Sean covers the latest on the idea that Hunter Biden might be indicted and it seems like the FBI and the Justice Department are still not doing anything to enforce the law. If we don't have integrity in our institutions, we will lose America! See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
We got a lot of news on the Biden family syndicate front.
Let me read from the Detroit News headline.
Prosecutors near charging decision in Hunter Biden case.
Now, prosecutors are nearing a decision as to whether to charge President Biden's son Hunter with tax and gun-related violations, according to people familiar familiar with all of this.
This is the culmination of a four-year investigation that Republicans have sought to portray as evidence of the Biden family being corrupt.
Biden's attorneys met at the Justice Department in downtown Washington, I believe it was a week ago today, to discuss the case with U.S. attorney David Weiss of Delaware, according to people that are familiar with the matter and spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss ongoing the ongoing criminal investigation.
Now, typically that sort of meeting in which defense attorneys urge prosecutors not to seek an indictment of their client or to seek reduced charges comes towards the end of an investigation.
That means they probably have likely made a decision.
The people familiar with the matter say Weiss is nearing the end of the decision making process, although they offered no specific timetable, and they did caution that the probe is taking longer than some officials thought it would, frustrating law enforcement.
That that that is only one part of what is uh a big developing breaking news day regarding the Biden family syndicate, uh and it's all getting pretty interesting.
So anyway, uh we got to pay very close attention to this.
Let me give you some other information we have we have.
Uh John Solomon at JustHnews.com uh has a development that the FBI has a document alleging a pay-to-play scheme that involves the president Joe Biden according to lawmakers.
Now James Comer has subpoenaed the memo, says he was alerted to uh this by the whistleblower and the House and Senate GOP investigators.
Now Comer is in the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, and he's investigating the Biden family syndicate, and then you got a tandem investigation in the House Judiciary Committee, and that's Jim Jordan's committee, and they're looking into whether the FBI is politicized the DOJ weaponized.
And anyway, so House and Senate GOP investigators, uh they have said earlier today that they have learned that the FBI possesses this document alleging this pay-to-play bribery scheme involving Joe Biden, the president, and have subpoenaed this in what is now a pretty explosive new twist in their long-running corruption probe of the first family.
Now the Senate Budget Committee ranking member and longtime whistleblower advocate Chuck Grassley and House uh Committee on Oversight and Accountability, James Comer, said that they learned of the document.
It's known as a FD-1023 from the whistleblower.
Quote, we believe the FBI possesses an unclassified internal document that includes very serious and detailed allegations implicating the current president of the United States.
Now, what we don't know is what, if anything, the FBI has done to verify these claims or investigate further.
The FBI's recent history of botching politically charged investigations uh demands close congressional oversight.
Chuck Grassley said that, and the information provided by the whistleblower raises concerns that the then Vice President Joe Biden allegedly encouraged and engaged in a what is a ultimately there again.
What they're calling a bribery scheme with a foreign national.
The American people, quote, need to know if President Biden sold out the United States of America to make money for himself.
Senator Grassley and I will seek the truth to ensure accountability for the American people, according to James Comer.
Then Comer said his committee issued a the subpoena designed to compel the FBI to produce the memo.
The subpoena specifically demands that the FBI turn over the all FD uh 1023s that contain the word Biden and all the accompanying attachments and documents with it.
Now, what's interesting, let's go back to the whistleblower.
Remember the whistleblower made this allegation uh that in fact he has information, the whistleblower from the IRS, alleging that the FBI and the DOJ have documents revealing this criminal scheme involving Biden and a foreign national.
So the whistleblower alleged that the FBI, the DOJ are in possession of the document.
And that's exactly what we're talking about here.
Comer issued the subpoena following legally protected disclosures.
According to Charles Grassley's office, they believe that they have it.
This is a huge development.
And this gets to the heart of the questions I've been asking.
