All right, thanks, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Happy Monday.
Ron Klein out.
And questions about the new guy coming in as more documents found, classified top-secret documents at Biden's Delaware home.
This time, the Department of Justice.
Now, they didn't do it the same way as they did with Mar-a-Lago.
And then people say, well, that's because Biden was being cooperative.
That is not true, that Trump was not.
How do we know that?
We know that because the FBI had unfettered access to Mar-a-Lago.
They identified the room.
They were in the room where the documents ultimately were found during the raid.
They were there beforehand.
They were there.
They could have said, by the way, these need to come with us.
They're top secret.
They're classified.
They don't belong here.
They didn't do that.
They didn't even ask.
They called back and said, would you put a padlock on the door?
And then they raided Mar-a-Lago, of course.
And then Christopher Wray and Merrick Garland go out and brag that they themselves are the ones that made the decision.
They made the call.
Anyway, so there was now the DOJ.
They did a 16-hour investigation looks and see and search of Biden's home on Saturday.
And the DOJ, sure enough, once again, found more materials that were top secret with classified markings and surrounding materials, some of which, by the way, were from the president's service in the Senate and some of which were during his tenure as vice president.
Now, you go back to last week.
What were we being told by Joe Biden?
We were being told, there's no there.
That's what he kept saying.
There's no they're there.
That's what he said.
But here we go.
Now we've got five separate incidences, one right after the other.
Why aren't they raiding the rest of Biden's properties?
And why aren't they doing it the same way that they did it at Mar-a-Lago?
There was cooperation at Mar-a-Lago.
Here's the interesting thing.
The DOJ agreed to go in and search.
And Biden's people trying to say that they invited them in.
Well, I know for a fact, Donald Trump, after the Mar-a-Lago raid, hired a company for the specific purpose of going through all of his properties.
And they invited the Department of Justice, the FBI, to go along with them room by room together to make sure that there was nothing there, make sure that everything was fully, completely complied with.
But Joe Biden, no regrets at all, whatsoever.
No, they're there at all, whatsoever.
But you know what?
It's just not true like everything else involving the Bidens.
You know, the Justice Department sat on the news of the first document finding for two months.
They could have told us.
They should have told us.
They had an obligation to tell us.
This one they knew on November 2nd, six days before the presidential election.
They did not do that.
You know, their claim that this is all inadvertent mishandling, as if anybody, how does anybody know it would be inadvertent?
Do we really know that?
Or is that what they're telling us?
Just like Joe Biden told us that Hunter Biden, that he never spoke with his son or any other family member about their foreign business dealings.
And we know through photographic evidence and much more detail that, in fact, Joe Biden was in meeting after meeting after meeting with Hunter and his foreign business partners.
And all this will come out in Jim Comer's and Jim Jordan's investigations of all of this.
You know, but they can claim inadvertent mishandling all they want, but it doesn't make it true.
And even up until Saturday, no regrets, none whatsoever.
No, they're there.
But everything to the contrary is called evidence suggests otherwise.
And that it was incredibly reckless.
And even Democrats now are turning on Joe Biden.
You know, let's just go through a little timeline here.
I think you'll like this.
It's put to the music of Carmina Barana, which I love.
Just listen to the evolution of all of this.
I think it's worth listening to.
President Biden's lawyers revealed that documents marked classified were found in office space that he used as a private citizen.
This morning, ABC News has learned classified documents from President Biden's time as vice president have been found at an office.
He no longer uses.
The White House revealed this weekend additional pages of classified documents were discovered inside the president's Delaware home.
That search was completed last night, and now this is in the hands of the Justice Department.
We should assume that it's been completed.
Yes.
Wait, they completed the search with documents being found last night.
Now we turn to President Biden's handling of items marked classified.
Even more were found at President Biden's house in Wilmington, Delaware, after the president's lawyers invited the FBI to search it on Friday.
Some of those materials date back to Mr. Biden's Senate days more than 14 years ago.
When you saw the photograph of the top secret documents laid out on the floor of Mar-a-Lago, what did you think to yourself looking at that image?
How that could possibly happen?
How anyone could be that irresponsible and just totally irresponsible?
