Jay and Jordan Sekulow break down the latest on the Defense Department's announcement that they have shot down another object in the skies over Alaska. Is the Biden Administration going to do anything to protect our sovereignty? See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

And we cover the stories that you're not getting anywhere else.
We arm you with the facts to be able to know and advocate for the truth with your friends and family.
So down a verdict with Ted Cruz now, wherever you get your podcasts.
Hey, everybody, this is Jay Seculo.
We've got Jordan Seculo and Logan Seculo, three Seculos, sitting in for our friend Sean Hannity.
Obviously, breaking news right off the top.
By the way, we run the American Center for Law and Justice, ACLJ.org.
But Admiral Kirby just went to the podium, spokesperson for the National Security Administration, NSA, and the White House, and said, the Pentagon has downed an object over Alaska.
They're calling it an object.
They're not calling it a balloon.
They said it was about the size of a car, and it has been taken down by a U.S. military aircraft.
We don't know any of the substance of what was in it.
We don't know who sent it.
But one thing we do know is, and this is the thing I want to emphasize right at the start, we were able to take it down before it traversed into the United States actual land, which we could have done the same thing with the Chinese balloon, the spy balloon from the CCP, except, of course, intelligence said they had a domain gap.
I'm still trying to figure out domain gap, by the way, that they didn't even know what was here.
They didn't send it up the chain.
I mean, really, that didn't become a story until you could see it, whether from aircraft and then ultimately you could literally take a picture of it with your phone.
So this now, do we have a new shift?
Is this a new Biden administration doctrine that we're going to shoot down everything?
I mean, maybe that's not a bad doctrine.
Right.
But the fact that they can't tell us anything about what they just shot down tells you there's still some lag in their actual intel.
So they know what the size it is, but they don't know what or whose it is.
Well, they don't know whose it is or who sent it, Logan, either.
That's right.
We don't know who sent it.
They're making it very clear they're not calling it a balloon.
It may look like a balloon.
It may feel like a balloon.
It's not a balloon.
We don't know.
It's smaller than the last one.
Smaller than the last one.
You know, smaller, not balloon.
A small car.
What is a small car these days?
A small car.
Yeah, like I imagine a drone.
So some of the other bigger clients are the size of aircraft.
All right.
So you can hear directly from Kirby, though.
No disrespect to former Admiral Kirby, but he has never been a confidence builder for me.
I will tell you that.
And now listen to him.
You're going to hear more.
I'm in private world for about three days.
Yeah.
Yeah.
He was in private life for about an hour and a half.
Yeah, here we go.
Take a listen.
It was shot down within the last hour.
When did you said, when did the first, when did the U.S. first get intelligence that it existed?
The knowledge about the balloon and the track first came to our attention last evening.
What time thereabouts?
I don't have an exact time on the clock for you.
It was last evening.
Well, have you ruled out, or not ruled out, but you have not determined that it was surveillance in nature, correct?
We haven't ruled anything in or out.
That's why we're calling this thing an object.
You just called it a balloon.
You misspoke there.
Sorry.
It's not a.
Yes.
I'm sorry.
You guys have.
You can't say it's a balloon either.
guys having a balloon on the brain right now.
This was an object.
Just clarify, I'm not classifying it as a balloon right now.
It's an object.
We're still trying to learn more from it.
That it landed on water that is frozen could help us assist, make it easier for us to try to recover some of the debris.
U.S. Northern Command is examining what the possibilities for that are.
You've said you have no knowledge of any outreach to the Chinese yet from the administration.
Are there plans to reach out and ask whether they're?
I know of no plans to reach out to the Chinese specifically on this.
I want to stress again, we don't know what entity owns this object.
There's no indication that it's from a nation or an institution or an individual.
We just don't know.
Or an entity.
We don't know who owns this object.
So basically what we know is we don't know.
We don't know who sent it.
We don't have an indication who it is.
We're not going to ask the Chinese because we don't want to afford Chairman Xi.
We don't want Xi Jinping to think we're like asking him questions because he might be offended that we're asking him.
We knew it started tracking towards the United States yesterday, but we don't know exactly what it is.
He said it might not be another nation's.
It could be a person.
Did we shoot down our own weather balloon?
Yeah, it looked tough.
Someone's personal thing they sent up.
What is odd about it, too?
