Speaker Time Text

He bypassed the Afghan government.
kamala harris
He negotiated directly with a terrorist organization called the Taliban.
The negotiation involved the Taliban getting 5,000 terrorists, Taliban terrorists released.
And the president at the time invited the Taliban to Camp David.

It's a crazy world, crazy world.
It's a crazy world.
It's a crazy world.
Somebody's gotta have the same views.
dave rubin
It's a crazy world.
I'm Dave Rubin. This is The Rubin Report.
We are live streaming on Rumble, YouTube, and Locals.
And yes, we are in the free state of Florida, in the beautiful city of Miami, which the sun is shining right now.
And southeast Miami barely got any rain.
Obviously, there was a massive hurricane that hit the West Coast well of A bit on that in just a second and then we'll talk about some of the politics around it.
And I should also note, do not adjust your screen.
If I look a little more high definition to you or a little more cinematic, we are fiddling with some lighting things right now.
We're testing some things.
My hair might look a little more granular than usual.
Stay tuned as we adjust and make the show always better and more beautiful for you, the good viewer.
Today's show is a catch up on not only the hurricane and the politics around it,
but a couple other things happening in the media as it pertains to the election.
And then we'll have a ReubenReport.locals.com community Q and A.
And Adi has a computer with the internet right there.
We did not have to fire up the Starlink because we didn't have any outages or anything over here.
So if you want to get a question in on the fly, you can submit on Locals right now.
And just real quick, let me show you a quick compilation video.
I think it's three different videos So, the Hurricane Milton, it ended up hitting really as a category three, so it did slow down right before it hit landfall, thankfully, because, you know, much of Florida and certainly North Carolina is reeling after Hurricane Helene about a week and a half ago, but it did do massive damage that's still unfolding.
unidentified
Here's just a couple videos as it hits Sarasota, Tampa area for the most part.
dave rubin
All right, so look, that's kind of where we're at.
There are people that obviously are still evacuated.
We'll find out. We also had a couple insane tornadoes in the southeast Florida area through Alligator Alley and up in Weston and Southwest branches, a couple other places like So this really was something.
Hopefully we're out of hurricane season right now.
And we'll just, you know, the thing is, you know, and you hear all these stories after hurricanes.
Oh, people shouldn't live in New Orleans because it's, you know, below sea level and you shouldn't live in coastal places or you shouldn't live on barrier islands.
And humans exist to explore and to build and to traverse the landscape and do things that aren't the safest thing and climb Mount Everest and all of these things.
So we will rebuild.
We will rebuild better.
I know we have some questions in the Q&A about where you can donate and things of that nature, so we'll get to that more.
And I'm going to donate immediately.
We'll do it live on the show while we're doing it.
And let's just dive into the election stuff and actually how it relates to some of what's happened.
With the hurricane. But Donald Trump, you know, we've shown you this week, we've gone very heavy on Kamala Harris and her absolutely horrendous media blitz between going on The View and doing Stephen Colbert and that Call Me Daddy podcast.
Like, just a whole bunch of, like, low-hanging fruit stuff that she has utterly failed at, on top of the 60 Minutes interview.
profoundly horrible and such Answers which is not very journalistic
If you ask me anyway, Donald Trump, let's shift to the other guy. Donald Trump is making the rounds on the podcast
unidentified
I'm hearing the rumor that he may be on a very popular YouTube rumble program very soon. I think that might be
dave rubin
happening But here he is
And if you want to just see the stark difference between the inauthentic Kamala Harris, not only just that she doesn't know what her policies are, but you can just see you can't get much of her as a human.
Let's just put that aside.
You've seen that all week. And now compare that to Donald Trump when he's just kind of talking.
donald j trump
Yeah. You're a TikTok guy.
TikTok Jack. TikTok Jack.
Tell me. You know, this is a little new world.
I call him, his name is Jack.
I call him TikTok Jack. I'm good with names, you know.
dave rubin
You are. You're very good with names.
donald j trump
I'm a Pocahontas.
unidentified
We have names. What about, and there was, tampon Tim was good.
donald j trump
What about, is that? The problem with tampon Tim, it's hard to say.
dave rubin
Yeah. In other words. It's a mouthful.
donald j trump
It's a lot. Yeah.
And you can't stutter it through when you fall.
It's really a lousy word to say.
Yeah. But it's quite accurate, right?
Yeah. There are some, like Comrade Kamala.
It's a little hard to say.
She's a comrade because she's obviously a communist.
She's horrible, so I call her comrade.
And it's not bad, but when you put the names together, it's a little hard.
You've got to be able to pew! No, you've got to be able to put it out there.
But we have a lot of good reasons.
A lot of them I can't go into with you because some of my best ones are from the Republican primaries.
Oh, yeah. They're all friends of mine now.
dave rubin
Love the end there. A lot of them, they're the people I was making fun of.
Now we're all on the same team.
The reason I'm showing you that, look, guys, I get it.
I get it. In some alternate universe, there is a version of politics that is much cleaner than this and unnecessary and not as juvenile and all of that.
And maybe America will get back there.
But it's just not where we're at right now.
And the point of really showing you that is look at his ability to just sit with basically anybody and be himself and be real and be silly.
It's sort of like the video we showed you yesterday.
I think he was at Mar-a-Lago giving a talk and he's like, where are the gays for Trump?
You guys don't look gay.
It's just silly and And as I always say, how is it that the orange man with that crazy hair is more authentic than all of them?
But he is.
Here he went on and talked a bit about, well, he compared and contrasted himself with Joe Biden.
donald j trump
Over the last week, I have, when we talk about funny or sad, I think it's more sad than funny.
He has one ability I don't have.
He sleeps. He can sleep.
This guy goes on a beat.
And he lays down on one of those, you know, six ounce...
They weigh six ounces and you can't lift it.
They're meant for children, young people, and old people to lift.
Aluminum, you know, hollowed aluminum.
They weigh very little and he can't lift.
And somebody convinced him he looks good in a bathing suit.
And when you're 82, typically bathing suits aren't...
It's going to make you look great.
You're not going to be enhanced.
It's just one of those things.
I can't be sure about that, but typically you don't know.
Depends where he's packing. I don't know what the hell he's packing, and I don't want to know either.
I don't know. But he has an ability to fall asleep while on camera.
