Welcome to today's edition of the Rush 24-7 podcast.
You remember what I said yesterday, folks?
I know.
I said so much, you're probably...
Yeah, but what are you talking about, Rush?
You remember what I said about Biden, Joe Biden and Hillary yesterday?
Remember that?
That the real challenge Hillary would face is if Biden decides to get in a race.
I mean, they can handle Bernie Sanders because at the end of the day, Behind the scenes, everybody pretty confident that the Democrat Party is not going to let Bernie Sanders be the nominee.
But Biden, that's a different matter.
Greetings, folks, and great to have you here back behind the Golden EIB microphone.
We are at 800-282-2882 and the email address, LRushbo at EIBnet.com.
Again, I need to warn you.
Well, not warn.
I need to remind you.
I can't do everything in the opening segment.
I mean, I can't even go through the list of everything that we're going to discuss and touch on everything in the opening segment.
You just have to trust that if it's important, I'm going to get to it.
And if I don't talk about it, it's not worth knowing.
And in that vein, ladies and gentlemen, do you know what happened in this program yesterday?
Hillary Clinton did not make the cut.
And it didn't even occur to me.
I got home yesterday afternoon when I played golf.
I got home last night, and I admittedly get a late start on show prep.
I normally start about five in the afternoon, and I got started late, and I was taking the emails.
And I get a note from a friend saying, you know, I hear all these people saying you're obsessed with the Clintons and the fact that your success is tied to the Clintons.
Hillary Clinton didn't even make the cut on your show today.
I mean, how important could she get three-hour radio program, and Hillary Clinton's interview didn't even make the cut?
And I had to think about it.
That's true.
She didn't make the cut because, as I said, everybody else was talking about Hillary.
And what Hillary did was vintage Hillary.
She lied.
She prevaricated.
She dodged.
I mean, it was just the whole thing.
It's Washington's soap opera stuff that I just refused to get sucked into.
There were things that were vastly more important to me than Hillary Clinton's interview yesterday.
One of the things I did mention was that if Biden gets in this race, then everything changes for her.
Because with Bernie Sanders out there, you know, she can run to the right of somebody like Bernie Sanders.
Because the Democrats, you know, they always say that the Republicans cannot win if only Republicans vote for them.
This is a belief that Rand Paul, by the way, shared with me.
Rand Paul came by here, I don't know, much earlier this year.
It might have been in February.
And he laid out his plan for me.
And one of the many things he said was that the American people now cannot be campaigned towards and at.
You can't run a campaign aiming at just Americans because Americans in a rush, Americans are segregating themselves into groups.
And if Republicans are going to win, we're going to have to learn how to talk to each of those different groups.
It's not enough to think that everybody in the country is Americans anymore.
And he didn't, he wasn't talking about patriotism.
He was talking about the fact that the American people are not a monolith and they don't now have the same culture.
And it's not safe to say that everybody has the same basic dreams that you used to be able to say or conclude about the vast majority.
His point was that he didn't believe the Republican Party could win with just Republican votes.
You had to go out and peel a little off the Hispanic vote, peel a little bit off the African-American vote, peel some off of the transgender vote, and peel some off of the homosexual vote and all that.
Well, isn't the same thing true of Democrats?
Can the Democrats win with just Democrat votes alone?
I think the Republicans think they can.
But do the Democrats have to appeal to independence?
You know the old saw about he who wins the independence wins the elections.
That's been thrown out.
That's no longer operative.
Mitt Romney won huge, I mean, a huge majority of independence 2012 and lost.
So there's a lot of things thrown out.
But as it relates to Hillary and Biden, see, if Biden gets in the race, Biden is the regime.
Biden is a vice president of the regime.
And so if she goes after Biden in any way, if she goes after him because he's got hair plugs, if she goes after him because he's incompetent, if he goes after, if she goes after, she's going after Obama.
She's going after the whole administration.
And that's a tightrope, one that she doesn't want to run.
The reason why this is maybe relevant today, and I knew this day was coming, and we're not quite there yet, but I can already see this.
