Time Text
This is an iHeart Podcast, Sean Hannity Show, toll free.
It's eight hundred nine four one Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
I'm not sure where they're actually headed, but you know, it's like the O.J. Simpson uh Bronco Chase and you know the the helicopter coverage of Donald Trump having pled not guilty to all 37 counts in my Amy and now a caravan of uh what looks like big SUVs, maybe escalades, I'm just guessing.
I can't really see totally.
Um they're carrying it like that.
Anyway, joining us now, uh former Speaker of the House, his new book, by the way, number one bestseller.
Uh it is called March to the Majority.
Um, and it is as relevant to t today than it was as it was when he developed the contract with America back in 1994.
Uh by the way, he has a uh live book signing that is coming up tomorrow uh from four to six P.M. Uh it is in uh Naples, Florida.
Uh and uh Mr. Speaker, great to have you back.
Where are you gonna be in Naples?
Well, we're gonna be at uh Seed the Table, which uh you know well, one of the one of the amazing grocery stores in America.
It's the only grocery store I know that is a destination for tourists.
It really is.
That's true.
That's a thousand percent true.
Uh fun.
All right, so we're watching all of this unfold, and we also are following what I think is an even bigger story.
Well, there are two bigger stories.
And the one is the comments that were made by Charles Grassley yesterday, and I think that they're devastating.
And that there are 17 tapes apparently that a Barisma executive has.
Uh this goes to that 1023 form.
This goes to the fact that that Christopher Ray had been so reluctant and resistant to hand it over.
It took a uh uh near vote on contempt of Congress to get him to do so.
And Grassley just revealed what was in it that there are 17 audio recordings, fifteen of Hunter and this Barisma executive that is alleged to have paid Joe and Hunter Biden uh in exchange for official acts, and two of the recordings were with then Vice President Joe Biden himself, but certainly, you know, blows that lie out of the water that he never once talked to Hunter about his foreign business dealings.
Uh but anyway, this 1023 form uh apparently re references these 17 audio recordings.
Now it should be said that the witness that they're referring to in this case was deemed very credible by the FBI considering they paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars uh for previous intelligence.
So it's it's not some fly-by-night guy that says he has information.
Now the question is why didn't the FBI do anything about it?
And and that answer is yet to be forthcoming.
When you juxtapose these two stories together, what do you come up with?
Well, look, uh anybody who doubts that Hunter Biden was making money out of being vice president Biden's son, uh is just you have to wonder what planet they live on.
I mean, the objective fact is that uh, you know, people weren't giving Hunter Biden money because they thought he was charming.
They were giving him money for access to his father, and they thought his father is vice president of the United States had access to a huge amount of power.
And of course, in that famous speech uh to the New York audience on foreign affairs, uh Joe Biden indicates how much power he had, because he said he was gonna take away a billion dollars in foreign aid if uh the the Ukrainians did not fire uh the prosecutor who Barisma was afraid of.
Now, that's real power.
And uh I think uh, you know, we're we're in one of those crazy situations where deep down everybody knows.
Uh do you technically have proof?
No.
Is the system gonna try to help you get proof?
No.
Uh are the Republicans in the House and Senate gonna grind their way through uh yes.
And and my argument would be that the House Republicans uh should put online all of this information.
I mean if the audio takes exist, put them out there so the American people can listen to them.
If the FBI document exists, put it out there so the American people can read it.
I mean we've had a totally one sided seven year war against Donald Trump uh while the establishment protected Hillary Clinton protected Hunter Biden protected Joe Biden and the truth is from every poll I know of had the Hunter Biden story been covered honestly in 2020 uh Joe Biden would have probably lost by ten percentage points.
Because people but these are this is now three elections in a row where the DOJ and the FBI an offshoot obviously of the the DOJ that um that they have put their cinder blocks on the scale of presidential elections.
2016, it was the Hillary Clinton dirty dossier.
It was the FISA application.
2020, it was 51 Intel agents.
And then, of course, even though the FBI had a copy of Hunter's laptop and authenticated it, they still sent their agents to meet with big tech companies weekly in the months leading up to the 2020 election, pre-bunking any story they might hear about Hunter or Joe Biden.
And thus, that laptop story got censored.
And I would argue here, by taking out the, by far, the top polling candidate of the Republican Party, party and indicting by the way Trump has just made a stop at a Miami cafe and the place is packed.
