If you want to be a part of the program, you know, something pretty amazing has been happening.
We got a lot of ground to cover in the course of the program today.
Is that the number of you, of our great audience, listeners, people telling us the most incredible stories about corruption that they've either videotaped or recorded or willing to sign affidavits to, it's actually unbelievable what we're hearing from people.
And I think America needs to hear your story from the American people.
Anyway, we have Vote2020 at Hannity.com, also on Twitter and Facebook and Instagram, which I have no access to.
But anyway, it's there.
If you have a story or something you want to share, and obviously we have to get your permission.
We have to vet these things out, and we will do all of that.
We have a lot of ground.
We're going to have C.L. Bryan is on the ground in Michigan with some stories.
We have Project Veritas's James O'Keefe talking to a United States postal worker insider who's giving a statement calling on other postal workers if they have seen anything shady to report it.
You see the vote totals where they are.
President's still up in Pennsylvania, 108,623 votes.
North Carolina, 60, let's see, is 76,701.
Georgia tightened, but there's not much out there in terms of votes to choose to be counted, which is 12,828.
And so they're looking at some of the provisional ballots that may have been out there to see if there's any legitimacy to them.
I know that there are lawyers now being fanned out all across the country.
By the way, you know, I want to just stop.
And as we get going today, we'll have a lot of information to pass on to you, and we will, and news that the mob won't give you, how wrong the media has been, how corrupt they are.
I want you to understand, I've been making a point now for a while, and I made it before the election.
I'll make it now here after the election, about how major institutions in this country are failing we, the people, on a spectacular level.
And, you know, when you look at the media, the mob, as I call them, the 99%, the biggest donors to all things radical Democratic socialist Joe Biden, you know, it is deep.
It is influential.
It is profound.
And a country, it hurts the country to have them act as if they are fair, balanced, objective, discerning, and truthful when they're not.
You know, we spent all of this time, you know, they spent three years lying to you, the American people, about Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia.
And the reason these profound lies like this and smears and slander and besmirchment and libel and conspiracy theories, why have we spent so much time focusing on this?
Because there's a catastrophic ending to this, which is they control the minds and hearts of so many people and some people believe them.
And they then have an influence over people based on what they know to be, which are lies, but they push their lies.
They never admit they got these things wrong or the breathtaking hypocrisy they take on on Russia is one example by ignoring Hillary's dirty Russian dossier, turning a blind eye to phony Russian information, unverifiable, being used as the bulk of information to obtain warrants to spy on presidential candidates and transition teams and a president.
You know, you would think that would be the biggest news story in their life if their job, if their goal, if their stated objective was to actually find truth and tell the truth to the American people, it's evidence that it is not.
You know, the idea that the media can go all in and literally give a candidate that they know is weak and is frail, is cognitively struggling with family corruption ties, the likes of which I can't chronicle in recent memory, and give him a total pass and let him hide in his basement bunker and protect him.
It's sort of like the media witness protection program for candidates with Joe Biden.
It is bad for this country to have them basically contributing more money than you could ever calculate to advance that cause.
It matters watching these big tech companies lie to us and censor what it is that the American people can and cannot read based on their own political bias.
That is an institutional corruption.
The fact that the deep state has been exposed and exists, these are all dangers to the country.
And the foundational principles that are to govern our country have to be based on some level of honesty and truth and fundamental fairness.
And it's not.
It's rigged.
We see it.
We watch it.
We understand it.
We watched it for four years.
There was no conspiracy theory too grand or hoax too big or lie too insane to tell.
And they'd tell it.
And they'd all support each other.
And same with the Democratic Party.
They ignore all of the quid and pros and quos in Ukraine of Joe Biden and Zero Experience Hunter.
These are examples of what has been building into this crescendo of where we find ourselves as a country today.
And to me, it's a clear and present danger to the principles that have made this country great.
And it's the media, it's big tech, it's the Democratic Party, it's the weak Republican apparatus and establishment that is a part of this as well.
It is educational institutions.
They've created this unholy alliance with the Democratic Party now going back decades, which is why we can actually spend more per capita on student education than any country in the industrialized world and end up in a failure.
You know, protecting Biden is a campaign contribution.
Hiding Biden family corruption is a campaign contribution.
You know, not telling the American people the truth is a disservice.
These are major, impactful institutions in our country that have gone dramatically wrong.
You see anecdotal evidence, for example, in the reaction to the election results.
I mean, you had a New York Times columnist, guy by the name of Charles Blow is his name, and saying yesterday, shocked and beyond disappointed at the exit polls that President Trump was dramatically increasing his share among African Americans and other minorities.
This is so personally devastating to me, he writes.
The black male he writes vote for Trump increased from 13 to 18 percent.
A black female, yeah, the president's the president doubled his support there too.
And it was accompanied by exit polling just from the New York Toilet Paper Times.
And then he talks about the percentage of Latino Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans increased.
Well, it's because they don't know, care to ever tell the truth, which is, well, this is Joe Biden's record with Robert Byrd.
They never discussed that.
Nobody in the media, the entire campaign, ever mentioned that.
Or to talk about, you know, his predators' comments or the crime bill that he supported.
Or in 47 years, you can't name any accomplishments that have advanced the position of any American, never mind any demographic in this country in any functional way.
And in three years, what did Donald Trump do?
Let's see, criminal justice reform, police reform, record low unemployment for African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, women in the workplace, youth unemployment, African-American youth unemployment.
Joe Biden can't say that.
They didn't do opportunity zones, Biden and Obama.
They didn't do criminal justice reform.
They didn't propose the platinum plan.
They didn't help out historically black colleges the way Donald Trump did.
So why would that surprise you?
Are you just that abusively corrupt and biased?
You know, I'll give you another anecdotal piece of evidence here.
You know, Political pointed this out in their article that, you know, House Democrats are shocked.
It's like they are in a stunned state today.
What the hell happened?
I mean, bleary-eyed Democrats in the House were still sorting out the wreckage when they awoke Wednesday with dozens of their own members' races uncalled and not a single GOP incumbent thrown out.
An outcome that virtually no one in the party had predicted in a year, in which Democrats were going on the offense deep into Trump country.
They're that out of touch because they haven't done anything for four years except hate this president and advance their hateful agenda, which included Russia, Russia, lie after lie, conspiracy after conspiracy theory, followed by their phony impeachment, followed by, you know, and at all times taking on breathtaking double standards and hypocrisy.
I mean, this is amazing that it's even shocking to them because this is who they are.
This now defines them.
I can't tell you how this is all going to end because I don't trust any of it.
You know, did we really have a vetting of Joe Biden who's pretty much basically a half a corpse, cognitively struggling, weak and frail?
Because they all see it.
Many of them told me privately, yeah, this guy's really a mess.
But they don't report it.
They didn't talk about it.
They didn't challenge it.
They didn't vet the candidate.
The candidate got away without answering the, will you pack the Supreme Court question?
He got away with never having to answer for opposing integration of schools and partnering with a former Klansman.
I mean, this guy got away with not answering if he supports D.C. statehood or Puerto Rico statehood.
He didn't have to answer any of these questions.
Again, pointing to institutional failure.
It is, and I would add this, that, you know, again, we're going to get to the very specifics here of all that is going on in the course of the program.
Let's see here.
Chair Gabe says it's not as bad as being communicated.
You don't need to say that on the Airbus.
Okay.
Well, you can't write me during the show and expect me to ignore it because that means when you send eight straight text messages, I'm thinking it might be important.
My apologies.
No worries.
So, you know, we've got all of this now culminating in this shift show of all shift shows.
But Donald Trump has done something.
We now need, there is a reconfiguration.
Ronald Reagan talked about in his, you know, you know, no bold, no, no Pal Pals tells, but bold colored differences, the need for a revitalized Republican Party.
Donald Trump's shown the way, and he's been able to double the Hispanic American support for him by building the wall, by the way.
Everyone said, oh, that'd be a disaster politically for the president.
No, there is a coalition.
It is one that puts America first.
It is one that is one of American prosperity, entrepreneurialism, innovation, invention, capitalism, energy, which is, you know, we're talking about millions of high-paying career jobs, an opportunity for every American to have their shot at the American dream.
That's working Americans.
That's African Americans, Hispanic Americans.
Freedom works.
Capitalism works.
Protecting jobs, manufacturing, industry works.
Securing borders works.
So there's not millions of people competing for American jobs and driving wages down through the sewer.
That works.
Peace through strength, but not long protracted wars.
This is a coalition that has got to be built upon.
And Trump has shown that that can happen even under the conditions of corruption that he's had to live under for four years of his presidency.
And there are lessons here that we all need to learn.
All right, we'll get to the specifics of everything that's happening all around the country in terms of where we are with the vote.
