All right, News Roundup Information Overload Hour 800-941-Sean.
As we continue, we go back to our top story, and that is now a third time top secret classified documents now found at another Biden residence.
But media Democrats, they are suggesting that Republicans, it was probably Donald Trump himself, that they're the ones that are guilty.
They planted these Biden documents in Biden's locations, even though, of course, there's Secret Service security coverage at each location.
But it's probably Republicans that did this.
Listen.
But you know what, how?
Donovan and Sapin.
To me, if you missing classified information, I don't mean laugh in my house.
If stuff is missing, I know.
Does it feel like Apple research to you?
Does it feel like the Republicans are behind it?
I'm suspicious of the timing of it.
I'm also aware of the fact that things can be planted on people.
How do you plant at Joe Biden's house documents?
Tell me how you got in there when it's protected by the Secret Service.
Unless the secret, you're claiming the Secret Service might have been involved in a conspiracy to do this to Joe Biden.
I don't think so.
Who had access to the Penn Biden Center?
By the way, the one person that had access to every home would be zero experience Hunter who's paying like $49,000 apparently a month in rent to pops.
Maybe another way to pay pops?
Hmm.
The big guy.
One interesting comment.
If anything, I would argue that Democrats, there's just a suspicion in the back of my mind.
I don't know, a thought.
I've seen a lot of crazy things happen over the years.
Maybe there are some Democrats out there that don't want Joe Biden to run again.
Maybe one of them is even the congenital liar Adam Schiff because he doesn't seem particularly supportive of Biden in this comment.
You raised the possibility of this national security assessment.
Is it possible that national security was jeopardized here as many, including you, raised that possibility with the Mar-a-Lago documents?
I don't think we can exclude the possibility without knowing more of the facts.
We have asked for an assessment in the intelligence community of the Mar-a-Lago documents.
I think we ought to get that same assessment of the documents found in the think tank as well as the home of President Biden.
I'd like to know what these documents were.
I'd like to know what the IC's assessment is, whether there was any risk of exposure and what the harm would be and whether any mitigation needs to be done.
I think that would be appropriate and consistent with what we requested in the case of Mar-a-Lago.
Oh, okay.
But he's no longer on the Intel Committee, thanks to Kevin McCarthy.
Biden has, apparently, according to the New York Post, he has aides who don't have security clearances now searching for even more documents.
If you want to go back in history in the 1970s, it was the same Joe Biden that torpedoed a CIA nominee.
Why?
Because he took classified documents home.
We have Biden's quote at the time.
This was in justthenews.com.
And Biden told Sorensen, this guy, you know, that was up for this position, a nominee, that he would help him in the nomination process.
Sorensen recalls Biden leading him to believe that he had the senators' enthusiastic support, saying that he was the best appointment Carter ever made.
But anyway, when Republicans went after his nomination, Biden dug up an affidavit he had written regarding classified documents where Sorensen noted that he, like many others in Washington, would take classified documents home to review.
And officials typically leaked much more sensitive documents to the press without being prosecuted.
And you have another top Biden aide who moved the documents from Joe's office.
That's Kathy Chung.
Remember, she was the one that Hunter Biden was advocating for to get the job.
Anyway, she apparently shared top secret phone numbers and intel briefings with zero experience at the time, a crack addict, Hunter Biden.
And Biden officials are now blaming the National Archives.
They're that desperate.
As the scandal gets worse by the hour, the White House claims Biden didn't keep visitor logs.
Well, we've been through this 40% of his presidency has been outside of the White House.
Why isn't the Secret Service keeping visitor logs?
John Solomon joins us now.
How are you, sir?
I am well.
I'm doing well.
A lot of developments here.
There are.
There are.
I think there are three dynamics to watch.
One is you're seeing more and more Democrats take shots at President Biden, something we haven't seen since the 2020 election or even before it.
And so I think there's some frustration of the Democratic Party that this scandal is about to boomerang on the entire party.
And there's a question of competence, too.
The messaging of the White House, the inconsistency of the White House, the failure to disclose things that they knew about for weeks or days has frustrated even Democrats.