You do have to look a little bit at the serious nature.
No, we're being goofy and they're being a little too goofy.
He's been laughing.
Absolutely not in the brain.
Absolutely not in the brain.
That's what we did.
It went to gone through the United States.
The whole crowd laughs, but really you got to take it a little more seriously and going, if this is more potentially spy balloons that are spy items, but flying spy devices that are coming from other countries, we need to probably not be laughing them off.
Well, this is what, like Senator Rubio said two years ago, which is that you better hope these are actually aliens and not the Chinese.
Right.
And now we're starting, I guess the new doctor, like I said, is shoot everything down, figure it out.
Only after half of them when they come over to the United States.
Why go to a briefing, which no one would have known about yet with because of them.
And not be able to tell us anything about it.
They always act like they don't know anything.
Because they don't.
Maybe they shouldn't be shooting stuff down.
Okay, because they don't know anything.
Maybe they shouldn't fire over our country because they are incompetent.
Well, they will tell you.
They had a domain gap.
There was information that came in.
What did that general say?
My bad.
I didn't catch it.
We shouldn't have done that.
This is the problem with the whole thing.
We now know there was another device going towards the United States.
We know it was smaller than a large car because they called it the size of a small car.
We don't know what country it's from.
We don't know what individual it might be from.
We have no indication.
We know the Chinese have done this.
Have we sent it?
Have we contacted the Chinese and say, Chairman Aji, this is the president of the United States.
Did you do this?
Because we're going to find out in about an hour if it is you, and it's going to become a real problem.
Instead, what we do is we know nothing.
And this is the problem with the entire Defense Department, with the entire intelligence agencies.
You know, at the ACLJ, we have American Center for Law and Justice, Mike Pompeo, former Secretary of State, director of the CIA.
You're going to hear from him.
He's a friend of ours.
He's a staff member with us.
He's our senior counsel of global affairs.
The Pentagon's continuing to brief this.
Should we go to it?
Let's go.
Let's hear what they have to say.
Took down a high-altitude airborne object off the northern coast of Alaska at 1.45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time today within U.S. sovereign airspace over U.S. territorial water.
On February 9, North American Aerospace Defense Command detected an object on ground radar and further investigated and identified the object using fighter aircraft.
The object was flying at an altitude of 40,000 feet and posed a reasonable threat to the safety of civilian flight.
U.S. Northern Command is beginning recovery operations now.
U.S. Northern Command's Alaska Command coordinated the operation with assistance from the Alaska Air National Guard, Federal Aviation Administration, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
We have no further details about the object at this time, including any description of its capabilities, purpose, or origin.
The object was about the size of a small car, so not similar in size or shape to the high-altitude surveillance balloon that was taken down off the coast of South Carolina on February 4th.
Separately, U.S. Northern Command continues their recovery operations in support of the recent takedown of the Chinese high-altitude surveillance balloon.
Recovery teams have mapped the debris field and are in the process of searching for and identifying debris on the ocean floor.
We're getting a briefing now from the Pentagon, who also doesn't know what the document is.
Now I don't believe it because fighter jets were there.
They saw what it was.
Of course.
They know if it was a...
It was only flying at 40,000 feet.
So it's obviously a drone of some kind.
They said it was a bad one.
That doesn't sound like we shot down something with like a pilot in it.
That was like another escalation.
Something unmanned.
So unmanned drone.
It wasn't a balloon.
It was the size of a car.
They're not saying it wasn't a balloon.
It just wasn't the shape, the same shape as well.
Okay, it's the small.
Here's the problem.
Size of electric cars.
Don't lie to us.
How do we not know?
And then don't do the briefing until you do.
But they can't help themselves.
The truth of the, you know what?
We're going to be talking about this coming up.
The FBI.
Why is the FBI involved in this one by the way?
Oh, why?
Because they think it's a domestic.
Maybe it's going to hear this coming up, folks.
Maybe it's radical Catholics attending a traditional Catholics going to a Latin mass because now the FBI office in Richmond issued a bulletin to the FBI.
Look out for these people.
They're dangerous.
They're 85 years old going to a Latin mass.
I mean, give me a break.
But that the FBI, but there they said the word too, quickly.
They quickly pulled that memo back once it got out publicly.
This is the problem with the entire federal government.
Everything's quickly after they get caught.
They let a balloon go through the entire United States.