Do you trust that you're getting an do you think that this system worked this election?
Do you think it was fair?
Do you think it was free?
Do you think it was honest?
Do you think that there is corruption?
How do people, how do poll watchers get thrown out?
As we heard yesterday, how do a poll watcher get told they can't actually look at the ballot, which has been happening, and it's one of so many examples.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Howe, and I'm Carol Markowitz.

If you want to be a part of the program, we got a statement from the governor of Arizona, Doug Ducey, saying that Arizonans turned out in historic numbers for this election.
We owe it to them to count their votes.
The results have shifted greatly hour by hour from last night until today.
Hundreds of thousands of votes still outstanding.
It's important that we be patient before declaring any races up or down the ballot.
People of Arizona have cast their votes.
We need to make sure all their voices are heard fairly and accurately.
And also, there's been a dramatic move towards the president.
Now, last night, now the vote totals now, and there's over half a million now still left to count.
What's interesting about those votes coming in from Arizona, what I do know from people on the ground there, is that most of these votes are day of or Monday hand-delivered ballots.
In other words, people were mail ballots, and if they didn't mail them back in a top timeframe, they were told publicly that they should drop it off at certain polling places.
These are people to me that would be like, I don't trust the Postal Service.
I'm bringing it in myself and dropping them off, which I would argue, and so far this has been borne out in the counting of what started out as about 650,000.
The president has now gained about 26,000 new votes in his favor.
High propensity for Trump, which means that Arizona very well is possible in the Trump column.
We'll explain more next.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.

Sean, if you want to be a part of this extravaganza, I cannot emphasize this enough.
You know, when you think of America, and this is the home of Silicon Valley, this is the home of Apple.
You know, Linda, how often do we make fun of the fact that, you know, it took me forever to learn how to download an app or, you know, send out a tweet?
I mean, it's pathetic.
You know, Microsoft, Apple, all of these great tech geniuses that work in this country.
And you think of American goodness and American greatness.
You know, putting the politics of COVID-19 aside, look at our medical manufacturers.
Look at the ventilators that they made.
Look at all the quick production of PPE that they made.
Look at the race towards a vaccine.
Our scientists, our medical researchers, our doctors, our amazing people that are in this country.
And freedom, we have been able to advance the human condition.
And you look at what you see in terms of how these, you know, what led up to this election.
And we need to change.
By the way, Dr. Fauci was saying, no, you can vote, just socially distance and wear your mask.
You'll be fine.
Nobody wanted to hear Dr. Fauci on the Democratic side at that moment because that didn't help their political agenda, which was they were even holding up COVID-19 relief monies in part because they wanted election, quote, reform, as they call it.
The president called it, nailed it.
He was right.
You send out tens of millions of ballots like this and having never done it before, not really preparing for it, not designing a system where we can verify.
It lends itself to the situation we now find ourselves in.
Is it really too much to ask for a trustworthy voting system with checks and balances that people have faith and confidence in and there's integrity in the system when you have poll watchers that are kept at a hundred-foot distance, as some are saying they were kept away from doing the poll watching that they signed up, volunteered as good patriots to do?
And you're supposed to have people on both sides, Democrats, Republicans, they get to look at the ballots, make sure everything's legit.
Keep your eye on the ball.
You know, trust but verify, as Reagan said.
Is it really, you know, you can't get into a Democratic National Convention unless you have a photo ID?
I know because I've been there, but you can get a license with zero verification.
Democrats, right?
They don't want voter ID.
They don't want, you know, verification.
You have same-day registration in some states, mail-in ballots.
Okay, we're going to extend our early voting.
We're going to extend our late counting and we'll make it extra late counting.
You need a postmark, but maybe you don't need a postmark.
And now we have to count on what?
On who is going to count the votes.
And then they're not going to let the poll watchers in.
There's no checks, no transparency, no authentication whatsoever.
And this is the net result of it.
And how it ends up, anybody's guess.
You're asking me if I have faith, confidence in how this election was run?
Not at all.
You want to tell one other thing, and then we're going to get to a tape I want to play you and some witnesses we have.
How is it possible pollsters could be this bad and this wrong?
The pundits could be this bad and this wrong.
And I'll tell you what the media's problem is, is they believed it.
They believed their own lies.
Now, it's a little late, but earlier today, a Pennsylvania appellate court actually guaranteed the GOP observers could watch the ballot counts.
Yeah, that's a little late because it's after the fact.
And the Supreme Court is intervening in the ballot dispute, probably too late as well.
Whatever's there would have been baked in, I would argue, at that point.
Sean McDuffie was on Fox and Friends this morning, and, you know, seven voting wards in the city of Milwaukee reported more presidential election votes, he said, than they had registered voters, according to an analysis and results of the Secretary of State's files, according there.
Something we got to look into.
You got Trump vowing to challenge the vote in court.
And it's like if you want to design a system that lends itself to lacking all credibility and provides the maximum opportunities for people that are dishonest to act and be dishonest, this would be the system that you would design.
And I think Democrats and the media mob that hate Trump so much, they think that we must hate them as much as they do because that's how out of touch they are with everything.
And it's where we now find all of this.
It's sad.
It's sad because it's so easy if we really wanted a system that was honest and true and fair and just, that had integrity and every voter would have confidence and the country would add confidence in it.
We could have designed such a system.
Pollsters that, you know, ridiculous.
17 points up in Wisconsin.
You know, there wasn't a single poll for, for example, for Susan Collins that showed she was going to win.
She won by seven.
She had polls having her down by 12.
What psychological impact does that have on voters?
Think about all of these things.
Anyway, a lot of you, we've actually, you've been wanting to tell us your story.
And we're actually, if you go to Hannity.com 2020, you know, send us your stories.
If you have evidence of any fraud, show it to us.
I want to take a look at it.
James O'Keefe, by the way, listen to this tape of him talking to an employee, Traverse City, Michigan, in the post office, talking about allegations of a postmark scheme to hand stamp November 3rd on late ballots.
Listen to this.
Tell us where you work.
I work in the Traverse City Post Office, more specifically the Barlow Branch.
Your boss told you and your colleague something that shocked you this morning.
What was it?
We were issued a directive this morning to collect any ballots we find in mailboxes, collection boxes, just outgoing mail in general, separate them at the end of the day so that they could hand stamp them with the previous day's date.
Today is November 4th for clarification.
Who is your boss?
What is his title?
Jonathan would be a direct supervisor, yes.
As of right now, he is the opening supervisor for the Barlow Branch Post Office.
So I, and Mrs. Anecdotal, carried her down in another office, said me, watch the postmaster doing it.
If it were just a typical day, it would be clerks doing it up at the distribution center.
So 8 p.m. election day, November 3rd, the Court of Appeals ruled ballots have to be received by that time.
And what were you told?
They're suffering today so they could mark them with yesterday's date and send them to the express system to wherever they needed to go.
This appears to be an attempt to circumvent Michigan law and allow late votes.
And you said there was a hamper where letter carriers were supposed to leave their ballots.
Where are the ballots now?
They were putting them into express bags to go to the distribution center in regards to a hamper.
There's a standard hamper that all letter mail is supposed to go to, and they had a tub next to it that we were supposed to put any ballots collected and stay into.
What made you come forward?
That's sketchy.
Like sketchy, it screams corruption.
Also, knowing the post office's leadings politically, it didn't seem quite right.
What is your message to other postal workers who see things like this?
Report it.
How are we supposed to have any integrity in this country if we are just going to let things slide based on a scaling issue?
Are you afraid of retaliation against you?
I've had whistleblower policies backfire on me in the past, so yes.
We'll have to reach out to Jonathan Clark for comment.
Hey, is this Jonathan?
Hey, I'm a reporter with Project Veritas and James O'Keefe here.
And I have information that you guys have been stamping ballots with the previous date, November 3rd.
He just hung up the phone on me.
Now, you would think, okay, now that we have that tape, now that we have this witness, now that we identify, should we not go and have our Justice Department go after them?
We have fan people out all across the country that are giving us these reports, and we're building a database on all of this at Hannityelection2020.com.
If you want to go there, is that the exact site, Linda?
What are you calling it?
So it's Hannity.com.
You can email your tips, videos, and pics to vote2020 at Hannity.com.
It's amazing.
Some polling facilities.
Let's cover it up so people can't look at all.
The Reverend C.L. Bryan, he's on the ground with Freedom Works at a rally there, and he has some.
I'm sorry.
Oh, James O'Keefe is with us.
I didn't know that.
I thought we had him for 5:30.
Eastern.
All right, James O'Keefe, how are you, sir?
Hey, Sean.
Well, that's pretty telling.
Is this guy willing?
We just now we just lost him.
All right.
