The Stone Zone with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit Roger Stone.
Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
He is a New York Times bestselling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
And now, here's your host, Roger Stone!
Welcome, I'm Roger Stone, and yes, you are back in the Stone Zone.
Yesterday, I got a substantial number of emails and text messages of people asking about and raving about my Panama hat.
So they said, we want to see more hats.
Well, I believe you should always give the people what they want.
We have a great show for you today.
All eyes have been fixed on New York, where yesterday the appellate court in New York state lowered Donald Trump's bond, the bond required for him to post in order to appeal the outrageous verdict by Judge Engeron from $450 million, that's almost a half billion dollars, to a more reasonable $175 million.
Interestingly enough, I know this for a fact, Donald Trump paid cash.
For all those brain-damaged liberals on social media saying Trump is broke, I would point you to the fact that his Truth Social stock, now that the merger has been approved by the SEC, makes him among the six wealthiest men in the United States.
Cry, liberals.
All right.
Joining us now is Andrew Giuliani.
He is a former assistant to President Donald Trump.
He has also made a valiant and I think very promising campaign for the Republican nomination for governor of New York.
Strongly expect that he'll be a candidate for public office again.
He is, of course, the son of the greatest mayor in New York City history.
And he also happens to be a scratch golfer.
Also joining me, Troy Smith at Slingshot.News, my co-host.
Troy, let's bring you in and then we'll bring Andrew in.
There we go.
It's an honor to be here, Roger, as always.
Thank you so very much for joining us.
Andrew, obviously, the world's eyes are focused on New York.
Talk to us, first of all, about The outrageousness of this case brought by Letitia James and the developments of yesterday.
Well, Roger, first off, let me say, I, too, enjoy your hat.
I think it's great, and you always have some of the best style as well.
But I digress on what is the most important topic here, which, when you mention Letitia James, look, I think anybody has to just go and look at her campaign statements.
Go back to 2017.
Go back to 2018.
Go back to everything that she has said on the campaign trail for attorney general.
She wanted to get Trump.
She basically, in very Bolshevik fashion, ended up finding her man first, Donald Trump.
And then she was going to try to find a crime.
And I know that you guys have covered this time and time again.
So I won't get into the details and the facts of this.
But I think there are so many New Yorkers that are looking at this and there are a lot, a lot of very high powered business people that I'm that I'm talking to that are saying, hey, look, we have real estate in New York.
We have businesses in New York and I don't want to invest any more in New York.
As a matter of fact, I'm thinking about divesting from New York.
Take the crime Take the fact that you're paying an economic premium in New York and put that aside.
If you have an attorney general that is actually going to go after their political opponents the way Letitia James is obviously doing with Donald Trump and anybody connected to Donald Trump, that's a very, very scary scenario for people that actually have private property, that actually have property.
in the state of New York.
And people are thinking twice.
And Roger, I got to tell you, I may be a Trump-Bedminster in New Jersey right now.
It doesn't mean I'm fleeing New York yet.
But as somebody who loves the president, as somebody who has a last name, which is recognized in New York, it makes you think when you have a two-year-old daughter, whether or not New York is the actual place that you want her to grow up, or whether you're actually looking at maybe a place that might be a little bit more red and or whether you're actually looking at maybe a place that might be a little bit more red and might not go after political opponents Well, Andrew, the appellate court in New York State is also an elected court, elected on a partisan basis.
That would mean that the majority, in fact, I think all of the appellate court judges are in fact Democrats.
This didn't seem to me to be a partisan decision.
It seemed to be a relatively fair decision, even though a hundred plus million dollars seems kind of high to have to post just in order to appeal your case.
Were you surprised at this decision?
You know, I think the if you look at Judge Enger on, as you pointed out so many times, Roger, in terms of the way that he's handled this case, I think the appellate court had to actually lower this and had to lower it significantly.
Otherwise, they would lose all credibility.
And there's one thing that I've pointed out to President Trump specifically, and I've pointed out time and time again, that I think is really indicative of not just where Engeron was on this, but really where the entire left has been on Donald Trump.
When Donald Trump took the stand in the case and Donald Trump was answering one of the questions from the attorney general's office, Judge Angeron stopped the president and said, I didn't come here to listen to you.