Now, as far as I'm concerned, what we're hearing about an indictment of Hunter Biden, okay, it's interesting.
Um what we learned yesterday that Hunter Biden was warned in 2017 about monies that he didn't pay taxes on from going back to 2014, and the allegation is that uh people in the Department of Justice uh let the statute of limitations, they might have let the statute of limitations pass.
Uh we've got to find out and get to the bottom line of that story.
Uh so far we've not gotten to this.
Uh let me also bring in an article in the Washington Times uh written earlier today uh about two top congressional Republicans now alleging that Secretary of State Tony Blinken that he lied to Congress when he denied knowing that President Biden's son Hunter held a lucrative job on the board of a Ukrainian gas company.
And Johnson and Grassley wrote to Blinken and his wife to demand that they produce all records referring to related matters involving Hunter Biden, who is now the subject of this congressional probe into foreign business deals that paid millions to Biden family members.
Remember, first we only thought it was Joe, his brother Jim, and Hunter.
Then we found out it was nine people.
Then last week it came out as it was as many as twelve family members.
I mean, these are all serious charges.
What we've not gotten to the bottom of, and remember the all of this started because of Peter Schweitzer's book, Secret Empires.
And we did the first interview with Peter.
We've had him on so many times since then.
Um and he keeps doing it in an even deeper dive into all of this, and the amount of money that he believes is involved in all of these deals is massive.
And what we need is a definitive answer.
How much money did the Biden family do with biz in business with China?
Uh, how much did they make in terms of profit?
Uh, the same with Russia, the same with Ukraine, the same with Kazakhstan, and the same with, according to Jim Comer, James Comer, you know, a dozen other countries.
How much money did they bring in?
How much money in deals did they do?
You know, in other words, and what did Joe Biden know?
When did Joe Biden know it?
We know he lied when he said repeatedly on the campaign trail.
We know he lied when he said that he never once had a single conversation with his son Hunter about his foreign business dealings.
Okay, we know that's not true, because we know of dates and times and places that Hunter, Joe, and Hunter's business partners, foreign business partners, were all together.
So that's one big fat lie by Joe.
How much money did Joe, the big guy, get in terms of monies from his son Hunter?
Now, Hunter on the laptop from hell, that was very real, Tony Blinken, and all you 51 former Intel people that signed that letter and lied to the American people and gave Joe Biden cover in the weeks before the 2020 election, and I think there ought to be an investigation into that.
That's all the earmarks of Russian disinformation.
We've never seen it, but uh it doesn't sound real to us.
Okay, and that was used in a debate against Donald Trump by Joe Biden.
Uh so now it's it's getting more interesting by the minute.
You know, and by the way, Merrick Garland needs to answer some questions.
Uh, why didn't they go after Hunter Biden?
They've had that laptop since December of 2019.
Why didn't they go after uh Hunter Biden?
Why didn't they verify that?
Now, John Solomon said to me on TV that they did verify the authenticity of the laptop from hell, and that would be in the spring of 2020.
So if all of that happened, then why was the FBI that verified the authenticity of the laptop?
Uh why were their FBI agents in the months leading up to the 2020 election having meek uh weekly meetings with big tech companies, basically indoctrinating them into uh a belief that they're there's going to be a misinformation campaign from a foreign country to influence the 2020 elections, and it might be about Hunter Biden, according to Yoel Roth, former integrity site head at Twitter, uh, before Elon Musk bought it.
Um so why were they at why were they prepping all these companies when they knew if the FBI had the laptop, authenticated the laptop, as John Solomon says, if that all happened and they let the FBI agents imply to big tech companies that if you hear a story about Hunter or Joe Biden, it's likely misinformation.
Well, that's why it got censored.
You couldn't even put it out on any social media platform at that time without either getting banned or having it erased or having it blocked by the big tech companies.
Well, that's the greatest, biggest in kind contribution you could ever want.
