Stay right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
All right, news roundup information overload hour 800-941-Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, we have a lot of news as it relates to the immigration issue and the disaster that is known as the Biden border policies, which are really not policies.
Now, when you add the Department of Homeland Security numbers of gotaways with the numbers that we know of people that entered this country illegally, in two years, it's 5 million people.
Biden finally visits the border just, you know, really after they clean up El Paso, which was a scandal to me in and of itself.
And yet the border problem just continues and goes on and on and on.
Mexico's president actually thanked Biden for halting construction of Trump's border wall.
You, President Biden, you're the first president of the United States in a very long time that has not built even one meter of wall.
Oh, okay.
Thank you for letting us have open borders to your country and not respecting your laws, your sovereignty, and your borders.
By the way, in New York City, migrants are trashing taxpayer-funded hotel rooms.
They're throwing alcohol-fueled parties, and they're not liking the food that they're giving every single day.
So they're throwing that food out, which is costing a fortune.
And that's exactly what's going on here.
But Joe Biden talked specifically about Republicans being responsible for this, which is just a lie, just like so many other lies he tells.
And then, of course, he said expanding the parole program will help reduce people illegal trying to cross the border.
No, it won't.
Building a wall, stay in Mexico, go back to the Trump policies, that'll fix the problem.
So what we found out, and not just in my visit to El Paso, but before that, we found out is that our Republican friends and some few Democrats are very critical of what's going on on the border, but yet refuse to even look at the detailed document I submitted for the Congress to consider to reform the process completely.
And so number one, right now, a majority of our migrants are coming from four countries, Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, and Nicaragua.
And we're expanding a very successful parole program we had with regard to Venezuela to Cuba and to Nicaragua and to Haiti to provide safe and orderly and humane processing for people fleeing those countries to come to the United States and claiming under the seeking asylum.
This is going to reduce the number of people legally trying to cross, illegally trying to cross the border.
Oh, okay.
Now, Republicans have had it.
Congressman Pat Fallon, he is from Texas, their fourth district, has now filed yesterday a motion to remove Alejandro Mayorkas from his position as the Secretary of Homeland Security.
And anyway, he's saying the invasion that's happening at our southern border is a strain on the nation and every front, and it cannot be sustained.
He's absolutely right.
The resolution accuses Mayorkas of not maintaining operational control over the border.
Congressman Fallon cites the Secretary's attempts to eliminate Title 42, ending the migrant protection protocols and terminating contracts for additional border wall construction.
Now, these articles of impeachment came in late last night, originally filed on January 3rd, but they were delayed because of the prolonged House Speaker vote.
And Congressman Fallon joins us now.
Sir, how are you?
John, thanks for having me on.
You're a gentleman scholar, inspiration, and truth-telling great Americans.
Man, did I do something wrong?
That usually doesn't, that doesn't happen to me very often.
Well, this is a serious issue here because of their policies, the cartels now pretty much control the border.
The people that they are trafficking across that border, they're making a fortune on them.
They're also threatening their families in many cases.
We know human trafficking exists.
We have now captured enough fentanyl to kill every American, you know, five, ten times over.
It's where 90% of America's heroin is coming into the country.
And they have done nothing but enable and support this.
Never mind the hundred people on the terror watch list that they caught last year.
How many didn't they catch?
Well, that's right, Sean.
You know, we've never had a month where we had over 200,000 illegal border crossings ever in our history.
The last nine months in a row have been over 200,000.
According to the UN, there's 193 countries.
160 of them have had people crossing the border illegally.
As you just said, there's over 100 people that were on the terrorist watch list that we apprehended.
5 million people under Joe Biden's watch.
And I thank you for mentioning the cartels because they are controlling the southern border, not our own federal government.
They make about, Sean, $25 billion a year on illegal narcotics trafficking, but $13 billion now on top of that from human smuggling.
And in your clip, Joe Biden just said that this was the greatest migration this hemisphere has seen.
No, it's also the largest sexual trafficking operation that human history has ever seen, and Joe Biden is helping facilitate it.
Well, that's the point.
And also offering preferential treatment.
For example, in the middle of a pandemic, I would think the vaccine mandate should apply to illegal immigrants.
It does not.
That's not even a COVID test.
I would think that we would insist people follow our legal process if they want to come to this country.
But we certainly should be doing background checks on anybody entering the country to make sure they don't have radical associations.
And lastly, if you're going to come into this country, you need to be able to prove that you're able to take care of yourself financially because the American people cannot afford this.
Sean, if the Democrats are such Hypocrites, if they didn't have double standards, they'd have no standards at all.
