Rare Editor-In-Chief Troy Smith Examines The Impact Of The Deep State’s Assault On President Trump

Time Text
And now Lindell TV brings you The Stone Zone with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit Roger Stone.
Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
He is a New York Times best-selling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues, and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
And now, here's your host, Roger Stone!
Welcome, I'm Roger Stone, and yes, it's Monday and you are back in the Stone Zone.
Uh, this weekend I had the opportunity to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada for the Reawaken America Tour event there.
Over 4,000 patriots gathered in a temporary building, a tent, which had been air-conditioned at great expense and preparation by Clay Clark, the impresario and patriot who puts on these events, along with General Michael Flynn.
Those addressing the conference included General Flynn himself, Roseanne Barr, Donald Trump Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle, yours truly, and dozens of other leading Christians, freethinkers, libertarians, and patriots.
It was an amazing event.
Now, I want to show you my remarks to that conference, after which I stood for two and a half hours to greet individual patriots, pose for selfies, sign hats, and pray with thousands of great Americans.
Let's roll it!
Dear Roger Stone, happy birthday to you!
Roger Stone!
Hey!
Thank you.
Thank you very much.
I share this birthday, which is actually tomorrow.
Ironically, With one of our worst presidents, President Lyndon Baines Johnson.
And if you've read my book, The Man Who Killed Kennedy, The Case Against LBJ, a New York Times bestseller, I exposed him, and we share a birthday.
I just flew in from Miami, and boy are my arms tired.
If you don't know me, I'm Roger Stone.
You may recognize me from a early morning CNN television show in which I starred with 29 heavily armed FBI agents who stormed my home to arrest me for the completely fabricated crime of lying to Congress under oath about a Russian collusion hoax that never actually happened.
The real purpose for this persecution was to pressure me to give false testimony against my friend of 45 years, Donald Trump, which I refused to do.
And through the grace of God, Donald Trump had the strength and the courage to see that I was being persecuted for strictly political reasons, that I had done nothing wrong, And gave me a commutation of sentence two days before I was to report to a dank Georgia prison where I was supposed to die of COVID and then an unconditional presidential pardon.
Thank you, Jesus.
I have had numerous miracles in my life since then because in the depths of despair, when all things look dark and bleak, when I realized Then I would be gagged and then lynched.
I turned my life over to Jesus Christ, and I am saved.
I am a 50-year veteran of American politics, having cut my teeth with Richard Nixon, Worked on three campaigns for one of our greatest presidents, Ronald Reagan.
Served as a special assistant to Senator Bob Dole, one of the greatest men of the 20th century.
and of course, a 45-year friend and supporter of the greatest president since Abraham Lincoln, Donald J. Trump.
I'm in a state of shock when I see what's happening in our country.
We are here.
Those who bray constantly about the rule of law are now destroying the rule of law.
What we see is the weaponization of our criminal justice system for strictly political purposes.
But it is even worse than that.
They now seek to criminalize constitutionally protected speech and political activity.
They seek to destroy Donald Trump, not just so that he has to spend campaign funds to pay for lawyers, not just to disrupt his campaign schedule so he has to be in court when he should be campaigning, not just to further vilify him I traveled with the President for four days, about three weeks ago.
In fact, we were here in Las Vegas.
who will oppose the globalist World Economic Forum agenda and will fight those who seek to cancel our constitutional freedoms.
I traveled with the president for four days about three weeks ago.
In fact, we were here in Las Vegas.
And I must tell you, for a man who is 77, he is buoyant.
He is determined.
He is resolute.
He is angry about their abuse of the system.
And he is determined to win at all costs in 2024.
Thank you.
Does anyone think that they would be charging him in four states with manufactured crimes.
Essentially, they're charging him with expressing his First Amendment right to question the anomalies and irregularities and outright fraud in elections.
If he was not leading in the polls, if he was not leading his nearest Republican competitor by double digits, almost 40 and 50 points, would they be doing this if he were trailing Joe Biden, a man who can barely stand up?
I mean, I understand exactly what the President is going through.
And I have the same solution.
I'm a political scientist.
I read polls and I strategize on the basis of analytical data.
But just as Jesus Christ, our Heavenly Father, saved me, I am absolutely convinced that he will deliver Donald Trump and save this nation at our greatest moment of peril.
Praying.
Praying is my political strategy, my friends.
Praying.
Because prayer works.
I am living proof that Jesus Christ can do anything.
Before the two-year Deep state war against me.
I didn't know who Kim Clement was.
