I'll put it that way.
How are you, my friend?
I'm delirious.
You're delirious.
All right, so let me give you the three big ones, and we could add to it very simply to catch a phrase here: national security, the bad state of the economy.
Now we know for a fact that they pre-bunked the FBI meeting with big tech corporations in the lead up to the 2020 election.
Even though the FBI had had a copy of Hunter Biden's laptop in December of 2019, John Solomon says they verified it in the spring of 2020.
They still had FBI officials meeting with big tech.
And we know from the case in Missouri that they were warning big tech companies that they may be, well, subjected to a misinformation campaign, a foreign misinformation campaign, and it may be about Hunter Biden or Joe Biden.
Now we know that there were people within the CIA working within the CIA assisting Tony Blinken and Mike Morrell in putting together the 51 names of former Intel officials that knew nothing about the Hunter Biden laptop so that Joe Biden could have a talking point in his debate against Donald Trump.
Now we have this, and I'm sure you watched the press conference from earlier today, and that is James Comer.
He'll be on Hannity tonight from the oversight committee talking about the Biden family, nine members of the family, a web of shell companies concealing foreign cash bank records obtained by the GOP House.
And we know that Joe Biden's repeated lie has now been, well, pretty much open to the public that in fact he had not only knowledge of Hunter Biden's foreign business dealings, but he had intimate knowledge in many meetings with these foreign business partners.
So to me, Bill O'Reilly, we've got a lot of problems in this country.
Yeah, I mean, look, people believe what they want to believe.
So for me and my reporting on this, I'm trying to be as simple as possible to live up to my reputation as a simple man.
I'm trying to break it down so that if you encounter a person who just shrugs this off, like the CNN correspondent did today, not a pundit, a correspondent on CNN right after the press conference for the House GOP members.
Oh, well, you know, they didn't link it to Biden and again, you know, that kind of stuff.
Here's how I see this.
At this point in history, there's no question at all, no debate, nothing like that, that there were ethical violations on the part of Vice President Joe Biden.
Ethical.
We have not seen evidence of criminal because there is no accusation that can be backed up that he got any money.
Let me challenge that, and I'll give you one example that we all know because I've repeated it often.
Now, as vice president, he was in charge of Ukraine.
He goes to Ukraine.
He has a billion taxpayer dollars that he's supposed to deliver to the Ukrainians.
And he says, you're not going to get the $1 billion until you fire this prosecutor, which is odd in and of itself.
Why would a vice president want a prosecutor and Ukraine fired?
We now know why, because the prosecutor was investigating Burisma holdings, of which they were paying an enormous sum of money to Hunter, who went on Good Morning America and acknowledged and admitted he had no experience with Ukraine, no experience in energy, oil, gas, or coal, but yet he's being paid a fortune.
He gave them six hours to fire the prosecutor or they wouldn't get the money.
And son of a B, Bill, they fired him.
Now, are you telling me that that is not a quid pro quo?
No, I'm saying that it would be hard to convict Joe Biden of a criminal felony for doing that.
Let's play Joe Biden the candidate and get you to react to the lies that he told many times that he had no knowledge of this.
We know of 14 specific meetings that Joe Biden had with Hunter and his foreign business partners, and we have photographic evidence as well.
How many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?
I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses, period.
And what I will do is the same thing we did in our administration.
There will be an absolute wall between personal and private and the government.
Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business dealings?
I stand by that statement.
Bill O'Reilly, that's a lie, isn't it?
Yes.
But you don't get sentenced to prison for a lie.
Look, I don't want to be pinheady about this, Hannity, but I'm going to give your audience an insight.
This is exactly what happened to U.S. Grant.
It was a huge scandal while he was president because his friends benefited from a whiskey deal.
And all kinds of accusations came toward Grant.
And it actually ruined his reputation.
Now, Grant himself was never charged with a crime, but he had to know that all the people around him were making all this money on an illegal whiskey deal.
