What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked why.
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco, Benghazi.

Thanks to all of you for being with us.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
You know what's amazing to me is people put yourself in the position that you have a special grand jury set up and the jury four person goes on a multi-media tour.
Let's see, including the New York Times, the AP, Fake News, CNN, MSDNC, NBC News.
And she's out there giddy, happy, you know, seemingly like loving the attention and, you know, overjoyed at the prospect.
Just, oh, I wish I could have sworn in President Trump.
Oh, 60 seconds.
I was the jury four person.
I would have been the one to swear him in and everything.
I would have been that person.
And she didn't get to do it.
It was so disappointing.
And then hoping that the recommendations that the grand jury made, that there are indictments and people's lives are upended and how disappointed she will be if charges are not filed in this case.
Dying to swear in President Trump, smirking, smiling, giggling, you know, giddy, laughing her way through a lot of these interviews.
I mean, it is so bizarre.
And just ask yourself, forget about whether you're a Democrat, Republican, liberal, conservative, whatever you have to be.
Do you want this woman doing these interviews and being in charge of your future and your fate?
Because I wouldn't want such a person having a say over whether or not a DA is going to file charges against me.
But look, just you decide.
Would you want this to be your jury for person if you have to go before a grand jury and they're going to decide whether you're going to get indicted or not?
Did the grand jury recommend an indictment of former President Trump?
I'm not going to speak on exact indictments.
So nothing that would surprise people who have been following this.
Probably not.
I wouldn't want to characterize anyone else's reaction, of course.
But so that was something we heard a lot in testimony.
But probably not.
Did you personally want to hear from the former president?
I wanted to hear from the former president, but honestly, I kind of wanted to subpoena the former president because I got to swear everybody in.
And so I thought it'd be really cool to get 60 seconds with President Trump of me looking at him and being like, do you solemnly swear?
And me getting to swear him in?
I just, I kind of just thought that would be an awesome moment.
There are indictments recommended, of course.
Is it more than 12 people?
Is it more than 20 people?
I think if you look at the page numbers of the report, there's about six pages in the middle that got cut out.
Allow for spacing.
It's not a short list.
Not a short list.
After everything that you've seen, what would your reaction be if the DA decides against bringing any charges after?
After what I've seen.
I will be sad if nothing happens.
Sad.
That's about my only request there is for something to happen.
Does anybody think this should stand as a document even, or even be made public?
Because I don't think so.
I don't think most people think so.
I mean, it appears she's just overjoyed at the prospect of putting people potentially behind bars, will be disappointed if charges aren't filed, dying, just dying to swear in Donald Trump.
I mean, did we play that part?
It's unbelievable.
She wants to swear in Donald Trump.
And anyway, so she's smirking, smiling, laughing her way through interview after interview and interview.
And now, the question you got to ask is, does she seem impartial to you?
Does she seem objective?
Does she seem sober?
And does she seem like somebody's taking this seriously?
You know, that this is a solemn duty that one has to take on, one that most normal people don't even really want to ever take on, but they do it because it's their duty and the law that they have to do it.
No, she's loving this.
She's loving the attention.
Does she sound like somebody that understands the gravity of the situation?
Because she didn't sound like that to me.
You know, I mean, giggling her way through interviews.
Well, we're talking about putting people potentially behind bars.
And she'd be disappointed if they're not charged and taking away their liberty and their freedom.
This is not how the system is designed to work.
It's not acceptable.
It is not fair to the people that are involved on the other side of this, what she is doing, how she's doing it, how she's saying it, and it's not appropriate.
And if this is justice now in America, that is a travesty on top of the dual justice system that we talk about regularly, you know, where there's one set of rules for the Clintons and for the Bidens and, you know, a whole other set of rules for the Trumps or anybody that's a conservative in any way, shape, manner, or form.
And by the way, if you look at the grand jury handbook, I will repeat: jurors shall, quote, keep the deliberations of the grand jury secret unless called upon to give evidence thereof in some court of law in the state.
Now, my understanding is the New York Times is not a court of law.