And frankly, it's interference in a presidential election, which also, as we have covered at length and in deep detail, uh what happened in 2016.
At some point here, we've got to ask ourselves, do we want integrity?
Do we want the FBI putting, you know, cinder blocks on the scales in favor of their candidate uh of justice to influence election outcomes?
The answer should be no.
And I bet Democrats would feel the same way if they did something to help a Republican candidate.
You know, that we can't have that.
At that point, it's over.
Our this great republic is done, it's finished.
Shred the Constitution.
It's over.
Now, uh, you know, so we need to know what did Merrick Garland know.
Why did Merrick Garland sit on his hands all the time he's been uh the AG of the United States?
Why did the FBI have this laptop and not do anything with it?
If they authenticated it, as Solomon said, why didn't they do anything with it?
And then you could even take it a step further.
Why did they take something that they knew to be false and tell their agents to go interview people at big tech companies and inform them that this may happen?
Because that that had absolutely played a big role.
Did Merrick Garland, he claims he didn't, but did he lie before a congressional committee?
Because now we believe and that GOP Senator uh Charles Grassley and Ron Johnson, they're both saying Tony Blinken lied under oath about his emailing with Hunter Biden.
He testified, he made false statements, which under which before Congress is uh uh a crime, uh, that occurred when he sat down for an interview with the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee in December of 2020.
Blinken was still working for the Biden campaign at the time and told the committee he had not previously emailed Hunter Biden.
Now we find out, according to emails reviewed and verified by Fox News Digital that Anthony Blinken in fact did communicate via email with Hunter Biden when he was serving as the deputy secretary of state in the Obama Biden administration, and Hunter was on the board of the Ukrainian energy firm Barisma, where he admitted on GMA he had no experience in oil, gas, coal, energy at all whatsoever, and no experience with Ukraine.
Well, why are you getting paid all this money?
I don't know.
No idea.
No idea why.
Maybe because your dad's in charge of Ukrainian policy?
Does that explain Joe on tape bragging that he leveraged one billion U.S. tax dollars and said fire a Ukrainian prosecutor or you're not getting the billion?
And son of a B, they fired him?
All begins to make sense now.
Now Merrick Garland's standing by his testimony.
Tony Blinken just said, Oh, I'm not involved in politics in my position as Secretary of State.
He's just d dodging and ducking and weaving.
Uh, but in his case, I believe there's pure there's a lot of evidence involved in all this.
Anyway, 800-941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
Later in the show, all things simple man Bill O'Reilly and later Cayley McEnney will join us as well.
800 941 Sean, our number.
You want to be a part of the program.
So anyway, reports are everywhere, and word on the street is pretty loud, meaning my sources.
What do you mean, Hannity?
You say you're not a journalist.
I'm a talk show host, yes.
But we can produce thousands of hours of straight news on radio and TV, where I am being a journalist.
That is part of the role of a talk show host.
And then we have hours and hours on TV and radio of me being an investigator reporter.
The radical associations of Obama, the Russia hoax.
We got it right, the media mob got it wrong.
Just like we got it right on UVA, Duke LaCrosse, uh Ferguson, Missouri, Richard Jewell early in my career, uh Freddie Gray, Baltimore.
We got them all right.
And then we also give opinion, but we don't hide who we are.
I'm a conservative.
I say it up front.
That's part of being a talk show host.
All these roles we play.
Uh we talk about culture, we talk about woke, we talk about unwoke, we talk about, you know, sleepy woke, what whatever.
Uh and sports and whatever else is in the news.
In other words, this program is like the whole newspaper.
But the rumors are very real, running rampant, that Hunter Biden could be indicted as early as tomorrow.
And uh during this last break, I talked to somebody that absolutely is a top source that would know.
Now, it might not happen tomorrow.
It may not happen Friday, but it seems like it's coming.
Uh anyway, we'll get to all that.
Also, all things simple man Bill O'Reilly, he'll check in today.