And you guys can look that up, Google that.
It's easy to understand.
It's the same thing.
However, Biden may have gotten money, but the House doesn't have it.
Let me give you an area where he is implicated, okay?
In Hunter's laptop, he complains bitterly that he has to give half of his income to, quote, Pops.
He complains bitterly that he has to pay for Pops' home repairs.
They talk about putting aside 10% for the big guy.
Now, for example, in Ukraine, when Hunter has no experience and he's getting paid all this money, Bill, and this will go into every single country that they are finding that the Bidens did business with.
Well, what did Hunter offer Ukraine, Bill?
What could he possibly have offered Ukraine?
The answer is nothing.
Access to his father.
That's the answer.
Well, then that's selling access, Bill.
That's illegal.
I don't know if that's a crime at this point, unless Joe Biden, you can see Biden, says to his son, yeah, I'll do this for the Ukrainians if they pay you this, which they may get out of here.
Well, then why did he demand?
Hold it.
Why did he demand the firing of that prosecutor and withhold a billion taxpayer dollars?
I don't want to be in a position of defending Joe Biden.
I am putting you in the worst position possible.
This is not a cupcake interview, Bill.
I'm not defending him.
I am telling you, this is a stair-step situation like Watergate.
It's the same thing.
So they have a basis of investigation.
There were many ethical violations by Joe Biden as vice president.
Beyond any doubt, you've proven it.
I've proven it.
It's there.
Ethical violations.
Okay.
Now the House Investigative Committee and the FBI should be doing this, but they're not doing it, which is another scandal.
The FBI House Committee is trying to link the ethical violations with criminal violations.
And if they can show through banking records that Joe Biden received gratuities from his son money.
Well, Charles Grassley and James Comer are demanding, and they had a deadline of noon today.
I don't know if that letter came in yet.
We'll know by tonight.
And that was they believe because of a whistleblower that there is a document that shows that would prove that specific actions were taken in exchange for money going to the Biden family from foreign countries.
Let me give you another example.
I mean, our number one geopolitical foe is China.
Our number two geopolitical foe is Russia.
These are countries that Hunter Biden did business in.
Now, is it a fair question, Bill?
And if you don't think it is, then tell me to believe that, you know, what did Hunter do?
What expertise did he offer the communist Chinese or the Russian oligarch, former first lady in Moscow, to get such astronomical amounts of money?
And Bill, I'll add one other little thing here.
You know, if the Bidens, everything they were doing is legal, why did they create a web of LLCs in Hunter's name and multiple layers of separation to obfuscate?
Why were children being paid as well, Bill?
Can you answer that?
Because they didn't want people to know Hunter was selling influence to his father.
Look, Hunter Biden is guilty.
He's going to be indicted, but the Justice Department will indict him on lesser crimes than doing something in the espionage area, which is where this would fall, by the way, Hannah.
It would fall in espionage.
And you don't think Joe leveraging that billion is evidence that he was abusing his power?
And we have another issue.
Is this president compromised because of the dealings his family was doing with foreign adversaries?
Listen, I feel that Joe Biden is guilty of abusing his office as vice president.
Okay?
And if we had an honest system here, he could be impeached for that.
He could also be impeached for not enforcing immigration law.
Those are the two areas.
So that's what I believe, that Biden abused his office.
And he did what so many politicians have done.
They sold the office for money, but the money went to his son and his brother.
We don't know if it went to him.
If anything.
His son claims that it did go to him.
Who does?
His son in his own laptop.
Well, then his son has to testify to that, and certainly he will not.
And you know that he won't.
He'll explain, well, this is what I meant.
How do you justify paying children for work with foreign countries and many of them hostile regimes?
And do you know anybody who would justify what Biden has obviously done?
Who?
MSDNC and fake news CNN for sure.
This is interesting.
The New York Times didn't put anything on its website.
We've been tracking them about this hearing this morning.
They didn't mention it.
Talk about corruption and collusion.
Oh, my God.

