| It is 62 days until these all-important midterm elections. | |
| We will go over everything. | |
| We're going to go over this judge's decision granting Donald Trump's request, his team's request for a special master to review materials seized from Mar-a-Lago. | |
| Greg Jarrett and Alina Haba, the president's attorney, will join us on all of that. | |
| I know you have heard in detail about the dark red background, anger, probably the worst political speech ever given, full of vitriol, hatred, divisiveness. | |
| You watched a president of the United States smear, slander, besmirch, attack, assassinate the character of half the country that doesn't believe. | |
| Well, I didn't mean every MAGA person. | |
| Yeah, you did because you said it. | |
| Not every Republican is MAGA. | |
| Okay, I'll give you that. | |
| Liz Cheney is on the list, and so is her dad, and so is their whole family. | |
| And, you know, so you have a few Republicans here and there. | |
| Here's my question, though. | |
| I spent a lot of time talking to people. | |
| Their anxiety in this country is running very, very high right now. | |
| And I can hear it in people's voices, the intensity in which I'm speaking with them. | |
| And I feel a real passion and emotion. | |
| First thing I'm going to tell you is do not let anybody tell you what is going to happen in 62 days. | |
| Focus on that which you can control. | |
| And that is making sure you involve yourself to the maximum level that you possibly can. | |
| And if that only means you're going to vote, then I'll take that. | |
| That's important. | |
| My question as I saw this on Thursday night was, why is anybody surprised about this? | |
| The week before, Joe Biden was calling half the country fascist. | |
| So it's just another version of it with a deep, dark background using the military as props in what is clearly a political speech. | |
| Well, if you're watching on fake news CNN, apparently it was a pink background. | |
| Started out as red, then it became pink. | |
| Wonder how that happened. | |
| Wonder what that excuse is going to be. | |
| But they're now getting to a point or what their Democrats are trying to do here is: are you or have you ever been a supporter of Donald J. Trump? | |
| That's what they would like this election to be about. | |
| You know, Joe Biden is telling you, you know, well, let me put it this way: I've been telling you, and all these people with their rose-colored glasses on and wave election year, I am not telling you that. | |
| I've been the person telling you these states are all hard for Republicans to win, starting in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina. | |
| I don't think South Carolina, to be honest, Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Missouri, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Washington State. | |
| They all have to be in play, but nothing is a slam dunk. | |
| They are all bellwether states, with the exception maybe of Colorado and Washington state, but they're definitely winnable. | |
| And I've been telling you: take nothing for granted. | |
| And if you fight as though you're behind and you understand that the stakes are high, you're going to give it everything that you have. | |
| That is the mentality I always have going into elections. | |
| I don't change my mindset. | |
| With that said, if we focus on big picture issues, rather than Joe's new focus group-tested, field-tested comments about MAGA Republican, we came up with a word that people really react to. | |
| It's called MAGA Republicans. | |
| We'll smear them. | |
| Okay. | |
| So in 2016, with the help of the media mob and the help of the deep state, they tried to destroy Donald Trump and they used his opponent, Hillary Rodham Clinton's bought and paid for dirty Russian misinformation dossier, and it didn't quite work. | |
| It didn't get them to the finish line. | |
| It didn't get them to the promised land. | |
| And the deep state, you know, they ended up using that document and then spent three years of Donald Trump's presidency and divided this country in ways that it never should have been divided using the dirty dossier that they claimed four separate times before a FISA court was verified when none of it was true and it was unverifiable. | |
| Then in 2020, they all just, Hunter Biden's laptop from hell shows up and without any evidence, any proof at all whatsoever, every Democrat, every media mob person ran out and said, no, no, no, no, this is this looks like Russian disinformation. | |
| 51 former national security intel people making this proclamation without any evidence at all. | |
| The only thing that united them was their desire to protect Joe Biden and prevent Donald Trump from winning. | |
| You know, so Joe Biden slandering 71 million plus Americans that voted MAGA for Donald Trump in 2020 is not a surprise to me. | |
| You know, and even the site of his choosing is not a surprise to me. | |
| I mean, he did it in front of the flag and our military, and he did it with this really bizarre dark background, the red background, and he did it screaming. | |
| He chose the historic site of the Declaration of Independence. | |
| We're endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights, life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness. | |
| You know, we, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, our Constitution, and establish justice and ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our prosperity. | |
