If you want to be a part of the program, I don't know if you heard about this, but a you know, the parking garage crash that took place in New York.
Apparently, I did not know this, but a battery for an electric vehicle weighs, like for example, a GMC Hummer, weighs about 2,0900 pounds, which the battery alone, which would be the equivalent of like a Honda Civic, uh without the battery.
Anyway, so you know, the Audi Etron SUV weighs about 5,765 pounds, which is much heavier than the Ford Explorer SUV, which is just a little over 4,000 pounds.
I mean, did that play a part?
Is that something we need to now think about?
Garages need to be able to withstand the weight of uh all of this.
Anyway, we'll get to we'll get to that.
Uh John Solomon has two huge blockbuster stories that we're gonna hit today, and uh he'll join us at the top of the next hour.
Uh, we're also gonna talk about the economy.
We don't have good news on the economic front.
It's day 7, and Joe Biden had said he's not going to negotiate with the Republicans.
It's 77 days since he met with Kevin McCarthy.
And Kevin McCarthy now has decided that, well, okay, uh, they don't want to deal with the debt ceiling limit.
Now that's gonna come up very quickly in the next month, two months for sure, probably by June, that's the estimate, sometime in June, that if you have a president that won't negotiate, Kevin McCarthy's laid out a great plan, a really good plan that is reasonable, but also brings back fiscal responsibility, and I'll give you the details of that in a second.
But here's let me let me start with this Hunter Biden investigation.
So the the very latest is simple.
I I think it's easy to understand.
A lot of these things get complicated.
I'm gonna try and break it down to you know the the basic facts of this thing.
Um, because we know the Hunter Biden investigation has been mishandled.
Now we have a whistleblower.
Now, all you Democrats, liberals that listen to this program, you hate listen to me.
You don't love listen to me, but if something in you compels you to listen, and if your friends hear you that you're listening to me, why are you listening to that idiot Hannity?
And you say, I need to know what the enemy thinks.
That's how liberals think.
Anyway, so there is now, um, and this is where it's getting interesting.
The Hunter Biden investigation.
We have an IRS whistleblower.
The IRS whistleblower was on with John Solomon last night.
The while the attorney for the whistleblower was.
Anyway, so you have an IRS criminal supervisory agent seeking now whistleblower protection.
All you liberals, you love whistleblowers because you even like hearsay whistleblowers as long as it was against Donald Trump.
Let's see how intellectually consistent and honest you ultimately are.
Anyway, so this whistleblower now is seeking protection, claims that the I that the investigation in the heart of Biden has been mishandled by the Biden administration, and it gets worse.
The lawyer for the whistleblower, Mark Liddell is his name, uh, wrote uh to Congress, and he said, by the way, law firm, uh Nixon Peabody, LLP, tells members of the House and Senate, and apparently this guy has previously spoken to the inspector general.
You will remember the name Michael Horowitz, he did the Horowitz report, and now his client wants to talk to members of the House and members of the Senate who are overseeing, quote, the ongoing and sensitive investigation of a high profile controversial subject since early 2020 and would like to make protected whistleblower disclosures to Congress.
In other words, he doesn't want retribution, he doesn't want to lose his job, he doesn't want to get fired.
Uh, or worse even if he makes these disclosures.
Anyway, so the attorney for this whistleblower has already made legally protected disclosures internally at the IRS.
Quote, the protected disclosures he notes contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a senior political appointee.
Now, I'll ask John Solomon, but I believe that they're talking about Merrick Garland and Merrick Garland's the attorney general.
We will find out in the next hour.
His client has information, he says that investigators failed to mitigate, quote, clear conflicts of interest, adding that the investigator allegedly allowed preferential treatment and politics to infect decisions and protocols normally followed by law enforcement professionals if this subject was not politically connected.
Quote, my goal is to ensure that my client can properly share his lawfully protected disclosures with congressional committees.
Thus, I respectfully request that your committees work with me to facilitate sharing this information with Congress legally and with the fully informed advice of counsel.
Now this is getting interesting because the IRS whistleblower, you know, has now expanded the Hunter Biden scandal to a cover-up and obstruction.
You know, quote, it's deeply concerning that the Biden administration may be obstructing justice by blocking efforts to change, I'm sorry, to charge Hunter Biden for tax violations.
Those words were not mine.
That's House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer.
He was on this program earlier this week.
He was on TV last night. | |
And anyway, in the half century since Watergate, the adage that the cover-up is worse than the crime has been emblazoned in the American psyche of political scandal.
