Our numbers 800941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Now we brought to you yesterday, we told you all about jury selection and the jury pool and the Michael Sussman case, and but we had a huge blockbuster breakthrough in this case today that brings all of this right into Hillary Clinton's right onto her lap.
Uh and she was in the courtroom.
Uh Alina Haba is with us, and she is the counsel for President Trump, and also uh our friend Greg Jarrett, uh, who wrote two best selling books on this issue about the Russia hoax.
Thank you both for being with us.
Alina, you were in the courtroom today.
Walk us through what happened with Robbie Mook.
Yeah, thank you for having me, Mook.
Uh well, maybe explain to everybody who Mook is.
People might not know he worked for Hillary.
Yeah, for sure.
He not only worked for Hillary, he actually ran her campaign and was the manager of Hillary for America campaign from April 2015 through the election that she lost.
Um he ha has extensive experience for Kerry, State Representatives, Clinton in 2008, and DCC, etc.
So Robbie Mook is very well versed in this game.
And in this trial, we are hearing a lot of reference to what's called an October surprise, which is effectively when you put out information, whether it be verified or not, that's damaging to your opponent and a candidate in a time frame where they do not have the the opportunity to respond or negate what was said.
Today we by the way, there would have been a real October surprise in 2020 because the Hunter Biden laptop was real, uh, which is why the media, the biggest donors to Joe Biden's campaign, desperately in the final weeks of the 2020 election, didn't want the truth in this case to come out, but that was a real life, not a manufactured October surprise.
Correct, just like how they're distracting from this trial right now by putting out information about UFOs.
When it suits them, they distract the media.
Look at the shiny ball.
But what happened here today you cannot avoid.
Robbie Mook took the stand under oath, and I watched him say that he had a meeting with Mark Elias from Perkins Couie, who was the DNC and Hillary Clinton's general counsel, who manuf had this whole fusion GPS manufactured documents created partially by his firm, the white papers were drafted.
He then goes to the campaign, has a meeting with Robbie Mook, Podesta, Palmer, Jake Sullivan, who's currently in the White House, as frightening as that is, is a national security advisor.
And he said that we all agreed that we were going to take this information that their lawyers brought and give it to the press.
And what's worse is he personally called Hillary Clinton.
He testified on the stand today, and she approved it.
So Hillary, just to be very, very clear here.
Let's let's start at the beginning.
Hillary Clinton and her campaign.
And this was brought out on the first day of trial that this was an October surprise.
Uh they funded money.
They they funneled money through a law firm, Perkins Cooey.
That's where Mark Elias worked, correct?
And that's where Sussman worked, uh who's now on trial for lying to the FBI.
And they then hired an op research firm called Fusion GPS.
Right.
Fusion GPS then hires Christopher Steele.
Christopher Steele puts together a series of documents that we now refer to as the dossier, unverifiable, totally debunked, uh, a series of lies about Donald Trump that were never true, and that even Baker admitted on the stand yesterday, yeah, he didn't put any stock in any of this at all.
Correct.
And they also had new star Rodney Jaffe, who is under Sussman's domain, who also works for the DNC and actually had top secret FBI clearance.
That's how integrated he is, who helped the FBI GC get a job after he left the FBI.
It's incestual, Sean.
And what they did was they created both the server story, the Alpha Bank story, the dossier, and they pushed it through.
And Hillary today we found out knew that this was given to her by people she was paying to do opera uh uh to do opposition research.
She's paying for them to create this.
She gives it, doesn't verify it, gives it to the news, and Robbie Mook said today on the stand, I expected that the news vet it.
He expected the news to vet their slime.
I love that uh Russian disinformation.
Let me bring in uh uh Greg Jarrett, he had two number one best selling books on this very topic.
Uh everything you reported, Greg, everything we reported, everything our ensemble cast reported, uh was dead on accurate.
And I remember when we first were talking about the dossier and you'd read the whole thing, you said you were laughing out loud, it was so salacious and so nonsensical that it should have been to everybody, but now you have James Baker, he he's admitting that he didn't believe any of it.