Cayley McEnaney, our friend and uh colleague from Fox will join us.
Serenity in the Storm, uh, which I think all of us need to have occasionally in our lives.
It doesn't seem like I have it regularly.
Quick break, right back.
We'll get to your calls as well today.
800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, a lot of news that we will get to straight ahead.

Uh the odds are about fifty-fifty that Hunter could be indicted tomorrow.
I mean, that's that's a pretty high percentage.
So I would imagine it's probably forthcoming within the next week.
It could happen tomorrow, could happen Friday.
Could happen pretty much at any time, I guess.
Could happen a week, a year from now.
I mean, I mean now we're getting speculative and sounding silly, but uh want to remind you I get my best night's sleep because of all things my pillow.com.

Um we're back to the issue of Tony Blinken.
Jonathan Turley is a big piece in today's New York Post about this, and it's actually takes up two pages of the New York Post today.
Um, how Tony Blinken plays innocent as the net is now tightening over the Hunter Biden scandals.
And for example, they have the email trail that he puts in his column, and it's Senator Ron Johnson who accused Anthony Blinken, Secretary of State of perjury, saying that he lied under oath about being in contact with Hunter Biden, the email and the testimony.
Anyway, May 22nd, 2015, a little over a year after joining the Barismo board, Hunter Biden emails Blinken, then deputy Secretary of State under Barack Obama, quote, have a few minutes next week to grab a cup of coffee.
Uh I know you are impossibly busy, but would like to get uh your advice on a couple of things.
Hunter, my best.
Uh Blinken responded, absolutely.
Uh I'm just about to land in Tokyo and route back to DC from Burma.
Uh I'll be in the office uh from Tuesday on, copying Linda in my office to find a good time.
Look forward to seeing you, Tony.
Anyway, July 22nd, 2015, after a meeting for lunch, Blinken writes an email to Hunter with the subject line, Great Two, and the message continues.
See you and catch up.
You'll love this after you left.
Marjorie, the wonderful African American woman who sits in my outer office uh and used to be uh Colin Powell's assistant, said to me, He sure is a he sure is pleasant on the eyes.
Tell your wife, Tony, December 22nd, 2020.
Blinken testifies before Congress.
Uh staffer Scott Whitman.
Did you have any other means of correspondence with Hunter Biden?
Emails, texts.
Blinken, no.
Whitman, during your time as deputy secretary of state, were you aware of any association that Hunter Biden had with Barisma?
Have you ever discussed any of Hunter Biden's financial or business arrangements with Joe Biden?
Blinken.
I have not.
Now this is where it gets very, very interesting here, uh, because a lot of the you know, people up doing the investigation, Ron Johnson, Chuck Grassley, they've been in the forefront of a lot of this.
Uh, then you've got the House investigative committees, uh, Comer's committee and Jim Jordan's committee.
But you know, Ron Johnson is saying he just flat out lied.
Uh they believe and they're all in agreement on that he lied uh likely lied to Congress about his knowledge of Hunter Biden and his job and payments from uh the Ukrainian gas firm, Barisma, in addition to Blinken's alleged lie about never emailing Hunter, this all in the New York Post today.
And the senators wrote uh that emails from Hunter Biden's abandoned laptop as well as additional records that have been assembled by legislative investigators cast doubt on Blinken's professed ignorance of Hunter's role on the Barisma board, where he earned up to a million dollars a year in a fact uh and in fact uh show Blinken was trying to connect with Barisma's U.S. lobbyists.
Again, reading from the New York Post, quote, your statement to Congress but that you did not email Hunter Biden is clearly not true and calls into question the veracity of your entire December twenty uh second, twenty twenty testimony.
Uh Johnson and Grassley wrote Blinken Tuesday morning, yesterday morning, specifically, quote, you have denied having any awareness of Hunter Biden's association with the corrupt Ukrainian gas company Barisma Holdings, quote, lying to Congress is a crime, punishable by up to five years in prison.
