All right.
Thank you, Scott Chan andks to all of you for being with us.
Toll free.
Our numbers 800-941 Sean.
You want to be a part of the program.
Sparks were flying big time today.
The House Judiciary Committee led by the chairman, Jim Jordan, were in town going after, you know, defund, dismantle, no bail laws, out of control crime in New York City, but New York City is just a microcosm of what's going on around the country.
And these liberal DAs, obviously, in the case of Bragg that only cares about one man named Donald Trump.
He can't even identify a crime.
One famil one organization, the Trump organization, one family, the Trump family.
And so anyway, for once we got to hear from victims.
People that are their lives are forever changed.
The reaction of Democrats on the committee was appalling.
It was it was grotesque, as a matter of fact.
One woman she'll actually be joining us on Hannity tonight, nine Eastern on the on the Fox News channel.
I mean, she laid into them, and I was like so blown away.
You know, how Alvin Bragg's office treated her like garbage after the brutal slaughter of her veteran son, another son permanently disabled and injured.
Just listen to her, listen to this.
This is the type of criminal element that we have walking the streets of New York City on a daily basis.
All types of criminal elements.
Free to do what they want, when they want, however they want, to whomever they want, with no consequences, no deterrence.
We have these anti-gang violence, these credible messenger.
Millions and billions of our hard-earned tax dollars are going to fund these organizations that are doing absolutely nothing to deter this crime.
They're doing absolutely nothing.
And I propose another, not another dime of our federal tax dollars be pumped into these organizations until they can produce some measurable outcomes of effectiveness of what they're doing with our tax dollars to protect the public.
And as far as the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, if he's receiving one penny of federal dollars, you need to pull that funding until he starts doing his damn job and prosecuting crime.
I was totally disrespected.
Me, my family, my grandchildren, we were treated like garbage.
Like garbage.
Wow.
Power, and by the way, that's only the beginning of it.
We'll have more at the top of the next hour.
Uh and we'll get into this in more detail.
But it's not just New York City.
It's all over the country.
I don't know if you were paying attention this weekend.
Teenagers literally taking over and terrorizing, you know, a pretty significant portion of Chicago, hundreds of teenagers destroying property, attacking tourists, you know, take this announced days after the Democratic National Convention is going to be in Chicago.
By the way, after people like Madeline Brame go to get up and tell their story, then they have to listen to Democrats like Hank Johnson say that the witnesses and the victims of these crimes are props, you know, in a MAGA Broadway production.
Then that idiot Schiff, you know, on the committee starts talking about Trump.
This guy he's nuts.
Anyway, he got interrupted and heckled during the hearings.
We got that.
I mean, we'll have it all tonight at nine.
You know, Chicago, uh, you know, their far left mayor says after all the violence all weekend, after all the chaos all weekend, it's not constructive to demonize the youth.
No, you demonized you're not demonizing youth, you're demonizing criminals.
What part of this, you know, no bail, defund, dismantle, aren't they getting?
Aren't they understanding?
A white Sox game and another brawl breaks out there in Chicago.
Uh Out in Los Angeles at a gas station.
You got a wild video of a mob ransacking the place.
I mean, it's just nothing but mayhem.
New Jersey now, for kids that go to malls, you know, they used to always hang out at malls.
Well, now they can't go unless they have a chaperone.
They're not getting in because they can't afford it.
You know, crime soaring by, you know, is costing big box stores $96 billion.
Want to know why Walmart, Target, uh Starbucks and all these companies are getting out of big cities and high crime areas?
Because they can't make money when you're ripped off by $96 billion in losses.
And they're trying to create jobs in a community.
But they're good, but they're not enforcing the laws.
So as long as you walk out with less than a thousand dollars in material, they're not going to stop you.
Well, that is a license to steal.
That's what that is.
You know, the experts uh of testimony at the hearings today.
You know, that Madeline Brain was phenomenal.
She's the chairwoman of the Victims' Rights Reform Council, mother of a homicide victim, another child that was injured, violently assaulted, and me and my family and my grandchildren treated like garbage by Mr. Bragg, and I'm not the only one.
There are hundreds, there are thousands of us.
Don't worry, he's too busy going after Donald Trump.
For what crime we don't even know.
34 counts of nothing.
