Time Text
Look at this right here yesterday, the New York Post had a headline.
Obama, we are to blame, not Islamic terrorism for massacre.
Despite the fact that Omar Sadicki, by the way, Fox News now reporting that Sidicki's ex-wife was with him when he bought the ammo for the attack.
She says the FBI told her not to say that her ex-husband was gay.
If that's true, why why would the FBI tell her not to say that?
Heck, I don't.
You know, I d uh folks, as as I just stand back and observe things, and it's interesting too.
Uh last week I was on vacation, and for all intents and purposes, I was out of the continental United States, and it is good for me to do this now and then to to be studying everything or we just consume news like everybody else does,
not having to do a radio show the next day, just just consuming it while going around doing other things in in life rather than be singularly devoted to learning, digesting, uh being able to regurgitate it and so forth.
And it just strikes it that I don't know what's not corrupt anymore.
It just it doesn't seem like there are any institutions other than the military that you rely on even there, even there we have two different kinds of generals.
We have warrior generals and we have the diplomatic political generals who are trying to advance up the Pentagon's ladder by virtue of non combat wartime things.
I it's just a it's a sobering thing.
And then you see Obama, we're to blame, not Islamic terrorism.
Now what he actually said was we have no definitive assessment on the motivation, but we do know that he was a person filled with hate.
So we we have an indication Obama finds it easy to divorce himself from a reality that he doesn't like, which is the reality of Islamist terror, a war, an Islamist terror war against the United States, and how it's now moving to our shores.
They don't have to launch salvos from across the ocean.
They are becoming citizens.
They're becoming members of the military.
It's undeniable.
And to listen to this total denial from the highest levels of our government, which is where people go for trust and assurance and belief, and there is you can't invest that in this administration.
This administration obviously sees feels the need to defend this and to deflect blame to places that have no responsibility for it whatsoever.
Isn't it interesting, though, the the dichotomy, whenever militant Islamists, and I guess I guess it's a voting block for the Democrat Party.
Islam, I guess, I don't know.
But whenever an act like this happens, no, no, no, we cannot rush to judgment.
We can not indict an entire people of religion.
We cannot.
In fact, we can't even blame Schuter.
We have to find reasons to explain why this perfectly normal, lovable young man became a killing machine.
And we're gonna find it somewhere in the United States of America.
That just I can't tell you when you have leaders at the highest levels of our government operating that Way.
That's not good.
And that's exactly what we have.
And yet, when, as I have said previously, there's a movie shooting, a mass shooting anywhere in this country that does not involve a Muslim.
What does this administration do?
What is the Democrat Party do?
They do everything.
They make tracks, they do everything they can to find a way to blame the shooter, and then say that the shooter knew full well what he was doing because he was in solidarity with the Republican Party or with the conservative movement or with talk radio or with Christianity or what have you.
I mean, they make no.
They do not pause, they do not wait, they run full speed ahead into indict as many people in this country as they can.
There is no, let's step back, let's not rush to judgment.
Let's make sure that we're even.
There is never, I never see a graphic.
Investigators still looking for motivation.
Why Colorado shooter would blow up movie theater or what have you?
They don't wait for motivation.
They assign it to things like the Tea Party or what have you.
Hillary Clinton has followed President Obama.
Obama goes out there today, makes some comments about militant Islam and whatever else in this event.
Hillary Clinton was in Pittsburgh today, and she playing second fiddle to Obama on Trump.
We have a couple of sound bites.
Here's number one.
Yesterday morning, just one day after the massacre, he went on TV and suggested that President Obama is on the side of the terrorists.
History will remember what we do in this moment.
Ah, what Donald Trump is saying is shameful.
It is disrespectful to the people who were killed and wounded and their families.
And it is yet more evidence that he is temperamentally unfit and totally unqualified to be commander in chief.
Right on.
So she says that uh history will remember what we do at this moment.
Damn right it will.
Not in the way we want to record it, by the way.
This keeps up we're not gonna be happy with the way history remembers this.
Donald Trump suggested Obama is on the side of the terrorists.
Well, maybe I did too.
I don't know what I suggest he sounds like a defense lawyer.
No, no, I'm not.
I'm just I don't I'm I'm sorry, that's what it sounds like.
This little speech today, he's not like he felt the need to defend this guy or this event or Islam or what have you felt the need to defend it so that people wouldn't be thinking what's obvious here.