Well, as a matter of fact, as the judge in the case, you did come to listen to Donald Trump.
And not only were you the judge, he was the jury as well, because we know this was a jury by judge.
So to me, I wasn't surprised just because they would have lost Absolutely absurd case with nobody that has actually been harmed at all.
billion does seem steep still.
But you know what?
It gave Donald Trump the opportunity to post that bond, as you said, in cash.
And it gives him the opportunity to appeal what is this absolutely absurd case with with with nobody that has actually been harmed at all.
And when you have the banks that are continually lending to Donald Trump time and time and time again, You know, they have their own due diligence.
They go through their process and they did not make any claims against this.
So this is just obviously, again, a political pawn in Letitia James, who's going and using a court, which you've said and you've you just pointed this out, is very political.
And she found the right guy in anger on to be able to go.
and try to nail Donald Trump.
I'm glad the Court of Appeals lowered this and gave Trump an opportunity to appeal this case further.
- Troy, do you have a question for Andrew Giuliani?
- Absolutely.
I think some of us not in New York, we look at the situation there, whether it be the cities or the migrant situation, and we say to ourselves, how could the officials of New York be focused on Donald Trump while their own city is, I mean, it's falling apart.
Could you speak to New Yorkers' opinion on that?
Are these people focused on Trump while the city burns?
It seems unbelievable.
Yeah.
And I think what I've been hearing more often, too, is even people that are not of the same political persuasion.
Maybe they're people that didn't like Trump's tweets in 2020.
Maybe they don't love his personality for whatever reason.
I do.
I know Roger does.
But maybe they were turned off by some little things about Donald Trump.
They're looking and they're saying, wait a second, our city is going to hell right now.
Which it really is.
I mean, you mentioned the migrant situation there.
I can tell you that when I go into WABC Radio, where Roger I know has an incredible show on Sunday afternoon as well, and I go in a few times a week and I end up taking either the one train Or I think the 4 train there.
The 4 train is right by City Hall, which is 200 feet from where the mayor works.
In the last 10 days, I've been confronted three times with open drug use on that subway or on the platform.
And there are cops right there, and they can't do anything about it.
They choose not to do anything about it.
Because of the instructions that they've been told from one police plaza and specifically from City Hall.
When you add that on top of the migrant crisis, which is going on right now, where you see the city giving hundreds and hundreds of dollars a day, up to $15,000 in cash, in credit cards, to these migrants, which, by the way, was a no-bid contract.
So the mayor specifically chose who was going to be giving that contract.
The contractor alone got $53 million for themselves, not to then dole out to the migrants.
This is going to be more in the range of $1.5 to $2 billion that's going to be doled out to migrants just this year alone.
Forget about next year as this is a three-year contract.
So as people are looking more and more and more at the situation now in the city of New York, you're having more people that are saying, hey, I don't think this is the right place to raise my family at this time.
And as Roger knows very well, in New York City specifically, things need to get really bad before they get worse.
I mean, go back to the early 90s, and there were 2,000 murders a year, each and every year, under David Dinkins from 1990 to 1993.
And you had enough at that point.
I guess, independents and Democrats that held their nose and said, yeah, I guess we'll vote for that Rudy Giuliani guy.
I don't know.
He seems to be talking a little too much law and order, but I guess we need it now.
And he was able to just win his first election.
But we saw what New York City could become, the potential that it could be.
Sadly, we've seen we've seen the opposite over the last few over the last few mayors and specifically the last 10 years with de Blasio and Mayor Adams.
And a lot of families and a lot of people are saying, you know what?
I'm going to go look for brighter pastures.
You know, Andrew, one of the proudest things in my political history is the fact that I worked as a volunteer in your father's first campaign for mayor, the campaign he lost, and then I came back and was able to make a small donation to his second campaign for mayor.
I like to say that Eric Adams is the best dressed mayor since Jimmy Walker, the most corrupt mayor since William O'Dwyer, and the most incompetent mayor since Bill de Blasio.
Anyone who will look objectively at the Giuliani record will recognize that Mayor Rudolph Giuliani was the greatest mayor In New York City.
History.
We're going to go to a quick break here.
We'll be back with Andrew Giuliani.