| He chose that location. | |
| And this is where it becomes very, very clear to me what's got to happen. | |
| If you care about the direction of this country and you don't want the predictable result of what's failing, then you're going to have to engage for the next 62 days at a minimum and put your heart, mind, and soul into this because there's so much at stake. | |
| You know, and that back to my original point. | |
| Why was anybody surprised? | |
| You know, can Democrats run on anything positive? | |
| You know, look at what they have done to this country in the last 19 months. | |
| A 40-year-plus high of inflation. | |
| It is hurting every American family. | |
| Over two-thirds of Americans now live paycheck to paycheck. | |
| We now have more Americans in poverty than we've ever had before. | |
| You see, in middle-class communities, food banks are lined with cars every week, and there's not enough food to give everybody that's in need. | |
| It's that bad for people. | |
| You know, record high gas prices. | |
| An article just came out. | |
| Europe is expected to pay anywhere between 20 and 60 percent more to heat their homes and this winter. | |
| And we're about to make the same dumb mistake they made because they gave into their climate alarmist cultists and they then became reliant on imported energy. | |
| In their case, it came from Vladimir Putin in Russia. | |
| And it's insane. | |
| Now we have record high gas prices about to get higher. | |
| Wait till you see your heating bills this winter. | |
| We have wide open borders and a president that won't enforce the laws of this land, a president that is aiding and abetting lawbreaking. | |
| We have record violence in city after city after city after city after city. | |
| You know, I was watching, for example, Biden chose Pennsylvania kind of tone deaf on that issue. | |
| Last weekend alone, 14 people shot, four killed in Philly. | |
| More than 1,400 have been shot in Philly this year alone. | |
| Not Pennsylvania, just Philly, Philadelphia. | |
| And the city will now break its 2021 all-time high of 560 homicides. | |
| Armed robberies, Mr. Lieutenant Governor, trust fund brat who's never worked a real job in his life that tries to look like Mr. Tough Guy with his tattoos and his hoodie, Fetterman. | |
| He never had a real job. | |
| He's lived off mommy and daddy, but he puts on a hoodie and he tries to look like the working man. | |
| He's not. | |
| He didn't even show up as a small town mayor. | |
| He missed 50 city council meetings. | |
| Now he wants safe shooting zones for heroin addicts, legalizing drugs. | |
| Sanctuary State of Pennsylvania wants a moratorium on all energy production in the state. | |
| That's the state's economy hanging in the balance there. | |
| It's insanity. | |
| Retail theft in Philly alone up 50%. | |
| Armed robberies up 60%. | |
| You know, great job, Mr. Lieutenant Governor. | |
| More than 750 carjackings in the city of brotherly love, more than triple the average from 2010 to 2019. | |
| And then we get shadow partisanship from Joe Biden and nothing but vitriol and hate for half the country because they can't run on their economic record. | |
| They can't run on inflation. | |
| They can't run on gas prices. | |
| They can't run on their border policies. | |
| They can't run on safety and security in every town and every city because it doesn't exist. | |
| They can run, I guess, on the FBI now being politicized and the DOJ being weaponized. | |
| I guess they could run on that. | |
| I don't think that's going to be too popular. | |
| What has he done to really help Zelensky win the war in Europe? | |
| Pretty much nothing. | |
| It's all been paper dressing as far as I'm concerned. | |
| And the same with Western Europe. | |
| They're not fighting that war to win that war. | |
| How's education working out in Philly and in Pittsburgh and all around the state of Pennsylvania and Georgia and Wisconsin, all these places? | |
| You know, it's one thing after, how did Afghanistan work out? | |
| You understand what's going on here. | |
| Now we have war in Europe. | |
| Then we have education. | |
| If parents get concerned, they're going to get investigated as domestic terrorists. | |
| What about all the drugs flowing into this country because of Joe's open borders policies? | |
| You know, what they have here is no record to run on. | |
| That's why you shouldn't be surprised at what Biden did. | |
| He did it. | |
| And the only things they will run on, the Democrats combined, January 6th, but they'll ignore the 574 riots in the summer of 2020, as they mostly were silent. | |
| They were either silent or supportive, like Kamala Harris, his vice president, tweeting out the bail fund, praising the LAPD for defunding the police. | |
| Then they're going to demagogue and lie about abortion. | |
| And then they're going to do what Joe did, which is kind of a combination of everything. | |
| And that's the old Democratic playbook. | |
| Republicans are evil. | |
| They're racist. | |
| They're sexist. | |
| They're homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, transphobic, want dirty air and water, and they're just horrible people. | |
| They're MAGA Republicans. | |
| And that's all they've got. | |
| So none of this should surprise you. | |
| You know, can he gin up enough hatred and rage and fear to cover up his failure? | |
| That's what this election is about. | |
| You know, is America now finally, 19 months later, are you ready for a change? | |