And uh, but anyway, uh as of yesterday, the IRS whistleblower's stunning disclosure to Congress that preferential treatment and politics were improperly infecting the Hunter Biden investigation, instantly now transformed the scandal uh of the Biden presidency and put it on steroids and human growth hormone.
Now, lawmakers instantly began expanding their long-running influence pedaling probe into the Biden family in their pursuit of millions of millions of dollars from our top geopolitical foes like China and Russia.
But James Comer told me in an interview that they're looking at over a dozen countries that they may have done business with.
Now, this is on top of all the information that I gave you earlier in the week.
And that information is that you know, James Comer's now saying that nine Bidens may have profited from the Biden family syndicate business.
Originally it was three.
It was the big guy himself, Joe Biden.
Remember, Hunter Biden's laptop implicates his father.
He complains that he has to give half his income to Pops.
Uh he complains bitterly that he has to pay for Pops' repairs at his house.
Anyway, James Comer, nine Bidens now may have been part of this family syndicate business.
So this is getting really, really interesting here.
Uh Miranda Devine had a great piece on this, that no mention of any income from China on the Biden's 2022 tax returns.
Uh That's something that certainly should look into.
But an IRS whistleblower now coming forward and looking for whistleblower protections is a massive development in this case, and this lawyer is not playing games by literally now making it public.
Anyway, the bombshell allegations have yet to be fleshed out by congressional investigators, but it does not sound good to the Biden family.
Biden also apparently fired the Pennsylvania U.S. attorney who was aggressively investigating Hunter Biden, according to Politico, the New York Times, CBS, uh Pittsburgh, and other publications.
You know, after a full after five full years of investigating Hunter with a laptop full of smoking gun evidence that would put anyone else behind bars for decades, anyway, the U.S. attorney, David Weiss, still can't manage to put together an indictment.
That speaks volumes about the integrity of that investigation.
Anyway, but what isn't generally known is even though Weiss is a Trump appointee, he was the U.S. attorney that Joe Biden pretty much hand picked to investigate Hunter.
How do we know this? | |
Because when Joe Biden took office, White Weiss wasn't the only U.S. attorney investigating Hunter.
And by January of 2021, U.S. attorney for Western PA, Scott Brady had already been investigating Hunter a full year, and by Biden fired Brady after David Weiss complained that Brady's Hunter investigation was, quote, too aggressive.
Here's the report from CBS News in Pittsburgh.
U.S. attorney Scott Brady won't comment, but KDKA has confirmed that his office and local FBI agents have investigated Hunter for the past year, much to the dismay of career prosecutors.
So how did the Hunter investigation find its way to Pittsburgh?
It appears to have started, you know, last December when Rudy Giuliani returned from a trip from Ukraine where he went in search of some information on the Bidens.
I don't know if if that's connected or not, but investigators in Delaware worried that a lot of this material could taint their own investigation.
And anyway, one person familiar with the investigation said that Brady's office seemed intent on taking aggressive steps in pursuit of the inquiry.
Pittsburgh was out of control, said the person who worried about the Western PA case.
So now the question is, is the Justice Department now in the tank for Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, and the other uh eight Biden, I'm sorry, seven Bidens that might have profited from Hunter's business dealings.
It is amazing they've had the laptop from hell for a long time.
You got a guy smoking crack cocaine.
I thought that was illegal.
You got a guy that we now know lied on his gun application.
That gives you 15 years in jail if you get the maximum penalty.
So now we got this IRS whistleblower.
And will this whistleblower get protections?
I think the answer is going to be absolutely yes, because this is a bombshell.
Do you have an IRS agent alleging the DOJ is thwarting criminal prosecution of Hunter Biden?
That's what it comes down to.
Now, what got interesting too is James Comer on TV last night, and he's been out there, you know, he's now had the ability to get a hold of many of these suspicious activity reports.
Those are reports banks send to the government if they think it's an obscene amount of money, whatever.
And then last night he told me that, well, there were also LLCs that we kind of believe are real shell corporations.
For example, an LLC that I have for a business is for a real business.
In other words, you know, I spend money, I buy something, I invest in something, I try to make a profit on something.
I mean, you you can see the transaction if it's a real business.
But Comer said various banks in his in his own words, this is how he went on to describe Hunter, quote, they suspect him of laundering money.
They suspect him of being an unregistered foreign agent.
They suspect him of taking money from countries that we have sanctions on.