My understanding is neither is the AP.
My understanding is neither is fake news CNN.
My understanding is neither is MSDNC or any got on this grand jury.
You know, they also say, and the handbook also discusses how they should not discuss cases with fellow jurors or anyone else outside of the jury room.
Then we've got a report I saw today.
She's talking about they had ice cream parties.
Ice cream, so you get the, they get the verdict that they want.
They get the decision that they want, and everybody seems to be okay with this.
You know, never mind the bizarre article in the UK Daily Mail today, you know, beyond fantasizing about, you know, swearing in Donald Trump.
Things that are of interest.
Okay, you pin things of interest.
Anyway, in the Daily Mail today, they had an article about this jury four-person, Emily Kors.
Who knows?
Maybe she cast an indictment spell over the entire Georgia grand jury.
I have no idea because what they're reporting is the introduction to on her page, instructions on how to cast a magic spell as it appears on the Pinterest page.
Quote, casting a circle, a way for witches to protect themselves during their magic work.
One, cleanse your space of all negative energy.
Two, visualize pure energy and breath.
Three, recite the following.
By the earth that is her body, by the air that is her breath, by the fire that is her spirit, by the living waters of her womb, the circle is cast.
There it is.
Grand jury magic spell has now been set.
I mean, do we do any vetting?
Or is this basically any warm body will do for a grand jury?
But the other side of this, you know, beyond how cool it would be and how awesome, those would be so awesome.
That would be amazing.
She could swear in Donald Trump as a witness.
Because I was the four person, I would be the person to do that.
I mean, I know 10-year-olds that sound more mature than this jury four-person.
It was clearly embarrassing if she is embarrassable.
But anyway, and I'm sure what's the Fulton County DA thinking today?
More importantly, what are the defense attorneys going to do next?
I mean, they've got to file a motion to quash this thing.
I don't know what the exact order is.
We'll ask Greg Jarrett later in the program about this.
But if there are eventual indictments, the defense would have to make a motion to dismiss based on grand jury impropriety and bias.
And I don't think any of this super grand jury information should at all be made public based on the conduct of the jury for person who clearly did not pay attention to and clearly is in violation of the very rules that and guidelines that are given grand jurors in the state of Georgia.
You know, she could find herself, I think, in legal jeopardy breaching her sworn duty.
We'll hear from the experts on that as well.
But I got to tell you something.
You know, remember, this is a special purpose grand jury, and this raises questions.
Why did the DA in this case want a special purpose grand jury that doesn't even have the authority to issue the indictments?
You know, the DA would have, if a DA actual wants indictments, now the super grand jury, if you will, or the special purpose grand jury, all they can do is recommend charges, but they don't base charges like they would a regular grand jury.
They would have to convene a regular grand jury if they thought the charges were warranted.
Now, if the DA in the case thought this case was so strong, why didn't they go directly to a regular grand jury and bypass this circus that has now unfolded here?
I've been very suspicious about this.
I know Greg Jarrett has been as well.
If they had evidence of criminality, why didn't they convene a grand jury?
Unless, of course, the goal all along was to issue this report, make it public.
Oh, a special grand jury, a special purpose grand jury recommends indicting Donald Trump.
Okay, but it has no legal authority to indict.
So what's the point of that?
You know, as far as the law solicitation to commit fraud in elections, it's going to be very hard to prove, although maybe not in Fulton County.
I mean, this is one of the problems conservatives have overall.
And that is, you know, what venue that a case is going to be heard from.
If you're in Fulton County, Georgia is not exactly the place you want to be if you are a conservative and you're on trial because it slants so heavily Democratic.
I don't even think at this point they could get what I think would be warranted in this case, which is a change of venue and get this taken out of Fulton County and sent to another part of Georgia because I think the jury pool now has been tainted just based on the interviews of the jury for person.
So this is going to be interesting to watch unfold, and it's going to be interesting to see what these defense attorneys do here because if I had a client and that client potentially could be on that list, I don't know.