And then a number of people started emailing me and text messaging me about one of his prophecies in which he talks about a simple stone that takes down the giant.
The giant, he says, will be taken down by a simple stone.
Remember that name.
Now, I do not claim to be a saint, that's for sure.
I don't claim to be a prophet.
I am, like all of us, a sinner.
But this I can tell you.
I believe that I was saved for a purpose.
I am a soldier in the army of the Lord.
And I will do His will.
In every great battle throughout the Bible, The armies of the Lord were always overwhelmingly outnumbered, and they were always victorious.
Now, for me personally, this battle is not over, because I said in a video that under Article 2 of the Constitution, the state legislatures have the authority to select electors to be sent to the Electoral College on the basis of the voters' popular vote result.
So that became an MSNBC headline in which I plotted to push the seating of fake electors for a rigged election.
All words I did not use.
Ari Melber of MSNBC virtually demanding that I be charged in DC and in Georgia, despite the fact that all I did was opine.
I actually wasn't involved in the effort to delay the certification of the Electoral College.
Actually, I was not involved in the effort in Georgia.
But today, speech has been criminalized.
Free expression has been criminalized.
So perhaps I will be prosecuted now for thought crimes.
Look, this is very clear.
Our problem today are not the socialist, communist, Marxist, vicious, malicious Democrats.
Our problem are the feckless, gutless, weak-kneed, lily-livered, white wine-swilling, country club belonging establishment Republicans who have neither guts nor balls.
The Lord has been very good to me and good to my wife.
As some of you know, almost immediately after my pardon, she was diagnosed with a very aggressive stage for cancer.
The doctors were not optimistic, but I am here to tell you that through the healing power of Jesus Christ, she is now two years cancer free.
When I went to visit Mike Lindell's TV studio in Memphis right after the election, I was in a horrific car accident.
The car was totaled.
Others with me were injured.
I walked away without a scratch.
I am protected by the Lord.
Fear can only be replaced by faith.
Amen.
And in this dark moment, it is crucial that we keep faith With our creator.
Because a righteous people will prevail in what Donald Trump correctly calls the final battle.
Now, I want to tell you that fortune is also smiled on me in the sense that I do a daily show which you can see online at stonezone.live.
I recently began doing a Sunday radio show at W.A.B.C.
in New York, which is the most powerful radio station in the United States.
You can watch it anywhere worldwide at wabcradio.com.
In the fight ahead, where I may have to go get more lawyers, and I may continue the fight, I will never yield.
I will never fold.
I will never quit.
President Nixon once said, "The greatness comes not when things go always good for you, but when you take some knocks, you suffer some defeats, some setbacks." When sadness comes, for only until you have been in the deepest valley can you appreciate the majesty of the highest mountaintop.
But he also said, A man is not finished when he is defeated.
He is only finished when he quits.
In the fight for freedom, I will never quit.
Thank you.
Before I leave, I want to point out my adopted nephew, Alex Stone.
We do a podcast segment called The Rolling Stones.
I'm very proud to have him here.
Thank you and God bless you.
Thank you.
There you have it, the great Reawaken America tour.
Among the highlights of this weekend was the opportunity to finally meet my long-distance friend, Roseanne Barr.
She's an amazing woman and she gave an amazing set of remarks to the same conference.
Now I have promised to visit her in Beverly Hills so we might have more time together.
There is another Reawaken America tour event coming up.
I believe it is October 13th and 14th.
In Doral, Florida at the famous Trump Resort there.
You can go to ThriveTimeShow.com ThriveTimeShow.com to look into tickets there.
There will be a limited number of tickets.
This is an event that you absolutely do not want to miss.
Now joining me to help break down everything we are seeing happening today in American politics is Troy Smith.
He is the editor-in-chief of Rare.com, and he joins us in the Stone Zone now.
Roger, thank you for having me on.
It's an honor to be here.
Troy, I'm delighted to have you with us.
I'm almost not sure where to start, but here's a good and, I think, entertaining place to start.
In the internet age, videos and memes, I think, have an impact, a cultural impact, to educate people in a way that an interview or the printed word cannot do.
Here's a little video that I saw online put forward by Brendan Dilley and other of his Meme Master friends.
He was on our show last week, and this, I think, speaks volumes.
Roll it. Roll it.
Roll it. Roll it. Roll it. Roll it. Roll it. Roll it. Roll it. Roll it. Roll it.
Roll it.
We'll be right back.
Get down, girl.
Go ahead.
