Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
High news roundup information overload hour this Friday, 800-941 Sean.
You want to be a part of the program.
So they really do want to get rid of a lot of light bulbs, fluorescent light bulbs, you know, the ones that actually work and you can see with.
They're destroying the environment.
But they really have now outdone themselves with this insanity over getting rid of gas stoves.
And of course, AOC making her comment earlier in the week that, oh, this is an environmental hazard and getting no mercy on Twitter when she tweeted that sucker out.
And here's the problem.
Then there emerges AOC herself using a gas stove.
Now this is AOC defending using a gas stove.
Listen.
I do think it's funny, the like absolute utter Republican meltdown where they're like, you can take my gas stove with my cold, dead hands.
Or how dare you talk about gas stoves?
You have a gas stove.
First of all, first of all, I rent, period.
Second of all, though, it doesn't even matter because by that logic, these are the same people who would have said we should have never gotten rid of leaded gasoline just because someone may have driven a gasoline car.
Science evolves and gives us new knowledge with time.
Oh, is that really the answer?
I had no idea.
I feel so educated right now.
Thank you, AOC, for that education.
Anyway, this is so real that they want to do this.
And then, of course, all the crazy woke governors pick up on it, like, you know, Kathy Holkle in New York and Gavin Newsome out in California and every other left-wing lunatic that is in power in this country.
So I wanted to find out more about it.
Is it really a hazard?
Have I been living amongst a hazard my whole life cooking over a gas stove?
Oh my gosh, I can't even believe I'm alive today.
Ben Lieberman is with the Competitive Institute, joins us to talk about gas stoves and the comments made by this official from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on banning gas stoves.
Their claim is it's concern about harmful indoor pollutants such as nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide being released into the air and being considered by the Biden administration.
And anyway, Ben, welcome to the program.
Have I been in danger my entire adult life and just didn't know it?
Well, that's the thing.
Natural gas stoves have been very common since the middle of the last century.
And there's a few hundred million of us that managed to grow up around them and live to tell the tale.
So this claim that suddenly they're a great threat is very, very hard to believe.
And in fact, the studies involved are a handful of recent studies that come environmental greetings.
Well, I mean, of course it is.
Is there any danger?
Let me ask you, is there any danger to having a gas stove in your house or apartment?
Well, everything has at least a little bit of risk, but we know from experience natural gas stoves are safe.
Okay, I have a carbon monoxide alarm system as part of my alarm in my house.
If it was such a danger, and I cook at high heats, I like to cook at the stove, and I've got kind of like a commercial-grade stove because I cook every meal that I eat, and I like to cook.
So my question is, why wouldn't that carbon monoxide alarm go off if it was at such a high level?
Wouldn't that go off if it was a danger?
It would.
And natural gas stoves are simply not a danger.
We would have known this all along if they were.
Well, it's pretty unbelievable.
Tell me about the asthma study that triggered the latest uproar by these environmentalists and climate alarmists.
Well, this was a study that actually came from environmental groups who are really more concerned about climate change and are looking for excuses to go after natural gas, which is a greenhouse gas and they oppose it for climate reasons.
It claims harm to asthmatic children, but it ignores a lot of other studies, better done studies, that found no such risk.
So it's a very, very suspect, recent study that contradicts the rest of the literature.
So it's basically the same as the New Green Deal.
When you look at the New Green Deal, what does it say?
It's a bait and switch.
It's guaranteed government guaranteed job, guaranteed government wage, guaranteed government health care, guaranteed government healthy food, guaranteed government cradle to grave, womb to the tomb, early education, student loan forgiveness, etc.
None of those things have anything to do with the environment, but they call it, you know, the new Green Deal, and it has nothing to do with green.
In this case, this has, I'll use your words, you said everyone should understand this is actually climate policy by other means.
Absolutely.
And the problem for the Biden administration is that the public simply isn't buying climate change as this crisis that justifies a very expensive response.
So they have to hide what they're doing.
Here they hit it as supposedly protecting children, asthmatic children.
But it's climate policy.
And when the public finds out about it, as they did here, there will be a tremendous backlash.
Well, unbelievable.
