Roundup and information overload.
All right, news roundup and information overload.
Our toll free, our number is 800-941-SHAWN.
If you want to be a part of the program, Charles Grassley, you know, created a political earthquake yesterday in Washington, disclosing that Burisma executives who allegedly paid Biden, and this goes into that whole 1023 form that we've been talking at length about with Congressman Jim Comer and others.
But anyway, this Burisma executives who allegedly paid both Hunter and Joe Biden a significant amount of money, as declared by this source in this 1023 form, a source, by the way, that's highly credible, credible by the FBI standards, considering they paid the guy over a couple of hundred thousand dollars.
Let me play part of Chuck Grassley from yesterday talking about it.
The 1023 produced to the House committees redacted reference that the Foreign National who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversation with them.
17 such recordings.
According to the 1023, the Foreign National possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden.
According to the 1023, the Foreign National possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then Vice President Joe Biden.
These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the Foreign National in case that he got into a tight spot.
All right, joining us now is Congresswoman, Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is with us.
Congresswoman, welcome back to the program.
How are you?
Hi, Sean.
I'm great to be here with you today.
Thank you so much for having me on.
Let's talk about what we know about this, what Grassley is suggesting here, and the mysterious reluctance, resistance by the FBI in terms of oversight and their willingness to work with James Comer's committee, which almost led to the contempt of Congress charge against Ray.
Yes, well, Sean, I'm still pushing for these contempt of charges to take place because the FBI came to us a few weeks ago and they didn't even, they denied that these FD 1023s even existed.
And then whenever Chairman Comer threatened the contempt of Congress, said that we were having a markup in committee and we were going to send that to the House floor for a vote, he said, wait, wait, wait.
We'll let committee members read this unclassified document that we are just now letting you know that we have.
And also, if you want, we have more FD 1023s as well that you can also view.
And so I told the chairman, hold him in contempt anyway, or tell him, no, release this to the American people.
You are paid by the taxpayers.
Release this unclassified document for all to see what the sitting president of the United States has been engaged in for years in this bribery scheme involving his son Hunter.
And also, now that we know about these other SD23s, we want those released as well, or you will be held in contempt of Congress.
And now, as everyone has heard, Senator Grassley is saying that there are 17 recordings that was redacted from that document, that SD 1023, two of those recordings being with Joe Biden as a sitting vice president of the United States.
This is these three-letter agencies doing what they do best.
They are trying to prop up the Bidens and protect them.
And this is something that we have to do here in Congress to hold him accountable for that.
And I believe that it's contempt.
And if we don't get to it with contempt right now, you can bet in the appropriations process that there will be some defunding of particular bureaucrats like Christopher Wray and others using the Holman rule.
Okay, so I think all of that's a good idea.
And I certainly believe that the FBI's desire to have a building twice the size of the Pentagon is not going to be money well spent.
I think the organization clearly needs, especially in light of what we know, their involvement in the 2016 presidential election and the dirty dossier and the FISA applications.
Then, of course, the FBI pre-bunking, the Hunter Biden laptop story meeting weekly with big tech in the lead up to the 2020 election.
Now we see that the FBI up to its eyeballs.
And in this whole instance and arrest of Donald Trump, you know, now a rain today in Miami, clearly that's another issue where, well, we have the DOJ now involved in three separate and continuous presidential elections.
At what time does this end and how far removed from their original mission are we going to allow them to go?
Yes.
Well, first of all, we will not be funding their new headquarters.
We're not spending hundreds of millions of dollars to provide them with a new facility to interfere in elections and be the Democrats' police force to go after political opponents.
Merrick Garland's DOJ and Christopher Wray's FBI are woke and weaponized.
And just as they're indicting Trump yet again for allegedly mishandling classified documents, they completely ignored Trader Joe and his mishandling of classified documents left right there in his garage next to his Corvette.
And then also we have numerous other locations where documents were found, classified documents.
And so I would just say for the Democrats, for a party that's so caught up in equality, the Democrats clearly don't care about equal justice under the law.
Sean, this is America, the greatest nation in the world.
And we shouldn't have a double standard for people based on their political beliefs or party affiliation.
These three-letter agencies, these three-letter federal agencies are being used to, as I said, prop up Biden's thinking poll numbers and bring President Trump down as clearly he is the frontrunner for the primary in the upcoming election.
