Hey, this is Louis Gomert uh sitting in for my good friend, favorite person, uh Sean Hannity, and we're glad to have you with us today.
Um I'm in Congress for a few more days till January 3rd, but uh sitting in for my friend Sean, if you want to call in, we're gonna have some great guests, but call in 1-800-941-7326.
That's 800-941, and that's S E A E N you surely know that by now.
Hey, it's great to be with you.
Uh I do the show from New York and was crossing a street that was one way, looked the wrong way uh before I crossed, and reminded me of uh sometime back I was in Cambridge, England, uh at Cambridge University.
I was going to be speaking there, but in between speaking engagements, they let me go through the documents of the Church Hill papers that's a repository for his papers.
And I was going through and I asked the curator, wait I would like to take a picture of this.
No flash, could I just take one picture the only and he let me take a picture?
It was Churchill in 1932.
He was here in Washington, I'm sorry, here in New York City, and he started across a street, but he looked the wrong way because he was used to British streets, and a car hit him and it did hurt him, and he had to have uh health care.
And uh anyway, this letter was basically a prescription from Dr. O. C. Pickard, MD, here on East 90th Street, I think it is, uh, in New York.
And it says, it's January 26, 1932.
This is to certify, and remember, this is during uh uh a prohibition time.
This is to certify that the post-accident convalescence of the Honorable Winston S. Churchill necessitates the use of alcoholic spirits, especially at mealtimes.
The quantity is naturally indefinite, but the minimum requirements would be 250 cubic centimeters signed by Dr. Pickhart.
And in the upper left, it's uh in handwriting, supposedly Churchill's handwriting.
He says, keep on hand, so he could use that as his prescription anytime he was in America.
But uh that's a guy that could get things done.
But right now, this country is in some trouble.
It really is.
We've got people that think that we need to move into full socialism, although that's uh also a term for communism, progressivism, whatever.
And uh that's one of the things we've been battling, and we've seen it grow grow in my uh time in Congress.
But since I ran for attorney general in Texas earlier this year, I couldn't run for Congress, so I won't be in Congress next year.
But something that's been extremely encouraging to me over the last few years is we have a bunch of folks that have come in and that are coming in.
Uh we got some truthful people, don't be misled.
We do have some good folks that are coming in.
And uh the number that came in uh two years ago, we had some really stout people who are honest, people of integrity with backbones.
In fact, after the November 2020 election, I got a call from President Trump from the Oval Office, and he said, I have some new freshmen here, and uh I asked him, who's your inspiration?
And they all said Louis Gomert.
So I said, Well, let's call him.
That's President Trump.
So he calls me.
And uh anyway, that was really encouraging that that's these really stout principled freshmen coming in two years ago, um, appreciated somebody that stood up for what was right, and all of those people that were in his office joined the Freedom Caucus.
Um so that was encouraging, and people are asking, what will I be doing after this?
Well, uh my brother from another mother, um James Golden, or boast nerdly if you prefer, uh, he'd been friends for years, and he's been such an encouragement uh to start a podcast.
I think we'll be doing that in January.
Uh we don't have one up and running.
We I haven't talked to uh people I would need to talk to to do that, facilitate it.
But we're gonna be working on that, and if you would like to know more about it, then leave us your email address at Louie L-O-U-I-E-G-N-C at Gmail.com and we'll let you know when we get started.
So uh some years back I'd sent James or Bows Nerdly uh few potential chapters for a book, and James called me and he said, Louie, you can't publish this stuff while you're in Congress.
And I said, Really?
He said, No, no, you can't do this while you're still in Congress.
So I'll start working on that uh in January and see uh oh, and then he called a month ago.
He said, Louie, I I woke up, I had an epiphany.
You need to write the book as a fiction, and uh so kind of like primary colors, uh, and then it'll reach more people, you'll get more people paying attention.
Uh and so uh that sounded like fun.
So we'll be working on that.
But in the meantime, folks, we've got a country, a republic that's on the ropes, and we gotta fight for it.
And when I say fight for the benefit of the DA DOJ, FBI, NSA, Intel, DOD, and our other corrupt uh government forces, please know that when I say fight, uh, so you don't misunderstand, I'm talking figuratively about the way lawyers,
legislators, litigators, legitimate peacemakers fight, and that's by using peaceful means in the institutions that were set up to maintain a republic and using the tactics that uh Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. advocated improved work,
not the weather underground violence stuff, but uh we got to use impeachment litigation legislation and especially appropriation to cut funding to the poisonous political activities that use taxpayer funds.
You know, in this last 1.7 trillion dollar bill, you we didn't get to see it.
