When I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked why.
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Listen to Fiasco, Benghazi, on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Well, we're coming to your city.
Gonna play our guitars and sing you a country song.
We'll all be tired.
And if you want a little bang and yin-yang, come along.
This is not your father's Republican party.
Introduced to Bill.
Mr. Garz, you think I'm great when I said this stuff in the off year, people looked at me like I was nuts.
They're nuts.
I'm not the one.
I will say that there have been so many accomplishments under this administration.
It can be difficult to list them in a distilled way.
There are plenty of places we could have taken that balloon down.
The biggest risk would have been hitting a cow, a prairie dog, or an antelope.
So you don't buy this at all.
No, no, this is called Big Sky Country.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Yeah, we have come in to your centaur.
Sean Hannity.
The new Sean Hannity Show.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold inspired solutions for America.
Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
Alright, news roundup information overload hour toll free.
It's 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Um we'll be joined in a second by Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, uh, who's with us.
I mean, she just ripped into former Twitter employees uh for shadow banning her account.
I mean, remember, we have the two hearings, one that took place yesterday.
A lot of that was about the FBI, their coordination with big tech in the lead up to the 2020 election, yes, and the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Um, they were prepped by the FBI to do it.
I mean, it's it's pretty unbelievable when you look at everything that came out yesterday.
Um, and then leading into today's hearings, and that is the weaponization of the DOJ and the FBI and how they've been politicized, and this is just the beginning of what's going to be a long process of one FBI whistleblower after another saying, yeah, the agency has lost its way.
And the result ought to be, in my view, I can tell you ahead of time, is that it is a total top-down restructuring of the FBI and the Department of Justice.
Um, but I don't want to get ahead of ourselves.
Anyway, um, it's about two minutes.
This is Lauren Boebert ripping into these Twitter employees yesterday.
Mr. Roth, Miss Gaddy, did either of you approve the shadow banning of my account at Lauren Boebert?
Yes or no?
No, I did not.
Not to the best of my recollection.
Well, let me refresh your memory because I'm March 12th, 2021, and Mr. Roth, I know you looked at it because Fascist Twitter 1.0 had A public interest exceptions policy, which means for members of Congress to be shadow banned, it had to go before you, Mr. Roth.
So I'll ask again, did you shadow ban my account?
Yes or no?
Again, not to the best of my recollection.
So the answer is Mr. Roth, yes, you did.
I found out last night from Twitter staff that you suppressed my account for this tweet.
It's a freaking joke about Hillary Clinton being angry that she couldn't rig her election.
It's a joke.
But in response, being the sinister overlords that you all are, you placed a 90-day account filter so I could not be found.
And now we see here that Twitter staff said the visibility filter on my account excluded me from top searches, prevented notifications for non-followers, and much more.
This is considered an aggressive visibility filter.
You silenced members of Congress from communicating with their constituents.
You could you silenced me from communicating with the American people over a freaking joke.
Now, who the hell do you think that you are?
Election interference?
Yeah, I would say that that was taking place because of you four sitting here.
The Hunter Biden laptop story was suppressed.
A sitting member of Congress was suppressed.
A sitting president was banned from Twitter.
You know, I bet that Putin is sitting in the Kremlin wishing he had as much election interf intervention interference as you four here today.
We've heard about threats to democracy.
Well, what about shutting down a duly elected member of Congress?
This is fundamental to our nation's governance, and you all attacked that very foundation.
230 protections?
Well, those are for publishers, not for editors.
And it's clear you are not acting as publishers.
You were acting as editors.
Anyway, joining us now, Colorado Congresswoman, uh Lauren Balbert, uh, remind me never to piss you off, because uh that you you went after them pretty hard.
Uh good job yesterday.
How are you?
I am doing great, Sean.
Thank you so much.
And you know, it this does piss me off because millions of Americans were silent.
Look, Sean, I have the ability to reach out to to Elon and and to his staff to see exactly what happened, to see exactly why my account wasn't growing, why it wasn't getting the uh the the numbers that it once was.
But what about the millions of Americans who have no idea?
Look, President Trump, we know that he was permanently banned.
That was for everyone to see.
But when they come through with their visibility filters, when they shadow ban people, you don't even know that it's happening.
You don't know why it's happening.
And uh I and and millions of Americans have been silenced without even knowing what they did wrong for for questioning governance for government, for questioning policy, for questioning the CDC, for questioning vaccines, for COVID, for shutdowns, for lockdowns, for elections, and so much more.