Then it raises the question, well, why did James Comey, the FBI director, sign three of the Pfizer warrants over a nine-month period of time.
Because James Cumby hated Donald Trump and wanted to find a pretext, even a phony excuse to pursue Donald Trump.
Uh and he wanted to drive him uh from the White House.
And Hillary Clinton, the same thing.
Uh if she couldn't have the White House, she was going to make sure that Donald Trump couldn't have it either.
This was after he was elected.
So as I wrote in both of my books, the evidence was clear.
Hillary invented the Russia hoax, uh, ordered the dissemination of the phony information, and funded it through Perkins CUI.
Uh, and today was a classic example of how not to try a case if you're a defense attorney.
One of the things you first learn is never call a witness to the stand that's gonna come back and bite you in the butt.
And that's what happened.
The defense calls MOOC to the stand to make the point, well, I don't think anybody in the campaign actually told Sussman to go to the FBI, but the downside was horrific for the defense and and for Hillary Clinton when MOOC said, yeah, Hillary personally approved leaking this bogus information of Trump runner called the R. But I but I bet you there had to be some reason they that Robbie Mook had to tell the truth.
He must know there's something in writing that would implicate him, and he knew he couldn't perjure himself.
Maybe that's a guess on my part.
He doesn't want to end up at the defense table along with with Sussman and Igor Danchenko for lying uh under oath.
So, you know, he had uh spill the beans, he had to cough it up and exposed Hillary Clinton's personal role in the hoax we already knew through declassified documents.
She approved the plan, July 26, 2016, to frame Trump as a Russian asset, knowing full well it was a hoax.
It was untrue.
She didn't care.
She wanted to hurt his chances of winning the presidency and to enhance her own chances of occupying the Oval Off.
Let me get to the bigger question here.
Alina, I'll throw it to you first, then we'll get Greg's take.
And that is this.
Durham has taken forever.
I I I cannot believe this didn't come out before the election in 2020.
What do you glean that Durham now understands fully that happened?
Exactly what our case says, that there was a RICO type of conspiracy and that the conspiracy went, as we learned today, all the way to the top.
That there were payments being funneled through a law firm to disguise the conspiracy as a legitimate opposition research, you know, guise, when what he is trying to build is a RICO case.
The only way that you get the mob is by stalking.
starting at the bottom and getting hit man after hit man to testify incorrectly and inconsistently that is what's happening.
It takes time unfortunately and with COVID it obviously didn't help matters with the court system but he is building that case and today was groundbreaking.
He just shot Mook just shot us right up to the top you know I can't believe it I I'm sitting here stunned.
I mean I I guess maybe in the back of my mind I'd kind of given up all hope on this what's your take on Durham and what he really knows at this point uh Greg Jarrett.
Well he knows a lot and under the U.S. code he's required to submit a full report I don't see how uh Merrick Garland the attorney general can suppress that report from the public especially since Bob Muller's report uh was largely public.
But you know let me make one other uh point here this was a criminal enterprise under the racketeering law that is a conspiracy to commit a crime a joint venture with a group of people Hillary at the top and the crime is fraud defrauding the government they engaged in an elaborate conspiracy to feed knowingly and intentionally fraudulent information.
How do they know it was fraudulent because they're the ones who fabricated it people like uh Olga Galenka and Charles Dolan Jr. and Igor Danchenko all Hillary Confederates fed the phony information to Christopher Steele which put it in his dossier and they peddled it to the FBI they peddled it to the media but peddling it to the FBI that's a crime you are obstructing the legal process the chief law enforcement
agency in the U.S. the FBI and you are defrauding them with phony information.
Hillary should have been charged uh with conspiracy to defraud the government but you know as she did with her email scandal she escaped the jaws of justice.
All right quick break we'll come right back more on this Durham uh case the Sussman trial that's going on now and all the revelations we'll get to your calls on the other side we'll also get an update we had a record number of people crossed the border last month and nobody's paying attention to it.