And Grassley and Johnson, who led an initial investigation into the first family's foreign business ventures while they led the Senate Homeland Security and Finance Committees in 2020, cited emails from Hunter's laptop that appear to contradict uh Blinken's uh statements and referred to further non public documentation.
So the State Department didn't want to uh respond to any of this.
And what what Turley is saying here about Blinken claiming that the political version of the Immaculate Conception, that's how he writes this.
He says in a Fox interview, Blinken suggests that he's free of blame in the creation of the 2020 letter from the former Intel officials claiming that Hunter Biden and the laptop story was uh had all the year marks of Russian disinformation,
despite the primary organizer of the letter uh naming him, and that was Mike Morrell, named Blinken specifically by name before congressional committee in testimony, uh, that he was the first person, the Biden campaign, you know, tasked with getting those fifty-one former Intel people to sign the letter.
All of the people that signed that letter are taking the same position.
No one is at fault in one of the most what calculated false stories ever planted.
You know, that think about the impact of that letter.
You know, that laptop was very real.
Think about the FBI having it from December of 2019.
Now I didn't mention earlier, don't forget they knew Rudy Giuliani, then Donald Trump's attorney, had a copy of the laptop.
So they knew the odds were high that they were going, you know, to eventually, at some point, that eventually this was going to be become public.
We're talking about a presidential campaign here.
Um and it would be logical to assume that.
Now, if John Solomon, who reported to me on my TV show, is correct that they verified the authenticity of that laptop in the spring of 2020, again, they had it in December of 2019, 11 months before the 2020 presidential election.
All right, so if they did verify it, then why would FBI agents be meeting weekly with big tech companies in the months leading up to the 2020 election, and according to testimony in that case in Missouri and the A.G. at the time,
now he's senator at the time, uh, knowing that Yoel Roth, that's talking about A.G. Schmidt, who's now Senator Schmidt, um, that Yo Roth said, yeah, they did say that Hunter Biden might be part of the misinformation that we receive or that we would be a victim of.
I mean, anyway, if you start with the letter, you know, that letter was used by Joe Biden during a debate with Donald Trump to basically shut down any of the chatter, any of the talk, any of the discussion about what was a very, very real laptop.
Anyway, the media mob, social media companies, they censored the story, you know, including the likes of Twitter and all these other big tech companies.
You know, again, you go to Mike Morrell, was called before Congress to give a statement on this very issue, and when pressed on how the letter came into being, Morel reportedly didn't hesitate.
He said Blinken was the impetus of the false claim.
Morell then organized dozens of ex-national security officials to sign the letter.
By the way, our friend Dan Hoffman was approached and he did not sign it.
Good for him.
Uh anyway, they they got 51 of them to sign it.
Blinken telling Fox News, Benjamin Hall in his first interview since his his horrific injuries in Ukraine.
Um he did the interview with Blinken, and and all that uh Blinken said is in regard to that letter.
I didn't, it wasn't my idea, didn't ask for it, didn't solicit it.
And I think the testimony of former deputy director of the CIA, Mike Morrell, uh put forward confirms that.
So Morrell called him the impetus for the letter.
Now, either one of them is lying and one of them's telling the truth.
If I had to guess here, I'm thinking Blinken is the one lying.
I'm just guessing.
I have to pick or choose between the two.
I'm going with Blinken lying here.
Uh so uh this this gets even more interesting, and the web, you know, begins to expand out here.
Uh Blinken is now facing a very serious question raised by Ron Johnson in terms of who declared, you know, and Johnson said that Blinken told bold face lies when he testified to Congress.
And it's now we're looking at lies upon lies here, because the emails between the president's son and Blinken show that he lied during his testimony in December of twenty twenty.
And of course, at that time he was looking to be the Secretary of State.