And unfortunately for them, it's not working because President Trump's support is gaining more momentum with every attack that they use against him.
Even Jill Biden was saying that she was shocked that people didn't care about this because we see that it is a witch hunt.
It's nothing more than that, this political witch hunt.
And the American people have the right to know that the political interference by the left is taxpayer funded.
And that's why we in Congress need to do our job to get this agency in check, whether that's using the Holman rule and completely defunding some of these individual bureaucrats or the appropriations process to defund programs within agencies that are woke and weaponized against the American people and even their political opponents.
Now, the House Oversight Committee led by James Comer.
is doing a lot of work following the money.
It's been a heavy lift not only to get this document from Director Wray, but it's been a heavy lift to get SARS reports, suspicious activity reports from banking and financial institutions.
It's been a heavy lift on the other side of this as well in terms of getting the number of family LLCs.
He now believes that nine Biden family members, including grandchildren, were paid significant amounts of money.
Have we been able to prove that?
That is what we are seeing from all of these bank documents, Sean.
I serve on the oversight committee with Chairman Comer, and we are seeing just thousands of pages of bank documents pointing to nine Biden family members who have received, from what we could see, at least $10 million.
And we believe there are still more bank accounts out there that we have not yet reviewed.
And we see 20 different shell companies with our foreign adversaries to cover this money scheme up, this money laundering scheme up.
And, you know, it's interesting, Sean, the Biden family does not have a family business.
Even in the FD23s that we were just talking about, in that document, this foreign national was quoted saying, we know Hunter Biden is not smart.
He's stupid.
His dad will take care of it.
You know, so they are even recognizing there's not a Biden family business.
There's not something that they specialize in other than crime and corruption, bribery, and money laundering.
So they knew how to get to the most powerful office in the world, and that was through the vice president and his son.
So when we trace this money, can you find any services provided by any Biden family member to these countries that are paying massive amounts of money?
So that's not something that's clear.
I mean, it just seems like these fake shell companies that have been formed, these LLCs, to just launder the money through.
And we're seeing $10 million flow through to the Biden family, at least nine family members.
And now we're entering a phase where we will start hauling people in for depositions.
We have enough of the bank records and other financials to where we can finally ask some very specific questions pertaining to where they have hid their money and their bribes.
You know, even the recording that Grassley referred to yesterday was redacted in this SD 1023, and the FBI gave that to us for us to read this unclassified document with this redaction.
That's a pretty big, important point that's redacted.
Do we know for sure that this money was transferred?
Do we know what specific action is being referred to when they talk about specific actions taken in exchange for this money?
And the actual figure is $5 million to Hunter and $5 million to Joe.
Have we been able to trace that money?
So what I've seen just in this document alone, I haven't seen bank records related to this, but this is a document that's put together by a human source at the FBI, a human informant, not a Republican, not a Democrat.
And he's said to be this person.
I guess I assume he's a he.
I shouldn't assume gender, so.
This informant has, he is the most respected and reliable informant that the FBI has, and they fear for the safety of his life.
So we are unable to talk to him directly.
But in this document that he created, this FB 1023, the Foreign National suggested to not give Joe Biden $5 million as a bribe.
He's highly recommending that that transaction not take place.
And the Foreign National, he responded, it's too late.
Then there was also a follow-up quote, correct me if I'm mistaken, that it would take people 10 years to be able to track down this money.
Is that true?
That is exactly correct.
That's what he was saying, and it would take 10 years to track this down.
And he also casually said, you know, if you pay one Biden $5 million, you have to pay another Biden $5 million.
Boy, it's a nice racket if you can get a part of this.
What is the reaction on Capitol Hill to everything that's been unfolding all day down in Miami?
Well, everyone that I have spoken to just believes that this is a very dark time for our nation to have a former president indicted for something like this mishandling of documents with the National Archives when we have had Hillary Clinton delete 33,000 emails and take a hammer to her phone and use bleach bit to clear her private servers.
You know, when we have Joe Biden just casually holding classified documents that he received as a senator and vice president in his garage, a garage where his son was paying tens of thousands of dollars per month to lease that home.
And then obviously there's other classified documents that Joe Biden's people have released.
His attorneys have released back to the National Archives saying, whoops, we had these in different states, different area codes.
And there have been no charges for any of them.
This is a sham political witch hunt.
The FBI hid the story of the Hunter Biden laptop from hell.
