The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - Guests Tyler Nixon and Gabrielle Fox
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
And now, Lindell TV brings you The Stone Zone with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit Roger Stone.
Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
He is a New York Times bestselling author, and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues, and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
And now, here's your host, Roger Stone!
Welcome.
I'm Roger Stone.
Thank God it's Friday and you are about to enter the Stone Zone.
This has been a historical and momentous week.
President Donald Trump, Uh, announced his formal candidacy for another term in the White House.
Uh, if he is successful, it would make him the only president, other than Grover Cleveland, a New Yorker, to seek the presidency, win, uh, be defeated in a disputed election, uh, and return to win again.
I am one of those who believes that the dearth of establishment support for Trump's new bid Is actually a plus rather than a minus.
And I wrote a great piece at the National File that you can check out entitled Trump Now More Than Ever.
For those who believed that Trump announcing his candidacy would be a shield against prosecution by the Biden Justice Department, either in connection with the matter of his disposition of Presidential documents or his alleged role in the events of January 6th.
I think that matter was put to rest today with the appointment of a special counsel by Merrick Garland, the attorney general.
Personally, I believe from a political point of view, this continued persecution and targeting of Donald Trump will be a political bonanza.
It proves yet again that the progressive left fears a Trump candidacy above all else, and that they will do anything, including the politicization of our judicial system, to stop a Trump candidacy.
Additionally, I want to announce that on Monday's Stone Zone, we'll be joined by a special guest, Paul Manafort, who served as Donald Trump's campaign manager in 2016, who was also a victim of the Mueller witch hunt, is going to talk to us not only about the geopolitics of the Ukraine, but also about why the so-called red wave
Turned out to be a bit of a pink fizzle.
That will be Monday here at the Stone Zone.
You can get to the Stone Zone by going to stonezone.live.
That will take you directly to our feed.
You can watch us at cozy.tv.
You can watch us at the Rumble live stream.
You can join us at the Telegram live stream and we are adding new platforms every day.
Also to tell you about a special event we have later this evening.
At 8.30, I think we have a graphic on this.
At 8.30, I will be doing a very special live stream at Cozy.TV.
Let's leave that up for a second so people can see where they sent.
No, not that.
There we go.
If you send your questions to powerchat.live slash stone, And we ask you to make a small contribution or a large contribution.
I will address all of your questions while sipping a very well-deserved and extremely dry vodka martini.
I might even let you get a view of me making the martini so you can get Richard Nixon's secret silver bullet martini recipe down pat.
But that is today at 8.30 Eastern Time at Cozy.TV.
You're definitely going to want to check that out.
In a few minutes, we're going to be joined by Gabrielle Fox, who has written a terrific piece, breaking down the TX scandal.
I'm no expert on cryptocurrency, but she has written an excellent piece for those who are not sophisticated in cryptocurrency to explain what could be one of the greatest campaign finance and criminal scandals in American history.
If you're waiting for Merrick Garland to appoint a special counsel to investigate this mega scandal, well, don't hold your breath.
At the same time, Attorney General Merrick Garland has not appointed a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden and And Joe Biden says the idea of investigating his son's crimes is almost comedy.
At the same time, Utah Republican Senator Mitt Romney says that investigating the crimes of Hunter Biden, which lead directly to the President of the United States, would be a Waste of time.
Mitt Romney, as I said on the show yesterday, is an extraordinary backstabber.
This is a guy who asked President Donald Trump to clear the field in his Utah Senate race.
President Trump leaned on the Republican Attorney General, who had been planning to run for the U.S.
Senate, to clear the field for Mitt Romney, warmly endorsed Mitt Romney in a spirit of unity for the Republican Party, Whereupon Mitt Romney has voted for Donald Trump's impeachment and I think still nurses presidential ambitions.
It's not entirely impossible that if the MAGA movement splits between, oh I don't know, say President Donald Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, that Mittens and his retinue may decide to take another stab at it.
Seeing the MAGA constituency, definitely a majority within the Republican Party, split, perhaps they believe there is an opening for an establishment candidate.
They also recognize that Vice President Mike Pence is too damaged to be that candidate, so I say keep an eye on Mitt Romney.
Because the Senator from Utah who actually lives in Massachusetts is up to something.
Remember, you heard it here first on The Stone Zone.
Again, Monday, you're going to want to tune in for this.
Paul Manafort joins us later in our program today.