This Twitter hearing was all about the Hunter Biden laptop story and the suppression of that.
And we have AOC calling that a hiccup in the media, a 24-hour hiccup.
She called the Hunter Biden laptop half truth, which maybe we should give her some credit for admitting that at least there's some truth in it in it, because before it was all Russian disinformation.
Uh, but but this is a problem when they are working, colluding with the federal government to suppress and censor free she uh speech in America.
This is a problem.
And I'm so glad, Sean, that we have this majority in the House of Representatives.
We have the gavel.
We are able to conduct actual oversight and get answers to the American people about what's been going on with big tech behind the scenes.
I want to know, and I'll go back to to James Comer's opening statement that the FBI advised senior Twitter executives to question the validity of the Hunter Biden story.
Now, I had on this program at the time he was the attorney general of Missouri, he's now a senator from Missouri, Eric Schmidt.
And at that point in time, he had Z either a deposition, I believe it was a deposition, uh, with Yoel Roth, the at the time, Twitter and integrity site head.
And the question came up as as it relates to the dealings that Yoel Roth had with the FBI, and very specifically whether or not beyond saying that they may be a victim of a misinformation campaign uh leading up to the 2020 presidential election.
Uh, but very specifically, uh he was asked if he had any recollections of the FBI telling him uh that in fact, yes, they mentioned uh Hunter Biden by name as one of the people that may be a victim of the disinformation campaign.
Now, here's the problem I have with that, Congresswoman, and just stay with me here.
The FBI had this Hunter Biden laptop since December of 2019.
So they had plenty of time to validate it or say it was fake, whatever.
Um, but yet you have the FBI now meeting weekly with every big tech company, telling them that they might be a victim of disinformation, specifically according to Mr. Roth at the time, uh saying that the FBI even mentioned it might be about Hunter, but the FBI had the laptop from hell, but they also knew Rudy Giuliani had the laptop from hell, so they knew the likelihood of it coming out before election day was probably very high.
And yet, so they're specifically warning Twitter about the possibility that there might be a disinformation campaign on Hunter.
Meanwhile, they had every opportunity to authenticate that laptop in the interim.
Right.
And they didn't do that until CBS came out of the story when Republicans were uh were named the majority of the House of Representatives.
And that's when CBS finally came out and said, hey, look, this is real.
Uh they they waited all of this time and and pushed this Russian hoax theory uh that this was disinformation this entire time until they realized there was going to be actual oversight taking place in the House of Representatives, and we were going to expose the truth.
The FBI is in bed with big tech, and I I expressed that in the hearing to Jim Baker, who is a former FBI agent working for Twitter, and he's not the only one.
We know of at least nine FBI agents that were working for for Twitter before Elon Musk uh bought a crime scene, as Thomas Matthew, my my good friend and co-chair of the second amendment caucus says.
Um he he got rid of all of them, but but we have former federal agents working for Twitter and and communicating with their former colleagues and their new colleagues and and trying to suppress this story, which interfered with the 2020 election.
Polls have shown us if the American people knew the truth, knew that this was authentic, and it was not Russian disinformation, then that would have changed the outcome of the 2020 election.
And it's not just the Hunter Biden laptop being suppressed, but it's also members of Congress who are not able to communicate with the American people about what was going on, the work that we were doing.
We were not able to effectively campaign even uh for our election because we ourselves were were under these visibility filters and being shadow banned.
So even we, as Julie elected members of Congress could not communicate to people.
Um the American people, they were even suppressed from sharing this story about the Hunter Biden laptop from hell uh in their DMs, in their direct messages.
These are private messages to other Twitter users, and they were prevented from even sharing the story there.
The question now is, and and we're getting into the weaponization of the FBI and and that big question today, and a lot is coming out here.
Um I don't know if you've been following uh uh all of these hearings, uh, but we're really finding out that the FBI uh in fact uh had their thumb on the scale in a lot of big ways.
Did you see the testimony earlier from Senator Ron Johnson and the testimony of Senator Charles Grassley, because I thought it was devastating uh in terms of the FBI and and Democrats and and the foreign business dealings of the Biden family syndicate.
So I I I know of some of the prep that was going into that.
I've not seen those hearings specifically just yet.
I I will follow up on those.
Uh, but it it's very obvious that the that the FBI did have their thumb on that scale, and and this is a problem, and this is why we have to gut the FBI.
This is why we have to clean house at the Department of Injustice.