He has a limited time to be with us.
We've got a few more questions for them, so don't go away.
Sounds rolling.
- All three cameras, we're good.
- And your speed.
- Is there any regrets that you have in life?
I should sit here and say, yeah, I got a lot of regrets.
But when I look back on my life, and I understand the lives that were lost, I mean, I'm sitting here with them.
And I can tell my story.
He was one of the most respected generals in the military.
He was, by definition, the most dangerous possible person for Donald Trump to hire.
Certainly brilliant military career serving 33 years.
Why was he being so elusive?
Mike Clinton, hope, truth, and face life in prison.
Joining me at the news desk now is Rebecca Walzer of walzerwealth.com.
She has been a regular guest on my TV show, Brennan House Live, for a long time.
She's not just an economics expert, but she's an attorney.
Rebecca, you have a large firm.
How many people work for your firm?
Just about 30, yes.
Tell me, how can people prepare for what's coming with the end of the dollar as we know it?
The end of the fiat system, as we know it globally, we are moving to hard asset-backed currencies again.
Thank the Lord, because fiat is where we get into all the problems.
When you have debt-based currency, you have debt-based problems.
And the United States, unfortunately, since 2020, has not stopped spinning at pandemic levels.
This is systemic, and it is unsustainable, and it is coming to an end, especially with the addition of Saudi Arabia and the UAE to the BRICS nations.
This is what controls our petrodollar.
This is the threat immediately in 2024.

If you're just tuning in, this is the Stone Zone.
I'm here with my co-host Troy Smith at Slingshot.News.
If you're not a subscriber there, let me urge you to do that today.
It's absolutely free, but you will get cutting-edge reporting on not only the news, politics, the culture, and much, much more.
We're here with Andrew Giuliani, former assistant to President Donald Trump, a Republican candidate For governor, one of the president's most outspoken and articulate supporters and defenders.
Andrew, let me ask you.
I think Donald Trump is literally the toughest man I've ever met.
Now I worked for Richard Nixon.
I worked for Senator Bob Dole.
They were both very tough guys, but I would have to say the second toughest guy that I've ever known.
is Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
The fact that he just zealously represented his client, an act for which they're trying to destroy him, is just outrageous.
How is the mayor doing?
And then we're going to put up a graphic to tell people how they can help the mayor because the legal fees, I can tell you this firsthand, when the government decides to destroy you, The facts don't matter, the evidence doesn't matter, the rules don't matter, the Constitution doesn't matter, and the costs of legal assistance are astronomical.
How's the mayor doing?
Well, you're absolutely right, Roger.
And I got to tell you, what's amazing is a son.
What I can say is looking at him over the last few years and how he's been attacked by the left.
First off, I think there's a real reason for this.
And I think they want to be very, very clear to anybody who is going to defend President Trump specifically in 2024 with regards to the election.
And they want to say, if we can take down America's mayor, We're going to try to take you down as well.
That's what you're dealing with here with regards to the left here.
And that's what you're dealing with specifically with Biden's cronies and Obama's cronies.
And that's why, honestly, Roger, I'm so proud of my father, because I can't tell you how many conversations we had post-election.
And basically, he knew exactly Uh, what they were going to try to do to him just for speaking the truth, just for going out there and laying out what was the case for President Donald Trump.
Just laying out the case, the facts, the signed affidavits, the hundreds and hundreds over a thousand signed affidavits from Americans in states from Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan.
Georgia.
So as a son, I have to tell you, I am more proud of my father now than I've ever been in my life, including going after the mafia, including saving the city of New York, including in his days after September 11th, when he was dubbed America's mayor.
So as a son, I'm very proud.
And I have to tell you, we also I had a conversation a couple weeks ago and I pulled him aside and I said, hey, Dad, you know, how are you doing?
You always are very optimistic about this.
And he said, look, he said, I have two options.
He said, one, I can roll over and I can die.
Or two, I can go and get the truth out there and fight this and let the American people know what I think happened in 2020, what I'm trying to prevent from happening again in 2024.
And he said, that's what I choose to do.
And I have to tell you, he's one of the most optimistic guys that I've ever seen, as well.
He really believes that this is going to end well for us, for the country, that our constitutional republic will continue.