| Because I am. | |
| Because we were doing so much better on all of these issues. | |
| They want higher taxes. | |
| We want lower taxes. | |
| They want more IRS agents. | |
| We want fewer IRS agents. | |
| They want more reckless spending, student loan forgiveness, which they didn't have by law have the right to do. | |
| We want law and order. | |
| We want safety and security in every town and every city. | |
| We want parental choice and education. | |
| And we don't want to call, we want parents to participate and not be investigated as domestic terrorists. | |
| We believe in peace through strength, free and fair trade deals. | |
| We believe in secure borders. | |
| Energy independence would save this country. | |
| And we should be energy dominant and be providing Western Europe with all of their needs. | |
| This is a battle of socialism versus capitalism, freedom versus new Green Dealism, which will never, ever, ever work. | |
| And you're seeing the fruits of their failure already, 19 months later. | |
| That's what the election's about. | |
| And the fact that Joe is screeching and screaming and trying to be mean and talk about MAGA Republicans, a focus group word, does not cover for his failure, his failures, because there's so many of them. | |

| I mean, it's really fascinating what she's coming up with here. | |
| First of all, there are all these whistleblowers calling on Christopher Wray, the FBI director, to resign. | |
| According to Epic Times and numerous other reports, they feel like the directors lost control of the bureau because it's been politicized. | |
| That's a problem. | |
| And many of these agents, we now have confirmed up to 20 of them want to tell their story. | |
| Not going to be told if Democrats are in power. | |
| Republicans need subpoena power to get the answers from them. | |
| Now, also, according to Miranda, we told you about this guy, Tim Thibault. | |
| He denied ever having anything to do with the Hunter Biden investigation. | |
| That's fair. | |
| I don't know the truth myself, but I'd like to get to the bottom of it. | |
| But those allegations have been made and widely reported. | |
| And anyway, whistleblowers are making this claim, apparently. | |
| And Miranda Devine reported that this Tim Tebow guy apparently buried the testimony of Tony Bobolinski, that's Hunter's former business partner, about the Biden's corrupt influence peddling schemes. | |
| And after Bob Belinski's five-hour initial interrogation or interview with the FBI, he was told that this guy, Tim Tebow, would be his FBI contact, and he was never contacted once, nor was he ever brought before the Delaware grand jury investigating Hunter. | |
| And incidentally, the drive to write off the laptop as Russian disinformation began long before the New York Post ever reported it. | |
| Charles Grassley's trying to get to the bottom of it. | |
| Breaking news all afternoon. | |

| The sad thing is, 62 days until the midterm elections, and all the media mob, the people that pushed Hillary Clinton's dirty misinformation dossier in 2016, the people that lied about the laptop from hell in 2020. | |
| You know, now that they don't want any discussion, all they want to talk about now is the raid at Mar-a-Lago, which we'll get to in a second here. | |
| But Christopher Wray, you know, now that we've got 20 whistleblowers that we know of, between Jim Jordan and Charles Grassley and Ron Johnson, now that we know we have them and they're calling for Christopher Wray to resign because he's lost control of the Bureau, don't we need to hear from these people? | |
| I mean, you would think that you'd want to. | |
| Senator Grassley saying this morning that Director Ray must do much more to combat political bias. | |
| Reacting to the report, the former assistant special agent in charge, Timothy Thibault, now he's denied being in charge, but time will tell that he withheld evidence on Joe and Hunter's business dealings. | |
| But when you get into the weeds of Miranda's article, it's pretty blockbuster. | |
| Yeah, that would be the same New York Post that was right about Hunter's laptop. | |
| But remember, there's this grand jury now being currently run in Delaware by the U.S. Attorney David Weiss's name. | |
| They have yet to hear a single word from the star witness by the name of Tony Bobolinsky. | |
| Bobolinski was not only Hunter's business partner, but he personally met with Joe Biden twice about Hunter's China deals in 2017, and he would testify to such. | |
| And that should pretty much tell you all you need to know about the integrity of Biden's DOJ, which we now can see is so clearly been not only politicized, but now we're criminalizing political differences and abusing power as far as I'm concerned. | |
| Anyway, so Miranda writes that this guy, Tim Thibault, this will be interesting to find out if this is true, that the FBI agent alleged to have interfered with the investigation. | |
| He was apparently assigned by the Washington Field Office after Tony Bobolinski gave five hours of testimony to the FBI in October of 2020 about his inside knowledge of then presidential candidate Joe Biden's involvement in his son's business dealings with China. | |
| The FBI has known about this forever. | |
| Where's the raid on Hunter's home or Joe Biden's home? | |
| Anyway, he was supposed to be the point man, and he never got in touch with Tony Bobolinski. | |
| You would think that that's a key witness. | |
