Time Text
Greetings, folks.
Great to have you back, L. Rushbow and the EIB Network, the Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies with talent on loan from God.
Happy to have you here.
The telephone numbers 800 282882, the email address L Rushbow at EIBNet.com.
Fortune Magazine, March 11th.
Are you ready?
By the way, folks, I've got a bunch of stuff here that has nothing to do with Hillary, and I am hell bent on getting to it today.
So I'm going to have to take a break from the Hillary stuff and get some of this other stuff and go back to the Hillary stuff.
Because I've got some audio sound bites furthering the idea the Democrat Party is nervous as it can be.
They're nervous over the money, the foundation that Clinton was soliciting while she was Secretary of State with this non-secure private server in the backyard, wherever it was.
But Fortune magazine, March 11th issue, for three months, Hillary Clinton's email access was unencrypted vulnerable to spies.
The Nafia, Salt Lake City Computer Security Firm, has conducted an analysis of Clintonemail.com, the domain.
They have determined that for the first three months of her service, first three months of her term as Secretary of State, access to the server was not encrypted or even authenticated with a digital certificate.
That's not even legal.
Well, it's not a matter of being legal, but for crying out like you.
I had to just cough up like 1,600 bucks last week for the certificates for the next year on our servers.
Don't think you can get into them either, because you can't.
We're not the Clintons here.
I mean, this is incredible here.
For the first three months, Secretary of State access to the service was not encrypted.
Or authenticated with a digital certificate.
In other words, for three months, Clinton's server was wide open to snooping, hacking, and spoofing without a proper digital certificate to stop them.
Bad actors, hackers, whoever, spies, could easily wedge themselves between users and the machines they're attempting to access on a network.
And in the process of doing that, they could collect private information, possibly even steal credentials like usernames and passwords.509 certificates.
That's why you don't want to do this at home, folks.
You have to do all this yourself.
And if you if you go someplace for your email, all this is done behind the scenes on the back end, you don't even see it.
You don't even know about it.
In Hillary's case, she did this herself with her server in the backyard, probably up by the swing set for the upcoming grandkids.
Hell, who the hell knows.
And she relied on her IT guy to uh to do all.
Do you think she has the slightest idea what need this is?
Sh just says, I need email, I need it private, I don't want anybody to ever be able to see it.
Guy goes to town, does whatever, and she has to trust him.
So I mean, for the first three months that she was Secretary of State, her emails were not encrypted at all.
But when they, even after that, after they became encrypted, when they went to her spam service, they were decrypted so that the spam program can do its work.
The spam filter can't work on encrypted emails.
Well, that's not entirely true either.
I'm I don't want to get too in the weeds on this stuff.
Folks, the bottom line is she was wide open here.
Her emails, her server was wide open on at any number of points along the way.
And now, grab soundbite number 24.
You remember last week, maybe the week before, I mentioned to you, and buddy Andy McCarthy had sent me a PDF file, PDF copy of the form.
Uh the OF the exit form, OF-109.
The exit every employee has to sign this exit form when you leave the Department of State, and every department has its own form where you Have to make certain promises and pledges.
And you have every employee has to fill one of these out, and every employee has to turn one in upon their exit from the department.
And the media has been after Jen Pesaki, the spokesbabe at the State Department.
They've been asking her, did Hillary submit her f her her OF 109?
And Pisaki said, We don't know, we don't know, we don't know, we don't know.
And the press has kept asking.
Some of the press has kept asking.
Pesaki was trying to, you know, send them off, you know, half filled.
We're looking, I'm sure she did, can't find it, I'm sure it's here.
Don't sweat it.
Everybody does, no big deal, until today.
We have reviewed uh Secretary Clinton's official personnel file and administrative files, and do not have any record of her signing the OF 109.
In addition, after looking into their official personnel files, we did not locate any record of either of her immediate predecessors signing this form.
It's not clear that this form is used as part of a standard part of checkout across the federal government or even at the State Department.
So we're certainly looking into that.
Are you kidding me?
Are you really trying to?
Okay, so she didn't submit one, but neither did Condi.
Is that neither, neither did um any General Powell?
Is that what we're supposed to believe now?
In addition, after looking into their official Prince in L Faust, we did not locate any record of either of her immediate predecessors signing the form.
It's not clear that this form is used.
Something is going on here.
They've they've kept the press dangling on this for days, and now they dropped the hammer.
He didn't submit it.
And, well, I think partially we're back to the 90s now, because...
Because the defense here, everybody does.
The Clinton defense in the 90s was either it's sex, everybody has sex.
It didn't affect his ability to lead, it didn't impact his job at all.
Everybody does leave us alone.
They're doing the same thing here.
Well, no, she didn't submit the form, but neither did Condy, and neither did uh Colonel Colin Powell, and neither did anybody.
So nobody follows this rule, apparently.
But even more.
I think something else is going on here.
I think Ed Klein, you know, Ed Klein is responding to all of the critics who say he's making this stuff up about the Obama administration being behind all of the leaks about Mrs. Clinton's email and her private domain and her server not using the State Department.
Ed Klein says this is Obama, it's actually Valerie Jarrett.
So people have been firing back at Ed Klein.
Like we had Josh Ernest yesterday.
This is this is absurd.
I'm not even going to talk about it any further.
And he started cackling like Hillary does.
Well, Breitbart News today.
Valerie Jarrett leaked Hillary's private email use to press.
Vengeful Obama confidant, Valerie Jarrett went through the back channels to leak Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server to the press, according to an explosive new report.
This is the Ed Klein report in the New York Post.