We have C.L. Bryan, too.
He's on the ground with Freedom Works in Michigan.
And he's got two people with him, Mike and Nancy.
I know their last names.
I know they gave us permission to use it for the time being.
I'm not going to to protect their identity, but I guess they'll be signing affidavits.
C.L. Bryant, are they willing to sign an affidavit as to things that they saw going on in Michigan?
Well, we have them right here with us, Sean.
Nancy, Mike, can you answer?
Mr. Hannity there.
Sean, can you answer Sean?
Oh, sure.
That's definitely yes from Mike.
Definitely.
There you go.
Hey, guys.
Mike and Nancy, tell us what you observed.
You were both poll watchers, and you volunteered to do a civic duty, and there could be poll watchers for Biden or Trump, and you're there.
Tell us what you saw.
I'll let Nancy go first.
All right.
I worked on Monday before the election, and we were inspecting the outer envelopes of the absentee ballots, whether they were sealed, if the signature was there.
And we were only allowed to be within three to four feet behind the table.
So it was kind of hard to see the envelope itself and the integrity of the envelope.
It was odd to me that a majority of the envelopes were taped with packaging tape.
I mean, that seemed odd to begin with.
And I reported that to the lawyers.
Also, the ballot number is recorded on the outside of the envelope by the clerk.
And when they wrote it, they wrote it with like a light green tray on a dark yellow envelope.
It's very hard to see.
And from three or four feet away, I couldn't verify whether that ballot number pertained to that voter.
And that was, you know, and I reported that to the lawyers.
Is it a fair statement to say that you were there as an observer, you were there as a poll watcher, and yet you were prevented from doing your poll watching?
Well, we were asked to stand far enough away for social distancing, and it was just hard to get a good view of the numbers.
You couldn't see the numbers.
So, you couldn't really do a poll watching job that would be accurate and one that you would have faith in.
Mike, what's your story?
Yeah, Sean, let me tell you guys something that taught American public.
I want to challenge everybody.
I want you to take a regular letter, and we nice you had a ballot, and I want you to stand four to six feet back, and I want you to tell me what you can see on there.
You do it, do that test, and you're not going to see anything.
So, the point is, like two people I was in with, I was doing as independent, we had a Republican and Democrat, they couldn't see, they're on their cell phones texting back and forth.
So, this whole six feet away, what can you see?
So, that's a farce in itself.
Then, when people tried to get in, they prevented certain people getting too deep poll watching.
At one point, there were about 60 people down at Independence.
There was a lopsided amount of Democrats to Republicans.
They didn't get that.
But if you were media, they let five media in, then another media, and they let the media come in like go tomorrow.
But Jackson was doing a job, they held him back.
So, if you think about this, how can you do a poll watching if you can't see it?
What's the point of it, Sean?
Think about it.
It's wrong, it's a journal in itself.
And then, I wanted to say on the election day, I purposely went to the polls, you know, and I was at high school in Detroit, and there were six precincts in the gymnasium.
And I was just curious because in the August primary, 72% of Detroiters did not vote at their correct precincts.
I was wondering if people were going to show up and be allowed to vote, even though it was not their precinct.
And so, I think they were kind of angry at me because I was sending them away.
They had to go to their own precinct.
But the thing that they were doing also that I uncovered after I was here an hour and a half is they were issuing ballots to people who already had an absentee ballot.
They were supposed to call the clerk, have that absentee ballot number spoiled before they could issue them a new ballot.
Well, for two hours, they were doing that, and then I realized they were doing that.
I thought they were, and they said they weren't trained to do that.
Unbelievable.
Well, and Reverend C.L., I know you're going to be gathering a lot more stories, and we're going to put as many people on radio and TV as we can because I think America deserves to hear what really has been happening this election.
And I appreciate all the work you're doing, and I think it's very brave of Mike and Nancy to step up, speak out, willing to sign affidavits, and it'd be interesting to see if our court system cares to get to the truth of what went on, not just in Michigan, but seemingly around the country.
Sean, I want your audience to know that there is stopthesteel.us.
Stopthesteel.us.
And it has been a pleasure being up here to see this myself, Sean.
I had not witnessed this type of corruption since I left my state in Louisiana.
And you know how corrupt we can be there.
It's just sad.
I mean, what everyone's just, you know, all these stories, one after another, sad.
You know, we can't fix this.
Of course, we could if we wanted to.
Some people don't want to.
The more chaos, the better for them.
All right, glad you're with us.
Hour two, Sean Hannity Show, 800-941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of this extravaganza, by the way, we have our website set up.
If you want to go to it, just, you know, a lot of people are contacting us and giving examples, saying that they're willing to sign affidavits about voter fraud.
We have vote2020 at Hannity.com so we can protect the integrity of the vote.
It gets a little scary.
The president had tweeted out, if you count the legal votes, I easily win the election.
If you count the illegal and late votes, they can steal the election from us.
We just heard the tape of the interview of this postal worker in the state of Michigan in an interview given to Project Veritas.
We just heard from Michigan voters that were supposed to be vote counting observers, people that volunteer civic duty and they just want to make sure that elections are free and fair and honest and that people's vote and integrity is protected.
You now have a lawsuit now filed in Michigan alleging Democratic vote counters tried to correct tens of thousands of defective ballots without any Republican witness.
We just heard from Pam Bondi and Corey Lewandowski in the great state of Pennsylvania saying still they're not allowing Republicans, even though we finally got a court order today that guaranteed Republican observers the right to watch ballots being counted.
And yet that's not happening there as well.
You have, you know, now these studies have been underway.
One was by Judicial Watch, released a study of the Census Bureau population statistics and state voter transfer data to reveal a notable disparity.
The watchdog group is now warning of potential voter fraud and the rolls that may have as many as 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible voting age citizens.
Gee, we're the United States of America.
Don't we have Microsoft, Apple, Silicon Valley?
Don't we have states that have gotten this right?
Anyway, the Supreme Court has now intervened in the Pennsylvania fight, and they ordered Pennsylvania Democrats to respond by Thursday in a case challenging the state's three-day extension for counting mail-in ballots.
So we'll get an update on that throughout the day.
Pennsylvania election officials defied this court order.
According to Business Pack Review, they did a report about what was said just earlier, as I mentioned.
The media got everything wrong.
The pollsters got everything wrong.
The pundits got everything wrong.
Democratic establishment is shocked in D.C. at the depth of the victory.
They thought it was a lock to get the Senate.
They're not going to get the U.S. Senate from the Republicans.
How many Republican House pickups?
We don't know yet, but it looks like it's going to be well over 11 or 12.
But yet the presidential race remains in question.
And if this is the best we can do as the United States, if we can't have people observe ballots and that all these ballots show up magically in different places.
Oh, sorry, yeah, we got this batch over here.
We find ballots in waste paper baskets.
Poll observers are not allowed to do their job.
How does anyone ever have faith in that system, that voting system and the integrity in an election?
We already have corruption.
We had a media and big tech companies, big tech companies are now deciding what you can and cannot find for news and make decisions on your own.
They decide for you and decide when they want to censor, especially conservatives.
You got the media.
They've been full on I hate Donald Trump 24-7 every second minute hour of every day since he came down that escalator at Trump Tower.
They protected Joe Biden in his basement bunker.
Every one of them knows he's weak and he's frail and he's struggling cognitively.
Do they ever talk about it?
No, but they know it.
They ever ask him questions?
Did he ever have to answer important questions like, would you support packing the Supreme Court?
Would you support D.C., Puerto Rico statehood for more Democratic senators?
Would you support getting rid of the legislative filibuster?
Do you support ending the Electoral College?
Joe didn't have to answer any of these questions.
He got to hide most of the campaign.
Unbelievable.
Anyway, there are ways we have learned lessons and one state that has made great adjustments and we had full integrity of the election down in Florida.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is with us to talk about what he sees unfolding and what Florida got right that we can learn from moving forward, assuming that people would want a free, fair election that people can have faith and confidence in.
Sir, how are you?
I'm good, Sean.
And you remember when I got elected governor in 18, they called the race for me on election night.
My opponent conceded.
I was up by, I think, about 84,000 votes.
And then a couple days later, all of a sudden there were these vote dumps, and the margin was less and less and less.
And they ended up cutting it more than in half with these late votes.
And so it was a big problem.
Now, obviously, I won, and so we moved on.
But, you know, we in Florida really, and so when I got in office, we removed the two counties who were responsible for that.
Palm Beach election supervisor fired her, accepted Brenda Snipes' resignation, and Broward had a professional team in there, and they did a good job.
But here's what we do in Florida.
Everything's transparent.
We know if you, Sean Hannity, are a Republican and you vote early two days before the election, we will know that you voted.