They get ahead of it, except they have no information.
But if a military jet identified, first of all, it's only flying at 40,000 feet.
Yeah, they saw it.
They know what it is.
So they know what it is.
So this is, this is a, this is the Biden administration.
I don't want to say this because this could be really, it almost feels like wagging the dog.
You know, it feels like it's like, oh, we shot it down this time.
We heard you, American people.
We're shooting down.
What is it?
We don't know.
Could have been dangerous to civilians?
It could have been, but they can't identify it.
And this is the problem.
They did identify it, too.
I mean, does anybody listening to the Sean Hannity broadcast believe the federal government does not know what this is in the Defense Department?
Yeah, I don't believe so.
Right now, they're calling it a high-altitude object, and they said the recovery is now underway because it was shot over water.
So once again, over water.
So they say it's going to, we're going to land.
It'll land.
We don't have to send it.
It's going to land on a ice rock.
That'll probably.
I'm sure the environmentalists will love that.
That's great.
No, that's what I thought about.
I mean, maybe it's a green vehicle.
Yeah.
Because I said it was a small car.
Maybe it's an electric vehicle.
It's going to land on the bottom.
The problem is it's going to land on ice, but then that battery, which caused the environmental hazards, is going to melt all the ice.
Who are we and why are we here?
Jay Seculo, Jordan Seculo, Logan Seculo.
We're sitting in for Sean Hannity.
The American Center for Law and Justice is the organization we run.
And you can find out more information about us at aclj.org.
You may remember us from an impeachment trial or two or a molar probe.
We're on this broadcast a lot with Sean, and we appreciate that.
And it's an honor to sit in.
This is breaking news.
High-altitude object, about 40,000 feet, coast of Alaska, shot down by the military.
The military identified it, but they don't know and they're not releasing what it is.
And everybody's suspicious.
I'd be okay with that statement.
At this time, we're not going to tell you what it is.
It's not that we don't know to the world.
Like, that's not the right message to the world.
I'd be okay to say, we took military action.
We'll have more information later.
That's it.
Don't tell me, I don't know whose it is or what it is, but we sent up fighter jets to shoot it down because that's a big shift in policy from last week.
Like, that's a dangerous shift in policy from last week, actually.
That's when you wonder, maybe we're not competent enough in our military to shoot these, to take action.
And that's why the balloon went across the entire country.
Because they're too worried about being woke on their policies rather than.
It's not even that.
It's that they don't know what this stuff is.
If their intel is that bad, how could it possibly be that bad?
How could they not?
Because they said a military aircraft.
They do trade in the middle.
What did they say?
Ikea was flying over Alaska.
I mean, the military planes get right on top of this.
Okay?
First of all, let's say it is a small car and you're in a jet aircraft and you see a small car.
We are laughing.
Only we're laughing because of the nonsense they put us through.
Like, for instance, they know the speed.
They know what your mother said.
They didn't tell us that.
They said she said, it's Friday.
They don't want to talk about Hunter Biden's laptop for the weekend.
Let's have another incident.
I don't think that's the case at all.
I think they did shoot something down.
But it does make something to shoot down as we dial it.
But why do you think they're doing it now and going to the podium when they have answers to nothing?
Now, if they said, hey, listen, we've took something down.
You may be seeing reports about that.
We are not going to disclose what it is at this time as we're dealing with it both in the State Department and the military.
But if anybody tells me they got the FBI, the Alaska Highway Patrol, it took 12 government agencies, including state agencies, which remember we talked about last week?
Could an Air National Guard at a state level do this?
I think we just got the answer.
They actually relied on them to do it.
We got to take a break.
You can find out more about us at aclj.org.

Welcome back to the Sean Handy Show.
This is Jordan Secchio.
I'm here with my dad, Jay Secu, my brother, Logan Secchio.
We're from the American Center for Law and Justice.
That's ACLJ.org.
There's breaking news.
It's not a repeat.
The U.S. has shot down another device, this time over Alaska territorial waters.
They don't know what it is.
They know it's not a balloon.
He said he does not think it's a balloon.
He said balloon first.
He said balloon, but he said that's because you got me used on balloon.
It's the same size as the last balloon.
No, it doesn't mean it's not a similar kind of floating device.
It's a small size of a small car.
We don't know what speed it was moving at.