All right.
We continue with Alina Haba, President Trump's attorney she's been in the courtroom in the Susman trial the entire time and of course Greg Jarrett is with us.
He wrote two best selling books on the Russian hoax.
Let me ask you both this based on what we're hearing in this trial and what's coming out in this trial, Alina, who else is implicated here?
Because if they knew it was false who now might find themselves as a result of this information that we're gleaning in trouble in terms of having legal issues.
To the top of my list would be uh well obviously Hillary but Mark Elias is going to be an easy one after this trial.
Uh his testimony was inconsistent it was uh many times he laughed he discussed how he knew nothing that Sussman was doing meanwhile he's paying his own guys they said today over half a million dollars fusion got to basically look in the open web and create the story.
So Mark Elias, 100%.
Then you're looking at the obvious ones.
You know, we've got to find out what Jake Sullivan, Podesta, Palmieri, what?
We now know what MOOC knew.
And go down the line.
Jim Baker, his testimony was troubling.
He was back and forth vacillating.
He said that, you know, he got a text saying that he was not working, Sussman was not working for a client, but then he admits that he was friends with him and got jobs with him or tried to get jobs with him but he tried to get a job with suspend with Perkins But wait a minute, but he's the general counsel of the FBI.
That remember it was Andrew McCabe that said if we didn't have the dirty dossier, there wouldn't have been a FISA warrant issued.
He said he said that himself.
Now if he's the general counsel and Comey's signing on to an unverifiable document, and he knew it was unverifiable himself.
He said he dismissed it within a day, inside of a day, the exact words of of Baker.
Does that implicate Comey?
Absolutely, Comey McCabe and all of the head of the FBI because remember another thing that came out, which I didn't mention.
We learned in the past two days that there was not a special agent that was present when Jim Baker had this meeting with Michael Sussman, even after he was given evidence.
He signed a chain of custody letter from guess who Peter Strzok and then never said where he got it.
And nowhere in the FBI investigation does it mention Michael Susan's name.
It's not a let me get Greg's take only for the constraints of time.
Um I've called this the biggest abuse of power corruption scandal in American history.
Uh I think I've been proven right.
Uh, even with the limited information that has come out and so much more to come, Greg.
Well, it's the biggest dirty trick ever in American politics.
The subtitle of my second book was The Greatest Mass Delusion in American Political History.
The New York Post called it the scandal of a generation.
That's putting it uh in a tame vein.
I you know, this is horrific.
And yet the media was complicit.
They were witting accessories.
The the the worst media malpractice in American history.
They didn't bother to corroborate or vet any of it.
They ran with a phony story.
Most of the members of the media knew it was phony, but they wanted food to believe because they hated Donald Trump.
It really is unbelievable.
You couldn't even have have thought of or conceived of a spy novel that goes this deep into the weeds and that that that shows this level of just corruption of our entire electoral system.
Uh Alina, great job.
Uh, we're gonna check in with you often.
We're not gonna we're not gonna let up on this.
Because now America's it's being proven that everything we said is true.
It's fascinating.
There's almost a media blackout.
That's how corrupt they are.
Just like they protected Hunter.
Now they're protecting their phony phony lies and conspiracy theories that they spewed for years.
It's it's it's repulsive to this country.
Anyway, great job.
Really appreciate uh you both being with us.
800-941 Sean is our number.
You want to be a part of the program.
Uh well, when we get back, by the way, we'll check in with the latest on the border.
We just had another record month and the judge ruling on Title 42, but that'll go back and forth.
Quick break, right back.
Quick break, right.
Hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started normally a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass.
You're our kind of people.

Driving liberals crazy.
Driving liberals crazy.
Three hours a day, every day, the Sean Hannity Show is back on the air.
All right, on this Friday, 25 now to the top of the hour, 800 9.1 Sean, our number.
You want to be a part of the program.
Well, last month we set another record, illegal immigration at our borders.
Of course, the aiding and abetting and law breaking is now just standard operating procedure for the Biden administration.