Get down.
Get down.
Go ahead.
Get down.
13 counts.
13 counts.
You're getting paid to count.
Did that for 13 counts.
I know somebody paying thought to charge whoever he says.
Another DA in the popper handle all of his fears.
You will see her at the port house, call her Fatty Willis.
Charge another rapper because you know she out to get us.
She even charged her president if you could pay the money.
Election interference done deal for the money.
She walk around looking like trap hole with the money.
She got a new week, got light pole with the money, money.
If you ain't no punk, holler, we want D-Trump.
We want D-Trump, yeah.
There's something that you need to have.
Because when we get revenge, we gonna kick some ass.
Thirteen counts, thirteen counts.
Got paid for every count, straight into bank accounts.
Now why you saying she a boat rigger?
But Fatty only make my lead bigger.
Now why you saying she a boat rigger?
But Fatty only make my lead bigger.
Get down, girl, go ahead, get down.
. .
Credit to Rumble Rants who I think first posted it.
And there you have it.
Credit to Rumble Rants, who I think first posted it.
You can follow them on Twitter.
Troy, what do you think?
Well, you know, it's a very interesting thing, Roger, because with Rare, we get a good look into basically what's trending in America.
I mean, as editor-in-chief, I'm selecting stories and I'm picking, you know, to see who gets attention.
And I think that, you know, as we're looking at this situation with the mugshot, it shows that Trump has kind of transcended the regular politician.
He's not the normal guy that you see running for office.
He's kind of created a situation, I think, by drawing this deep state out, whether it be with the indictments or anything like that.
He's drawing the deep state out into the light.
And as we move forward here, the distance between him and these establishment Republicans in the polls continues to grow.
And I think it shows, you know, whether we have like Chris Christie with a 13 percent approval rating when he left, it might even been lower than that.
Or, you know, any of these people that are involved with this justice system over the last couple of decades, the American people have roundly rejected them.
And as they target Trump, the American people have been disenfranchised by this system, are rallying behind Donald Trump.
I really think that this mugshot, this Georgia indictment, was probably about the worst thing that the deep state could have done, but it shows how arrogant they are, how corrupt they are, in that they believe that they can indict a leading presidential candidate, and that we the people are not going to rally behind him.
We're not going to call that out.
I think, Roger, it speaks volumes to what Trump has become.
the appeal that he has to the American voters out there, and the distance he's put between himself and the GOP establishment candidates in this race.
Yeah, I think that he has used what they intended to be a humiliation to his enormous advantage by posting his mugshot and by going back to Twitter since the first time since he was banned after the last election. I think that he has used what they intended to
He has used it as a symbol of the injustice and the persecution in his case in a way that those who sought to humiliate him never anticipated.
I think he's breaking through to average Americans, people who maybe in the past were not sympathetic to him, including many, I think, in the African American community who realize that he's being unjustly charged here in an epic case of election interference.
What do you make of the announcement or the proclamation by the judge that she chooses a March 4th trial date, the day before Super Tuesday, the biggest single one day of election of delegates to the Republican National Convention?
Oh, well, Roger, you know, these people have, like I said, they've become kind of so arrogant in their attacks against President Trump that, you know, it really it doesn't even compute to them that the American people are going to look at that and say, OK, well, this is obviously politically motivated.
You're a great person to talk about this with because you've seen this happen multiple times.
With Richard Nixon, how he was attacked with impeachment and things of that nature.
And I was thinking about this today as I was preparing for this show.
We saw George W. Bush launch war after war.
Millions of people die as a result of those wars.
And this man was never impeached.
We see George H.W.
Bush do the same thing, killing a lot of people with his wars and things like that.
He's not impeached.
But Nixon, who had a strategy and built a future for the Republican platform, you know, he's impeached.
Donald Trump, who does a similar thing years later, he's impeached as well.
So we don't see punishment for those within the system.
And for those who do attack the system, it doesn't really matter how they have to go about it.
They will make it as difficult as possible.
And that's why the American people have become so aware of these attacks, because they're so out in the open.
I mean, nobody could justify that kind of trial date unless these people are trying to interfere with the election.
And that's exactly what they're doing.
They are interfering in the 2024 election, just as they did in the 2020 election to ensure that this man does not see his second term in the White House.
Look, although I have a sentimental attachment to the old Republican Party, the party of Lincoln, the party of Goldwater, the party of Eisenhower, the party of Nixon, the party of Reagan, you're The truth of the matter is that the divide in America is not between Republicans and Democrats.
