
You know, Hunter's job on that board in Barisma never made sense, did it?
I think I'm the only one that stuck to this.
I just, it's because it didn't get out of my craw.
You know, when things stick to me like that, usually my gut is right.
It just never made sense that a vice president of the United States would go to Ukraine with a billion dollars of taxpayer money to hand over to the Ukrainians and said to them, you're not getting it unless you fire a Ukrainian prosecutor.
By the way, his name was Viktor Shokin.
He has a name.
He did interviews with John Solomon with ABC and the Washington Post, and he said the reason he was fired was because of Joe Biden's demand that he be fired, and they fired him just like Joe wanted within six hours.
Son of a bee, he said they fired him.
But he never spoke to Hunter or any family member about his foreign business dealings.
Really?
Okay, then why would they pay Hunter all that money?
Well, Hunter told us on Good Morning America that he had no experience in energy, oil, gas, coal.
No experience in Ukraine.
Why do you think they're paying you all this money?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Who knew?
None whatsoever.
I don't know.
Maybe because your last name's Biden.
And Daddy, Pops, as you call him, because you give half your income to Pops and you pay for all of Pops' home repairs.
And uh Pops uh apparently got you out of uh a tight spot there.
So you can continue to be paid, which occurred after the money was given.
You know, it's uh it's pretty amazing the times that we live in here.
And most people in the media mob, the same people that push the Russia hoax lie, the same people in The Democratic Party that lied for three long years about Russia and Russia and Russia.
Same people that were so outraged about a hearsay whistleblower and a phone call with Donald Trump and President Zelensky to sum it up.
It was President Trump saying, Now you're not going to be like your predecessors and waste our money, are you?
I expect better behavior out of you.
That's a quid pro quo.
Well, wasn't it a quid pro quo when Joe gave a billion taxpayer dollars after the firing of the prosecutor?
That seems like it to me.
That seems like a slam dung case.
Now Senate Republicans now are demanding that Merrick Garland appoint a special counsel to investigate Biden Joe Biden's role in the family international business dealings.
Marsha Blackburn, J.D. Vance, Mike Braun.
They all signed the letter a day after Chuck Grassley revealed all of this.
And I'm sure there's going to be many others that sign on as well.
Boris Mubryd, a Ukrainian official.
This was on NBC in May of 2022.
Day 2.
Bombshell news about bribes allegedly paid by the owner of Barisma to Joe and Hunter Biden comes on the heels of an NBC report last year that claimed Barisma officials also used bribes to halt a joint investigation by the U.S. and Britain into the company's money laundering, suspected money laundering.
Whoopsie Daisy.
You know, little details that matter.
Now hard it is to keep this information straight.
Export Selection