The big question is how much worse will it get if they end Title 42, meaning, yeah, in the middle of the pandemic, um, we we're not gonna let a lot of people into the country, which they didn't pay attention to anyway.
Remember, you get preferential treatment if you're an illegal immigrant, there's no COVID testing.
Gen Saki said they're not gonna be here very long, me here, meaning Texas or Arizona, they're gonna get free transportation to the state of their choice, uh, no vaccine mandates, and then of course we find out free Biden telephones.
What an incentive.
Uh anyway, here is May Orcas uh from just earlier in the week saying the end of Title 42 does not mean that the border is open beginning May 23rd.
The only problem is we just had the biggest month ever in history last month.
Listen.
It is very important to note that while, of course, we are preparing for the end of Title 42, based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's decision that it will end on May 23rd, that does not mean that the border is open beginning on May 23rd.
We continue to enforce the laws of this country.
We continue to remove individuals who do not qualify for relief under the laws of this country.
Uh anyway, so that's Mayorcus.
In other words, we've got a disaster coming up here.
And when you look at Title 42, and they're talking about ending it now in three days, and the recent statistics of 235,000 illegal immigrants crossing into the border last month, um, how bad are they gonna allow this to get?
And what is what impact does it have on a country that is in a massive economic downturn like ours?
Anyway, uh Mark Morgan is with us, former acting uh CBP uh commissioner and heritage visiting fellow, Tom Homan, former acting ice director, also a heritage visiting fellow.
Mark, we'll start with you.
R a record last month, now lifting Title 42 means what?
Well, Sean, look, and I'm glad you mentioned about the record last month.
Like you said, almost 325,000.
Here's what's important for your listeners.
Was it 325?
Why did I say 235?
Maybe I messed a maybe at a Joe Biden moment.
I don't know.
No, no, it's too you're right.
No, it's it's it's 224,000 of change.
So that's why almost a quarter of a million.
So, Sean, look, what's important for your listeners though is even with Title 42 has been in place for the past year and a half, we're already at a catastrophic, unmitigated crisis that we've ever had in our lifetime.
The most unsecure border in our lifetime, the highest flow of illegal immigrations in our lifetime.
So that's with Title 42 in place.
Once it goes away, it's just gonna make a catastrophic crisis even worse.
The best way I can describe it is it's gonna be like the Hindenburg crashing into the Titanic.
What's your take?
Uh Tom Holman, great to have both of you back.
But Tom, what's your take?
Well, Mark's right.
Look, uh uh, we already got record numbers.
Historically we've got immigration last last year.
This year we're going to beat last year's numbers by at least a half a million with Title 42.
But here's the problem.
Border Patrol is so overwhelmed.
We got over 700,000 gotta ways, Sean.
Over 700,000.
67,000 just last month.
So when Title 42 gets lifted, that means more border agents are taking off the line in processing to processing the seulities.
What's that going to mean?
More galaways, more fentanyl, more overdose deaths.
And here's the problem with the gataways.
The Borrow admittedly arrested 42 on the terrorist watch list.
So the Borders rested people from 161 countries.
Many of those countries sponsored terrorism.
If you don't think not a single one, that 700,000 came from the country supporting terrorism and got into the United States without apprehension, then it should it you then you're foolish.
You're not looking at the data.
This is a national security issue, and it's about to get a hell of a lot worse because Boromstrom's already overwhelmed, and they're even going to get worse.
So this is this is a scary time for this country.
What I don't understand is, and and maybe I'm just a little too old-fashioned, Mark Morgan, is the flagrant law breaking, the aiding and abetting.
And I've asked both of you this question in the past, and you both have given me interesting answers, but I know that if I or a group of uh say me and my friends, if we went down to the border and we help people people cross into this country illegally, and then we gave them free transportation, what state would you like to go to?
Okay, well we'll we'll take you to uh Omaha, Nebraska, okay?
And we take people there.
Uh I think I'd get arrested for breaking the laws on immigration, probably human trafficking violations and charges would be brought up against me as well, right, Mark?