That's that's what it pretty much comes down to.
You know, it's at some point you've got to ask yourself.
You know, when do you just give up?
Did you see the brawl at the White Sox game?
Security, nowhere to be found at that game.
Unbelievable.
Yeah, but in New York, there was a story about there's only a tiny number.
You know, nearly a third of all shoplifting arrests in New York City only involved 327 people.
They committed combined, they're rested out on bail Nobel and rearrested more than 6,000 times.
I mean, this is this is madness what's going on, and they've allowed this to happen.
And then you look at the demographic shift and you wonder, gee, I wonder what why are so many people leaving states like New York and California and San Francisco and New York City?
Because they can't stand it.
It's too much bureaucracy, they're overtaxed, they're overregulated, they are underserved with their with their policing, defunded, dismantled, no bail, stupidity.
It was an MSN article about how a $300,000 salary feels like a hundred thousand dollars in the priciest U.S. cities.
It goes on.
Bloomberg put this out.
It's a it's tax season in the U.S., and nowhere is that felt more acutely than in three cities, New York, San Francisco, and Honolulu.
I can understand Honolulu a little bit, because it's cost so much more to get every item that you need over to the island, and and it's all necessary to import so much.
I can understand it a little bit more than New York and California for sure, but you're wondering how is it that states like New York and California are losing nearly 300,000 residents a year, and states like Texas and Florida picking up 300,000 a year because people are voting with their feet.
You know, I told you about this article that was in the New York Post last week.
It went into great specificity and great detail.
New Yorkers so worried about the about crime, the cost of living, struggling schools, uh work, and politicians that don't have a clue.
Twenty-seven percent of those surveyed say they want to move out of the state within the next five years.
Why are they leaving?
Because they're pushing them out.
They're shoving them out.
And, you know, only the stupid are staying.
Yours included.
I mean, it's it's unreal.
Two million Americans have fled from U.S. cities in the last two years.
They voted with their feet.
Ronald Reagan used to famously say you look at the data, two million individuals fleeing big cities from 20 to 2022.
One point two million of those fled these areas from July of 2020 to July of 2021 alone.
Eight hundred and sixty one thousand fleeing urban counties.
The following year.
It's a mass exodus.
Give you another example.
Now, I don't know how many of you like to eat sandwiches for lunch.
I'm I'm not a big sandwich guy.
I like it sometimes.
At a half a sandwich today.
Okay.
You want to buy a ham and cheese sandwich.
What do you think it costs in New York?
Linda, you don't eat ham and cheese.
You eat those disgusting putrid green and orange puke drinks that you have.
But they've gone up in price as well.
Okay.
What have they?
What do they cost?
They used to be like 10 bucks.
Now they're about 20.
Okay, what do you think a ham and cheese sandwich costs?
In New York City?
In New York City.
I'll forget about it.
$14.
$29.
Where?
Oh, well, what kind of ham is it?
It doesn't matter what kind of ham it is.
It actually does.
Is it imported domestic Virginia sweet baked off the bone?
A ham and cheese sandwich.
That's what it cost.
Oh man.
I mean, uh one sandwich was $31.57.
I'm like, forget it.
I'm not that hungry.
I think I'll go on a diet.
Um, you know, shoppers now running out of gas.
There was a Yahoo finance story, you know, because they can't afford it.
Uh you have 25% now of Americans that are literally they can't put the food on the table that they need.
I ran into the guy that runs my local, he knew that I had donated to the local um, what do you call it?
Uh uh food bank, the pantry.
And I said, if you ever, you know, I'd never met him before, but a buddy of mine works there, and and he said that we're really in dire need.
I said, fine, I'll ready check, not a problem.
Not that I write a check, but I, you know, I wired over some money.
And I said, When if you need help anytime, just call me.
I'm not maybe I should give it to him now, but I'm just saying, when you're really in trouble, let me know.
I don't want you to go on, I don't want people to go on Fed.
I mean, it's insane.
And these are people that, you know, otherwise would make ends meet if we had a decent economic policy in the country.
Even the Fed now is using the word recession.
By the way, these the the stupid stupidity of the government is the Biden administration is now proposing actions that are gonna reduce water supplies significantly in Western states amid severe drought conditions.