In addition to Gabrielle Fox, who was going to join us shortly to talk about the FTX scandal, legal expert Tyler Nixon, who served as one of my counsels during the special counsel investigation, is going to talk about the appointment of a special counsel today by Attorney General Merrick Garland to investigate President Donald Trump.
Um, it's amazing that the talking heads on CNN and MSNBC seem to be unhappy about this appointment.
I would think that they'd be cracking open the champagne, but to the contrary, despite any evidence of an actual crime, unlike the situation with Hunter Biden, let's say, They seem to be charging Merrick Garland with dereliction of duty because he has refused to simply charge the president in some frame job.
The other interesting thing that must be commented on is the clear decision by Kerry Lake to move towards a federal lawsuit based on the disenfranchisement of voters in Arizona.
In the 40 years that I have been in American politics, I've never seen anything quite like the Arizona election, where it is absolutely clear that the tabulating machines in the polling places were tested the night before with ballots where it is absolutely clear that the tabulating machines in the polling places were tested the night before with ballots that had been printed off-site, not at the polling station,
which properly fit the tabulators at 19 which properly fit the tabulators at 19 inches, the size they were designed for, but that in certain select Republican precincts, the ballots that Even more extraordinary is the fact that a federal judge denied a motion by the Republican National Committee, Carrie Lake,
and the other Republican candidates to leave the polls open later to atone for the fact that there had been problems in the morning that is almost inexplicable I mean, why would you not want greater and more voter participation?
In fact, if you look at it historically, whenever the Democrats have asked that a polling place in any state be left open later because of snafus in the process, that motion has always been granted.
Carrie Lake has not conceded the governorship.
She made a surprise trip to Mar-a-Lago to meet with President Trump.
She continues to fight.
Evidently now she will fight in the federal courts.
And we say Godspeed and God bless you.
She ran a letter-perfect campaign.
She's the best candidate I've seen since I worked for Ronald Reagan in three national presidential campaigns.
And her opponents seem to adopt the Biden strategy of campaigning from the basement.
Running virtually no campaign at all.
All right, now joining us here on the Stone Zone to break down the FTX scandal for us is independent journalist Gabrielle Fox and she joins us now.
Hi Roger, how are you?
Excellent.
Thank you so much for joining us.
Like you, I am no expert on cryptocurrency to say the least.
I was very impressed with the piece that you wrote.
Because it really breaks it down for idiots like me.
This looks to me to be one of the greatest money laundering campaign finance and financial scandals in American history.
It centers around a man named Sam Bankman Freed.
Can you walk us through this?
Step by step to explain precisely what happened.
I understand you have to set the table with a number of explanations regarding appointments to the SEC by the Biden administration, but take it away, Gabby.
Thank you, Roger.
So this was something that I stumbled upon and just decided to sort of break it down for everyone else.
If you are not Well versed in cryptocurrency.
All of the headlines and all of the scandalous things you've been seeing online are a bit confusing.
You know, the part about where they took some of our tax dollars and gave them to Ukraine, who then partnered with FTX and turned that money into crypto to be turned around and redistributed to The swamp.
I don't want to say just Democrats, because it wasn't just Democrats that took some of that money.
And so beyond that, it's like, who is this person?
And how did he even come to have that kind of power to be able to build something that I just read today, it was a $32 billion company that had no accountant.
Um, I don't know if any of the money, um, you know, squandered.
Oops.
Well, we seem to have had some technical problem.
We'll try to reconnect with Gabriel Fox momentarily.
She was in the middle of giving us a breakdown.
of the FTX scandal.
Let's see what we've got there.
Well, evidently we've not been, we apologize for our technical problems.
We were just getting rolling.
As I understand it, Samuel Bankman Freed, who is on the loose at this moment, essentially took
Money from Ukraine which had been sent to Ukraine by the US Congress and laundered it turned it into cryptocurrency and sent it back in in campaign contributions to major Democrats and Democrats running in the midterms also some establishment Republicans and So that is the use of our tax dollars in the recent election.
This seems to me to be an extraordinary development.
So far there is no word whatsoever out of the Justice Department.
We don't even know if Mr. Sam Bankman-Freed is under investigation.
We do know that there are hundreds of millions of dollars worth of crypto missing.
And why don't we at this juncture, while we're waiting to reconnect with Gabby Fox, let me speak to you about one of my favorite products that hosts this show.
I'm a coffee drinker.
I admit it right up front.
I need a bold, invigorating cup of coffee first thing in the morning.
And for a long time, I kind of checked around looking for a coffee I really liked.