There have been no charges for Hunter Biden and all of the disgusting, foul things that are on his laptop and even the connection between him and his father for foreign nationals to gain political access to our nation's most highest office.
All right, quick break more with Congresswoman Lauren Boebert of Colorado on the other side.
And your calls 800-941-Sean.
It's been a busy news day.
Quick break, right back.
We'll continue.
And Hannity is doing it today.
Fighting left-wing powers who want to stamp out conservative voices, fighting fire with fire.
That's Sean Hannity.
Hey, now you've heard the story about the woman in Atlanta who was a victim of home title theft.
They actually tore her home down.
I'm not making this up.
She arrived home to find a bulldozer right in her front yard tearing her house down.
Now, the company tearing it down had bought it from a criminal who stole her title online and without her knowledge.
This really happened.
You can Google it.
Anyway, Linda, our friends at home titlelock.com, they showed you how simple it was to steal your title, what they were able to steal your home in six short minutes.
They also showed you how to protect your home.
That's with their total title protection, home, titlelock.com.
Go there right now.
Use their promo code Sean SEAN.
And my friends at Home Title Lock will give you the first 30 days of protection absolutely free.
That's right, free, plus a free title scan to see if you are already a victim.
HomeTitleLock.com, promo code Sean S-E-A-N.
You will not regret doing this.
This is now becoming a bigger issue every day.
All right, we continue with Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Bobert.
Let me ask you one last question while I have you.
There had been a group of conservatives not happy with the deal struck between Kevin McCarthy and the president as it relates to raising the debt ceiling.
And there's kind of been a stop work, I guess, action in place that seems to be coming to an end, I hear.
I would say it's coming to a pause.
We're working on negotiating with the speaker.
I was one of the members who voted against that procedural vote to kind of halt the floor.
And we held the floor for several days while we were working this out.
But Sean, we had an agreement in the beginning of the year that any debt ceiling bill that came to the floor, any funding that went forward out of this Congress, it would be at fiscal 2022 levels.
And this was a terrible deal.
It wasn't a one-year debt ceiling.
It was a two-year debt ceiling.
And it's untapped at current spending levels, which are $6 trillion currently.
And it's untapped.
So it could potentially even be more than that.
You know, a lot of the great regulatory reform that we could have got or at least attempted to get with an open rule allowing members to make amendments to the bill were voluntarily thrown to the road.
And so we were very upset at the way that negotiation took place with just a few people of our conference in closed-door meetings without communicating with the rest of us.
And I really feel like it was a $6 trillion sellout, and we cannot afford.
Well, I told Kevin not to do that.
I said he needed to keep his entire coalition informed, his entire caucus informed.
And so I share a lot of your frustration on it.
But all right, Congresswoman, got to let you run.
Congresswoman Lauren Boebert of Colorado, thank you.
25 to the top of the hour.

By the way, Vivek Ramaswamy, based on the news today and a president's arraignment indictment in Miami, huge crowds there all day.
Linda, did you notice like people set up shop, they have lawn chairs and it's incredible.
They've got like they got their umbrellas to prevent getting too hot down in Miami.
It's hot this time of year.
You know what else is really, in my opinion, this is my opinion, but if you look at any Democrat rally, they need a celebrity, a sports person, a giveaway.
It doesn't matter what Donald Trump is doing, whether he's going to a rally, whether he's making an appearance, whether he's being indicted by this phony sham of our Biden government.
It doesn't matter.
The people are there for him.
He doesn't need to do anything else.
They are there for him and him alone.
And whether you hate him or you love him, you cannot mess with Trump.
Trumpers are hardcore.
Vivek Ramaswamy, one of the other Republican candidates, unlike Chris Christie.
You see, Chris Christie, I mean, he's just all he cares about is hating on Trump.
That's not a platform.
That's not Obama's best friend.
It's not nice.
Yeah, they did have a nice moment.
That was a special moment.
The hug that he denies.
Trump felt around the world.
Yeah.
Leaves office, 14% approval rating.
Here's Vivek promising to pardon Trump if he got elected.
This is my commitment on January 20th, 2025, if I'm elected the next U.S. president to pardon Donald J. Trump for these offenses in this federal case.
And I have challenged, I have demanded that every other candidate in this race either sign this commitment to pardon on January 20th, 2025, or else to explain why they are not.
I wonder what the other Republican candidates will do.
This is going to get very, very interesting, very, very fast.