We don't know how you voted yet until the election's over, but this is in real time.
We know how many votes are cast.
We know how many votes have been received in the mail.
And the election stops at 7 p.m. on election night.
So the universe of votes is done.
Now, there's some exceptions for military absentee for a few days, but other than that, it's a small number.
The election stops.
Then you tabulate it, and obviously we declare Claire a winner.
What I'm seeing in these states is nobody really knows how many votes, how many ballots are out there.
They just pour in.
Pennsylvania, they don't even have to be postmarked per that state court decision, which was outrageous.
So that totally opens the door for problems, and it also just saps confidence.
Because, you know, when I was going through this in 18, all my supporters, they were livid because they're like, okay, wait a minute, the election was over.
Now all of a sudden, two or three days later, we have all these votes coming in.
But here's what I would say, Sean.
Because you documented some of the stuff we're seeing, and I agree it's troubling.
Almost all those states have Republican legislatures, majorities.
Legislatures determine the electoral vote and how it's done.
They should be having these people come in under oath.
I mean, we've seen examples of dead people, someone voting under their name in like Wisconsin and Michigan, some of these places.
Bring them in.
Build a record.
Show what's going on so that the American people see this.
They have the ability to make an impact.
So I would say Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, follow this up.
If somebody was deprived of their right to vote, we have Republicans that went in in person on Election Day in some of these states, and they were said, oh, no, we already received a mail ballot for you two weeks ago.
Well, how the hell does that happen?
You know, since we've been on the air an hour and 15 minutes, we start three Eastern, the president's lost 10,000 votes in Pennsylvania.
Now, again, he was up over 400,000 on election night.
Now he's down to 97,924.
We have all of these people.
I just saw some tapes that people had sent in.
I'm a Democrat.
A guy just, I'll play this tape later in the program.
And he said, I'm a Democrat, and nobody is allowed to check.
There's really no poll watching going on.
Now, I cannot, in good conscience, what I see going on, I don't see how any American at the end of this process is going to have any faith or any confidence in our electoral system.
And I think it goes even deeper than that.
You know, the reason that I spent so much time on the idea, you know, the media pushed this Trump rush alive for three years, and it ends up there was never any Trump-Russia collusion, but there was a Russian dossier that Hillary paid for that was unverifiable, that was used to get FISA warrants to spy on then-candidate Trump in 2016, and then deep into his presidency, and nobody's been held accountable.
And the evidence is overwhelming and it's incontrovertible.
It happened.
The FISA warrants, even Andrew McCabe, even Sally Yates said they wouldn't have had FISA warrants but for the dirty dossier that's unverifiable.
Then you have Joe Biden and all of this corruption that he never had to answer questions for.
So what I'm saying, Governor, is I'm seeing major institutional failure and corruption at the highest level, which really makes me worry about the future of this country if these institutions are that powerful and that willing to go along with breathtaking hypocrisy and double standards and hypocrisy like this.
I really worry.
Well, and I think, you know, the media has been the worst offender.
I mean, can you imagine if the election were coming down to some of these big rural counties and those elections offices banned anybody from observing?
You would have hordes of media, you know, trying to bust in through the elections office to be able to observe.
But when it comes to Philadelphia, a city known for political corruption and machine politics, it's like the corporate media, they're just totally uninterested.
They don't care that no one's able to observe.
All they want to see is the outcome that they've worked so hard for, which was to deny Donald Trump a second term.
And so, and I can tell you, and I mentioned to you last night, the way the media's hand, including Fox, calling Arizona prematurely, I can tell you, Florida was in the bag at 8 o'clock.
It was obvious if you wanted to be aggressive on your calls, you could have called Florida.
They didn't call it at 8.
Fine.
They didn't call it at 9.
I'm like, okay, this is a big victory.
They didn't call it at 10.
And I'm like, you've got to be kidding me.
Finally, between, I think around 11 o'clock, a little after 11, they called it.
Okay, so you're being so cautious there, but then you're rushing to call Arizona for Biden.
Right now, Sean, North Carolina has still not been called for Donald Trump.
He is up by the same amount in North Carolina as Biden is in Arizona, but there are way more votes left in Arizona than they are in North Carolina.
So how do you call Arizona for Biden?
And you won't still to this day call North Carolina for Arizona?
I have absolutely no say in that because I agree with your analysis about that.
And not only that, there's over a half a million ballots.
Donald Trump picked up 24,000, nearly 24,000 votes in the last 24 hours in Arizona because these votes, I've talked to people that are on the ground, that know every detail.
There's over a half a million more to count, and these were ballots that were dropped off by hand on Election Day and the day before Election Day, which every state has shown tend to go Donald Trump.
And so percentages are going to Trump.
And so, okay, why not just let this play out?
Why jump the gun?
But if you are going to jump the gun, what are you waiting for in North Carolina?
There's 76,000 vote margin for the president.
There's only like 120 possible votes outstanding.
There is no pass for Biden in North Carolina.
Even he admits it.
But this is part and parcel of a larger thing.
If you look at this whole campaign, obviously the media, and you touched on it, they don't ask Biden tough questions.
They let him hide in his basement.
They actively suppress things about Hunter Biden and all the business dealings.
Big tech censors, anti-Biden content.
They censor the president.
Hell, they put a warning label on my tweet when I congratulated the president for winning Florida because they had, oh, two news organizations haven't called it yet.
I'm the head of the state.
I know who won the state.
I'm following it pretty closely.
And so this whole time from big tech to the corporate media to all of you.
All right, I want you to stay focused.
I have a really important question for you.
Ron DeSantis, governor of the great state of Florida on the other side.
Just if you could stay a few more minutes, I want to ask that.
We'll also have Newt Ginger Sharp holsters, James O'Keefe, on a lot of the fraud he's discovered.
He's about to drop another big bombshell.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Howe, and I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started Normally, a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass, you're our kind of people.

All right, our final moments with the great governor of the great state of Florida, Ron DeSantis, is with us.
Knowing that we're hearing from all of these people that have been denied the ability to observe the counting, et cetera, et cetera, and reports of all of this ballot harvesting, corruption, et cetera, how do we possibly fix this to get an accurate, fair result that the American people can have faith and confidence in?
Well, I think the two best tools now, I mean, like in Pennsylvania, they have a Republican legislature.
This is their baby at how to pick presidential electors.
You know, they can obviously document this and provide a remedy, but also the Justice Department.
If you have court orders saying someone should be able to observe the counting and they're still not letting you do that because the local sheriff or police chief won't enforce it, well, then we can have, you know, we can have the Justice Department do it.
But, you know, Sean, you know, obviously I want the president to win, but any election, people need to have confidence in the result.
And I'm totally fine if I lose a race and a fair count.
But if it's not a fair count, then people lose confidence.
So it's got to be.
Based on what you're watching, what I'm watching, the things I'm reading and the things I'm seeing, I don't particularly have faith in a number of these states.
Do you?
I don't have any faith in Philadelphia.
If you're doing, did not do anything wrong.
Why would you not honor a judge's order to allow observers in there?
It's inexplicable.
And the Democrats are all in to try to keep the observers out of there.
Having these observers helps ensure that there's no chicanery going on.
And the fact that they keep pushing them out, I think, tells you all you need to know.
This is a machine in Philadelphia, and they don't like to have, I think, this type of observation on them.
Well, they obviously haven't to this point, which then raises integrity questions of the entire vote counting process from the beginning, from day one, does it not?
Well, yes, but Pennsylvania, they have Republican legislature.
They can document all this.
I mean, they can put people under oath.
They can do this in ways.
You know, it's great that you're publicizing it or other people, but you don't have any control.
I don't have any control over their presidential electoral process.
The legislature does, and we have Republican majorities.
So I would say those folks have a job to do.
I agree with you completely.
Very well said.
Great job, by the way, in the state of Florida.
Governor Ron DeSantis, thank you.
Thanks.
Bye-bye.
All right, Newt Gingrich will get his take on all of this.
Also, how the pollsters, the pundits, the press, all wrong, as usual.
And more voter fraud stories from James O'Keefe and Charlie Kirk coming up.
Hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Howe.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.

All right, 25 till the top of the hour, 800-941.
Sean, we've had a lot of action in Pennsylvania.
Since the time we've been on the air, Donald Trump's vote lead in Pennsylvania has gone down 10,000.
We had a court decision that mandates, Supreme Court has, by the way, intervened in the Pennsylvania ballot dispute, which is separate and apart.
We've already had a Pennsylvania judge guarantee GOP observers.
Now, this ruling came in today.
Today is Thursday.
The vote counting started on Tuesday.
But we're now hearing from observers, BizPAC Review, quoting former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, saying that it is not happening that the election officials, especially in and around Philadelphia, defying the court order granting access to the ballot count.