Yeah, uh, you know, uh Sean, you're absolutely correct, and that's why we've been saying for a long time that what this administration doing is besides ignoring the law and inventing new laws, all that benefits illegal immigrants coming into this country is that they're actually complicit and in finishing the last leg of the smuggling operation.
Think about that.
Is there's that that that all of the smugglers and cartels have to do is get them to the U.S. border, and this administration's gonna take it from there and they're gonna facilitate the last leg of actually uh getting them to uh uh uh to to come into this country and be flown, like you said, Sean, to every town, city, and state in this country.
And look, to foot stop on what Tom said, what what what what people don't understand?
This is about border security and national security.
When you have up to eighty percent of border tour resources that are pulled off the national security mission to be basically to finish forced to finish the last leg of that smuggling operation to be a travel agency, large areas of border wide open.
The leading cause of death right now between adults 18 and 45 is fentanyl.
DEA's only reporting says 95% of the fentanyl comes from the Southwest border.
Why is this a right or left thing to secure the border?
It shouldn't be.
It's we're losing about 300 kids a day.
That's how many we're losing.
So you you're always gonna find a liberal judge that is gonna go along with the Biden administration, so it's probably gonna be the flipping and flopping, and you know, you get one opinion, you have one rule one day and one rule the next day, and and that worries me a lot, uh, Tom Holman, because if that's the case, this is just gonna continue in perpetuity.
Now, I want to be very clear about this, because conservatives are lied about a lot.
They're anti immigrant.
I'm not anti-immigrant.
I'm the product of immigration into this country.
All four of my grandparents came from Ireland, all four.
I took an ancestry test.
I'm a hundred percent British Isle, uh meaning Ireland.
And so they came here, but they came here legally.
They went through Ellis Island.
They didn't have any money in their pocket.
There's three things, three criteria that I think anybody coming into the country needs to be able to to pass muster on.
One, we need a background security check to make sure that you don't have nefarious intentions or or radical associations.
Two, in the middle of a pandemic, you definitely need to be tested uh for COVID and quarantined until we know you don't have COVID.
And number three, uh, especially in these tough economic times, um uh uh you have to have or show the means that you're going to be able to take care of yourself financially and not be a burden on the American taxpayer.
I don't think that's a stringent criteria.
Tom Homan, what do you think?
I'm absolutely with you.
And add good moral character to that.
That's the way it should be.
And by the way, and then I don't I don't care where you come from.
Welcome to America.
No, no, I we got people from all the world.
Like I say, we got over 161 nationals that have crossed the borders from different countries.
Well, look, I'm I'm pro-immigrant.
Now people want to call me a racist and uh and a white nationalist because I enforced immigration law.
But let me tell you something about Joe Biden's policy.
Everybody says, Well, these are much more humane than President Trump's policies.
Wrong.
More migrants have died under the first year of Joe Biden on U.S. soil than any year in my 35 year career, number one.
Two, over a hundred thousand Americans have died from drug overdoses, much of the m 95% of those drugs coming across the southwest border.
Migrants have died in Mexico in a daring gap.
Tell me how this administration is more humane.
President Trump took immigration to a 35, 40 year low, 83% decrease.
How many lives did he save?
How many people didn't die of overdoses?
How many children didn't die drowning the river?
How many billions of dark uh billions of dollars of cartels not made.
President Trump's policies save lives.
A secure border saves lives.
The data's clear on that.
Yeah, I mean, this is very clear on that.
I mean, and and that's the whole point of this.
And this is where I think there's such deception and lying among the American people regarding this.
Um I I I find that amazing.
But Mark, I want to be clear with you too.
You support legal immigration.
And if you have I I don't think it's stringent, the criteria that I've laid out.
It should be for anybody, any place in the world.
We only have X number of immigrants we can take into the country on any given year.
So a background check, a health check, and a a means test, meaning you're gonna be able to take care of yourself and not be a burden on the American people, does not seem too stringent to me.