5 million people crossed the border, and we don't even know who they are.
And, you know, one of my colleagues, I won't mention any names, so I'll give you her initials, Veronica Escobar from El Paso, a Democrat, was saying that when I had a simple amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act last year, that national security is, or border security is a national security issue.
She claimed racism.
So then I pointed out to her that of the 3.8 million people that are waiting to come to this country legally, waiting in line patiently for up to nine years on average, these are the people that we want to come here rooting for, respecting the laws and the rules of the country that they want to become a part of.
He said, 95% of those folks are people of color.
Why always inject race when it has nothing to do with this?
This is about our country of putting Americans first.
I don't care where people come from.
I'm the product of immigration, legal immigration.
All four of my grandparents came from Ireland, landed at Ellis Island.
I support, as long as we do our background check, you don't have radical associations, a health check in the middle of a pandemic, a means test.
People have to be able to take care of themselves while they are here.
I don't care where you come from.
If you're one of the lucky ones that get these highly coveted positions, I would love it.
Now, there really isn't a desire, is there, by Democrats to stop this because we know because Chuck Schumer said it outright, he wants to offer amnesty to all illegal immigrants.
That's their next step.
No, they've supported open border.
It's a de facto open border now.
And the reason why legal migration issued, as you just so adroitly pointed out, is something we support is it makes us our country stronger.
But when you allow, as the Democrats have, mass unlawful migration, you allow people to cut the line, that's patently unfair and it's patently un-American.
We can't move it on.
We don't have the money for this, Sean.
I mean, I served eight years in the Texas legislature.
You know the cost that Texas and other states bear for education when you have this many illegals in health care and then unfortunately in crime as well.
It is unsustainable and it has to be addressed.
How many congressmen do you think will sign on to this on the Republican side?
Well, yesterday we just filed and we had over a dozen.
Is it 20 right now?
My staff just said 20.
I think it's going to end up being probably 100.
And I do that.
I just talked to Jamie Comer, the chair of Oversight, who's doing a great job.
He's a great member.
And we're going to have hearings on this.
I think it's going to pass out a committee, and I really do think it's going to hit the floor.
And for the first time since 1876, and the only time in history, I think we're going to impeach a cabinet member.
That would be amazing.
Let's see what happens in the Senate when the trial takes place.
We appreciate all that you're doing.
By the way, a little side note: I understand you played under Lou Holtz, one of the greatest football coaches of all time at Notre Dame, and were part of the team that won the 1988 national championship.
Is that true?
Yes, sir.
And Coach Holtz said he knew I was very reliable, one of the most reliable players you ever had, because when he put me in, he knew we were going to win the game.
But of course, he wouldn't put me in unless we're up by 30.
Is that really true?
Yeah, pretty much.
Listen, you still played for Notre Dame.
I didn't.
You should be proud of it.
Thank you, my friend.
Thanks, John.
God bless.
All right, quick break.
We'll hit the phones.

All right, back to our busy phones.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, let's say hi to Jeff.
He's in Colorado.
Jeff, how are you?
Glad you called.
Longtime listener, first time caller.
Welcome aboard.
Harry S. Truman said, you show me a man that's a politician that gets rich, and I'll show you a crook.
I'm telling you right now, these politicians at $174,000 a year after a couple of terms become millionaires.
There's something wrong.
And the most important thing is the illegal aliens that are coming across and the elite in Washington, D.C., Clintons, Biden, Obama, NSA, FBI, all those people that have gotten a pass and even a treason pass from spying on Donald Trump as a candidate and then a president.
And then the only ones that are held accountable are the poor citizens and taxpayers of this country.
And I'm tired of it.
I mean, if they want to say they're going to carry on their methodology and the 75 million that voted for Donald Trump don't have to pay federal tax, then I'm okay with that.
They can do whatever they want.
But I don't want a single red dime of my tax dollars going to anything that they have schemed up.
I want them to shut down the government and Social Security, Medicare, and the federal and the military will take care of itself.
And I want them to reevaluate where our tax dollars are going.
If we're sending tax dollars across the country, and if we're sending tax dollars to Mexico and South America to try to keep them there, and they're not keeping them there, then cut all that funding off.
Cut it all off.
I'm with you on all of it.
I think that I got the very, very keen sense that Republicans are serious as it relates to issues involving the budget.
Somebody, you know, there's always got to be the parent, the bad guy, the person that, you know, gives you, makes you eat spinach instead of pasta with butter, right?
And the Republicans, we're looking at 30-plus trillion in debt.