And she says, quote, they are not in compliance.
Our votes are being suppressed.
We cannot count the votes properly.
They're defying the order of a judge.
And this is not the last of this.
And what's happening is they have moved barriers up six feet and they took away the ballot machines that were in the front row and moved them all the way to the back of the building.
It's unbelievable what they're trying to do to our votes being legally cast, whether you're a Democrat or a Republican.
These legal votes must be tabulated.
They're not doing that.
They're trying to drown us out.
Now we're to the point where we can't be heard.
Joining us, we'll talk to Newt Gingrich in a minute about this.
David Mandela is an attorney with the Trump campaign, official attorney observer for the campaign at the convention center, where he's been prevented and still apparently being prevented from having any meaningful observation of the ballots.
I thought we got a court order saying that you must have this.
David Mandel.
Sean, thank you for having us on here.
No, it's extremely concerning.
We got a court order.
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is issued a stay.
But the real issue, Sean, is that there isn't meaningful observation.
So when they say observation, they say, oh, you can just see what's happening in the room.
Just to put this into perspective, this room is the size of a football field.
There's more going on in this room.
They're cages, they're tables.
There's everything that you could possibly imagine going on in this room.
We're playing a count-and-mouse game.
But the more concerning thing, Sean, that America needs to be worried about is the fact that they are trying to run out the time here.
They're trying to run out the clock.
I don't know if you saw that the state secretary just said that they're going to be done counting these ballots early.
They're going to be done counting them early.
There's a lot of problems with that because they were supposed to be segregating these ballots.
These are ballots, Sean, that don't have postmarks, that don't have signatures on them.
We can't see them.
We haven't had an opportunity to observe them.
So this process has not been done in transparent form.
So there's no way you're telling me that we could ever have full faith and confidence in an accurate vote count in Pennsylvania.
Is that what you're telling me?
What I'm telling you is, I don't know how we do that.
I don't know how you do that.
And so you have to ask yourself, what are you trying to hide?
Why weren't you allowing us to look at this from day one?
So, Sean, I was an attorney on the recount in Florida.
I did the military ballot arguments.
We tried to inspect these ballots.
And you know what's funny?
You know what the Democrats were doing in Florida?
They were kicking those military ballots out.
Why?
Because they didn't have postmarks on them.
What are they doing now?
They're saying count every vote without postmarks.
Why are they doing that?
Because they know what these votes are.
That's just my personal opinion.
But so it's a completely opposite position.
What we're saying on the Trump campaign is that we want all legal ballots counted.
This isn't, they're confusing, trying to purposely confuse the two with this great slogan: count every vote.
We want all legal votes counted.
We don't want votes counted that aren't legal.
That's the whole point.
Well, this is what the whole lead up to the election was all about, also.
Remember the Secretary of State of Pennsylvania saying, oh, no, no, we're going to count three days after.
And then didn't that same attorney general make the statement that they don't necessarily even need a postmark of November 3rd?
Well, exactly.
And that's the same Secretary of State now that is rushing the count.
So now all of a sudden, we're rushing the count.
Well, wait a second.
We stopped.
Now we're racing.
Well, why are we racing?
You answer that question.
It's a rhetorical one.
I think we know the answer to it.
What do we do?
What do you do?
Is you watch your vote count disintegrate before our very eyes, now down to 97.
I started this show at an hour and 40 minutes ago, and it was at 108,000.
Sean, I think that the only thing that you can do at this point is stop the count.
You've got to stop the count.
And so there's going to be a press conference here in about five minutes that Pam and Corey are going to be walking into right now.
We're going to be breaking some news at that, but you have to stop the count.
What about the observer that they had with them yesterday when Eric Trump and Rudy got on the ground and they had an observer saying, yeah, I couldn't see anything.
I volunteered to observe the vote count and they kept me at such a distance I couldn't see a single thing.
Does it think you have a Republican legislature now in the state of Pennsylvania?
They have the ability to intervene in this.
The power does lie with them, does it not?
Look, I think what we're talking about right now is legal moves versus political moves.
Everything is moving extremely quickly.
But our biggest concern, Sean, right now is that we are moving and counting ballots that potentially don't have postmarks on them.
In fact, we know that many of them don't have postmarks on them.
They may not have signatures, but we're not allowed to watch that process.
So we need to stop this.
We need to stop this process.
We need to have the opportunity to see what is going on.
We are only asking for this.
And at every point.
We have observers from the minute they started counting or not.
We're already Republican observers at a distance where they could not really observe anything from the beginning or not.
Exactly.
That's correct.
So what we have in the convention center is a show.
So you've got a live feed in there.
You have this presence that it looks like it's all transparent, but it is anything but transparent.
The attorneys have been kept behind a fence.
They can't see anything.
So today, in reactive order, we moved that fence six feet up.
What you have to understand is the rows and rows of tables, Sean.
Rows of tables, cages.
It goes back, you know, 30, 40 yards.
So, okay, now we can see six feet to the closest table.
That is not the issue.
We're playing games.
We're playing cat and mouse here while they run out the clock.
That's my personal opinion: that they are trying to push these votes through now because, you know, you connect the dots.
Unbelievable.
I mean, it is unbelievable.
All right, keep us in the loop.
David Mandelk, these airwaves are open.
Any updates you have, we need them.
Former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, is listening to all of this.
We see what's unfolding before our eyes.
Now, the legislature does have an opportunity to weigh in on this, do they not?
Sure.
Okay.
Based on what you're hearing, what do you hear?
Give us your analysis.
Well, my analysis is people aren't mad enough.
Look, somebody just sent me this, to give you an example.
52 U.S. Code 20511, criminal penalties.
A person, including an election official, who in any election for federal office knowingly and willfully intimidates, threatens, or coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for registering to vote, urging or aiding any person to register to vote,
exercising any right of an accepted, or knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a state of a fair and impartially conducted election process is subject to up to five years in prison.
Now, every single one of these places, and they're all big cities, but what we have today is, frankly, is sort of a cultural pattern where in Philadelphia, in Milwaukee, in Detroit, in Atlanta, in Savannah, you're having exactly the same patterns.
This isn't an accident.
These people are corrupt.
But the correct answer to their being corrupt isn't to lay off their hands and hold a press conference.
It's to say that person, that person, and that person just violated federal law, and I'm reporting them to the U.S. Attorney, and they will be arrested.
And we're just not angry enough.
We're allowing these people to steal the election and steal the country.
And we're pretending as though this is politics as usual.
This is not politics as usual.
This is the most methodical, wide open effort to steal the presidency in modern American history.
You know, McGorda versus Bush was one county.
This is multiple states.
How do you say that?
So, all of you're basically talking about stealing an election, which, by the way, which is only the latest coup attempt, but that's what Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine was all about, too, undoing an election that they never accepted the results of.
So, now if we have widespread fraud, we have laws that are not being followed, we don't have integrity and faith and confidence in the vote.
People and poll observers are not allowed to do their job and the count goes on anyway.
How does anybody have any faith in the integrity of this election?
And what is the remedy?
Look, 538, which is hardly a pro-Trump organization, reported this morning that there was one data dump in Philadelphia.
There was 23,000 votes for Biden and zero votes for Trump.
Now, that is primarily corrupt.
I mean, the mathematics of that happening are unbelievable.
They could at least have like 10 votes for Trump, 20 votes for Trump.
They have zero because of their arrogance and because they're confident that none of us have the guts to take them on.
You keep seeing the vote, the margin of victory that was there on election night just dwindle, dwindle, dwindle.
You know, it's basically like all the other states just disintegrating before our eyes.
That's right.
We saw this happen in California, and that's where it began.
And we're seeing the same thing in California right now, with our people coming up, where the votes are actually cast, our people come out ahead, and then day by day, all these new votes are found.
You know, it's sort of like the Minnesota Senate rings, where they happen to find 300 votes in the trunk of a car.
And that was the margin of defeating a United States senator.
And it was clearly corrupt.
And Republicans are too nice.
They're too pleasant.
They walk around and wring their hands.
Now, you've got guys, it's as though the one side was playing pro-football and the other side was playing badminton.
The badminton team ain't going to get off the field alive.
What is the listen?
If we're going to have, this is the United States.
You know, Mr. Speaker, I've been saying, you know, we have, we're the home of Apple.
We're the home of Microsoft.
This is the home of Silicon Valley.
And this is the best voting system that we can design.
And we saw this.
Remember when the first COVID bill was held up, and they did it because they wanted to change election laws and they wanted to extend mail and voting.
And then they start mailing out, which we've never done, millions and millions and tens of millions of ballots.
And then they're extending out, okay, early voting.
Then they're extending out vote counting.
And then they're extending out vote counting, even if it's not a postmark.