And I think that's one dynamic to watch.
The second is all those lawyers that were helping Joe Biden collect these classified documents, they're no longer to just be his lawyers.
They're going to be witnesses in a federal prosecution case.
And so that's going to change the dynamic between Joe Biden and his lawyers.
And third, I think all the congressional committees, as you and I have been talking about, Sean, are going to go back and look at these documents in light of the foreign money flow that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden pursued from 2010 forward.
Today I have a story that kind of lays out how that all happened.
Joe Biden was barely in the vice president's office a year when he made comments to his son and his business partner that he wanted to learn about his earnings potential.
That eventually evolved into a discussion about wealth creation.
And from that became all of the various contacts that the Biden family had with Chinese officials, an energy company, an automaker company, and of course, the University of Pennsylvania, Hunter Biden is directly involved in arranging that University of Pennsylvania gig that his father got.
And so all that is laid out today.
You can kind of see Joe Biden's desire to get rich drives a decade of pursuit by his son and his family to make foreign money for the family.
You're right about one thing.
The messaging has been atrocious, and they're acting like every single time.
Oh, no, no, we've complied.
It's all over with.
Then another batch of documents show up.
You're right about something else.
A lot of top Democrats are taking shots at him and are angry about this.
And I think one of the reasons may be is they don't want him to be their nominee in 2024.
Am I wrong?
Yeah, listen, I think some people would like to see a Jared Polis or a Gavin Newsom, someone younger and more reflective of the left side of the party.
And I think people also get tired of seeing all of the bumbles that the president makes whenever he gives a speech.
I mean, he did it on MLK Day.
And his memory, his grasp, his command on the stage is often teetering.
And I think that concerns the party a lot as they head into the 2024 election.
So, sure, this could be the sort of thing that can have a lot of his base turn against him.
I think the bigger evolution of this story is that it's going to focus the money, focus the attention where it should have been for a long time, Joe Biden and Hunter Biden's pursuit of money.
Because as Ron Johnson has said many times in Chuck Grassley, this family's over a barrel.
And when you see that they're so deeply involved with foreign officials and then they have classified documents in an insecure location where a foreign official or a foreign spy could potentially get it, it further validates what Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley were telling us two years ago.
Let's go to the money.
You had a column we had you on last week to discuss this, that it was way more money than we originally thought in terms of $67 million anonymous Chinese nationals donating to UPenn.
The vast majority of that money, $47.7 million, correct me if I'm wrong, of the $7 million came when Joe Biden was there himself.
Lastly, you know, you look at the Biden, you know, look at their financial dealings.
Look at their financial dealings.
And what do you have?
You have, what, $100,000 shopping spree for Hunter and his family by a Chinese national.
You've got the $1.5 billion deal with the Bank of China.
You've got a $5 million zero-interest forgivable loan that is somewhere in this timeframe, if I'm not mistaken.
That's a lot of money.
And now we have this other money going to UPenn that nobody had known about prior to this.
Yeah, and then you see what the people who get this money benefit from.
So what do the Chinese get after they start dealing with Hunter Biden?
Well, pick me.
I know.
I got the answer.
Go right ahead.
Merrick Garland, first they got lobbied.
They got over 100 UPenn professors to write a letter to Merrick Garland to back off in an espionage investigation into the communist Chinese.
And lo and behold, in February of 2022, he did it.
He backed off.
He ended the investigation.
Less than two weeks after the letter was made public.
So you see the instant gratification.
You also see the two leaders of UPenn both get plum ambassadorships, one to Canada, one to Germany.
So that looks like your classic political payoff.
But let's go back even further.
As soon as Hunter Biden begins seeking this China money and he starts to create the investment from that famous trip on Air Force 2 in 2013, the Chinese get several valuable things from one of the things they get is an automaker part, automakers part manufacturer in Michigan that makes sensitive windshield components for military jets.
The Obama Biden administration signs off on that very sensitive transfer to China.
As it goes on, you see other things in 2017.
What is Hunter Biden trying to do for the Chinese?
He's trying to help them buy up natural gas resources in the United States.