It's between an elite group of insiders, and in this case of Donald Trump, an outsider.
John Kennedy was the last outsider to become president.
He challenged the authority of the intelligence agencies.
He favored tax cuts.
He favored a silver-backed dollar.
He was an unreconstructed anti-communist, but he was anti-war.
They tried to goad him into war in the Bay of Pigs invasion.
They tried to goad him into war in the Cuban Missile Crisis.
He was murdered because of the opposition of the political establishment.
Richard Nixon, who ended the war in Vietnam, who skillfully brought the Chinese in out of the cold, When they were a backwards, poor, technologically bankrupt agrarian society and skillfully played them off against the Russians in order to secure a strategic arms limitation agreement.
A man who ended the military draft.
A man who desegregated the public schools.
A man who reached a strategic arms limitation with the Soviets, making a much safer world.
He ended the wars.
Wars are profitable for the global elite, for the American ruling elite.
Ronald Reagan, another outsider president.
They tried to bring him down in Iran-Contra.
And, of course, Donald Trump, the ultimate outsider.
So, people should recognize that the Republican-Democrat division is but a Hegelian device that they use to divide us.
And in fact that there is a elite duopoly of both parties, and the real division today is between the neocons, those who believe that we have an obligation and a need to project American power around the globe, and those who realize that we need to pursue policies to put America's interests first, not getting ourselves embroiled in endless foreign wars
Where our nation's inherent national interests are not even remotely clear.
Troy, let me ask you, did you watch the Fox television debate of the erstwhile Republican runners-up to Donald Trump?
And if so, what did you think?
Yes, I did.
I watched the debate live and then later I watched the Trump on Tucker interview, which was fantastic.
And I think, you know, my takeaway from that debate is we're looking at a stage of people who have a career of failure, whether it's Nikki Haley, Chris Christie, Asa Hutchinson, Mike Pence.
These people have failed throughout their political career to achieve anything for the American people.
And the politicians, the quality of the politicians seems to get worse every single election cycle.
And it's gotten to the point now where Vivek Rameswamy, who I don't think is particularly impressive, but he's just an outsider like you're talking about.
And it's gotten to the point now where anybody that's an outsider that steps onto that GOP debate stage basically destroys everybody on the stage.
He was the clear winner.
I thought Ron DeSantis was pathetic.
Looking around at different people saying, OK, what am I going to answer?
You know, let me check what the other people are saying.
It was a pathetic performance by Ron DeSantis.
And, you know, I think I saw people celebrating Mike Pence.
I thought he was pathetic.
Chris Christie was pathetic, as usual.
Vivek really is the clear winner for me, but when we're talking about Vivek being 30, 40 points behind Donald Trump, the real winner of that debate is Donald Trump because he sat with Tucker Carlson in an interview that has more views than most of the Super Bowls that have been aired in recent times.
So we're talking about a serious interview and we're talking about a not very serious debate full of people that really have no chance.
So now let's talk about the The Tucker Carlson interview with Donald Trump.
I think it is notable that this entire exchange was really a test between the old media cable and the new media, the Internet.
And there's a very clear winner.
There were only 13 million viewers of the Fox debate.
Admittedly, you can't have much of a debate when the frontrunner doesn't show up, doesn't participate.
So I would say Donald Trump is the first candidate for president in the history of the country to win a debate by not attending or participating in it.
But based on the most recent numbers I have seen, which are probably a little outdated, Over 288 million people have now watched the epic exchange between Tucker Carlson and Donald Trump.
What say you?
Well, the interview, you know, I think it's important to note the date of that interview, when it was aired.
I mean, we're talking about a day before Trump was set to be arrested and his mugshot was set to be released.
And one thing that kept coming to my mind is this is a man that is under the public spotlight, like somebody we've really never seen.
I mean, celebrity, whoever.
Everything that Trump does is under a microscope, and yet it doesn't seem to face him.
He seems to be committed to the message.
He seems to be committed to achieving things for the American people.
And I think that, you know, there's a there's a deep miscalculation by those in the deep state and those in the Republican Party who want to see us move on from Trump.
Nobody's moving on from Trump anytime soon.
And that's the point.
They can levy a tax against this man.
They can continue to attack him in every way that they can with every facet of the justice system.
But he's not going away.
And even if they do something where we're talking about another indictment or they It doesn't matter what they throw at him.
He's going to continue to prevail because he has transcended politics.
He has become really a carrier of a message for the American people.