Um interesting uh yeah a lot of people are praying for him they're saying good point uh but anyway this is all going on in in real time but he pled not guilty to thirty seven counts today and what you know or you look at the double standard Mr. Speaker and I'm rambling a little bit here but okay you've got thirty three thousand deleted emails of Hillary Clinton with leech pit you've got devices destroyed with hammers James Comey even admit that there were a hundred and and
twenty a hundred and ten emails, fifty two email chains, a number of them top secret email chains or secret email chains are confidential.
That's what they found on the other thirty thousand emails never mind the thirty three thousand she destroyed nothing happened to her look I mean I I I think the challenge here for the American people is to just make sure they win the next election.
I mean the fact is the system is corrupt it is sick um I think the House Republicans ought to be having hearings right now on breaking up the FBI.
It is a corrupt institution.
We just did a podcast at Newt World with a 33 year FBI veteran who has written a book on on uh how sick the FBI is and he clearly thinks that it has to be broken up.
I don't think you can reform it from within and of course they have the arrogance they're asking for three and a half billion dollars to build a new headquarters in Washington that would be larger than the Pentagon and one of the first steps the House Republicans ought to do is zero out that project.
And then the second thing they ought to do is develop a bill to be sent that would literally break up the FBI return it to being a crime fighting organization take most of the power out of Washington and put it back where it used to be which is in the in the local FBI offices where they work with local police because they were fighting crime.
And frankly the entire intelligence aspects of the FBI have grown to be a threat to the American people.
How does this not hurt Trump?
I I mean I know with the raid I know with every with the Alvin Bragg indictment I know since this has been announced Trump's poll numbers seem to go up every time but at some point it you know is he going to now be dealing with DC charges from the special counsel next followed by Fulton County Georgia charges after that.
Sure and the country will have the spectacle that the leading Republican faced with a Democratic district attorney in New York, a Democratic district attorney in Fulton County Georgia and two Department of Justice Democratic led operations in Miami and in DC.
I mean this is this is worthy of of somebody like Alexander Solzhenitson or Nelson Mandela.
This is you know this is the effort of the system to destroy one person.
I I just did a newsletter at Kingrich 360, which will go out tomorrow, where I I took Donald Trump, um the Los Angeles Dodgers, Target, and Bud Light, and put them all together into what we're really facing.
This is a cultural war.
And the leader of the cultural war on behalf of the American people happens to be Donald J. Trump.
And therefore, every attack on him by the left is an attack on every American who is sick and tired of being told you have to obey these elitist, you know, Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, Yale, wackos, and whatever they happen to believe this week.
And I think that's why you're seeing this happen.
And frankly, I'm curious.
I mean, as an American citizen, I regard this as a direct threat to the survival of our freedom.
It certainly doesn't live up to our constitutional principle of equal justice under the law or equal application of our laws, Mr. Speaker.
Doesn't at all.
Um and yet, you know, there's a good forty plus percent of the country that's happy and celebrating that this is all unfolding.
There are people that won't even look at the the double standard and the application.
Oh, Hillary Clinton's a case in point.
Joe Biden had four separate locations, not one of them rated, where he had top secret and classified documents.
And he has a special prosecutor, Robert Heard, nobody's ever heard word one from this guy.
And meanwhile, Jack Smith's been marching people in and out of grand juries for months now.
With with full spectacle and total leaking.
But it's that's but it's not complicated.
This is the Sopranos.
I mean, that look, what you're dealing with is a corrupt mafia like operation.
Remember that nine people in the White House and the Secretary of State all worked for the University of Pennsylvania in the Penn Biden Center, which was funded by the Chinese communists.
I mean, this is not again, this is not A are you confident America is going to be able to overcome this and return to the great uh democratic republic it once was, or are we just sh watching the shredding of our constitution?
No, I think I'm I'm like Reagan.
I mean, I wake up in the morning and I think I'm an American, and the history of America is that every once in a while we have to just rip apart the establishment and go through a cycle of reform.
And I think I go but I look back at uh the great book uh in 1904 called The Shame of the Cities, uh, which began the whole process of uh cleaning up corruption in urban cities.
We're we're at about the same point now.
And I'll tell you, when when you see uh Target lose sixteen billion dollars, and you see uh what's happened to Bud Light, uh you begin to realize the American people are beginning to get pissed off.
And when the American people, and and I think the indictments of Trump just further convince people, you know, as somebody said in the other day, he must really be dangerous to them for them to go to these extremes.
The odd part is they will tell you that they think he'd be the easiest to beat.
Well, if that's the case, why wouldn't you help them get off these charges?
They don't believe it.