Biden's campaign taking shape, this is Fox News, with Hillary Clinton's campaign continuing to face resistance from little-known challengers.
There are new signs that she could finally get some big-name opposition.
The sea change in a Democrat race may have come two weeks ago when it was revealed.
A key word there, folks.
When it was revealed that Vice President Joe Biden's son, Bo Biden, on his deathbed, encouraged his father to seek the presidency yet again.
The younger Biden died in May at age 46 of complications and brain cancer, cutting short a career that many Democrats saw as having national potential.
Anyway, word from Biden's inner circle that a long-considered campaign had Bo Biden's blessing was the strongest sign yet that Biden might actually take the plunge.
He's done it before.
He was drummed out of one race when it was discovered that he had committed plagiarism against a British socialist by the name of Neil Kimmick.
He drummed out the last time, second time, because it just wasn't any good.
But the difference here is, how about Biden?
Because the key word here was revealed.
When it was revealed two weeks ago that Bo Biden had encouraged.
See, we don't know this.
We have been told this.
It was revealed.
So I want you to imagine seeing, imagine the optics of a Joe Biden campaign based on the dying deathbed wishes of an awesome son.
And the question that, can you see Hillary if this happens?
Oh my God, she's going to say, is 2008 all over again?
Is Obama back then?
Now I've got to deal with this.
So the question will boil down to, does a campaign based on the dying wishes of an awesome son from his deathbed Trump the first female president?
I want you to envision and imagine how the Democrats would exploit what has been revealed to us, the Bo Biden deathbed plea or request that his father run for the presidency for him.
Of course, it will all be for Bo.
It will be to live the life Bo would have lived had Bo lived.
Biden can say, I was going to get out of politics.
I've done it all.
I've seen it all, but my son told me to go for it.
And my son's life was tragically cut short, but I can live that life for my son.
Would all of that Trump, I ain't no way tired.
Would all of that Trump, whatever Mrs. Clinton's campaign is based on, the first female president?
And by the way, a companion story, and where does it appear?
It appears in page six in the New York Post, and the headline is, if Hillary makes it to the White House, so will Huma Ebeden.
Richard Johnson has the story.
You know what it's about?
It's about the fact that they've already planned the bedroom in the White House Huma is going to use.
She's going to live there with Hillary.
She's going to live in the White House in the same bedroom on the second floor residence.
Let me just read it to you.
This is Orb Magazine, by the way, that Richard Johnson gets the details from.
Richard Turley is the writer in Orb Magazine.
After 20 years as Hillary's gatekeeper, no one else could screen the calls and decide who gets access as ably as Huma.
Orb magazine predicts that Hillary, emulating her hero, Eleanor Roosevelt, will install Huma in the second floor bedroom occupied during the FDR administration by Lorena Hickok.
Do you know who Lorena Hickok was?
You ever heard of Lorena Hickok?
You have?
Who is, you tell me, you've heard of Lorena Hick.
All right, here you go, Snerdley's on the case.
Huma will sleep in the second floor bedroom occupied during the FDR administration by Lorena Hickok, quote, the journalist who was Mrs. Roosevelt's soulmate and intimate companion, close quote.
Yes, indeed.
So Hillary's got a hero, a heroine.
It's Eleanor Roosevelt.
Remember, you people that were, maybe you millennials, you may not know this.
And I doubt that you have been told this in your education.
And I doubt you've run across this at Yahoo News or Yahoo Parenting.
But do you know that back in 1992 and 1993, Hillary Clinton actually, late at night, early in the morning, walked the halls of the White House and said she spoke with Eleanor Roosevelt's ghost?
And that Eleanor Roosevelt guided her, gave her advice, mentored her, Eleanor Roosevelt's ghost, while Hillary prowled the empty halls of the White House.
Some people think I'm kidding.
You know, they might.
You're right, Snerdley.
I'm not kidding.
For those of you millennials, everything I just said, dead on.
I mean, Hillary admitted to this.
We only know this because Hillary told us.
And she told us this proudly.