If the business partners in that scheme didn't get arrested in 2017 and 2018, Patrick Coe and others, that probably would have carried forward and Hunter Biden would have given a lot of natural gas or arrange for a lot of American natural gas to fall into the hands of one of our adversaries, China.
So all throughout, Hunter Biden is delivering for China.
Joe Biden is delivering for China.
And I think that pattern of getting rich and then delivering is going to become one of the storylines that House Republicans zero in on this spring and summer.
So where does this go next?
I mean, do we have any idea of whether or not there's going to be more documents discovered?
And what do you think about the theory many have put out there that a lot of Democrats are happy about this, that they don't want him as the 2024 nominee?
They've been more critical than usual as it relates to a fellow Democrat.
That's for sure.
Usually Democrats, unlike Republicans, Republicans create circular firing squads.
They don't listen to the wise counsel and advice of Ronald Reagan.
If somebody's 80% your friend in agreement with you 80% of the time, that does not make them 20% your enemy.
But Republicans create circular firing squads, and Democrats are the opposite.
They'll circle the wagons, and they'll fight and defend the indefensible.
That's what makes the last couple of weeks so remarkable.
For the first time, you're seeing cracks in that circle the wagon strategy.
They've been very patient with Joe Biden, but I think all of them understand.
I've talked to some Democrats in the last week or two.
They're very concerned where this leads, right?
Because the investigation is going to go, okay, who had access to the home?
Who was visiting the home?
Oh, Hunter Biden was visiting the home.
Who else was visiting the home?
What foreign business dignitaries might have been there?
Who was visiting the U Penn Center?
That is going to lead back to the money trail that the Bidens and Democrats tried so hard to bury and succeeded in burying in 2019 and 2020 because they had big tech on their side.
They can no longer keep the water behind that dam.
And so I think Democrats are increasingly worried that this doesn't just become a question of competence in classified documents.
It becomes a larger look at how compromised the first family is.
And that is something they're going to shutter from.
They do not want to have that.
They were able to suppress it in 2020 with the laptop and the stuff I did at The Hill.
They're not going to be able to do it this time, especially with James Comer and Jim Jordan at the helm of these investigations.
All right, quick break more with the editor-in-chief, justthenews.com, investigative reporter John Solomon.
Your calls on the other side, 800-941-Sean, as we continue.
All right, we continue.
Investigative reporter, editor-in-chief of justthenews.com, John Solomon, is with us.
Let me ask you this.
Our friend Miranda Devine, New York Post, had a great analysis of this, and that is Hunter's wildly inflated rent payments, renting the house where the classified documents are.
But anyway, a lot of people raising questions.
He was paying $49,910 a month for rent from his father.
One, according to his tax returns, he failed to report $580,000 of rental income from Hunter.
That's A. B, you know, questions are, you know, swirling.
Who pays, you know, for that kind of money?
You have to have a major, major property.
I don't know what the value is, but, you know, I can't imagine in Delaware, even the nicest house going for $49,910 a month.
Can you?
Yeah, no, listen, there's no way Joe Biden's house is worth that much rent.
I don't think these payments are going to turn out to be rent for the house.
I think it's a transaction for a commercial property that OWASCO, one of the Hunter Biden companies where the family gets very rich from, was trying to pull off.
I think he lists his father's address as either a securitization or a contact point.
But I don't think he's actually paying the money to his father based on the work I've done, the contacts I've done in law enforcement and with the family.
We're going to keep digging on that.
We'll try to get everybody a little bit more answers.
But I think that one might turn out to be something a little different than originally suspected.
But listen, all of these deals, all of this wheeling and dealing, there's an amazing line in my column today that I think everyone should pay attention to.
Hunter Biden is talking about the Chinese approach.
It's about the third or fourth Chinese approach he's gotten in two years.
And he says to his business partner, Devin Archer, who, by the way, later gets convicted, they're not interested in me.
They only care about my family's last name.
He understood that the operation he was running was cashing in on his family's name.
These foreigners only wanted access because his name was Biden, not because he had any skills.