Here's the next Hillary bite.
I read every word of Donald Trump's speech yesterday, and I sifted through all of the bizarre rants and the outright lies.
He is fixated on the words radical Islam.
Now I must say I find this strange.
Is Donald Trump suggesting that there are magic words that once uttered will stop terrorists from coming after us?
Come on.
Trump, as usual, is obsessed with name calling.
And from my perspective, it matters what we do, not just what we say.
Nobody is suggesting that calling it what it is will stop it.
This is how these people obfuscate and distract and and and deflect things and try to make them irrelevant or sound silly.
The point of identifying who our enemy is has to do with us and how we deal with it.
Not them.
Calling we don't does Hillary actually think that calling them names is going to offend them and they'll go away.
What difference does it make now anyway, Hillary?
What difference does it make?
This idea that we making a big deal of calling them names, nobody thinks calling them names is gonna beat them.
Nobody thinks that correctly identifying them is gonna change them.
It's not what this is about.
It's about us finding out whether or not the people lead this country know what we're up against and are prepared to stop it and oppose it.
It's no more complicated than that.
And it's quite logical to conclude, maybe be concerned that if the leaders of this country will not correctly identify what we're up against, that they may not think we're up against it.
And as such, may not devise proper strategies in order to defeat it.
Well, let's go listen to Trump.
This is from uh yesterday morning, Fox and Friends.
This is not the actual speech.
We have that coming up in just a second.
Trump called in the Fox and Friends, and he was talking to Brian Kilmead.
We're led by a man that is a very look.
We're led by a man that either is not tough, not smart, or he's got something else in mind.
And the something else in mind, you know, people can't believe it.
People cannot, they cannot believe that President Obama is acting the way he acts and can't even mention the words radical Islamic terrorism.
There's something going on.
It's inconceivable.
And they are getting nervous of us.
So Obama has to go out and address it today, and Hillary has to follow up in the mop-up role and explaining why.
It doesn't matter, and it clearly does.
It's not about how it affects them.
And everybody knows that.
This is all about whether or not we can count on Obama to defend this country against this stuff.
That's what people are concerned about.
That's why there is concern over whether or not he'll admit what we're up against.
It's no more complicated than that.
People are scared.
They can't find jobs.
Their health care has gotten so expensive they can't afford it.
Ninety-five million Americans are not working.
Everything's upside down.
Kids at 35 years old are still living at home with their parents.
Nothing's normal.
There is no economic growth.
There is no expansion.
There is no optimism.
People that have jobs afraid they're going to lose them.
People have savings afraid they're going to lose that.
People are not increasing their standard of living and they're being told all this is their fault.
They're being told they're a bunch of bigots, they hang around the VFW hall in the middle of the day consuming adult beverages listening to talk radio.
Or they're a bunch of bigot hayseed Christians who hate everybody.
And meanwhile, we have San Bernardino, we have 9-11, we have this, we have any number of other things.
that don't even seem to get a rise out of people like Hillary Clinton or the Democrat Party or Barack Obama.
other than as an opportunity to blame us.
You know what that's going to affect people?
People minding their own business on a Saturday night have not even anything to do, don't even know where Orlando is, have never been to Orlando, certainly know what the Pulse nightclub is, wake up the next day, find out what happened, and then a couple hours later learn that it's their fault.
Are told that it's their fault.
Because of things they say.
Because of things they think.
And even people paying the scantest attention know exactly what happened and why.
And you can't even get the leaders of the country to acknowledge it.
Guaranteed.
It's going to alarm people.
Here's Trump.
How many do we have here?
I'm going to squeeze them in here.
A couple of them.
This is from New Hampshire.
Manchester, New Hampshire campaign event.
Trump speaking about terrorism and national security.
Two sound bites again.
Here is the first.
Hillary Clinton can never claim to be a friend of the gay community as long as she continues to support immigration policies that bring Islamic extremists to our country and who suppress women, gays, and anyone else who doesn't share their views or values.
Thank you.
Why does Hillary Clinton want to bring people in in vast numbers who reject our values?
Why?
Explain.
Ask yourself who is really the friend of women and the LGBT community.
Donald Trump with actions or Hillary Clinton with her words.
This is exactly the point that I was asking earlier.
You're a member of the gay community, LGBT, I don't care what.