I think I would be very, very suspect about anything that this grand jury comes out with in the end.
Anyway, 800-941-Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.

What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a Rosetta Stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.

Speaking of people that like to giggle, our, well, prestigious Vice President Kamala Harris is claiming Joe Biden has reduced heating and electricity bills so folks have more money in their pockets.
Well, electricity is up 12%, fuel oil is up 28%, natural gas up 27% over last year.
So is she lying or she just doesn't care?
Or maybe she's so out of the loop and out of touch that she thinks her blatantly incorrect statement is true because those are just the facts.
In fact, Americans now have lost over $2,250 on average paying increased energy costs since Biden took office.
That is a pretty big number.
James Comer's House Oversight Committee now wants to interrogate a bombshell new witness who can place Joe Biden right in the middle of Hunter's corrupt Chinese energy deal.
According to the New York Post, House Republicans want former Biden associate Vuck Jeremik to testify about the origins of the First Family's lucrative venture with CEFC, that's the Chinese energy company, calling him a key witness who could describe Joe Biden's own role in the enterprise.
Once they tie Joe Biden to money to China and Russia and Ukraine, if they do that, that's it for Joe Biden.
But anyway, Comer now is asking Jeremy in a letter to provide all documents, communications related to Hunter and James Biden, as well as Sherwin Gilliar, a fellow business partner of Devin Archer and CEFC vice president.
I'm sorry, vice chairman Patrick Ho.
Jeremy, a former foreign minister of Serbia, president of the UN General Assembly, appears to have helped the Biden family members connect with CEFC leaders in 2015 when Joe was still vice president.
Comer asked Jeremy to comply with his request by March 14th.
Now, the strategy up to this point has been to give them nothing.
The problem is that's not going to last very long because the next step after that is going to be something called a subpoena.
And then after the subpoena, what happened to, say, Steve Bannon is going to happen to Hunter Biden.
And that is they will be held in contempt of Congress.
And I don't think there's much they're going to be able to do to stop that.
We'll see.
One other little tidbit as it relates to our jury four person, Emily Kors.
Not only did she discuss this entire case with the media, she also admitted that she discussed it with her boyfriend.
She said, quote, I told my boyfriend at one point during the proceeding, during all of this, I came home and I told him, you know, do you know that if I was in the room with Donald Trump and Joseph Biden, that they knew who I was, that they would both want to speak to me?
Okay, what's going on here?
That sounds bizarre.
Anyway, she was referring to the special grand jury's work after serving as the leader of the 23-person special grand jury that met behind closed doors from May of 2022 to January of 2023.
75 witnesses.
Can I ask who has time to serve on these juries?
How would that happen?
I'm not going to be on the air from May of 2022 to January of 2023.
I have to serve on a special grand jury.
And that is going to take up my entire life, and I'm not going to be making any money in the meantime.
How does that work for people?
I can understand retired people maybe being able to do it, but it's a young girl.
You know, is she working at night?
She was.
Was she tired during the day?
I don't know.
I think she probably has a lot of time, Sean.
I don't know.
Anybody who has time to practice witchcraft?
That is bizarre.
But then she went into very specific, you know, Lindsey Graham came off as nice and believable.
Rudy Giuliani left a somewhat starstruck and was personable.
Mark Meadows shared very little.
She told us that some of the witnesses were immunized.
She confirmed that the jurors had listened to a recording of former President Donald Trump's call with Secretary of State Brad Rafsinger and had discussed the slate of alternate electors.
Although she didn't reveal the names of any of the people that the grand jury recommended for indictments when she was asked whether Trump was one of them, you're not going to be shocked.
She's pretty much saying they're recommending an indictment for Donald Trump.
And then, even more alarming, you know, some of the things she says about her own experience.
You know, she said she was sworn, she swore in one witness while holding a ninja turtle ice pop.
Okay, details.
Does the public really need to know?
Anyway, and she received at the district attorney's office ice cream party.
So they're having ice cream parties at the district attorney's office.
Why on earth would grand jurors be out there socializing with prosecutors?