And and always they have a copy of what we're gonna vote on right there in the lobby, right off the house floor.
I went out there because I hadn't been able to get my hands on it.
I like to highlight McN.
They didn't even provide a copy that we could get our hands on.
Uh really outrageous.
4,015 pages, and that didn't include the 2,000 or so pages of explanations, definitions, that kind of stuff.
And they wouldn't let us see it.
So you wonder, out of the 1.7 trillion, uh, we're gonna have uh Rand Paul on later.
He had had a there was a study done on what money was being spent where.
We'll talk about that.
But just so outrageous.
And uh I thought about what Phil Graham told me years ago.
Uh I was complaining about how Republicans were even voting for bills that funded Democrat politicization and and their political activities.
And if you remember Senator Phil Graham still alive and kicking, he said, Republicans are bad about always feeding the dogs that are trained to bite us.
And we do.
We pay for all this stuff the Democrats are doing to help defeat us.
And I also think about Justice Scalia, and I loved having lunch or breakfast with him.
He told a lot of jokes and stories like like I do.
And so we just have a great time.
But on one occasion, he says, you know, you have in Congress the ultimate power.
You can defund anything you don't like.
You have that power.
Just defund whatever it is.
So don't come running to me and us over at the Supreme Court if you don't have the guts in co in Congress to defund the things you don't like.
Don't come run at us and say, oh, you got to stop that.
You could have stopped it.
Just defund it.
And I think about Justice Scalia's words often.
So you cut off those things.
We ought to quit providing money to places that teach socialism, progressivism, communism, whatever you call it, because those are a threat to the Constitution.
You cannot have those under the U.S. Constitution.
Those ideas, as Dostoevsky pointed out, the major problem with Marxism is atheism, because the government has to be God.
You can't have freedom of religion that the Constitution guarantees us.
Because it's godless, gutless, insidious, and it's a cancer that eats away at our freedom and takes away people's rights.
And a lot of these clowns that are billionaires that are funding the Democrats, they are too stupid.
They weren't educated properly about history.
They think that when socialism takes over, they'll be part of that tiny little veneer that rules everything wrong the way it's always worked historically.
They use their money and when they create the communism, the socialism, they immediately either kill the rich people and take their money or send them to the gulag, the prison and take their money.
It never works out well for them.
So we have got to have Congress step up.
And if the if the House will stay strong and stand up to the this gutting of our country and the things we believe in our freedoms, then we got a shot at restoring that.
And so I'm not going to be shutting up just because I'm not in Congress.
And by the way, this January commission sixth commission, uh, they haven't provided all of the information.
They didn't even ask for all the information that would allow them to come to a proper conclusion.
And yes, this will be a little bit uh self-defense, but they made people think that I requested a pardon for myself.
That's the way they projected it.
And let me tell you, I have never ever asked for a pardon for myself and don't ever intend to, because uh when I asked for pardons, yes, I asked for pardons, but they were for mainly for our military heroes, people that have fought for our country, people that were defending this country, defending their brothers and sisters in arms, and they got mistreated.
They had uh just horrendous run-in with justice being manipulated.
Heck, four of them that I requested.
Uh, they had Joe Biden do a press conference with a prime minister that hated us and told him and the public that he was gonna get these guys.
And so anyway, they're just a lot of injustice.
That's why I started the Congressional Justice for Warriors caucus, and we got some great members of Congress that will keep that going because we do care about justice for everybody, especially those who have been defending this country.
So the number to call is 800-941-Shawn, 800-941-7326.
And we'll take a few calls when we come back, and then at uh the bottom of the hour, we will have Peter Schweitzer joining us, and you need to hear that.
Tell your friends, tune in.
We're gonna have some great guests, a lot of information you need to know.
And we'll be right back with the Sean Hannity show.

This is Louie Gohmert sitting in for my friend Sean Hannity, and we're glad to have you here.
Let's go to John in Amarillo by morning, up from San Antonio.
Obviously, I'm not uh hired for my singing ability, but John, welcome to the Sean Hattie show, man.
Um, you are up from San Antonio.
So what's on your mind, John?
Thanks for listening.
Thank you, Mr. Gomer.
I just got a question for you.
I want to know when the Republican Party, both in the House and in the Senate, are gonna wake up, smell the coffee and realize that they're not working with the Democrat Party.
They're working with the Communist Party of America.
You can't reach across the aisle, you can't work with these people.
They're out to destroy our country.
I'm a Kennedy Democrat.
And this is not the Democrat Party.
You're right.
That that we grew up with.