These are Biden's bureaucrats that are working for him, not the American people.
They want to raise taxes on the American people, cause skyrocketing inflation, and hurt the American people.
Why?
To fund more Bureaucrats that are going to further destroy their lives.
And this is what we are going to uh work to root out in the next two years.
Sean, this next two years, there's not going to be a lot of legislation that passes all the way through the the House, the Senate, and get signed in the White House.
But we are going to have two years of exposure.
Exposing the truth, exposing the lies that have been told to the American people, how they have been gaslit and and this amazing grip that has been going on with the federal government to collude with these big tech companies and uh and and push true disinformation and even hide real information that the American people need to be aware of.
They worked to suppress that so that information would not get to them.
And and what?
And they were called conspiracy theorists if they did talk about it.
Um for or even um labeled as domestic terrorists for for speaking in opposition to what is going on.
And and so I I'm I'm so excited that we in the Oversight Committee and the weaponization of the federal government committee, uh, we get to get to the bottom of this and and expose this to the American people.
So uh maybe we have a fair chance for truth and justice in these 2024 elections that are coming up that are so important for our nation.
All right, quick break more with Congresswoman Lauren Bobert on the other side, then your calls 800 nine four one Sean as we continue.
All right, we continue with Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is with us.
Let me switch gears, Congresswoman, if I may.
Um and you heard Biden at the State of the Union address the other night saying that the Republicans want to hold the economy hostage, and he's talking about raising the debt ceiling.
Uh I remind people in 2011 Joe Biden said it can't be my way or the highway that there's got to be negotiation, and meanwhile, as president, uh he has steadfastly said he won't negotiate with Kevin McCarthy and the Republicans.
Here's my question.
I believe that there's been a calculation made by the Democratic Party and the President.
They don't think that the majority, 222 Republicans in the House are going to agree on a single ask or asks uh in exchange for raising the debt ceiling.
And they feel if they can divide, they will conquer, and there'll be no concessions.
My hope is is that all two hundred and twenty-two of you will agree on a plan that shows fiscal responsibility because we have thirty-one trillion dollars in debt.
We've robbed enough money from our kids and grandkids, and that there will be no but no defectors that would sign on to a debt ceiling increase unless fiscal responsibility is associated with it.
I don't care if it's the deficit and reduction act or something similar as we had in 2011 that included sequestration.
That doesn't matter matter to me.
But I want to know if there's going to be unity.
Do you believe you will unite as a caucus?
I I do.
Um, you know, we I don't think it's going to be a single issue, but there's going to be some negotiations for sure.
Um, unlike Joe Biden saying that there will be no negotiations when uh and and then attacking Republicans saying that we're coming out against Social Security and Medicare, cutting those things.
He he's the one on the record saying that he would absolutely go after Social Security and Medicare.
As as a senator, he said that.
And and we can play the clip.
Uh but um right now uh there are at least two hundred and twenty-two ideas of what we can negotiate on.
And we do need to um work uh continue our work to getting down to what is our final ask, what is our final demand in this negotiation?
And I do believe that all of us Republicans will be able to get to a a strong point and and have these concessions um uh to to have fiscal responsibility when it comes to the debt ceiling.
We're we're well if if you guys agree on uh listen, any of the Republican programs I'll support.
I know I've heard about 15 of them, but it won't not everybody's gonna get his way.
Uh but I will say this once all 22 agree with you, you've got to lock yourselves in cement and not budge.
Is they're gonna claim the full faith and credit and trust to the U.S. government is in play, blah, blah, blah.
Nope.
If they want to raise the debt ceiling, they gotta show some fiscal responsibility.
Uh Congresswoman, we always love having you.
Uh, Congresswoman Lauren.
By the way, you know, people still ask me if we're friends.
I'm like, yeah, we never got mad at each other.
You get that question too?
we we've always been friends, Sean.
And you know, that's that's what I love about uh our side, uh, our party.
We we can we can have disagreements and still be friends.
We could come together.
Well, it's just funny to me.
I mean, we had an I I wanted you guys to have resolved this before January 3rd.
It was four days.
Who gives a rip?
It worked out in the end.
Um, and I think everybody's, you know, happy for happier for it, but we appreciate you being with us.

What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word.
One that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a rosetta stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.

The Sean Hannity Show, a thermonuclear MMA assault on fake news.
And it is on right now.
25 to the top of the hour.
Thank you for tuning in.
Glad you're with us.
