Well, we're coming to your city.
I also believe it is critical for the FBI to search Hunter Biden's homes, home and office residences to make sure there are no classified documents there, given all the evidence that's piling up.
Let me be clear.
If any of these bills somehow got past the House and the Senate, I will veto them.
It's really, that's also what's also exciting about our small businesses and who they are because it spans the generations in addition to being intergenerational.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Where we have come in to your city.
Going to play our guitars and sing you a contra song.
Sean Hannity, the new Sean Hannity show.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold, inspired solutions for America.
Stay right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
All right, news roundup, information overload hour, 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
A part of me wants to laugh, but there's really nothing funny about it, especially now with the revised numbers that we have in terms of illegal immigrants, first two years of the Biden presidency.
You know, now we have 1.2 million gotaways that people that we have no idea who they are.
Now, we did catch 100 people last year alone whose names were on the terrorist watch list.
How many on the terrorist watch list are likely to have gotten in the country, and we have no idea that they're here.
And what does that mean?
They're on the terror watch list.
That means they're likely terrorists.
That would mean that they're setting up a terror cell within the United States.
That would mean they're plotting, planning, and scheming an attack on America comparable to 9-11.
God only knows.
Is it possible?
Yes, it's possible.
So you got, you know, 4.
Whatever million that we know about, 1.2 million gotaways that they estimate now.
In New York, there's a big issue because you have literally an entire hotel.
It's called the Watson Hotel on West 57th Street in New York.
It's a midtown.
And you have all of these illegal immigrants that have been housed there.
And now they are refusing to leave for a new site in Brooklyn, New York, at the urging of local organizations.
You got leftist organizations that are repeatedly working with the illegal immigrants to stop the city's efforts to move them to a different facility that they built for illegal immigrants.
Anyway, disruptions by migrants outside of Hell's Kitchen in New York and the hotel caused cops to shut down all eastbound traffic.
The mayor, meanwhile, has toured the new facility in Brooklyn and played table tennis with some of the illegal immigrants.
Of course, he's demanding billions of dollars from the federal government.
There's a picture in today's New York Post of all of these cameras.
They're not leaving.
Now, by the way, New York laws are such that if you rent your house to somebody, number one, you might be in a rent-controlled area and the government decides what you can charge for rent.
The free market doesn't get to decide.
And there are Democrats now pushing for that law nationally.
It should be free market, liberty, freedom, capitalism, but we know that's not what they believe in.
So that's where we now find ourselves.
Anyway, Sarah Carter is with us, Fox News investigative reporter.
Tom Holman is with us as well, former acting ICE director and heritage visiting fellow.
Sarah, you've done more great work down at the border recently.
We aired the tape of you interviewing Border Patrol officers' wives and how difficult their lives are and how they feel in danger because of the job that they do every day.
And we actually interviewed them in silhouette.
They didn't want their identity known.
But this is, you've seen it up close and personal so many times.
You've crossed the border.
You've talked to the illegal immigrants.
They're telling you Joe told them to come here.
Yeah, that's exactly it, Sean.
They believe that this was a policy by the United States, a spoken policy, one that he made very public when he became the president.
I was at the church in El Paso.
You remember that?
I was at Sacred Heart Church standing outside with all of the illegal migrants that had been sleeping outside the church when President Biden made his so-called four-hour visit to the border.
And he didn't even really visit the border and he didn't visit the migrants outside Sacred Heart, all of whom thought that he was going to drive by or come to see them.
Most of them were from Venezuela and other parts of the world, of course.
And I asked them, well, what made you do this?
What made you come here?
And they said, well, of course, Biden, the president, he has opened his doors for us.
And we're now waiting to find out what we should do next.
They didn't even know where to go if they were going to have a house, if they were going to have food or it was just this very chaotic scene.
And what I think made it even worse, and I know Tom Holman, a very good friend of mine as well, can speak to, was the fact that when I asked them, were you vetted when you came through?
Who actually talked to you when you came through the border and processed you?
And they said, and this was in El Paso, absolutely no one.
We came through.