That is how this machine operated for more than 10 years after Joe Biden said, hey, I want to find out how wealthy I can get when I leave office.
And it's also him implicating his father.
Half his income goes to Pops.
He's complaining about paying for all the pops repairs around the house.
10% goes to the big guy.
The big guy confirmed by Tony Bobolinski is Joe Biden because he was in a meeting with Joe and Hunter.
So we'll see where all this goes.
John Solomon, investigative reporter and editor-in-chief of justthenews.com, sir.
Great work as always.
Thanks for being with us.

All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
By the way, if you're like me and you believe in your Second Amendment rights, you know ammo is very expensive.
It's also in short supply.
You can do dry fire practice thanks to the technology of Mantis X. All the best shooters in the world do a majority of their training doing dry fire practice.
They do it at home.
By the way, Mantis X is used by the Marine Corps, the Army, Special Forces.
It's military-grade technology at an affordable price.
Now, you just simply attach Mantis X to your very own firearm, and they will give you data-driven, real-time feedback on your shooting technique.
They will guide you through drills and courses.
By the way, 94% of shooters improve within 20 minutes using Mantis X.
And it's also very affordable.
By the way, Linda started using it.
What did you get on your first try?
How'd you do?
Are we continuing this abuse through 2023?
I mean, you shamed me enough.
All right.
What did you get your first time when you used Mantis X out of 100?
I got a nine.
You got a nine out of a hundred.
That's like aiming your firearm at a house and missing the house.
It is.
You know what I need to do?
I need to get a smaller house.
That's what I need.
Very small house that I can shoot around while I improve this.
Then you'll probably get a zero.
But you've been practicing.
You've improved to what?
I mean, now I'm like 70, 80, depending on the day and how much time I get.
It is very easy to use at home.
94% of shooters improve within 20 minutes.
You're going to love MantisX.
It'll improve your shooting.
I was at 100 when I started, but I use it because I can't go to the range.
I don't have time and my ears are shot.
Anyway, you're going to love this technology.
Just go to their website, mantishex.com.
That's M-A-N-T-I-S-X.com.
All right, let's go.
I'll tell you who's been struggling.
You almost feel sorry for her.
Is Clarine Jean-Pierre, White House press secretary, speaking on behalf of the Biden administration?
Last week, she was telling us this was no big deal.
It was one and done, and we're all finished with this.
And here's her trying to explain away the fact that it's far from over.
Thanks, Greg.
On Friday, you stood here, though, and were asked about this document issued by our accounts on 18 times.
At that point, the president's lawyers had found these five additional pages of classified documents.
So, did you not know on Friday that those documents had been found when you were at the podium, or are you being directed by someone to not be forthcoming on this?
I have been forthcoming from this podium.
What I said yes to was what the statement at the time that we all had, right?
You all had the statement, and I was repeating what the council was sharing at that time.
And so, we had that statement, so we knew what was in it, but you all said.
Exactly, did you not know that?
I'm telling you, I just answered the question.
I just said that I was repeating what the information that we had at that time, right, that you all had.
I was confirming from what the special counsel had provided to all of you, and that we knew as well from here.
So, just to be very, very clear.
And look, I've also been very clear about being prudent from here.
I was also being very clear about being consistent from here and not going beyond what is currently happening, right?
And again, this is an ongoing.
I also said this was an ongoing review that was happening with the Department of Justice.
And as we know, with the special counsel, I've been very consistent about that as well.
And that's one of the reasons your question to me is one of the reasons why we are being very, very careful and very mindful to not interfere here and to make sure, to make sure the Department of Justice has their independence.
Your question actually proves that, and that's why we're going to continue to refer you to the Department of Justice and refer you to the Special Counsel or my colleagues.
He's the President at White House Counsel.
Does President Biden have confidence in the way his team is handling this with this trickle out of information and the documents being found day after day?
I can tell you this: the president has confidence.
I can tell you this: that the president and his team rightfully took action when they learned that the documents existed.
They reached out to the archives, they reached out to the Department of Justice.
That is the steps.
We have been very clear about that, the steps and the process that we took here.