He can lie down on one of those things, and in minutes he's stone-cold out.
How does he do it? And he's got cameras.
He's the president, so they have cameras on him.
Yeah, yeah. And then they show him sleeping on the beach.
Yeah. You'll never see me sleeping in front of camera.
dave rubin
All right. Again, it's the same thing.
You may not want to hear what the president's packing and jokes about all of that and Joe Biden sleeping.
But that's not exactly where we're at right now.
And, you know, yesterday I said that Kamala Harris is the AI president, right?
She's the artificial intelligence president.
She's just lacking a little on the intelligence side.
But it's extremely artificial, meaning that everything she says is just a construct, right?
It's whatever she's told to say, it's just very obvious.
There's no core there.
And what you're seeing with Donald Trump, whether you like it or not, whether you like the jokes or not, whether you like the policies or not, at least you're seeing a person.
So in some ways, what this election really boils down to is, are you for AI or are you for a human?
Are you for voting for someone that you roughly know who he is, warts and all, or are you for voting for a machine that you actually don't know what it thinks at any time, other than it seemingly wants control over you?
Trump did talk a bit more about parenting, actually, and I thought this was quite good, just in terms of actually getting a little insight into his mind as a father.
donald j trump
I do have good kids and five really wonderful children and different, very different.
They are so different.
But, you know, one thing that was in common that I did, I always used to say when I was with them or when they were leaving a room, I would drive them crazy.
No drugs, no alcohol, no cigarettes, I would say that.
Did you say that to Don Jr.?
Yeah, Don's a little wild now.
unidentified
Wow. He can be a little tough.
He told me a funny story.
Go ahead. Okay. I talked to a bunch of people.
donald j trump
I was trying to, you know, prepare for this interview.
andrew schulz
He told me a funny story. And he said to me, he goes, once he asked if he could have a couple of friends over for New Year's.
donald j trump
Was it New Year's? No, no. It was July 4th.
unidentified
Right. On top of Trump Tower.
donald j trump
Right. Five friends.
unidentified
And you said yes. He's like, I want five friends.
donald j trump
You're like, okay, I'm out of town. Go for it.
unidentified
He brings 200 people over to Trump Tower.
That's right. He says that you weren't supposed to be there.
You end up showing up.
dave rubin
You hear some noise upstairs.
unidentified
You come up. You go, what the fuck is everybody doing here?
Get the hell out of my house.
He said he cleaned for the next 36 hours.
And he said, to this day, you have never brought up that it even happened.
And he said, I'm starting to believe it might not have happened.
donald j trump
Can you give him closure?
No, it happened. No, I can never give closure.
dave rubin
Even that right there, no, I can never give closure.
And you know, I just do have to say, having known, I've known Junior for many, many years, well over probably 13, 14 years at this point, well before his dad was in politics.
And we were friends. And he does not drink.
He does not smoke. He does not do drugs.
I've been to dinners with him where everyone else is drinking.
He doesn't. I know Ivanka fairly well.
These are really good human beings.
That is, I would say, slightly different than perhaps Joe Biden's children and not that we should be judged by our parents or by our children.
But again, this is just Trump being kind of real.
Somebody, a Twitter account, posted these images of Trump, just a couple images of him smiling through that.
And even that Just like, that is him.
That is him. And that is way more authentic than the fake Kamala laugh or what she's doing with her hands or the rest of it or anything else.
unidentified
So speaking of Kamala, who talks like this...
dave rubin
That was a little more...
That was more Cyndi Lauper, actually.
unidentified
But she's always on the verge of this.
dave rubin
Here's just a compilation of Kamala Harris' horrific media tour this week.
kamala harris
Have you no empathy, man?
unidentified
You know, for the suffering of other people.
sunny hostin
Would you have done something differently than President Biden during the past four years?
kamala harris
There is not a thing that comes to mind.
I know what you're going to ask.
unidentified
About a man's body.
kamala harris
No. No.
Is there any law?
unidentified
No. No.
kamala harris
It's, no. There will be no success in ending that war without Ukraine and the UN Charter participating in what that success looks like.
Ukraine must have a say in the future of Ukraine.
Remember his number, 32!
unidentified
Today we've got 32 days until the election.
So 32 days.
32 days.
kamala harris
Okay, we got some business to do.
We got some business to do.
unidentified
All right. 32 days.
And we know we will do it.
kamala harris
And this is going to be a very tight race until the very end.
unidentified
This is going to be a very tight race until the very end.
dave rubin
I mean, that at the end there where the prompter goes out and you can see the deep breath and she doesn't know what to say and has to repeat herself.
Again, this is an AI candidate.
She can only do what she is programmed to do.
The circular logic.
The Ukraine must be for Ukraine.
It was just an absolutely horrendous week for her.
Now, I have no doubt, guys.
The machine can still do all sorts of tricks in these remaining 25 plus days.
But like, please see it and tell your friends, tell your friends.
You know, interestingly, on the numbers side of all of this, Kamala's podcast, the Call Her Daddy podcast that we just showed you a clip of right there, that only got 520,000 views this week.
Our live stream yesterday, this live show yesterday, I think got like 400,000, something like that.
So, like, they're not even, she's not even driving people to that.
The Schultz podcast, the Andrew Schultz podcast with Donald Trump, that got 1.7 million in one day.
Now, it's not just about numbers, it's not just about crowd sizes, but that does tell you where the zeitgeist is, where something is kind of, you can sort of get a sense of what people think about things.
My friend Megyn Kelly had a really just spectacular takedown of this horrific week for Kamala Harris.
megyn kelly
We are tracking the ongoing absurd media tour of Vice President Kamala Harris.
I mean, it's basically, let me tell you what happened.
unidentified
She took off her shoe.
megyn kelly
Okay? For the listening audience, I'm holding up my runner's shoe.
My favorite part of my job is I wear my stretchy pants every day.
She took off her shoe and pretty much everybody she sat across from has taken that shoe, I'm not that flexible, and licked it.
They have licked the shoe.
That's what she does.
unidentified
She gives them the shoe and then they lick it.
megyn kelly
And that's basically how the media tour is going.
It is a shoe-licking, boot-licking tour via podcast, via radio, via CBS, via ABC. Take your pick.
Let me just sum it up by saying I have this weird feeling if it had been Donald Trump in those same forums, it would have gone a little differently.