And by the way, the drive-by media back then thought it was wonderful.
Nobody said, what?
You're running around talking to Eleanor Roosevelt's ghost?
Nobody said that.
Everybody said, wow, that's cool.
Holy smokes.
What did she tell you?
And Hillary had an answer.
Well, what did Eleanor?
She told me to hung in there.
She told me it's incredible.
I wonder you're right.
There are probably some millennials listening who think I'm just totally making this up.
I'm not.
It happened.
Anyway, they've already got Huma in the same bedroom that Eleanor Roosevelt's intimate companion slept in.
Well, just like Parrot like FDR got left out in the cold, what is his soulmate and intimate companion, Lorena Hickock?
What about FDR?
Well, I know he had his own soulmate and intimate companion.
And Weiner has a phone.
He's got his own soulmate and intimate companion.
It'll work.
America's real anchorman, Rushland Bull, your doctor of democracy and America's truth detector here on the EIB network and the most listened-to radio talk show in America.
Folks, I got some lighthearted stuff here that I want to get out of the way before we get on to the more serious stuff.
And rather than lead with Donald Trump today, we're going to lead with Jeb Bush.
We're going to be fair.
We're going to spread it around.
Jeb's in the news.
No reason to ignore what Jeb is saying, things that are happening with Jeb out there.
Trump's in the news, too.
We do have the sound bites from yesterday's appearance by Trump on MSNBC, where he systematically rips everybody he's asked about, from Jonah Goldberg to Charles Krauthammer to, well, you name it.
But before we get into all of that, I'll just give you a little heads up about Jeb.
Jeb is having to walk back a comment that he made about people needing to work longer hours.
That's not what the low-information crowd wants to hear, and it's not what the millennials want to hear because they don't understand what it means.
They don't want to be told they have to work harder.
That's not what America is all about to them.
And when they hear Jeb say people need to work longer hours, they think Jeb is criticizing them for not working hard enough.
That's not what Jeb says he meant.
Jeb said that he was actually promoting full-time work rather than part-time work.
So he's trying to walk that back, and we'll get to that.
But first off, a Northwest Ohio municipal judge, assigned to a courtroom where civil marriages are performed, refused to marry two women less than two weeks after the Supreme Court legalized gay marriage.
And the judge's office confirmed yesterday that he refused to perform the ceremony.
Toledo municipal judge Alan McConnell, who is African American.
It's African American.
These pictures right there.
Don't tell anybody that.
Toledo Municipal Judge Alan McConnell acknowledged the decision in a Wednesday statement.
He said the declination, meaning his refusal, was based upon my personal and Christian beliefs established over many years.
I apologize to the couple for the delay they experienced, and I wish them the best.
Toledo municipal court judges performed 98 marriages in 2014 and 49 marriages so far this year.
Deputy Court Administrator Michael Zink said that the request by the women on Monday was the first time the court was asked to perform a same-sex really I thought it was happening all the time.
How is this possible?
In Toledo, this was the first one requested.
I'm sorry, I've been conditioned to think that same-sex weddings are happening everywhere, all over the place.
Anyway, after Judge McConnell refused, Judge William Connolly Jr. performed the ceremony for the women.
Zink said.
McConnell said that he will continue to perform traditional marriages and is seeking an advisory opinion from the Supreme Court of Ohio about whether he can opt out of the rotation that would have him perform civil marriages.
Now, just based on what we talked about yesterday, the new totalitarians, this guy doesn't yet know it, but he's going to be targeted big time.
And in fact, isn't the NAA LCP upset with this guy?
Or am I mixing stories here?
I may be mixing stories.
I thought the NAALCP was not hand.
Oh, oh, take it back, different story, but there is this.
The left is calling for the impeachment of Toledo Municipal Judge Alan McConnell, who respectfully declined to marry a same-sex couple Monday, regardless of the fact the lesbian couple were married.
The ceremony was performed.
Mainstream leftists like Glenn Greenwald believe that McConnell should be impeached because he won't violate his religious conscience.