We do know it was at the airspace, 40,000 feet that it could impact commercial travel and be a threat to commercial travel.
Fighter jets went up, so I don't believe the government right now, the White House or the Pentagon, that they don't know what this is, at least in the idea of it, what kind of device it is.
They also have said they don't know who sent it.
Could be another country.
Could be a different entity.
I mean, it's just, I don't know why they have to do.
Again, they rush to do a press conference and have no information.
And they look like moron.
But here's the thing that's ridiculous.
And I said, Admiral Kirby, doing no disrespect to the military, which I support totally, Admiral Kirby has never been a confidence builder for me when he gets up there and speaks.
And now he's saying there's a, so there's an unified unified bad this last week.
Yes, they did all that.
All the spokespeople.
Yeah, the spokespeople have been terrible for the military this week.
At 40,000 feet in commercial civilian airspace, the size of a small car, we don't know how it was being propelled, who was guiding it.
Did it have an engine?
How it was handled?
We have no idea.
Yeah, they've really given us no information other than the information that they shot something down.
Really, when it looks like it, you don't know what it is, where it came from.
They said it's not the same shape, size as the previous balloon.
It's not even a balloon.
Not a lot of details.
And they're coming out very early, it seems like, in the process of this as well.
Yeah, but look, you got to take these things seriously, and we're doing that.
And we're going to take it seriously.
But I'm telling you, folks, our suspicion levels with the government agencies right now, as you're going to learn in a little bit, are really high.
That's right.
Today on Shad's broadcast, we've got Senator Mike Lee, Senator Eric Schmidt, Mike Pompeo, who's a colleague of ours at the American Center for Law and Justice, Rebecca Coffler, who is a former DNI official, as well.
So we're going to talk about all these issues.
We're going to talk about attacks on your First Amendment rights by the Biden administration, all today on Hannity.
But we want you to also know you can support the work of the ACLJ.
You can at aclj.org.
We're a nonprofit organization.
We are involved in all these issues, legally representing you, the American people, aclj.org.
And we're in a matching challenge, which means any amount you donate during the Hannity broadcast, we're getting a match from other donors.
So we appreciate you doing that at aclj.org.

Thanks, Linda.
All right.
So again, Jay Seculo, Jordan Seculo, Logan Seculo here from the American Center for Law and Justice, ACLJ.org.
We've got to talk about the breaking news for a moment.
but then I want to talk about some other breaking news.
The breaking news right now is the military shot down an unknown, unmanned, apparently unmanned.
Now they've used that word.
Yeah.
Apparent, they think it's unmanned.
They think it's unmanned.
They do not know what it is.
It's a huge escalation.
It was manned, by the way.
That would be like a war.
Admiral Kirby said, at this point, not a balloon.
We had our military jets up there.
It was only at 40,000 feet, which is civilian airspace, by the way.
So they took it down.
We don't know what was propelling.
That's the thing that has me the concern.
We were following this since last night, right?
That's what Admiral Kirby said.
If we're following it since last night, how do we know what's not, how do we, how come we haven't figured out what propelled it?
Now, if they're not telling us, then they should have gone up there and said, we've dismantled.
That's all you have to say.
Dismantled.
An unidentified object that was heading towards the coast of Alaska.
By the way, we better have all of our military on heightened alert.
Somebody's trying to do something in airspace.
In airspace.
At 40,000 feet, we took action.
The problem is when they get up there and speak, nobody believes it.
That's the problem, Logan.
Yeah, exactly.
When you go up and you start speaking in vague terms, you start talking about something the size of a car.
But don't worry, it's not as big as the last one.
It's a small car, a balloon.
It's a small car, which is very debatable to begin with.
Now, they are saying that they believe that the pilots that went up visually kind of assessed it and said that they believe it to be unmanned, but that is just an assessment coming from them.
They're not 100% sure.
It was over Alaska.
People don't know that.
Maybe they need a little bit more clarification of where this was.
On the border of the waterways.
Just to make sure people don't know, maybe that was an idea of we need to shoot this down before it starts.
Over the continental U.S., which the other one did.
So obviously they were tracking it before you even entered probably our airship.
So they had to be sending up military jets to track this.
Let me tell you what the problem is.
Okay, the problem is they don't give you enough information or they shouldn't be giving us any information right now until they get because it brings more questions.