You're gay, you're lesbian, what have you.
You devoted yourself to the Democrat Party.
You're political.
You believe they're going to protect you against Christians.
They're going to protect you against people.
They've stood behind you while you get married, did all this kind of stuff.
You've sent them money, you've raised money, you voted for them, you've showed up, maybe even joined a couple of protest marches, whatever.
Here comes a radical Islamist shooting up a gay nightclub.
Kills 43, injures 50.
There might be more deaths, the doctors said today that they think there might be more people to succumb.
And then you wake up the next day as one of these devout Democrat supporters and followers, and you learn that people had nothing to do with it being blamed.
Whatever you know, you know that Christians are not storming clubs and shooting them up.
You know that Christians are not committing violence, Christians are not running around committing murder, but this bunch is.
I don't know.
I'm this I think Trump's asking a legitimate question.
I'm gonna tell you something.
If this kind of stuff keeps up, you're gonna have a lot of people that'll never say a word.
But they're gonna vote.
And they're not gonna vote for Hillary Clinton.
This kind of stuff keeps up, it may not need even another impression.
I mean, the gay community is all in for the Democrat Party for the specific reason that they believe that Christians and conservatives and so forth hate them, wipe them out, eliminate them, not allow them to do this or that.
Of course, that never happens.
Because it's believed the Democrat Party is making sure it never happens.
The Democrat Party, we're being protected, the Democrat Party's is saving us and so forth.
But the Democrat Party's not saving them is the point.
They're gonna figure it out.
Here's the next Trump soundbite from speech.
I called for a ban after San Bernardino and was met with great scorn and anger.
And although the pause is temporary, we must find out what is going on.
We have to do it.
It will be lifted, this ban, when and as a nation we're in a position to properly and perfectly screen these people coming into our country.
When I'm elected, I will suspend immigration from areas of the world where there is a proven history of terrorism against the United States, Europe, or our allies, until we fully understand how to end these threats.
That's what Hillary Clinton found so outrageous, so oh, so unacceptable, so yucky, so icky, so ooh.
Lacking in temperament and qualifications.
And here it is again.
Another obscene profit timeout necessary, back after this.
You know those ten countries that execute homosexuals?
By the way, they don't just put them in prison.
They hang them, they burn them, they throw them over walls from high places.
It's it's it's brutal public shaming executions.
Hillary Clinton and her husband, the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton campaign, the Clinton, have taken millions of dollars from many of those countries.
I think Hillary is in the in the 10 to 15 million dollar range of donations from Saudi Arabia, which is where the instructions for all of this actually emanate.
I mean, they are the protectors of the Holy Mosque, the Grand Mosque, whatever it's called, a Mecca.
Royal family of Saudi Arabia is whatever you call them, the defenders' protectors, they are the architects.
Anyway.
Hillary Clinton's only taking tons of money from many of these nations that execute homosexuals.
Nobody's gonna call her on it.
Nobody's gonna ask her about it.
How can it be said to be radical when it's common procedure in these countries?
What else?
Another caller here.
But one one point that I should make here.
Obama is and Hillary today both went off on this idea of the term radical Islam and why they don't use it and why it wouldn't matter and so forth.
But if you listen to Trump, I think I think this is true.
If you listen to Trump talking about this when he hammers Obama or hammers Hillary, Trump is always, it's it's three words in the phrase he uses.
Radical Islamic terrorism.
Obama won't even call it terrorism, not just radical Islam.
Trump always uses those three words, or at least it seems that he does most of the time.
But they always leave off the word terrorism when they quote quote Trump.
He's only just radical Islam, radical Islam.
He's radical Islamic terrorism is what Trump talks about.
Yeah, Trump is demanding that Hillary give the money.
25 million dollars Clinton Foundation took from the Saudis.
Trump's demanding that she give it back.
Ha!
Fat chance.
You know you're right, I haven't.
Well, I haven't played hardly any soundbites today, because I've had a lot of stuff to catch up on.
But I just told a broadcast engineer, you keep sound bites 52, 53, it's Trump on American exceptionalism.
Somebody's got to talk to him about this.
And Snerdley says, You said there's a lot of sound bites, even mentioning you when you were gone.
You haven't played those.
I'm going through them.
I tell you what, it's it's people like uh Haley Barber saying that all this anger at the Republican Party is my fault.