And Joe Biden has taken on more debt more quickly by far, almost three times what Obama took in in his first two years.
We cannot sustain ourselves as a country spending money we don't have, robbing that money from our children.
It's got to stop.
And so you're going to need some adults to draw a line in the sand.
There'll be, you know, a lot of screaming and yelling and predictions of doom and gloom and death and destruction because the government's going to shut down.
The government never shuts down.
It's a big lie.
Essential services always continue.
You can fund Social Security.
You can fund Medicare.
You can fund the military.
And usually other workers end up getting a free vacation because when they get back, Congress usually gives them back pay.
So I'm just tired of this game, but it is pivotal.
This is the power, one of the most powerful things that the majority has.
Power of subpoena, the power of the purse.
They need to use it.
Anyway, good call, my friend.
Alice, Indiana, next Sean Hannity Show.
Hi, Alice.
How are you?
Hi, Sean.
How are you today?
I'm good, ma'am.
Thank you.
Hey, I got a question for you.
And tell me if you think this and if they can stop it.
I think on November 2nd, when they found them papers, they held them till after the election.
And when Congress elected the Speaker and Republicans took the House, they were worried that they were going to set up all these committees, which they're doing.
And now they're going to investigate the Hunter Biden thing, and they're going to throw this papers in with it.
And I think the reason that they lawyered up and Merrick Garland, who would never bring a lawsuit or an investigation against a Democrat in his life, immediately brought up an investigation.
And I think the only reason they did that is so when they bring up that committee and they start questioning all these guys, they're all going to say they can't testify because it's under investigation.
And I think they're going to try to stop it.
Look, they're going to try any and everything they possibly can.
You know, the idea that some people think it's okay that the Biden family cashed in and made all this money and that Joe Biden lied and they don't want to investigate that is unbelievable to me, especially the people that, you know, if Donald Trump burped in the morning, they want to investigate, you know, what he was eating the night before.
We can't investigate Ukraine and Russia and China and the Biden family syndicate and the millions of dollars, which seems like on paper the biggest influence peddling scandal ever in history.
This is going to happen regardless of what they want.
They don't want an investigation into the FBI and them putting their thumb on the scale of presidential elections and other elections, and they're involving themselves.
We now know the reason why big tech did not run the New York Post story because every week they were meeting with the FBI that was warning them that's likely Russian disinformation.
By the way, Twitter, here's $3.5 million.
No, that needs to be investigated.
And we need a church committee and we need to clean out the deep state.
Anyway, appreciate the call.
Thank you for being with us.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, quick break right back.
Your calls on the other side.

All right, let's get to our busy telephones here.
Let's say hi to Angie is in the great cold state of Minnesota.
What's up, Angie?
How are you?
A lot of good hockey players up there.
I'll tell you that.
Yeah, there's not much else.
There's a lot of ice.
There really is.
Have you ever gone ice fishing?
Oh, God.
Yes.
When I was a child, my dad dragged us to every lake in Minnesota, I swear.
And I haven't been for a long, long time because I think that's where I got frostbite.
So I just stay indoors as much as I can.
I've never been ice fishing, but I watch shows and I see these people.
They go out there and they're freezing cold and they got their drill and they got their little tent set up.
And sure enough, they're pulling up some pretty big fish some days.
Well, I'm not a fan just because you're sitting there staring at a hole in the ice praying supper swims by.
And I just don't like it.
Just seems like a waste of time to me.
Well, fishing can be fun.
I mean, one of my best friends loves fishing.
He gets up every day at like 4 a.m.
You want to meet me?
I'm like, hell no, I'm going to bed at 4 a.m.
In the summertime, put me in a boat in the middle of a lake.
I'm good for the day.
So, you know, that's fine.
That's my version of retirement one day, just to be able to go fishing whenever, wherever I want.
But, no, I like that.
In the winter, I go down south and I visit my kids who live in Texas and Georgia.
Well, why don't you go live with them?
Why don't you go live down there?
You don't have to live with them.
You can live in your own place.
Why don't you go?
Why would you stay in the cold weather in Minnesota?
Lake Wobogam, where all the women are strong, all the men good looking, and all the kids above average.
No, the men drink beer and the women.
Well, I'm finally at a point where I'm making enough money where I can actually save up for retirement.
That's the only reason I'm here.
But I keep looking.
So anyway, but, you know, I was listening to the news yesterday about this whole nonsense about banning gas stoves.
And I had owned a pizzeria at one time.
And I got to thinking, you know, there's got to be an agenda going on here because there's no restaurant that I'm aware of that uses electric appliances.