We'll get to your calls 800-941 Sean.
You want to be a part of the program.
Joining us now is uh a friend of mine and colleague, um, author of the book I am the storm, uh fellow Fox employee, uh works on the hit show Fox and Friends.
Janice Dean is with us.
Uh you might recall that she was probably the single most important voice for the voiceless, and that was the many thousands of families that loved that lost loved ones during COVID because of the idiotic decision, in spite of every nursing home owner it was almost a unanimous voice saying, please don't send people with COVID here.
Um, and it resulted in many people, the elderly in these nursing homes dying.
Massive numbers of people.
And they did it at a time where the Navy medical ship was was right outside and available to New York, but they didn't use it much.
They had built a 3,000 bed.
Donald Trump built it, uh hospital facility uh on the west side of New York.
Nobody used that at all.
And they even staffed it for the people of New York.
This was in March and April of 2020.
It was a New York was an absolute mess.
And they had the facilities built up and running, and the ability to take care of people without risking passing on or transmitting COVID to the elderly, which were the most vulnerable.
That was the only one thing pretty much they got right.
Everything else it seems they got wrong.
Anyway, Janice Dean called out Andrew Cuomo on this, and she wrote a book called I Am the Storm, inspiring stories of people who fight against overwhelming odds.
Um Janice, welcome to the program.
Great to have you.
And again, my condolences.
Uh, you lost both your in-laws as a result of this idiotic decision, and there was no need for it.
Right.
And we still don't have accountability.
And I want to thank you and your listeners and your viewers, because you were one of the people that was having me on your program to talk about what was happening in New York when this governor, this disgraced governor, was being touted as a hero.
And I felt like I was shouting into the wind.
So I'm grateful to you for letting me communicate my message on what happened to my family.
Are we both lucky that we work in an environment where you had the support and the ability to bring this very important issue because lives were hanging in the balance here, and speak out regularly and passionately and effectively about what was happening.
I mean, this was insanity here.
And you were the loudest voice challenging then New York governor Andrew Cuomo, I guess he was busy writing his book or having his staff write his book on how great a leader he was during COVID while all of this was going on simultaneously.
I'm so grateful, but I don't think the message made its way to the other media.
Uh I still feel like people don't know the story of how this governor infected nursing homes, put over 9,000 COVID-positive patients without being able to test them while nursing homes were saying we cannot do this.
And he knew Sean early on.
He said multiple times, if the virus got into nursing homes, it would be like fire through dry grass.
He said that several times, and this guy lit the match.
You know, it's it's such a sad, unbelievable story, and I know the pain.
You once you lose a loved one, you can't bring them back.
And yes, your life goes on, but there's always this kind of that hole in your heart.
Uh my father died six months after I started at Fox in March of 1997 and I still think about them every day.
My mom died not short shortly thereafter, not long thereafter.
And it just is hard to deal with this.
But to know in the end at the end of the day, you had all of these hospital beds that were prepared.
They actually changed the ventilation system at the Javit Center.
I think you know this, so that they could take on COVID patients in an environment where it was far less likely that it could be spread inside of that hospital that that was built there.
Right.
And they went virtually unused.
And we don't know why.
Sean, this is why I continue almost three years later to advocate for all of these lives lost, because we still don't have the answers.
Why did he write the March 25th order?
And why was it in place for 46 days?
Why did he give blanket immunity to the nursing home so that they couldn't be sued by families afterwards?
And why didn't he use those facilities provided by the federal government?
Those three things we deserve answers to, and he's getting off scot-free right now.
Now, there are things that we are doing behind the scenes that I'm hopeful that someday we might have some accountability.
But why is it up to us?
Why is it up to my family to try to find out?
Why isn't our government doing their investigation?
You see, I I I think a l legal action will eventually favor you and all these other families that suffered with you.
I really believe that.
I think your case is that strong, and I think you'll win.
But you know what that case won't be able to do?
It won't be able to bring back one person that died as a result of this bad decision.
And then of course, then they tried to cover it up.
That bothers me even more.
Yes.
Yes, they did.
And it's on tape.
I mean, the uh the governor's assistant, m Melissa DeRosa was in a closed door meeting with Democrats, including Ron Cam, one of the loudest voices with me, because he lost an uncle in a nursing home.
They were in a meeting and she basically admitted that they were covering it up because they didn't want the Justice Department to find out that the numbers were bigger.
It's uh it's unbelievable.
Um what is the status?