And so he's a great, great role model to me.
I couldn't ask for a better father, Roger.
And I appreciate you saying that.
I think you are right.
And you're, by the way, in that category as well as some of the toughest people that I know.
But between Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, and Roger Stone, that's a pretty tough threesome right there.
Well, that's great company.
You know, I foresaw all of this.
So, after the election, I strongly urged the President to issue a pardon of every Republican member of Congress who had questioned the election, every Republican member of the U.S.
Senate, every member of his own staff, every one of his most high-profile supporters.
Yes, that would have included me.
Not because we did anything wrong, but because I foresaw that they would weaponize the justice system and they would make the simple act of questioning the outcome of an election a crime.
Headline!
Stone begged for second pardon!
This is nonsensical.
This is just how the hard left rolls.
So, let's take a quick preview of the upcoming trial.
We now have notorious liar Michael Cohen, who's told so many lies you can't even keep them straight.
They're bringing a case in Manhattan.
Alvin Cheeseburger Bragg, a man whose election to the district attorney's office was essentially funded by George Soros, is bringing a case.
That the federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York fully examined and determined they could not bring.
Mr. Bragg is yet to outline the underlying crime.
In other words, it's alleged that Trump, or Michael Cohen on his behalf, made payments to this adult movie actress.
But where is the crime?
There is no crime that I can find.
But this is clearly the next assault on Donald Trump.
And then yesterday, very disturbingly, of course, the judge issued a gag order against him.
So, in other words, you can't even defend yourself.
You have to sit there and take the abuse of the court and the abuse of these witnesses.
You can't even point out publicly where the witnesses have been dishonest in their testimony.
It doesn't seem very fair to me.
Not at all, Roger.
And let me just take a little bit of a different perspective on this case, because I think this is going to be the absolute key to the case.
You're talking about facts and anybody who has any experience, whether or not you went to law school, whether you practice law, whether or not you've just seen many cases and been around many lawyers and prosecutors like I have.
To me, the most important thing about this case is going to be jury selection.
In Manhattan, where you have 81 percent of the vote actually voted for Alvin Bragg, 80 percent voted for Joe Biden.
To me, it's going to be so important for the Trump defense team to be able to get as much information about these 12 jurors as possible, specifically.
Specifically for me, I would want to know their political affiliation, and I think that's very, very relevant in this case.
Because as you highlight the facts out there, yeah, obviously the Trump team will do a very good job in defending the facts.
Alvin Bragg can't even put any merits to this, like you pointed out there.
You have Michael Cohen, who is the star witness, who has lied numerous times under oath, been caught lying under oath and prosecuted, went to jail lying under oath.
So to me, this is going to be all about jury selection and whether or not you can get an unbiased jury or at least two or three unbiased members of the jury that are going to actually look at this for what it is, which is a complete farce that, like you said, the Southern District of the U.S. Attorney's Office in New York chose not to take on this case.
Yet Alvin Bragg, who's funded by Soros, who is a complete one of the main reasons why we're not able to arrest violent felons in Manhattan, in basically the center of the jury.
of the city of New York, he's the one taking this case on.
So going to be all about jury selection in this to make sure that Trump gets a fair trial.
Michael Cohen is most definitely one of the most odious characters I've ever met.
He testified before both the House and the Senate claiming that he overheard a phone conversation between Donald Trump and I, because Trump put such conversation on a speakerphone, in which I gave Trump a heads up that WikiLeaks would release material regarding in which I gave Trump a heads up that WikiLeaks would release material regarding Hillary The problem is, at first he said it happened in July of 2016.
Then he changed his mind, I think, at the urging of prosecutors and said it happened in August of 2016.
Of course, there is no phone record, right?
Uh, to, uh, bolster his claim.
Uh, and, uh, the Trump assistant who he claims came into the room to tell Trump that I was on the phone has no memory, uh, of that ever happening.
I can tell you exactly when it happened.
Never.
Why would you even be discussing something in July or August that allegedly, uh, or that actually only happened in October?
By the way, Julian Assange himself had announced publicly on numerous occasions that he had obtained material regarding Hillary and the DNC.
So this wasn't even a secret.
Clearly, they don't trust Michael Cohen as a witness.