President's attorney says the latest batch amounts to six more items with classification markings for now a total of between 25 and 30 documents.
And a sign of how this investigation may continue to stretch out, a source familiar with the pro Tel CBS News investigators are considering searching other locations.
We're fully cooperating, looking forward to getting this resolved quickly.
I think you're going to find there's nothing there.
I have no regrets at following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do.
It's exactly what we're doing.
There's no there there.
No regrets, no there there.
New York Times, by the way, confirmed the Biden Justice Department worked hand in glove with the White House to keep Joe Biden's classified scandal, document scandal, hidden from you, the public, as long as they could.
And what's worse than all of this is the Times also reports that the Justice Department actually approved the White House plan to let Biden's lawyers and aides that didn't even have top security clearances to do the search for these top secret classified documents.
You know, New York Times reports starting on November 10th, the president's counselors were in regular contact with their counterparts at the Justice Department.
The Justice Department, that is part of the executive branch.
Why did they not inform you, the American people, before the November 8th election, that in fact they were going, that they had discovered these documents, considering the big deal they made about the Mar-a-Lago raid?
And why did they wait months to tell everybody?
Anyway, we now have a letter to Biden attorney in mid-November, senior Justice Department official outlined the next steps.
They would need permission to review the documents found at the offices at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, located only minutes from the Capitol in the White House.
The White House refused to explain why they took six weeks after the initial discovery of documents to search the president's home in Wilmington, where the second batch was found.
And it is not said why personal lawyers for the president who do not have security clearances and other aides were the ones conducting the searches.
People close to the case said that that was done with the approval of the Justice Department.
Would they let Trump get away with that?
I doubt it.
That would be a big deal.
My favorite part is the White House officials are suspicious of the leaks that made the case public, thinking that it was meant to drive the very outcome that has taken place.
They concluded that the public sees Mr. Biden and Mr. Trump differently.
They say Mr. Biden draws on a decades-long reputation for integrity and honesty.
Really?
I never had a single conversation with my son with zero experience on his foreign business dealings.
I'm not that billion dollars, you're not going to get it, Ukraine.
You're not getting it unless you fire that prosecutor.
Who's the prosecutor?
The one investigating his son, the son that said on Good Morning America, he had no experience in energy, oil, gas, or Ukraine, but is being paid millions.
You've got to be kidding.
Anyway, so now we have the latest episode this weekend.
Democrats now are beginning to flip out about this.
They're now critical over Biden, which then feeds into my suspicion.
I suspect that there are a lot of Democrats that don't want Joey to be their nominee come next, come November of 2024.
Just a suspicion I have, because it all seems all too convenient in terms of the timing, especially with the investigation of Jim Jordan and the Judiciary Committee and James Comer in the House Oversight Committee.
You know, this can't be where Joe kept classified documents.
What's in here, you know, Joe?
But now we know a box labeled important documents and photos was left unsealed on a table ahead of a kid's birthday party in the Delaware home, where the president has been discovered to have been stashing a lot of these sensitive documents.
You know, according to a photo that's on the son's laptop that the FBI had since December of 2019, another image on the laptop revealed that Hunter made more than 160 trips to the Lakeside House 52 days during the same time he was involved in controversial business dealings with that Chinese energy conglomerate.
And while home, while the home contained the discovered classified documents during one, by the way, apparently that had a Chinese national staying there.
During another visit, the guy that had the history of smoking crack and having drug addictions and alcohol addictions texted Joe Biden after midnight, Are you awake?
Please open the door.
2:37 a.m., according to an exchange.
You know, look, let me tell you what's happening here.
There is, you know, oh, it's in a lock garage.
We're supposed to feel better, but yet we have picture after picture of the lock garage open with his precious little stingray Corvette hanging out.
Eric Garland in the White House wanted to indict Donald Trump.
They want to indict him for classified documents.
Joe goes on 60 minutes.
How does this happen?
How does this happen?
Irresponsible.
That's what he's saying about Donald Trump.
You know, and even Dick Durbin, jackass that he is, you know, even he says he's lost the high ground on this this weekend, which is now leading to, you know, the belief and the understanding that uh-oh, Joe's in trouble here.