Honestly, I've got to ask myself as I watch her, Is she getting worse?
Like, she might be getting worse instead of better.
I've always said about TV, it's like typing.
The more of it you do, the better you get.
And there's no way of getting from zero words a minute to 60 without going through all the necessary steps.
I've never seen anybody get worse at typing the more they type.
But honestly, I think this is what's happening to her.
She does not improve upon acquaintance.
She's not getting smoother.
She... Literally just has her script and she reads off her script and she repeats those few lines.
dave rubin
I just love Megan.
I love Megan. She's making an interesting point about Kamala seemingly getting worse right now, right?
So she does the coup.
They do the coup in July.
They hand her the nomination.
Again, no one's voted for her, whatever all the backdoor deals were.
They hide her from the media for quite some time.
I will give credit where credit is due.
She was decent at the one debate with Trump.
It wasn't decent in that she told the truth.
She lied about absolutely everything and she had the moderators on her side.
But meaning she stood up there, she didn't cackle like crazy, she didn't do all of the weird inflection and intonation things that she's always doing.
So like, there was something there around that.
But subsequently, Especially in this last week, she has now gone on multiple programs, easy, low-hanging fruit stuff, and either looked completely ridiculous, like she did when she's drinking a beer with Stephen Colbert, or having some weird moments about sex with Call Her Daddy, or on the 60 Minutes, and this is the more important one,
the 60 Minutes interview, where he's asking her basic stuff about policy
or when they go on The View and what would be the difference with you and Biden?
The fact that she did not say, you know, well, he or she could have even said,
we made a mistake at the border.
We really made a mistake at the border.
But she is actually not good at this.
And that's why this is the challenge of an individual, Donald Trump,
who largely represents the people versus an A, I'm telling you, she is an AI candidate.
She doesn't represent anything other than the machine.
And that is what we are fighting right now.
And guess what? Even on CNN, you guys know lately I've been very fascinated by this Dana Bash lady because I just sense there's just nothing.
She just knows she's a liar and it's just in there.
She even now is acknowledging that Democrats are growing more and more anxious about this election because it does not look good for them.
Although, do not count your freaking chickens, people!
unidentified
We have some new CNN reporting today about what is going on behind the scenes inside the Harris campaign and more broadly among Democrats who are growing more and more anxious about a 2016 redux.
CNN's Priscilla Alvarez joins me now.
dana bash
Priscilla, we were just joking here at the table that anxious Democrats happen on a day that ends in Y. But this is something that perhaps is warranted given the data that they're seeing.
unidentified
Explain your great reporting.
This has been a campaign that was described by multiple Democrats, allies, aides, to the vice president as a good vibes campaign.
But what's also creeping in now is that anxiety.
The reason for that is because these polls are not really moving.
Despite multiple battleground blitzes, despite the opportunities she has had across media outlets, There is still not a lot of movement from voters who are moving more towards her versus former President Donald Trump.
In fact, I had one source describe it to me this way.
People are nervous.
They know the polls are tight.
A lot of us are having these flashbacks to 2016, too.
We know when it can go the wrong way and it can still feel fresh.
dave rubin
That's kind of interesting to be on CNN where they're fully sounding the alarm.
This thing is not going particularly well because we hid her and people wanted more of her.
Now we've given more of her and people are not coming around because they're seeing that inauthenticity.
It's like we showed you the video yesterday of her on Howard Stern talking about the Doritos and I ate a whole family bag of Doritos.
And she just, even though I believe she ate the bag of Doritos, she seems fake and unpleasant while she's saying it.
Then you hear Donald Trump telling a story or hearing about a story about his son having a party and it reads as real.
That's the weird subtext that's going on here.
Now this clip we're going to show you on MSNBC. This goes in the Hall of Fame for like craziest bananas, lunatic stuff that they put on that network.
This is former Obama advisor Dan Pfeiffer.
Now they're all realizing that this is not looking good for Obama's fourth term, right?
He's had two himself, he had the Biden one, and he wants this other one with Kamala.
And they're realizing it's not looking that good.
And listen to how they try to frame what's going on with the media, how patently absurd this is.
unidentified
The second reason is Republicans have something Democrats don't, which they have a massive media operation between Fox News, Daily Wire, all these people.
We don't have that yet, so we have to work harder to do it.
Trump just has these massive megaphones pushing his message to voters and into the social media ecosystem so people see it.
And so that's the main reason.
We have to work harder than they do.
But he is being very lazy and leaving a lot of votes on the table with his sort of work every few days, call Ben Shapiro and wine for 20 minutes sort of strategy.
dave rubin
That guy's a complete fucking clown and should not ever be paid attention to.
The idea that somehow Fox News and Daily Wire, now they obviously are hugely influential, but somehow that's a bigger machine than you guys who have CNN, you have MSNBC, you have ABC, NBC, CBS, you have Washington Post, you have New York Times, you have the entire freaking thing.
Ben Shapiro didn't even support Donald Trump during the primary.
I don't know how... And maybe Trump's been on his show twice since then.
Like, it's just completely absurd.
But the reason this is good, the reason I'm showing you that, it's not just to expose the absurdity.
Okay, we can do that all day long. It's also to show you they're starting to make excuses.
Why did Kamala lose?
unidentified
Because Fox News and Ben Shapiro are evil organizations working against us.
dave rubin
Like, you have all of the fucking machinery, you people.
It's just incredible.
Let's jump over to the crazy people over at The View, because Whoopi Goldberg apparently wants me to leave the United States of America.
whoopi goldberg
So, yeah, you know, I feel like if you want, if you really feel that strongly about staying in touch with, you know, dictators, try living in a country with one.
I say, because y'all are always saying for us to go, you go find somewhere.
No, I'm going to invite you to do the same.
No. You go and you live under a dictatorship because I want you to be able to come back and talk about it like you know something.
dave rubin
Okay, so you get it.
The implication is that Donald Trump is a dictator.
He's going to be an elected dictator who once was president and then left the office of the presidency and then got potentially elected again.
But he'd be the dictator while you people try to put him in jail and take him off ballots and everything else.
It's just so...
It's so thin. And of course, what they're comparing this to is Turkey.
They don't like Turkey and they don't like Poland.
They don't like Argentina anymore.
They don't like El Salvador anymore.
