All right, happy Monday, all glad you're with us.
Thank you, Scott Shannon, 800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of this extravaganza, by the way, tonight a Hannity uh audience show.
If uh you want to ever participate, come, we'd love to have you.
Uh just go to Hannity.com.
Tickets are free.
Um, I'm noticing what the left is doing at a time when the world needs to wake up to what's going on.
There is now a real, real axis of evil that is unfolding right before our eyes.
And this is now a clear and present danger, not just to the U.S., not just to the uh to the entire world, and that is the alliance with China, Russia, Iran, the Saudis, they they've now they they see that Joe Biden has abdicated the role of the U.S. in terms of being the leader of the free world, and and they're just they just they picked their winner.
They decided to go with China, which is why China was able to broker the deal with Iran and now brokering another deal with uh Saudi Arabia and uh Syria.
It's why OPEC just cut back on energy oil production by over what a million three barrels a day.
Why?
To maximize their profits on top of last year's record year profits of like some astronomical sum of a hundred and sixty-seven billion dollars, considering Joe Biden unilaterally has economically disarmed uh in terms of domestic energy production,
which is the lifeblood of the world's economy, making the same mistake Western Europe did uh because they became so completely dependent on um Vladimir Putin and Russia for their energy supplies, and it's been nothing but an unmitigated disaster.
But you know, all I all I hear is if you listen to the left, you would think that abortion in America is about to be illegal because there was one Texas judge that put a halt to the what's called the abortion pill, uh, which by the way,
nobody noticed that was contradicted by a second ruling, throwing the entire uh judge's decision into complete doubt because the judge on Friday suspended the FDA's approval of this abortion pill, one of the two drugs commonly used to end pregnancy, which by the way, most abortions, now 55% of majority take place with the abortion pill.
And uh anyway, so then a district court stayed the order, a preliminary injunction for seven days to give the FDA time to appeal.
And then less than an hour after that ruling, another federal judge in another separate case in Washington State directly contradicted the original ruling in Texas, ordering the FDA to refrain from making any changes uh to the availability of the this particular abortion pill.
The the contradictory decisions increase the chances that the fate of the drug first approved by the FDA more than two decades ago will ultimately be decided by the Supreme Court, which over you know, but I I don't think that's what's gonna happen.
Because the Supreme Court decision sent it back to the states.
They're not gonna have a say in that.
So that's a that's that interpretation is just wrong and faulty on so many levels.
But that's what the media would want you to focus on because they look at what happened in Wisconsin with this race last week and a Supreme Court uh election, uh justice election that gave now a majority to the left in Wisconsin as a hey, this is all about abortion.
Now we got to make the whole entire 2024 election about abortion.
And then the other issue they want everybody to focus on is the issue out of Tennessee.
And you know, what's what's so fascinating about this, you know, amid all of the turmoil that there goes Kamala Harris.
Now she failed to meet with the survivors and and the families of the school shooting down in Tennessee.
She's in Nashville, and she's there playing politics.
So she takes a surprise trip down to Nashville on Friday to meet with recently expelled lawmakers, uh, the state's Democratic Caucus and gun control advocates, but she didn't bother to meet with the survivors of the victims of the mass shooting that promoted the political drama in the first pay place.
The expulsions came after the three legislators joined a gun control uh rally outside the state capitol that then moved into the House chamber, disrupting proceedings as the two of them blared their fury over a megaphone.
A third did not have a megaphone, just stood by in support, uh by the way, beat expulsion by a single vote.
Now they're trying to turn it into a this is a racial issue.
I'll get to the actual law and constitution of Tennessee to give you some real information that nobody else in the mob and the media is going to give you.
Um all this passion was supposedly caused by Audrey Hell's, you know, mass murder.
By the way, when are we going to release the manifesto?
Are we ever going to get the manifesto?
I would think we get the manifesto.
Why are they holding back the manifesto?
I'd like to see the manifesto.
What was in the mind and heart of this individual that, you know, was responsible for the shooting?
So we can have some insight into things that you know we might be looking for uh in terms of patterns of behavior or thought processes that others knew about that were that things that led up to this that maybe we can intervene earlier.
A lot we could probably learn from that.
Uh but that's what they say that this was about, but anyway, uh the you know you you would you would think that it's about the murders, but not for Kamala Harris.
You know, the White House is yet to invite the two hero cops that stopped the massacre from being far worse.