I can't believe we're even talking about it.
Sort of like I never thought I'd see Congress having people on a committee asking people that were testifying whether or not biological men could ever bear children, but that happened too in my lifetime.
So I guess nothing should surprise me at this point.
Anyway, Ben Lieberman with the Competitive Institute, thank you for being with us.
Well, thank you for having me.
All right.
Thank you.
Chuck, New Mexico.
You're on the Sean Hannity Show.
What's up, Chuck?
How are you?
Hey, Sean.
How are you doing today?
I'm good, sir.
What's going on?
Happy Friday to you.
Yeah, to yourself.
Appreciate your show.
I was calling because something I hadn't heard being talked about is, you know, everybody's talking about electric stoves, but if you're not set up for it, the cost of plumbing in 220 to a home, into a kitchen, probably twice as much as the stove itself.
Right.
Well, I mean, where are we going to get the money?
Look, under Biden, inflation has cost the average American household over $10,000 because of Biden inflation.
You know, I can run through the list because it's rather extensive.
I actually brought it in today of how much everything's costing and how inflated everything is.
All right, gas prices came down.
That's a good thing.
I'm happy the gas prices came down.
But if you look at the price of eggs, guess what?
In December of 2020, it was $1.48 a dozen.
I paid nearly $10 a dozen the other day.
My wife tells me about that all the time.
She does our shopping, and she just came home the other day, and it's like, you know, a dozen eggs, you know, were upwards of $6.
And it's like, oh, my God.
Coffee.
We love eggs.
Bread, butter, cheese, milk, even ground beef, whatever you want, chicken, all through the roof.
Depending on your home, like I said, if you're already plumbed for natural gas, to change that to 220 requires a whole lot you got to think about from the service box and then getting it all the way to the kitchen for a 220 outlet because I don't know of any 110 stoves unless you're talking about toaster ovens and heating plates and the like.
So I don't think that they've considered that, you know, and if they're going to give away money for a stove, well, that's just a tip of the iceberg.
Yeah, I think that's really well said.
All right, Chuck, appreciate it, buddy.
God bless you.
And keep that fire up hot, high.
Keep it in there.
Don't give up your gas stove.
I'm not letting them take my stove.
But what about Joe Biden?
Did you see the picture?
Dr. Jill?
Dr. Jill was cooking on a gas stove.
You know what I want to do?
This is what I want to do.
What do you want to do?
I want to do, you know, you got this nice town hall series.
I think we should take the show on the road and visit all of these Democrats voting against gas stoves.
And let's do a tour of their kitchens.
What do you cook on?
I guarantee you, 90% of them have a gas stove.
Let's get it on the record.
I've had an electric stove.
It sucks.
I have one now.
I can tell you I use it every day.
It is the worst invention ever made in my life.
It's awful.
I can't tell you how much crap I burn, including things that shouldn't be on the dang thing.
You can't cook, though.
Oh!
I am a very good cook.
No, you're not.
Yes, I am.
Okay, how do you make your french fries?
Okay, that's not cooking.
Okay, french fries come in a plastic bag and then you toss them.
If you want to talk about real french fries, potatoes, how do you cook?
I make them in oil.
You do?
Of course.
Wow, poor Liam is not going to be as traumatized as I once thought.
You use, you know, high fat that works in high temperatures, like, you know, avocado.
I use avocado oil.
You do.
I use it as a spray.
I use olive oil.
What do you make an avocado oil?
As a spray.
My breakfast every day.
I grill onions and avocado oil.
That makes a lot of sense.
Okay.
Okay.
And I use it all the time.
Yeah.
Do you want to resend your comment about my cooking now?
No, because I'm a better cook.
That's all there is to it.
So the next Hannity Town Hall will be our cook-off.
Okay, what are you going to make?
Where I smack the crap out of you.
I'm going to make a nice filet mignon.
Filet mignon.
Okay.
I don't like filet mignon.
You know why?
Why not?
It's the worst part of a steak.
Oh, that's just because you're cooking it wrong.
So you want marble in your steak.
You want the ribeye.
Exactly.
Bone and ribeye is a thousand times more tasty.