They don't like Hungary anymore.
They don't like countries where basically people have decided to care about their country.
I was in Hungary with a guy that they don't like very much.
I think we have a picture here. Yeah, that's me with scary Victor Orban about a year ago.
Oh my God. And as I said on Real Time with Bill Maher, I met the guy and everyone says he's mean and he's a fascist and everything else.
And we chatted for a little bit and he was like, oh, I just like my country.
It should be for the people of Hungary.
That's it. That's all he wanted.
That's all he wanted. So, well, to you watching this.
You might be thinking, well, this election seems so obvious.
It's so damn obvious if we want America to continue.
What we also have to recognize is that there are X amount of people, I don't know how many tens of millions, that are just brainwashed by the machine, period.
They just will vote blue no matter what.
And we may not like that, but we have to acknowledge that there's only a certain set of people that can move on top of election shenanigans and everything else.
There's only a certain set of type of people that can move.
So I thought we could maybe show a video of the mind of the average Harris supporter.
It's not what happens in this room that often, but we want to give the devil his due.
Do you have a video of an average Kamala Harris supporter?
unidentified
Trump or Kamala? Kamala.
Why are you voting for Kamala? Because Trump f***ing sucks.
Because she's trying to make the world a lot cheaper to live in.
The amount of money that costs to just do anything keeps increasing so much.
So do you think that's Biden and Kamala's fault?
I think that's always been happening.
How much things have cost has always been increasing.
So you think Kamala's gonna fix it even though she's already been VP for four years?
What did Trump do? I think he fixed it.
Did he? Yeah, I think the economy was way better.
Houses were cheaper. Rent was cheaper.
Grocery prices were cheaper.
What is Kamala's greatest achievement as VP? I literally don't know.
I have no idea. You don't know anything she's done?
No, I don't.
But she's still the better choice. Yes, because I know a lot of things that he has done.
Like, you know a lot of things about Trump that are negative?
Yeah. He's racist.
He's sexist. Okay, well, what has he done that's racist?
Specifically, I don't watch anything with Trump in it.
I just see, like, I don't watch things politically.
So you just have an opinion, but you don't really know why?
dave rubin
Yeah. That's a great bumper sticker for the Kamala Harris campaign.
I don't watch things politically.
Harris 2024. But that girl right there, it's not about her.
That is so representative of what's going on here.
Are things bad?
They're kind of bad. Will Harris fix them?
Yes, she will. Well, why didn't she fix them?
I don't know. I don't watch anything.
Would things better under Trump?
I guess they kind of were, but he's racist.
What's he racist about? I don't know.
It's just this endless...
Cycle of craziness around this, and of course, mostly what it comes down to is fear-mongering, right?
They've got to keep these people in an existential fear, not only that Donald Trump is racist and he's Hitler and white supremacy is, you know, right around the corner and everything else, but that he will destroy the country one way or another.
Exhibit A, here is Kamala blaming Trump for the failed response to Hurricane Helene.
Is Trump president right now?
unidentified
I'm a simple man. Donald Trump wouldn't send relief based on who voted for him.
Hurricane Killeen has devastated lives and Trump is spreading dangerous lies to win an election.
This misinformation can prevent people from getting the help that they need.
When Americans most need a leader, he's in it for himself.
dave rubin
I mean, I can't even begin to explain how idiotic that is.
He is not president right now.
Donald Trump, during the hurricane that's happening right now, or that just finished up here in Florida, I think he allocated 270 rooms for free in his hotel, the Trump Doral Hotel.
For first responders, Trump is usually out when he was president.
He was usually out there in the disaster areas almost immediately.
In Palestine, Ohio, when they had that horrific explosion, who was out there?
It was Trump immediately, who, again, wasn't even president.
But the idea that this hurricane and the response to this hurricane has anything to do with Trump or misinformation is just completely insane.
We'll have more on what's going on here with Hurricane Milton and the politics around it in just a second.
But let me talk to you about PreserveGold.
We're living in unpredictable times with digital currencies on the rise, a whopping $35 trillion in national debt and inflation still at a 40-year high.
For these reasons and more, the big short traders, known for their successful bet against
the housing market back in 2008, are warning that Americans don't have enough gold in their
portfolios.
Their advice comes amid massive central bank gold buying taking place globally and spiraling
$35 trillion national debt lingering across the US.
That's why you should strongly consider physical gold and silver to help protect your retirement

Alright, so in that, Hurricane Milton appears not to have been as horrific as it seemed, thankfully.
Let's talk about some of the politics around it.
Now, that's not to diminish anything that's going on in the West Coast right now, and there's still areas that people can't get to and everything else, of course, but everything is now framed in the political lens.
So yesterday, Kamala was giving a Zoom briefing.
She was one of several heads in boxes on a Zoom briefing about Milton.
And she was either getting questions in advance from her people or they were giving her answers while on the live broadcast, which she wasn't that happy about and had to kind of talk like this.
unidentified
Flood. We really got to watch those areas and those communities.
So it takes quite a while for that water to drain.
joe biden
Thank you very much.
kamala harris
Hey, Ken, I have a question for you.
You mentioned words matter, and I know there's a lot of media following this briefing.

Conor, I'm not a technical director, so you're going to have to help me out with this.
If I go like this right now and I talk like this a little bit lower than I normally do, is the microphone picking this up still right now?
Can people on the internet, they can't hear me right now?
They have no idea what I'm doing right now.
Do you realize how stupid this woman is?
The microphone is here.
In her case, it was at her computer.
And she thought if she covered her mouth that they wouldn't pick up her saying live broadcast.
That is what we are dealing with.
With this lady who is just, say, less than.
On the other side of that, we have some great people here in Florida.
And I would say the best of the best, really, is Ron Besantis, who absolutely shined when it comes to doing right by this state.
Check out this tweet and image.
This is from Real Defender. And this was just sort of a perfect juxtaposition of things.
As Kamala Harris is doing a media tour Telling people that Ron DeSantis isn't taking roles.
He's out there delivering supplies.
He's out there cutting the red tape.
He's out there making sure that we have people putting up power lines and getting the evacuation orders done right and everything else.
And what's she doing? She's drinking her Miller High Life with Stephen Colbert.
Just that right there.
That kind of says it all.