Ted Cruz was particularly poignant on my show last week.
You know, they wanted to indict Trump for this issue.
Uh, and, you know, if they brought that indictment, okay, why didn't you bring it for Hillary?
You know, that was a far worse case because remember the deleted 33,000 emails and the devices destroyed with hammers and the SIM cards removed from BlackBerries and iPhones.
You know, all of this has been on display and they were forced to do this.
You know, Ted Cruz uses the phrase, Merrick Garland announcing a special counsel looked like a hostage video.
He's right, forced to do it.
No choice.
They want to protect Biden.
You know, the failure to be straight with we, the American people, in the lead up to the election to me is unforgivable.
After the president's legal teams discovered this cache of classified documents, they immediately contacted the White House counsel's office, notified the National Archives.
Well, Republicans now want to investigate the National Archives because they think that's been politicized.
And I think they're probably right.
Joe Biden named in a 2017 email to Hunter Biden seeking the China natural gas issue.
Joe Biden was mentioned prominently in this October 2017 email seeking to firm up this multi-million dollar deal to ship our natural gas to our number one geopolitical foe.
That would be China.
The communication on Hunter's laptop from hell reveals that this happened October 27th of that year.
Louisiana attorney Robert Fennett told Hunter and his first brother, Jim Biden, Joe's brother, that he had secured a contract for them at the Houston Energy Company.
Charity near according to the Daily Mail, I confirm I requested the contact to be available for a call for Joe and Hunter Biden on Monday morning.
The attorney did not immediately return a message from the post requesting clarification when they went in to ask about it.
President Biden has a history of ties to this particular company.
I mean, so you got the whole corruption.
It's all coming together.
That's why the tandem investigations, Jim Jordan, the FBI being politicized, DOJ weaponized, Jim Comer on the Biden family syndicate is so critical and so crucial.
But the double standard has got to end in this country.
We don't have equal justice under the law, equal application of our laws.
And the sad part is, it's even worse.
Now, we've had two presidential election cycles where the FBI put their thumb on the scales to help get Democratic presidents elected.
That's just the reality now.
There's no ambiguity.
Letting this guy in 2020, you know, weekly meetings with all big tech companies, you're probably going to be inundated with false information, with misinformation from foreign adversaries.
And it might be about Joe Biden or Hunter Biden.
Oh, Hunter Biden laptop story breaks.
Oh, we can't run that.
We've been warned about that by the FBI.
And in the case of Twitter, they got $3.5 million from the FBI.
All right, tough economic times.
One way to save money is to join the stampede away from the big companies, Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile, and get on the train with my cell phone company known as Pure Talk.
This happens to be a veteran-owned company with U.S.-based customer service teams.
They use the exact same cell towers as those big carriers, the same ones.
They use the exact same 5G networks as those big carriers.
If you look at your phone and you have Pure Talk, you're going to have the same coverage bars on your phone.
You keep your phone, you keep your phone number, and you're paying about half what you're paying the big carriers.
Average family saving close to $1,000 a year.
Most families save in, many families saving much, much more.
And here's the best part.
You can get your first month completely risk-free.
Try it.
You're not completely happy.
You get your money back.
Just dial Pound250 for the exact same service.
Use the keyword save now.
You'll save an additional 50% off your first month.
Pound250, keyword save now from our friends at Pure Talk, simply smarter wireless.
All right, as we roll along, 800-941, Sean, I mentioned this last week.
I cannot believe the World Economic Forum and the crap that has come out of there.
And, you know, the $67 million we spent, the billions we spent on the WHO, the $7 billion on the UN, all the monies we pay in NATO and our European allies, Western European allies, don't pay their fair share.
The Ukrainian war is in their backyard.
It should be their top concern.
And yet we bear the brunt financially for everything and they're fighting a war that they're not fighting to win.
Why are we wasting our time?
I'm just so sick of this globalism insanity that everybody seems to be buying into.
And the people that showed up, oh, let's attack conservatives.
Let's attack people with alternative views on conservative media.
And of course, the dopey conservatives, they create their own circular firing squad, even if they agree with somebody 90% of the time.