If you read the Democrat Party platform from 1960 and compare it to today, you your head would spin on your shoulder.
Well, yeah, Kennedy was for a big old tax cut back then to get the economy going.
They don't want a tax cut.
No, they want more taxes.
Exactly.
Well, it's a great question, John, and it is one that has frustrated me tremendously since I've been in Congress.
And uh, you know, sometimes uh I'm back in 2010, people are talking rah-rah, John Boehner got us our majority back, and I'm going, no, he didn't get our majority back.
The Democrats got us a majority back because they passed Obamacare.
But it reminded me, my friend Sean Hannity had told me years ago, he said, whenever you meet Roger Ayles, you need to thank him for being the first person willing to have on national TV somebody with a southern accent.
So when I met Roger Ayles, I said, uh Sean told me to tell you, and I actually Monica Crowley had told me the same thing.
Thank you for having somebody with a southern accent on.
He said, Oh, well, you do a good job.
I've seen you, but but I really wish you guys, uh Republicans would work better together.
And I said, I do too.
And he said, No, I don't think you understand.
I want you to run the same play together.
And I said, I do too.
But when my quarterback runs a play, calls a play that's gonna run to the wrong end zone.
Not only am I not blocking for him, I'm gonna tackle him before he gets to the wrong end zone.
And so some people say, oh, we want you to work better together.
Well, we got to stop having Republicans that want to fund the Democrat politics, and that's got to stop.
We're in a battle to save this Republic, and not everybody uh like you understand how uh important it is that we stand up.
We quit funding, uh securing everybody else's border, but not our own.
So, John, you're on the right track, and I couldn't agree with you more.
We gotta have more Republicans standing up the same way.
Whether you know it or not, we have cartel that are right here in Amarillo.
Oh, listen, I know they're in every city in Texas and around the country, and uh you know, people don't realize they are setting up all over the country, and we've got to get our country back.
Uh, we got to take a hard break.
We'll be right back with Peter Schweitzer, and you can call 800-941 Sean.
This is Louie Gohmert sitting in.

The Sean Hannity show is back on the air.
This is Louis Gomert sitting in for Sean Hannity, and uh Katie and Jason are telling me we've got a number of calls like Richard from Houston, would I consider running for Corning Seat in the Senate?
Let me tell you, that's a long way off.
All I know is we have got a fight in our hand on our hands the next two years, and that's what I'm gonna be focusing on and uh speaking loud and strong.
So uh that's not on my uh horizon, but thank you for thinking that would be a good idea.
Uh, let me go to Peter Schweitzer.
Uh understand Peter's on the line.
He's written some great books.
Uh I've read Clinton Cash, Secret Empires, Profiles in Corruptions, and most recently this year, Red Handed, How American Elites Get Rich helping China Win.
Uh, Peter, welcome to the Sean Hannity Show.
This is Louis Gomert.
Uh, let me ask you, uh, can you tell us just in a nutshell?
You've done amazing research.
Um, who in the House or Senate or White House has gotten money from China?
We hear lots of stuff, and if people hadn't read your books, they don't know.
Who who do you know of has gotten money from China?
Well, you could you could look at two people that are at the top of the political pyramid, uh, Congressman.
It's great to be uh on with you.
Uh the first one is the first family of the United States, the Biden family.
Uh, we know that they have received some 31 million dollars um from Chinese businessmen.
Um that money went to Hunter Biden, that went to James Biden, who is President Biden's brother.
But we also know based on the laptop that the money is fungible, the money moves around in the family.
So Hunter collects money, of course, from uh from these Chinese businessmen, but then he ends up paying some of his father's bills.
So his father is a beneficiary of it.
And the other thing we have to point out, Congressman, is you look at those the four men that have transferred this money to Hunter Biden, and we know their names because they're named on the laptop.
If you look at all four of them, all four of them have links to Chinese intelligence, uh, meaning that that this has all the earmarks of kind of a Chinese intelligence influence campaign.
So I would start with Biden, and then I would look across the aisle, and you've always been so good at this.
You call people out, it doesn't matter what their political affiliation is.
If you look at uh Mitch McConnell in the Senate, um his family, uh his wife, uh Elaine Chao, her family has a uh shipping business um called Foremost Shipping Group, um, and they uh have a very cozy relationship with the Chinese government that has made that family very wealthy.
Uh they own these ships, they ship goods around the Asia Pacific region, but when you look at how the business was built, all the ships were built by the Chinese State Shipbuilding Corporation.
The construction of those ships is financed by Chinese state banks.