Anyway, the Department of Interior now released a draft proposal highlighting actions they're gonna take as it relates to the Colorado River basin's water levels, and the two proposals would each consist of federally mandated supply reductions for states that are dependent on the river system, which provides water for more than 40 million Americans.
Uh, you guys better get in there with a better plan than that because I went out to the San Joaquin Valley.
I was amongst the farmers.
I did the show from farm land, and they didn't have enough water to harvest crops, so farmers they they basically had to shut down their farms.
And you know what the real reason was?
Plenty of water.
It was to save a little minnow called the Delta Smelt.
It's not even an endangered species for crying out loud.
You just you just can't make up this kind of the level of stupidity from government.
You can't make it up.
It's that bad.
But don't worry, Joey's on the case.
He's back from Ireland.
How lucky are we?
And what did he say over in Ireland?
His last my favorite gaff.
He said, licking.
This guy is what he is weird.
He is just he is now getting to the point.
Now, a lot of Democrats are acknowledging that Diane Feinstein.
I've known about this forever.
I've known about this for a couple of years.
Have I talked much about it?
No.
Do I feel a little sorry for her?
Yeah, I do.
Anyone that's sick, I feel sorry for.
But she's not qualified to be a senator from California and hasn't been for a long time.
But I hate to tell you, he's not qualified to be president either.
And now we're not only, you know, he's a rubber stamp for the the climate alarmist religious cult, but now he's endangering our national security and world security in the process because every rogue nation with every hostile regime, they're now taking full advantage, led by China.
We're losing our allies.
We lost Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE in just the last week and a half, and they're consolidating uh their axis of evil with this now partnership with Iran and Russia and China, and soon to be, I'm sure North Korea, and these other countries that are leaving our coalition are leaving because they're betting that China's gonna win.
That's not good.
Well, don't worry, Pete Bootujud is out there, you know, telling Al Sharpton that America's roads and highways are racist.
That's where their priorities are.
And and demanding by 2032 that you spend 15,000 or 20,000 more dollars on an electric vehicle that you probably don't want.
That, by the way, you have to get powered, you have to use an electric grid that is 90% powered by fossil fuels.
And of course, you have to pillage Mother Earth by using big heavy equipment that uses diesel fuel to take out the manganese, the nickel nickel, and cobalt.
Anyway, during Joey's uh closing remarks at Nublin after a disastrous week, there's nothing that our nations can't achieve if we do it together.
I mean it.
Uh so thank you all.
And let's go uh lick the world.
Oh my gosh.
I you just you can't make it up.
Oh, it's just it's not only embarrassing, it's killing our economy.
Americans are suffering.
They're suffering needlessly because of you know open borders, energy dependence.
Now Venezuela is getting rich.
Now the Saudis join the Chinese.
So what are the first thing they do is let's let's limit the production of oil and make America pay even more, so we'll bankrupt America instead of being in an energy rich country.
We're gonna be an energy poor country, even though we have more resources than the entire Middle East combined.
But we'll make Venezuela, Iran, and and OPEC and Saudi Arabia rich.
Now that's that most of them now have a line aligned with China because they're betting that China is going to be the world's lone superpower uh and the U.S. dollar is not going to be the world's currency any longer.
Great job, Joey.
And keep going.
Pete Buttigudge.
America's roads and highways are racist.
I mean, this is what they are focused on.
They're built for the reason for the disparity in roads.
I'm like, what are you talking about?
Road is a road.
Listen to this show one time, and you're hanitized.
Sean Hannity is back on the radio.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Thank you for being with us.
800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
By the way, I have some good news for you taxpayers out there.
Uh Joe Biden not only aiding abetting the law breaking down at our border, and of course, uh giving preferential treatment during a pandemic, no COVID tests, no vaccine mandates, uh free Biden phones, free transportation of any one of the 48 states in the continental United States.
Anyway, now foreign nationals in the deferred action for child uh arrivals program, known better known as DACA, uh, will now be able to access Medicaid or to purchase insurance on the Obamacare Exchange thanks to this new program announced by the White House, which by the way, Obama memory promise, keep your doctor, keep your plan safe on average, family $25,000 a year.
Yeah, they never kept that promise at all.
Well, now you're gonna pay for illegal immigrants.