And I think that that's become even more serious than in 2020, because now, much like 2016, he has that outsider appeal once again.
And a lot of the people that have been completely disenfranchised, just beat down by the system, are looking at Trump and say, that's our guy.
That's the guy that we could send to Washington, D.C.
to stick it to the political establishment that has been undermining us and destroying our nation for decades now.
And that interview is a perfect example.
Look, Tucker Carlson on Twitter, more views than the Super Bowl, that's all you need to know.
Yeah, it is very clear that what we have here is also a strategy of distraction.
I mean, Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Jimmy Biden, and the other members of the Biden crime family are busted.
This is not a conspiracy theory.
It's not conjecture or supposition.
The House Republicans have now tracked more than $50 million in payments.
And today we learned that the National Archive has about 5,400 emails All records link to Joe Biden's alias emails, many of them dealing with the business dealings of Hunter Biden.
Wait a minute, he told us in the debates that he knew nothing whatsoever and wasn't involved in his son's business dealings.
He has repeatedly lied about this.
Will the Bidens Ever been held to account because based on what I've seen, and for anyone who has not gotten it, I strongly recommend you go to MarcoPoloUSA.org.
That's MarcoPoloUSA.org, where you can either download on your own computer or order from them a complete printout of the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop.
Which has been meticulously footnoted and annotated, but without any interpretation.
And don't worry about the more pornographic images, folks.
They've been blurred, so you can actually leave it around the house where your kids might see it.
I see the crime of extortion, bribery, racketeering, money laundering, influence peddling.
illegal lobbying, not to mention multi-million dollar payments from Russia, from China, from Ukraine, from Romania, and so on.
So what is being done to President Trump is even more egregious when seen in light of the criminal activities and the fact that we seem to have a president who's entirely compromised.
Is there a relationship between the giant payments he and the Penn Center took from China and his failure to do anything about the Chinese A surveillance weather balloon that traversed the entire country?
Seems to me that there most likely is.
So my question for you, Troy, is a simple one.
With the National Archives having 5,400 emails linked to Joe Biden's aliases, with the Washington Post slogan being, Democracy Dies in Darkness, how soon will the Washington Post be filing a lawsuit to get access to that data?
Oh, never.
And the mainstream media won't do their job.
You know, we've seen this just on Rare.
You know, we have some partnerships with people and we're syndicated in the same spots a lot of, you know, Fox News and NBC and things of that nature.
And we look at the interactions and the likes and the comments and stuff, and we're beating them tremendously.
And that's the point.
Nobody believes the mainstream media because they can't be trusted to report the facts.
And when it comes to Joe Biden, you know, I've seen them kind of step out a little bit more as time goes on.
And I happen to think that has to do with what you've talked about, where Joe Biden will not be the Democratic nominee for president 2024.
It seems to me that they are letting a little bit more out, a little bit more out.
But still, when we come to like Hunter Biden and things of that nature, They're just not covering it.
And especially with Trump, it gives them the ultimate excuse to say, well, we were covering Trump.
We couldn't cover Hunter.
And I think that is the goal.
Like you said, they have all these time releases.
I mean, we can look at the dates, folks, and it's like Trump indicted every single time he gets indicted the day before or the day before that something happens to Hunter Biden.
We see news about Hunter's plea deal falling apart.
The media didn't even touch that.
And that's why it's so important All right, we're going to hold you over here, Troy.
and rare.us for people to get this information because the mainstream media, they can't be trusted to report this stuff, Roger. And it'll be a cold day in hell, I believe, when the Washington Post, the New York Times brings up something like that. All right. We're going to hold you over here, Troy. We're
going to do a quick commercial break and then we're going to come right back to you for a discussion of the fact that the visitor logs at the White House show that members of Jack Smith's special counsel team met with the highest level officials in the Biden White House, an obvious collusion, despite the fact that Biden insists that he is hands off in the prosecution of his predecessor.

All right, we return now with Troy Smith, who is the Editor-in-Chief of Rare.com.
They have a great feed on the internet.
They can be found on Twitter, also on Facebook.
Troy Smith joins us again.
In the Stone Zone.
Troy, what do you make of the fact that the visitor logs at the White House show that members of Biden's staff met with Jack Smith's top aides just before the Trump document indictment?
Well, you know, it speaks to the dishonesty of the mainstream media, really, because months ago, I mean, I was on OAN talking about this, where we had DOJ whistleblowers alleging that, you know, top-level Biden officials were working in every way to stop this Hunter Biden investigation.