So nobody can justify what we know Joe Biden did.
He enabled his son, by using government property, by the way, that's Air Force 2, to amass millions of dollars selling access to him, the vice president.

All right, let me change topics because I think this is important as well.
I explained to you what the FBI did.
They pre-bunked the Hunter Biden laptop story by going and meeting weekly with big tech.
Now we know that Tony Blinken, along with Mike Morrell, led this effort to get 51 former Intel officials to sign this letter saying this laptop has all the earmarks of Russian misinformation.
But what we learned last night is that a CIA current employee also was involved in getting signatories to sign that letter.
That means the FBI was putting their cinder blocks on the scales to help Joe Biden beat Trump.
But that says the CIA was doing the same thing as well.
And that was all based on a lie because that laptop was very real.
That's right.
So you have politics infecting the two most powerful agencies in this country, the FBI and the CIA.
There's no doubt about that.
You see, you're trying to convince people that it happened.
I think 100% of your viewer and listenership know it did.
I think everybody listening to us right now understands what Biden did, what the FBI is doing, because the FBI is not.
But don't you see this as dangerous to the very heart and soul of our Democratic Republic, Bill?
Sure, I've been telling you for weeks on these weekly chats that we...
I like our weekly chats.

And the reason it's so corrupt is that the media is corrupt and it lets these people get away with it.
There's no more Woodward and Bernstein and looking at Nixon.
That doesn't exist anymore.
And so that these guys find it very easy.
Biden never thought that this was going to come back and bite him, ever.

He figured out.
He lied with abandon during that campaign, didn't he?
Yeah.
I mean, look, he's so arrogant in his dementia.
He's so arrogant, he believes he didn't do anything wrong.
It's not like he thinks he did anything.
Yeah, I think he knows a little better.
He was very cocky when he was, I think it was before the Council on Foreign Relations when he was bragging about the Ukrainian billion dollars that he held back.

And I've explained it as best as I could.
I'm trying to get this information out to people.
I mean, we really have, on top of the economy being a disaster, on top of national security concerns, we are very, very, we have a very dangerous situation unfolding.
We have a debt ceiling approaching.
That is in 21 days.
And tomorrow, Title 42 ends, and we're going to have hundreds and hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants pouring into the country.
But with that said, it is James Comer's presser that took the top, well, not in the media mob.
All they want to talk about is George Santos.
George Santos, everybody's figured out that George Santos doesn't tell the truth.
You know what the sad part is?
He's actually the congressman of my district.
Of all the people, I'll take back Swazi at this point if he had turned Republican.
But anyway, Comer pointing out that the Biden family received all this money from foreign entities while Joe was vice president and was leading efforts in these countries.
He talked about how the Bidens received over a million dollars from a relationship with a Romanian national who was convicted of corruption.
Then he talked about the Bidens receiving millions of dollars from China, and Joe continues to lie about all of it.
Remember, we keep playing and reminding you, not one time did I ever have a single conversation with my son or any Biden family member about their foreign business dealings.
Yeah, okay, we're not buying that.
Then Comer talked about the Bidens receiving millions from China, and Joe Biden continues to lie about all of this.
How do they explain the 170 suspicious activity reports?
How do they explain the layer upon layer, multiple LLCs?
And how do you explain monies that they're taking in from foreign countries?
What did they do to receive that money?
What work did they perform?
Ukraine is a perfect example.
Hunter admits on video that he had no experience.
Anyway, let's play all of this.
We want to discuss information the committee has learned since our last press conference in November.
New information investigators have uncovered regarding the transfer of money from foreign entities to the Biden family.
Many of the wire payments occurred while Joe Biden was vice president and leading the United States efforts in these countries.
First instance, while Vice President Biden was lecturing Romania on anti-corruption policies, in reality, he was a walking billboard for his son and family to collect money.
Hunter Biden and his associates capitalized on a lucrative financial relationship with a Romanian national who was under investigation for and later convicted of corruption in Romania.
The Bidens received over $1 million for the deal.
And 16 of the 17 payments to their associates' account that funneled the Biden's money occurred while Joe Biden was vice president.
In fact, the money stops flowing from the Romanian national soon after Joe Biden leaves the vice presidency.
This is a pattern of influence peddling.
This appears separate from any payment Hunter received from his work connecting this individual to a U.S. law firm.
In March, the committee released its first bank records memorandum that showed a Biden associate, Rob Walker, used his company to funnel money from the Chinese to various Biden family members.
Democrats dismissed the evidence, even though it was based on bank records directly from the bank.
The Democrats on the Oversight Committee received the same records as the Republicans, and they were able to verify the information.
Democrats said all the bank records showed were Papa John's and Starbucks receipts.
They deliberately chose to miscontrue and deny what was clearly in front of them.
Hunter Biden's representatives claimed the money was, quote, good faith seed funds, but could not explain why those funds had to go through an intermediary in what appears to be an attempt to hide the transfers from the Chinese.
They also couldn't explain why the Bidens received over $1 million in 16 different wire transfers over a period of three months to at least five different banks.
The president, when confronted with this information, said it wasn't true.
Instead of being honest with the American people, President Biden has claimed since the 2020 election that his family has not received money from China.
That was a lie in 2020, and he continues to lie to the American people now.
The Bidens have received millions of dollars from China.
It is inconceivable that the president did not know it.
A week ago, I sent a subpoena to the FBI for a form that a whistleblower has alleged is in the FBI's possession.
We hope the FBI will be transparent and forthcoming and provide the Oversight Committee with the 1023 form we have subpoenaed.
If they do, the committee will assess the form.
It has subpoenaed from the FBI and has been my practice.
We will report to you only facts when they are verified and indisputable.
This committee will not pursue witch hunts or string the American people along for years with false promises of evidence that is beyond circumstantial evidence, as Representative Adam Schiff and the Democrats did for years.
The committee is concerned by the complicated, suspicious network of over 20 companies.
We have identified the Bidens and their associates used to enrich themselves.
Most of these companies were limited liability companies formed during Joe Biden's vice presidency.
The bank records show the Biden family, their associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals and their companies.
Some of that money came from a Chinese company and went to Hunter Biden's company.
Other transfers occurred with the help of Rob Walker, who then sent it onto different Biden family members.
This is not how lawful businesses operate.
Chinese nationals affiliated with the Bidens created limited liability companies in the United States and then in a short period of time transferred their interest to a Chinese company that sent money to the Bidens.
This is not normal.
Hunter Biden and his associates courted business in countries that correlated directly with Joe Biden's work as vice president.
This is also not normal.
It is not ethical.
So that was James Comer from earlier today.
You know, he's now identified over, what, 20 LLCs that the Bidens and associates used to enrich themselves and how they received over $10 million from foreign nationals while Biden was VP.
Is that the total number?
I don't think we know.
And we'll ask Peter Schweitzer.
He got the ball rolling back in the day.
What was it, 2018 when Secret Empires came out?
He launched that book right here on this show and on my TV show.
Anyway, he'll join us and he'll respond to Comer coming up.