A grand jury is supposed to be an independent body.
Prosecutors are trained to maintain a professional distance and avoid engaging in interactions that could be perceived as influencing their decision.
Then she revealed some of the other concerning facts.
She reported that when witnesses invoked their Fifth Amendment right to refrain from answering questions on the basis that their answers might incriminate them, she could hear all the other grand jurors writing furiously, which would indicate that jurors were improperly holding the assertion of a constitutional right against a witness.
That is a right that you are not to make an inference from.
She said another member of the grand jury brought a newspaper into the room every day and pointed out stories about their investigation, though she herself avoided news coverage to maintain an open mind.
You know, what is the district attorney, the district attorney on her own, Fanny Willis, needs to say this, she has now ruined all the work of the special grand jury because none of this should be admissible.
There's no way that anybody mentioned would have any chance at all whatsoever to get an impartial jury in any future indictment of a real grand jury.
Excuse me.
At some point, impropriety by a grand jury could be grounds to claim a violation of due process rights of the accused.
Any successful claim could taint anything that occurred afterward, requiring dismissal of any indictments and at best a complete do-over as long as the statute of limitations is not yet run.
So, you know, none of this, this is getting more bizarre by the day.
But certainly, this grand jury four woman has threatened now the entire case with all of this.
And Trump is right.
This looks like a kangaroo court.
You know, you watch Emily Kors, you watch the NBC interview.
How can you not be disgusted at what she's saying?
You know, honestly, I felt like it was, remember they used the term Valley Girl?
Like totally, like, you know, it was like so like totally cool.
And like we had really good time.
And like we had an ice cream party with all the prosecutors in the prosecutor's office.
And the ice cream flavors were awesome.
They were so awesome.
We loved them.
And like it would have been the coolest thing ever to swear in Donald Trump because like that would be like my job.
That like would have been me swearing in Donald Trump.
I was hoping he'd get like subpoenaed because then like I'd get to do that.
It'd be so awesome.
It'd be so cool.
It'd be so amazing.
Anyway, am I wrong?
Remember we used to have Heather O'Rourke do Valley Girl Traffic years ago?
She was so good at it.
Dude, she was great at that.
I totally forgot about that.
Oh my God, she was so she was like so totally awesome.
Totally.
Like it's unreal.
It's like totally a totally huge accident.
It's like, dude, it's like the biggest.
Like the biggest.
Exactly.
She's the best.
But that's what we're dealing with here.
I mean, does this give confidence to anybody?
You know, this was a special purpose grand jury.
It does not have the authority to issue indictments anyway.
They just recommend them.
You know, one has to worry, wonder, you know, because I guarantee you there's going to be court filings.
I just don't know when.
I would think they're probably fairly, they should be forthcoming soon.
Will have spent, you know, the solicitation to commit fraud.
You know, you go back to that phone call with Trump.
Trump says, what are you talking about?
I won by 400 plus thousand votes here.
And then, yeah, he did say the words, you only need to find of all those votes that I won by 11,000, whatever many votes, but I won by 400,000.
So you have to have intention of believing, you know, that you're telling somebody to commit a crime.
I mean, it's the only problem is it's in Fulton County, Georgia, which is a very liberal county.
I lived in Georgia.
Not exactly where any conservative would ever want to be tried.
It would have been like so awesome to subpoena Trump.
I mean, like, I could have put like a spell on him and everything.
I was like, you know, all this witch stuff that I have on Pinterest, it's so cool.
When you really try it, it's so awesome.
It works, but nobody knows it works.
It's like, wow.
What?
You're laughing too hard.
Honestly, it's so funny, but I think I'm wondering what the other jurors who were forced to sit with this lunatic.
Well, they now spent nearly a year of their life doing that.
But like, can you imagine your first day you're on the jury with this, with this woman, and you go home and you tell your significant other, like, oh my god.
Wait a minute, don't they vote on a jury for a person?
Yeah, there's got to be at least somebody who didn't vote for that lunatic.
Apparently she won.
Like everybody voted for her?