I used to be big-time supporter when he ran the RNC and I was on the radio, it was great going, it was great guns.
As Rush was conservative and the party, but in the last three or four years, something's gone wrong and rush off the reservation.
And uh uh blaming me.
And then the Rush Limbaughs.
And then Mitch McConnell talk show hosts have misled the GOP base.
And uh in NPR media analyst, Trump learned how to manipulate media by studying Rush Limbaugh.
Journalism professor, Rush Limbaugh's right media attacks have no impact on Trump because his supporters have been yearning for somebody who fights back.
Uh Obama insulted us.
A vet here when he said all we do is sit around in VFW halls listen to Rush Limbaugh watching Fox News.
Uh and then there's the one Carl Bernstein saying that uh what Trump is saying is literally abhorrent, but it's effective.
That's the problem.
So yeah, I guess to save all those.
I'm not gonna have time to get to those today.
So look, I didn't listen to these.
I don't know how big the knife Haley has.
I know what he's talking about.
I ran into Haley one night.
I was at 21 with Roger Ayles, and Haley Barber walked in and came over and hey Rush!
Hey, what was Hamna?
I just got in from Yazoo City.
And he had an idea that the we could do a joint thing with the RNC or such a sharing data, uh website subscription list or some such thing.
But he was always a nice guy.
Came by my house once when he was thinking about running for president and said, uh Rush, it's like Rush, we uh can't oppose Obama.
We've got to oppose policies, but not him.
That's fine, fine.
Totally nice guy.
I understand all this.
If I were these guys, I'd be concerned about it too.
What they don't understand is.
Well, I'll save all this until tomorrow.
But it's not don't expect me to go banshee on Haley Barber.
That's not what's gonna happen.
I don't go banshee on these guys.
I don't go banshee on anybody.
Well, Well, I mean everybody needs a scapegoat.
Look at they relied on us for how many years to spread their message when they didn't want to say it themselves.
And then they lose it, I can understand feeling abandoned.
Everybody has abandonment issues.
Whatever you abandon, I mean you you blame the people that abandon you, don't blame yourself.
Uh so anyway, but I don't want to get ahead of myself.
I'm not going to try to prejudge anything.
I haven't even heard the sound bites.
I'm just reading the transcript of summaries of them to share with you.
Okay, Robin in uh Cody, Wyoming.
Great to have you with us.
Hello.
Whoa, good afternoon.
Greetings from the greatest wonder in the world, Yellowstone, where wolf pups are free and bison calves will cost you seven hundred dollars.
Have you been watching the news?
Bison cabs will cost you seven hundred.
I had to read that to see what you said.
No, we we've had some real unusual activity in the Yellowstone National Park this year.
We've had a couple put a bison calf in their car.
A lady picked up a baby pronghorn.
Couple of folks have tried to pet bison and actually walked away, which is kind of unusual.
Sounds good.
One guy fell in a geyser and dissolved himself.
What?
I swear.
Um, you know, the the rules don't apply to a lot of these people who a guy fell into old faithful and dissolved himself.
No, a geyser at Norris Geyser Basin.
I thought that's what old faithful was, was a geyser.
Well, old Faithful was actually a geyser.
What he fell into was a hot spring.
Oh, okay.
Boiling water hot spring.
So he didn't dissolve himself, he boiled.
Well, you know, they're very acidic, and before they could retrieve the body, the body I think had dissolved.
I got a couple of days.
Right, right.
Please.
But anyway, we're we're very glad you're back and welcome back to the radio.
We missed you.
Thank you very much.
It's a very, very important call for people on their way to lunch in LA.
Well, I tell you, I have some answers for you.
I know why the Democrats won't name their enemy.
I know the motive for the guy in Florida.
And uh I think I know why Democrats will vote Democrats regardless.
You want to hear the answers?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, a bite.
Okay.
Um, let's get to the motive for the guy in Florida.
You know, he it was a hate crime.
If he were really a Muslim, well, let's let's define what he did.
I would call it suicide by jihad.
You know, if he were really a good Muslim, he wouldn't have been in a bar drinking alcohol.
He wouldn't have been using a phone app trying to pick up gay guys.
He wouldn't be divorced already and remarried with a kid.
I mean, he probably got kicked out of his mosque.
So I'm thinking he just needed a flashy way to get his fifteen minutes of fame and said, hey, what's the going way to do that?