I mean, at some point, when does somebody grab a hold of this and say, this is not acceptable.
This is not how the United States is going to run an election.
And that this can't be right with fraud and lack of integrity and confidence for the American people.
Because that result is not coming here.
Look, that's the crossroads we're at right now.
If you have as powerful a president as we're going to have in our lifetime, he has been deliberately assaulted.
He's facing a corrupt family, as the Democratic nominee.
He's facing a corrupt internet system that deliberately was censoring him and censoring his supporters.
He's facing a corrupt news media that refuses to accurately cover things.
He's facing billionaires who I actually am pretty happy about spent $80 million to beat Mitch McConnell and failed, $80 million to beat Lindsey Graham and failed.
That actually makes me kind of feel good.
But nonetheless, it's the whole pattern we're up against.
And so what do you have?
In these really big cities, which are the center of violence, the center of the drug trade.
And by the way, the number of election officials at the local level who have been elected by George Soros' money is just amazing.
So you have left-wing election officials who are actively colluding with the people who are thieves.
So basically, you're saying the United States is going to end up with an unfair result and an election result that nobody will believe, have faith in, trust in, integrity.
No one on either side is going to believe this outcome.
If, in fact, we are passive enough that Biden is elected by sheer brute dishonesty, nobody on our side will believe it.
And if, on the other hand, over the next couple weeks, we fight our way back.
You know, I am for every honest vote being counted, but I'm not for a single corrupt vote being counted.
Well, that standard, of course, will just infuriate the left.
Because, of course, their belief is nobody should go to jail.
There should be no bail.
Prosecutors shouldn't prosecute.
California, I think California just legalized shoplifting.
You know, I mean, you're dealing with people who, by our standards, are crazy.
Mr. Speaker, we have watched them try to destroy this man with lies after lie after lie, slander after slander, conspiracy theory, hoax after hoax.
Does any of this really surprise you?
Because it doesn't surprise me.
Our institutions are failing the American people on a spectacular level and the media among them, big tech among them.
And, you know, it's getting really chilling that this could happen in this country.
Sir, thank you for being with us.
We'll continue to chronicle all of this.
Everybody's heart should be troubled here.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hammond.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
Catch new episodes of Normally every Tuesday and Thursday on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you listen.
I'm Ben Ferguson, and I'm Ted Cruz.
Three times a week, we do our podcast, Verdict with Ted Cruz.
Nationwide, we have millions of listeners.
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we break down the news and bring you behind the scenes inside the White House, inside the Senate, inside the United States Supreme Court.
And we cover the stories that you're not getting anywhere else.
We arm you with the facts to be able to know and advocate for the truth with your friends and family.
So down with Verdict with Ted Cruz now, wherever you get your podcasts.
All right, as we continue to chronicle news roundup information overload, all of, you know, in spite of a judge's order, we just heard from members of the Trump campaign on the ground in Philadelphia, still being denied access to observe the counting of the ballots.
How can anyone refuse to let us have a meaningful view of the vote count?
They have continued to count the votes because they have done nothing to help us.
They are not letting every legal vote count.
They are letting anything come in.
They are not letting us look at anything at all.
Nothing.
So we have filed in federal court.
We have just filed a motion in federal court for immediate injunctive relief to shut down the voting process until, until we can get a resolution where we can look at these ballots.
There is a reason that they are suppressing the election results, the legal election results, because they will not let us look at the ballot.
Whether you're a Democrat or a Republican, you should care about that.
They're trying to suppress our voices now, and they will not do it.
So we have filed a federal court for immediate and jumped relief.
What kind of votes are ballots in the case of Nevertheless?
Listen, guys, it's very simple here.
A judge in this state issued a ruling that the Board of Elections has summarily dismissed.
They believe they're above the law.
So because they would not follow the law of the state of Pennsylvania, we have filed for federal relief.
That is what we're doing because we will not let the people of Pennsylvania go without having an election observer for every single ballot.
It is shameful.
It is shameful.
Think they do not have to listen to a judge's order.
What has America come to?
This judge has ordered us inside to review this process and the Board of Elections, and your sheriff said no.
So what do we do?
We go get relief by the federal government to make sure every legal vote is counted.
this This has now gone on since Tuesday in places like Philadelphia.
And that is, you know, now, this is going to get very tricky here.
In the course of this program, since we started a little over two hours ago, there has been a decrease of 20,000, nearly 20,000 votes in the Trump column in Pennsylvania.
And it is now down to 90,566.
It was at over 108,000, almost 109,000 when the show started.
It is the entire time.
Now, as a matter of law, as a matter, you know, if we're, if we as a society, this is the United States of America.
How is it it's now Thursday?
How is it a state like Ohio, a state like Florida, all these other states, there's no distrust in the system.
Florida was, as soon as the polls closed, they were ready to go.
They had their results.
They counted and tabulated.
They posted them and declared a winner.
How is it that all of this always seems to happen in the same areas?
How are Americans to have any faith, any belief, any trust in the result of this election when poll observers, one after another, keep coming out, even, by the way, Democrats, just so Linda, I sent you that tweet that somebody has sent me.
A Democratic said, guys, let me tell you what's going on in this convention room right now in front of me.
There is no observation.
Let me play it for you.
My name is Brian McCaffrey.
I'm a registered Democrat in the city of Philadelphia.
Today, I'm at the Philadelphia Convention Center and I am overseeing the ballot counters.
I will let you know the corruption that is going on here, they will not allow us within 30 to 100 feet to supervise the ballots being counted.
This is a coup against the president of the United States of America.
And I want to call out the mayor of Philadelphia, James Kenney, the Attorney General Josh Shapiro, who tweeted that there's no way Donald Trump can win president of the United States of America, and also the District Attorney of Philadelphia, Larry Krasner.
I can't believe what I'm seeing right before my eyes.
This has nothing to do with Joe Biden or Donald Trump.
This has to do with our democracy.
And I will tell you, there is corruption at the highest level in the city of Philadelphia.
That is from a Democrat.
These stories are everywhere.
But yet I am being told that networks are preparing to make the call for the state of Pennsylvania and give it to Joe Biden.
Now, by the way, as of the count right now, it's plus 90,000 Trump.
But I am being told from insiders at networks that they are planning to make the call for Biden within the next couple of hours.
Yeah, but that's not news because that's what they've been doing all along.
So we just need to stay the course.
That's what they do.
Are you saying this on the air?
I said it on air.
I'm sorry.
Okay.
Well, of course.
There is no.
I mean, they're trying to observe the county.
A judge ruled today that they must observe.
Now, this is where there's a number of remedies.
Remember, we didn't get the Bush Gore results until 37 days after the election.
But there is within the Pennsylvania, the legislature, we're talking about Republican legislators.
They get to decide whether or not this is a free, fair, honest election with integrity or not.
They now have to step up and do their job.
The courts now have to step up and do their job.
And if the laws of the state are not followed, and you just heard Corey Lewandowski lay out in great detail how they're not being followed and that people are not allowed to observe, and even Democrats are going on record saying this is a shift show of all shift shows.
Now, as a country, we've got to ask ourselves, are we the United States?
Are we like a third world country here?
We always sent election observers to maintain integrity in countries that might be, well, lend itself towards corruption.
Well, it's happening right before our very eyes in our own country.
Now, one of the great New York Post cover today, no matter who wins, the polls, the pundits, the press were all wrong, wrong, wrong.
Well, people that got it right, Robert Cahaley from the Trafalgar group, Matt Towery, syndicated columnist and pollster, Insider Advantage, John McLaughlin and Associates.
Welcome all three of you.
Matt, I'll start with you.
I mean, you're also a lawyer.
The law is the law.
The law is not being followed in Pennsylvania.
You hear what the lieutenant governor and secretary of state are saying.
Well, what is one to do at this point?
Well, Sean, here's what's going on.
I mean, it's not just in Pennsylvania.
For example, in Georgia, the president holds about a 13,000-vote lead, a little bit below that.
The Democrats right now are racing throughout the state trying to, quote, cure ballots.
That's when a ballot has been thrown out because it doesn't match, the signature doesn't match.
For some other reason, they can't affirm that that person cast a vote.
So they're literally calling all over the state, sending people out and having people go to their local voter registration office to swear out in the affidavit to say that their vote was correct.
Now, the Republicans are now doing the same thing.
So that race is going to continue to go on in Georgia.
I expect Georgia to hold, but in the end, the president will probably win it by 5,000 votes or less.
In Pennsylvania, they're just trying to steal it.
There's no other way to put it.
So the remedy in a state like Georgia or Pennsylvania is what?
What are the options that the legislature has?
Well, you know, I was a legislator and I don't even know.
I'd never had that situation to deal with.
