This is an iHeart Podcast.
Well, we're coming to your city Gonna play our guitars and sing you a country song We'll all be in a jail on.
And if you want a little bang in your yin-yang, come along.
Speaker McCarthy unveiled a ransom note holding our economy hostage.
It's a 320-page plan to kill jobs, fill our cities with smog, and give asthma to our children.
We asked folks in this poll, do you think Joe Biden should run for re-election?
Look at this.
Only a quarter, 26%, said they think he should run for re-election.
My own sense is that most Americans don't want to vote for an 81-year-old man for president.
Let's go late McDorms.
Fredo is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Yeah, we are coming.
To your city.
Don't play our guitar and say new conscious songs.
Sean Hannity.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold inspired solutions for America.
All right, hour two Sean Hannity show toll-free.
It's 800-941 Sean if you want to be a part of the program.
So we now know that a meeting took place yesterday between Hunter Biden.
He met with his lawyers, his attorneys, at least, they met with uh DOJ officials discussing the status of what is now several looming charges in his life.
Uh, even the mainstream media mob, CBS, NBC, the Washington Post, uh, are reporting that an indictment is likely and probably even imminent.
Um, and this all relates to the uh Biden family syndicate business that we've talked so much about.
Anyway, so they had this meeting, uh, whether or not any progress was made in terms of talking the DOJ down from felony charges to misdemeanors.
I have no idea.
We'll find out probably in the the days to come.
Uh, but we know that Hunter's been under investigation since at least 2018.
And as I've been saying, you know, this is getting louder and louder and louder, and I think one of the reasons it's gotten louder is because of this IRS whistleblower and the thought that Merrick Garland may have been caught lying under oath to Congress, uh, probably is precipitating some movement on their part.
Um now we know also because of James Comer's committee, the House Oversight Committee, that in fact all the suspicious activity reports, uh, and there are many of them, over 170 of them, uh, has given them some details in terms of the depth of of this this quote business syndicate, as I call it.
Uh, they've also been following the money, and they found more LLCs that they had no knowledge of prior to, you know, the last couple of weeks.
So it's getting really interesting.
And uh remember that tax bill, 2.8, what was it, million dollars in taxes, back taxes paid for by a Biden family friend.
Uh, they knew that this was a problem for Hunter now for some time.
And there is, of course, the other issue of substantial evidence as it relates to Hunter Biden lying on a firearms application, uh, saying that he was never addicted to drugs.
This is back in 2018.
That very firearm then ended up in a dumpster, and thank goodness a good Samaritan found it and handed it over to the police.
Uh, that's not a safe situation, and what do I always talk about with firearms safety uh is top my top priority?
Anyway, so you have the attorney general of the U.S., you have then also the issue of Tony Winkin Blinken, uh, who organized the 51 Intel officials.
One of them I have heard from a source of mine has flipped.
One of them is describing what exactly happened when the phone calls were made.
We now have the testimony from Mike Morell that in fact he got blinking on the case of getting 51 people to say that no, this has all the earmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign.
It doesn't look like the laptop is real.
Now the problem then becomes for the FBI, and stay with me.
Gets a little complicated here.
Is they had the laptop in December of 2019?
John Solomon broke the story the other night that they had verified that the laptop was real in the spring of 2020.
Then that raises the question: why did the FBI have a group of people in the months leading up to the November 2020 presidential election meeting with big tech companies and warning them that they could all be victims of a misinformation campaign?
And it might be about Hunter and Joe Biden.
The major questions that we have, we have to have answered here, a lot of this is not about Hunter.
A lot of this is did Merrick Garland use his position as AG to protect the Biden family.
That's number one.
Did Tony Blinken have a quid pro quo and run interference on the Hunter Biden story to help Joe get elected?
Remember, Joe used the issue of the 51 Intel uh former Intel people and the debate against Donald Trump.
Was there a quid pro quo?
Also, we need answers.
How much money did the Biden family do in business with countries, adversarial countries, our number one geopolitical foe China, our number two geopolitical foe, Russia, then we got Ukraine, then we've got, you know, a dozen other countries apparently they did business with.