They suspect him of doing business with an agency under investigation for human trafficking.
They suspect him owing a significant amount of taxes.
Comer said, those aren't my words.
Those are the words of the banks where the Biden family was doing business.
And apparently there's more banks now.
There's more LLCs that they had any idea even existed.
This is bigger than anyone ever thought.
Anyway, they go on to say, these and this is a guy that's leading, You know our person, the president of the United States, on the international stage.
He said that's the sad part for American history right now.
Every time we find a new bank account, a new hidden LLC, that then opens up another Pandora's box, and it leads to more bank accounts and more LLCs and more direct deposits from our adversaries around the world.
So this is something that is going to be very hard for Joe Biden to explain.
Remember, I'll play it later, but we've played it many times.
Joe Biden denying repeatedly that he ever talked to his son Hunter about his foreign business dealings.
Remember what Ron Johnson and Senator Grassley said in September of 2020.
They said they laid out their case about grip the grifting Biden family back in September of 2020 before the election.
Johnson said our report was completely ignored by the media, just as they ignored the Hunter Biden laptop because they're advocates for the left themselves, they are advocates for the left themselves.
So what we're finding out is just you know, new pieces of evidence of the griffs that the Biden family has been involved in.
The bank records that basically confirm what the Treasury record showed from the Johnson Grassley report.
Jim Jordan, by the way, also says there's new evidence that ties the Biden campaign to the fraudulent laptop letter from the former Intel uh officials.
Now, John Solomon broke that story earlier.
And last night he told me that the person that organized getting all these 51 people to sign this letter before the election saying that it's likely disinformation on Hunter Biden's laptop ends up being Tony Winken Blinken himself.
And he's he's gonna break that wide open today, right here on this program.
Things are getting very interesting.
But don't worry, the media will follow Donald Trump every second, every minute, every hour of every day.
I'm going to update you after the news at the bottom of the hour on what is going on in terms of negotiations over the debt ceiling.
Now, this is good you're gonna be hearing the words the full faith and credit of the United States government is hanging in the balance.
You're gonna hear a lot of that.
Joe Biden said in the beginning he will not negotiate with Republicans.
Republicans got elected and have the majority in the U.S. House of Representatives.
This is going to be their first big test.
Will they stay united and say, yeah, we'll help you raise the debt ceiling, but we're putting into place fiscal responsibility measures so we don't pass that burden onto our children and on to our grandchildren.
You cannot keep spending at this level.
We'll be paying more in interest than we pay for our defense department in no time.
The interest on the debt is astronomical as it is.
Somebody has got to gr hold the reins of fiscal responsibility.
I'll give you all the details when we get back.
Anyway, 800 941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, now, a couple of things about Joe Biden.
Remember the Tennessee three.
Remember, they got expelled, they took the vote, blah, blah, blah.
They now have an invitation to meet at the White House.
Uh, you know who's not invited to go to the White House?
The victims. | |
Why they they're inviting the expelled lawmakers to the White House, but not the victims of that Christian school shooting.
Peter Ducey actually asked Corinne Jean-Pierre about that.
So Monday you're gonna have the three of the lawmakers that protested, and Corinne Jean-Pierre said peacefully protested, peacefully.
Okay, you mean like Donald Trump said many of you will peacefully and patriotically march to the Capitol, so your voices will be heard.
Is that what she means by that?
Anyway, um, so then Peter says uh and goes on to say, after she said that, who peacefully protested.
She says it again and again and again.
And so Peter Ducey asks, well, why?
Well, if you look at the background of one of the individuals that works in the House, his name is Justin Jones, uh, that's the guy that took part in the May of 2020 Black Lives Matter protest in Nashville.
Uh, allegations that he walked on top of a police car uh with a video tape of it And was subsequently charged with a crime before he was eventually let off, as per usual in a lot of cities.
Anyway, the incident was captured on video, showed Jones along with another fellow activist walking on top of a police car as dozens of rowdy and seemingly uncontrollable protesters surrounded them following the incident.
Charges were brought against Jones and Harris, etc.
etc. | |
Now, less than three hours after warrants were issued, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department announced that after a review of additional information, they agree that arrest warrants issued uh last night against him and others will be recalled for the present.
And then nothing happened.
Uh in 2021, Jones faced additional charges for allegedly throwing a traffic cone at a car during the protest.
I'm sure that's defined as peaceful.
You know, stomping on a cop car, I guess that's defined as peaceful too.