Now, they are supposed to.
In the end, you've got electors who have been who are assigned to represent that president, whichever one wins, and they go to Washington, D.C.
I think the issue is with what the electors do.
I don't think the legislature has much authority over it, quite frankly.
They actually do in terms of enforcement mechanisms.
What my understanding is their electors, you know, they're not required to vote in accordance, whatever the state popular vote is.
If they think there is fraud that has taken place, they do have the power to stop that in these states.
Let's get your take, Robert Cahaley.
Well, and in many states, the electors are actually chosen in advance by the parties, and whichever party candidate wins, that slate of electors goes.
It's not the learned group of thinking people the founders envisioned who are bipartisan as each party has its own slate.
But if you're asking what can be done about the election, I mean, I think that's something the Georgia legislature needs to consider.
They're likely to have two Senate runoffs.
I mean, what a prize to come in here and pull this again.
I mean, they almost need to treat the city of Atlanta like Michigan treated the city of Detroit.
They need to bail out their election system and maybe put the state in charge of it.
But they have to figure out something before two Senate seats get given away in this runoff.
John McLaughlin.
Well, in Philadelphia, Pam Bondi, the former attorney general in Florida, they just held a press conference and they're taking it to federal court.
I've worked in Philadelphia.
I used to work his last race for mayor.
I worked for Frank Rezzo.
And what you've got is a one-party system with a governor, a governor who tried to eliminate signature verification, extend the deadlines when you could take ballots without postmarks.
So they've been planning this for a while.
The Republicans, they were asleep at the switch because they should have been on this election night and should have had these ballots impounded.
But now they're awake and they're trying to save us.
But the worst thing that's going on is for the voters of Pennsylvania and the voters of the other states, they're canceling out legal Trump voters with fake ballots.
And there's been reports of ballots where just the president is filled in and nothing else.
Well, that means they were rushing to get these in so they could steal the top of the ticket.
And in Georgia, you got good Republicans there, et cetera, and people like Matt, et cetera, where they need to get on top of this right away with the Secretary of State.
They have Republican control of the governor.
And the people, as you said, the people that control the election laws are the legislators.
So legislators, Republican legislators need to get out front of this and challenge the governor in Pennsylvania.
And frankly, the same thing happened in Wisconsin.
All of a sudden, 4 o'clock in the morning, we all got dead even polls that were a little ahead or dead even in Wisconsin and in these battleground states.
And then all of a sudden, at 4 o'clock in the morning, the city of Milwaukee reports, and it's an unbelievable vote tally.
It may have been an 89% turnout, which has never happened in American politics.
Somebody needs to go out there and start, instead of curing the ballots, they need to start checking with people that have voted to make sure they're really at that address and that they really voted or somebody didn't go in and fill in their names.
Because I've worked for years in politics and in Jersey City, New York, and Hudson County, I knew for a fact people used to go in and vote, you know, after the polls closed, the election inspectors would vote for those who hadn't been able to make it to the polls that day.
So now they're just doing it with high-tech stuff and high-tech software, and they're not letting the Republicans in because they're probably not verifying signatures.
They're probably Not even maybe checking addresses or who knows, but they could be manufacturing ballots.
And we don't know.
And we should demand transparency.
All right, we'll come back.
We'll continue with our pollsters.
James O'Keefe has examples of fraud that has taken place in this election.
We're chronicling all of it with video on Hannity Tonight, 9 Eastern.
You can go to our website if you have a story to tell or video chronicling any of this.
We're literally building a database of it.
A lot of people are willing to sign affidavits to what it is that they've witnessed.
And as we continue our pollsters, John McLaughlin, Matt Towery, and Robert Cahali of the Trafalgar Group.
You know, all of these, we don't have a lot of time.
Just quick comments.
How is it that all these pollsters, all these pundits, all these media people were so wrong, Robert?
You guys were right.
They were wrong.
Well, it really depends on.
I mean, you say they were wrong, but that's if their goal was to reflect the electorate.
But if their goal was to affect the electorate, then they might very well feel like they were right.
Yeah, amazing state.
That's a powerful statement.
Matt Towery.
I completely agree with him.
And I mean, look at Arizona, 17-point Trump being down 17 points was an absurd poll for anyone to ever put out in the first place.
And I think that John has the same feeling based on what I'm reading today.
John, your take on all of this because, you know, people read polls.
They want to trust polls.
They hear the press.
If you listen to the press today, they cannot believe Donald Trump did this amazingly well.
And Republicans, they're shocked because they think everybody thinks like them.
You hit the nail on the head.
The liberal media in this country is anti-Trump to its core.
They dominate, they produce fake polls to try to suppress our votes.
They now had fake calls on election night, particularly with Arizona, to try to create an atmosphere that Biden had won while he was losing and we were winning.
And now they're producing fake ballots to steal the election.
So, you know, we're watching a basic, this is almost like it's a communist country, a totalitarian state, where they're railroading this and they won't even let Trump monitors in to watch the ballots being counted because they're carrying out probably fraud.
So it's a very sad day for the American democracy.
And it's really hard for the corrupt Joe Biden campaign to say that they want to bring the country together while they're basically railroading us.
So it's very sad.
Well, yeah, he goes out there.
No, we want it.
Does he know what state he's in?
Does he know what day of the week it is?
I mean, they also covered that up too, because they know he's been struggling.
They know he's weak and frail.
He never answered the question on court packing or D.C. statehood or the Electoral College because they let him get away with hiding the entire time.
That's how corrupt that institution is.
All right, we're going to prove some more corruption on the other side evidence from Project Veritas.
And we'll have all of this covered tonight at 9 on Hannity on the Fox News channel.
Straight ahead.
All right, 25 till the top of the hour.
We played earlier in the program this video.
It's on video.
We'll show it to you on Hannity tonight from Project Veritas, where you have Undercover, United States Postal Service worker, talking about widespread fraud, taking ballots that arrived a day late and postmarking them a day early.
Let's play that tape.
Tell us where you work.
I work in the Traverse City Post Office, more specifically the Bartolow branch.
Jonathan will be a direct supervisor, yes.
As of right now, he is the opening supervisor for the Barlow Branch Post Office.
So I and Mrs. Anandural carrier down at another office, let me watch the postmaster doing it.
If it were just a typical day, it would be clerks doing it up at the distribution center.
So 8 p.m. Election Day, November 3rd.
The Court of Appeals ruled ballots have to be received by that time.
And what were you told?
Just separate them today so they could mark them with yesterday's date and send them to the express system to wherever they needed to go.
This appears to be an attempt to circumvent Michigan law and allow late votes.
And you said there was a hamper where letter carriers were supposed to leave their ballots.
Where are the ballots now?
They were putting them into express bags to go to the distribution center.
In regards to a hamper, there's a standard hamper that all letter mail is supposed to go to, and they had a tub next to it that we were supposed to put any ballots collected today into.
What made you come forward?
That's sketchy.
I don't like sketchy.
It screams corruption.
Also, knowing the post office's leanings politically, it didn't seem quite right.
What is your message to other postal workers who see things like this?
How are we supposed to have any integrity in this country if we are just going to let things slide based on a scaling issue?
Are you afraid of retaliation against you?
I've had whistleblower policies backfire on me in the past, so yes.
We'll have to reach out to Jonathan Clark for comments.
Hey, is this Jonathan?
Hey, I'm a reporter with Project Veritas and James O'Keefe here.
And I have information that you guys have been stamping ballots with the previous date, November 3rd.
He just hugged up the phone on me.
All right, James O'Keefe is with us.
Also, Charlie Kirk is with us, and he's on the ground in Arizona.
We're going to get an update from him in just a minute.
Now, that's one of two tapes that have been dropped today.
We're going to get to the other one, James O'Keefe.
My understanding is there are people that are willing to sign legal affidavits, including the person you interviewed, to the effect that this happened.
We were ordered to do this.
We observed this happening.
Is that true?
Hey, yes.
Thanks, Sean.
This is a USPS employee in Traverse City, Michigan, who had been reached out by the Office of the Inspector General federally and is being interviewed.
And we have FBI agents currently with the supervisor of this man who told their employees in that post office to backdate ballots back to November 3rd.
These were collected on November the 4th.
This is yesterday, which is against the law.
We're talking in this, what we just played is Traverse City, Michigan.
That's correct.
Traverse City, Michigan, very close election, fraud, and the ballots were backdated.
It's a violation of the law.
So, yes, this man is very scared.
He's not yet gone public, may be about to do so, but currently being contacted by their police at this post office as we speak, standing outside.
There's FBI agents because of this person came to me and blew the whistle.
Wow, powerful.
Now, I also understand that you have new tape that you're just uploading now.
Can you tell us about it?
We'll play it.