By the way, when's Joe Biden's trip to East Palestine ever going to happen?
When's the real trip to the border ever going to happen with Kamala Harris, our borders are?
None of which that I expect to have happen.
Anyway, so it has uh anyway, so what happened is you have video of Tennessee legislators disrupting the session, two state reps expelled for screaming into a bullhorn on the House floor uh that Republicans in the majority uh you know screaming that they're bought and paid for by the NRA and an old saying that they won't live long and then gun control can be passed when they're dead.
Uh then they lead a crowd in the gallery of the Tennessee House with chance of no justice, no peace.
That doesn't sound particularly safe to me.
And other chance like no action, no peace.
What does it mean no peace?
If you don't have peace, you have conflict.
And similarly, whose house?
Our house and gun control now, et cetera.
So the video you got you got the two legislators, two of the three saying they knew that they were violating the rules of the the House in Tennessee.
You have rules for a reason, you're gonna follow the rules, or you're gonna make exceptions uh because of potential political fallout.
If you don't like the rules, change the rules.
Resolution to expel says whereas all members of the House of Representatives must comply with the permanent rules of order of the Tennessee House of Representatives for the 113th General Assembly, including the preserving order, adhering to decorum, uh speaking only with recognition, not crowding around the clerk's desk, avoiding personal attacks, and not using props or displaying political messages.
And they violated each and every one of the rules in the Tennessee House.
If you look at the Tennessee Constitution, Article 2, Section 12, it specifically states that each house of the legislature may punish its members for disorderly behavior and expel them.
Now they were obstructing an official proceeding and joining these protests during the committee hearings inside the Capitol with rioters.
And by the way, that is exactly what the J6 protesters had been charged with and accused of.
That they were in fact uh disrupting the official proceedings as, you know, we've now watched what's happened there.
You know, and just like, for example, you know, we had 574 riots, summer of 2020.
I think I'm the only one that seems to care about it.
We had dozens of dead Americans, we had thousands of injured cops.
They were pelted with bricks, bricks, rocks, bottles, Molotov cocktails, and and much more.
And uh many of them were severely injured.
We had billions in property damage.
We didn't have a summer of 2020 riot committee at all.
We have all this video tape evidence, and nobody is seeking to bring justice to the people involved there.
So it's only when it's convenient.
Does this get brought up as an issue?
They were obstructing an official proceeding, and by the which, by the way, joining the protest during the committee hearings inside the Capitol with the people that had no business being in there.
Kind of like breach the breach in the sense of January 6th.
Well, you can't compare this to Jan.
I'm not comparing it to January 6.
I am telling you either, I'm not saying it's an insurrection.
I'm saying it is what happened got out of control, and it was led by lawmakers that have very specific rules of decorum and which they agreed to sign on to when they when they became members of the Tennessee legislature.
That's it.
Now the Democrats set the standard of justice with their endless investigations into the J six riot, so they should be should they not be held to the same standard or should they be?
Also an article from Newsweek saying one of them actually expressed that he wanted to be thrown out because he's going to be appointed to refill the seat and then win re-election.
And he liked the national attention.
I'm sure they probably do.
And if you look at some of the details, this is out of a Tennessee publication.
You know, Republicans were accused of racism almost immediately, as these these two representatives happen to be African American.
But anyway, so all this all this video goes viral.
Uh and you know, speaking out a turn in support of this gun control legislation.
Uh but anyway, so they believe the Democrats deserve to be punished for their actions.
They were following the rules of the House in Tennessee.
If you don't like the rules, I would suggest that they change them.
Anyway, so it even got a little more contentious.
Uh Newsweek reached out to a couple of these guys for comment, and one of them person had already announced plans to run for his old seat.
They have a chance that in fact that may happen, and there might actually be an appointment that they can get reappointed, that they can run for re-election, and then they go back to the House.
And if they I assume if they act the same way, probably the same consequences will occur.
On Monday, more than 7,000 students left class, according to this report, to the Tennessee Capitol to rally for a stricter gun laws.
Uh and by according to the March for Our Lives, which organized the protest, the youth protesters came out in droves.
So you have a very volatile situation there.
You know, the and then in comes Kamala Harris.
Well, why didn't she meet with the families when she was there?
But anyway, all of this is to me, you know, a distraction.
Because there are huge issues unfolding.
Look at the Drudge Report right now.