Anyway, video of the moment was released, but Jones wrote in a tweet that it didn't show the whole incident, saying that the man in the car was yelling racial slurs and pushing his car into protesters.
Okay. | |
Um does that give you a justification if somebody uses words.
I'd like to see the video evidence of somebody riding a car into protesters, because that person I would argue should be arrested.
Uh they will try to push a false narrative, portraying me as violent as a way to deflect from their own actions.
Twenty nineteen, he attended a protest to remove a statue of the Confederate uh General Nathan Bedford Forrest, uh, an early leader of the Klan.
Uh blah blah blah blah blah.
He's been arrested now over fourteen times.
He says for good trouble.
He tweeted that out himself.
I don't have a problem with Joe Biden meeting with the t with the three people in Tennessee.
I don't have a problem. | |
Why isn't he meeting with the families of the victims?
When is he going to meet with them?
When is he going to East Palestine?
When is he going to the border?
You know, none of these things ever happen.
By the way, now before I get into this discussion on the economy and what's going on in Congress, I just want you to know this broke today.
Uh total contributions to a group.
Biden has now pledged a billion more dollars to the International Green Climate Fund.
I am tired of this globalist insanity.
We fund the World Economic Forum.
We're paying the majority of dollars for the Paris Climate Accords.
Uh we are funding the UN to the tune of what, seven billion dollars a year.
How about you let the UN go to China or Iran?
Send it over there. | |
Because it's pretty much a useless organization with a history of radical anti-Semitism and anti-Americanism.
Um, and then all the other world organizations that we fund and are a part of.
In the case of the Paris Climate Accords, of course, China and India are uh categorized as developing nations.
So we pay the bulk of money.
All right, so here's where we are.
In seventy for seventy-seven days, Joe Biden initially said he would not meet or negotiate with Kevin McCarthy.
Kevin McCarthy is the leader, he's the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
The House has control of the power of the purse, we call it.
Okay, so McCarthy now has unveiled.
For 77 days, he's been trying to speak with Joe Biden and negotiate how to raise the debt ceiling, and you're gonna hear this a lot in the coming weeks.
The full faith and credit of the U.S. government is hanging in the balance.
So know that McCarthy has been begging Joe Biden to meet.
Joe Biden has denied those meetings.
Now we're gonna come down to the last minute, and what the Democrats are banking on, and I'm talking to every Republican, and every one of you that have a Republican congressman or woman in your district that represents you.
You need to contact them, and you need to tell them to stand strong and demand fiscal responsibility measures.
Now, this is what Kevin McCarthy, because he can't talk to Joe Biden is has uh revealed, and I like the plan.
I like it a lot. | |
And that would be a debt ceiling plan that includes four point five trillion dollars in cuts, drawing obviously the president immediately, you know, said, Oh, this is a MAGA plan, or you know, he's giving in to the wacko demands from his party on the debt limit.
No. | |
That's not what it is. | |
Stop robbing our children and Grandchildren, Joe, even the grandchildren that you don't even recognize.
Stop robbing from them.
As a grandchild that he does not acknowledge, which is sad.
Anyway, so McCarthy's plan, 4.5 trillion in cuts.
Now listen to the sanity of this.
It's called Limit Save and Grow Act, the Limit Save and Crow Act, and it would return discretionary spending to that of fiscal year 2022.
Okay, so it's not a big cut.
Let's go back to where we were in 2022.
Let's go back to those levels.
And moving forward, let's limit the growth of spending to 1% per year and reallocate unspent COVID funds and limit other government spending, other Republican speaker said.
The cuts would be tied to the 1.5 trillion dollar increase in the debt ceiling so the full faith and credit of the U.S. government is not put in jeopardy.
Okay. | |
President Biden McCarthy says has a choice.
Come to the table, stop playing partisan political games, stop covering your ears, uh, stop refusing to negotiate and risk bumbling your way into the first default in our nation's history.
If this moment occurs, you need to know it'll be on Joe Biden.
Now, Republicans don't have a lot of breathing room.
We have no room for defections.
They need to all 22 of them resolve that they will not capitulate, not cave to the pressure, the lies that we can't sign on to this bill.
This is on Joe Biden's watch.
This is Joe Biden who's refusing to even negotiate.
Now the debt ceiling is the maximum amount the U.S. government can spend on its existing obligations.
By the way, that includes Social Security, military salaries.
Janet Yellen notified Congress at the start of the year that the U.S. default can default as soon as June.
Okay. | |
So now you've had plenty of warning.