All right, let's get to our phones.
Many of you have been really patient today.
We just have had a ton of news to deal with.
Donna, North Carolina, next on the Sean Hannity show.
Hey, Donna, how are you?
I'm good, Sean.
How are you?
I'm good.
What's going on?
Well, I just wanted to definitely agree with you about a dual system of justice.
I mean, it seems like if justice isn't blind, it really isn't anything.
And I mean, our laws are based on the Constitution.
And, you know, I mean, we have to have two forms of justice in this country.
It's just not working.
Well, I mean, I've been pointing this out for some time.
Equal justice under the law is dead, and equal application of our laws is dead.
And it couldn't be any more transparent than the way that, you know, Hillary Clinton is treated, Joe Biden is treated, the Biden family is treated, and the way the Trump family is treated.
And, you know, all the, I don't know any one prosecutor that ran on a platform to go after, you know, one person, Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden, or the Biden family or the Clinton family.
But, you know, we have multiple prosecutors, AGs that ran on that platform, and this is what they're now doing.
This is why now these investigations, A, into the Biden family syndicate by the House Oversight Committee and James Comer is so important, and whether the FBI has been politicized and the DOJ weaponized.
That's the Judiciary Committee.
That's Jim Jordan.
This is why these things matter.
This now, and then I'll tell you what it's going to come down to.
It's going to come down to the only way to clean up these agencies because they're not cleaning up themselves.
This will now be the third presidential election that the DOJ, vis-a-vis the FBI, part of the DOJ, is putting cinder blocks on the scales of a presidential election.
They need not be involved in our presidential elections.
It's not good for the country.
They need to stay out of it and stop weaponizing the justice system.
And I was reading something.
Everyone's making an argument.
Well, this is very different.
Republicans keep saying, well, what about Hillary Clinton?
And they go back to the July 2016 presser of James Comer and he really highlighted, we weren't able to prove the intent.
Well, I think there's a lot of intent when you acid wash your hard drive servers with bleach bit, and the intent was to erase any incriminating evidence.
That would be obstruction, or to destroy BlackBerries or iPhones with hammers.
The intent would be clear.
So this is why the comparison is justified.
It is right on the mark.
And this is now America, you know, under a system of justice that's not fair anymore.
How did the FBI view the incident in which Hillary Clinton instructed Jake Sullivan to take the markings off of a document that was to be sent to her?
Yeah, we looked at that pretty closely.
There was some problem with their secure fax machine, and there's an email in which she says, in substance, take the headers off of it and send it as a non-paper.
We have one set of laws in this country, and they apply to everyone.
There are hundreds of classified documents on these servers.
How many people, without a security clearance, had access to that server?
I don't know the exact numbers I sit here.
It's probably more than two, less than 10.
We have one set of laws in this country, and they apply to everyone.
110 emails in 52 email chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received.
Eight of those chains contained information that was top secret at the time they were sent.
36 of those chains contained secret information at the time, and eight contained confidential information at the time.
Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.
We have one set of laws in this country, and they apply to everyone.
This is what liberals are not getting.
This is what the media is not getting.
Well, we don't understand.
Why has Trump's support not gone down?
It usually goes up when something like this happens.
It's because people see through this now.
They see what's going on.
They have an agenda.
They want to take him out.
They're doing everything they can do to fill the agenda.
Anyway, I appreciate the call.
Thanks for checking in.
Floyd, Georgia, next Sean Hannity show.
What's up, Floyd?
Hey, thanks, Tom.
I'm taking my call.
Just a quick question for you.
As far as the comparison goes between Trump and Hillary Clinton, to the people of background, I'm former law enforcement, former Democrat, thanks to you and a few other radio show hosts.
But one of the two things they rolled in us was when you become a law enforcement officer, first, you're held to a higher standard.
Second is whenever you leave, you retire, you transfer careers, you're still going to be held to that higher standard.
Does that not apply to the president of the United States as well, the former president of the United States, considering he is, you know, it should be.
You know, I think if you go back years ago and, you know, for example, there were a lot of statistics that backed up a legitimate claim that African Americans were treated differently in many cases than white Americans when they were pulled over.
You know, they used the term driving while black.
Remember that term?
I do.
And there was unequal justice under the law.
And rightly, they've made changes.
Now, we've gotten rid of all discrimination.
No, you're always going to have ignorant people.
But rightly, that was called out for what it was.