And meanwhile, Democrats, no, they circle the wagons and they stand up for the indefensible.
Although there's a little break here on this issue of Biden and top secret and classified documents, you know, watching, you know, even the likes of Dickie Durbin this weekend going out there and saying, oh, yeah, this is really bad.
This is terrible.
You think?
If you finally came to that conclusion, now we have, by the way, Ron Clain is stepping down.
We're going to watch that scenario unfold.
Is it because of the disaster that is the Biden's White House?
Anyway, Biden's incoming chief of staff is slammed by liberals.
Name is Jeff Zeintz, former White House coronavirus response coordinator, succeeding Ron Clain as the new chief of staff.
So we're going to see what happens with all of this, but I don't think we're getting the truth.
I'll tell you about the Democrats now going after Joe on the other side.

You know, the New York Post today called on the Justice Department to search all of Biden's properties.
They're close, but they're not there.
They need to raid all of Biden's properties, just like they did Mar-a-Lago.
Oh, no, Joe Biden's cooperating.
No, he's not cooperating.
That's a lie.
Just like he lied when he said he never had any discussion with Hunter about his foreign business dealings.
This is, you know, the double standard reeks to high heaven.
Just like Hillary Clinton, no prosecutor, reasonable prosecutor, whatever, prosecute.
Really?
Where I grew up, if you delete 33,000 emails, nobody knew about BleachBit until Hillary deleted her servers with Bleach Pit.
And, of course, have her aides destroy BlackBerries and iPhones with hammers and remove SIM cards.
Never got a hold of those.
But all the top secret classified documents, no, they were real.
One big difference between Donald Trump and Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton, well, Donald Trump was the president with the power to declassify documents.
There's no set process in law at all for declassification.
And he says he declassified them.
You know, Donald Trump wasn't cooperative, really?
Then how come the FBI had unfettered access to the very room where they found the documents when they raided Mar-a-Lago because the FBI had been in there when they requested to be in there?
Nobody was holding them back.
There's no voluntary, okay, we'll work with the Justice Department.
And then I can tell you from my sources, I was told that an outside firm after the Mar-a-Lago raid was hired by the Trump team to go over all of their properties.
They invited the Justice Department to go with them and the FBI, and they declined.
Well, so we're doing it.
Everything's different for Joe.
No, if you're going to treat one president one way, Joe Biden with no authority to declassify should be treated even more harshly, in my view.
Anyway, now that they found these documents with top secret classified markings, found it, you know, after the Department of Justice working with the Biden people.
Oh, the lawyers and the aides with no security clearances wasn't good enough, but they allowed that.
Senate Democrats now coming out.
I don't know why anyone goes on these Sunday shows.
Nobody watches them.
But anyway, that they're furious about, they're calling it unacceptable, irresponsible to think that any of them ended up in boxes in a storage, in storage in one place or another is unacceptable.
Dickie Durbin says, Senate Judiciary Committee chair, Joe Manchin waited in.
He said he was astonished about all of this and asked about Biden's comment Friday that he had no regrets about not revealing the classified documents at the Penn Biden Center and then the other findings.
He says, I think he should have regrets.
He should have a lot of regrets.
If I hold people accountable and I use, whether it be my chief of staff or my staff, for doing this, then I'm going to hold someone accountable.
But basically, the buck stops with me, Manchin said.
Durbin goes on when asked about this, about the documents in the Delaware home, that, yeah, yeah, Biden lost the high ground when it comes to comparisons between him and Trump.
This is now the fifth time they found documents.
I think Miranda Devine is right also in the New York Post.
Biden's panicking.
An astonishing fifth trove of classified documents discovered in the president's Delaware mansion, the one where Hunter lived, the one where a Chinese national visited for crying out loud, the one where the garage door is always locked, but we have all these images of it not being locked.
Somebody actually wrote on Fox, I don't know who to give credit to, so I apologize.
We usually give attribution.
Biden's next classified document defends maybe Cornpop did it because there's no credible excuses here.
Now, there's a lot of fallout.
Karine Jean-Pierre, I mean, talk about somebody not qualified for that job and not willing to give any answers.