He was never even brought as a witness in my trial.
He would have been destroyed on cross examination.
Let's go back to the mayor a second.
Folks, Mayor Giuliani has millions of dollars in legal fees that he has to pay.
Please help him out.
We're going to show you the address where you can go directly to his legal defense fund.
Rudy Giuliani is, as I say, he's the second toughest man I know.
He's fighting for his life.
And as Andrew points out, he really doesn't have any choice.
He can roll over, or he can continue to fight.
And like the ancient Romans, he's a fighter who will never give up.
Saw a great video of him yesterday, driving down the road in his convertible, singing along to opera.
It really warmed my heart.
But folks, please, open your wallets.
Let's put it up one more time, because I want to make sure we raise some money here.
Go to DefendRudy.com.
And send him a generous contribution.
This man isn't just fighting for himself.
He's fighting for us.
And it's absolutely what Andrew says is true.
They want to silence him for the 2024 election.
They want to keep him on defense.
So he needs your prayers, but he also needs your dollars.
Troy, we're almost out of time here.
Have you got a final question for our guest, Andrew Giuliani?
Absolutely.
The question I get the most from people around the country, you know, they ask me, Troy, how do we fix what's going on?
And it's a problem in so many cities that we see across the country, just like New York.
And I think the blueprint is what your father did.
And your father really brought order back to New York City.
Can you just run through, just really quick, the points, how you get this thing back in order nationwide?
How do we fix the lawlessness going on in the cities?
Yeah.
Well, first off, thank you very much for putting that up there, Roger, at DefendRudy.com.
That means a lot.
And I could tell you this is going directly to underwriting the appeal of the $161 million ruling against him by Moss and Freeman.
So that's exactly where the funds would go.
So thank you.
In terms of New York City here, it's a focus on broken windows, policing and quality of life.
You need to allow your police officers to be proactive and not reactive.
You know, we think about this poor police officer that lost his life less than 48 hours ago, and the police have been put on their heels, whether it's going after police's qualified immunity.
Uh, whether it's cashless bail, which was signed into law by Andrew Cuomo, or whether it's DAs like Alvin Bragg who choose not to prosecute violent crimes.
I believe Alvin Bragg has actually violated his oath of office, if you read the New York State Constitution, and I believe the governor has every single right to remove him and probably should remove him for the welfare of New Yorkers.
But it's a matter of focusing on quality of life crimes.
On broken windows, on making sure that, hey, if somebody ends up committing a low-level crime, there needs to be intradiction at that point right there for a couple of reasons.
One, that way they don't graduate, and that way you protect citizens in New York.
But also, two, you want to make sure that you get somebody maybe when they commit a misdemeanor versus graduating up to a felony, because then you actually have an opportunity Where they can rehabilitate their life and become somebody who's actually a productive member of society.
What's happening by allowing these people that have been arrested, 10, 20, 30, as we see in the Jordan Neely case, a guy arrested 44 times to just be let right out after fingerprinting this guy.
What you're telling him is, yeah, this is okay behavior.
Go ahead and terrorize New Yorkers time and time and time again.
And that sadly just leads to more And more and more and more chaos.
So it has to be proactive policing.
And by the way, a place like New York and so many of our great cities in America, you think about a place like San Francisco, it's a beautiful place with incredible potential, but been run horribly for a while.
If San Francisco or New York is a safe place, people will actually pay a little bit more to live there because you have such incredible opportunities in the city of New York.
But now, as they feel that their quality of life Is being infringed upon and they look and saying, we're paying such a premium to live in New York.
It's no wonder why New York, California and Illinois lead the country in out migration and places like Florida, Texas lead the country and in migration because they're saying, hey, look, government is limited here.
You're going to be safe.
You're going to be protected.
We allow our police to be proactive.
And because of that, you have the freedom to pursue your happiness, if you will, to quote men that are far smarter than I am.
All right.
Andrew does a great radio show, WABC Radio New York.

I've been going to this lady for probably 13 years, and she's never said that to me.
And I had noticed it but for the fact that she, the fact that she noticed it was, I had to call Bran right away and tell him she just said you've never had this like this and it's growing and you just have all these baby hairs growing in and they're kind of curly and so I just told her that what I was taking and she was amazed.