They don't believe it.
No, they're terrified of him.
They know that uh he that he's almost a magician.
I mean, how could he beat 15 people to be the nominee in sixteen?
How can he beat Hillary?
Uh frankly, if the entire national establishment had not rigged the election, Trump would have won in 2020.
Uh I have no doubt that without Zuckerberg's four hundred and twenty million dollars, without everybody hiding the uh uh the the Hunter Biden uh laptop and lying about it.
I mean, go down the list of all the things they did in 2020 to rig the game.
What gives you any confidence it'll be different this time?
We're mad.
You think that and there's not COVID, so bipartisan observers may actually be able to watch the vote count uh from closer than a thousand uh feet away?
Yeah.
This will be a referendum on freedom versus a dictatorship.
It'll be a referendum on a corrupt, sick system in Washington, and I think that the American people will throw them out.
I mean, my my role has always been, and I talk about this in my book, March the Majority, in 1964, um I was running a congressional campaign in Georgia, I dropped out of college for a year, and we had uh we had a county for Scythe County, which refused to count its votes.
And I called him and I said, How how can you not count your vote?
This is a presidential election.
And the guy in charge said, Well, you know, son, my folks are all tired.
And I told him to go home and have dinner, and tomorrow morning at eight o'clock we're gonna count the votes.
And what he was doing is he's holding his county out in case they had to steal enough votes to make sure that the Democrat beat the candidate.
And being naive and young, I said to him, You can't do this, I'm gonna come over there.
And he said, That'd be terrific.
He said, I really wanted to meet you and my cousin, the sheriff has a place you can stay overnight.
Uh, and tomorrow morning you can join us at eight a.m. and have some biscuits and sausage and coffee and we'll count the votes.
Well, that was my introduction to a very simple theory.
You have to beat Democrats by a big enough margin that they can't steal it.
And that's what Trump has to do in 2024.
You have a book signing in Naples, Florida tomorrow from four to six PM.
Uh, and uh you want to tell people where it is?
Sure.
It's a great place.
Uh seed to seats to table.
And everybody in uh the uh Naples Fort Myer area knows about it.
It's one of the great destinations in America.
It's on a Moklear Road.
Yep, and uh love to have them come and I'll be glad to personalize the books and makes a great Father's Day present.
All right, New Kingrich March to the majority.
It's also on Amazon.com, Hannity.com, bookstores everywhere.
Thank you, sir.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour, 800 941 Sean.
You want to be a part of the program.
Uh, we've been obviously following our top story of the day.
Uh Trump down in Miami turning himself in and massive crowd showing up.
Uh, and uh we're following that closely even to this hour.
It doesn't take that long to do this.
Probably is gonna be a long process from here on in my guess, but we'll have to wait and see.

You know, it's pretty interesting.
Let's see.
Let me quote Joe Biden in a tweet, uh, that he will we need to restore honor and decency to the White House.
He tweeted that on September 6th, 2020.
On November 2nd, 2020, the day before election day.
Let's restore honor and decency to the White House.
A tweet by Joe Biden.
Anyway, so you know, Biden has been highly critical of anybody, especially on the on the ch children aspect of this, and and Democrats in particular have been very critical of even a Republican saying that there's got to be some age appropriateness associated with people that are making such life-altering decisions regarding their bodies and and going through, you know, the the types of surgeries and hormonal treatments, etc.
etc.
I I just don't think it is the position uh should be the position of a teacher, an administration, a school, a school district, to be telling kids even uh, you know, as uh as early as first or third grade, but in even middle school or high school.
That's the parents' job to instill values in their children, not to have values instilled in their children, then contradicted by the school that they go to.
Anyway, so the uh Biden had an LGBT pride party uh at the White House, and one of the guests never thought I'd actually see this, Linda, in my life.
Have you seen the picture?
It's revolting.
It's just revolting.
Anyway, she decided to have a uh topless moment at the White House.
My White House now saying, uh no, no, we don't support that.
Oh, okay.
Well, how many days did that take to happen?
Anyway, so the guest goes topless in the White House garden.
Uh transgender model bearing her breasts on the South Lawn after posing for snaps with the president or clicks of the president and the first lady.
Anyway, so let's play this as part of the Pride Month celebration at the Biden White House.
Welcome to the White House.
Thank you.
Happy Pride Month.
Happy Pride here.
Happy Pride Life.
Yeah.
Transgender children.
You are beautiful.
You are herd.
You belong.
You're understood.
You are love.
And you belong.
