The Stone Zone with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit Roger Stone.
Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
He is a New York Times best-selling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues, and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
And now, here's your host, Roger Stone!
Welcome back!
I'm Roger Stone, and yes, you are back in the Stone Zone.
This was a tumultuous weekend.
First of all, I had the opportunity to attend the premiere of General Michael Flynn's biographical film, Flynn, and I can report to you it was one of the most moving and extraordinary experiences of my life.
Michael Flynn is a great patriot, and the way he was treated by his government and the deep state was far worse than even I had realized.
So I urge you to take in this film.
You can see it by going to FlynnMovie.com.
We'll have a promotion for it during the commercial break later on in the show.
I also had an opportunity to speak at lunchtime to the Lee County, Florida Republicans.
It was a spirited group and a great exchange.
I enjoyed it enormously.
And I still got to Mar-a-Lago in time for dinner Saturday night, where I saw the 45th and 47th President of the United States.
Since it has always been my policy not to divulge the actual content of private conversations, I can tell you that the president has not yet selected a vice presidential running mate.
The list appears to be growing a little larger than it was.
He has a number of people under serious consideration, but he also feels no compunction to make a decision immediately.
He did unleash his position on abortion.
We're going to play that for you towards the end of the show.
It may disappoint some, but it did not disappoint me.
He basically believes that the Roe v. Wade decision is correct, and this decision regarding the restriction of abortion is one that should be left to the states.
Joining me now to help break the political events down and to interview our upcoming guest, Kenny Cody from Humored Events, is my colleague Troy Smith from Slingshot.News.
Roger, thanks for having me.
As always, it's an honor.
As you stated, the Flynn movie, I had the honor of being there as well and covering the event.
We posted an article about it at slingshot.news.
It was a great film.
I encourage everybody to check it out.
You know, just being there, Roger, and you can kind of speak to this too, seeing the reaction from Flynn's family and to see all these people who have been put through the ringer, I know for you it had to hit very close to home because you've actually been through it personally yourself, and you actually said to me a couple times during the night, you know, I've seen this, when it's done to you, you know, it's just something that I thought I want, you know, you to speak to at the beginning here because it's, it really is tough to see what they put this family through over nothing.
I mean, literally nothing.
Well, the film gives you great context.
You now, once you see the film, you understand why General Flynn was targeted, why a series of lies were told about him, lies magnified by the jackals in the fake news media, and you see the absolute proof that General Flynn did nothing whatsoever wrong, that he was an existential threat to the intelligence community because he knew they were lying about a number of things.
It's really, really very worthwhile and I hope folks will go see it.
I do think it's interesting, Troy, that some people who are familiar with Kim Clement, the famous Christian prophet, now deceased, may God rest his soul, predicted that the giant would be brought down by a simple stone.
Remember that name, he said.
Many, many Christians have emailed me, written me, texted me, or spoken to me about the fulfillment of this prophecy.
Some of them have suggested that I, myself, may be the stone mentioned.
Now I make no such claim.
I am merely a soldier in the army of the Lord and I will do whatever God requires of me.
So perhaps I am the fulfillment of this prophecy or perhaps I am not.
We shall see.
But what's most interesting is that people understood that a stone, as in the case of David and Goliath, is thrown by a slingshot.
And therefore, many see in your decision to call your exciting new media outlet, Slingshot.News, a further reference to the Kim Clement prophecy.
Very, very interesting.
All right, let's move to our main guest.
Kenny Cody is a very active Tennessee Republican, but beyond that, he works for the great folks over at Human Events.
He's written a number of very important things about the conservative movement and President Donald Trump, and he joins us now.
Hey, Roger.
Good to see you guys.
Troy, good to meet you for the first time, and I look forward to talking with you all, and it's always an honor to be on The Stone, so.
Kenny, it's great to have you here.
First of all, I want to categorically deny for our audience that you are only 13 years old.
That is not true.
Yes, I am 28.
I know I look like I'm probably president of the high score Republicans, but I'm a proud 28-year-old, and I'm glad to have a baby face.
That means I look a little bit younger when I'm older.
I was kidding, Kenny, because he has a lot of wisdom, a lot of wisdom for a man as young as he is, and it is on young patriots like him that this movement will ultimately have to I think it's a good thing.
I kid my friend Jack Posobiec, because I think I had you on the Stone Zone before you went on his show.
So I basically told him, well, he may work for human events, but I discovered him.
It's kind of a running joke.
Kenny, we're very proud to have you with us.
You have a great new piece about how Donald Trump has really, how should I put this, rebranded, reformatted, The conservative movement in America and you, like many, many Americans, many Christians,
We're deeply offended when the Biden administration, in what has to be the most tone-deaf political move of all time, decided to announce that the holiest of holy day for Christians, the day that commemorates the resurrection of Jesus Christ, Easter, was actually Transgender Visibility Day.
Talk to us about this.