Now McCarthy's proposed cuts are very simple.
Rescind funding for the 87,000 new IRS agents outlined in Biden's inflation and reduction act.
Uh end tax incentives for companies that invest in green quote energy.
Eliminate Biden's student loan forgiveness plan.
We can't afford it. | |
Other proposed cuts include raising the age limit on work requirements to receive federal food aid with the sub supplemental nutrition assistance program or SNAP from 50 to 56 years old.
The bill would also prevent the Biden administration from limiting consumer access to gas stoves, ovens, etc.
And now for weeks the White House has been daring Republicans to release their spending plan.
Now they have it. | |
It's out there for everybody to see.
With the debt limit now coming to a head.
Now it's up to Joe Biden who would not negotiate for 77 days by my count.
So House Republicans have now unveiled a debt limit proposal.
They're going to raise it 1.5 trillion.
Basically giving the government a year to get their act together.
So they have a plan. | |
77 days, Joe Biden's missing in action.
And he certainly hasn't been to East Palestine.
He certainly hasn't been to the border.
He's not been addressing China and Russia and Iran and their new axis of evil.
He hasn't been addressing the defection of allied nations like Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt.
He's been visiting castles in Ireland making a fool of himself abroad.
But anyway, so they've had 77 days, so McCarthy has no other option.
If they're not going to negotiate, then there's nothing else for Republicans to do except sit there and don't negotiate against yourselves.
I would say this is a fair reasonable plan to go back to 2022 spending levels and limit the growth of spending to 1% a year.
In other words, eliminate baseline budgeting where they go up seven, five, seven, ten, twelve percent every year in every program.
Almost every government agency now has some level of green in it.
I mean, it's insane, even our military.
You know, but Biden's playing politics.
McCarthy's giving in to the wacko demands from his party on the debt limit.
Tells the speaker to take default off the table.
No, how about you get your ass to the table, Joe?
Get up early, work out, take a couple of caffeine pills, have a few cups of coffee, and maybe you can focus for an hour or two.
Anyway, and yeah, It would be it wouldn't be good for America because we know the communist Chinese want to replace the dollar as the world's currency.
So we don't want that to happen.
But Biden is causing this.
And now Biden, by the way, has a new rule that will take effect.
It's going to force good credit home buyers to pay more for their mortgages.
Why? | |
To subsidize loans to higher risk borrowers.
In other words, you're going to get punished if you have a good credit rating.
Just like in California, they're going to charge you for your utilities based on your income.
The higher your income, the higher your utility bill.
That's redistribution.
That's socialism. | |
That's the government taking from one group of people.
And liberals are empowering government to take other people's money and give it to them.
That's the that's their system of government that they want.
And meanwhile, the economy is in a hole that is not, we're never going to get out of it.
Gas prices now have risen to a five-month high.
Who's been saying this now for the last week?
Me. | |
Once Saudi Arabia aligned with Russia, what did they do?
They got together with OPEC and they reduced the production of oil daily by 1.3 million barrels.
That's a lot. | |
And Joe Biden won't dare ever uh on his own in any way go back to energy independence.
By the way, even Eric Adams, the mayor of New York, calling out Joe Biden on the lack of any aid for his illegal immigration policies.
And Democrats are concerned, by the way, apparently Fetterman had a really bad day speaking yesterday.
His first day back, I guess from being in the hospital for depression.
I hope he feels better, but he's certainly not up to the job.
There's no doubt about it.
But people of Pennsylvania, you made up your mind.
We really do. | |
By the way, BuzzFeed is shut down.
What a shocker. | |
But we've got we've got a lot of problems in this country.
And Joe Biden doesn't seem to show any urgency to fix them.
Or is he capable, it seems, to even join in a discussion about avoiding America's default on the world stage in light of America's horrible position with the economy.
Anyway, 800-941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, John Solomon has two massive breaking news stories.
One on this IRS whistleblower.
Uh now wants to go before Congress for first needs to get whistleblower status and protections.
And uh he interviewed the attorney for the whistleblower.
I know all you liberal Democrats out there, you love whistleblowers because you love the hearsay whistleblower against Donald Trump, so I'm sure you're all excited to hear the latest developments.
And uh secondly, uh John Solomon breaking news that in fact the 51 Intel uh former Intel officials that signed that letter saying, Oh, it looks like Russian disinform information, the Biden laptop, Hunter Biden laptop.
Yeah, apparently the person that led that effort up was Tony Blinken.
Straight ahead. |