And now that we know, you know, we knew then that the Biden administration is working with the DOJ to target specific people and to, you know, allow for certain things to pass.
So it doesn't surprise me at all that they're meeting with Jack Smith.
I think it's more of just caught red handed.
You know, this House Oversight Committee investigation has caught the Bidens red handed again and again and again.
And I'd even love to get your opinion on this, Roger, because I sit here saying we have evidence every day that this man is undergoing a cognitive decline, the likes of which we've never seen.
We have direct payments to the Biden family.
We have proof that he's using a pseudonym to talk to Hunter Biden about his business deals.
And now we have proof that they were meeting with the DOJ to persecute Trump.
Where's Kevin McCarthy with impeachment?
Where is the House Speaker with impeachment?
The American people elected Kevin McCarthy and their House Republicans to do their job and they're not doing it.
They're not doing their job.
And it's just it's frustrating for me as somebody who does five, six articles a day on this stuff to watch this unfold and to know that Republican leaders have seem to have absolutely no idea of what they're doing or any intention of fixing any of this.
I mean, Joe Biden has got to go.
I mean, it's not a question at this point.
It doesn't appear to me like they have the courage to do what is necessary.
As President Trump pointed out on his own Truth Social feed, there was no impeachment inquiry as a first step to his two impeachments.
They just acted and they enacted articles of impeachment mandating a trial in the U.S.
Senate.
Why House Republicans have not done this yet is a mystery to me.
The media has done its very best to suppress all the stories about the Biden family corruption, but they cannot suppress a trial on the floor of the United States Senate.
I'm particularly outraged by the charges in Georgia.
It seems to me that all that happened there is President Donald Trump exercised his First Amendment rights and his authority to determine whether there was election fraud.
Any president, any citizen, has an absolute right to question the irregularities, anomalies, or fraud in a given election.
Joining us now is President Trump's impeachment lawyer, David Schoen.
So the collection of evidence of fraud is in itself also not a crime.
David Schoen, who to my mind may be the single best criminal defense lawyer in the country, had a great interview on this.
We're going to roll this now and then get your comment on it.
Joining us now is President Trump's impeachment lawyer, David Schoen.
David, good morning to you.
Good morning to you.
Thank you.
Great to have you back on.
A whole lot going on today and tomorrow.
So this from The Wall Street Journal.
And I wanted to ask you this because the last Trump impeachment, the second Trump impeachment, where you represented the former president, that was televised.
The Wall Street Journal says that televising the Trump trials would be a circus.
But also, a service in cases of such importance for the nation, transparency has to take priority.
Now, I get that the federal cases can't be on TV.
A judge could waive that.
Should these be televised?
It's a great question.
Listen, if the judge really intends to go forward with this multi-defendant case, which would be in and of itself a complete circus, then I think it really will border on ridiculous.
You're going to see lawyer after lawyer with ego after ego trying to play to the cameras.
On the other hand, I do think it's very important.
This is a matter of great public interest.
We need transparency in this case all the way through.
And we haven't seen it from the government.
David, take us through what will happen tomorrow.
So, President Trump's going to go to Atlanta.
He will be arraigned.
A possible mugshot to be released.
What's next?
What's after that?
Well, first of all, I happen to think that that process is absolutely absurd in this case.
They keep on repeating, we're just going to treat him like any other defendant.
That's silly.
He's not any other defendant.
He was the President of the United States.
This is unprecedented.
There's no reason to haul him in and take the mugshot.
Is there a question who he is?
No reason to fingerprint him and all that.
That's just for show.
that's for political purposes and so on.
But maybe he'll work that to his advantage because he soars in the polls.
I think when people see him being mugshotted and jerked around by these local folks, I think that's gonna simply send him up in the polls.
But anyway, after that, what I'm hoping happens is that his lawyers kind of wake up and file a motion to remove the case to federal court.
I don't know why that hasn't happened.
Mark Meadows has done it, Jeffrey Clark is doing it.
It's very important and it applies to President Trump, in my view at least, the most of any defendant.
And the 11th Circuit, where this case would go to federal court in Atlanta, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals sits over that.
They have a rather broad standard for under this section 28 U.S.C.
1442A, the removal statute.
I'd like to see them litigate that.
Yeah, and it just seems to me, again, you're the attorney, but this happened when Donald Trump was president of the United States, which includes the state of Georgia, which to me would equal federal, not state.
Just a question about bail.
$200,000.