The bravest and most inspiring people I've ever known.
I mean, you're welcome.
Can we take a little video?
Hi, Mr. President.
It is an honor of France rights and human rights.
So are we toppless at the White House?
You know, there's gotta be a little bit of a time and a place for appropriate behavior.
I'm not guessing the White House is the best place for that to happen.
Uh anyway, the trans influencer has a name, it uh name is uh Rose Montoya, and she addresses the conservative uh criticism of her being topless at Biden's White House.
I just recently come to my attention that conservatives are trying to use the video of me topless at the White House to try to call the community groomers, etc.
And I would just like to say that first of all, going topless in Washington, DC is legal.
And I fully support the movement in freeing the nipple because why is my chest now deemed inappropriate or illegal when I show it off?
However, before coming out as trans, it was not.
All you're doing is affirming that I am a woman.
All you're doing is saying that trans women are women, because for some reason people like to sexualize women's bodies and say that they are inappropriate.
My trans masculine friends were showing off their top surgery scars and living in joy, and I wanted to join them, and because it is perfectly within the law in Washington, DC, I decided to join them and cover my nipples just to play it safe.
Because I wanted to be fully free in myself.
I had zero intention of trying to be vulgar or be profane in any way.
I was simply living enjoy, living my truth and existing in my body.
Happy pride, free the network.
Alright, so that was uh at the Biden White House event.
Linda, I'm gonna be very, very blunt here.
You know, our country's deteriorating, disintegrating.
Uh we've got no justice system anymore, weaponized D DOJ, a politicized FBI.
We've got, you know, horrible economic conditions for most Americans.
We have wide open borders.
Uh we now are making Venezuela, OPEC, Saudi Arabia, and and so many countries rich because of Joe's energy policies.
Uh then we've got China on the move, and America's apparently putting forth an evacuation plan of Taiwan rather than lift a finger to help them when China takes over Taiwan, which seems inevitable.
Uh and you know what?
Uh if this is how Biden wants to have uh his time in the White House remembered, let him do it.
I'm not getting involved.
It's not my I just don't care.
I care a lot, and I'll tell you why.
I know you care a lot, but you know what?
I've got bigger things, bigger fish to fry here.
Maybe.
But at the end of the day, that's not his house.
That's our house.
You're just in it for a hot minute.
Uh so what do you want to do?
You want to come in and say to ban people from getting naked at the White House?
I honestly don't think that the Bidens are capable of having guests.
And maybe since they like to have so many guests at their Delaware house that they like to keep secret, they can keep the debauchery to Delaware.
And they can have a nice old time in their backyard.
This is this is the home of the But this is he was restoring honor and decency to the White House.
That's what he promised.
Oh, yeah.
It was really honorable.
I'm like, hmm.
You know, you have more excitement about Pride Month and about having football and baseball teams at that White House.
I have never seen them do one thing with the same amount of fervor for our military, for people who've lost their children at the border, for people who have lost their children because of drug addiction and fentanyl coming across the border, for things that have happened, you know, with the other.
But in a way you're making my point.
They're not they're not dealing with any of these other issues, and these are the issues that they're prioritizing.
You know, they've made the decision not to fix the border.
They've made a decision not to be energy independent.
They've made decisions not to confront China or Russia no matter what.
So those are all choices.
We're now suffering the consequences of those choices.
This lady getting naked on the White House on the South Lawn of the White House, he's not impacted my life.
Uh but the thing is that she's talking about it being legal.
I'm like, nobody's asking you if it's legal or not.
We're just saying that this is an event where we could have kids watching, we could have elderly watching, we could have people seeing something for the first time.
You know, maybe there was somebody who was curious about the trans event.
And now all they get to see is a bunch of people stripping down.
Like that's not getting your message out to the other side, and you're certainly not in engaging or endearing yourself to anybody.
What you're doing is you're pissing people off because you've decided to take your clothes off on the White House lawn.
You know, back in the day we called that streaking and you got arrested.
We did call it back that back in the day.
All right, quick break back to our phones.
800 941 Sean, our number as we continue.
The final hour of the Sean Hannity show is up next.
Hang on for Sean's conservative solutions.
Music Let's get to our busy phones.
Gail is in California.
Gail, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, Sean.
Hope you're having a good day.
I first of all I wanted to tell you that thank you for all these years of supporting us and showing giving us a voice through you.
Um Thank you.
Thank you for giving me the voice.
Long time listener, admirer, and I'd highly respect you.
Um you are our last speacon here.