But how much money in business did they do with this country with these countries?
How much profit did they all make?
And did they pay taxes on it?
Did they violate Faro laws?
Uh all of these questions need to be answered at some time.
What did Joe know?
When did he know it?
And did he personally benefit financially from Hunter Biden's business dealings?
You know, up to last week we only thought three Biden family members were involved.
Then we found out from James Comer it was as many as nine.
Now it's as many as twelve or even more Biden family members and associates that made money in this scam of theirs, or quote, business, whatever you want to call it.
Anyway, here to break it all down, investigative reporter, uh friend of the program, uh, everybody knows our friend Greg Jarrett.
He's got his new book out, by the way.
I just got my copy, and it is you can't put it down.
I mean, once you start reading it, you're gonna love it.
It's the trial of the century.
Um, and it comes out in about a month.
You can get a first print edition if you go to Amazon.com.
We have a link on Hannity.com.
Uh we expect John Solomon to join us in a few minutes as well.
Greg, good to see you actually in studio.
We never get to see each other.
Yeah, it's great to be here with you, Sean.
How do you like the audience shows?
Do you like it tonight?
I love the audio.
I mean, those people are revved up, and it revs us up when we're sitting there on set in front of them, and the interaction that you have with them is really unique and it's great.
It's fun, right?
It's a fun show for me to do.
I love meeting our audience because they give us this job that we have that we love.
All right, that was the setup.
I might have missed a few details.
You can fill in any gaps you want.
We could spend hours.
We we may spend an hour at the end of the day, but you know, where is the vulnerability here?
I look at Hunter Biden tax charges, I look at the gun charge as low-hanging fruit, not getting to the bottom of the entire city.
Yeah, I mean, if Hunter Biden skates with a sweetheart deal, you know, misdemeanors, no jail time, pleads down a felony tax evasion charge.
I mean, this turns justice on its head.
But it is not going to stop the House Committee from uncovering more and more evidence of wrongdoing.
They've only been at it for four short months, and they've managed to dig up and get their hands on now a hundred and seventy suspicious activity reports, wire transfers, banking transactions.
And, you know, Sean, all of this shows an alarming amount of foreign money flowing into the Biden-controlled bank accounts, shell companies, LLCs.
The money is then shuffled around like a shell game, and eventually lands up in the hands of a dozen Biden family members, according to Chairman James Cohen.
Uh, you know, so this max of money laundering, right?
Trying to conceal and hide the original source of, for example, Chinese money that goes into the wallets of the Biden family, not to mention uh corrupt influence peddling, uh, the selling of access to Joe Biden promises of future influence by the President of the United States.
And you know, I want to come back to something you said last night.
It was so important when you said it impeachment.
This is what our founding fathers were most worried about, that a future president would scheme with a foreign power to sell out America, which is why they created the impeachment clause in the Constitution.
Treason, bribery, high crimes and misdemeanors.
That is what they had in mind.
They were worried about a future Joe Biden.
Let me bring in John Solomon, uh, also investigative reporter and the editor in chief of uh Justin News.com.
Uh Mr. Solomon, sir, how are you?
Glad you're with us.
Good.
And I gotta say, I love that live audience format.
That was so much fun last night.
Uh look, you both got more applause than I did.
I'm a little jealous, but that's okay.
Um let's let me before we get to the news that you broke last night, and you broke a couple of stories, but one of them was about Hunter and a possible these charges that are very possible.
Even the mainstream media now is has picked up that this is now very likely, and it would include at least one tax felony charge, maybe two, and a felony gun charge, which I think has uh a penalty of a maximum fifteen years, so he's facing real jail time here, but I still look at this as the low-hanging fruit, and I think they're s gonna say, well, we went after the Bidens, now we can go after Trump, and they'll ignore Joe Biden's involvement in all of this.
Yeah, listen, I want to point something out.
You mentioned the laptop being authenticated by the FBI.
That's something I've reported previously.
That's right.