Now, Trump can afford it, but under the last, I mean, under Democratic DAs and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in the White House, we've had cashless bail all over the, every serious, serious cases, violent crimes.
Why is Donald Trump any different when it comes to bail?
Politics.
The standard under Georgia law is basically a four-prong test.
Does he pose a flight risk, a danger to the community?
He has to agree not to commit a felony, and he can't intimidate witnesses.
There's no reason for this to be secured by $200,000 other than just to sort of, you know, try to mock him.
It's absurd.
They need a superior court judge to sign off on the bail, but it should have been without this kind of financial requirement.
Yeah, Chris Christie joined Eric Bolling last night on Newsmax to discuss the cases against Trump and what he would have done.
Take a listen.
I would have prosecuted the documents case absolutely, both because of the documents but more importantly because of the obstruction.
I would not have prosecuted the case in New York and I said that at the time.
I would have prosecuted the January 6th matter but I would not have prosecuted the Atlanta matter against Donald Trump.
I think it was unnecessary to do so.
David, what's your reaction to that?
Well, I know that Chris Christie is a big fan of Donald Trump, so I certainly factor that into my analysis.
I think he's dead wrong.
I don't think anyone should, any fair prosecutor, should have prosecuted criminally any of these cases.
They have weaponized the Department of Justice and now the state prosecutors for political, partisan reasons.
I can tell you exactly why I wouldn't have prosecuted the other things, the other cases that he said he would have prosecuted.
And just a thumbnail sketch, in D.C.
they must approve specific intent to do something the law forbid.
Donald Trump believed inside and out and believes today that he was the victim of election fraud.
As to the dealings with Vice President Pence, one of the leading election law experts in the country, who's not a Trump fan, has said nobody understands what the Vice President's role is in that circumstance.
There are many other things.
Quick question for you, David.
You represented the President in his second impeachment.
Is he difficult to represent as an attorney?
Not for me.
He was terrific.
It was an honor to represent him.
I have an absolutely fabulous rapport with him.
He never bucked me on any decision that I made.
And I read reports before that the South Carolina team was out because they wouldn't raise election fraud.
Not true.
Can I rephrase?
David, can I rephrase?
Do you think it would be more difficult now because he is a candidate running for president?
So he's out there on the stump talking every day.
OK, so again, a great question.
Yes, he's going to be out there.
That does make things difficult.
You're going to see these judges like Judge Chudkin and I think in Georgia, wherever, try to rein him in and impose themselves on him.
But I think it's a very important First Amendment right to speak.
And I think especially in this case, where the government has come in with these long speaking indictments, he must have a chance to respond publicly.
Absolutely.
David Chong, we appreciate you breaking that down for us.
Good to see you again.
We'll have you back soon.
Thank you.
Thank you very much.
All right.
And now You see why I think David Shone is perhaps one of the great legal minds in the country, reading a tweet that he put up yesterday.
How does it not violate Trump's due process rights for Judge Chutkan to move forward with Trump's D.C.
trial before his Georgia trial?
Trump has 18 co-defendants in Georgia, all potential witnesses for Trump, who almost certainly can't testify in D.C.
Until their criminal cases are resolved.
He goes on to point out that they would be a lot.
They would be entitled to assert their 5th and 6th Amendment rights if the DC trial goes forward.
Excellent question posed by David shown the very act of declaring this trial will be on the day before the single largest group of delegates The Republican National Convention are selected, I think, is proof in itself that this is really all about election interference and nothing else.
And although Jack Smith, the special counsel, has not specifically charged President Trump with insurrection, a charge of which he was convicted would make him exempt or ineligible to be a candidate for president.
I fully expect there to be efforts in the 50 states to prevent his name from being on the ballot based on the opinion of some woolly headed college law professor who claims he's guilty of insurrection just because they say he is.
On that basis, if that were true, well, then a Republican secretary of state could deny Joe Biden access to the ballot on the basis that he is guilty of treason based on what we know of.
Even though, like Trump, there's no finding of guilt regarding insurrection, there's no finding of guilt, at this point at least, against Joe Biden.
We are collapsing into a banana republic here, no?
Absolutely, and I just want to say real quick, Roger, on Chris Christie, who goes around and pretends to be a champion of corruption.
I want everybody to look into the monitoring contracts that Chris Christie handed out to David Kelly, the former Southern District of New York U.S.
Attorney, who allowed his brother to get away with insider trading, decided not to charge him, and then years later, Christie hands him a monitoring contract worth millions of dollars.
He also handed another to his boss at the Justice Department, John Ashcroft.