They call it the hole in the wall.
We came through the hole and we made our way to the church.
So all of those folks that were around the church, none of them had been vetted that I spoke to.
None of them had been processed by neither immigration and customs enforcement or the Border Patrol.
And as you talked about the women that we interviewed, the Border Patrol agents' wives, the most intense part of the interview and one that I hope we'll show on the show soon, was when they talked about their husbands' training.
They said, well, they just conducted some training several weeks ago.
It was supposed to be live ammunition training, but our husbands were given fake bullets because we didn't have that.
And they were even told over the past few months to leave their trucks in designated areas because listen to this, Sean.
The government did not have enough money to pay for their gas.
So they weren't even able to patrol the border.
I mean, you can't really make it up.
One of the things that Texas Governor Greg Abbott has announced is Texas now is appointing their first border czar amid the surge of illegal immigrants and all the crossings that have taken place.
What I like about what Governor Abbott has decided to do, Tom, is that he's come to the conclusion that Joe Biden is ignoring the law of the land, aiding and abetting the law breaking, and he refuses to be a part of it.
And I know that they've tried and gone down the road of filing lawsuits, but that takes forever.
I think in the meantime, it's probably a good idea for him to just secure his own state's borders without the help of the federal government because they're useless anyway.
You're absolutely correct.
And I've been working with Ken Paxon for the past year.
I myself filed, I think, six affidavits with the state of Texas.
I actually went to Houston and testified for five hours on the stand while DOJ is trying to beat me up on me not being an expert.
Of course, the judge rule I was an expert, and we're pushing back on the ICE priorities.
And we've won that case.
And, of course, administration takes that to the Supreme Court.
We should be hearing something, you know, sometime next few months.
But I've been very connected with Texas, and I think the Governor Abbott's doing the right thing.
He's done more to secure this border than anybody else in the country.
And people say, well, he's not doing enough.
It said, Dave Summer has done more than Governor Abbott because every alien his troopers arrest, they fingerprint, and at least they get bedded.
We know they're not known as suspected terrorists.
Every ounce of fentanyl his officer sees are less overdose deaths in this country.
So Governor Abbott is doing more than anybody to secure the border.
And real quick, on your New York City issue, here's what the taxpayers in New York need to know.
There are thousands of empty ice beds across this country already paid for, sitting empty.
Why are they not using those beds?
Because this, Sean, if you look at immigration court data, 93% of these migrants coming across claim asylum will lose their case because they simply don't qualify.
The Homeland Security and Life Cycle Report says this.
If you're in detention, you get an order removal.
You're removed 99% of the time.
If you're not in detention and you get order removal, if you're a family unit, you leave 6% of the time.
If you're a single adult, you leave 11% of the time.
This is why they're not being detained.
Not only are they opening the border up, they're making it virtually impossible for the 93% that lose their case to be found and removed.
That's why New York City has this problem.
Yes, sorry, go ahead.
No, 100%.
What Tom is saying is absolutely right.
There are beds out there.
They can put them in those beds.
They don't want to put them in the beds because they don't want to remove them.
So the question has to be, and as these hearings come up, you know, border hearings from the GOP side, and we're looking at the House Judiciary Committee on February 1st.
They need to ask those questions to the administration is why are you not putting them in those beds?
What is your intention with keeping this border wide open?
Because their intention is to do that.
That is exactly what is happening, which is why Governor Abbott has to activate Operation Lone Star, just like Tom said, and have his DPS agent out there doing the job that the federal government should be doing.
That's what's going on here.
And the federal government is not protecting the national security of the United States and instead is taking resources.
Think about it, Sean, away from the people of Texas because now Texas Department of Public Safety has to be out there doing the job, but doing the job that the feds won't do and out there processing migrants, running background checks, putting them into custody if they're criminals, and then not knowing what to do with all the children, by the way, that are being trafficked through the state of Texas by people that aren't even their parents or guardians.
Tom, what do you know about Mike Banks, who is Texas's first ever border czar?
What do you know about him?
I don't know much.
I know he's a border patrol and that's good.