In the when the FBI began exploiting the laptop, they found this email.
It's January 6, 2017, and it's from Eric Schwerin, a person who is now cooperating with James Comer's investigation.
Close business associate of Hunter Biden, who also did a lot of tax work and favors for President Joe Biden.
So he's between son and father, close uh friend of both.
In January 16th, 2017, as Hunter Biden's word, because one of his business partners, Devin Archer has been indicted and is uh for a tribal fraud, and Hunter Biden's worried about what the FBI might find out about him.
Eric Twerin sends them this incredible warning.
2017.
In 2014, Hunter, you joined the Brees report, and we still need to amend your 2014 returns.
Three years later, we got amend 2014 returns to reflect the unreported Barisma income.
That is approximately 400,000 extra.
This is an acknowledgement in writing.
It caught the FBI's attention at the time that Hunter Biden knew that for three years he hadn't paid money on the Ukraine barisma stuff.
The stuff that was at the heart of Donald Trump's impeachment.
Why is that important?
All the stories right now, all the stories right now, are talking about a tax charge that involves thirty thousand dollars uh or some small amount of business expenses from twenty seventeen and twenty eighteen.
Everyone I'm talking to inside the investigative world are telling me they have a real concern that the Justice Department, the Biden Justice Department, either allowed the statute of limitations to expire on some of these earlier transactions referenced in Hunter Biden's laptop, or that a tolling agreement, agreement to extend the statute of limitations, that that was allowed to expire, and that's why these sort of transactions are currently not at the heart of the Justice Department's investigation.
If that happened, the Biden family has been saved a lot of embarrassment.
They won't be talking about barisma in China uh transactions when it comes to whatever charges are brought against the pres uh president son if they are brought.
Got to take a quick break more with Greg Jarrett, John Solomon on the other side, uh, and then we'll get to your calls 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Uh at the top of the next hour, uh, we will be joined by former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
Uh we'll talk about this new access of evil that I have been mentioning so often.
We continue with John Solomon and Greg Jarrett, and uh, I think we're gonna hold them past the half hour.
We have so much more to get to uh as we continue at the top of the next hour.
Former Secretary of State Mike uh Pompeo will join us as we continue.
Let's talk about the other breaking news you had last night, and this is now a letter from Donald Trump and his attorneys to Congress on the issue of the rate at Mar-a-Lago and the double standard, which we have talked often about.
Uh, but the importance of your breaking news is really critical here.
Yeah, listen, uh, how many times in the Trump scandals, and I put those in quote marks.
Did we get in an original narrative only to find out the original narrative simply wasn't true?
And yesterday, uh, and by the way, mainstream media picking this up.
The hill, a lot of people are now picking up this letter that we broke yesterday.
President Trump's lawyers sent a letter to Congress saying, Congress, you need to intervene in the classified documents dispute because you haven't been told the truth.
The Justice Department hasn't told the courts the truth.
The American people haven't been told the truth by the Biden administration.
Why?
Well, first off, the reason the documents ended up in Mar-a Lago was not that President Trump took them, but that some bureaucrats boxed them up and sent them without going through them and segregating um uh classified documents that had been left in the White House.
And there is a very floppy system here that could jeopardize national security.
And this whole investigation of Donald Trump was contrived to hide the fact that bureaucrats aren't protecting classified documents, didn't gather them up, mailed them to Marilago without any protection.
And secondly, the second thing we want to tell you, Congress, because the courts weren't told this.
President Trump made the same offer to the FBI that Joe Biden did.
Joe Biden when he had his Carolago experiment.
They went and found the documents by his famous car in Delaware.
They just did a voluntary search.
President Trump offered the same thing to the FBI.
The courts weren't told that.
We want you to know that, Congress.
Two big bombshell revelations in one letter, and a very specific request from President Trump's lawyers.
Congress get involved in this.
There are things that you can fix in a sloppy classified document system.
That's federal bureaucrats are responsible for it.
These are all great observations.
Where does this lead, Greg Jarrett, legally?
Where's the vulnerability on their part?