Not only will you pay for food and housing and uh uh health care, education.
I mean, how much can the American people afford?
How much it's unbelievable.
Want to remind you, banks are failing, banks being bailed out, even billionaires and millionaires being belt uh bailed out by the Silicon Valley bank bailout.
Uh but Biden's telling you uh inflation is transitory, everything's okay.
Uh do you believe a thing he says?
Because I don't, and that's why it's critical.
Ever since I was able to save money, I made buying a part of my portfolio in gold and silver.
And I'm so glad I did.
And I even have ounces of gold.
I got at $300, Linda.
Can you imagine that?
Anyway, I partnered with my friends at Gold Co.
Um, and the great thing is they're gonna tell you how to learn how you can protect your savings with gold and silver as a part of your diversified portfolio.
Uh great company, great reputation in the precious metals market.
Uh they can tell you how you can get up to and $10,000 in free silver that they've been given away.
And also because you listen to the show, you could receive a free Ronald Reagan silver coin.
Look, here's the bottom line.
The economy is a disaster.
Predictions are it's going to get worse.
Predictions of another recession.
Uh We have war, bad policies, energy and economic policies.
Now the potential of this second recession.
Uh add in bank failures and bailouts and called my friends at Gold Cold today before it's too late.
855-815 gold.
Now make it part of your diversified portfolio plan.
I always advise you to get in touch with your own financial advisor.
For me, it's been something I've done for a long time, and I'm glad I did.
855-815 gold, 855-815 gold.
Call now and uh talk to the pros of gold pro.
Unbelievable.
700,000.
Gold Co.
So I said.
No, I said gold co.
You just didn't hear me.
Uh by the way, fentanyl is now killing more than COVID in some cities according to like Seattle.
Seattle's averaging 25 drug overdose deaths every week in 2023 compared to about one COVID death every two weeks.
Wow.
Drugs are killing a lot more people in Portland than COVID, and yet they're doing nothing to stop this.
You know what the single best thing they can do to stop it is close the borders.
By the way, so many people in China now, they see what's happening.
Taiwan, they see what's happening.
They are now going thousands and thousands of miles to our southern border and northern border because they want to get the hell out of China, which by the way, I don't blame them.
But we can't afford to possibly take everybody in from every country that wants to come here.
By the way, we've now discovered Mayorcus, who I think should be impeached, uh Department of Homeland Security Secretary.
Apparently, he held calls with uh the ACLU nearly two dozen times in a five-month period.
Oh.
So the ACLU is running border programs and homeland security for the U.S. Unreal.
Uh, but that's where we are with that.
Well, let's don't worry.
Let's lick the world.
You know, what did Joe say in his final remarks?
I mean I mean it.
I really mean it.
God bless you all.
Let's go.
Let's go lick the world.
Let's get it done.
Lick the world.
Eating ice cream.
That's all he thinks about is ice cream.
War raging in Ukraine, tensions flaring with China and Iran, and Biden returns from a trip visiting castles in Ireland.
And Buddha judge, he's literally out there.
We have a crisis when it comes to roadway fatalities in the U.S. We lose about 40,000 people every year.
It's a level that is comparable to gun violence, and we see a lot of racial disparities.
Black and brown Americans, tribal citizens, and rural residents are much more likely to lose their lives, whether it's in a car or a pedestrian being hit by a car.
A lot of reasons related to discrimination.
Tell me where the I give me details.
Just don't make the allegation.
Where is the evidence and the details of this?
Now Sharpton, of course, is sitting down with Buddha judge.
A lot of people don't understand.
Even down the road fatalities, it's not equal.
Sharpton said.
Are they determining the race of the individual they're going to hit?
I'm I, you know, I'd like to see the statistics to back that up.
I don't want to see anybody die on the road ever.
Um anyway, Jim Jordan is now pointing out that there's new evidence that ties the Biden campaign to the fraudulent laptop letter.
Remember those 51 former intelligence agents?
Just the news.com breaking this news.
Jim Jordan now telling just the news.com that he expects to release a report later this month laying out the evidence connecting the Biden campaign to the laptop letter.
And apparently my sources are telling me it may be tied to Wink and Tony Blinken.
I want to see if he's involved in this.
Congressional probe is uncovered ties between Biden campaign and the security dismissing Hunter's laptop.