You don't treat people differently if you're a cop and you pull somebody over.
They should get equal treatment from you.
And, you know, if somebody gets pulled over, you know, for going 10 miles over the speed limit, you don't ticket one guy and you ticket the next guy, unless that person's acting differently or being aggressive, I don't really think there's a justification for it.
I think you should treat people the same.
What's the golden rule?
Love God with all your heart, mind, and soul, and your neighbor as yourself.
Treat people the way you want to be treated in life.
Amen.
But if it happens to our justice system, which it has, now we've got a problem as a country because that goes to the heart of our constitutional republic.
Good call.
Appreciate it.
Floyd, 800-941-Sean.
We'll stay in Georgia.
Jay is next.
Jay, you're on the Sean Hannity show.
Hi.
Hey, Sean.
Do you remember when during the Mary-a-Lago raid where they wouldn't allow Trump's lawyers and everybody to be and watch what they were taking in and out and even wanted them to turn the cameras off and try to?
I do remember, and I also remember, if we're going to be a little more specific, I also remember that there were people within the Department of Justice and the FBI saying, whoa, slow down here.
We are not treating this the way we treat other people here.
And they're on record saying that this decision was made by Merrick Garland and by Christopher Ray, and that it seemed to dispense of usual protocols.
Now, that is a big charge.
Those are people that I think Jim Jordan should bring into his house committee and do a deeper dive into.
Let me get to my point, though.
I served on a jury.
I was a foreman on a murder trial.
Okay, so I know how these juries work.
Well, that must have been interesting.
Did you find the guy guilty or innocent?
Just asking.
She was guilty, and she got life in prison for the rest of her life.
She actually shot a guy in a wheelchair.
But anyhow.
Well, that's pretty cold.
Yeah.
My point was, though, they didn't ever take pictures of what was in those boxes and have a chain of custody sign-off.
I deal with chain of custody with doing my job that I do now.
Okay?
And with them taking those boxes out of Mary-a-Lago without photographing what was in those boxes, the first question I would ask if I was a lawyer to the jurors is, how can you be sure what they took out of Mary-a-Lago that day is what they're claiming was in those boxes now?
Are you certain that they didn't chronicle that?
I don't know that for a fact.
I don't either, but I'm thinking you would have had to take pictures of every document that was in those boxes.
And they took out a bunch of boxes, okay?
And then you have no chain of custody.
You have nobody signing off saying this is.
Well, one of the allegations is they wouldn't wait for Trump's attorney to arrive before allowing the people in.
Exactly.
So my point is, if I'm looking at a juror and I'm going, how could you ever be sure of what the FBI is telling you with all this Durham report that's proven how wrong the FBI's been, the five sub warrants where they signed those things illegally?
How can the FBI ever even begin to do?
And why did they want the security cameras turned off?
I would think you'd want those security cameras on to show that you did everything the right way.
Exactly.
So how could a juror sit there and say beyond a shadow of a doubt that what they're saying is in those documents was in those boxes and everything because they could have planted anything they wanted in those boxes.
And we would never know.
Us, the American citizens, will never know what they took out of Mar-a-Lago and planted in those boxes.
I think the type of what we call a chain of custody with evidence.
Yeah, I think that's a legitimate question.
For example, if you go to a crime scene and if the crime scene has been tampered with, you know, it may be tampered to such a level that they can't possibly ascertain whether or not the evidence is real or tainted.
And that could end an entire case right there.
So there's very strict procedures for police officers, let's say doing murder investigations, in terms of going into a crime scene and what protocols have got to be adhered to.
Yeah, and I mean, if they did not take pictures of every document that's in each one of them boxes, that's a sham of a raid.
And it ought to be thrown out of court because nothing was signed off that we know of because the lawyers weren't allowed to even watch them take what they were taking in and out of that place.
And then they, why did they want those cameras turned off?
You know, that ought to tell you something right there.
I'm just saying, you put this in a juror, a juror's head, and the juror's kind of sitting there saying, I can't say that I know for sure what's in those boxes is what the FBI is saying what was in those boxes.
You know?
I think you made a good point.
I think you're making a great point.
Anyway, I appreciate the call, my friend.
Thank you.
800-941-Sean, our number.
Hey, I've been telling you for many months now about the importance of every school having a Knox entry access system.
Now, that quickly allows law enforcement into lock campus doors during active shooter incidents.