The contracts that the fine that the family gets to ship goods around the Asia Pacific region, those contracts are with Chinese state-owned companies, and the crews that man their ship are largely provided by China.
So that creates leverage that they have over Mitch McConnell in the same way that they have leverage over Joe Biden.
Wow.
Well, and and I just saw they have different uh monitors on, have Fox News, and I just saw Elaine Chow on.
She really is one of the most delightful intelligent people you could meet in Washington.
But let me ask, Peter, uh, can someone be part of a massive shipbuilding construction industry if the Chinese Communist Party did not want them to have it?
No, they they couldn't.
And and look, you're right.
I mean, there's a lot of things that you can look at Elaine Chow's career, has been very commendable.
The problem is that back in 1993, and this is all based on um you know industry reports in the shipping industry, in 1993, Mitch McConnell, U.S. Senator, and Elaine Chow went to China uh as guests of the Chinese State Shipbuilding Corporation, and that's basically where the deal was struck.
And it's a normal kind of business transaction, except for the fact that it's the China State Shipbuilding Corporation, which is the name implies, it's it's controlled by the Chinese government.
It's also the biggest military contractor in China.
Um and that that created the opportunity for them to grow the business.
The problem is it gives them leverage.
And there are people in the industry that will say flat out, if Mitch McConnell were to take action in the Senate that really anger the Chinese government, they could damage and destroy the family shipping business overnight.
They could cancel all the contracts, they could call in the loans, hundreds of millions of dollars in loans.
So it's a leverage problem.
The one difference I would say, Congressman, is that in the case of uh McConnell Chow, there is actually a legitimate business there.
They do actually have ships, they do actually transport goods.
In the case of the Biden family, there's nothing.
I mean, they literally transferred uh these Chinese entities $31 million for the Bidens.
There's no discernible service or good or product or anything that the Bidens got uh gave the Chinese in return for that $31 million.
That's why.
But Peter, don't you think that uh Hunter's incredible expertise in making money uh the Chinese, wow, here's a guy that has nothing to offer but makes a lot of money off of it.
We want him helping us make money.
You know, uh and and you know, of course, most people that have paid attention know there was a email or text uh, I think to his daughter about uh having to pay a percentage to the big guy.
Uh yeah.
Yep.
Do we know for sure if that has happened that he's getting a cut?
Uh uh and I'm sure there are fathers out there thinking, well, I got my child a job, and so I told my child uh you gotta pay me a cut of what you make for the rest of your life off that job.
I'm sure there are people out there I don't know anybody like that.
I would never do that, but it you know, uh there are some people may think that's fine, but you do you see evidence that that has happened?
Have you been able to find that?
Yes.
Yeah, there's there uh it works on a couple levels, Congressman.
And the thing you got to remember is that up until Joe Biden became vice president of the United States, uh Hunter Biden was a lobbyist.
Um he worked for the online gambling industry and he worked for entities in Delaware that wanted things from his father.
Uh his father becomes vice president of the United States.
Hunter and a couple of friends decide to set up an international finance business called Rosemont Seneca and Rosemont Seneca partners.
So we have no background and experience whatsoever.
Um within a year of doing that, he is meeting with the biggest financial players in China.
I mean, it's like meeting with the equivalent, the head of Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, the Federal Reserve, the Treasury Secretary.
But again, this is in China where you have to have a good relationship with the Chinese Communist Party, or you're not going to be doing business where you can give money like that, uh, Hunter Biden, right?
That's exactly right.
That's exactly right.
And and there's examples.
There's a gentleman that wires in six million dollars.
If you look into this gentleman, Mr. Zhao.
Um, he at the same time he's wiring that money to Hunter Biden, his business partners with the Minister of State Security's family.
This is the guy that runs the entire spy apparatus in China.
And to what you were saying, there is evidence.
Um so there is there are these text messages that Hunter sends to his daughter, because his daughter, you know, has a lot of parents' experience.
The daughter's saying, Hey Dad, can you send me money?
And Hunter's kind of frustrated, and he said, you know, I don't have any money, and but don't worry, when you grow up, I'm not gonna ask you to give me half your money like Pop asks me to.
So Yeah, I've heard Peter, I've heard people say, well, you know, Biden got ten percent, but there was that that said half, where he had to send half, right?
Yeah.
And then there's also evidence of uh and again, this is from Hunter Biden's laptop, um, and it's really clear where Hunter's paying his father's bill.
So his father's vice president of the United States.
He has uh a bunch of construction work done on his uh home up in Delaware, his private residence.
Hunter's the one that actually pays the contractors.
Um and so that is another example of how the money flows.