And then, of course, what also happened this week is that there was this really weird thing Where suddenly Joe Biden, who they let him out every now and again, and every time he comes out now, he sort of throws Kamala Harris under the bus.
So we showed you a video yesterday from the day before where Joe Biden completely contradicted Kamala Harris regarding Governor DeSantis, and he did it again yesterday.
unidentified
Mr. President. All I can tell you is I'm talking to Governor DeSantis.
joe biden
He's been very gracious. He's thanked me for all we've done.
He knows what we're doing.
And I think that's important.
dave rubin
Well, I'm telling you guys, there is something seriously crazy going on behind the scenes.
Biden knows what questions he's getting.
Who knows what's actually in his mind?
But you know this. They prep him for the questions.
He usually knows who he's calling and what the question is going to be and all that stuff.
The fact that he gets that question and his answer wasn't...
It could have been something simple.
It could have been like, you know, DeSantis is doing a good job down there.
I wish he was communicating with Kamala Harris, the vice president.
But he didn't. He did not do that.
And I think what a great ending to the Joe Biden story that right at the end, after they cooed him...
That his last move was to take out Kamala Harris.
And then, Joe Biden, I will be for them building a statue of you.
The Hamas guys will burn it down either way, but I will go to the inauguration of the statue.
That is where we're going to be again.
That's where we're going to be. Here's DeSantis ripping Harris, because all she did, while the country needed a leader, and we have a brain-muddled one, well, I guess we have two brain-muddled ones for different reasons with the president and VP, while DeSantis is doing the right thing.
joe biden
And I heard what she said about Vice President Harris and the phone call.
ron desantis
Did she ever get through? You know, Brett, like I said, my job is to marshal resources and work with everybody to have an effective response.
And she thinks it should be about her.
If I honestly thought that there was something to be gained, I would pick up the phone and call her.
The fact of the matter is she has no role in this process.
She's not part of the chain of command.
I am working with President Biden and FEMA and our state and local partners, and we're getting the job done.
She has never been been interested in any of the storms we've had in the state of Florida for an entire time as Vice President.
Now she's out there attacking me because I'm not cading to her whims.
All she's trying to do is inject herself to be a part of her political campaign.
I don't have time for political games.
We've got a job to do.
We got people's lives on the line.
And that is our sole focus.
My job is to manage this process and lead the state through this.
I am using every lever at my disposal, including federal government resources.
I've marshaled all the agencies in the state government, and we're working like never before to supplement our local communities.
I've got to get the job done, and that's what I'm focused on.
Now, people have asked me about, you know, is FEMA going to do this?
Just let me be clear, in Florida, we run the show.
FEMA's not running the show.
We will utilize them to support some of the things we're doing, but you are not going to see FEMA running amok in Florida.
I know that's been out there on the internet.
That is not going to happen.
I'm the sheriff that's in charge here, and we will make sure to protect you.
dave rubin
Don't worry about it. Isn't that something?
You know, it's funny. I started the show by showing you those Trump clips where it's refreshing just to see someone who can be real and be themselves and be silly and all of that stuff, and that's authentic.
What you get out of DeSantis is the other authentic thing, which is he is authentically a leader.
He is prepared to do the right thing and willing to take the slings, and it's like...
In Florida, we deal with it, right?
Like, that's Harry Truman.
That's the buck stops with me.
And that's what we need out of a leader.
So look, maybe if Trump becomes president, and God willing, he will, maybe that then gets us to the other side of a little bit of the craziness.
Maybe, maybe. And then that leads to a path for a guy like DeSantis, where then it would all kind of feel more sort of normal or whatever word you want to use again.
Contrasting Ron DeSantis, who's just been an absolute all-star in all this, and it's not just him.
The entire Florida system is built so well to deal with all of this stuff that despite however horrible these hurricanes are, we do things quickly.
We save people.
All of that. You get it.
What are they doing over at FEMA? Well, here's FEMA administrator Deanne Criswell.
We showed you a video of her yesterday.
unidentified
She's mostly concerned with the race of the people who work for FEMA. We also know the more our workforce resembles the nation we serve, the better that we will serve it.
We are adapting our recruiting efforts to reach individuals from underrepresented communities by partnering with organizations like historically black colleges and universities and other minority-serving institutions.
dave rubin
What a perfect example. That's obviously from about a year ago.
What a perfect example of how wokeness and DEI ruins absolutely everything.
Because once you start focusing on the race and the gender and the genitals of the people you're hiring, your eyes are off the ball, right?
You're not focusing on the mission.
Nobody cares. I guarantee you, in the history of the world, nobody who is standing on their roof with their dog and their mother is like, whoa, what?
What? Is that a group of white people coming to save me?
I need a black and an Asian!
And someone get me a tranny!
No one has ever said that, ever.
Like, that's fair to say, right?
No one has ever said that.
Come on. Can you imagine?
I will not know I'm gonna stay on this roof.
I want three lesbians to rescue me.
Like, it's insane.
It's utterly insane. But yet here we are.
Of course, the other thing, you know, I've given Biden a little bit of credit here because he's pushing back on some of Kamala's nonsense.
But, you know, he's still Joe Biden.
He's still part of the machine.
And he's still upset about Donald Trump.
And he's claiming that Donald Trump is lying about this $750 thing that Kamal is offering the people through FEMA. Take a look.
joe biden
The last few weeks, there's been a reckless, irresponsible, and relentless promotion of disinformation and outright lies that are disturbing people.
It's undermining confidence in the incredible rescue and recovery work that has already been taken and will continue to be taken.
And it's harmful to those who need help the most.
There is simply no place for this to happen.
Former President Trump has led the onslaught of lies.
Assertions have been made that property is being confiscated.
That's simply not true.
They're saying people impacted by these storms will receive $750 in cash and no more.
That's simply not true.
dave rubin
Well, actually, yes, it's $750 and it may be more in the future.
So you're sort of shaving off the truth there.
Here's Kamala saying it herself.
kamala harris
And the federal relief and assistance that we have been providing has included FEMA providing $750 for folks who need immediate needs being met.
dave rubin
There's almost no immediate need that could be met with $750 right and this is to the backdrop of I think we just
announced 200 million to Lebanon Which is a failed state run by a terrorist organization
So it might be true It might be that after the 750 you'll get something in the
future or they maybe will help with insurance or something like that
But no, it is not misinformation to say that yeah, they're given
Dollars and that's it at the moment because that is it at the moment
Let's talk about 1775 Coffee and then we've got a rubinreport.locals.com community Q&A on the other side.