That's just because you're cooking it wrong.
You know what?
Linda will teach you how to cook it right.
Okay.
And I can do that on any stove because I'm an expert now on electric and gas.
I know you're only proficient in one.
And that's fine.
I'm not going to judge you on that lack of, you know.
Okay.
And I can make any seafood dish you ever want, the best taliban you've ever done.
No, wait a minute.
The best salmon you've ever had.
You worked in a restaurant, so you're going to have to.
The best shrimp you can ever want in your life.
I can make the best burger you've ever had in your life.
Wait, I'm going to give you a compliment.
The best shrimp I ever had in my life was made by Sean Hannity.
When did I make it?
Oh, my God.
A thousand years ago, the whole team was out at the house, TV and radio.
I made shrimp scampi.
No, you made shrimp on the grill.
Oh, I grilled a grill.
I do grill.
Grill.
You used rosemary and sage and something else.
And you know, it was like, you know, Scarborough Fair.
Yes.
We don't want the grill.
But it was very, very good.
Well, I like cooking.
All right, quick break, right back.
We'll continue.
We'll get to more of your calls.
800-941-Sean on number as we continue.

Back to our busy phones.
Todd is in Florida.
Todd, how are you?
I'm well, Sean.
How are you?
I'm good, sir.
What's going on?
Hey, just real quick.
I've been a conservative Republican since I was old enough to vote, but these last 16 years, I've really been disenfranchised with the entire political system.
Love Trump or hate him.
He really did expose a lot of corruption in the government and what's going on.
But my question was, you know, now that they found a second set of documents, I have a hard time believing, and that this is part of my disenfranchisement, that I just don't think anything's going to happen.
Maybe a slap on the wrist, but I just think they're going to do everything they can.
They've already shown how corrupt they are as a party to just make this go away, sweep it under the rug, and move on to another topic of, you know, listen.
The Democrats won't lift a finger.
The Democrats and media mob will say this is the insurrectionist investigation.
It's not.
Exactly.
At the heart of the Biden syndicate investigation, it goes right into all of the monies from all of the foreign countries being paid to members of Joe's family, his lying about his involvement, and how much of the money went to Joe.
According to Hunter, he says his dad Pops took half his salary.
He complained about paying all of Pops' bills.
He complained a lot about money, putting 10% away for the big guy.
Who's the big guy?
Tony Bobolinski says the big guy is.
There's so many people that will be exposed, and I just don't see anything happening.
Well, I mean, we do have right now a dual justice system.
That's why, in tandem, Jim Jordan is investigating the FBI being politicized, and we now have eyewitnesses.
Where do you watch Hannity tonight?
I have an FBI agent who wrote a piece, Why I Left the FBI.
Now, it happens to be a woman, and she has been excoriated by many in the deep state.
But I have friends in the FBI, I have people that have retired from the FBI that I know.
They all say the same thing.
This is not the FBI that it used to be that they signed up for.
And whatever politic, whatever it's going to take, this church-like committee, hopefully, will change and bring them back to their original mission, which is to be non-political and the premier law enforcement agency in the world and stop putting their thumb on the scales when it comes to presidential elections and stop hiding documents.
They knew six days before the election about Joe's top secret class.
Why didn't they tell us?
Why did they tell big tech companies for week every week, week in and week out, oh, you might get this information, and it may be about Hunter.
No wonder why they didn't want to print the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Why did the FBI give Twitter $3.5 million?
All of this is going to be exposed.
And then Republicans have a challenge.
They've got work to do.
And their biggest job right now is figuring out what is the ballot game that the Democrats, their strategies in playing ballots, not playing old-fashioned politics, convincing people their ideas are better and kissing babies, shaking hands, doing press avails, town halls, doing rallies.
No, they do none of that.
They don't even want to debate.
They hide.
They run negative ads and they race to ballot harvest as legal in whatever state.
And that's it.
So Republicans have a lot of work to do in terms of either changing the laws or B, matching and hopefully outperforming Democrats in what they do.
And for everybody listening, that means for you, this reluctance and resistance against early voting and voting by mail, you can't let this continue.