Being in American politics for four decades, I've stayed in a lot of hotels, I've eaten in a lot of restaurants and, well, I've drank a lot of really bad coffee.
Until I found my coffee, and it's actually called My Coffee, and you can find it on My Store.
Now, Mike Lindell, I've learned, is a very exacting guy.
He doesn't put anything up for sale, either at My Pillow or at My Store, unless he's tested it himself, and he knows it to be the very best.
Let's let him tell us about My Coffee.
Hello, I'm Mike Lindell, and I'm excited to announce my new product, my coffee.
I get products all the time from entrepreneurs, from my new platform, mystore.com.
And when I tried my coffee for the first time, I was blown away.
It is the best coffee I've ever had in my life.
I spent the last four months doing my due diligence, and this family-owned business micromanages every step from the fields to the cup to ensure the best quality coffee you're ever going to have.
It starts with the beans that are grown in Honduras.
Honduras' volcanic soil and humid climate make the perfect growing conditions for coffee plants.
Which produced the best beans ever!
Then each batch is tested for its aroma, taste and other aspects to meet the highest standards in the coffee industry.
And after that it goes into production which is all done right here in the USA!
It's like you're getting that small batch specialty coffee right to your front door.
So go to mystore.com or call the number on your screen.
Use the promo code and you'll get your very own My Coffee for 25% off.
You guys all know that I've traveled the country for the past year and a half.
I've stayed in hundreds of hotels.
I've tried every coffee out there.
Well, some of the coffees have that terrible aftertaste, some that leave me jittery or I get an upset stomach.
Well, my coffee is different.
It's the richest, smoothest, best coffee I've ever had.
My coffee comes in a variety of flavors.
You get them ground or whole bean, plus it's certified organic and non-GMO.
I guarantee it'll be the best coffee you've ever had.
So go to mystore.com or call the number on your screen.
Use your promo code and you'll get my coffee for 25% off.
And I'm going to give you deep discounts on all my store products.
That's mystore.com.
It's my new platform for USA entrepreneurs.
Please order now.
There you have it.
My Coffee.

I guarantee you that if you try this you will reorder.
It is literally the best coffee I've ever had.
I think you will enjoy it and it will become your coffee.
Right now it's mycoffee at mystore.com and again please use promo code STONE.
We return now with independent journalist Gabrielle Fox who was talking to us about the Thank you, Roger.
We apologize for our technical problems, but Gabby Fox rejoins us.
Welcome back to the Stone Zone.
Please continue.
Thank you, Roger.
I'm not sure if that was on your end or mine, but so back to what I was saying.
I was confused as to how this all happened, who the players were, and how they came to have this much, like I said, power or pull.
How did they get all these investors to put money into this crypto exchange?
So I broke it down, it took me a few hours of research, but the connections that I found were just Insane.
So I started with the head of MIT Economics, and we know MIT's connections previously with Epstein, Glenn Ellison.
So turns out that his daughter, Caroline Ellison, was not only the girlfriend of sbf or sean sam bakeben freed but he was um but she was uh the ceo of his hedge fund and also helping him run ftx so i'll kind of run down i i tried to put this in a blog that was like a trickle down effect
so you could understand where all these players came in so gary gensler who was a former clinton foundation finance chairman um he was appointed by gary ellison to the head of the crypto currency department at mit in 2018.
and The Biden administration appointed that very same man, Gary Gensler, to the chair of the SEC, the Securities and Exchange Commission, who we know has been trying their best to derail crypto.
For those of you that don't know a lot about crypto, cryptocurrency can be used for evil or good just as many things that we see today, but it has the potential to take power from the central banking system and it makes it a huge threat that must be controlled.
So they appointed this guy Gary to the head of the SEC and then the director of the SEC's enforcement division is none other Then the wife of former corrupt FBI agent Peter Strzok.
Strozek? - Strozek.
- Strozek? - Strock. - Strock.
Roger's better with the last names than I am.
So, as I said, FTX was different than all the other exchanges.
The SEC had been laser focused and been quite hostile towards all the other exchanges and other cryptocurrencies.
But with FTX, they were showing favoritism.
They were kind of propping it up several times.
I think we're back.
Go ahead.
We froze it for a moment.
Go ahead.
There we go.
So Sam Bingman Freed was spotted on Capitol Hill with regulators and lawmakers talking about FTX.
He was at WEF, sounds like a wrestling federation, but the World Economic Forum.