Yes, I mean, all I want to say is as conservatives and a lot of Republicans want to say that, you know, Biden was not necessarily, you know, doing anything different than any president of the last 20 years when it was Trans Visibility Day for the last 15, but he was the first president in American history to have it on Easter Sunday and to make a proclamation, and outwardly make a proclamation, that it was National Transgender Visibility Day on Easter Sunday, the holiest of Christian holidays.
And this just goes to the fact that, and kind of goes to the proclamation, that the Biden administration hates Christians.
I mean, you've seen them go after pro-lifers, the January Sixers, you've seen them arrest the grandmother that prayed at the January 6th at the U.S.
Capitol over the last couple of weeks.
This kind of just goes to further prove that, you know, Biden is just embracing cultural Marxism, he's embracing progressivism, and that also includes the hatred of Christians, the hatred of Catholics, the hatred of Protestants, the hatred of every denomination in the Christian movement.
I think that we can all look to this being just completely tone-deaf, but I don't necessarily know if they regret it.
You know, I think the Biden administration is taking on trying to appeal to the far left, trying to appeal to progressives, trying to appeal to those who are trying to paint Republicans as being anti-woman, anti-reproductive rights, and anti-abortion in all cases, and trying to further prove that they detest
Cultural conservatives, social conservatives, and all Christians in the United States, whether Biden pretends to be a Catholic or he doesn't, he obviously disagrees with cultural conservatives and to make a mockery of Easter Sunday, to make a mockery and call it National Transgender Visibility Day, and his press secretary making a longer statement on National Transgender Visibility Day rather than how she wished Christians a happy Easter Tells me everything that I needed to know.
And, you know, Trump, on the other hand, is saying, you know, hey, I support Roe v. Wade.
I support the overturn of Roe v. Wade and, you know, allowing states to make their own abortion laws and, you know, banning transgender from the military during his presidential terms.
Tells me everything I need to know about the precedent that Donald Trump set back in his presidential administration as to how Republicans should deal on cultural issues.
Very, very well put.
A little later in the program we're going to show you the video released by President Trump early this morning to clarify his position on abortion.
It's amazing the way the left tries to redefine things in entirely false terms.
No, President Donald Trump has not outlawed abortion in the United States.
That is not true.
He doesn't even seek to do that.
What he does seek to do is let the states make that decision, which is, of course, a very, very different thing.
The Biden administration can't run on their record.
Their record is a disaster.
It's an economic disaster.
It's a foreign policy disaster.
It's a disaster when it comes to crime and drug abuse.
It is an unmitigated disaster.
So they can't say anything positive about their own record.
And even when they do, it's basically falsified, so they have to run on a strictly anti-Trump agenda.
Not very uplifting or inspiring.
If you're just tuning in here, we're with our friend Kenny Cote of Human Events, and of course, Troy Smythe of Slingshot.News.
We're gonna go to a quick commercial break here.
And well, we'll be right back, so don't go away. - God put glutathione so don't go away. - God put glutathione in every one of our cells.
We Die without glutathione.
If someone took all the glutathione out of your neighbor's body, they would be dead in three to seven minutes.
We need it to sustain life.
And we start losing it, Brannon, at age 20.
Our stores are just constantly being depleted.
The only thing, my friends, the only thing that will kill, detox, and destroy all of the free radicals, cytotoxins, mold, heavy metals, pesticides, everything that I just mentioned, Virus variants, vaccine variants, is God's molecule glutathione.
It is a safe, natural detoxer.
It will detox every free radical, chemical, heavy metal from your brain, your liver, your organs, and your cells in seconds.
Every single day.
Dr. Lana checking in.
Check it out.
House1.numi.com.
We've learned through the pandemic, we can never be caught unprepared again.
And so many Americans, when COVID hit, they had nothing in the house.
Stores were shut down and doctor's offices were shut down.
And even if doctors prescribed drugs, hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, pharmacists wouldn't fill the prescriptions.
That was a nightmare.
Now the situation is much worse.
We have these horrible supply chain problems.
In our emergency medical kit at the wellness company, we have eight prescription drugs that are all potentially life-saving.
Most people have died with COVID.
They died in the hospital because they didn't receive early treatment.
Every American family should have one of these.
I can tell you the wellness company kit is the answer.
The End Welcome back folks, I'm Roger Stone and yes, you are back in the Stone Zone.
I'm here with my Co-host Troy Smith of Slingshot.News and Kenny Cody of Human Events.
Troy, the next question goes to you.
Well, you know, Kenny, this thing, you know, Roger and I talked about this quite a bit, the Trans Day of Visibility.
You had such a good statement on that.
I wanted to ask your opinion.
You know, Roger and I both stated on the show, you know, we're talking about 2% of the population that this kind of appeals to.
Politically, who does this benefit?
I mean, and they asked Biden about it, by the way, and he doesn't even know what really is going on.
So, like, who are they trying to appeal to here?