We always rave about 1775's coffee, but they've stepped it up with some new additions.

All right, don't freak out, people.
These are not fake newsman glasses.
I occasionally, when I'm reading the prompter, should have the glasses on, and as we're testing the lighting right now, we wanted to make sure that the glare wasn't too bad, so please do bear with me.
I won't do this every time I'm trying to make a point.
Miss Misty says, you must be proud of your favorite governor being so prepared for the disaster he just experienced as well as the next one to come that he is able to send assistance to North Carolina as well.
Yeah, I have to say all day yesterday, you guys know how proud I am to live in this state and I really try to...
To help in any way that I can, whether it's messaging or helping people get out and vote and whatever it is.
But I really, yesterday, I was so proud of just seeing everything that I saw out of this administration and DeSantis on the ground the entire time.
And, you know, I have good friends that live in Sarasota.
The Rumble Studios are in Sarasota on the water.
They were already damaged two weeks ago.
There's further damage now.
We don't even know exactly how much because it's evacuated.
I have family on the west coast of Florida that are still reeling from the hurricane two years ago, Hurricane Ian, which decimated so much of that in the Fort Myers area and everything else.
But to know that you're in a place where you can't stop these God-sent disasters.
You can't. But humans can do something.
We can organize properly.
We can have organizational systems that work.
We can have leadership that makes sense.
And we have all of that here.
And as I said at the top of the show, humans are always going to live in places that it's a little dicey, right?
whether that's the top of a mountain or it's below sea level
or humans that will literally one day colonize other planets where there isn't oxygen,
like all of those things.
And we should never stop doing those things, but if you have serious people willing to tackle
serious problems, you can do it effectively.
And that really is what we have here.
So God only knows how many people's lives were saved by doing proper evacuation orders,
by making sure that the shelters were available.
They did things like, you know, if you were, what was it?
They did something. It was that if you were a child molester, a convicted child molester, you weren't allowed to be in shelters with children.
Like, that's pretty good, but that would never happen in other places.
You'd actually be sent to jail as opposed to just being put in a shelter with children.
So it's like, I mean, that just sounds so insane that I even had to say that.
But like, that's where we're at.
And I'm very proud of this. And by the way, yes, then we will, after we get the cleanup here, he will send resources back to North Carolina, because that is what we do here.
All right, Lil Fellas says, have you thought about establishing a relief fund for hurricane victims?
I want to donate to help the people in these disaster regions, but I would never donate to FEMA. So we did a little research this morning, and I'm going to donate.
I'm going to donate $500. Adi, you can take care of that right now.
You can go to secure.projecthope.org.
The link is in the description below to find out more if you want to donate to efforts related to Milton and sort of just go around FEMA and just help people who know immediately.
So Adi, you can do that on my behalf right now, and I hope you guys will donate if you can.
Tim, why do you think Republicans can't get the message that so many of us are thinking?
Why don't the Republicans create a narrative campaign to show how the rich elite are getting away with everything and the Dems are doing things to elevate themselves?
We all know Obama, Clinton and Biden all benefit financially from their policies, regulations and gifts to other countries.
What are we missing? You know, it's one of those things where we see so much of this right in front of our faces, it's like hard to believe how corrupt it is, in some sense.
How did Barack Obama, who is a community organizer and then a senator, who came into the White House, can you get me the numbers on this?
What was Obama worth when he came into the White House?
It's a couple hundred grand, if I'm not mistaken.
Three hundred. Right. It was something like 300 grand.
And he is now worth, I'm going to guess it's over, wow, $70 million.
I was going to say 20 million bucks.
He's now worth about $70 million.
Like, I'm not begrudging of these people.
You know, you become president of the United States and then you want to go into business, you want to go into the private sector and make some money.
I don't begrudge any of them that.
But something crazy is related to all of this, that Nancy Pelosi trades so high above what the average day trader could do, or the most perfect person who has the perfect expertise in day trading, and yet she trades well above it.
We've seen all that.
That they live on the water in these exclusive places like Martha's Vineyard where they don't let any of the migrants come to and they build their big walls and they have their armed security while they want to take away your guns.
The hypocrisy is insane.
Donald Trump, as far as I know, is the only president ever to go into the Oval Office and come out with less money.
That is where he is at at the moment.
Becca says, are you planning on going back to Israel anytime soon?
If yes, will there be any live shows to attend?
Tons of appreciation for you and your team.
You know, I really did want to get back, and we had a potential trip for last week to go back for the anniversary of October 7th, and it just, due to a couple scheduling things, we couldn't quite work it out.
I would love to get back this year.
We do have some major travel stuff that I think we'll announce soon.
There's also a war going on, obviously.
That wouldn't have stopped me in and of itself.
But we'll be in London next February for the next ARC conference.
It looks like an Asia situation is coming to pass in January.
We'll hope to have more on that and a few other things.
And yeah, I would love to, you know, maybe, hopefully when Israel gets to the other side of this thing, which as crazy as it feels there right now and with nonstop rockets, I mean, Gaza, they're still firing a couple of rockets, but now it's more from the north, obviously, from Hezbollah and Iran's shooting things in and the The Houthis from Yemen and there's a seven-front war.
That would not stop me from going.
Like, I would get on a plane tomorrow if I could.
But hopefully after, when things start really turning and there's a new way to look at all of this, I would love to get there and be part of that.
Carvology says, Good luck this weekend with the hurricane coming.
I will be praying for you and your crew.
How can you do more to shine a light on the way FEMA has shown up in mass to illegal immigrants to bankroll their lives?
Then we have a natural disaster and they don't even show up for our own citizens.
Look, we covered it several times this week.
FEMA has given hundreds of millions of dollars.
We took the screenshot off the FEMA website.
To do things for illegal immigrants, what they call migrants.
And then they'll say, oh, but that has nothing to do with what we can do for the people of North Carolina, except in a system where there are finite resources.
They don't have endless resources.
There's a certain budget, right?
And so if you give $300 million to illegals to do whatever you want, then you just have less to take care of the people that you're supposed to take care of, say, the...
Little citizens of the United States who need the help.
So we'll keep talking about it.