He was at their conferences and this seemed to be their darling that they were going to prop up to monopolize the crypto space because they obviously had control of it and control over this young gentleman Sam Bankman Freed, who I feel sadly was just used by the powers that be and ultimately his family.
So let's, this is really interesting.
So his family, his father is Joseph Bankman.
He is a Stanford tax law professor who drafted legislation for anti-crypto Elizabeth Warren and donated thousands of dollars to Democrats.
So that's his background.
His mother was co-founder of Mind the Gap, which is a Democrat fundraising operation, and his brother is the founder of Guarding Against Pandemics.
What I also found out after I wrote this piece is that FTX helped fund The studies that went against the use of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin as treatments for COVID.
So this FTX organization literally had their hands in everything from COVID to the midterm elections.
So let me go down and talk a little bit about how our tax money was used.
Our tax money, as I said, was converted into FTX by Ukraine.
And when you convert currency, there's a fee that comes along with it.
And those fees really added up.
And the price per coin for FTX, because they were dumping all of our tax dollars into this exchange, the price per coin went up almost like our inflation.
Is it real?
Value or is it inflationary manipulated value?
So they made a ton of money basically artificially inflating this coin.
They then donated as the second largest donor Sam Bankman Freed only second to George Soros donated to the midterms of $40 million to the Democrats and actually $29 million to the establishment Anti-MAGA GOP.
One of the lines on the accounting balance sheet for FTX was literally called, Trump Lose.
This is now being investigated, thank God.
I hope it is being investigated by, you know, the good guys and someone that will actually do something about this.
This guy, Sam Bingman-Fried, he also installed a backdoor to FTX in which he was funneling money to his hedge fund and he was manipulating the crypto markets through his hedge fund as well.
So, the kid was smart, but from what I've read, he had some social issues, he had He had ADHD.
He was semi-autistic, as was his girlfriend.
And it just seems like these young people were groomed and manipulated and used by their families to sort of perpetuate this giant scandal.
And now, I mean, they will be the fall person or people if an investigation actually goes through and is successful, which we know our justice system And there are other countries investigating this as well, but the justice system as of late hasn't been the best.
So Congress is now investigating the ties between FTX and Gary Gensler, that chair of the SEC that Biden appointed that used to work for the Clintons.
And the hedge fund has collapsed.
It's bankrupt.
Over a billion dollars of investor money is gone.
My question is, if it's a $32 billion evaluated company, and they never had an accountant, and we know only about 70 million went to the Democrats, Where's the rest of the money?
Did he funnel all of it through his hedge fund and sort of lose it?
I know at the very last minute when all of this was exploding, he took out a billion dollars and tried to transfer it out, and now the Bahamas is trying to get their hands on it, oddly enough.
So, as I said, I'm not a crypto expert.
I found all of this by really getting in and digging online.
I still don't understand all of the details and nuances, but what I gleaned from it is they might use this to go after crypto and really get control of it and regulate it, which is what they want to do with the digital dollar as well.
And we really, as Americans and just as citizens of the world, need to start investing in things that are solid, like land, gold, and I don't know, I guess currencies that you have vetted very well and know are locked up tight.
And secondly, is that we must go on offense, because if this is the level that they're willing to go to, To obviously subvert our democracy and subvert our elections, then we really need to go on offense as patriots.
And it's good to see a lot of bigger names talking since Trump has announced that we are going to become expert ballot harvesters.
I'm not a big fan of the concept in general, but you have to fight fire with fire.
So.
All right, there you have it.
You can see Gabrielle Fox's terrific article on this which we have reposted at thestonezone.com.
You can also find it on her website.
Gabby, tell folks where they can read the terrific stuff that you write.
So, you can find my blog that I recently reopened up and I'm going to be writing weekly at politicyke.com and it's Polita-psych.com and you can also find me on Substack if you just type in Polita Psych or Gabrielle Fox.
I should come up.
All right, there we have it.
Thank you so much for joining us.
This is a terrific article, folks.
I urge you to go to stonezone.com to read it or to go to Gabby's Substack to read it.
She makes the whole thing extremely understandable for those of us who are unsophisticated in the world of crypto.
But the bottom line of it is our tax dollars that were supposed to prop up Ukraine in their war were laundered and sent back to American politicians No worries, Roger.
It's great to see you and hopefully we'll see each other soon.
politicians.
They were mostly Democrats and establishment Republicans seeking to destroy the MAGA movement.
Gabrielle Fox, thank you so much for joining us on the Stone Zone and we apologize for our technical problems on this Friday.