You know, last August I was on this program and I said, the president doesn't box up his presidential papers.
He doesn't touch it.
He doesn't touch any of it.
I made the point in August and I followed it up with a column that says the GSA, the Government Services Administration, by law is required to box up presidential papers with guidance from the National Archives.
They're the ones who move it out of the White House.
Trump didn't do it himself.
So you can never prove intent, which is what Garling would have to prove if he brings a charge.
But somehow Trump is guilty of intent to steal classified records.
That's impossible.
So he is vulnerable.
Biden is vulnerable.
But their double standard still exists.
We have a two-tier justice system.
It's a dumb system because the GSA is not competent to decide what goes and what doesn't.
All right.
We got to take a break.
Now, John Solomon, I know you got to jump, right?
We're going to come back.
You can stick around.
Okay.
Well uh we'll get back to John Solomon more with Greg Jarrett on the other side.

All right, we continue now with Greg Jarrett, Fox News Legal Analyst.
By the way, his new book is coming out soon.
You can get a first print edition.
It's called The Trial of the Century.
Uh, we'll talk about it in a second.
Uh, it's on Hannity.com, Amazon.com, and soon to be in bookstores everywhere.
Uh, John Solomon is with us, investigative reporter, editor in chief of JustHnews.com.
He is uh remaining with us as well.
All right, so we're we're doing a deeper dive into not only Hunter Biden, uh, a deeper dive into the dual justice system and and the raid on Mar-a-Lago, but no raid for Hillary and no raid for Joe Biden on the document issue.
Uh, then we're looking into the issue of whether or not this whistleblower from the IRS uh has in fact now sparked interest in the Department of Justice to show that uh they weren't running cover for the Biden family, which I believe they have been, and they may now bring charges against Hunter Biden, which is fine, but I don't think it gets to the root cause of the Biden family syndicate and what we're really dealing with.
I mean, is there a possibility that the president of the United States?
We know he lied when he said numerous times that he never had a single conversation with Hunter about his foreign business dealings.
We now have meetings, we have times of meetings.
Uh that is Hunter, Joe, foreign business partners.
We have photographic evidence as well.
Uh the question here is how much money did the Biden family take in from hostile regimes like China, Russia, Ukraine.
We now know why Joe uh withheld the a billion taxpayer dollars to get a prosecutor in Ukraine fired.
But what was the involvement of Joe Biden?
How much money did the Biden family make from these countries?
How much did they profit?
Who profited what?
Did Joe Biden make money on this?
Did they pay taxes on that money?
And more importantly, if Joe Biden was paid, does that mean we have a president that is compromised in this case by our number one geopolitical foe, that would be China, our number two geopolitical foe, that would be Russia, and what about the roles of Merrick Garland?
What about Tony Blinken and his organization of the 51 former Intel people?
It gets complicated.
I it's even hard for me to put it all together every day, but if you pay close attention, it's not that hard to follow.
Uh Greg, when you look at all of this, let's say for a second, everything I just said was about the Trump family.
What would the media reaction be?
What would Democratic Party reaction be?
Mass hysteria.
The media would convict Trump in the court of public opinion uh at about the same time that the Department of Justice would bring an indictment against him for the things that uh Joe Biden appears to be skating on.
You know, there's something fundamentally wrong, Sean.
A five-year-long investigation in Hunter Biden with no charges, despite a plethora of incriminating evidence.
It's utterly absurd reeks of political interference and favoritism.
And there are three things to consider here.
This is obstruction of justice by the Department of Justice.
First, Merrick Garland refuses to recuse himself in a criminal investigation of his boss's son over documents that implicate his boss, the president.
Second, you've got an IRS whistleblower who says that two U.S. attorneys appointed by Joe Biden blocked the planned prosecution.
And third, you've got all these other whistleblowers who have accused the FBI of bearing the laptop evidence and working against a prosecution.
Of course, the Twitter files also showed up and exposed how the FBI pressured social media into suppressing And censoring a truthful story, the laptop story.
So all of this adds up to government corruption to protect the Bidens.