Greenwald, he's the journalist, by the way, working with Edward Snowden.
I'm getting Snowden's things out.
But this is classic.
This is exactly what we were talking about.
So here you have a gay couple, lesbians, go to court, want to get married.
Judge says, sorry, I wish you the best, but I can't do it.
I'm Christian, and my beliefs do not permit me to be associated with homosexual marriage.
Another judge marries them.
Here come the new totalitarians demanding this guy be impeached.
It doesn't matter that the couple found a way to get married.
It doesn't matter that the judge's refusal to marry them resulted in them not being able to get married.
They were able to get married.
Another judge came along and did it.
This guy is going to be destroyed.
The left will not quit until this guy is targeted and Alinskied out of office.
Just as we said yesterday, it's not enough that the judge here in this case lose.
He must learn to love gay marriage, and he must learn to support it.
Otherwise, he's finished.
Did you see that the patent and trademark office stripped the Washington Redskins of their trademark?
They are no longer exclusively entitled to Washington Redskins.
They can't use it.
Other people can, however.
Other people can go out and market it all day long and use it all day long.
It's no longer the exclusive property of the Washington Redskins.
The government has gone in and stripped them.
There was a Washington Post story.
Ladies and gentlemen, some politically correct geek has demanded that the Army change the name of the Tomahawk missile because it might be offensive to Native Americans.
By the way, this judge, I knew there was an NAA LCP connection.
He is the president of the Toledo, Ohio branch of the NAA LCP, Judge McConnell.
And he's the guy that refused to marry the lesbian couple in court.
They still got married.
Everything's fine.
Except he's got to go now.
Not only did he refuse to perform, he spoke out against it.
So it's not tolerable.
We are not, the left is not going to put up with that.
You either do the ceremony, you either broom your Christian beliefs, your religious beliefs, you broom them, you forget them, and you do the ceremony, or else.
And then after you do the ceremony, you love doing the ceremony and then you love homosexuality and you love gay marriage.
And then you end up believing it is a superior form of marriage.
You know why it's a superior form of marriage?
By the way, have you heard this?
And by the way, it's true that it is being said that gay marriage is superior to heterosexual marriage.
I can't believe we're even using language that signifies the difference.
But anyway, we have to.
The militant gay community says that gay marriage is superior because they get to pick their children via adoption.
And therefore, they, having chosen the exact kind of child they want, have a much better chance at raising that child than a heterocouple who simply have to deal with whatever the sperm and the egg produce.
Do not doubt me on this.
There is a movement on, subtle and quiet though it may be, that touts that just the gay lifestyle itself is superior and more enlightened, features a much higher degree of awareness and sensitivity, and that gay marriage itself is superior to standard, same-old heterosexual marriage.
And in part, it's because gay couples get to choose the children that they will raise.
And heterosexual couples are stuck with whatever they end up producing.
You're frowning at me, which means you have not seen this.
You have not.
They know exactly what it sounds like, and they're touting it.
Now, they're not making it.
Look, you're not going to.
I don't even know if you'd find this if you'd Google it.
You might if you'd Google it.
You'll find it.
It's there.
I mean, I ran across it.
I'm not making this up on a whole cloth.
It's there.
And it is, it's not something that they're leading with.
It's what they believe internally.
And it's what guides their treatment of everybody else.
It's now a superiorist lifestyle, a supremacy lifestyle.
Have you heard MTV?
You heard about this?
MTV has hired, I guess, a renowned illegal immigrant by the name of Jose Vargas Sanchez Gutierrez, whatever.
MTV is doing a documentary that essentially is devoted to the problems with white people.
And it specifically, this guy specifically interviews young white people and asks them what's wrong with them and how it feels to be white.
And what white privilege has meant to the country and means to them white guilt and all this.
It is, and MTV, of course, is a network that I don't know how popular it remains anymore.
It was, at least in the millennial demographic, it used to be king of the hill.
I have no idea how popular a network it is now, but that is being done.
In fact, Cookie has given me, they've got a trailer for this thing.