No worries, Roger.
It's great to see you and hopefully we'll see each other soon.
Thank you for having me on.
We will definitely have you back again.
Thank you very much to Gabrielle Fox.
It's another good time for me to remind you that Christmas is coming up and we are brought to you by the folks at MyPillow.com.
When you go to MyPillow.com to do all of your Christmas shopping, you're supporting independent journalism here at FrankSpeech.com, at Lindell TV 1 and 2.
You're also supporting that great American patriot who I saw at Mar-a-Lago on Tuesday night, Mike Lindell.
Let me point out some of my favorite products because a lot of people think that MyPillow is just about pillows or just about bedding.
That's not the case, although those are some of the best products.
I would be remiss if I did not mention my favorite product, which of course are the pet beds.
The beds that we use for our dogs.
Those come in three sizes.
Small is normally $39.98 with promo code STONE, now $19.99.
We're going to show you a picture of my babies luxuriating in their dog beds.
$39.99 and large normally $139.98 now a low $69.99.
We're going to show you a picture of my babies luxuriating in their dog beds.
There's Mimi and Peewee 2.0 brother and sister from the same from the same clan and And they love their MyPillow dog bed.
I know that Brandon Howes' dog, Delta, loves his as well.
But if you're going to have the pet bed, the dog bed, well then you have to have a pet blanket.
The pet blankets, there you see that fella, look at him, does he look great?
they come in three sizes as well small 27.99 with promo code stone 1959 the medium-sized pet bed 39.99 with promo code stone 27.99
the large size pet blanket um uh 99.99 now 59.98 with promo code stone and there's a special pet blanket made for the automobile made for your car normally 113.98 but with promo code stone 69.98 um Let me mention another great product, one of my favorites, the six-piece towel set.
Now I learned this from Mike Lindell.
The towels that you buy in a department store, say Macy's or Dillard's, uses a cotton which has been treated with a certain kind of oil that while it makes the cotton more durable, it also makes it less absorbent.
Not the case when you buy your towels from MyPillow.com and the six-piece MyPillow towel set is normally $89.98 but with promo code STONE $39.98.
These are great products folks in which you can help the freedom of speech and election integrity movement and Help everything we're doing here at frankspeech.com.

Uh, we are going to be joined here momentarily by Tyler Nixon, uh, who is, uh, my personal attorney, uh, who, uh, knows a great deal about the special counsel.
Um, today Merrick Garland, um, appointed a special counsel to investigate, uh, Donald Trump.
Now, we knew that Donald Trump, the former president, was under investigation in the January 6th matter.
We knew that he was under investigation in the disposition of his handling of certain presidential papers.
I thought I had seen a statement by the Justice Department post-election saying that none of the papers the President had retained were classified, and it's pretty clear to me that he's being held to a very different standard.
Than the standard that Barack Obama or George W. Bush or George H. W. Bush is being held to.
But joining us now is one of my favorite legal beagles, a man who served as my personal attorney.
He's also a conservative and libertarian activist, a native of Delaware who knows a great deal about the Biden crime family.
Tyler Nixon joins us now.
Good to be with you, Roger, as always.
Wow, you look great.
You actually got dressed up for the Stone Zone.
I appreciate it.
My honor always to be in the Stone Zone.
And by the way, I'd like to say Seth Ketchel, if anyone watching has not caught that interview, he really breaks it down how these elections are being just stolen right out from under us by this Democrat crime syndicate.
It's no longer a political party, really.
Yeah, that was a brilliant interview.
For those of you who missed it, you can go to Rumble and see the replay, or you can go to the frankspeech.com site, Archive for the Stone Zone, and see it there.
It was an epic interview.
Captain Seth Ketchel, very, very smart guy.
Go to his substack, by the way, if you want to read more, but he really does break down exactly what is afoot here.
You know, Tyler, I still think you should run for Congress, and if you do, I have the perfect slogan for you.
Let me try this out on you, okay?
Nixon's the one.
What do you think?
I love it.
I love it.
It's almost as good as Trump now, more than ever.
I thought you would enjoy that.
So, incredibly, I thought that the talking heads at CNN, the jackals as I like to call them, the folks at MSNBC, the people who have a collective problem with the truth, I thought that they would be ebullient tonight about the appointment of a special counsel.
I thought they would be reliving the heyday of Robert Mueller when we believe that he was actually motivated on the basis of true evidence or proof We now know, of course, that the Mueller investigation was, as Donald Trump told us, a hoax, a witch hunt, based on two pieces of what we now know is fabricated information.