I mean, even the far left, I would think, you know, doesn't want to make Easter about Trans Day of Visibility.
I mean, it just seems like you're appealing to the only the 2% of people who are transgender, actually, or even less than that.
It just seems like they're appealing to Democrats who pander.
I mean, the same way they pander to African Americans, the same way they pander to Hispanics, Asian Americans, what have you, they want to appeal to that base that are painted as the nice guys.
Democrats have had to embrace social acceptance, social tolerance, in order to be appealable to independents, to be appealable to Democrats, or what have you, but I also don't see the point.
I mean, I would think that alienating All Christians across the country, when you see that National Day or Trans Day of Visibility has been prioritized by the Biden administration, I would think that you would be more afraid of electorally to make those people mad rather than the transgenders.
And they wouldn't have even known it was National Day of Trans Visibility if you wouldn't have made a proclamation.
So who would you have made mad besides the atheists and the far left and cultural Marxists by wishing everybody a happy Easter Sunday and then not making a proclamation at all?
And I think that's what a lot of people are missing.
They didn't have to make the statement.
The Trump administration, while it may have been in law or in policy that this had to be like you have National Sons Day, National Daughters Day, all that kind of stuff that are technically holidays – There's a holiday every day of the week now, it seems like.
The Biden administration has been the only administration to make a federal White House proclamation recognizing the holiday, and I think it's one of why Republicans and Democrats are missing out when it comes to acknowledging this.
That's a huge mistake by the Biden administration, and I think we should pay it as that.
We shouldn't pay it as solely outrage.
We should be outraged, and Christians should be outraged.
But we should also paint this as just electorally dumb and electorally and appealingly stupid.
Like it's a lot more harmful to make the Christians mad than, like you said, 2% of the transgender population that wouldn't have even cared if you made this proclamation in the first place.
And like you said, Biden didn't even know what happened.
So I'd also tell you Biden's just a puppet for the cultural Marxist that is running in the administration.
I do think that the situation was exacerbated by the juxtaposition of President Barack Obama, President Joe Biden, and serial rapist, I mean, President Bill Clinton, appearing at Radio City President Bill Clinton, appearing at Radio City Music Hall.
While Donald Trump was paying his respects at the wake of a New York City police officer gunned down by a man who had 21 prior arrests.
But who had been released after his most recent arrest.
So you combine that with this enormous mistake of declaring Easter, the holiest of holy days for Christians, as Transgender Visibility Day, and you see the real cultural divide in America.
Then, making the whole thing even worse, Joe Biden or someone working for him goes up on X, formerly known as Twitter, and denies that he ever issued a proclamation.
So Does he really not know what his staff is doing, or does his staff not tell him what they're doing?
It's a little unclear, but here's what is clear.
Virtually every member of the cabinet then jumped in and talked about how transgender rights are so vitally important and how correct the president was to issue this proclamation.
It really does boggle the mind.
I mean, look, the Democrats They're not stupid.
They have to look at sophisticated polling as we do.
And this issue appeals to whom?
2% of the American people?
Perhaps.
Perhaps.
This isn't even, this isn't even, you know, LG, I guess it was LGB issues.
This is much more narrow.
It's really hard to figure out what these folks are thinking about.
In the meantime, although they raised, I think it was somewhere around $26 million at that Radio City Music Hall event, President Donald Trump raised $50 million on one night this past Saturday night, President Donald Trump raised $50 million on one night this past Saturday night, which has to This is important because so far the Democrats, who are of course incumbents, they control the Senate and the White House.
Have vastly outraised us, and candidly, the tsunami of lawfare against President Trump has to a certain extent served to drain not just his time, but also his campaign coffers.
Kenny, your thoughts?
I mean, yeah, I mean, I think Trump needed a good fundraising, not as in counteracting Clinton, Obama and Biden's fundraiser out.
I think it was New York.
But, you know, I think that he needed that.
You know, the true social deal with him garnering four billion dollars in stock from investing in true social is definitely going to help his campaign.
But I think the reason that the Democrats raise so much money is because of the corporate donors that they have so many connections to.
I mean, Republicans used to be like that.
Republicans used to be beholden to corporate donorships.
But now that Trump has created this populist nationalist ideology, he really has to do a lot of self fundraising himself and go to private donors, go and attract people to Mar-a-Lago and several other golf courses to have these big fundraising events because he's not beholden to corporate donors.
Corporate donors aren't going to donate to him in the same way they did past Republican and Democratic presidents.
And that's all the Democrats can rely on are these big, medium and mainstream corporations, these big companies in the military industrial complex and the pharmaceutical complex that donate to Democrats and Republicans.
big companies in the military industrial complex and the pharmaceutical complex that donate to Democrats and Republicans.
But now that Trump has to host events like this, it's amazing that he raised, I think it was around 50.3, 50.6 billion, you know, million dollars to, you know, go through and do that at a venue like Mar-a-Lago was pretty impressive.