All we know is an object.
Makes them look incompetent.
It makes us sound as a country incompetent.
Well, it makes us look weak.
So here's another reason we should be concerned.
The FBI, Federal Bureau of Investigation, which, by the way, was involved in this.
Yeah, Admiral Kirby said the FBI is involved in this because maybe this was what?
Okay, so the FBI, they're looking at unidentified flying objects coming into the United States and trying to go pick up and arrest and get search warrants against radical Catholics.
What is a radical traditionalist Catholic?
An RTC, this is according to the FBI memo that I'm holding in my hand.
The RTC, they go to Latin Mass, which, by the way, we've got a lot of Catholic staff members at the ACLJ.
Latin Mass generally attended by people average age, I would say, probably late 60s, early 80s.
So then you're being kind.
And they send out a memo, and then the FBI gets caught and they come back and say, oh, that memo did not meet our high standards of analysis.
But don't worry, they said, because it only went to the FBI.
In other words, it didn't go to the CIA.
Now, that's the FBI, okay, who's also going through presidents and vice presidents and former presidents' houses looking for classified documents that then our National Archives can't seem to locate.
But let me tell you what the National Archives can locate.
If you're a pro-life student that went to the March of Life for Life and you came into the National Archives Museum to look at, I don't know, the Constitution of the United States, and your shirt said pro-life generation, guess what you were?
Take it out or we're going to throw you out of the building.
So the ACLJ, that's our organization, went to court.
Again, that the government can do.
They can get somebody and pick them up.
I was on this broadcast talking to Sean last week with a student who that was the group who went to the Smithsonian, who had the beanies on.
And I remember telling Sean that one of the reasons we come on broadcasts like his, especially brave clients who will also come on.
I mean, he's 18 years old, Patrick Murphy, who came on with me.
And they speak up for this is because they realized, too, this probably wasn't one-off because the guards use specific language like neutral zone.
And they targeted students only that had the pro-life message.
People with other political messages, pro-choice, LGBT, no problem.
And there shouldn't have been a problem.
Everybody should be able to wear whatever.
So we know it usually probably happens somewhere else.
And now it's happened at the National Archives.
Same day.
Yes.
Same issue.
Different agency.
Saw people with pro-choice attire on.
They didn't tell them to take it off.
No.
So what you had was, well, they said at the Smithsonian, they said, or they may have been, I think it was the Smithsonian said, we believe in diversity and your position is not diversity.
I mean, this is what they're telling 17-year-old students.
Now, here's what we're talking about.
The big pro-life march took place in Washington last week, and these students came.
And after the march was over with, they went to the museums.
Well, you've done that with your kids.
Of course, yeah, I think.
Take them to the museums.
Yeah, of course.
You're in Washington, D.C., you're going to go do other things.
So a lot of these kids come in.
They're coming in for the March for Life.
That's over fairly early.
It's over.
It's a morning time event.
So you got stuff to do for the rest of the day.
Of course, you're going to go check out the sites.
Go see the probably least political of all of them, probably the Air and Space Museum, if you think about one that's pretty benign in terms of a political bend.
But no, even there, you have sort of these rogue security guards.
Well, they security guards are Federal Protective Services and the Office of the Office of Federal Protection.
I mean, they're government agents.
And they told these students, take off their beanie when they went through security.
The students did, of course.
They thought it was part of the security thing.
Well, they never told you to take off your burqa.
But these were students.
They were going to be polite to security.
They like an airport.
They were treating it more like that.
So they went through, and then as they're walking through, like 20 minutes later, Officer Protective Services come back up and say, hey, take that off.
That's inappropriate in here.
We're a neutral zone.
You can't wear that pro-life message in here.
Get it off.
And then the students, as they were, then they leave.
Well, they got cursed at.
They got expletives, which are in our lawsuit, by the way.
We filed two lawsuits, one against the crime by the Smithsonian right now, then we filed National Archives.
And on that particular case, the students then went outside to wait for the bus.
A police officer, one of the officers, federal protective officers, came outside and told the students, y'all are going to make my day.
Yeah.
Because they wore the pro-life.
He was going to write them up.
He was going to write them up.
So we went to the American Center for Law and Justice, ACLJ.org.
We went to federal court against the Smithsonian.
Jordan goes on Sean's broadcast last week, talks about it.