I have no idea.
There's no way.
There's no way.
I have no idea.
Got bribed with ice cream.
That's my theory.
Anyway, Kamala Harris lying about the Biden administration reducing heating and electric bill.
I mean, they just make stuff up.
Americans now are emptying out their emergency funds, a Fox Business Report.
Nearly half of U.S. adults have either less or no emergency savings compared to a year ago.
Only 26% say they have more emergency savings this year.
25% say their level of savings is about the same.
People are suffering.
The Fed now is doubling down on their inflation fight, which is, you know, more trouble for people.
It's going to hurt the housing market even further.
Now the debt limit, which they thought would be in some point in July, maybe in June.
That's what they're saying.
You have federal officials now signaling more rate hikes amid sticky inflation.
You're sticky.
I mean, that's all we've had under Biden.
A Texas teenagers have raised $160,000 for an elderly janitor who was forced to unretire because he couldn't afford his rent.
That was a cool story, but sad.
Morgan Stanley is warning the stock market has entered the death zone.
U.S. stocks now have climbed to unsustainable highs and face imminent losses once investors realize there'll be no Federal Reserve pivot later this year.
Michael Wilson, the chief U.S. equity strategist at Morgan Stanley, longtime Wall Street Bear, warning in an analyst note this week that the stock market has entered a level known as the death zone.
Well, that gives me a lot of confidence.
Walmart has a quote lot of trepidation about the economy.
Consumers are feeling very pressured.
So people aren't even spending at Walmart.
None of this is good news.
And I don't know.
How do you feel about $50 trillion in debt?
If you look at the numbers, I got this from Steve Moore.
You know, if we look at the actual number in terms of debt, the numbers are far worse if you look at the latest projections from the CBO through 2033.
That's 10 years from now.
And those numbers tell us two things.
First, the debt is going to hit a level of $50 trillion by 2023.
Second, by extrapolating the Trump baseline through 2033, we find the debt will be nearly $10 trillion higher than it would have been if we simply stuck with the Trump budget economic policies.
Lawrence Summers, who has not been wrong this entire time about inflation and the state of the economy, is quoted as saying in Fox Business, and he said, when your breaks don't get much traction, two things happen.
You could be moving too fast.
That's the inflation pressure.
And you could be setting yourself up for the kind of collision or course crash course down the road.
He said both things I think are very real risks in this environment.
In the span of just a year, the Fed has voted to raise their benchmark interest rate from zero to a range of 4.5% to 4.75%.
And now they're talking about it going to 6%, if not maybe even a little higher.
I mean, Biden is claiming his economic plan is fiscally responsible, but the CBO numbers proved just the opposite.
Their latest review, which factors in recent laws, executive actions, economic trends, other developments showing the nation is on a glide path towards a major fiscal crisis, if not outright bankruptcy.
Publicly held debt already at $24 trillion is set to double to $46 trillion.
It's really $31, but why be precise?
Now, that's a record 118% of the nation's entire annual economic output, warning the Committee for Responsible Federal Budget, and it'll hit 130% if programs officially set to expire get extended, as the Democrats will push to do.
Yearly deficits recently deemed alarming if they approach $500 billion are now running at $1.4 trillion and will more than double again within 10 years.
This is an apocalypse.
I mean, how do you convince people that the country is headed down the tubes?
How do you do it?
Never mind.
I haven't even talked about Russia and China now creating their unholy alliance, their new axis of evil.
You can include North Korea and Iran as part of all of this.
All of that is happening.
Joe Biden is assuring everybody that Vladimir Putin will never use a tactical nuke.
Well, he's threatening to use it.
What part of his threat are you not believing?
Because you have to not believe it to make the statement that Joe Biden made.
A lot of ground to cover today.
John Solomon, investigative reporter, editor-in-chief, justthenews.com.
He has some breaking information about FBI agents run wild and getting away with things that the rest of us would never get away with.
We'll have a full report on that.
It turns out that Mayor Pete decided to go to East Palestine in Ohio, finally, a day late, dollars short.