| Previous day, he revealed in a press conference Joe Biden was the big guy that was due to get his cut of 10%. | |
| We know there's so many other references now to Joe's connection. | |
| We have pictures of Joe, Hunter, and Hunter's foreign business partners. | |
| We have references to Hunter whining and moaning and groaning and complaining, not just about the 10% for the big guy, but about paying Daddy's bills with all the money that he's making off Daddy's name. | |
| All that information is in there. | |
| We know he lied on a gun application. | |
| We know that he's in part accountable for a gun thrown at a dumpster. | |
| Nothing happens to him. | |
| No raid on his home. | |
| Other evidence of drug use, prostitution. | |
| Nobody gets arrested. | |
| No pre-dawn raid, nothing. | |
| Anyway, but Bobolinski gave the FBI the contents of three cell phones containing encrypted messages between Hunter and his business partners, along with emails, financial documents detailing Biden's family corrupt influence peddling operation in foreign countries during the time that Joe was vice president. | |
| The evidence appears to have fallen in the same black hole as Hunter's laptop from hell. | |
| And Bobolinski told the FBI about the work Hunter, his uncle Jim Biden, partners, James Gillum, and others did during Joe's vice presidency. | |
| Bobolinsky also told the FBI about his two meetings with Joe Biden in 2017 over the China deal, the CEFC deal. | |
| He told him about Hunter's lucrative personal relationship with the chairman of the company at the time, brokering China's $9 billion acquisition of the Russian state oil giant Rosneft. | |
| And apparently this guy was arrested back in China in 2018 after the deal fell apart. | |
| But if you listen to Thibault's statement, it omits any explanation of what he did with Bobolinski's information because Thibault denied Grassley's allegation last week. | |
| And a statement from his pro bono lawyer said, quote, he did not supervise the investigation of Hunter Biden, which is being handled by the Baltimore Field Office. | |
| In particular, Mr. Thibault was not involved in any decisions related to the laptop that may be at issue in that investigation and did not seek to close the investigation. | |
| Okay, but I have other questions for Mr. Thibault, assuming that may all be true. | |
| Was he the point man for Tony Bobolinski? | |
| Did he give it to the FBI's Baltimore field office, the five-hour investigative or interview with Tony Bobolinsky, you know, which was assisting apparently Delaware's U.S. assistant attorney, David Weiss? | |
| Did we ever get to any truth on any of this? | |
| Republicans are apoplectic about this, and they're blasting the FBI is now being politicized, and now with the DOJ are being weaponized. | |
| So we need to get to the answer. | |
| We need to get answers on all these things. | |
| It's amazing how the media and the Democratic Party and even the former intelligence people all immediately, oh, no, no, no, it looks like Russian disinformation. | |
| But they believed Hillary Clinton's Russian disinformation and they spread it like wildfire. | |
| And they even justified the people that used unverifiable lies before FISA courts and never pushed the case that, yeah, if you lie to a court to get a warrant to spy on a presidential candidate and a president, you probably should be wondering where your jail cell is going to be because that would happen to the rest of us. | |
| Just like if you helped aid in a bet lawbreaking at the border and escorted people into the country, no COVID tests, preferential treatment, free phones, and then free transportation to the state of your choice. | |
| Unbelievable. | |
| So we're watching this very carefully. | |
| We do have some big news as it relates to the Mar-a-Lago raid. | |
| This federal judge has now granted Donald Trump's request and his attorney's request. | |
| His attorney will join us at the top of the hour with Greg Jarrett to appoint a special master to review the materials. | |
| The more interesting part of this, I mean, there are many interesting parts of this. | |
| This is a big loss for Merrick Garland. | |
| This is what we told you. | |
| This warrant was way too broad. | |
| And now we're finding out that they took all sorts of things. | |
| They didn't only just take passports, but they took what looks like over 500 privileged documents, attorney, client, privilege of the president. | |
| Looks like they also talked about, they also got his medical records, tax documents, and already Merritt Garland said they've seen it all. | |
| Well, that would be stuff that this is why you don't have broad warrants the way this warrant was written. | |
| Anyway, the decision now to appoint a special master versus these taint teams, which are basically you investigating yourself. | |
| The judge writes, as a function of the plaintiff's former position as president, the stigma associated with the subject seizure is in a league of its own. | |
| A future indictment based to any degree on property that ought to be returned would result in reputational harm of a decidedly different order of magnitude. | |
| And then the judge ordered a third-party attorney from outside the government to be brought in to review the materials that were taken from the president's home in Florida. | |
| The order also halts the Justice Department from continuing their review of the materials seized at Mar-a-Lago pending completion of the special master's review or a further court order. | |