It's important for people to understand that Chris Christie is just an absolute disgrace.
And I think, you know, as we're looking at what exactly is occurring here with Trump, the main point that people need to understand is that these attacks are not going to stop.
I mean, whether you look at the candidates that they've placed in the race, like Chris Christie, who have ties to the deep state and things like that, they have They've lined the course here, and everything is set up so that they can attack Trump here, they can attack him basically at every turn.
And what we have to recognize is that the American people are not going to fall for it, and as long as there's places like Rare.us, as long as there's places like the Stone Zone, we can continue to get out the truth about these matters so the public won't be fooled.
Ultimately, what these people are trying to do, the Justice Department and their cohorts in the media, whether it be Ari Melber or Jen Psaki or any of these people, their goal is to distort the truth to create a false narrative in the public, a false narrative that can be used to sway the election.
And that's their main goal.
Look, they've done that before, Roger.
Look what they did with the Hunter Biden laptop, holding that for months and months and months, ordering Twitter to censor it.
Ordering Facebook to censor it.
Well, this is all on record, ladies and gentlemen.
They've been at this since before the 2020 election, and even in a report that we published talking about the Transition Integrity Project and what they were talking about before the 2020 election, how Joe Biden could win despite, you know, a Trump victory, how they would finagle that, how they would work that.
It was all done by the Transition Integrity Project, and that highlights that this was a plan in place for a long time.
Thank you, Troy.
I should have mentioned this earlier, but I bring it up now.
We are fully engaged in Rumble live chat.
2020 is simply a continuation of that plan that was effective in installing Joe Biden, the worst president in United States history, into the White House.
Thank you, Troy.
I should have mentioned this earlier, but I bring it up now.
We are fully engaged in Rumble live chat.
For those of you who are watching the show on Rumble, we are new to this, but we are very much enjoying it.
As per your comments regarding Chris Christie, He says today, Trump would like to be an authoritarian leader.
You mean like a governor who shuts down the beaches in New Jersey so that only he and his family can enjoy them?
Or like a leader who, without any question, shut down the George Washington Bridge to punish the mayor of a small town at the base of the bridge who refused to endorse his re-election?
And then sufficiently blamed it on low-level aides in their 20s and 30s, when there's no doubt in my mind that he knew all about it from the beginning, and it was done at his direction.
He is a known control freak.
So, final point.
The emails released today show that David Weiss collaborated with the Department of Justice to essentially subvert the House probe into Hunter Biden's case.
It is now, I think, abundantly clear that the illegal appointment of Mr. Weiss as a special counsel, for which he is not legally eligible under the DOJ regulations, is an effort to stall the investigation, to stonewall the House Republicans.
Now, any document they want cannot be turned over because it is the subject of a, quote, ongoing investigation.
But what we learned definitively is that Hunter Biden's defense lawyers And the Department of Justice lawyers sat down together to work out the plea deal that had tucked into it an immunity agreement that would have not subjected Hunter Biden to any further prosecution for the far more serious crimes with which I believe he is guilty.
For those who say Roger Stone and his wife got a sweetheart deal from the IRS, but poor Hunter Biden is being forced to pay taxes.
At no time did my wife and I ever fail to report income legally.
We reported every penny and we accurately reported every asset.
We owe $2 million in taxes for one year, 2006, three quarters of which are interest and penalties.
If my last name were Biden, I could probably negotiate a reduction in that, but because my last name is Stone, I'm given no break by the government, but there's no sweetheart deal here.
I'll be paying the IRS for the rest of my life.
All right, we have to leave it there.
Troy Smith of Rare.com, thank you so much for joining us here at the Stone Zone.
Thank you, Roger.
It's an honor to be here, and I hope that everybody out there will check out the work that we put out recently about yourself and Ari Melber.
Ari Melber really is a disgraceful human being, and the segments that he's aired with AI edited clips attempting to get you indicted in Georgia because he's angry it didn't happen.
I mean, it's just pathetic and disgusting.
It is rare.us, and at rare.us, folks, you'll get the absolute truth.
We've had a total makeover here.
We're reaching millions of people, so I hope you'll join us there.
Thank you very much.
We have one more video which I have to show you.
People asked me why before the election I speculated that there might be election fraud.
Let's roll that last video of Joe Biden if we may.
We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud There you have it folks, the man himself saying it.
Why would nobody suspect that they were going to cheat in the election?
There it is from the man himself.
Anyway, great to have you here.
I'm Roger Stone.