And look, we're going to continue.
We're going to continue to, as we have said, fully cooperate with the Department of Justice.
We're going to fully cooperate.
The President's team is going to fully cooperate with the Special Counsel.
That does not stop, and that will just continue.
Again, we are going to respect the independence of the Department of Justice.
His mood has been very clear.
I saw him this morning.
He's very focused.
I traveled with him this weekend.
He wants to make sure that he's continuing and we are continuing to deliver for the American people.
And we've been, you know, we've been pretty consistent on that.
If you think about last week, you heard from him about how his economic plan is working, how we have seen inflation go down for six months straight, how we have seen unemployment numbers at its lowest level in 50 years.
That matters.
That is also the things that this country, the people in this country are also very, very concerned about and want to hear what this president is doing every day.
That's his focus, and that's what he's going to continue to talk about.
Okay.
I believe in all of this.
What she told us was false.
What they assured us was false.
I have been forthcoming from this podium.
What I said yes to was what the statement at the time that we all had, right?
You all had the statement, and I was repeating what the council was sharing at that time.
And so we had that statement, so we knew what was in it, but you also exactly knew.
Did you not know that?
I'm telling you, I just answered the question.
I just said that I was repeating what the information that we had at that time, right?
That you all had.
I was confirming from what the special counsel had provided to all of you and that we knew as well from here.
So just to be very, very clear.
And look, I've also been very clear about being prudent from here.
I was also being very clear about being consistent from here and not going beyond what is currently happening.
If it was Donald Trump, you'd be hearing liar, liar, liar, pants on, fire, fire, fire.
You've got this World Economic Forum.
Now, they descend upon Davos and Switzerland.
Linda, did you read there's going to be a thousand private jets and a majority of the discussion that takes place that we know of, the things that we don't know of scare me even more about climate alarmism and climate cultism.
But there's going to be about a thousand private jets that make their way to Davos for the World Economic Forum.
You know, you just can't make this up.
And, you know, one environmental group slamming the elites arriving in their private jets, which we have no problem with because we don't buy into the climate alarmism cult nonsense.
But anyway, Europe is experiencing the warmest January days ever recorded, and they're grappling with extreme weather changes because of the climate crisis, blah, blah, blah.
John Kerry telling the WEF, the World Economic Forum, that, quote, we select group of human beings are talking about saving the planet.
He actually said that, and they all fly there in their private jet.
Linda, can you say that?
I know why.
I have the answer.
Do you want to know why?
I want to know why.
I have really, it's taken me years to figure it out.
I don't think you have the answer.
But go on.
I have an answer.
It's an epiphany.
And you're welcome ahead of time because it's a very good answer.
They have this hypothesis, you know, that if they make these claims, they need to back them up.
So they're just testing the environment.
They're seeing what the environment can take.
They're flying all of the biggest and most complete egomaniac dorks they can find all over the world.
They're putting them in one spot.
They want to see how much food they can feed them, how bad they can make that room smell, blame them all for their flatulence.
They're going to put all those big-ass planes in the air.
They're going to see how much they can mess it up.
And then they're going to measure it.
They're going to quantify it so that they have a valid excuse for this hypothesis testing of what is really happening with the environment.
So really, they're doing us all a favor.
They're taking one on the chin here.
And we should thank them for that.
You really believe that?
Of course I don't.
But you know what?
It's fun to make fun of these people who have, there's a perfect name for them.
I just can't say it because the FCC will find us.
But they have a very good, there's a great adjective for them.
They have Humpty Dumpty is there.
Oh, my God.
At the World Economic Forum.
Well, you know what?
Considering you can't spell economy.
Maybe John Kerry gave him a ride.
Who knows?
Let's get to our phones.
Jamie is in Louisiana.
Jamie, hi, how are you?
And welcome to the Sean Hannity Show.
Thank you.
How are you doing?
I'm good.
How are you?
Thank you for checking in.
What's up?
I was calling to discuss the natural gas stoves.
We got devastated by Hurricane Ida, and for three months, we did not have power.
How do you think we ate?
For us in the South, it's not a want.