Even the mainstream mob, media mob, is upset with all of this and the lack of communication on all of this.
By the way, there's also, under, if you look at 18 USC 793, intent is not the only legal standard.
The lesser proof of gross negligence makes it a crime to remove and retain national defense classified material in an unauthorized location.
And Biden's various document caches fit the definition of carelessness as closely as anything could.
And now they find more documents in the Wilmington home.
When are they going to look at all of his properties?
You know, there's a lot of unanswered questions about Biden's classified documents.
You know, by the way, what about Joe's retreat at Rehoboth Beach in Delaware?
You know, why would Garland rely on White House assurances that there's nothing at the residence when, in fact, they go there and they find stuff at the residence?
You know, all that the double standard is nauseating.
I don't know.
Is this the reason why Ron Clain, described by some as Biden's brain, headed for the exit?
You know, I will tell you, when everybody else was afraid to speak the obvious and state the obvious that Joe Biden was a cognitive mess, we were not part of that group at all.
800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
By the way, Kamala Harris, do you think this is an accident?
Speaking on the 50th anniversary of Roe v.
Wade.
Now, everybody needs to understand abortion has not been outlawed in this country.
Abortion now is decided by every state, not by the federal government.
And every state, they have the people of those states elect state representatives.
That's why abortion is not being outlawed in most states, if any, in the end.
We'll see.
Anyway, she left out mentioning the right to life when quoting the Declaration of Independence.
You know who the real extremists on this are?
It's not people that believe that life begins at conception or the sanctity of life.
And, you know, when you can hear a heartbeat, when you can see 4D ultrasounds, and you see fingers and toes and features on a baby's face, that's why we tell you about preborn.com/slash Sean because they use the science of ultrasound to show people that there's something of great value growing inside them.
And most people, when they see it, they decide to choose life and they offer them financial assistance as well on top of everything else.
By the way, Kamala went to Arizona, but she didn't go to the border.
The border czar has never been to the real part of the border that matters.
Then she made this ridiculous statement explaining how electricity works.
That was another word salad, but I just don't have time for it right now.
We have new information on the border that I want to pass on to you because we know over four plus like four and a half million people since Joe's been president have entered this country illegally.
Up until now, we thought even the DHS admitted there were at least 500,000 getaways, gotaways, whatever you want to call them.
Now the Border Patrol puts that number at 1.2 million.
Last year, we had 100 people that they caught that were on the terrorist watch list.
How many gotaways might be on the terrorist watch list?
And who's going to be responsible if, God forbid, they commit acts of terror as they have joined their terror cells in this country?
I mean, it's, you know, terror watch lists arrests have exploded at the border.
100 in 2022 alone.
The spike in arrests is continuing as well.
The border authorities already have apprehended 38 terror watch listers for fiscal year 2023.
You know, there are terrorists trying to get into this country, and I guarantee you many have successfully gotten into the country because of Biden's wide open borders.
And then who's going to be responsible when they commit acts of terror against the American people?
Can 9-11 happen again or something like 9-11?
Yes, it can.
And to be that naive, dumb, and stupid is incredibly reckless.
Never mind the fact there was an article in the Epoch Times, the number of illegal immigrants flooding across the country.
Guess what?
Many of them are dying making that perilous journey.
We don't know their names.
We don't talk about them because Joe is the one that's telling them to come on over.
Then Chuck Schumer after the election, the midterms, went out there and said, oh, yeah, no, we want amnesty for everybody.
I warned you, I told you that this temporary reduction in gas prices wouldn't last.
I was right.
Oil prices, 88 bucks a barrel earlier today, extending on the increase in prices from last week.
Now we're seeing gas up 40 cents a gallon, eggs anywhere between $9 and $10, depending what state you happen to live in.
I mean, I don't want to make fun of it, but it's kind of interesting that there is illegal smuggling of eggs is apparently skyrocketing at the border because people can't afford $10 for a dozen eggs.
I happen to be paleo and keto-friendly.
You know, I eat a lot of protein, and eggs is a big part of a staple of my diet every day.
Usually have either four egg whites or three eggs on any given day.
It depends.