Wow.
So it wasn't an accident, the 51 former Intel people that were dead wrong.
Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin sounding the alarm on what he calls the jaw dropping Biden family bank records.
He went on to say that when Senator Grassley and I pretty much laid out the case against grifting, the grifting Biden family back in September of 2020 before the election, our report was completely ignored by the media just as they ignored Hunter Biden's laptop because they're advocates from the far left uh for the left themselves.
And so what we're finding now is just new pieces of evidence of the grifting that the Biden family has been involved in, bank records that basically confirm what Treasury records showed uh from Senator Grassley in my report.
When are we gonna find out?
How much money did Biden do with China?
The Biden family.
How much money did they do with Russia?
How much money did they do with Ukraine?
How much money did they do with all these other countries?
And is it impacting and influencing the Biden families or Joe Biden's presidency?
Because maybe all the money and the potential for compromise when you're dealing with a country like Russia or China, I promise you they're spying on you.
I want certain countries I want no nothing to do with ever.
And I never will have anything to do with.
One is Russia.
Two is China.
And three, I would never deal with the Saudis or a lot of these foreign dictatorships.
I want nothing to do with them.
Because I find them to be hostile regimes against our country, America.
In California now, pay close attention.
Power companies are now proposing to bill electricity based on your income.
Southern California Edison Pacific Gas and Electric, San Diego Gas and Electric submitted a joint proposal to the state's public utilities commission last week that outlines a new rate structure.
It follows last year's passage of Assembly Bill 205 that requires a fixed rate and generally simpler power bills.
Under the proposal, households will see a fixed rate covering basic electricity services and the utility companies operating costs on a scale based on their household income, and it will impact as C SCE says approximately 1.2 million of their lower income residents will see their bills drop by 16 to 21%, but overall rates will decrease by about 33% per kilowatt hour.
And different customers will be seeing different base rates.
Isn't that discrimination?
Are we discriminating against people?
Oh, okay, well, you make more money, so you're gonna pay for somebody else's.
We'll just take your money and give it to somebody else.
Redistribution.
I like that plan.
I don't have to pay for my own electricity.
I pay a lot less.
And then if you have an income of anywhere between 28 and 69,000, you pay, for example, $20 a month in Edison territory.
If you make between $69 and $180,000, you pay $51 a month.
That's two and a half times what you would pay if you had a lower income range.
And if you have above 180, you're gonna pay.
You're gonna pay over four and a half times.
Doing the math in my head.
In case you were trying to figure out what me mumbling to myself meant.
But that's what their plan is.
Interesting development in the civil case.
Remember, I told you about Donald Trump with this E. Gene Carroll, this defamation lawsuit.
Apparently, she didn't remember the year that it happened, but claiming it happened in a Bergdolf Goodman is a busy, busy department store in New York, an upscale department store.
And not a place I've ever been to, because I don't like shopping.
You want to go shopping, go right ahead.
Want to go to a museum?
Go right ahead.
I'll go to a zoo, but I'm not going to a museum, and I'm not going shopping.
I wear the same clothes every day anyway.
Right now I'm in a long sleeve t-shirt with a college logo on it.
I'm wearing my Tunnel to Towers Foundation hat.
I'm wearing my hoodie when it gets cold.
And uh anyway, now we're finding out that she's being bankrobed the whole lawsuit by a billionaire Hillary Clinton donor.
Gee, what a surprise.
What a coincidence.
I wonder if there are any Republican billionaires billionaires out there that would like to finance the same kind of lawsuit against Joe Biden.
Remember Tara Reed?
Case in Boint.
It's okay as long as it's Democrats doing it to Republicans.
Biden got angry with reporters in a midnight gaggle.
I told you my plan is to run again.
But he hasn't said it yet.
When he's going to say it officially.
You know, So that's where we are with the 2024.
We'll see.
I'm going to stand by what I've been telling you, and that is that we do not know what is going to be the big issues when it comes to 2024 yet.
I can tell you generally, broadly, it's going to deal with the economy, and it's going to deal with the new axis of evil.
China, Russia, Iran.
It's going to deal with our allies abandoning us, and they not don't trust us anymore.
Democrats intend to make the Chinese spy app TikTok a key part of their 2024 campaign.