They actually have video of state TV in China, uh, and it says China ready to fight, planning a showdown with the U.S. Navy and showing their war plans as it relates to the South China Sea, Taiwan, and the United States Navy.
And my question is, the same President Joe Biden that didn't do a thing with the spy balloon that first flew over Alaskan airspace.
Now they did tell us that they they saw the balloon coming, they watched it fly over Alaska's airspace down the west coast of Canada and to Idaho, then to Montana.
It seems like every every state, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, and then they're made their way to South Carolina and North Carolina.
Uh happens to be that they passed over many military installations.
Even MBC is now reporting that they were feeding back that balloon was feeding back real intelligence or intelligence in real time.
They got everything that they possibly wanted.
And what have the consequences been?
Nothing.
What have the consequences for COVID been?
Nothing.
What are the consequences for unfair trade practices and intellectual property theft?
Nothing.
What were the consequences for Putin taking down one of our drones?
Nothing.
And now you've got China aligning with Russia, aligning with Iran, and the Saudis, they decided they didn't want to be on the losing side in terms of which side they want to align with.
And they have now shifted away from the U.S. that has abdicated its role in the world stage as the leader of the free world and now partnered with China, allowed China to broker a deal with Iran and Saudi Arabia, and now a new deal is coming with Saudi Arabia and Syria.
And I'm sure a deal's coming with Kim Jong-un as well with North Korea.
Uh, and this is a real clear present danger, but of course, you know, people will be crying racism, racism, racism.
Okay, if you don't like the laws of the House, you know, where is the these are the same people that were told us that the summer 2020 riots were peaceful or mostly peaceful, or they said nothing, or they tweeted out um accounts where people could donate to get the rioters out of jail like Kamala Harris and saying they're not gonna stop, they shouldn't stop, we're not gonna stop, blah, blah, blah.
No consequences.
Sounds like she's calling for insurrection when she said that on Colbert.
All right, so everyone wants to talk about uh Tennessee and three lawmakers there, and of course, uh anything they can do to bludgeon any conservative of any place anywhere.
By the way, we have you know, watch this tragedy, four killed, nine wounded.
Uh, this is the Kentucky shooting.
Uh Kamala Harris had no time, of course, to meet with the families, just like they've never made it to East Palestine, uh, just like she's never made it to the border and she's the border czar, and they're missing a far bigger issue here.
And I I know they want to talk about abortion, they want to talk about guns.
Meanwhile, China is literally now creating a showdown in the South China Sea with our Navy.
Just like nothing happened with the spy balloon, nothing happened with the drone shotdown.
What's Joe going to do here?
Driving the liberals nuts.
Sean Hannity is back on the radio right now.

H-A-N-N-I-T-Y.
Um, by the way, Jim Jordan, uh, I think these are two huge issues.
Number one, the House panel is going to examine victims of Bragg's policies.
Uh, in other words, all the people that he has let go in New York.
Uh, as uh they now look at the prosecutor taking on Donald Trump at the House Judiciary Committee will hear from victims of uh Alvin Bragg's policies during a hearing in New York next week, which is now becoming an escalating confrontation with the progressive prosecutor over this now unprecedented criminal case against Donald Trump.
And anyway, the field hearing will be held at 9 a.m.
Monday.
It's gonna be in New York at the Jacob Javits Federal Building.
That's where they built that temporary hospital that uh was never used by New York State in during the the co period of COVID in the early days of COVID.
Uh anyway, so you know, 34 felony counts, uh, and we have no idea based on what crime because they didn't put it in the indictment.
Anyway, Source uh close to the New York Post says that the hearing will examine New York's rampant crime and victims of Alvin Bragg, which by the way needs to be held accountable for.
It's never been this bad at all.
Uh another issue that Jim Jordan and the Judiciary Committee are looking into is this issue of if the FBI sought to develop sources in Catholic churches to combat domestic terrorism according to documents.
Now this gets very interesting.
I saw it on Fox News.com because the FBI recently sought to develop sources inside Christian churches and Catholic diocese as part of an effort to combat domestic terrorism, according to internal documents released by the House Judiciary Committee just today.
And those documents, by the way, obtained last month by Jim Jordan of Ohio.
Um what's what's interesting about this, uh, and Representative Mike Johnson of Louisiana, who are also members of the they're looking into the weaponization uh subcommittee, and they show that the FBI planned to use churches as quote new avenues for tripwire and source development.