You know, this whole factor situation of Joe Biden destroyed Earth exactly how much they're going to owe.
You know, this man won't even recognize his own grandchild.
And it's been proven by science that this is his grandchild.
And yet he won't even identify with that grandchild.
That's his blood and flesh.
And do you think he really takes the men to care about the future of my kids or anyone else's kids?
And not only that, you know, today, if anyone has any common sense, I think that's what is lacking today in America.
That George Santos gets arrested the exact same moment James Comer is giving his, you know, yeah, by the way, you don't think that timing was on purpose?
I'm not buying that.
Well, it's ridiculous because we have this little of Merrick Garland, who is now basically just a hitman for the president.
And I thought we had three different branches of government, judicial, executive, legislative, and executive is now in charge of the judicial.
And that to me is sad and pathetic.
But you know what?
The big thing is, I think what's going to happen here is that Ukraine war going on right now is really sad for the fact that this is a cover-up for the Biden family syndicate of crime.
And millions upon millions of people are going to be affected and have been affected by this whole situation in Eastern Europe.
And this is nothing but do but just to cover up what Joe Biden and his family has done.
And they are corrupt, and we all know they are.
And we are basically funding our tax dollars for a war, killing people in Ukraine to cover up one family's misdeeds.
And that to me is unacceptable, and common sense has to prevail, regardless if you're Democrat or Republican.
Get it together, America.
This man is evil and he's no good for us.

No, what I call for some people haven't been mentioned is with all this stuff with the Biden family.
I think it's a lot bigger than that.
I mean, this happened under the Obama administration.
You had Clintons flying to Ukraine and Bill Clinton going over making all these speeches for tons of money.
And all that stuff's gone now.
The Clinton County Foundation's gone, him going and making all this money.
I think it was the whole administration, not just the Bidens.
Listen, I think a lot of these people cash in.
There's no doubt about it.
And they give speeches for massive amounts of money and they write books and they get talked about.
And I mean, there's nothing in most cases, it's nothing illegal.
But in the case, you've got to ask, what did Hunter Biden offer any of these countries?
What service did they perform?
What service did the children, the young children, perform when they got money?
What service did Hunter provide Barisma holdings in Ukraine when he admits he has no experience?
You know, Joe doesn't know about it.
Okay, then why did he demand that the prosecutor investigating his son get fired and get it done?
So, you know, everybody ignored that at the time of the impeachment of Donald Trump over a phone call with Ukraine, basically saying, I hope you're not corrupt like your predecessor and that you will be good stewards of the money that we're sending you.
That is a responsible conversation from my point of view.
So Biden, you know, it's I've not heard that the Clinton Foundation to me was a mess.
Remember, we had that whole issue.
We brought up all these examples.
But there's, you know, again, in this country, unfortunately, a dual justice system.
You have one for the Bidens, one for the Clintons, one for liberals, and then, of course, you have one for the Trumps and the conservatives and Republicans.
So we don't have equal justice under the law.