You know, I'll get a gun, I'll go in there and I'll shoot it up.
If there were gun control in Florida and you couldn't get a gun, I'm sure he'd have found some way to get a problem.
The the problem with this, the problem with it is that he actually was a a uh practicing Muslim.
Now you might he says he was.
Well, no, we we've got the people that he supported.
We've got we've got uh uh but you have an interesting take, nevertheless.
But but you know, a practicing Muslim, a real I mean, like a practicing Christian who's gonna try to follow the Ten Commandments.
We're not real good at it, but at least we attempt.
Right.
A practicing Muslim is not gonna go into a gay bar.
Well, I'm just telling you.
Do not make me just let her just let her let this go.
I uh I what I'm not no, I I you know it all depends on where you are.
I tell you what, you know what you should do, uh uh, Robin?
What's that?
You should go uh you should take a vacation to the Bahamas.
And you should visit one of the hotels.
And you should go into the bars.
That's all I'm gonna say.
That's what it is.
Okay, I'm just gonna tell you two things.
This story out of London, where the the new Muslim mayor has just decreed that no more pictures of attractive women will be allowed in advertisements in the subways, the tubes, taxi cabs, buses, and so forth in London.
That is a much bigger story than anybody is paying attention to right now because nobody's getting shot in the process.
This Orlando thing is covering everything up.
But I'm telling you, that is huge in terms of what it portends and what it shows and what there is to learn from it.
And the people that ought to be worried about that are some of the most radical partiers and leftists that publish magazines and entertainment websites and TV networks.
People that make their livings off of stigmatizing and exhibiting beautiful women had better be taking notice.
They are targets.
And it's not Christians doing it, and it's not conservatives doing it.
It's one of these things.
It's gonna sneak up on them, not even paying.
They may even be laughing.
You see what that stupid mayor in London.
Well, you just remember that is a much bigger story.
I'll tell you something else that's big, and it isn't going to be cast this way.
Both Obama and Hillary came out today in defensive mode, trying to make it look like they were on offense, but both of them are on defense, both defending themselves in the way in Obama's case, the way he's conducting this war on terror, in Hillary's case, the way she says she's going to conduct herself, and the way they're using words and so forth, and one guy's responsible for it.
And that's Trump.
The RNC hasn't challenged him.
Trump can go out and make one speech in New Hampshire and force the president and a presumptive Democrat nominee to go up, show up and get all defensive, and that's what they were.
The media will never say that they reacted in panic or defense.
But neither Hillary nor Obama have ever had their motives, competence, and challenged by co-equals in the political world.
They are used to getting a free ride.
And they don't know how to deal with it.
Well, it's not they don't know how to deal with it.
They don't like it.
So I think it's interesting.
They both show up today.
To both go out after Trump being intemperate, incompetent, not what we need.
This is the kind of stuff official opposition should have consisted of for seven and a half years.
Matt, in Hadnett, Connecticut, great to have you on the EIV Network.
Hello.
Mr. Limbaugh, welcome back to my home.
Thank you very much.
Yeah.
I just wanted to make a quick point regarding how truly frustrating it must be to be a jihadi on American soil.
These guys are doing everything they can to be heard.
But no matter how loud they scream, regardless of what they write or who they call, the Chi Party, conservatives, and a rifle.
Keep receiving all the credit for the kills while their movement only gets large degree.
I shouldn't laugh.
I mean, ISIS wants to be the ones that are hated and feared, but instead Islam gets honored with a commemorative stamp from the Postal Service.
While the right is the one that's cautioned again.
You know, uh as I shouldn't be laughing here in the in the midst of a tragedy, but uh the guy, the guy has a point here.
Oh, Matt has a point that if you're your, you know Sadiq Akeem, Sahib Skyhook, and you've just shot up a nightclub.
Well, wait, you're dead.
But the survivors of these things have to get up and listen to President Blame questions and guns for it.
You can't catch a break.
Uh Well, that's it, folks, for today.
Really, really good to be back with you after being uh being away.
I have to tell you, I had five days in a row playing the best golf I ever had.
I've never strung four or five days in a row of the best I can play.
Never ever happened.
I didn't even have to open a new box of balls.
And it was uh it was immensely rewarding.
It was improvement.
That's why you play, you know, you track your own improvement.
But note I left it till the end of the program to mention this.
Great to be back.
See you tomorrow.