Um Fox is Foxhaven is is you know, kind of making mistakes here, but that but you're there to help us.
You're on the the radio.
Appreciate you a lot.
Um I'm I'm being myself every day, and I'm not gonna change who I am.
I'm not even capable of it, to be very frank, Al.
I couldn't if I wanted to.
Thank you.
That's how I feel.
That's how everybody I know feels.
Thank you.
I've lived in California a very long time, and I'm a little concerned about Newsom, of course, like everybody.
Um but I was a little concerned with our interview with him because I'm afraid we're giv of giving him too much of a platform, which is what I think that he's he's planned all along was to make his face out there so he's he's visual you know, he's visually out there to everybody everywhere.
And he's getting his platform he wants instead of sticking to California and the mess he's making here, so we can work with him here to fix our state.
He's going around to every state, he's going on every you know, everywhere he can to get his face out there, and that's a very I I've not seen him do any high profile interviews like the one I did with him.
I've not seen that.
Maybe you're right, maybe I don't know if that's true.
Um however, um I firmly believe that Democrats are looking for alternatives, and I I I think they're passing over Kamala Harris universally.
So to me, he would be the next logical person.
So there's always a reason b to my madness, which is why I wanted to, you know, have him on the program.
Now a lot of things came out about California and his positions, and he stands behind it.
And you know, I had to let him talk, or else we would never would have been able to have an interview.
And he's got his he's kind of got an answer down for everything.
It's still he's still have a 13.3% state income tax, the highest in the country.
He would argue that's that's taxing the rich.
Okay, but it's always taxing the rich.
Uh bottom 50% of wage earners don't pay income taxes, period.
So put that aside.
Uh, or the fact that people are leaving your state in droves.
Um didn't really want to deal with that question too much, in my view.
Uh, but I think it speaks volumes.
Uh when you look at the the issue of homelessness, he even acknowledged he hasn't been able to solve the problem.
And the question I guess would be is is that does the nation want what California has?
Don't you think that that would be at the end of the day, wouldn't it be about issues, or do you think is his personality would overcome any deficit in terms of policy decisions?
Oh, his personality is completely fake.
And I live actually not too far from him.
I live in Northern California.
He happens to live about uh five, ten minutes away from me.
Totally secured, the gate guards, everything.
You can't touch that man or anywhere he walks.
By the way, every politician should be safe.
I don't have a problem with that.
Exactly.
But what he's done around where I live is destroy it.
We've got, you know, and this isn't all about California.
What I'm concerned about is the country, mostly because w he shouldn't go down that road.
We should not go down that road and allow him a platform.
We shouldn't allow, I hope, I'm just hoping that we do not let him go farther into destroying the country because you really think there's anything you can do to stop it if that's where his ambition is, and if he gets the support of the big money people on the left.
Oh, well, we don't want to give up.
We're still fighting out here.
I'm in a county that's that was red and now it's uh turning purple a little bit because of everybody moving in here from areas that he supports.
You know, they're his backers.
And they walk in and they ruin our areas, they ruin our farmland, they ruin our Sacramento is ruined.
And uh I own a small business.
Um and he likes to put the small business people out of business unless it's his business.
Um, I went through a list of major corporations that have moved their corporate headquarters out of California, and that list is extensive, and the companies we're talking about are are big companies.
They are.
They sure are.
You know, and uh look, I think California has a lot of problems.
I think let's just wait and see.
Um I got him I think we only had one of the exchanges, but twice during the interview, I got him pretty much to say under no condition, no circumstances is he gonna get involved and challenge Joe.
Uh I have no reason to doubt what he's saying is true.
And uh however, you know, he puts a different face and a lot more energy behind this this radical new green deal ism and climate alarmist religious cultism.
And I think that people need to be aware of the thinking and the logic and the results when those policies are implemented.
That uh in that sense I think it was a good exchange.
Well, good.
Um I was a little nervous about it because I don't like to give him any platforms anymore because I think he loved it.
He he thrived on that.
But I I thank you so much for hanging in there, and we're gonna keep trying.
And I just hope nobody listening would ever vote for this man because he will destroy our country.
Listen, half the country would vote for him.
Pretty close to half.
You know, let's say both sides start out with 40% of their base.
The question is, will Middle America, you know, let's let's say it's it's you know, if we had the debate with DeSantis and Newsom, okay, here's Florida's record, here's your record.
And then people will choose.
I mean, I think it I think it's that fundamental at this time.
Anyway, I appreciate good call.
Thank you.