The Steele dossier Yes, we've learned recently that the FBI actually offered Steele and this fellow at the Brookings Institute $1 million if they could come up with dirt on Donald Trump from Russia.
They couldn't.
There was no such dirt.
They also paid this poor fellow Danchenko, the guy at the bottom of the totem pole, $200,000 to be an informant.
Evidently to shield him from being questioned in this entire scam.
But why is the left not celebrating?
I don't quite understand.
Yeah, well in what insane world is the FBI offering a million dollars for dirt on Donald Trump to be confirmed?
Not just patent corruption.
I mean just outright persecution of their political opponents and people they know Might spell the death knell of the little criminal cabal they've got running there on the 7th floor of the J. Edgar Hoover building, which, until his name is stricken from there, it will always, in my mind, be a corrupt entity.
You know, let's be real here.
I mean, the FBI is completely co-opted, and frankly, the DOJ is getting there.
You know, here's the thing.
I think the left in the media, the propaganda machine, if you want to call it media, I mean, we'll use that term loosely now, They like their special counsel persecutions like they like their elections pre-rigged.
Rigged beforehand, you know, the conclusion foregone before there's even, you know, the first hearing or anything like that.
So I think that throwing it to a special counsel in their mind throws an uncertainty into the situation.
And I think also, but, you know, they basically want something.
They might not be able to, for example, get leaks.
As we saw the Mueller sieve with Weissman, you know, the most despicable prosecutor in American history and criminal, frankly, to ever hold a position in the DOJ, Andrew Weissman, who leaked your indictment and arrest warrant to CNN so they could be there on scene, you know, with their roving reporting, whatever have you, the nonsense excuse they came up for having
Uh, arrived, you know, 30 minutes before the FBI SWAT raid on your home.
And, you know, basically I think that, that again, Garland is yielding to pressure.
Um, and here's the thing.
I, you know, I personally feel like that we had the special prosecutor statute, which was allowed to lapse obviously by Congress because it had been so abused and by both sides over a number of years.
And unfortunately, still in the Justice Department regulations, it's not even by statute, it's literally just promulgations, excuse me, regulations promulgated within the DOJ that enables this appointment of an outside entity or person to basically conduct prosecutions or investigations into people with the presumption that there would be some sort of removal, that there would be the conflicts of interest would be vitiated by that.
But, I mean, you can't swing a dead cat without hitting ten lawyers, nine of whom are somehow compromised in Washington, D.C., or connected somehow to the ruling cabal, to the deep state.
So, you know, the fact that Garland's making this move, I'm sure it's been well thought through.
They didn't really have a choice.
I mean, at this point, Donald Trump, when he announced, became an actual opponent, potentially, of the president.
A political, direct political opponent vying for his job.
And I say president, I say un-president is more like it, but I mean, this, you know, this imposter we have until we have fair and free and equal and actual legitimate elections again and get a president in there who was actually elected by the people.
That being said, there's, you know, it's a double-edged sword here.
Obviously, again, you have the factor of, we don't know, I mean, who is this person?
I haven't had an opportunity to look into his background yet.
Find out what his connections are.
I'm sure that if Merrick Garland selected him, that it's going to be someone who is as deeply, you know, biased or the nod-wink sort of thing.
You know, a Trump, an anti-Trump person at minimum.
You're not going to get a fair dealer.
You're not going to get a straightforward, down-the-middle objective person in that position.
I mean, it's just not going to happen under this so-called Justice Department.
Garland is clearly an ideological zealot.
And a partisan and, you know, he's turning the DOJ into the Biden Gestapo, you know, the FBI, the fascist Biden intruders, as I would call them.
And, you know, but I guess the flip side is that it does you know, you're not going to have the aggression and the ability to move as quickly to rig any sort of prosecution that they might try to contrive against Donald Trump.
As they will with this because they have to get set up, they have to get going, they have to appoint staff and so forth.
But, you know, the reverse side of that is now you have this ball of sort of persecutorial, I guess you could call it latent persecutorial action out there, you know, hanging out there.
And of course, when we, you know, as you know, when these things are created, they have to sort of justify themselves.
So, you know, they have this imperative almost that Merely investigating it isn't enough.
There have to be prosecutions that come out of it to justify who knows how many millions of dollars will be spent on this ridiculous farce concerning the papers held by Donald Trump.
I mean, you want to talk about down to picayune nitpicking nonsense.