Sean, you're absolutely right, so is Tom.
I'm with you one hundred percent.
And that's why we keep trying to to get the narrative out there that this is about border security.
This isn't about immigration.
Look, what the United States is the most generous, compacite nation and the face of the planet when it comes to immigration.
We swear in about a million immigrants to become U.S. citizens every single year, Sean.
That's more than any other country in the globe.
So this is about border security.
But when you allow an incentivize illegal immigration to the highest levels we've ever had in our lifetime, uh more illegal immigration you have in between our ports of entry, the degrades our capability or capacity to actually secure the borders, as Tom said, to stop the drug from pouring in, to stop the criminals from pouring in.
Well among those 750,000 ganaway, Sean, the facts are they're murders, rapists, pedophiles, and gang members, not to mention national security vulnerability that Tom mentioned.
That's the fact.
This is about securing our borders.
Hey, we want to take a look at legal immigration and improving our policies and our pathways there for legal.
I'm all in.
Yeah, same here.
Uh I want to thank you both for what you've done and what you do, and and as people that stand up for the rule of law, the fact that there's not been any attention paid to the fact that they're aiding and abetting the law breaking the laws that we currently have on the books, uh, is inexplicable to me because I thought in America you didn't get to pick and choose which laws you like and which laws you don't like.
Uh anyway, Tom Homan, Mark Morgan, thank you both for being with us.
800-941-SEAN, our number if you want to be a part of the program.
Music.
All right, let's get to our busy phones.
CD is in North Carolina.
CD, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Happy Friday.
Hey, happy Friday to see you, bud.
Um Yeah, love y'all show, love your show.
And uh been listening a long time.
First time I've called in, but uh little bit nervous, but I'm gonna see if I can get through it.
Don't be nervous.
You're talking you're talking to friends.
It's okay.
Don't worry.
Okay.
I got you, buddy.
I'm just a retired machinist from North Carolina.
So uh just kind of like Yeah, you're you're what makes America great.
Go ahead, sir.
Yes, sir.
Uh I was just thinking yesterday about uh uh old friend Rush, and uh kind of uh wanted to know maybe what your thoughts were mainly about politics are going on right now, about what you think he would be thinking about the way the world's going out, m mainly in the U.S. and uh just get your thoughts on that.
Look, it's hard to get into uh Rush always had this ability to give a take that nobody else thought of, so there would there would be some nuance to this, but uh I think it's it's very obvious he would be very, very worried and concerned about this country and the direction we're headed in.
Uh Rush is a believer in the individual.
He believed in natural rights, God given rights.
He believed in capitalism, he believed in our constitution.
Uh he believed in liberty and freedom.
I mean, he preached this every single day that he that he was on his show, and and God, we miss him so much.
His voice was so important.
And this is I think he would view this as an all hands on deck moment, and that we c we've got to write the ship.
We if we don't do it in this election cycle and the next election cycle, I don't know if uh if if if it becomes irreparable damage.
And we can never get back to where we should be.
We are hurting our children, we're hurting our grandchildren, the poor, the middle class, people on fixed incomes are getting destroyed because of problems that were were put in place by these idiotic climate alarmist religious cult cultists like Joe Biden.
And and we don't have to pay, we're expected to pay now on average six dollars a gallon for gasoline.
That's insane.
You know, under Donald Trump was, you know, a little over two dollars a gallon.
Uh We cannot afford it.
The average family cannot afford it.
We're giving up our freedom in the name of false security, false hope, the failure.
That is socialism, liberalism, redistributionism, statism, authoritarianism.
Use whatever term you want.
It always ends up the same way.
You end up with promises that are never delivered, more poverty, and more government control over your life.
And that's exactly what's happening playing out before our eyes.
And you know, for all those people out there, and even Republicans, oh, Donald Trump, the tweets.
Oh my gosh, the tweets, the tweets.
Um, I'll take the tweets and America being energy independent and not sucking up to OPEC, Venezuela, and Iran.
I'll take the tweets and I'll take the good economy.