And I think that with him raising this much money, it really, I think it's the biggest fundraising, not only for him, but of any presidential candidate of the last 10, 20, or even maybe even 30 years.
And for that to be leading up to him for only a few million dollars behind Biden at this point, it's pretty telling that he will have a, he will have a huge impact in terms of his fundraising ability leading up to November, because it is only April.
I mean, Imagine all the fundraising events that he's going to do in June, July, and August, September, October.
He has so many more months to catch up and he's not even became the official RNC nominee as of yet.
We haven't even had the RNC convention.
He's already hosted one of the most valuable and monetarily high fundraisers in presidential election history.
And for him to be able to do that without him becoming the RNC nominee as of officially yet is vastly impressive.
And I think he will host many more, maybe not to this caliber, but this proves that he can fundraise to the best of his ability and even above Joe Biden, who is already ahead of him, like you said, Roger, in fundraising and especially these corporate donorships.
So for him to be able to prove that he can raise the money, for these donors to feel comfortable with raising this money, him even attracting Republican donors that have donated to Nikki Haley, Ron DeSantis in the past, for him to be able to attract donors from every facet and every branch of the Republican Party and even independent donors to come for him to be able to attract donors from every facet and every branch of the Republican Party and shows that I think he's going to be able to keep up with Biden and maybe even surpass him in photo raising in the months leading up to the general election.
Yeah, I think it's important to note that even in 2016, Donald Trump's money does not come, generally speaking, in large donations.
He is not the toast of Wall Street, certainly not the toast of the hedge fund managers.
The great bulk of his support comes from small and medium-sized donors.
Folks who want to give directly to the President can go to DonaldJTrump.com.
DonaldJTrump.com.
If you are uncomfortable putting your credit card information online, and many conservatives are, or if you're uncomfortable using the payment processor WinRed, which is associated with Ronna Romney and her reign at the Republican National Committee, there is a place on the website where you can mail a check.
It tells you how to make the check out and where to mail it.
I would urge folks to do that.
I know when I was raising money for my own legal defense fund, there was a substantial number of Republicans and conservatives who just weren't comfortable putting their credit card information online because, well, they don't want it sold, they don't Want it stolen.
So there is a place if you go to the President's official campaign website where you can see the mailing address and it tells you how to make out a check.
I would urge people to do that.
Troy, you have the next question.
Well, you know, we talked a little bit about it in the earlier segment here about the miscommunication of the Biden administration on trans visibility, and just watching some of the Sunday morning news shows this week, I noticed that there's a very stark contrast between what the administration and the campaign officials are saying, and I want to get I want to get some opinions on this from you guys because it's just, it's very interesting to me.
You have Chris Coons, who's the co-chair of the Biden campaign on Fox News, saying that, oh, the anti-Israel wing of the Biden and the Democratic Party, you know, they're not, they haven't won.
And they're saying, oh, well, you know, Israel, we're still defending Israel.
We will still support Israel.
And yet you have like administration officials like John Kirby on – I believe he was on CBS.
And he's saying that, oh, well, we're not – we're changing our stance and we're not supporting Israel the way we were.
And they're now saying that they want to withhold aid from Israel just so that they could get a ceasefire in Gaza.
And I'm just interested to hear your guys' thoughts on that.
Like it just seems a total disconnect.
Like they're saying one thing and doing completely another.
I don't know what they're trying to do, and I also don't see how either one of these factions is going to celebrate them for what they're doing because in reality they're kind of supporting both sides of this conflict.
Yeah, it seems to me like – oh, sorry, Roger.
You can go ahead first.
Okay.
I think that in the same way that you see a lot of campaigns that are looking at how they can win, I think that the Biden administration has probably seen the polling.
They probably see fundraising and donors probably trying to – from one side of the aisle, the Israeli lobby telling you have to support Israel, the cultural Marxists and the progressives of voters trying to, you know, like in states like Michigan, where there's a high Islamic population telling them that you can't support Israel or as steadfastly as you may want to.
I think you're seeing a campaign and an administration in disarray that wants to continue to be president.
that would hit you.
Joe Biden wants to continue to be president of the United States after 2024.
You're seeing an administration who is unsure on what to do in foreign policy because of all the foreign policy disasters that the Biden administration has gone through.
And then you're seeing a campaign that is seeing the polling in swing states especially that is unsure on what positions to take.
Do they need to take the more moderate approach and being pro-Israel?
Do they need to take a more moderate approach of trying to appeal to states like Michigan and maybe even Minnesota to have a high Islamic population and want to say we want a two-state conflict, that we want a ceasefire?
They're unsure because they are in disarray.
Not only is the administration, but in terms of foreign policy in disarray on what positions they should take.
The Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of State, kind of in conflict when it comes to the Israeli-Palestine conflict.
And then you have the actual polling and the appeal to the American electorate also in disarray.
So I think it's just chaotic.
And If I was in their position, I wouldn't really know what side you'd really need to appeal to either because it's just so chaotic.