I mean, just ridiculous.
And the double standard couldn't be more glaring in terms of how other presidents, former presidents, are treated in terms of their papers.
I mean, Obama could have walked out there with the nuclear codes, frankly.
And they wouldn't say a word.
You know, Donald Trump has some documents which, as the, again, the classifying authority, he has every right, and by his mere act of taking possession of them and taking them with him, has effectively declassified them.
So, I mean, and I think every legal scholar would agree with this analysis, that it's like, you know, they're just really into the weeds now.
It reminds me of your, you know, how they basically took your statements In the House Select Committee on Intelligence and twisted it around and warped sort of facts around in order to contrive a complete total nonsense.
I mean, first of all, the subject matter was irrelevant.
And secondly, it had no materiality and basically twisted it around to make it appear as though you had made false statements, just as they similarly had tried to turn your sort of overheated comments to Randy Credico, who, by the way, had made actual threats against a witness, you know, as you know, into threatening or intimidating a witness.
You know, that's the problem is that we have a federal code that's so larded with, thanks to, frankly, the likes of Joe Biden, larded with all sorts of little, as I say, picayune avenues by which you can trip anybody up.
I mean, you know, Harvey Silverglate, you know, wrote the book Three Felonies a Day, which is another deep dive into the sordid career of Andrew Weissman and what he did concerning Enron and, you know, Arthur Anderson and the destruction that he brought, and just how they would cobble together parts of different statutes in order to create Some sort of hybrid version of a criminal offense and indict people and ruin their lives on this basis.
So, you know, let's just hope that this Jack Smith person who, again, I've never heard of before, has some ounce or scintilla of integrity that would lead him regardless of what deals were made.
And I trust nothing that Merrick Garland does or says.
Um, I mean, clearly he has an agenda and he is a, he is driven by the, the, uh, Biden crime agenda.
Um, that, you know, this person might, might think better of this extraordinary.
I mean, this is just, I mean, literally hounding a former president when it's so transparently obvious that this is meant to hamstring him, to tie him up and yet another bogus, uh, uh, witch hunt, lynch mob, whatever have you.
To prevent him or to otherwise curb him from achieving success in returning to the White House in 2024.
And I don't see how you could see otherwise.
And I think, again, the media, the jackals, the propaganda jackals, they want instant gratification, as do the twatsies, the Twitter blue check lynch mobs.
Well, not so much blue check anymore.
Anybody can be blue check.
But, you know, you read the comments.
It's like Merrick Garland is letting us down.
They throw out constantly, they have all their talking points about Trump.
He took classified documents and he stole them and secreted them out of the White House and took them.
And of course, every lousy trope or put-up that they've tried to paint onto Donald Trump, impose on him, whatever, project on him has failed.
First, it was nuclear secrets he was going to sell to Putin or the Russians or whatever.
Every one of those has simply just fallen by the wayside.
It's really sad to see this level of abuse of power and to be this petty as well.
I mean, this is the best they can do?
I mean, you have Hunter Biden in bed with the head of Chinese intelligence.
You have hundreds of millions of dollars being transferred to the point where there are hundreds of suspicious activity reports generated at the Department of Treasury on this one person alone, which is unprecedented.
I mean, literally no one has that many sort of, you know, Uh, reports generated potentially indicating, uh, money laundering and all sorts of, uh, nefarious activities involving nefarious, uh, overseas and foreign agents.
And the FBI, they're just, you know, they're, they're literally the monkeys who see nothing, hear nothing and, uh, uh, you know, say nothing.
And, uh, it, it really, I, it's, it's tough because I'm, as an attorney, I, you know, I believe in rule of law.
I believe in justice above all, but when you've co-opted and corrupted, Both the enforcement agencies and the oversight executive agency, as well as, frankly, the courts.
And you bet that they'll try to bring any sort of action.
It'll be in that same old D.C.
District Court that you had your Soviet-style witch trial stage in, which is loaded with swamp partisans, to say the least.
You're going to get probably much of the same results.
I mean, it's a total gamble.
You can't find any, even if they're Republican appointees, even if they're Trump appointees, they have an allegiance to, not to justice, not to higher justice, not to essential justice, but to the system, to the integrity of the system, and to validate somehow any allegations that there's corruption going on.
Well, forget it.
You know, your career's over.
They'll get you one way or the other in that swamp.
And that's why one of the things that I think absolutely needs to be taken up or should be considered in this Congress, and whether, you know, we don't have the votes, obviously, they're having stolen the Senate from us, is to look at the complete dissolution of the D.C.