Troy, let's kind of start here.
Robert Kennedy had a big press conference in Oakland, California yesterday, a little anticlimactic because His selection for vice president, a woman named Nicole Shanahan, a Biden mega donor, actually leaked almost 10 days before this much hyped up announcement.
A presidential campaign that leaks, well, it's not a very good presidential campaign.
Robert Kennedy worked very hard to build suspense and public attention to his selection, but unfortunately for him,
Loose lips, slit sink ships, and somebody in his campaign, based on the story, somebody who wasn't happy with the selection of this woman, Nicole Shanahan, who was formerly married to the founder of Google and evidently got a very, very, very, very, very, very, very sizable divorce settlement as his running mate.
She's a radical progressive, has donated to Biden, the worst president in American history, was a major financier of the Soros prosecutor in San Francisco, a man named Gascon, under whom crime has soared in San Francisco, has become one of the unsafest cities in the country.
I've got to check this, but I also believe that Ms.
Shanahan is vaccinated and she may even be boosted, which would seem to be kind of hypocritical in terms of her selection.
So, I don't know, Troy, I kind of think that this is about the money.
I think it's all about the money.
Which is kind of ironic because one of the major things that Robert Kennedy is selling is the fact that he's not controlled by any special interests, that he can't be bought.
Look, I've said from the beginning I thought his candidacy was interesting.
I thought some of his ideas were interesting.
I found other of his ideas repugnant.
I'm not for reparations being paid to people who never were slaves, never Had never involved in the slave trade or being paid by people who never owned slaves or whose ancestors, I should say, never owned slaves.
He once said those who don't believe in the whole climate change hoax should be imprisoned.
I certainly don't agree with that.
He believes in abortion on demand right up until the time of birth.
Maybe the reason he left the Democratic Party is they believe in abortion after birth.
What Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, a New York Democrat, correctly called infanticide.
But what did you think of this choice?
For those who, like Donald Trump, may have been thinking about potentially voting for Robert Kennedy because they like his position on health freedom, I think this gives them a whole reason to think twice.
Roger, you know, I had that event on yesterday, and I watched it very closely, and I watched the speakers before Kennedy came out, and I watched his speech, I watched his VP speech, and I gotta be honest with you, they were kind of incompatible, and that's what was weird, you know, just as a viewer, watching it, because I think they had some fantastic guests up there that were talking about very important things, whether it was the quality of our food in this country, health, you know, and
While these things are important, Roger, I got an uneasy feeling watching it because while I support those things, I don't think that it's the government's business to regulate any of them.
And I think, honestly, the reason that we have chemicals in our food, the reason that we have things that are so unhealthy in this country is because of the government regulations.
You don't make the government – additional regulations from an RFK government would not fix the problems.
The problems are the regulations and that's why President Trump was so successful because he slashed the regulations.
So while I think the intent of the Kennedy supporters and himself are probably pretty good, the message has become incompatible with itself.
And this candidate – I got to tell you, Roger, I was watching an interview – If you want a crystal ball on what's going on in the DNC, all you have to do is watch Jen Psaki.
And she was on MSNBC a few days ago talking about how RFK is polling at 26% in Georgia and other states.
Now, I haven't seen any poll that says he's polling at 26%.
In fact, Georgia was, I analyzed all the polling, Georgia was where he was doing the worst.
So, You know, as somebody who kind of dissects the media tries to figure this out, you're looking at the Democrat National Committee.
Those kind of people are saying, well, RFK is a huge threat to the Democrats.
Yet people like you and I look at the polling and we say, well, he pulls disproportionately from Trump.
That's a fact.
And yet his VP choice almost appears like he's trying to appeal to the Democrats, which would go along with what the DNC is saying.
So I'm interested to hear your thoughts, Roger.
We discussed this a while back.
Do you still think that with Nicole Shanahan, RFK pulls disproportionately from President Trump?
Or do you think that switches what's going on here?
Well, the truth of the matter is, if you look at the national polling, it does appear that Bobby Kennedy, At least initially, pulled disproportionately from President Trump.
But then, if you look at it on a state-by-state basis, particularly in the swing states, when you do a two-way ballot, you get a certain result.