And, you know, you're seeing polling going back and forth.
You're seeing states like Michigan that are in play, states like Wisconsin that are in play.
And the foreign policy of the Biden administration has certainly been one of the most disastrous in American history.
I think they're just confused.
They're unsure about what positions they're taking.
So it's not really surprising to me of the divide that you're seeing because they are obviously not in order and the campaign that they're running against is as good as a presidential campaign as Trump or any Republican has had over the last 20 to 25 years.
So you're seeing them attack like a beast.
You're seeing them be unsure about themselves and you're seeing the policies and positions be unsure about how they're going to play to the American electorate.
All right, unfortunately, we are out of time.
Kenny, tell people where they can go to follow the stuff you write, because you write some great stuff.

But when I look back on my life, And I understand the lives that were lost.
I mean, I'm sitting here with them.
And I can tell my story.
He was one of the most respected generals in the military.
He was, by definition, the most dangerous possible person for Donald Trump to hire.
...brilliant military career serving 33...
Why was he being so elusive?
Mike Clint, hope true and face like a person.
Welcome back folks.
If you're just tuning in, I'm Roger Stone, and you're in the Stone Zone.
I'm here with my co-host, Troy Smith of Slingshot.News.
If you're not a subscriber to Slingshot.News, well, it costs nothing, and you will get the best cutting-edge political coverage in the country, and you'll see most big stories at Slingshot.News first.
So let me urge you to go there.
Troy, the Biden administration seems intent on making the next presidential election A referendum on the issue of abortion.
I saw a TV commercial with Joe Biden himself in which he flatly says, Donald Trump wants to outlaw abortion in the United States, which is not his position.
There's been a huge amount of distortion, but in this specific Biden ad, in fact maybe after the show you can look for it, we'll show it tomorrow, Biden specifically says, Trump favors a national law banning abortion.
Which is not Trump's position.
Let's take a look at this video released this morning by President Donald Trump.
Under my leadership, the Republican Party will always support the creation of strong, thriving and healthy American families.
We want to make it easier for mothers and families to have babies, not harder.
That includes supporting the availability of fertility treatments like IVF in every state in America.
Like the overwhelming majority of Americans, including the vast majority of Republicans, conservatives, Christians, and pro-life Americans, I strongly support the availability of IVF for couples who are trying to have a Precious baby.
What could be more beautiful or better than that?
Today I'm pleased that the Alabama legislature has acted very quickly and passed legislation that preserves the availability of IVF in Alabama.
They really did a great and fast job.
The Republican Party should always be on the side of the miracle of life and the side of mothers, fathers.
They're beautiful babies and that's what we are.
IVF is an important part of that and our great Republican Party will always be with you in your quest for the ultimate joy in life.
Many people have asked me what my position is on abortion and abortion rights.
Especially since I was proudly the person responsible for the ending of something that all legal scholars, both sides, wanted and, in fact, demanded be ended.
Roe v. Wade.
They wanted it ended.
It must be remembered that the Democrats are the radical ones on this position because they support abortion up to and even beyond the ninth month.
The concept of having an abortion in the later months and even execution after birth, and that's exactly what it is, The baby is born, the baby is executed after birth is unacceptable and almost everyone agrees with that.
My view is now that we have abortion where everybody wanted it from a legal standpoint, the states will determine by vote or legislation or perhaps both And whatever they decide must be the law of the land.
In this case, the law of the state.
Many states will be different.
Many will have a different number of weeks, or some will have more conservative than others, and that's what they will be.
At the end of the day, this is all about the will of the people.
You must follow your heart or, in many cases, your religion or your faith.
Do what's right for your family, and do what's right for yourself, do what's right for your children, do what's right for our country, and vote.
So important to vote.
At the end of the day, it's all about will of the people.
That's where we are right now, and that's what we want, the will of the people.
I want to thank the six justices, Chief Justice John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, And Neil Gorsuch, incredible people, for having the courage to allow this long-term, hard-fought battle to finally end.
This 50-year battle over Roe v. Wade took it out of the federal hands and brought it into the hearts, minds, and vote of the people in each state.
It was really something.
Now it's up to the states to do the right thing.
Like Ronald Reagan, I am strongly in favor of exceptions for rape, incest, and life of the mother.
You must follow your heart of this issue, but remember, you must also win elections to restore our culture, and in fact, to save our country, which is currently, and very sadly, a nation in decline.
Our nation needs help.
It needs unity.
It needs us all to work closely together.
Democrat, Republican, Liberal, Conservative.
Everyone.
We have to work together.
We have to bring our nation back from the brink.
And that's where it is.
It's at the brink.
And we will.
We will do it.
I promise you.
We will do it.
Always go by your heart.
But we must win.
We have to win.
We are a failing nation.
But we can be a failing nation no longer.
We will make our nation great.
We will make our nation greater than ever before.
Thank you very much.
Very important video for two reasons.