And of course, as we knew what happened, it was on TV as well, radio especially.
And what happens?
Other people start contacting us.
Where next?
Smithsonian.
So it's not just, Smithsonian is the first one.
Second one ends up being the National Archives.
They have a museum, seeing the United States Constitution, all these historic documents.
There they are.
Students wearing their pro-life t-shirt.
Some of them are, these students were like law students, you know, undergrads, whatever.
They're just walking into the museum section of this.
They're told exactly the same thing.
We send a demand letter, which is basically a preservation letter.
Don't get rid of your documents because we may sue you here to both the Smithsonian and to the National Archives.
We file a lawsuit first against the National Archives.
The Smithsonian, the National Archives write back and said, oh, you're confused.
We didn't have that incident here.
That happened at the Smithsonian, and they attached as a link to their letter an article from Fox News that we're in about us suing the Smithsonian.
I said, no, you're confused.
You're confused.
This happened at Aaron's Space, not at archives.
And then they realized, and we said, no, it happened in our apology.
And then they apologize.
But see, they never proactively apologize.
It takes a lawsuit before they even acknowledge that it happened and it was wrong.
And then supposedly there's retraining.
But what was the previous trade?
Who taught a security guard?
Police officer.
Let's call them what they are.
Not security.
They're the police officers.
For the federal security agents.
Use the term neutral zone when you're talking to these kids.
Try to talk them into feeling like they're breaking the law.
Which is, well, that's exactly what happened here.
And so we've gone to federal court in both against the Smithsonian and against the National Archives.
And in the National Archives case, because our clients are going back next week, we actually are going this afternoon as we're on the air right now, our team at the ACLJ and our Washington, D.C. office.
And Sean's broadcast out of our office in Washington, D.C. before, because we have radio studios here for our broadcast, Seculo.
And we are moving for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction since our clients are going back.
But what is interesting with all of this, we simultaneously have with the National Archives a demand out to them under the Freedom of Information Act about all these documents that the mysterious Biden comes up with secret documents next to his Corvette and in his house.
And I guess Mike Pence had some today.
I mean, this is it's so they the National Archives cannot keep track of top secret documents, but they can sure harass and find those pro-life students in two minutes.
That's what we're dealing with, unfortunately.
That's right.
It's sad.
It's sad that this is what it's come to when it comes to the pro-life students and teachers that are going there peacefully to do the March for Life.
It's really a sad day.
Disservice.
To see this happen, especially with the amount of profanity.
And we are going to talk about it.
We're on radio, broadcast radio.
We can't say the words on air.
You wouldn't, would we?
But just kind of imagine the worst ones.
The worst ones you can imagine are in the - they told 16-year-olds.
If you are curious, unfortunately, if you spend a lot of time at those museums and you hear them talking to each other, you wouldn't be that shocked if they use that kind of language.
What's shocking is that they would use it to kill them.
To kids in an aggressive way.
This is a, you know, it felt like a pro-wrestling promo.
If you look at the way that they were speaking to these kids, you can find them.
By the way, you get a reaction from them.
We do have more.
If you want the details of it, it's on our website.
You go to aclj.org.
You can read about it.
And we are doing currently the matching moment for this specific occasion.
Yeah.
So here's what's happened.
Because Sean and Linda said, hey, can you host the program?
Sean's going to be out today.
We went to a group of our donors.
We have these funds available.
They said we will match whatever comes in during the Hannity broadcast.
And we've got it.
It's called a matching moment for the ACLJ.
It's tax deductible.
You just go to aclj.org.
That's aclj.org.
And right there on the homepage, you hit the link and it goes right to the matching gift.
It's tax deductible.
Whatever you donate, we get a matching gift for.
So it has a real impact on our work at the ACLJ.
As we broke into the broadcast, so another object taken down this time before it got over our airspace, but it was at 40,000 feet.
It was in civilian airspace.
the military took it down they can't identify what it is which i cannot believe for a minute but that's what they're saying reports they've already recovered it The part that was inside the car has been recovered.
At least it's either being recovered or has been recovered.
It's happening right now as we speak.
Yeah, the boat already recovered.
I mean, it's not the same size or shape as the Chinese balloon, but there was something that was being propelled towards the United States that we couldn't identify.
Yeah, and if it's not a balloon and it was causing issues with air traffic, it could be something much more significant.