And you know, what what what why are they doing this?
Why is the FBI getting involved with a local policing issue, and that is parents that might get a little heated during a you know, some type of of school board meeting.
Domestic terrorism.
Well, look at this.
Anyway, the Federal Law Enforcement Agency is targeting mainline Catholic parishes as part of their efforts.
In addition, according to Jordan, the FBI expressed interest in leveraging existing sources uh andor initiating type five assessments to develop new sources with placement and access, and in another example, the agency cited a desire to sensitize religious congregations to the warning signs of radicalization and enlist their assistance to serve as suspicious activity tripwires.
I mean, you know, th this whole gets into the issue.
Is the FBI being politicized?
Is it is the DOJ ha are they now weaponized?
Because if you know, if you want again equal justice under the law and equal application of our laws, well, you're not gonna get it if you have one rule set of rules for one group of people and a whole other set for a whole other group of people.
It's pretty unbelievable.
You know.
We have a Tennessee local congressman on home on hold.
Monty Fritz is with us, uh representative.
How are you?
I'm good, sir.
How are you today?
Well, I assume you're listening to my show, by the way.
Thank you for listening.
And uh, you know, if you want to give us more insight into the expulsion, I've I've done all my research.
I've looked at your constitution.
I've looked at the rules of your house, and they couldn't be any more clear uh in terms of the ability of uh of members to throw other members out.
I'll read it to you.
Article two, section twelve of your constitution specifically states that each house of uh of the legislature can punish its members for disorderly behavior.
Uh and they the they led a crowd with you know loud chants and bullhorns, no justice, no peace, no action, no peace, whose house, our house, gun control now.
We have video of them knowingly violating House rules.
The resolution to expel says, whereas all members of the House of Representatives must comply with permanent rules of order of the House, uh the Tennessee House of Representatives for the 113th General Assembly, including preserving order, adhering to decorum, uh speaking only with recognition, not crowding around the clerk's desk, avoiding personal attacks and not using props or displaying political messages.
I would say that all three members that you voted to expel, you only expelled the two of the bullhorns, uh, did not pass that test.
Sean, first thank you for taking the call and thank you for speaking the truth to this thing.
Um I did for the record vote to expel all three because they did not only violate the rules of the House and what I think are the oath to our Constitution and to represent their people and that constitution, uh their constituents.
Um they uh they behaved in a way as to incite a riotous Atmosphere in the Tennessee House and and that's just not acceptable.
In a day when uh we have allowed ourselves to consider that which is evil good and good evil, uh, it seems like when you stand up against something that's evil and wrong, it shocks people.
And uh so I'm well let me ask you this.
How many people now my understanding is it was not similar in the sense of January sixth, in as much as there were what, thousands of protesters overall outside and inside the building, but not inside the chamber.
Is that correct?
Uh so there were lots of people, I don't have an exact count inside the Tennessee Capitol, there were also lots of people in the House chamber up in the balconies.
Okay, but do you know of and uh and do we know if they came in lawfully?
Uh they did come into the building lawfully, they had to come through a a checkpoint, a Tennessee state trooper check them to come in.
Um we had a school group, I know at least one school group in the balcony who had just come to observe House proceedings that night, and it due to the actions of these three people, it became so volatile that they had to be taken out for their own safety.
It's it's just an amazing thing.
Now, in the past, going back a a couple of decades, uh one fairly recent, uh there have been other expulsions in both other cases they were a Republican.
Is that correct?
I I think that's the case, uh Sean.
I am a brand new, I'm a freshman.
I'm I'm the old guy that decided he was gonna run for office, and and so this is my first session in the Tennessee General Assembly and why in God's name would you ever make a decision like that knowing p that politics is nothing but a you know a blood sport and they're out to destroy people.
I'm just teasing, of course.
And I know you want to serve.
I appreciate the people that do.
Um Because um America is a great place.
And Tennessee is the greatest place in this in the United States, and to stand up for what is right so that my children and my grandchildren and our Tennessee children can enjoy the same freedoms that I have is is plenty of reason uh to serve.
I'm an Army veteran.
Uh I've I've been blessed with a tremendous career here in my state, and um I just want to make sure that we pass that prosperity and freedom along to the next generation.
Well, first of all, you know what, you gave the best answer about why it is that you're serving and all the right motivations, and you've also served your country.