I salute Governor Abbott for creating a border czar.
Myself, I know you know Mark Morgan, myself, Mark Morgan, Ronnie Scott, the chief board of patrol.
We've all volunteered to help him and his border czar to do whatever we got to do to help Governor Abbott do his job.
And let me say this about Governor Abbott.
And Sarah just kind of hit on it.
Not only is he protecting the citizens in the state of Texas against Fentanyl and criminal aliens and known suspected terrorists, he protects the United States because I've been down there many times, as you have, Sean, and most of you people aren't staying in Texas.
And let me just tell you one more thing.
A bit of information I got this morning.
I was down to Texas last week flying around Texas DPS.
We noticed a couple aerostats were grounded.
So I made a few phone calls to my sources.
The Board of Patrol are grounding the Aerostats with big blinks.
I think you may have seen when you're down there.
Why?
Because they don't want to track the gotaways.
They want to report less gotaways.
And how do you do that?
You remove the systems that track the gotaways.
So if you don't see them, you don't have to report them.
And that's a sad day for this nation when they take these tools away from the Board of Patrol to simply hide the truth from the American people.
It's pretty amazing.
So you actually see the Godaways.
You don't know who they are.
We know that there are terrorists, people on the terror watch list making attempts now to cross the border.
I mean, if you just extrapolate out mathematically, Sarah Carter, there's got to be 100 people on the terrorist watch list that did get across.
Oh, absolutely.
And the thing is, we have no idea.
It could be 1,000.
We don't know.
We don't know who's coming into this country.
I could tell you this: that a lot of times when they run background checks, then they have to, immigration and customs enforcement is lucky enough to stumble onto someone who has a serious criminal background and they're able to see that and they're able to get them out of the country, just like Tom said, that's one life saved or lives saved.
But who's going to pay the price, Sean?
Who is going to pay the price when a sleeper cell that got in through this wide open southern border with a federal government that refuses to do its job because the Biden administration will not do it?
In fact, in fact, the policy is to leave the border open.
Who is going to pay the price if someone targets innocent Americans and visitors, citizens in the United States, and we see another attack like we saw in 9-11?
Are they just going to hold another commission hearing and everybody's going to sweep everything under the rug?
Or have we documented it enough to say that if people die in this country because of the carelessness of our federal government and this administration, someone is going to pay the price for that because that's really where it needs to go.
And with those error stats coming down, that's another example, like Tom said, another example of how callous they are with our nation's national security.
And Americans should be furious about this because it's about our children and about our future.
I can't, I don't think anybody could say it any better.
And we're leaving ourselves wide open to the enemies of this country and everything in between.
Quick break, right back.
More with Tom Holman, investigative reporter Sarah Carter.
Then your calls, 800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program.
We continue the absolute insanity at the border.
Sarah Carter, Tom Holman, continue with us.
Then we'll get to your calls, 800-941-Sean.
You know, Tom Holman, I just don't know.
There's no will to fix this.
After the election, Chuck Schumer came out and said, oh, they want to offer amnesty to every illegal immigrant in the country.
So we know I guess that's something of great value.
And if you give a group of people citizenship, people that didn't respect our laws, borders, sovereignty, I would assume that you would think that the odds would be high that they'd be loyal to the people that gave them something of tremendous value.
If you look at other countries, Tom Holman, you know this.
If you want to be a citizen, you can buy citizenship.
But if it's a country like Australia, New Zealand, it is so expensive and such a difficult, arduous process.
And they make it that way on purpose because they're not letting anybody in.
If you get caught trying to get into Australia, they will stop you, prevent you from getting in.
If you need medical help, they'll give it to you.
But then you're given enough food, water, medicine, supplies to go back to wherever you came from.
You're not getting in, period, end of sentence.
Look, you're right.
Chip Roy has legislation pending H.R. 29 that's based on conversation with guys like me, Steve Miller, Mark Morgan, and others.
That will help address this problem significantly.
And even we got some Republicans, Tony Gonzalez in Texas on the border.
Why is he pushing back on this policy?