You can't start on Election Day down 750,000 votes and expect to win.
You just can't.
And Florida, by the way, they do it right.
They've had their tough years, but they got it fixed.
So I would prefer a same-day vote.
I'm not going to lose our governor.
I think he'd make a good president.
Well, listen, one day, I have no doubt one day that Ron DeSantis is likely to be president.
I don't have any doubt about that.
You know, I'm not getting into the primary stuff now.
Good grief.
Can I have a little time to breathe?
Just a little.
A little downtime.
Thank you, my friend.
800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.

You won't regret it.
All right, let's get to Joanne.
She's in New York.
Joanne, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, Sean.
How are you?
I'm from Nesticlog, New York.
What's going on?
Long Island.
Yeah.
I want to know, how do we know that Robert Hurt, even though Trump appointed him U.S. Attorney in Maryland, how do we know that he is not compromised?
I am very worried.
I don't trust the FBI right now, not all the FBI.
I don't trust the CIA.
I don't understand why there's other CIA directors being on TV that are bad.
Everything you say is true.
Everything you know is true.
We have, you have the information of everything that's gone with everybody.
Why are they only going after the Republicans and nothing ever happens to the Democrats?
I'm a conservative.
I'm done.
I'm mad as anything.
Well, you should be mad.
You have every right to be mad.
We watched what happened with the people involved in the Russia hoax.
Hillary Clinton wasn't held accountable for top secret classified information.
The media mob and, of course, the Biden DOJ made the biggest deal over Donald Trump and the hypocrisy reeks to high heaven.
This is why this investigation, and this is why I wanted people to work this out before January 3rd.
And people have distorted what I have said.
By the way, Linda, you notice the people that distort what I say are not the people that were getting the crap beaten out of them when they support, like me, by supporting Trump early.
Glenn Beck, Penn Shapiro.
I like both of them.
There are a lot of people who really like to play Monday morning quarterbacks.
Where were they early in the Trump campaign?
First of all, I would like credit for the analogy.
Yes.
And the reference to football.
First of all.
Second of all, I think it's really, really sad that there's just a lot of this in our political society right now where they want to talk a lot and make a lot of fun of people.
And at the end of the day, you know, you were literally out on a limb.
I mean, out on a limb by yourself, and people hated you for doing it.
And then when he started to gain steam and they thought, uh-oh, he actually might do this.
They're like, oh, yeah, he's great.
We didn't mean it when we called him a bleep, bleep, bleep, leap.
We didn't mean any of that.
You know, you've the one thing I will say about you, and I said this to Katie just the other day, you know, I've been here a long time and there have been many times where you and I don't always agree on things.
But the one thing that I will say about you is you have a strange gift of foresight, of being able to see something down the road and saying, I actually think it's going to be this.
And you are typically right.
Nobody wanted to hear this from me about the agenda.
Now, Joanne brings up a great point here.
And that is very simply that the agenda was set.
Now, I also said, but again, people only hear what they want to hear.
If Kevin McCarthy, after week one, by the way, he's kept his promises.
They had a great week one.
If, for example, they don't stand firm and together on the debt ceiling and come up with a plan that is tough and viable and fiscally responsible, that's going to be his first big test.
We'll see how he does.
Joanne, but to answer your question, we don't have equal justice or application of our laws.
However, with the tandem investigations that were promised and agreed to by everybody, which I had supported from oh years ago, I think we're going to learn a lot.
And I think there's a lot that they're not going to be able to hide.
And can I point out another point for you?
One last thing.
Let me finish this.
One thing.
The biggest thing that we've got to watch for here is the money and the Biden family and the money and where it came from.
The influence.
The money that went to the Penn Biden Center, anonymous Chinese nationals, $47.7 million specifically when he was there.
That's a lot of money.
And then the investigation into Chinese espionage magically goes away because U Penn professors want it to go away after all this money comes flooding in from China, $67 million total.
Not an accident.
The quid pro quo with Ukraine, fire the prosecutor or you don't get a billion dollars.
The prosecutor's investigating zero experience Hunter.
You know, Kazakhstan, Russia, and all these other countries, this is where their big legal problem is.
I don't know.