One, it knocks down the enormous lie by the Democrats that Trump's opposed to IVF.
He's not.
You could hear it with your own ears.
Or that Trump wants to ban abortion through a federal law.
That's in Biden's commercial.
In fact, tomorrow we're going to play those two back to back.
What did you think, Troy?
Well, Roger, you know, abortion is the thing that the Democrats want to make this election about, and they've done this multiple times now.
Every single time that they get backed into a corner politically, it's abortion, abortion, abortion.
And I think misinformation and, more importantly, disinformation kind of rules this subject, because we were told, through the media, that Trump putting these justices on the court that overturned Roe v. Wade was banning abortion.
Which is false.
And in a lot of states like New York and California, where abortion is a constitutionally protected right, the overturn of Roe v. Wade did absolutely nothing.
It did absolutely nothing.
It didn't threaten anybody's abortion rights.
It didn't take away anybody's right to get an abortion at any point.
It simply went back to the states, and these states that have already passed the laws or have passed the laws since, nothing's changed.
But yet, The Democrats have given their supporters a key issue to run to the polls for, and that's really what this is about.
The Democrats don't give assistance to black people in order to get their vote.
They promise assistance to black people to get their vote, and they never give it to them.
They don't care about abortion rights.
Nobody's abortion rights were threatened at any point in this.
It's a constitutional question.
And I believe the only question that matters in this case is, as far as the Supreme Court is concerned, who has the right to make laws on abortion?
That's what Roe v. Wade ultimately comes down to.
And the federal government doesn't.
Look, I mean, constitutionally, it's an absurd claim to make.
It's the states that have the right to do it.
And that's what President Trump is claiming.
He's making the sound constitutional argument.
My question to you, Roger, is do you you think that this video, I mean, I think I thought it was impactful.
The president looks great.
He's making a lot of sense.
He's doing, you know, I think he's making a great statement there, but at the same time, they're still going to say, they're still going to push the disinformation, the misinformation, no matter what, because this is their ace in the hole.
Am I right?
Yeah, I think they're going to continue to distort the president's position.
When you have millions and millions and millions of dollars to buy advertising, and you have no requirement by the mainstream media that your advertising be factually accurate, there will be a major effort to distort the president's position.
All right, let's move on.
Troy, you over at Slingshot News were among the very, very few media outlets that covered the fact that a federal judge just last week dismissed motions by Hunter Biden to dismiss the tax charges against him.
Biden's lawyers actually went into court and argued that the charges against him should be dismissed because, well, tax charges against me in a civil litigation were handled much differently.
That, of course, implies that my case is in any way similar to his.
So tell us a little bit about the piece you wrote.
Well Roger, I appreciate you working with us on the piece and getting that up there and giving us your exclusive quote there on the issue.
It seems that you are used as kind of a scapegoat for a lot of people, whether it be people who are in the federal government who won an excuse to meddle in the election.
Oh, well, Roger Stone communicated with WikiLeaks.
False.
That was a lie.
Ari Melber.
Roger Stone communicated with Mark Meadows on January 6th.
False.
Or January 5th, whenever they said this stupid call took place.
That never happened.
So many times you are used as a scapegoat, and in this case, Hunter Biden literally put your name Kevin Morris, they put your name in a motion to dismiss federal tax charges against Hunter Biden.
Now, Hunter Biden has been indicted, I mean, federally.
This is a criminal case that he's currently undergoing.
And as you said, your case was a civil case in which you were never accused of not filing anything.
You were never accused of evading taxes or failing to pay as Hunter Biden was.
You simply have a debt to the IRS, as I checked, that over 18 million Americans also have.
So you're in the boat of 18 million other Americans who also owe money to the IRS.
And we've talked about this here, Roger.
I thought your comments were great on it because it highlights, you know, The defense of these people to bring your name up even in the first place was unbelievable.
But to think that just because they bring up Roger Stone that they're going to get off shows the entitled nature of Kevin Morris, Hunter Biden, and these people.
And I'll point out also, there were eight motions to dismiss this case, Roger.
Every single one of them was eviscerated by this judge.
You can just go down the list whether it was the mentioning of you.
They attempted to use a clip of Eric Holder on CNN saying that Hunter Biden would not be prosecuted normally, which is a total lie.
I mean, they prosecute millions of people for tax things every single year.
Why would that change because it's Hunter Biden?
I think, you know, they had eight motions there, Roger, and all of them got eviscerated, including the one that involves you.
And I think it's important that you speak on this issue because you've been in this, you've been through this before, and now they're trying to bring you up.
It's just kind of unbelievable.
Yeah, let me take just a minute and review exactly what I said.
The difference between Roger and Nydia Stone and Hunter Biden when it comes to taxes is as different as day and night.
My wife and I declared every single penny of our income accurately, as well as accurately reporting all of our relatively meager assets.
Hunter Biden, on the other hand, failed to report almost $10 million in income.