Because it pretty much mirrors Trump policies and it will work.
So the Republicans got to stick together and do this.
But as far as these mayonnaise coming across illegally, they think they got the system B.
They think they won't be here forever because the majority says they're removed if they don't qualify.
I talk to my people at ICE.
They're not even looking for them.
So when they lose their case, ICE isn't even looking for them at the direction of the Secretary.
But let me say this.
President Trump comes back.
I'm coming back along with the rest of his team.
And we're going to look to these people.
We're going to arrest these people.
We're going to detain these people.
And we're going to remove them.
And I'm asked, well, can you remove five million people?
I say, you know what?
We'll give it a hell of a shot.
We'll remove one at a time.
But there's going to be consequences.
There has to be some sort of deterrence to breaking our laws.
You can't be a part of the greatest nation on earth and not respect our laws.
You can't have it both ways.
And a new administration is going to prove that to the American people.
All right.
Well said.
Great job.
Great investigator for both of you.
Tom Holman, Sarah Carter, we appreciate it.
When we come back, the other news of the day, we'll hit the phone.
It's 800-941-Sean if you want to be a part of the program.

What I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a Rosetta Stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.

Now, we have a lot of sports.
For example, Katie's probably besides me and Jason, the biggest sports nuts on the show, right?
Is that a fair statement?
Linda.
Okay, don't look at Katie.
I'm looking at you right now.
Don't look at her.
I don't even see her.
She's a figment of all of our imaginations.
Yeah, okay, you're looking right at her.
Stop.
You got to look straight ahead.
Thank you.
I'm focused.
Do you know who Stephan Curry is?
Not a clue.
All right.
NBA superstar.
Okay.
Publicly endorsed Joe Biden for president in 2020.
So get this.
And by the way, he has a $30 million mansion.
He's one of the most gifted, talented athletes.
I begrudge talented people nothing.
He earned every penny.
He works hard.
It's a very hard business being a professional athlete.
You have a short window where you can actually make money in that business.
Anyway, so he apparently has a $30 million mansion.
Good for him.
No problem.
But now he's moving to block low-income housing near his $30 million mansion.
Well, I thought he's a big liberal.
We hesitate to add to the not-in-ar backyard rhetoric, but we wanted to send a note before today's meeting that safety and privacy for us and our kids continues to be our top priority.
One of the biggest reasons that we chose this town to be our home, according to Stefan Curry and his wife.
Okay, Stefan has a $30 million mansion.
I don't begrudge him of that.
But if you're going to be a liberal, then be a real liberal.
Just like these hypocrites flying out in Davos, Switzerland in their private jets, a thousand of them.
I mean, to tell you and Russ that we can't eat meat.
You know, the only one that was honest about it that I heard in the media mob was Bill Maher.
He says, Yeah, I fly in a private jet.
Yep.
And I'm not going to tell other people not to eat meat.
So I'm not a hypocrite.
And at least he was honest about it.
Everybody else, and by the way, all this, if they really were freaked out that the planet has a fever and the waters are boiling and the what did what did Al Gore say?
The oceans are boiling and every other insane thing that they say, you know, it wouldn't be a big deal.
You know, I don't have a problem with Stefan Curry's success, Steph's success.
I think he's a great ball player.
He's one of those not in my backyard guys.
Yeah, that's what it is.
He's not in my backyard, guys.
He only cares about it if it's convenient.
And that's what we talk about all the time.
It is a, I'm all in.
I've got the whatever acronym hashtag is the day, is the moment.
We're all in it together right now.
We're going to support whatever today is about.
And as soon as it might affect you in your life and how you live, now it's a problem.
So all these jerks that go out to Davos in their fancy planes and their expensive shoes, eating red meat and caviar and all the finest of the fine, just want you to sit home while your farms and your factories blow up.
You're out of work because we got an illegal immigration surge.
You can't get a hotel room because they're filled with the illegal immigrants.
Now they don't know what to do with them.
They're getting hot meals.
They're getting free cell phones.
And you can't feed your kids and eggs or 10 bucks a cart.
That's what's actually happening.