I haven't asked you in a long time about this question.
Is there gonna be a class action suit?
We're working on that behind the scenes.
You know how these things can take a long time.
Um, but I am confident that there will be some movement in that department.
Um it's tough though.
This is uh you talk about against all odds.
No lawyers wanted to take our our case.
We went through many meetings uh because of the fear of him and because of how he protected himself and the system for all of us to try to do that.
At any point, did anybody in New York, the governor, current governor, Cuomo, anybody ever reach out to you and say they're sorry, ever reach out and say, you know what, on this point we got it wrong and it had horrible consequences.
I'm sure that never happened.
If he had done that early on, Sean, I'm a very forgiving person.
And instead of writing a five point two million dollar book chasing after a book deal while thousands of people were dying and using his executive chamber as a publishing company, if he had called families, if he had written condolence notes, we would have forgiven him.
But instead he continued to celebrate himself and blame everyone else, and that's why we're angry and we deserve answers.
I'm shocked that you're having a hard time getting an attorney for this class of action suit, and I'll tell you why.
This is a slam dunk case.
You will win this case.
I have every confidence in that.
We have some people, some really great people that have decided that um this it's worthy and it deserves attention, and we have the angels in the truth on our side.
So, you know, I will give you more details when I have them, but I think I have found people that will stand beside us.
Well, as I've said to you before, I'll say it again, it can't be said enough.
I'm so sorry what happened to you.
You lost both your in-laws, your husband, a fireman, uh, great guy, lost his parents in this, and so many other families suffered as you did, and all of it I believe could have been preventable.
Maybe not all Of it, but uh a vast majority of it.
And they were warned repeatedly not to do this, and they had better and other options available to them, and they didn't use them.
And you know, they were too busy patting themselves on the back.
Anyway, the book is called I Am the Storm, Janice Dean.
It's up, we're gonna put it up on Hannity.com, uh, Amazon.com, bookstores all around the country.
Uh Janice, appreciate you telling your story again and joining us.
Thank you.
God bless you, Sean.
Thank you so much.
Uh 800-941 Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program, Michael in the free state of Florida.
Michael, how are you?
Hey, Sean.
What's going on?
Well, I just wanted to say, first off, first time caller, but I've listened to you for years and love your shows, both on TV and radio.
It means a lot to me.
Thank you.
I'm glad you're out there.
Can't do it without you.
What's on your mind this Friday?
Thank you.
Um well, you know, everybody's talking about the balloon, and of course the insanity that we've let a balloon run into the United States and going across the United States.
And clearly there is no plan to bring it down.
But I have this thought that I keep thinking about, and I know you've seen this, you know, from Top Gun and the original Top Gun movie.
You've got the blip that becomes six flip.
And um, you you know, you think about, well, this is all safe.
We we know what it's doing, we're okay.
Is there a chance that there's something else there that's hidden that they don't know that their ego and and whatnot?
And then a side question to follow up with the balloon is does this not show another sign that Biden is compromised?
And I can't believe no reporter asked the general um is all these decisions coming from the president, or are these decisions that uh the Pentagon also he's the commander in chief.
I'm not buying that some people are telling him not to do this here.
We you know, I I'm not buying it at all.
And the claim that this is uh a civilian research airship is is baloney to me.
I don't buy any of it.
And you know, uh I would have taken action.
You make me president, snap your fingers.
Let's imagine Sean Hannity president.
I would have acted the hour I heard about this.
Every single military expert would have been put on high alert.
I would be in the situation room uh an hour after finding out about it, watching or whatever as soon as possible, watching an operation to either retrieve that balloon take place or to blow it out of the sky.
There'd be no talks, there'd be no negotiations, there'd be no public um comments until I could say that the Chinese violated our airspace, had a reconnaissance spy balloon flying over our country, and I, as your commander in chief, made the decision to retrieve it so we can see what technology they are using, or I blew it out of the air because that was the best option our military gave me.
That's it.
I don't think that's is that complicated?
I don't think so.
I did hear, I heard a balloonist talking about that he does the high-level um ileum balloon stuff, and he said, couple of small holes.
That's all you need, a couple of golf ball holes.
That's it.
And the start of the set.
And the second it crosses international water into U.S. waters that's seven miles out, right?
Right?
That's when okay, we've got it.
It came was coming from the Pacific.
They knew it.
Everybody could be watching.
And yeah, and it I want to know the truth about when they first knew about this, too.
Because you know what?