Federal District Court.
I mean, it's the nation's seat, and I think it's highly politicized, and not to mention the fact that they're drawing from a jury pool that is over 90 percent
Lopsided in one, in the direction of one party, the Democrat party, and no Republican of any sort of political, who is involved, you know, just, I mean, unless you're just a registered Republican charged with like jaywalking, if you are in any way involved in politics as a Republican or a conservative, and you do anything in the District of Columbia that would invoke federal jurisdiction or prosecution, which is anything really, you know, you're, and you're, you're taken to trial, you are going to be convicted.
And, you know, I think that's an intolerable situation.
There ought to be, in all political cases that are before the D.C.
District Federal District Court, there ought to be almost a default tendency or deference to removal, to removal to different venues, another venue, some other venue, even if it has to be the surrounding states, Virginia, Maryland, what have you.
But, I mean, we have a real rat's nest of persecutorial
Affirmation or ratification in that in that court and and the ability to manipulate and game it as we saw in your case your case is like literally a study in how to manipulate a federal case a federal criminal case from judge shopping all the way to the sentencing memorandum and how you can get away with it as long as you have a judge not wink who's in your corner as willing to willing to play ball and be
Essentially, as they were in your case, the fifth prosecutor.
And that's what I fear Donald Trump could potentially face here.
But that being said, if he's elected president, nothing they can do can stop it.
So, you know, they can't stop his candidacy.
I mean, short of literally jailing him somehow, which I don't see happening.
I mean, they're playing with fire there.
They are absolutely just taking a sledgehammer to the foundations of our justice system and to the rule of law and to essential fairness and justice.
I don't think they realize that they don't really, they're not harming Donald Trump in truth.
They are absolutely just discrediting the system they serve and seek to prop up and seek to expand the powers of.
And in the end, it will ultimately, I believe, and I pray to God, and I know that God will bring justice, essential justice, real justice to these people, and the system will be corrected one way or another.
I just, you know, I fear the damage That we will have to suffer and go through to get to that end.
It seems to me that a simple solution would be a federal law that says if you're charged with a federal crime that you stand trial in the state in which you live, not in the District of Columbia.
That'd be a pretty easy fix right there.
You raise a very good point, and we get a lot of mail about this.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but even in the event that Donald Trump were charged with a crime or was framed in some indictment for a crime, that would not be a legal obstacle to his running for president.
Is that correct?
That's correct.
I mean, the Constitution sets forth very basic, you know, age 35, a natural born citizen of the United States.
I mean, there's no other, they cannot alter these constitutional requirements.
Uh, you know, the states and even the states can't, can't simply deny someone ballot access on the basis of restrictions, you know, other than the, the, the primary process, uh, or the process of, you know, being ratified by a certain party's nomination.
They can't stop him from being on the ballot and ultimately being elected president.
And in reality, from pardoning himself the minute he's sworn in, if he really wants to, there's nothing in the pardon power that, uh, exempts the actual, uh, issuer.
And God knows the Democrats love to defy the Madisonian principle, you know, sort of in bold, put in the Federalist Papers of no man shall be the judge of his own cause.
The Democrats don't have any regard for this.
I mean, they're certainly willing to preside over proceedings in which they are the actual parties.
Case in point, Governor Unelect Katie Hobbs, you know, Secretary of State presiding over the election in which she is the
Candidate one of the candidates for the top office they think nothing of just blowing off these ethical Conflicts of interest that are some I mean that are most quintessential types of conflicts yet They don't care so you know I think I think in some ways you got to start fighting fire with fire if they're gonna ballot stuff the ballot box and do ballot harvesting and We can't get around it because they've have frankly corrupted and co-opted so many levers of the system including the courts and
Um, and, and particularly in certain states, then, hey, listen, fight fire with fire, whatever we have to do, because we are going to lose our republic.
We're going to lose our freedoms if we let these fascist, uh, manipulators continue as they are.
And, and, you know, Garland, thank God, Mitch McConnell, I have no use for, but he did keep Garland off the Supreme Court.
And I thank, uh, thank God for his decision in taking the heat there.
That's the one good thing you can say about his career.
Course he did then turn around and vote for his confirmation as Attorney General.
So the question you have to ask yourself is, if he was not fit to be on the Supreme Court, why was he fit to be the highest chief law enforcement officer in the nation.
Anyway, I'm afraid we have to leave it there.