So, you know, you look at Gordon Ramsey, he's got gas appliances.
All these good ones do.
And then you look at the fast food places.
You know, they've got the gas deep fryers.
You know, none of those are electric.
So you got to wonder, what are they really up to here?
Because a lot of these places aren't going to be able to afford to, you know, just turn everything over into electricity.
These people are insane.
There's no other way to sugarcoat this.
You know, when I worked as a cook in a restaurant, I will tell you, you need gas stoves to cook.
I only prefer gas.
I wouldn't want to buy any other stove.
No, exactly.
And here's the other side of the coin is, all right, so now everybody's converted to electric.
And the rest of the restaurants, the mom and pop places that didn't, you know, get killed with COVID are now going to go under with all of these expenses.
And then what's to stop them from quadrupling the price of electricity and just putting the kibosh on every other eatery in the world?
Let me tell you something.
This is insane.
You got people like AOC saying and tweeting out that gas stoves are linked to brain damage.
Obviously, she's been around one her whole life because that's a brain damage comment.
Enough with the nanny state.
You know, Wall Street Journal editorial.
They're coming for our gas stoves, and they're giving us a phony excuse telling us the Consumer Product Safety Commission said that they're considering a ban.
They're not even giving you the choice.
They want a full-on ban, which, by the way, is not good for the American Gas Association.
They fired back on this.
But they're telling us it's in our best interest to do so.
By the way, it's not the only thing they want to ban.
The proposal by the Department of Energy would rule out or phase out the use of compact fluorescent light bulbs as part of the efforts of the Biden crazy climate cult to remove less energy efficient bulbs from the market.
Well, I happen to like the bulbs that work, that are bright, that give me the light that I need.
Thank you very much.
Just get out of my life.
And by the way, if they're really concerned about the environment, why is Pete Buddha Judge?
Why is Mayor Pete flying to New York City to do a radio interview and meet with the ACLU, which is what he did yesterday?
Well, yeah, that's all on our dime, too.
So he gets, you know, all of these little vacations and trips to further his agenda.
But I just don't understand where they think that this is all coming from.
And where is it going to end?
It doesn't end.
Look, for example, if they really felt, if the government believed what they said about cigarettes, they wouldn't be profiting from cigarettes.
They would stop profiting from cigarettes.
And what they would do is an outright ban.
They tried to do it to Jewel.
But the reality is Americans believe in freedom.
Americans aren't stupid.
If you smoke, you know the dangers associated with smoking.
If you drink too much, you know the dangers of that.
If you do drugs, you're an idiot.
I mean, there's nothing else.
I can't add any more to that.
You're going to ruin your life.
That's the end of that, especially these hard drugs.
I don't want to be told that I can't buy a big gulp.
Not that I'd ever buy one, but I want to be able to buy one if I want one.
Going back to the gas stove thing, is if it was, and it is a flimsy, flimsy excuse, if they were so dangerous, how come we haven't been dropping dead for the last hundred years that we've had them in our home?
Interesting question.
Great observation.
That's called common sense intelligence being applied, something that is lacking among these climate alarmists.
All right, we could talk all day.
Angie, go out, have yourself a nice walk in the freezing cold weather and don't go fishing tonight, all right?
No, I won't.
I'm heading to Texas.
I'm going to visit my daughter.
Exactly.
You should be living down in Texas.
You'll save a lot of money also.
All right, let's get to our busy phones as we say hi to Zachary.
He's in Kentucky.
What's up, Zachary?
How are you?
Good.
How are you?
What did you think of Mitch McConnell and Joe Biden walking around and patting themselves on the back about how great they are?
Well, I don't tell you, we wouldn't too pleased with it here in Kentucky.
What's going on?
Well, I'm sitting here with a big gulf right now as I speak to you.
Are you serious?
And I am.
I am serious.
And I had a question about the IRS, about the 87,000 IRS agents.
I know that Kevin McCarthy and the Republicans have repealed that, but does that actually repeal them or does that have to go through the Senate and signed by the president?
I understand.
Look, we're coming up on a debt ceiling crisis.
So the Republicans and their desire to live within our means will have a very powerful impact on all of these issues.
So, you know, as we move towards the debt ceiling discussion, you know, one of the things McCarthy said last night that a lot of people didn't pick up on, they should have, is that he's already told Chuck Schumer, don't send me an omnibus bill.
We're not going to touch it.
You can send over appropriations bills as per the usual process.
And you can send over, you know, we'll line item veto every bit of reckless spending that you have.