Is anybody surprised?
All right, John, through your investigative work, let's talk about where you think they are vulnerable, the Biden family.
When you talk about Joe Biden, what did he know?
When did he know it?
Those are the obvious questions.
How much money did he get paid?
If you go, for example, to Hunter Biden's laptop, he implicates his own father, complains that he has to give half his income to quote Pops, uh, complains about paying for Pops home repairs, uh, ten percent for the big guy.
Uh, where do you see they may have trouble or the most trouble?
Let me give you a little breaking news.
Uh, the House Ways and Means Committee confirmed today that it is going to pursue this IRS whistleblower.
In fact, in a hearing, the chairman Jason Smith of the committee told the IRS uh chief, I want you to help me ensure this whistleblower is protected from retaliation.
Direct quote from Chairman Smith.
That is the first sign that we've gotten from Congress that they're accepting this whistleblower.
They're going to free him to come and talk.
Only Congress can free him to come in and talk about privacy protected information.
A big development just happened in the floor.
Okay, I got to ask you though.
I asked Greg earlier, and that is this whistleblower.
Is this what precipitated finally the FBI acting?
Because Merrick Garland now is being accused of potentially lying to Congress.
I would assume it was under oath on the issue of the Biden family and him being objective.
Uh my understanding is this whistleblower will contradict the A.G. Yeah.
Now the con the question will be did the AG know that these discussions were going on?
Did they know that this political interference was going on?
That's something we don't know yet, right?
So we'll have to find out.
This whistleblower, I think is going to show us how the protection racket that began in 2019, when they tried to do impeachment to keep us from seeing what Hunter Biden was doing, what those 51 agents did in 2020 by writing that letter trying to falsely tell us the laptop was fake, that that protection racket likely carried into the political appointees of the Justice Department.
It's a very important development.
Now, when you ask about vulnerabilities, one of the most important witnesses to Congress and to the FBI is a guy named Eric Schwerwin.
We mentioned him earlier in the show.
Why?
He's cooperating with James Comer.
He previously cooperated with the U.S. government.
He is the one business partner that routinely moves between Joe Biden, he's preparing his taxes at some point and helping taxes, and Hunter Biden, where he's warning him that he hasn't paid his taxes.
There's moments in the in the Hunt in the Eric Schwein emails where he imp insinuates that Joe Biden and Hunter Biden have their finances commingled.
There's a moment where uh Eric Schwerin writes, hey, Joe Biden, the vice president is going to pay you, Hunter Biden, his tax refund from Delaware because he owes you money.
In other words, Hunter Biden was giving his dad money, and the dad was now the president is going to pay his or turn over his tax return to Hunter Biden to make good on some of the money he was owed.
That is he is the single most important witness that Congress has flipped.
I think in the next few weeks, his uh testimony, his roadmap, his documents are going to help us answer those very pressing questions that you and and Greg just laid out, the real questions, which is what was the benefit to Joe Biden?
What did he know?
What did he get?
What did he benefit from?
Eric Schwerwin is probably best positioned to answer that among the cooperating witnesses right now.
By the way, I'll add one little addendum to this separate and apart.
Uh my source has told me, my sources have told me that one of the 51 former Intel people is now cooperating with both committees.
So, Greg, I'll ask you.
So, Jim Jordan, he is looking into whether or not the FBI has been politicized and the DOJ weaponized, and it's kind of running in tandem with James Comer's investigation into the Biden family syndicate.
Can you tie it all together into where you think this is leading?
Well, and also uh Jordan is on the oversight committee that is chaired uh by Commerce.
So they're working hand in hand and they're dividing up the work as they should.
Where is this headed?
Uh you posed the question, uh, did did Merrick Garland lie?
And I I think Comer and and Jordan need to get to the bottom of that.
There's only two possibilities here.
That when Garland said the, you know, the U.S. attorney David Weiss can act independently, bring charges if he wants, um, nobody's interfering.
There's no political favoritism.
Was that a lie?
Well, either Merrick Garland knew there was political interference.