Listen, Biden now goes on a national spending tour one week after our national debt hits $31 trillion.
$31 trillion.
I mean, we cannot afford $31 trillion.
And how much of that is helping Ukraine?
Well, a lot.
And that's my point.
That was my earlier point.
They didn't fight the war to win it.
He never insisted that NATO and Western Europe pay their fair share.
And, you know, if Zelensky needs an extra $100 billion, just come on over, give a speech to Congress.
By the way, meanwhile, two-thirds of Americans now are living paycheck to paycheck.
You know who I respect the most in this country?
The working men and women.
They're the ones that make America great.
They're not looking for anything for free.
They get up every day.
They put in their 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 hours a day.
They raise their kids.
They make their lunch for school if they make lunch.
They cook them dinner.
They help them study.
They put on Hannity and pass out and get up and do it again the next day.
And often now people are working weekend jobs just to make ends meet.
But as of the end of December, 64% of Americans, the equivalent of 166 million Americans, said that they're living on razor-thin budgets every month, according to this survey, payments.com, Lending Club, and others.
You know, that's a lot of people.
And by the way, you would think, well, people that make $100,000 a year, why are they included in this group?
Because 51% of those that make $100,000 or more in annual income said they are living paycheck to paycheck also, because they made decisions based on an economy not being crashed the way Biden did it with his insanity and his adherence to the climate alarmist cult.
They did it with the understanding that gas prices wouldn't double and triple.
They did it with the understanding that inflation wouldn't go through the roof because of Biden's economic and energy policies.
So they made financial decisions that they could afford, but they didn't factor in the average Biden inflation tax of $10,000 on average per household, and that was last year alone.
They didn't factor all that in.
Not to mention the fact that they just awarded $1.6 million to a China-owned company, Lanzatech.
So now I've got $1.6 million going to a company that has in its bylaws that it can be mandated by China at any given time.
Not the United States, China.
That's correct.
And that Republicans need to pull back on that money and fight it.
All right, let's get to our phones.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, Skylar in Utah.
Skylar, how are you?
Welcome to the program.
Hey, Sean, how are you?
I'm good.
What's going on?
So I just basically wanted to talk about kind of the division that's been gone.
In fact, it seems to have gotten worse.
I mean, I know, like you, I missed September 12th of 2001, the day after 9-11, how everybody was united, but it seems we've gotten so far away from that.
And I personally, I identify as a constitutionalist.
I mean, highly conservative, of course.
And I love Donald Trump, but I honestly believe that we need another option out there just because of the division that's around Donald Trump, which, of course, is created mostly by the left, but and, of course, anything to get Joe Biden out of office.
I mean, I'll vote for Trump if he's a candidate 100%.
But I don't know.
Let me stop you at the passage because I see where you're going here.
And, you know, there's two interesting interviews I did recently, one right here on the radio show at Mike Pompeo and one I did with Nikki Haley on TV.
And I asked both of them, and they're both mentioned as being potential 20, 24 challengers to Donald Trump.
And I asked them both the same question.
Tell me what policy differences you have with Trump.
They couldn't answer the question.
It's sort of like Donald Trump has redefined modern-day conservatism.
It's a more populist conservatism, but it's conservatism.
And he followed through on all his promises.
And as a nation, we prospered.
He's also the single most attacked individual I've ever met in my life.
And, you know, the guy that fought to get the wall built, fought to get energy independence, fought every step of the way, fought NATO, fought our allies to pay their fair share, stood strong against, you know, some of our biggest geopolitical foes.
I think people expect the switch in his brain, the fighting switch, to go off and then all of a sudden to be, you know, kind of nice.
Look, it's a little early for me for 2024, but I think he did a great job.
But I'll say this about the people that we have in the Republican Party whose names are mentioned.
I think Governor DeSantis has done a phenomenal job down in Florida.
I think that Glenn Young has done a phenomenal job winning number one and then following through on his promises in Virginia.
I look at people like Tim Scott, who I think is a rising star in the party in a thousand different ways.