It's not like a missile.
That's going faster than that.
No, I would assume you can't shoot that down.
This is some kind of drone or aircraft, likely small aircraft.
But you know, Senator Rubio was right when he said you better hope it's like an unidentified flying object, because if the Chinese are getting this sophisticated, which we know they are, they're more sophisticated than we are.
That's what all the UFO reports get.
Because we're getting destructive with all these Eastern European situations, which is serious, and we're going to talk about that in the broadcast.
Our military here is getting depleted.
This is the problem when you've got this kind of administration going on.
And none of this is confidence building.
Yeah, that's right.
We got a lot coming up in this broadcast.
We sure do.
We got Senator Mike Lee joining us.
We've got Mike Pompeo, Senator Eric Schmidt, Rebecca Coffler.
We're talking to all of them.
A lot of international issues, also tech issues, censorship issues, domestic issues.
We're talking about kind of what was happening this week in Washington.
And even, of course, what's happening right now as we speak.
It is amazing what is going on right this minute.
I mean, just as we're on the air today, we've got another unidentified object taken down.
We've got a lawsuit against the National Archives against the Smithsonian for pro-life people, individual students.
And then we've got the action against the National Archives that relates to these classified documents in the Biden is situation.
It's unreal.
Yeah.
So go to aclj.org, learn about us, support our work if you can.
A lot more donation, ACLJ.org.
We've got a lot more coming up on The Sean Hannity Show.
The breaking news you might have missed today with Sean's Insider Information.
Sean Hannity.
Hey, I want you to meet Candace.
She is a young woman, unsure about the future of the life that was growing inside of her.
But after meeting her baby on an ultrasound provided by Pre-Born, she had a change of heart.
He's like this tiny little spectrum of hope.
And I saw his heart beating on the screen.
And I mean, that sonogram changed my life.
Pre-born currently has clinics that do not have ultrasound machines.
Now, if you have the means, maybe you would consider a leadership gift.
They get no federal money.
These life-saving machines cost more than most centers can afford.
And your tax-deductible donation of $15,000, that'll place a machine in a needy woman's center, saving countless lives for many years to come.
Now, a gift of any size goes directly to saving babies' lives.
And to donate securely, dial pound250, say the keyword baby, pound250, keyword baby, or check them out online, preborn.com slash Sean.
That's pre-born.com slash Sean.
Okay, welcome back to Sean Hannity Show.
This is Jordan Secchio.
I'm here with my dad Jay Secchio, my brother Logan Secchio from the ACLJ.
Coming up on the show, just quickly again, Mike Pompeo, Senator Mike Lee, Senator Eric Schmidt, Rebecca Coffler as well, former DNI official and analyst, talk Ukraine Russia.
You know, in light of everything that's been that's breaking news that we've got another incident this time over Alaska, another shot down appears to be unmanned, smaller than the last balloon.
We don't know what it is yet.
They haven't, they didn't say drone.
They didn't, you know, they didn't say they acted like it's something they've never seen before.
Our military and the White House.
They did scramble military jets up there.
It was 40,000 been tracking since last night, but it's obviously being propelled by something.
And we don't know who's controlling it.
They don't know what entity, and they certainly haven't released it.
But again, this just shows you the nature of what we're dealing with.
I mean, it is a scary moment in one sense that this was going on.
And just when they go to the microphone, I just wish they were either more definitive or saying, we've had an incident, we took it down.
There'll be more information as we are available to give it to you.
That's right.
Before we continue on this broadcast, we do want to tell you a little about the work that we're doing with the ACLJ and what's happening right now.
We've launched a matching moment today.
And really, some of the impetus was because we knew we'd be on here talking to so many millions and millions of people who are listeners to the Sean Hannity show.
Yes.
So we've got a matching moment.
You go to aclj.org.
We're a nonprofit organization.
Any amount you donate, we're getting a matching gift for at aclj.org.
We encourage you to do that.
All these cases, we've got two lawsuits against the one against Smithsonian, one against the National Archives involving these pro-life students that were harassed by the security personnel.
So all of that's happening.
And the ACLJ involved in all those cases.
We also are dealing with the FBI and this radical Catholic approach they're taking now that we're dealing with that.
So all of that work is what the ACLJ does.
We're going to be back with more on the Hannity broadcast.
Stay with us.