By the way, is there any connection to the fact that he organized the 51 former Intel people to sign this letter that helped bail out Joe Biden on the Hunter Biden laptop issue?
Any quid pro quo there?
I think it's a fair question.
Johnson was on uh Fox uh Fox Sunday's morning futures uh and said that we know that he lied bold face to Congress about never emailing Hunter Biden.
My guess is he told a bunch of other lies.
There are also emails that suggest that Hunter communicated through Blinken's wife, Evan Ryan, who now serves as secretary uh of of Biden's cabinet.
So we need more details on the underlying facts.
But if this all turns out to be true, that the allegations, as Jonathan Turley points out, very articulately today, could constitute both criminal and impeachable offenses.
In other words, Blinken repeatedly made these statements as part of a process leading to his confirmation as Secretary of State.
If he lied, it could constitute making a materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or misre or representation to Congress.
Well, that actually has a law associated with it, and that's 18 USC 1001.
And if he lied or communicated or committed perjury in any way, it could be constitute an impeachable offense.
One complicating issue is that this did not technically occur while he was in office, but in pursuit of the office, I don't think that's much of a technicality in my mind, but of course, this is Washington.
You never know how they think there.
It's very differently than how the normal Americans think.
What's happening is the walls are caving in on the Biden family syndicate.
That's really what's happening here.
I'm going to cut to the chase in all of this.
By the way, our thoughts and prayers with the people in Atlanta.
We know that the suspect had a minimal prior contact with the police.
They have identified the suspect, one dead and I think four at least four injured that we know of as of now.
Just sad, so tragic.
I don't know.
You know, where is this evil come from in people?
Because it's nothing but evil.
So anyway, the uh the Detroit News story is pretty fascinating.
We also have 60% of likely voters say Anthony Blinken should be impeached.
Uh the prosecutor probing Biden's classified documents has yet to interview the key witness that Hunter helped get hired, and that's Kathy Chung, who is Joe Biden's longtime executive assistant.
Now uh, who's not has it was now been interviewed by the House of Oversight Committee, that's Comer's committee.
Chung says she has no idea those boxes contained classified material.
That's on that separate issue.
You know, then the issue, I'm not sure if I buy into this.
Did they purposely uh let the statute of limitations on some tax issues go through?
I don't know.
There's no evidence of that, but I think we need answers from people that would know the answer to it.
I mean, that's for sure.
Anyway, 800-941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
Uh, we're going to talk to Bill O'Reilly about this debt limit.
You know, here we are.
We've now known it was what, 92 days ago as of today, that Kevin McCarthy met with Joe Biden on the issue of avoiding default of this country because the debt ceiling is coming due.
Okay.
That's 92 days ago.
They're not going to meet until like day 100.
They're going to meet on the 14th.
It'll be over a hundred days, I believe, before they meet.
So Joe Biden has not lifted a finger.
McCarthy has pretty much been begging him to meet.
Now the question is, McCarthy had no choice.
He doesn't want to be responsible for default.
So they end up passing their own bill, which I think has been a phenomenal bill and a fiscally responsible bill in every way imaginable.
And it basically raises the debt limit.
It resets spending to 2022 levels.
It caps spending increases at 1% per year, and it's projected to reduce the deficit by 4.8 trillion dollars as scored by the Congressional Budget Office.
I mean, that's pretty awesome.
Actually, it's great.
But don't worry, Joe Biden wants to give a $500,000 grant.
Uh no wonder why we have $31 trillion in debt.
Anyway, to uh help teach the English language in Pakistan on a program that includes, quote, intensive professional development courses for Pakistani transgender youth.
Why is one penny of U.S. dollars going to Pakistan?
Why?
Why are we giving money to China?
Why do we give money to other countries when we have record debt that our kids and grandkids are going to have to pay back one day?
All right, you know what the state of the economy is.
Sixty-seven percent chance of a recession coming, according to Zero Hedge yesterday.
Uh look, inflation on the rise.