When you then add the three minor candidates who may or may not actually get on the ballot, Robert Kennedy, Professor Cornel West, the black radical, and Jill Stein of the Green Party, That's without yet knowing who the Libertarian Party will nominate.
Trump's number remains constant and it's Joe Biden who takes a hit.
So it's beginning to appear that RFK polls disproportionately from Biden.
If anything, this decision, which I think is just based on cash, Robert Kennedy's, this is how I read it.
His campaign is having a hard time getting on the ballot.
I predicted this right here on the show months ago.
Getting on the ballot is an arduous, arcane, difficult, time-consuming, labor-intensive, extraordinarily legally difficult process.
Why?
Well, because the laws that govern how independent or third-party candidates Get on the ballot are written by Republicans and Democrats working together to make it as difficult as possible so they require in many states particularly the large swing states An enormous number of signatures from voters.
They have to be signatures that have not signed any other nominating petition for anybody else running for president.
They have to be within a certain minimum number of congressional districts.
They have a very truncated time period in which these signatures have to be collected.
It's a monumental task.
So the selection of Nicole Shanahan tells me that that's not going well and that they now believe utilizing paid circulation petitioners, who in many states have to be either sworn in as notaries or justices of the peace, may, may solve the problem.
So here's the real irony.
Robert Kennedy, whose hallmark has been his independence, The fact that he's not beholden to any special interest has just made a deal, I think, for the money.
I'm told that that's a $50 million endeavor to get on the ballot.
He's only on the ballot today in four states, and those are the four easiest states in the country to get on.
There are a few relatively small states where you just sign a form and you pay a filing fee.
But I think his campaign is up against it.
That's why a couple weeks ago we heard these or we read these stories that said that he was back in talks with the Libertarian Party again after previously kind of blowing them off.
Well, look, I was a member of the Libertarian Party.
There's a lot of very good people in the party.
There's some other people in the party who are anarchists, who shouldn't be in any political party, but go figure.
On the other hand, in no way, other than perhaps in the area of health freedom, is Robert Kennedy a Libertarian.
He's not a Libertarian.
Yeah, I like the fact that his position on closing the borders, his position on The Ukraine war is similar to President Donald Trump's positions, but if you want somebody who's going to close the border, and you want somebody who is going to negotiate a settlement for the Russian-Ukrainian war, well, then you simply have to vote for Donald Trump, who, let's face it, has a real chance of being elected president, and who will, we now know definitively,
Appear on every ballot.
Well, we think he will unless of course the plot being financed by vulture capitalist Paul Singer succeeds.
Now we've been breaking this down here on the Stone Zone.
It is absolutely clear that it is Singer who is behind the insidious and nefarious effort to get enough Republicans in the House to retire or stand down so that the control of the House would turn over by one or two votes to the Democrats.
That would make Hakeem Jeffries, the radical leftist from New York, the Speaker, and they would very quickly pass legislation put forward by Congressman Jamie Raskin that would prevent Trump from being on the ballot.
I guess they would codify the fact that they believe falsely that he participated in an insurrection.
If that were to happen, the Senate would very quickly pass that.
They have control 51-49.
Now if you're sitting at home and saying, well the courts will never allow that, you're wrong.
Actually, the Supreme Court, in the Colorado ballot access decision, openly invited this act of Congress.
We're going to talk about this some more when we come back with Troy Smith.
He broke this story with my assistance, and he's getting a lot of attention.
Folks, if you're just tuning in, I'm Roger Stone.
He's Troy Smith, my co-host from Slingshot.News.
And we'll be right back after this message.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
Die without glutathione.
If someone took all the glutathione out of your neighbor's body, they would be dead in three to seven minutes.
We need it to sustain life.
And we start losing it, Brannon, at age 20.
Our stores are just constantly being depleted.
The only thing, my friends, the only thing that will kill, detox, and destroy all of the free radicals, cytotoxins, mold, heavy metals, pesticides, everything that I just mentioned, Virus variants, vaccine variants, is God's molecule, glutathione.
It is a safe, natural detoxer.
It will detox every free radical, chemical, heavy metal from your brain, your liver, your organs, and your cells in seconds, every single day.
Dr. Lana checking in.
Check it out, houseone.numi.com.