The two U.S. attorneys that report to him stepped in and blocked potential charges against Hunter Biden, or he was utterly oblivious.
Now, which do I think?
I I don't honestly know, but if two U.S. attorneys who blocked it a report to him, wouldn't he have to know?
And no charges would be brought against the son of the president of the United States without the personal knowledge and approval by the U.S. attorney uh by the attorney general and and and he would have to know if they blocked it.
I got to take a quick break here.
More with John Solomon and Greg Jarrett on the other side, then we'll get to your calls.
800-941-SHAWN, our number at the top of the hour.
Mike Pompeo joins us.
All right, we continue now with Greg Jarrett and John Solomon.
You mentioned election interference.
Is it election interference when the FBI has Hunter's laptop?
And John's reporting is in the spring of 2020, they verify that it was true.
Uh is it election interference when the FBI has that knowledge, yet they have a team in the months leading up to the 2020 presidential election, meeting with every big tech company, including Twitter, even giving them three and a half million dollars.
Why I don't know, um, and telling them that uh they may be the the victims of this misinformation campaign that we keep talking about, and it may be about Joan Hunter Biden.
Is is that election interference?
Is it election interference when Tony Blinken working for Biden's campaign uh leads an effort to get 51 former Intel officials to sign a letter saying it has all the earmarks of Russian disinformation?
Not one of the 51 people had a clue about that laptop.
Right.
But the FBI did know they lied.
If you employ the Trump standard established by Democrats back in 2016, that he should be criminally prosecuted uh for committing fraud in an election, fraud on the government by colluding with Russia, which turned out to be a lie, created, invented by Hillary Clinton.
If that's the standard, then the answer to your question is yes.
Look, a federal election is a government uh proceeding.
And if you commit a fraud on that proceeding, uh then yes, it's a crime.
But now here's the problem.
It's a slippery slope.
Because if smears and lies incidental to a political campaign are to be criminalized, that means just about everybody in Washington, D.C. belongs behind bars, because that is the greatest venue for lies and smears in human history.
All right.
I gotta ask you, John Solomon, you've been breaking a story like every day.
Uh anything coming out tonight that I need to be aware of?
Do I do I need to book you for the show tonight?
I've always available.
I always love being there.
Listen, I think the most important thing is I think we're gonna learn from the House Ways and Means Committee and the Senate Finance Committee, Ron Wyden, the Democrat, that both committees are going to treat this IRS whistleblower as a whistleblower and allow him to reveal the information.
We've got confirmation on ways and means based on the chairman's response a few seconds ago.
We believe Senate finance is going to do the same.
That is a momentous event in this investigation.
It means that that IRS whistleblower is now free to tell his lawyers and Congress exactly what went on in the Justice Department without violating the tax privacy laws that normally would protect Hunter Biden.
That's a moment that could really lead to a lot of things.
In the meanwhile, uh Jim Colmer today in an interview with me said, hey, there's witness intimidation going on.
Both the investigators, myself, and witnesses are now being intimidated by Biden uh uh uh supporters, and we've got to keep an eye on this, and we're gonna fight back against it.
Two big developments in an ongoing story.
Lastly, do you think they want Donald Trump in an orange jumpsuit, or do they want to bloody him up thinking, oh, he might be the weakest candidate in the Republican field because some people don't like his style.
Greg.
They'd prefer the former.
They'd be quite happy with the latter if they could achieve both.
It's a tremendous victory for Democrats.
John, same last question.
I couldn't answer it any better than Greg.
That's why he's so brilliant.
Yeah, he's right on the money.
They win either way, and they're gonna try both.
All right, the band is back together.
Sarah Carter uh is on the case as well.
Uh great to have you both.
Great work on both your parts.
By the way, uh, Greg has a new book coming out.
It's uh you can get a first print edition if you go to Hannity.com or Amazon.com.
It's called The Trial of the Century, and uh it's out really soon.
It'll be in bookstores soon.
Uh thank you both for being with us.
We appreciate it.
My pleasure.
800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, Mike Pompeo at the top of the hour.
Export Selection