And by the way, that's not legal.
Um, as an elected uh member of Congress, you can get a birthday gift from from a family member, but you cannot have a family subsidize your lifestyle, uh paying your bills and and paying expenses.
That's not allowed.
So um it it's a huge problem.
Unfortunately, there seems to be a different set of rules for the Bidens than there does for uh other elected officials.
Well, and actually there's a different set of rules in a lot of ways for Democrats.
I mean, you had Democrats in June of twenty sixteen that obstructed an official session of Congress for twenty-five to twenty-six hours, and nobody was held accountable.
It was incredible what they did.
And of course, Paul Ryan didn't want to do anything about it as speaker, but uh then you have others that just went into the Capitol and and uh and I'm not talking about the people that were violent, they deserve what they get.
But uh anyway, there are two different standards.
There there is a different justice system, it appears, and that's one of the things that has frustrated so many people.
Um well, we're about to need to take a break.
What would you uh and I would encourage people, you know, read read your books if you want to know what's really going on.
You do absolutely incredible research.
Uh but what would you like uh the listeners to remember uh of most important of anything you you might say today?
Well, we we've got uh Congressman Gomerett, we've got other people in the House that want to hold them accountable, they want to investigate, they want to use the subpoena powers to get to the bottom of the money flow uh involving the Bidens and the Chinese.
And so I I take heart in that.
Uh and we need to keep their feet to the fire saying all the right things, and I think they're gonna do all the right things, but we need to make sure that they don't cave on this because that's the biggest decline that you see in a country is when the judicial system is different for different people.
That's the time the country's in trouble.
You are so right.
You are so right.
Well, uh I've been on the judiciary committee for eighteen years, and I know Jim Jordan, and he is going to be pushing to to get to the bottom of a number of these things.
We've got too much corruption in the DOJ and the FBI.
And uh I've had a long talk with uh Jamie Colmer, that's going to be the new chairman as understand of Oversight.
He's going to be doing the same thing.
And uh I'm telling you, you are just an amazing resource.
And uh people want to know what's going on.
Check out Peter Schweitzer, pick any book.
Uh you'll be amazed.
But Peter, thank you so much for being on Sean Hannity's show, and we will be back shortly.
This is Louie Golmert sitting in for Sean Hannity, and the number to call is 800 941-7326-1800-941 Sean.
This is Louie Golmert sitting in for Sean Hannity and the Sean Hannity Radio Show.
Uh let's go to Annette in North Carolina.
You're on the Sean Hannity show, Annette.
Thank you.
What's on your mind?
Hearing me.
Uh yeah.
Um, you said something that triggered me to call and ask you this question.
You said that the omnibus bill was so large that nobody got a printout of it, and they signed or voted for this without actually seeing it.
Now, I would think that they would be complicit in some way, form or another of crimes against humanity, possibly.
And speaking of signing or voting for something you ought not sign or vote for, um, I looked at the Supreme Court and case number 22-380 will clear all of this up come January the 6th.
Do you know about that case?
Well, I don't, but with regard to the bill, uh, yes, it was made available online, uh, but you're supposed to have three full days, but they go through the rules committee and they say, now we're gonna have a same day uh vote on the bill, and it's just outrageous.
Yeah, nobody had a hard copy, and you didn't even have uh the electronic copy more than 24 hours, and most of us that you you didn't weren't able to find it until you didn't have any time to look at it.
But let me tell you uh I'd read somewhere that Thomas Jefferson, who was not at the Congressional uh uh Congress, um he read it and thought, wow, this Constitution uh I'm sorry, the Constitution Convention, he read the Constitution and said, if I could make one change, it would be the requirement that no bill could be voted on until it had been on file for a year.
That's not such a bad idea.
Giving everybody a chance to look at it and and everybody have a chance to figure out what it is, and they don't want to have those chances.
So, yes, people should be responsible for what they vote for even though they don't know what's in there, just like you would be when you sign a contract without knowing what's in it.
They will be held accountable, they will be held accountable.
Did you sign that without knowing what you were signing?
Nope.
Nope, I would not.
I wouldn't vote for it.
And that's a reason that's one of the reasons.
I knew some of the things that were in it, uh, but that was enough.
But but just even if I'd not known anything that was in it, I would not have voted for a bill that didn't give people a chance to know what was in it.
And once again, as I said on the floor, um reminding what Pelosi said uh about Obamacare.
We got to pass it to see what's in it.
Same kind of thing.
And so anyway, uh really appreciate your paying attention, Annette.
We have got a hard break coming up, and uh thank you for listening to the Sean Hannity show.