I think it's going to immerse them in so much water that they're going to be gulping and they will be drowning.
And I don't know how they get out of it, even with the help of the media and the help of a corrupt system that we currently have that hopefully will be fixed because of changes made by Jim Jordan and others.
Yes, what did you want to say?
So to your point, I'll speak to the Biden-China crime syndicate first, which is that I believe in my heart of hearts that this is what they want.
They want to get rid of Biden.
They want to get rid of Hunter.
He was never the favorite.
He's not the favorite now.
He's walking around.
He makes no sense.
You know, we got word Sally Kamala and then we've got Lost in Space Biden.
I mean, it's just a bit of a sham show.
Having said all of that, I think it's interesting to watch KJP yesterday and today, you know, trying to get through these pressers, these White House pressers, and she's having this conversation with a reporter and saying, I don't know why we have to have this contention.
And I'm like, you have one reporter on one day from your side of the aisle giving you a hard time.
Imagine being Kaylee McInanney or Sarah Huckabee for five minutes when the whole room hates you and fights you all day long.
You got one tough question, and it's not even based on, you know, it's based on fact.
You know, we're looking at the facts.
As far as McCarthy goes, you know, we all talked about this.
Everybody wanted Jim Jordan.
We like Jim Jordan.
He's a stalwart.
He's a man of his word.
He's just got such character and just such a great moral compass.
I think he's where he's supposed to be.
He didn't want it.
He didn't want it.
But let me finish.
To your point, and you and I had some behind the closed door conversations about this that don't need to be said on air.
But, you know, Kevin McCarthy, whether you love him or you hate him, at the end of the day, he was the person that was most moderate on our side of the aisle to bring everybody to the table.
And I don't know that we would have had that with anybody else.
We wanted Jim Jordan.
Jim Jordan didn't want it.
Who else could do it?
That was Kevin McCarthy.
And now we have our agenda.
Looks like we just have to move forward.
I would prefer that the entire Republican caucus be the Freedom Caucus.
It's not the Tuesday group, the study group, the Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday group.
You got the moderates.
You got the liberal Republicans.
You got people in marginal districts that have to cater their politics to that district.
Have you heard the new, I was saying this to Katie the other day being defined as a conservative liberal, a liberal conservative?
Whatever the hell it is.
What is it?
I don't know.
People are calling them.
I'm like, what is a liberal conservative?
You know what?
The bottom line is for an entire career, I have stood up for conservative principles.
And when applied properly, they work for the American people.
I don't waiver on that.
I'm never going to waiver on that.
All right.
Thank you.
Appreciate the call, Joanne.
Let's get to our busy phones.
Jim in Illinois.
Hey, Jim, how are you?
Happy Friday to you, sir.
Happy Friday, Sean.
You know what?
I got to tell you, I got the answers for all your previous callers.
This whole thing was contrived from the beginning.
You know, when they knew that Trump had those documents, the FBI was over there, made him change locks.
And I think that they knew that they couldn't really get down and prosecute him on this because of the Presidential Records Act.
But I think they kept this on the back burner because they knew about these classified docs that Joe had.
I think that there's something very strange about this in my mind.
I'm not speculating.
Well, I'm going to speculate, but I have no proof, no evidence at all whatsoever.
But having done this for as many years as I have, my gut tells me there's something else in play here.
And it seems, and I'm guessing, this is speculation, an educated guess, if you will, that there are people that knew about this and wanted this to come out.
And remember, Joe, we're expecting sometime in February, we were told, that's what we were reading, was going to announce that he was going to run for reelection.
So somebody wanted this out.
Did it happen accidentally once, now twice, and in three places?
I don't know.
Maybe I'm too cynical in my old age.
I agree with you, Jim.
Give me the last word.
Sean, you got to get this.
The fact is this party does everything poll tested, even the words they used, everything.
So they knew about this, and it took them time before they thought, you know what, I don't know the reason that those documents had to come out.
Why didn't they just burn them?
Nobody would have known he had them.
But for some reason, that stuff must have been able, must be going to have been coming out.
So they got ahead of it.
They raid Trump.
Then they say, oh, you know what?