And if you guys choose to shut down the government because you want money that you shouldn't be spending, well, then shut it down.
So I think that fight's going to come, and I think it'll have some teeth to it.
Does that answer your question?
Yes, I believe so.
You know, with the IRS in particular, you know, most of that money is going towards agents.
Is all of it?
No, but most of it is.
We know what they're doing.
I read you the article yesterday that came out.
The study points out that working Americans are audited way more in terms of percentage than, quote, those evil rich people at America.
And that because that's where the bulk of money is.
I'll tell you the sad reality: most people that I've ever met that have any money, they're not stupid.
And most people I know, I don't know people that cheat on their taxes.
If you do, you're a fool because they'll come after you.
And especially, you know, if you're a conservative, they'd love to put you in jail, you know, for spitting on the sidewalk.
So most people have people that are called accountants, financial firms, and they go over every single item in terms of one's portfolio.
And what they discover in the portfolio is, very simply, you know, that they have this tax deduction available for them.
By the way, Washington gave it to them.
They just used the tax deductions that Washington gave.
Remember, all the fuss, all the years, where's Donald Trump's taxes?
Donald Trump's taxes came out.
And not one person that I saw ever said he did a single thing wrong, except he followed the deductions that are allowed by law.
And that's their doing.
That's not his doing.
He didn't make up those rules.
They made up those rules that people can have deductions.
Now, what did Joe Biden do?
He raised taxes on coal, on oil, on gas.
He raised taxes on your retirement fund, and he raised corporate taxes by $220-some-odd billion dollars.
That means all of that is going to be passed on to all of us.
Every one of those news taxes will hurt the poor, the middle class, and people on fixed incomes the most.
But they did it anyway.
And then the IRS agents, you know, I say you're going to basically, that means every American will get the Hannity treatment because it seems like my taxes get pulled every year.
And my paperwork's in order.
I pay my taxes.
I follow the law.
I advise people all the time: don't mess around with this.
They'll come after you one day and don't do it.
Yes, sir.
Well, I appreciate it.
I was just wondering if that money that they repealed would actually do away with that or if it would just have more of an impact later.
My prediction is that money by the time everything is said and done is gone.
They won't get it.
Yeah.
All right, Benny.
I appreciate it.
Appreciate the call.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program as we go back to our phones and say hi to Peters in Illinois.
Peter, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, Sean, how are you today?
I'm good, sir.
What's going on?
I'm a little bit upset with this whole Biden and top secret paperwork that they found at his Penn Biden storage facility.
Number one, it was taken in 2016, 17, whatever.
He was not president.
He was VP.
The vice president never has had the authority to take top secret information.
Only the president can do that.
We had some mixed reviews or we had conflicting information yesterday.
We did clarify it.
No, a vice president cannot declassify information.
He took classified information.
Now, there's no specific process for a president to declassify.
And Trump, on an interview with me, said, I could just say in my head, all right, that's going to be declassified, and it's declassified.
He was made fun of.
But the point is, there is not a process that exists for that.
Well, and the other thing is that the information that was found by Biden's attorneys, Biden's attorneys definitely don't have the clearance to view top secret information, yet alone handle it, and then turn it over to the presidential library.
I'm lost here.
Well, wait a minute.
This is the same guy that went on 60 Minutes.
How?
How?
How did that happen?
How?
That's the guy.
Because how did it happen, Joe?
How?
That's the height of your responsibility, Joe.
Just throwing your words right back in your face.
Now, the media, they're doing everything they can do to convince us that Joe's case is different.
It's not.
It is not.
Jory Boehner.
Well, I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Well, you never gave any benefit of the doubt to President Trump.
Never will.
The double standard as it relates to Trump is unreal.
And I see something beginning to develop, and it's getting very loud, very fast, and that is that the Democratic socialists are freaking out.
The media is freaking out over these investigations because they know that it's going to bear fruit.
You know, what did MSDNC?
Investigating investigators is an insurrection committee.
MSDNC, violence will be the result of GOP rhetoric in their oversight committee.
You have Liberal Joe in the morning blasting Republican idiots for targeting the DOJ to avenge Trump, declaring war on the FBI.
Well, that's not what this is about.
The FBI had no business talking to and giving millions of dollars to Twitter.
I don't know how much they might have given other companies because they didn't want these companies to put out the report on Hunter Biden.
They put their thumb on election scales now in numerous elections, and it's got to stop.
They've got to go back to being the premier law enforcement agency in the country and not a woke extension of everything liberal democratic socialist because that's what they've become.
Anyway, appreciate the call, my friend.