Yeah, this is another postal worker.
This is in Nevada.
This is someone who was willing to give us ballots.
He said he wanted to remove Donald Trump from office.
Quote, I'm going to see if I can get you a handful of ballots, a nice little handful, disregarded ballots, and send them to our room.
One of our undercover reporters talking to this postal worker.
This is in Nevada, which is yet to be called.
So we have a variety of USPS individuals engaging in fraud, something that the media says can't have and doesn't have, but it's not systemic.
But we're just releasing this video just now, postal worker in Nevada telling us that he can get us disregarded ballots to fill out.
Some of us got some extra ballots and stuff.
How many of those have been getting lately?
People with extra ballots are undeliverable or whatever.
There's been quite a few.
Quite a few.
People are sitting base off their back over the dress.
So, yeah, it's been quite a few.
Well, if it wasn't me, though, hypothetically, though, it could be done.
I can't say that because I don't know.
I'm just a deliberate.
All right.
But there's a lot of them out there like that, though, right?
Yeah, there are.
Where's the most of them at then?
We were hypoletic.
Yeah, where can I find a handful of them?
I don't know, man.
I'm almost finished with the boxes today.
All right, brother.
Hey, not a problem, man.
I'm going to see if I can get you some nice little handful.
Oh, we'll see.
You're going to get a handful?
3, 2, 2.
You're going to get a handful?
I'm going to put a.
I don't know.
Maybe.
If it's in there, I ain't doing it.
And you'll put something in there for me.
I'm right, man.
All right, brother.
All right, let's get an explanation of what we just heard there.
And this is in Nevada, James O'Keefe.
So this is the name of Art.
He's a USPS worker, letter carrier.
And he says, if I get you these ballots, just I didn't do it.
He says, I didn't tell people I didn't do it.
So what you have here is you have evidence of fraud.
You have ballots being postmarked to a different date, which is against the law.
You have workers offering stacks of absentee mail and ballots to one of our undercover people.
This whistleblower is currently being contacted by the Office of the Inspector General.
Even the White House counsel has contacted Project Veritas about a lawsuit in Michigan.
So you have evidence, and then you have the Secretary of State of Pennsylvania saying right now that they're not investigating any fraud.
And you have journalists saying there is no widespread fraud.
I think it's outrageous that we have our institutions, our media, our FBI, saying that there can't be fraud, there isn't fraud, there's no widespread fraud, when all we've gotten is 7,000 tips in the last 24 hours, Sean, about where the fraud might be occurring.
We're getting tips, Galore.
We actually put up on our website, Hannity.com, for people to send stuff to us, and they've been sending it, by the way.
And it's vote2020 at Hannity.com.
If you want to send us anything you have, our friend Charlie Kirk is on the ground with Turning Point USA in Arizona.
Now, I've been on the phone at length with top officials out there.
And as of last night, the president had recovered, now that they're counting, there's been over about 650,000 votes that had not been counted.
And the president, with the counting of less than 150, had already net plus 23, which brings the vote total down.
He's down only 68,000 votes with over half a million to go.
But on the ground in Arizona with the latest, there's Charlie Kirk.
Charlie, I know you're hearing the same thing because I know you're talking to some of the same people.
Oh, yeah.
I mean, and Sean, I got to tell you, this race was called so irresponsibly early.
I am beyond livid about this because there are still people in line voting when this race was called.
Direct election interference.
And I'm going to tell you right now, there's 440,000 ballots left to be cast.
The president needs 57.7% of all remaining ballots to win the state of Arizona and defeat Joe Biden.
And he is currently getting about 58.9%.
So he has a point cushion for the remainder of all the ballots to come in, which are a lot of rural areas, including the largest Republican county in the country, Maricopa County.
And here's the other promising thing, Sean.
These are ballots that were cast the day of or the day before the election as drop-off mail ballots.
These are people that were holding their ballots.
These are people that skew Republican.
And we know in exit poll data that even was not favorable to the president, 70% of people that voted day of voted for Trump.
So I am saying right here, right now, if you were asking me where I think Arizona is going to go, I think the president is going to slightly win Arizona.
And this is very important because every one of these main, I got to be honest, Sean, like without saying any specifics, it is really dangerous to call a state before every single ballot has been really counted, especially when there's 440,000 ballots that have yet to be reported from Republican rural counties.
And so I think Trump pulls us off.
Well, there were over a million out at the time it was called.
Yeah, and so, but here's the problem, Sean.
If some of these other networks out there continue to say that Biden won Arizona based on what the AP has said, they're going to say he's president-elect incorrectly.
The narrative will be very hard to reclaim there.
It's going to look like there's something suspicious going on.
So this Arizona fight is ground zero of what's actually going to be predictive.
And if you're asking, you know, if you're kind of just looking at the landscape here, what's happened in Arizona, President Trump is overperforming what he needs to make up the original deficit of what he had on election night.
And the Biden team and the Biden campaign is very, very nervous about what's happening in Arizona.
I mean, you've got to be most nervous, though, about what's happening in Pennsylvania, especially in Philadelphia, because, and I understand we got a ruling that allowed observers, but this is Thursday.
This vote counting has been going on since Tuesday.
And person after person after person is now out there saying that they have, even though remember, these poll watchers volunteer to do this.
And by law, they're allowed to on both sides.
And I had been told by the Trump campaign, Charlie, you would be aware of this, that they had observers, especially in the swing states, fully expecting this possible dishonesty or shenanigans of some kind.
And even in spite of all of that, people have not been able to observe.
Even after the court order today, we heard from the attorney for the Trump campaign and Pam Bondi and Corey Lewandowski, and they'll all be on Hannity tonight, that they're still not allowed to observe the counting of voting that's going on in Philadelphia, which means there could only be one reason for defying the law: you don't want people to see what you're up to.
I can't think of any other reason.
Do you have more faith in the system in Arizona?
Well, for good reason.
In Arizona, we're a lot of poll watchers.
We have lawyers in there looking at every ballot because we have a Republican governor and Republican legislature, and we've been through this rodeo before in Arizona.
I have a lot more faith in the actual ballot counting system.
And we have a rally tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. outside the Maricopa recorder's office just to kind of give a public display of support for the president.
But, Sean, let me give you my analysis.
The president can win this race.
The president is right on the verge of winning four more years.
And I don't say that lightly.
I've gone through the data.
I say that, but you also, I'm hearing sources in the media saying that they are planning to call Pennsylvania, which, by the way, has Donald Trump up.
He's lost about 20,000 votes in the less than three hours I've been on the air in Pennsylvania, now down to 90,000.
We started at over 108,000, almost 109,000, you know, two hours and 47 minutes ago.
I want to see how many ballots are left.
We're not getting answers from the Secretary of State.
How many ballots are left?
How many from Allegheny County?
And there are still some Trump counties that have 20% left to report.
Unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
And you said that you're being contacted as we are being contacted, James O'Keefe, by so many people that are willing to go on the record, sign an affidavit under threat of perjury, saying what they've observed that is corrupt, correct?
Yes, Sean, and as I'm sitting here on the radio with you, our tip line is being lit up.
And in fact, another USPS official just contacted us saying the same exact thing happened in Pennsylvania that happened in Michigan.
They're backdating ballots, which is a violation of the law.
So as soon as I got the radio with you, I'm going to call this person.
He may be interviewed.
So there's kind of an energy here where one whistleblower comes out, another comes out, and it's a cascading effect.
And I urge patriotic Americans today, if you're out there and you see the fraud, you're going to have to do it yourself because our government officials, our state officials, and our media obviously won't do it.
So the job is up to us.
And yes, Sean, they are willing to sign affidavits.
They're lawyering up.
And I'm trying to get these folks to go on the record.
One thing the people in Michigan have said is that all absentee ballots are received by the local election clerk by 8 p.m. Election Day.
Anything sent by mail on November 4th, they said wouldn't be counted.
So even if they, in fact, did put the back date on it, do you know if those ballots were accepted, considering what the law is there?
Right.
I mean, we don't know if they, we don't, we can't prove it either way.
They very well could have been accepted.
The votes are still being counted.
So we're trying to figure that out, Sean.
But we're certainly trying to figure out why multiple United States Postal working officials and supervisors are encouraging their employees to do this.
This is a big story.
We're trying to get to the bottom of it.
Yeah.
It's amazing as we're watching these different media companies.
And I'll tell you what's going to happen.
Is they're going to try and get this thing called and say that we can now project Joe Biden's the 46th president.
And then you'll get all the establishment Republicans that hated Donald Trump saying, oh, he's got to just accept the results of the election and not care.
If we don't have integrity in our elections, how does this separate us from countries where we used to be the poll watchers for?
And if the law is not followed, why do we even have laws?