Thank you for for that as well.
The reality is things were clearly out of hand, and there are rules and procedures with the House.
And this is one of the potential consequences, which these members had to know existed because they signed on to these laws or these rules of the House.
So it was implemented, and the allegation is, well, this has to do with race.
Um was there any racial component that you saw from anybody in Tennessee?
Because I had not seen any evidence of that at all, except that uh the the fact that people like to bring race into cases when it's not even relevant.
Absolutely not, Sean.
Uh none of that was witnessed.
Um what we did witness was three people who were not willing to put in the work to uh bring back about an amendment or a bill and decided to simply storm the well, take over, and force everyone to play by their rules rather than the rules of the house and the constitution that they had uh born an oath to uphold.
Yeah.
Uh now it's expected that the local authorities in in their particular districts might have the power to reinstate them.
Is that true?
Um I I understand that may be the case.
Uh I'm not sure.
I haven't kept up with those current events today, to be honest with you.
Um, but but I understand that is the case.
And they would be able to run for reelection again if they so choose, there'll be a special election.
I I would I would think that would be the case as well, yes, sir.
So then if they get back into the house and they're elected in the house or appointed into the house, which I read is is a possibility.
If that happens, they will be told and informed of what the rules of the the house are yet again, and I think they'll have a pretty clear understanding That those rules will be applied to anybody that disrupts uh proceedings like they were involved in, correct?
Uh uh yes, Sean, and I I would hope that uh many of us on the floor uh want to see each of those people be successful.
Um, but you cannot allow anarchy and chaos to be the mode of operation in our government.
We have had so many people whose last names like Biden and Clinton who are not held accountable for their actions.
We should not allow that lack of accountability to exist here in the great state of Tennessee.
What do you make to the people that have tried to turn this into a racial issue?
What is your response to them?
Uh shame on them.
Uh shame on them for not uh fully reporting what the truth is.
Uh shame on them for trying to create a divisive atmosphere rather than address the behaviors that were chaotic and uh disruptive.
You think it was also dangerous knowing that there were so many other people, maybe not in the chamber, but outside the chamber.
Absolutely, sir.
I think that that the behaviors of these three put our state troopers, our capital staff, all those visitors that were here at much greater risk because um I can just tell you it was a riotous scene in the balconies and outside the chamber door.
We appreciate your first hand account.
Uh, and more importantly, I think you gave one of the best answers I've ever gotten as to why you'd ever want to get into politics, uh, because it it literally has become a blood sport.
Uh anyway, we uh thank you so much, Representative Monty Fritz.
Uh uh, where what part of Tennessee do you represent?
I proudly represent the 32nd district, Rome County and a good portion of Loudoun County in East Tennessee.
Appreciate you being with us, sir.
God bless you.
Thank you, sir.
800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
You know, I just did a deep dive.
I was it wasn't that hard to come up with the rules of the House.
Wasn't that hard to take a look at the Constitution and the state of Tennessee.
Uh and it wasn't hard to figure out looking at the video tape that this was a volatile dangerous situation.
And yet, you know, what's the the first instinct?
People politicize it and and race this has got to be racism.
No, it doesn't sound like racism to me.
Sounds like they were enforcing the rules of the house.
Um China declaring that their military is now capable of smashing Taiwan.
We have China ready to fight and ready for a showdown with the U.S. Uh you have this Chinese diplomat email ranting to Representative Chris Smith of New Jersey, show just how you know, frankly, afraid the Communist Chinese Party is to his house bill to levy harsh and deserved penalties against anyone involved in uh China, involved in organ uh harvesting.
This video that they have put out now on on Chinese state television should scare everybody to death, you know, chilling, you know, Taiwan uh invasion blitz video, uh, and that they're preparing for war and preparing to challenge the United States and this in the South China Sea because there's a U.S. Navy destroyer that passed through the waters claimed by Beijing in the South China Sea is in a show of force that comes as the nation's military holds their
drills around Taiwan.
Here's the problem.
I don't think Joe Biden has the strength.
I don't think he has the wherewithal.
I don't think he has the right military advisors around him to pull off any conflict with China.
And I also think when push comes to shove, he may saber rattle, but then they'll buckle.
And then he'll cave.
And as it relates to China and the issue of Taiwan, I hope I'm wrong.
I don't think I am, but that issue probably is resolved already.
Communist Chinese have made their decision.