I think that really is the best we can do.
Jeffrey says, are your sons ready to celebrate Halloween?
They are. This will be our third Halloween as a family.
First year, we were skeletons.
Last year, I was not here for Halloween because we were in London for Jordan Peterson's ARC conference.
And I don't know.
unidentified
Adi, do you know what the Halloween plans are?
dave rubin
I don't know. I have not been informed yet, but yes, we will be out there.
And one of the things that I love about my area here is people in this community go all out for Halloween, like full on.
Even right now, there's just huge skeletons everywhere.
There's just all kinds of, you know, ghouls and ghosts and pumpkins.
We took them to the pumpkin patch, which they absolutely loved.
We did that this weekend and we will keep doing all that stuff.
Although they have not had sugar two years old each and have not had sugar.
We've done that right so far.
Kevin says, if Kamala wins and institutes a mandatory gun buyback, as unconstitutional as it would be, do you think most people would actually use them and fight back, or do you think that most would fold and hand them over?
Similarly, do you think that the police slash military would actually go door to door and take them, or would they resist the order?
Oh, God. I mean, you don't really want to think about any of this, obviously.
First off, A gun buyback program.
The bad guys, right?
The people that you don't want to have the guns, they're not going to do it.
Do you think the gang member in Chicago who's been up to no good in killing black people, I know we don't want to talk about that on mainstream media, killing black people, how many people were shot in Chicago this past weekend?
Can we get the numbers? Do you think that guy's going to be like, oh, Kamala's offering a couple dollars for some guns.
Can we send her some of my guns?
No. You're going to get law-abiding citizens to do what?
Abide by the law, if it was the law for these And that's what's ridiculous.
Wow, only six people were shot in Chicago this weekend.
Oh no, six dead, 21 shot.
That's a pretty good weekend for Chicago.
But again, why don't you know any of their names?
The reason you don't know any of their names is they were likely all black people, all shot by black people.
It's not comfortable to talk about.
It's not fun to talk about.
It's not racist to talk about.
But there's a reason you don't hear about it.
Look, I... The idea of mandatory buybacks, you're right, is unconstitutional.
You have the right to bear arms.
It doesn't say what kind of arms you can bear.
And this stupid thing where they're like, oh, well, back then they only had muskets.
Or when Joe Biden is like, well, the army has F-15, so what are you going to do?
It's like, you know, a well-armed militia Can do an awful lot.
And people have every right to defend their family and their property and everything else.
So not only would it be unconstitutional, but you would only get guns back from the wrong types of people.
The people you'd actually want to not have guns, they're already getting those guns largely illegally.
So a program to get them back is just insane.
And by the way, we have something like 500 million guns in America.
It might even be more than that.
So if you took away 100 million guns, you still got a lot of guns.
Do not give your guns to that Marxist lunatic.
Guys, let me talk to you about Lean and then we'll get to more questions on the other side.
You know, everyone's talking about weight loss injections because the results are so dramatic.

And now back to me. All right, we've ran the glasses test.
Now I'm taking them off again.
It's very Clark Kent. Like, do you guys have any idea?
And if I put these on, it's like, who the hell is that?
Take them off.
My God, it's Dave.
Elizabeth says, what is your most memorable interview that you've ever conducted?
You know, I get this question a lot.
And the one that I always go to is the Thomas Sowell interview that we did up at Stanford
is the only interview I've ever done in my life where I was actually nervous.
I wanted to interview him so badly.
He's truly a living legend.
You know, getting up there in age, And we were doing it on location, so it wasn't in our studio and everything.
I only had like a minute with him before the interview started.
And if you watch that interview, if you watch the beginning of that interview, you can hear my voice is actually, it's not that it's shaking, but it's like soft.
Like there were nerves, there were butterflies in me at the beginning of that.
And then about a minute in, I was like, oh my God, we're doing this.
And it was great and just wonderful.
Ooh, is that true, what you're telling me on the teleprompter right now?
I am being told right now, I did not know this, that Thomas Sowell's assistant messaged us this morning, so stay tuned.
We've been trying to make it happen again.
I think he's 91 years old.
He's still sharp as a tack, but obviously not doing as much media, but I know how his team has repeatedly told us that that interview we did with him...
Maybe we could grab the clip real quick, the facts clip, and we could show it again real quick, if possible.
He's 94. Wow, he's 94 years old.
I would love, love, love to do it again.
And they've many times said that that moment, that viral moment that I had with him, you were a Marxist, what woke you up?
And he goes, oh. The facts.
Like that has gone so freaking viral that it just introduced a whole new generation of people to him.
So what a cool thing if I do nothing else in my career that I did a little something to get more people to read the work and watch the videos of Thomas Sowell.
How awesome is that? So that's probably...
That's probably, probably the one, yeah.
Crystal says, have any plans been made to speak with Alan Dershowitz again?
I really enjoyed the interview just before the 2020 election, and now with him leaving the Democrat Party as well, I thought it would be interesting to hear from him again.
Yeah, let's reach out. I'd be happy to have him on again.
You know, he's another interesting character, lifelong Democrat.
Elon Musk, like there are these people, Bobby Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard, who just have had enough.
So in many ways, a line that I was saying, you know, six, seven, eight years ago, that defending my liberal values has become a conservative position.
That's what an awful lot of people are waking up to.
Shu Lagna says, Hey Dave, I was wondering whether people who live in Canada, like me, lives in Edmonton in the province of Alberta, have any option to buy your tequila here in Canada once they are in the market.
I saw this question in advance and I asked my guys, I don't know if we can do anything.
International sales right out of the gate because of the way we're doing distribution for this first batch.
So it will be sold online, so everyone in the United States will be able to get it, and it will be at a couple stores here in Miami, and we're working on a couple restaurants in the Florida area.
I'm not totally sure about international sales just yet, but if you can get across the border, if you're up in Edmonton, maybe you just come on down and see what you can do.
But you've got that great mall up in Edmonton, I know you won't have my tequila there, but I've been in that mall.
I think that mall... What's the Edmonton Mall?
I think it was the largest mall in the world at one time.
Maybe not anymore. I think I was on a...
Did I go on a roller coaster in that mall?
I think so, when I was on tour with Jordan.
I'm pretty... Am I completely making that up?
The West Edmonton? It's like the biggest mall.