But that's now apparently become a thing.
Nobody paid attention.
Joe Biden breaks his promise.
I'm not going to raise taxes on the poor middle class.
Any American making less than $400,000 a year will not see a penny of new taxes.
Really?
What about the January 1st new laws that went into effect that raises taxes on oil, gas, and coal?
That's impacting every American, regardless of how much money you make.
What about the taxes on people's pension plans?
Well, that's impacting most Americans that don't make $400,000 a year.
What about the $250 billion of taxes on corporations?
You think their corporations are going to end up paying it and take a cut in their profits?
No, that's not how it works.
They will pass that cost on to we, the people, the consumers in this country.
And by the way, a picture of Kathy Hochl cooking and showing what a great baker she is happened to show a stove in the background that actually was a gas-powered stove.
They can't make this up.
Now we have Democrats pushing for nationwide rent control.
They want Biden to impose rules to limit rent increases.
This is something that's been done in New York.
The idea that you empower your government to subsidize housing for other people.
Does that sound fair to you?
Well, nobody's going to want to go into the property business moving forward.
Look at what's happening with the economy.
The Fed is promising to slow down the interest rate increases, which is fine.
They'll go up a quarter of a point in the next meeting.
Google slashes 12,000 jobs.
That's 6% of their workforce.
Microsoft laid off 10,000 people.
Facebook laid off 11,000 people.
Amazon laid off 18,000 people.
That's four companies, 50,000 jobs.
And the tech giants, that bloodbath continues to happen.
Spotify just acts 6% of their workforce this week after all these other cuts.
Not good.
We're holding them accountable with the new Congress.
Jim Comer says now that his Biden Gate committee will follow the money.
This is where it's going to get interesting.
Biden never had a conversation with Hunter or his brother, really, about their foreign business dealings.
Well, the laptop from hell contradicts all of that.
And we know that Hunter himself implicates his own dad.
He's tired of paying half of his income to pops and tired of paying for Pops' repairs on his homes.
And the big guy gets his 10%, Tony Bobolinski.
So let's see the money trail.
$1.5 billion Bank of China deal, then a $100,000 shopping spree for Hunter, an expensive sports car from a Kazakhstan oligarch, the millions he made from Burisma, no experience.
Russian oligarch, $3.5 million, potentially, what, $100 million investment in a real estate venture they had?
It's unbelievable.
By the way, protesters gathering outside the Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's home on the 50th anniversary of Roe.
Congressional Republicans moved to criminalize Supreme Court leaks, which is a good idea.
Oh, and the FBI is offering a measly $25,000 reward for information on attacks against pro-life centers.
At least they finally recognize it.
That may be, in their mind, some progress.
Oh, and I do have this to say.
Nancy Pelosi had priests perform an exorcism after her husband was attacked.
Alexandria Pelosi told the New York Times her mother called Priest to perform an exorcism at the house over Thanksgiving.
By the way, Linda, that disgusting puke green shake crap that you drink every day looks like the projectile vomit in the exorcist with Linda Blair.
Do I get to throw it up on Pelosi?
I'll help her with the exorcism.
No, what I want you to do is take the scene from The Exorcist.
I will never watch that movie.
No, well, okay.
With the scene where the projectile vomit of your, it's the exact same color as that crap you drink every day.
And I want people to, and then put a poll up.
Does the projectile vomit look like Linda's drink?
I am not doing that.
Can we move on to the live read where you get to make fun of me again?
I would like Blair to put it up, and I'm the boss, so you have to put it up.
You're the talent.
There's a difference.
That's right.
The boss.
What do you call me every day, boss?
Hey, boss.
That's different.
That's affectionate.
Okay.
All right.
A lot coming up today.
Glad you're with us.
My friend, my colleague, Giano Caldwell, he's a great guy.
Wrote a book taking for granted how conservatism can win back the Americans that liberalism has failed.
So this weekend, his brother was killed in Chicago last June.
Okay.
So he goes to a restaurant.
He moves his whole family to Florida.
Goes to a restaurant.
They don't like his views that he's saying he's a conservative to the table.
He's not yelling it.
They threw him out.
And then Mike Pompeo.