You know, if we can't charge Trump, we can't charge Biden or Trump.
We're not going to charge one.
We're not charging either.
And that's why the Stoves issue comes out.
You know, all of a sudden, they're going after our Stoves, but they're not going after our Stoves.
But it sure does take up a lot of the news cycle.
And, you know, and how much time are we talking about the Stoves?
That will never happen.
They always want to distract all the time.
You know, Biden's trip to the border.
Oh, that was good timing.
Anyway, Jim, appreciate it.
John in Florida.
John, happy Friday to you.
Thank you for checking in.
How are you?
Hey, Sean, happy Friday.
Longtime fan, first-time caller.
I have a hypothesis on this.
I think they were about to charge President Trump with something, and someone within the Department of Justice was going to be a whistleblower and said, no way are we able to do this and move forward because then you're going to have to ultimately charge a sitting.
And I can't even call him president.
I'm sorry.
I can't.
I can't.
It just is beyond me.
But I think something's going to come out that there's a whistleblower within the Department of Justice.
And that person came out, and that's why they had to come forward and say we found these things because they've known for months.
They've known for probably six or seven months, well before they raided Trump.
So there's, I haven't.
Well, they raided Trump in August.
The timeline is very simple here.
And I went through it in great detail and specificity last night.
They knew about these documents on November 2nd.
They didn't tell us before the election.
And then two weeks after that, they appointed a special prosecutor for Trump, but not for Biden.
Anyway, John, have a good weekend.
Kent, Utah, next Sean Hannity show.
Thanks for having me on.
Happy Friday to you.
Happy Friday, sir.
So I agree with you 100% on this issue that I think they're muddying up a pig so that they can bring in something else and make it look prettier.
My question really is: who's pulling those strings?
Who's that puppet master saying, hey, we've got to make Biden not appealing to even Democrats?
We've got to make it that it's not a policy issue.
It's not a direction we're taking him.
It's something he did.
So he's either extremely stupid with these documents and he shouldn't have done that.
And now all of a sudden, the view of Biden starts changing even among Democrats so that we can put up who we want to run two years from now.
And then we don't lose any, we don't lose faith.
We don't lose any credibility in the Democratic Party.
Getting rid of Biden because he's old won't work, is what you're saying.
Exactly.
That wouldn't play well with the average citizen, right?
You can't do that just because he's old.
What we need to do is we need to show incompetence without showing incompetence in the Democratic Party.
So all of a sudden, now they drop these things that they knew about.
And I don't know who they are.
I wish I did.
I'm sure you know way better than I do, but I don't know who they are.
And that's what's scary about it.
I feel like this is a, I wouldn't call it a head fake, but I'd certainly call it a precursor to more things to come.
I wouldn't be surprised if soon here we start hearing more about Biden's health issues, you know, talking a little bit about his competency, those kind of things, so that when he doesn't announce that he's running, that he's going to quote unquote step down, they can put up whoever they want, and the rest of the Democratic Party can put support behind them without looking like we're not supporting our guy.
Well, all I know is I don't think it's going to be the document issue that takes down Biden.
I think the issue is going to be the money and what he knew and how he lied.
He lied so flagrantly about never once did I ever speak to Hunter about my foreign business partnerships or dealings.
And we have so much evidence now to the contrary.
And I think that's his greatest vulnerability.
And we'll know very quickly as Jim Comer's investigation begins to ratchet up.
Watch what the media says.
Watch what other Democrats say.
And if they start sounding a little bit like me, even in the slightest way, if they're critical, that means they are looking to dump Biden.

Now we want to tell you about pre-born.
Now, this incredible group, they're making a huge, huge impact on those expecting.
And by using science, they're rescuing over 200,000 babies from abortions.
Every single day, their clinics now are saving 150 babies' lives.
Here's how it works: when a mother with an unplanned pregnancy goes to one of the pre-born centers and sees the baby on ultrasound, now 4D.
It's incredible.
And here's that heartbeat.
They have discovered that the baby's chances of survival is doubled.
And pre-born receives no government funding.
Their clinics are completely dependent on you, me, and people that are pro-life and the pro-life community.