And I just went to the soundbite roster and found it here.
So let me dig deep and find out what number it is, because it's, I want you to missed it.
If somebody knows what number it is, could you, well, I can't see what you would tell me anyway.
Number 14 it is.
Let me find the transcript of it.
Yep, the MTV trailer on the new white privilege.
It's a documentary that's this is from the MTV website.
They released the trailer.
This documentary will premiere on July 22nd.
It's called White People, and it's hosted by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Jose Antonio Vargas, who I guess is a famous illegal immigrant.
So we're doing a film for MTV on what it means to be young and white.
If you say the wrong thing, then suddenly you are a racist.
I'm trying to be careful here.
I don't want to offend people.
I feel like you guys are attacking me now.
How might your life be different if you weren't white?
When you say white, what does that mean to you?
We've never had to internalize what white people have done in America, but here, you can't escape that.
We've never had to internalize what white people have done to America, but here we have to internalize that.
So this is a documentary produced by an illegal immigrant.
It's going to run starting July 22nd, MTV, on the problems white people have caused in America.
And look, everybody's shaking their head in there.
Oh, this is horrible.
Oh, this is terrible.
Yeah, it is, but nobody's going to do anything about it.
It's going to run, and people are going to sit around and talk about it in an intellectual way rather than point out exactly what it is.
So don't be surprised.
Don't be surprised.
You'll see it.
Here from United Media Publishing, a small Southern California company, which produces earth-friendly feminine hygiene products, has released the first tampon for post-op transgender women.
The Sappholux company has released a product dubbed Femmflow earlier this week amid media attention surrounding Caitlin Jenners coming out as a trans woman.
The company founder, Cheryl Goldsmith, said about the product's timing, yes, it certainly was an interesting coincidence, wasn't it?
But it wasn't intentional.
The additional exposure doesn't hurt, obviously.
Regardless of the timing, we feel as if our product will be well received among the trans community.
We are hoping to bring each trans woman closer to the full female experience and diminish body dysmorphia triggers altogether.
I'm talking about the first tampon for transgender women.
It's going to hit the shelves next month.
The product comes in three designs.
FemmeFlow Petite is for the trans woman who's still working to achieve maximum dilation yet still wants to produce menses.
FemmFlow Intermediate provides dilation and an average amount of menstruation.
And last, the FemmFlow Lush for the trans woman who wishes to enjoy heavy menstruation.
Our product is designed with a straight face.
This is a press release from the enjoy menstruation in the same sentence.
Three different products for your menstrual enjoyment taste.
Well, apparently there is dawn because these products are made for transgender women, women who used to be men, and they want the full experience.
They want to have periods.
They want to menstruate.
And some of them want to go halfway, one-third of the way, some want to go all the way.
And that's the femme lush.
Our product is designed to give post-op transgender women the full spectrum experience of menstruation.
You don't have to be deprived of the beautiful and womanly occurrence of menstruation merely because you were born without uterus.
The femme's cotton core contains a small vegetable-based capsule, which upon reaching body temperature releases the menses contained within.
It also aids in keeping the post-op canal conditioned and dilated after surgery and beyond.
FemmFlow Femmflow is a capsule that ruptures with femme tampons will come in boxes of 25 and they will cost $19.99 per box.
Sappho Lux will begin shipping their product to major grocery stores nationwide next month.
So who in the world would be who in the world is going to buy this?
There's a market for it.
Tampons that fake a period.
I mean, that's what this is.
Tampons that fake a period so that transgenders can enjoy and experience the joys of menstruation, like all humans who have uterus.
I mean, that's from the press release.
This is not from the onion.
I mean, it's United Media publishing up the link here.
What's next?
I mean, after this, I mean, you get fake pregnant, but then the real deal to me would be fake abortion.
I mean, that would be.
Sadly, folks, I have to come clean.
The whole transgender tampon story is fake.
And I knew it.
This website, United Media Publishers, is a satire site.
But this was so good.
It was so good.
I decided I'm going to go ahead and do it because I knew after a commercial break, it always comes straight with you.