The original DOJ assertion that my wife and I had hidden income in a, quote, alter ego LLC is patently false.
In fact, the LLC in question has been our principal business vehicle for over 20 years, and the Articles of Incorporation, which are filed in Delaware, clearly reflect that we are the owners, as reflected in all public records.
This entity has filed entirely accurate federal tax returns for every year of its existence.
The assertion that we only paid compensation to family members from this LLC is also entirely incorrect as we've used the LLC in question to pay all of our business expenses including compensation.
All of this has been accurately reported.
All of that compensation has been declared and been appropriately taxed.
We have meticulously documented all of this for the IRS.
The fact that we are secretly living an opulent lifestyle, that would be a particular surprise to my wife because it's ludicrous.
Yes, in fact, I do owe the IRS $2 million, but 75% of that is either interest or penalties.
And, Now, when any taxpayer enters into a negotiated offer and compromise agreement with the IRS in which they agree to make a substantial monthly payment against their tax debt,
There is normally some process of negotiating those numbers down a bit, unless of course you're Roger Stone, in which case the government will not give me any reduction on the interest and penalty that I must now pay.
The only thing that is important here is evaded taxes.
I made eight years of monthly payments without ever being late or missing a payment.
I would have continued making them until the Mueller investigation really essentially impoverished us and we were no longer able to pay, which of course we informed the IRS about.
The only issue with our taxes is our inability to pay the entire amount due in a lump sum.
You see, I don't have a mega-rich Hollywood sugar daddy willing to step in and pay my taxes.
Therefore, I will be required with my wife to pay every single penny of that $2 million for the rest of my life on a monthly basis.
But the idea that we hid anything or that we evaded taxes or that our situation is even remotely similar to that of Hunter Biden is false.
And now a federal judge who's examined the cases Well, Hunter Biden and the Stones were not, as they put it, similarly situated.
As the judge himself said, it was a case of apples and oranges.
Troy, I want to thank you for having the courage to write that story because, wow, gee, MSNBC hasn't reported it.
Can't find it over at CNN.
The New York Times seems to have missed this important case.
Where's the Wall Street Journal or the Washington Post?
Folks, the people who work at those places are fish-faced enemies of the people, and they never report the truth.
All right, Troy, let's continue here on The Political Beat.
Well, Roger, and you know, just the ability to get the truth out there is the most important thing.
And I think, you know, in this case, they wanted to bring you up and I'm sure they did bring you up when Hunter Biden mentioned you the first time, but they don't want to mention him when or mention you in the context of them Totally vindicating you and totally slapping Hunter Biden and his legal team around and saying, no, this is ridiculous.
So, you know, my honor to cover it.
Happy to get the truth out there.
It's an important piece I hope that people will check out on slingshot.news.
Roger, I want to start with a clip of a guy that I watched over this weekend, you know, really just disgusted me in total.
And, you know, here's the thing.
His name is Robert Garcia.
He's a Democrat representative.
He was on MSNBC this weekend defending Joe Biden.
And this guy's from Peru, Roger.
He was not born in the United States.
So here's a guy that came from an impoverished country.
He came to the United States.
He's actually very successful.
He's a representative of the United States government.
The United States has been nothing but good to this guy, and yet he went on TV this weekend and was telling Trump supporters, which by the way, I'll point out to him, there are tens of millions in this country.
It's at least half of the voter base, and if the polls are correct, It's a majority of the American voters that they should be ashamed of themselves for their stance on immigration.
And I just think we need to roll this clip right now because I want to show people what's going on here with this.
It's really shameful.
It's disgusting.
I think what he has done to the immigration conversation has really set us back as a country.
I mean, those men that died on that bridge are heroes.
Those are the kind of men that I grew up with.
I'm an immigrant.
I came here as a young kid.
Gee, you know what?
of working-class immigrants, and just to see folks from my family, like these men, being demonized by a former president, by the Republican nominee for president, is just disgusting.
And Donald Trump and all the supporters should be ashamed of themselves.
Gee, you know what?
My nephew died of a fentanyl overdose about now almost three weeks ago.
We know for a fact that fentanyl came over illegally over our southern border.
So I think Congressman Garcia should be ashamed of himself.
He's a disgrace to his country.
I could say something nastier, but we're a Christian-based network here.
I don't know what this guy is talking about, but I do know that we have a fentanyl crisis, we have an impending crime crisis.
We have a fiscal crisis where even Democrat mayors in places like Chicago and Boston and New York are warning us that they're about to go broke because state law in those cases requires them to provide social services for illegal immigrants, even if it means cutting services on U.S.
taxpayers and American citizens.
So if there's anyone who really should be ashamed of himself, it's that demagogue right there.
By the way, CNN tells us, as does MSNBC, there is no crisis at our southern border.
The whole thing is just made up by Fox News.
There is no crisis.
Don't believe what you see with your own eyes, folks.
Believe us!
This is why I still don't get my news from MSNBC.
For the same reason, I don't eat out of the toilet.