Welcome back, folks.
I'm Roger Stone, and you're here at the Stone Zone.
I'm, of course, with my regular co-host, Troy Smith of Slingshot.News.
We've talked about this on the show extensively, Paul Singer, the vulture capitalist.
Seems to be the financier of the effort to get enough Republicans to leave their seats in the House to create a majority so that Hakeem Jeffries, the black radical from New York, becomes Speaker and they can pass legislation by the odious Jamie Raskin to bar Donald Trump from running for President.
But Troy, you've discovered Mr. Sanger is also active in the U.S.
Senate in an effort to strengthen the Democrats' hand there.
Tell us about it.
Well, Roger, it caught my eye just the other day that Lisa Murkowski was talking to CNN.
And while she was talking to CNN, they asked her if she was considering becoming an independent.
She goes, well, I'm considering, you know, I'm very independent minded.
And she also was talking about how she's she's dismayed that the Republican Party is becoming the party of Trump.
Now, you have to remember, Roger, it's an important point here that Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins endorsed Nikki Haley for president.
We know for a fact, based on our report at Slingshot.News, that Murkowski has received donations from Singer, and so has Nikki Haley.
Nikki Haley received $5 million from Paul Singer just before the beginning of this year.
On December 18, 2023, Singer gave $5 million to the SFA fund, which was used to promote Nikki Haley across the country.
And as you can see here, he's also a donor to Lisa Merskowski.
So the senator now, Roger, that's looking to strengthen the Democrats' hand, the senator that's weakening the Republican majority heading into a crucial election, this same person has taken donations from Paul Singer.
And when we look at the mass retirement going on in the House, And we look at people leaving chance and actually making it easier for the Democrats to take it over and handing over a Congress to the Democrats where they would be able to ban President Trump from the ballot.
Roger, the fact that Paul Singer has his hands in every aspect of it is very dismaying.
Now, we released a new bombshell report just yesterday, Roger, that kind of expands on this, and we're going to get into that in a second here, but it goes a lot further than just funding Republicans to retire and influencing Republicans in the Senate to leave their party.
It actually gets even worse.
Got about five minutes, Troy.
So why don't we do this?
I want to, that's too important a discussion to try to jam into a short timeframe.
Since you're from Maryland and you know a lot about it, this horrific happening yesterday, the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, by the way, Joe Biden says he remembers crossing the bridge by rail many times.
There are no railroad tracks on the bridge.
Just showing you again the slip in his mental deterioration.
But look, they're going to call us conspiracy theorists no matter what we say.
Your quick analysis of what actually happened yesterday at the bridge.
Well, Roger, here's the thing.
General Mike Flynn called this a Black Swan event.
Laura Logan, I think, has published some very important information on this, and I think her evidence, I'm very interested in it, and I'm paying attention to it, but this is how I react to those kind of things, is we see train derailments become more, you know, they happen more often, bridge collapses become more often.
And mistakes like happened with this cargo ship.
Mistakes, I say that because we don't absolutely know that it was a mistake.
There's been claims that the ship was hacked and steered into the bridge.
Now, what I do know is that I've been through the education system.
I graduated in just 2018.
So I know the people that our system are producing, they are not competent enough to run anything from a McDonald's to a cargo ship to a train to anything.
So I would expect I mean, Roger, something as simple as putting a plane door on, we can't even do anymore.
I mean, the plane door flies off of aircrafts in the middle of flights all the time if people just kind of shrug their shoulders and say, well, you know, whatever.
It's just a consequence of DEI.
No, it's not about DEI.
It's not about race.
It's about the complete dumbing down of America.
And it has no preference on skin color.
It has no preference on whether you're rich or you're poor.
people are dumbed down.
And because of that, they go out into the workforce and they crash things and they wreck things.
And the number of people that were passed through a legitimate education system, the number of those people dwindles and it gets smaller every day because those people are either retiring or passing away or doing something that's less strenuous, especially when it comes to operating heavy machinery and things especially when it comes to operating heavy machinery and things like that.
So I think that, you know, our country is slipping as a whole and these accidents that have huge consequences and destroy a lot of things, they can be a lot attributed to the education system and the dumbing down of America.
Alright, I'm afraid we're just about out of time.