It is a need.
It's not if we're going to get hit by a hurricane and be three months without.
It's when.
Listen, this is the left trying to control every aspect of our lives.
You know, if you look at what's in the Green New Deal, that has nothing to do at all with the environment.
You know, this comes out of nowhere that we've got to eliminate gas stoves.
It will have a negligible, if any, impact at all on the environment.
You know, what they're against is all progress.
What they want is radical socialism.
That's why the Green New Deal has nothing to do with environmentalism.
It has everything to do with economic changes and an economic shift and the embracing of womb to the tomb, cradle to grave, radical socialism, guaranteed, you know, pre-K, guaranteed loan forgiveness, guaranteed college, guaranteed government jobs, guaranteed guaranteed pay, guaranteed government health care, guaranteed government retirement, guaranteed government healthy food.
What does any of that have to do at all in any way with new Green Dealism?
But they got the cart before the horse, the technology that it does not exist to make this great transition that they call it.
And lo and behold, I pointed it out earlier.
As I predicted, I said this gas price decline is only going to be temporary.
It is now making its way back up.
It's close to what, $80 some odd dollars a barrel of oil now.
It'll go back over $100.
And when it does, that means gas prices will go back up.
And we have natural gas prices.
First, we have a shortage.
And number two, they will similarly go up.
Add to that the new tax.
Biden, as of January 1 this year, has put massive multi-billion dollar taxes on coal, oil, and gas, and your pension plan, if you happen to save any money, and on corporations, $225 billion that will be passed on to you, the consumer, that has already absorbed average household $10,000 in Biden's inflation tax.
And they're making it impossible for Americans to get ahead.
On top of that, the recession is real.
The conditions for the recession are real.
And they don't define a recession until long after the recession has passed, which is ridiculous to me because it already happened with two quarters of negative economic growth.
And we're all left swirling in the wind here.
But people are feeling it every single day.
And then you say, well, Hannity, people knew this before the election.
Why didn't Republicans win more seats?
That's a good question.
Because Democrats, they're not out kissing babies, shaking hands.
They're not doing press evales.
They're not doing rallies.
They're not doing town halls.
They're running negative ads.
They're hiding in their basement.
And then they are in the ballot business, ballot harvesting business.
In most states, some version of it is legal.
Only one state requires an individual to hand in their own ballot, and that's Alabama.
Unbelievable.
Anyway, I appreciate the call.
Thank you.
Let us say hi to Dave in California.
What's up, Dave?
How are you?
Hi, Sean.
This is Dave.
I have a couple of points.
I know time is short for you.
The document they found in his garage, one of the questions I have is, when did that box of documents arrive at his garage?
And where did it come from?
Two, how do they know that there are not missing documents out of that box?
I've done the class, but how do we know the lawyer did not take out anything incriminating to Biden?
The other aspect I want to talk about is the visitor laws at his house.
One, is he not president?
When he's elected president, he's president 24-7.
Just because he goes to his personal residence doesn't mean he's president.
If his friends come over, the friends are meeting with the president.
So therefore, he's president 24-7.
Or is he clocked out?
The visitor laws missing are no excuse.
It's an excuse, but we as citizens need to know who our president is meeting with.
Well, I would think that that's basic and fundamental.
There's a reason why I have my own suspicions why Biden has been so secretive.
And they say they're the most transparent.
They've been saying it now the last two weeks.
I believe there's a reason why Biden does not want to document who's coming to see him on weekends.
I would imagine there is a revolving door of doctors going in and out that they don't want us to know about.
That's a guess.
Do I know for sure?
No.
But he doesn't seem cognitively too healthy to me.
So that's why I make that educated guess.
Now, as far as these other matters, that'll sort itself out over time, in my humble opinion.
As you saw in our statement, the documents that were found last night, right?
They completed the search with documents being found last night.
And then this morning, we put out, you heard from the White House counsel, we put out the information on specifically what was found.
But just one document was found last night.
The search was continuing.
It was ongoing.
The process, as I've been saying, was ongoing, and the search is clearly complete.
And therefore, we shared the information with all of you.