Troy, what do we have up next?
Well, Roger, same vein.
I mean, same vein.
We have another Democrat representative on news this weekend on MSNBC, this time Representative Dan Kildee, saying that Americans who don't support unchecked illegal immigration into the United States are actually racist.
So they're kind of echoing this, ashamed of yourself, racist.
They're putting out these talking points.
Let's see Kildee.
For whatever reason, there's a cohort of the American people, and I can't psychoanalyze them entirely, but I've got to believe part of that is that he does appeal to their fears, to their anger, to their sense that somehow they've been wronged. to their sense that somehow they've been wronged.
And rather than deal with core inequities in our system, he finds a villain.
And the villain happens to be people who don't look like his face, who speak with an accent, who come from somewhere else.
You know, to the contrary, what I'm seeing both, not just in the polling, but also anecdotally just talking to people, I know many, many black Americans who are upset about the fact that they're having trouble finding housing They're having trouble finding employment because they find those places being taken by illegals.
So this isn't a race issue at all.
Dale Kildee's been in Congress way, way too long, and now he's playing the race card.
It really is disgraceful.
But this is, again, the game the Democrats are going to play.
They can't say anything good about the Biden administration because he's the worst president in American history.
He has no record to run on.
So therefore, they're going to name call.
Oh, Trump wants to make abortion illegal.
I think we put the lie to that earlier in the show.
Oh, Trump Trump wants to cut Social Security.
No, Donald Trump's been very, very clear that he's opposed to any cuts in the Social Security program.
And then, of course, their all-time favorite.
Anything they don't like.
Oh, that's a racist.
You're a racist.
Well, some of my black friends who are having trouble finding affordable housing, young black families, I think they would disagree with that.
Absolutely, Roger.
And just one final nitwit here from the weekend on MSNBC.
We have the Biden campaign finance chair Rufus Gifford criticizing Trump for his fundraiser where he out-fundraised Joe Biden.
So when Joe Biden has his fundraiser with Obama and Clinton, it's okay.
But when President Trump raises money at Mar-a-Lago, it's not.
Let's roll that clip.
What is he doing?
He may put up some money tonight with his hedge fund billionaire friends and a closed-door fundraiser in Palm Beach.
We understand that.
But we would never trade our campaign, our strategy here, just comparing last Thursday's event in New York.
Absolutely amazing.
First of all, the event, just technically, it was not at Mar-a-Lago.
It was the private home of John Poulsen, who's a major figure on Wall Street.
It is kind of interesting, if you look at those wealthy supporters of Donald Trump, they're almost all self-made.
They're almost all people who started with nothing.
They're very, very rarely People of inherited wealth.
So this denigrates our entire system.
The people in America who are not wealthy, they aspire to be wealthy.
That's what's great about the country is it's actually possible.
Take my friend Alfie Oaks.
He's a grocer, farmer, rancher here in Florida.
He started by selling watermelons out of the back of a pickup truck along the side of the road.
Today, he's a multi-multi-millionaire because he's a risk taker, he's an entrepreneur, and he works like a dog.
That's the true American system.
But you see, Democrats hate people like that.
Oh, he's wealthy.
They hate the wealthy.
It's really amazing the way they try to pit Americans against each other.
The good news, once again, it's MSNBC, so there's virtually nobody watching.
I mean, CNN's beating them in some of the primetime slots now.
So it's just, it's a total embarrassment over there at MSNBC.
I mean, they have these Democrat people just, I mean, the list goes on.
I think we have, actually, we have one more, Roger, here.
Biden's acting Labor Secretary, Julie Hsu, she actually laughed at people who said that the country was doing better when Trump was president than now.
And she actually called that some kind of fake story of nostalgia.
Let's run that clip real quick because it was just total like insanity.
I mean, I say it's unfortunate that some people try to peddle a story for, you know, of nostalgia for something that just wasn't true.
I.
I say that, I mean, look at the numbers, right?
The numbers don't lie.
You know, the last president kept talking about an infrastructure week that never materialized.
President Biden has delivered on an infrastructure decade where we're seeing projects, you know, shovels hit the ground in communities all across the country.
And it's just, These people are delusional.
They're literally delusional.
I had Barry Habib, who is one of the country's foremost experts on the mortgage and housing industry, but also a shrewd analyst of the antics of the Fed and the overall economic picture.
And he points out that the 3.4 percent, I think it is, unemployment figure that this administration is floating is completely and totally fabricated.
It's only 3.4 if you don't count the 700,000 plus people who stopped looking for work in December, or the 2 million people who stopped looking for work last year.
People know, people can feel the problems with the economy.
They feel it when they go to the gas station and they pull up to the pump.
They feel it when they go to the grocery store and they look at the incredible prices.
The Biden administration actually has a TV commercial in which they say we have the strongest economy in our history.
But no American who's actually living in the real world believes that.
None whatsoever.
All right, we have to wrap it up here.