You know, then you've got people that don't have a chance in hell, like Larry Hogan or Chris Christie.
They'll probably throw their names in.
You know, Mike Pompeo, there's nobody better on foreign policy that I can think of than him.
And we're lucky to have such a deep bench.
You know, Christy Noam's name is out there.
Who did I mention?
Nikki Haley's name is out there.
I don't know who's going to get in and who's not going to get in.
What I can say is this.
What America is doing now isn't working.
To me, before we get to that point where there's going to be that debate, and it's coming, and we're a year away from the actual voting and the caucuses and the primaries coming.
Before we get to that thing, I would urge the Republican Party to fix one thing first, and that is they cannot ignore any longer what Democrats are doing in 49 states, and that is some version of legal ballot harvesting because they and they've got to embrace same, they've got to embrace early voting and voting by mail.
They have to.
Florida's embraced it.
Florida Republicans have embraced it.
And if they don't match the Democrats' efforts, they are putting themselves at a decided disadvantage.
You can't start Election Day down 250,000, 500,000, a million votes down, and then expect to come back.
Republicans, you know, Democrats, they don't go out and kiss babies.
They don't give speeches.
They don't take selfies.
They don't do press avails.
They don't do town halls.
They avoid debates at all costs.
If they do them at all, it's at the last minute after voting has gone on for five, six, seven weeks.
And they're in the business of running negative ads with seemingly endless amounts of money.
And they are in the business of ballots.
They're not in the business of better vision, better ideas like Republicans are.
So Republicans, you know, and I stayed out of the fight for the RNC chair.
I didn't know everybody that was involved.
I am just saying, I don't care who's in charge.
You better get your Adam ship together and get it together fast.
And every Republican, every conservative out there, if you want an opportunity to elect any Republican president, you better understand what I'm saying is 1,000% accurate.
You better understand that this game, you know, the Democrats are at iPhone level 15.0.
Republicans are at 1.0.
They're running elections, an antiquated way of elections based on ideas.
You know, three candidates come to mind.
Joe Biden hid in the basement.
John Fetterman hid in the basement.
Katie Hobbs never debated hidden the basement.
And they end up winning.
And they're in the ballot business and they're in the negative ad business.
And Republicans have got to match, duplicate, and actually do it better than the Democrats.
If any of you are still clinging to this idea that you're not going to vote early, not going to vote by mail, not going to vote this way, then you're making a mistake.
The other thing Republicans need to do, and I said this in January of 2021, and I repeated it often, nobody seemed to listen to me.
They better insist on voter ID, signature verification, chain of custody controls, updated voter rolls, and partisan observers watching the vote count start to finish.
Now, this is not my preferred system.
And I always put in this caveat.
If I had my way, Election Day would be a national holiday.
If I had my way, you know, with the exceptions of the military, the sick, people away for work reasons, they would be able to vote absentee.
But short of that, everybody votes paper ballots Election Day.
Every precinct has partisan observers all day watching the voting.
Every precinct, once the polls close, have partisan observers watching the vote counting.
That's my ideal system.
But that's not the system we have.
That's the one we wish we had.
In 2024, we're going to have the system that we, we're not going to have the system we wish we had.
We're going to have the system we have, but they can make the improvements that I'm telling everybody.
Does that make sense to you?
It does.
I agree with you 100%.
And I'm going to add one other thing.
I don't care who the candidate is.
You think Ron DeSantis, Glenn Yunken, Nikki Haley, Mike Pompeo, do you think they're going to get any less smeared than Donald Trump?
Because if any Republican believes that, you're smoking crack and doing ecstasy.
You're out of your mind.
They will smear, slander, besmirch, character assassinate any Republican candidate, period.
Does that make sense?
It does, 100%.
My thinking on it was because of the division that's been going on, I would actually personally like to see an abolishment of all political parties just to have people run on policy and ethics, morality, because I don't see anybody that was.
Listen, I hear you.
We're going to have plenty of time to talk about all this.
I promise.
It's going to come faster than you think.
But these things that I'm discussing need to be fixed.
All right, that's going to wrap things up for today.