So even though everyone seems convinced that it's a spying mechanism of the communist Chinese, Democrats have so successfully cultivated TikTok clout that they are going to, you know, that it provides young voters and party operatives, and now drawing up a detailed plan to use it.
How about we protect our country first?
North Korea's ICBM test caused evacuations in Japan.
Notice all of a sudden Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, they're all getting aggressive.
Why?
Because there's an abdication of America's role on the world stage.
Then you have allies that are useless, like Macron in France.
Former Navy officer implicated in the Biden Pentagon league scandal.
We've been talking about that all last week.
Pentagon warning that Biden's green new energy plans will jeopardize our defense security.
They're sounding the alarms over the plans to advance offshore wind projects along the Central Atlantic U.S. coast, warning that almost all of the new terrain eyed for development will conflict with military operations.
Why would that stop them?
Not going to stop them.
House Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Mike McCall blasting Biden for stiffing Taiwan on weapons that we promised them.
I'm telling you, Joe's not going to let lift a finger when China goes in.
Won't lift a finger.
Meanwhile, China threatens us, warns that if anyone dares to step in and stop them, they will be obliterated.
He's targeting the U.S. It's a direct shot against us.
I can't believe that this uh issue involving Bud Light and Anheuser Bush keeps getting stronger and stronger.
California House Democrats, they are rallying around Bud Light.
And they're drinking Bud Light.
Great.
Adam Schiff drinking a beer.
There's a guy I'd love to sit down and have a beer with.
I'm sure he's a barrel of laughs.
We never intended to be part of a discussion that divides people.
Anheuser Bush CEO Brendan Whitworth said.
Little too little too little too late.
Get woke, go broke.
Up down five billion dollars plus in net worth.
A conservative activist, I don't know who this guy is.
Anyway, they have come up with a new beer.
Sam Weathers' name, the CEO of Freedom Speaks Up, uh said that companies like Anheuser Bush are spitting on conservative values.
I have kids, I don't care what their response is.
Bud Light has hired, you know, and then he went after this Dylan Mulvaney person.
Uh but anyway, apparently came up with ultra-right beer.
I like beer, so maybe I'll try it.
And then people are furious that Budweiser released a new pro-America ad with their Clydesdale horses passing by some of America's most famous landmarks.
I don't know if that's gonna make the difference.
But anyway, Bud Light blasted on Twitter uh for putting that for even putting that out there.
Well we'll see, but going woke is not working out for most people.
I saw Kid Rock's tape, had cases of Bud Light, pulled out his gun in his backyard and just tore it up.
This is outrageous what he did.
I'm like, not really.
Elon Musk telling Tucker Carlson that the U.S. had full access to your private Twitter direct messages.
Didn't we have uh on this very program the former Jack Dorsey, the former head of Twitter, denial of the shadow banning, deny all these things that were happening?
You think it was lying to us at the time, or he didn't know?
What do you think?
You're friendly.
I think they honestly changed the rules when the Biden administration and the Obamas got in there.
And I think that the algo was changed.
I don't even know if they told him.
You don't even know if they told the CEO.
Because Jack Dorsey stepped out.
He started square.
And when he came back in, they had changed a ton of the algos.
I don't even know if he was fully aware.
And I'm not saying he's innocent.
You're talking to the wrong person about algos.
I don't know.
Algorithms.
Algorithms.
Okay.
I know what it meant, but I'm like, I know I this is like a foreign language to me.
I just think there's a lot going on, and I don't think there's a lot of people who think they need to be held accountable to anybody on any spectrum.
All right.
Inflation on the rise, stock market more volatile than never.
How uh how are you doing protecting your retirement savings?
Because that can be challenging.
Anyway, to help weather today's economic uncertainty, our friends at Phoenix Capital Group, they recommend diversifying your investments right now.
And they want to send you, you can download the Phoenix Capital Group's free investor guide.
It's on PHX on Hannity.com before making any investment decisions.
You got to carefully consider, carefully review all the risks involved.
Talk to your financial advisor.
But anyway, they're recommending high-value U.S. uh oil and gas investments.
By the way, separate and apart as they described it to me uh from that which is associated with the Biden administration.
These are state contracts like in North Dakota and elsewhere and South Dakota.