But this was just too classic.
This in a nutshell illustrates, well, I better be careful here.
I mean, how in the world, if you become a transgender, wouldn't you naturally have a, why would you need to have a fake menstrual cycle?
Why would you even want one?
Anyway, it's brilliant satire.
I admire it.
And I'm sorry, folks, if I misled you, but it was just for a brief moment, and I came clean.
But it was just, it was just too good.
And the opportunity to close it out by saying, what's next?
Fake pregnant and fake abortion.
If you're going to have fake menstrual cycles, the three go together.
Anyway, if you doubt me on gay marriage and how it is in gay marriage healthier and homosexuality healthier, right?
Here's the Politico.
Political magazine, June 26, 2015, just a couple of weeks ago.
Are gay marriages healthier than straight marriages?
Gay relationships benefit for being the very thing straight relationships are not a union of two people of the same sex.
Can I read that to you again?
This is not satire.
This is not United Media Publishing.
This is the Politico magazine.
Are gay marriages healthier than straight marriages?
And the subheadline is, gay relationships benefit for being the very thing straight relationships are not, a union of two people of the same sex.
So right there, a union of two people of the same sex is a much greater benefit than a union of two people of the opposite sex.
Somehow, a union of two people of the same sex is automatically superior.
Ask any husband and wife, and they will admit that marriage is hard.
But social science is beginning to discover that part of the challenge of marriage stems from the fact that most couples choose to marry a member of the opposite gender.
Mixing a man and woman in a marriage, it turns out, makes a union harder.
That's the lead.
As trite and overdone as the cliché men are from Mars and women are from Venus may be, it does contain a grain of truth that men and women are fundamentally different in certain ways, and those differences can pose major challenges in straight marriages.
Same-sex couples, by definition, do not face these obstacles, which is why recent research suggests that same-sex marriages aren't just equal to straight marriages.
In important regards, they are superior.
And you thought I was making this up?
I'll forgive you today because I did pull the hoax on you about the fake menstrual cycle.
But again, I pulled that back inside of three minutes.
I didn't let you go the whole day believing that.
But I'm sorry, that was so good I had to do it.
But this is Political Magazine.
Same-sex couples, by definition, don't face those obstacles posed by men and women being from different places, which is why recent research suggests that same-sex marriages aren't just equal to straight marriages.
In important regards, they are superior.
Now that the Supreme Court has decided that gay marriages deserve the same rights as straight ones, it's worth keeping in mind the findings of psychologists John and Julie Guttman, arguably the world's leading experts on what makes relationships work.
Arguably, I never heard of these people.
Why are we to automatically just accept that John and Julie Gottman are the world's leading experts on what makes relationships work?
Well, they are finding that gay and heterosexual marriages share a lot in common in terms of what they are, whether they thrive or fail.
But on one of the biggest determinants of marital success, that is how couples fight, gay couples have an edge.
John Gottman says that gay couples are just a lot nicer to each other during fights.
Some couples fight frequently, other couples avoid conflict altogether.
The key distinction between couples who ultimately stay together and those who get divorced is not how often they fight, but how they handle themselves during it.
And gay couples, gay couples have a healthier fighting style than straight couples.
Well, there's a huge gay divorce industry just starting.
The first law firm has just established itself.
I forget what state, but there's a law firm just waiting for the wave of gay divorces to begin.
You see what Kaka here is developing?
This is politico.
This is the equivalent as far as established.
It may as well be in the New York Times.
It may as well be in the Washington Post.
So gay marriages are healthier than straight marriages.
Gay parenting, better than heteroparenting.
They get to choose their kids.
They are nicer people.
They don't fight nearly as mean, and therefore the kids don't suffer nearly as much.
And there'll be fewer divorces.
And there's even a peer-reviewed study published in the Journal of Homosexuality that supposedly confirms all of it.
And you will be made to love it.
Still have some light-hearted stuff.
Little People of America wants an Illinois school to change its mascot name.
And there's much more straight ahead where that comes from.