But anyway, we'll try to get it to you one way or another.
Crafty Barb says, Hey Dave, not sure if you know the answer to this question, and if not, can your team research?
When is the P. Diddy list coming out, and do you know if Kamala dated...
Well, that's pretty interesting.
I have no information as to whether she dated P. Diddy or not, but she was the Attorney General of California while some of this was happening, so it does feel like something weird there.
I don't know anything as it pertains to who's on the list or are they going to release the list?
There's still the Epstein list. There's just such a dirty thing there and I just don't know what it is.
I don't know that anyone knows fully what it is.
But the fact that Epstein was in jail and Giselle Maxwell...
That she got put in jail, but it's like, what about the people who did the nasty shit?
Like, you guys did some nasty shit, but why is the list secret?
Like, why is that list secret?
Oh, I'm being told we have that viral moment with Thomas Sowell.
Let's take a look. You were a Marxist at one time in your life.
Most people will find this hard to believe, but it is true.
thomas sowell
But it's not that unusual.
Most of the leading conservative thinkers of our time did not start off as conservatives.
You had a couple like Bill Buckley and George Will.
But Milton Friedman was a liberal and a Keynesian.
Hayek was a socialist.
Ronald Reagan was so far left, at one point the FBI was following him.
dave rubin
So then what was your wake up to what was wrong with that line of thinking?
unidentified
Uh, facts. It's just, it's so perfect.
dave rubin
I get chills up my spine just watching it again.
Like, yes, oh, I can't wait if we can do that again.
That would be wonderful. Chipster1952 says, when your tequila is released, will there be a limit set per person?
Chipster, I like the way you think.
Does each batch produced have a slightly different flavor?
That's a good, that's a good tequila-making question.
So, I am told that this original batch, and we, we, I'm telling you the flavor on this thing, even right now.
So, when I left... When I left tequila, it's literally the town of Tequila, Mexico, in the Jalisco region, which is where we're bottling it and where the agave is grown and the whole thing.
When I left the distillery, we left with a case of tequila, 12 bottles, and obviously I have a lot of parties here and I have the guys over all the time and whatever, and we only have one bottle left.
So I've been very, very stingy on this thing because...
We probably won't be for sale for another.
I'm really hoping we can get it out before Thanksgiving.
It will absolutely be out by December.
It's just tough. There's all these weird regulations with things you have to put on the bottle and then they suddenly change and a whole bunch of stuff.
Anyway, we're getting there. As far as the flavor palette throughout, all of it will come from the same set of barrels.
So we did a really nice blend of red wine barrels with whiskey barrels.
And it's blended really nice.
And it's just, I'm telling you, the flavor is just, it's just perfect and clean.
Connor, give me another word. You've had it several times.
Crisp, light, lovely.
Heavenly. It is a heavenly, heavenly tequila.
I cannot wait to share it with you guys.
And will there be a limit on the bottles?
Well, we're doing an original run of about 10,000 bottles.
So I guess that is limited in that sense, but I don't think we're limiting how many people can buy.
So I'm hoping it goes well and that it really becomes something that ultimately we could use as an engine for the show.
Because if I own the product that we're also selling, it's like, What a cool way to be able to really, in essence, self-fund all of this.
But I'm doing this more as it's a passion project just for something I love that I love sharing with people.
And as I mentioned to you guys, every single bottle Is gonna be different.
We were able to do something with the labeling, that every label will be slightly different, the art on every label, and it's beautiful branding, and I think you're really gonna love it.
Vinay says, as your show gets more popular and views of short clips skyrocket, it got me wondering, is Dave responsible for empowering me with confidence in my life lately?
Such as giving funeral and wedding speeches this year, work environment and discourse among friends, considering I was fatherless from the age of seven.
Wow. Well, I hope so.
If in any way I've affected you that way, you know, usually I think that I've affected people in that maybe I help them wake up to something politically or they see something similar in my journey that they see in their journey.
That's generally what I see.
But if in any way through watching the clips or the show or whatever that you...
Are more comfortable public speaking?
That is amazing. I never had the fear about public speaking.
I always found it very bizarre.
I would be doing stand-up with comedians who were so nervous.
They had so much stage fright and they were freaking out beforehand and everything.
And to me, once you had that mic in your hand, you're in control, man.
If you have the weapon, you're the guy with the weapon.
And they're there to watch you.
Like, you should be able to control that thing.
So I've never had that fear.
You know, when I've toured with Jordan and, I don't know, 7,000 or 8,000 people, I think the largest gig I ever did was about 14,000 people.
And it's like, it's powerful if you know what you're doing and you believe in what you're doing and all that.
So if I've imparted any of that onto you and you've been able to give some speeches at a funeral or a wedding or something, I'm very, I'm proud to hear that.
I'm glad to hear that. So thank you for that.
Any other thoughts?
Anyone? Anyone? Anyone got anything on their mind?

May God have mercy on our souls.
We're going to do a post-game show in just moments, rubenreport.locals.com.
And we've got a panel show, live panel show for you tomorrow.
Who's on tomorrow? We've got Aaron Wexler and Emily Saves America.
They're doing a really fun Instagram thing right now, so we've got them both on together.
I think you're going to dig it.
Cold clothes, and we'll see you on the other side.

Goodbye. Boys have been very vocal about the size of your dongs.
Dude, thank you. Yeah, we have small dongs.
I think all of our friends basically have small dongs.
What's small? If a girl says it's perfect, that means it's small.
That's what my girlfriend says.
So there you go, that's how you knew.
What's small? Like smaller than like an iPhone 8.
kamala harris
An iPhone 8, okay.
unidentified
They're a little smaller than the...
5.3 inches. Yes, exactly.
kamala harris
No, that's not that bad.
unidentified
That's good. Well, I'm about half of it.
kamala harris
And Susan... If you're petite, it's good.
dave rubin
And what you hear is, that's perfect.
unidentified
Yeah. Yeah, that's perfect.
That's perfect. That's what my wife is saying.
dave rubin
That's perfect. There's a lid for every jar.
kamala harris
Exactly. You're the lid to my jar, honey.
unidentified
Okay, thank you. I believe the term in Orange County where you guys grew up is the chode.
Right. The chode is...
dave rubin
Not to interject, Dr.
unidentified
Drew, but as I medically understood it, a chode is a short fat cock.