And listen to this little poll quote here from the Brightboard, Breitbart story.
Valerie Jarrett blamed the 2014 midterm losses on the Clintons' insinuations that Obama's unpopular policies, including executive amnesty for foreigners, gobbling up American jobs, made the president an albatross around the Democrat Party's neck.
Valerie Jarrett blamed the fact that the Democrats had a landslide defeat in 2014 on Bill and Hillary.
Because she accused Bill and Hillary of running around claiming Obama's immigration policy was doing in the Democrat Party.
And that's why Valerie Jarrett did what she did.
Now here's the pull quote.
Jarrett, Obama, comma, and Obama's wife, Muchell, greeted Hillary as a triumvirate of black liberals at the White House after Democrats got thrashed at the voting booth in 2014.
So we're painting a picture at the White House.
Hillary goes to the White House, and she's greeted by a triumvirate of black liberals, Jarrett, Obama, and Muchell, under the watchful eyes of his wife, and the closest senior advisor, Obama,
told Hillary, in no uncertain terms, he would remain neutral in the 2016 election, signaling he would not, in fact, support her candidacy at the media call inevitable.
With Obama's approval, another pull quote here from the Breitbart story.
With Obama's approval, Valerie Jarrett has been holding secret meetings with Martin O'Malley, the former Democrat governor of Maryland who's out there doing a Vladimir Putin impersonation, going shirtless and pumping iron.
She's also been holding secret meetings with Elizabeth Warren.
She's promised O'Malley and Warren the full support of the White House if they will challenge Hillary for the nomination.
Ed Klein reporting.
He's doubling down.
He's adding on to what he reported earlier, over the weekend, that Valerie Jarrett has now promised O'Malley and Elizabeth Warren full White House support if they go.
After the triumvirate of black liberals at the White House told Hillary they're doing nothing for her.
So you see, Klein is making it clear here that there's no love lost between the Obamas and the Clinton.
Now we have Jim Jen Pasaki saying Hillary didn't turn into form.
I think this business about the others didn't either.
That's kind of to soften the blow, but they still threw her under the bus.
Jen Pasaki works for Obama.
She may be the State Department spokesman, but Hillary's not there anymore.
John Kerry is.
Oh, have you heard what he's doing?
This guy.
Whoa, the people No, it's bad enough what he's doing with the Iraqi.
John Kerry's out there comparing himself to Churchill and Abraham Lincoln.
Yeah, let me let me find it.
He's out there, it's about global warming.
Pages are sticking together here.
And as high-tech as I am, it's impossible to do this without printing out paper.
Kerry compares his courage to Lincoln, Churchill, Dr. King, Gandhi, and Mandela.
Secretary of State John Kerry, who you may not know, served in Vietnam, compared himself to Winston Churchill, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gundy, and Nelson Mandela for having the courage and tenacity to tackle the most heinous enemy plaguing mankind, climate change.
In an address to the Atlantic Council on Thursday last week, Kerry said, my heroes are people who dared to take on great challenges without knowing for certain what the outcome would be.
Lincoln took risks, Gandhi, Churchill took risks, Dr. King, Mandela took risks, but that doesn't mean that every risk taker is a role model.
He's implying here that people like him and Obama and Al Gore are now the real heroes for going against all the deniers of global warming.
I kid you not.
And this is the guy negotiating the Iranian deal for Obama.
But my point is, Jen Pasaki has just thrown Hillary under the bus by admitting who cares what the predecessors did.
She didn't submit that form.
Jen Pisaki works for Obama.
There is no form.
Hillary didn't submit it.
She didn't follow the rules.
Here's Ron Fournier, admitting a Democrat's scared to death over Clinton.
This is last night's special report with Breck Baer on the Fox News Channel.
He said to Fournier is not the national journal.
Is the alarm going off of the Democrat Party Ron?
Yes.
Don't buy the spin.
They are scared to death.
And there's a lot of them who are already starting to think, is she really the best candidate for us?
Follow the money.
A lot of Democrats are really worried about the Foundation.
That's what they're really worried about.
Yep.
Follow the money.
A lot of Democrats really worried about the foundation.
This guy, at least six columns on her now, in as many days, seven or eight days, and maybe more.
It's it's almost as though he knows more than what he's reporting, and that there's gonna be another couple shoes to drop here.
This is Ron Fournier, I mean, a former White House correspondent, reporter, AP, Bureau Chief, I mean in the tank for these people.
In the old days.
They all the way back to Arkansas with them.
Now total abandonment.
Well, close to total abandonment.
But he's he's not the uh he's not the only one.
Here's John Boehner this morning in Washington.
A speaker held a press conference.
Hillary came up.
He said this.
The American people deserve all the facts about what happened in Benghazi.
That's why it's so important for Secretary Clinton to turn over her personal server to a neutral third party.
I think this is the fairest way to make sure that we have all the documents that belong to the public and ultimately.
Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, Hillary's already gone through the documents, and she's there were sixty some thousand emails on there, and she went through them all, and there are thirty two thousand that are personal and private, none of anybody's business.
And so you're just supposed to trust her.
There's nothing there to see.
She's already looked at them.
You can be confident there's nothing there.
You can see the 30,000 that she printed out.
Thirty thousand pieces of paper.
Maybe more than that.
Some emails may be more than one page.
David Rodham Gurgen.
This morning CNN's newsroom, he was interviewed by fill in Anchorette by the name of Randy Kay, who said, Will this be an issue for Mrs. Clinton if she decides to I'm not kidding.
This is the question.
And this is David Rodham Gurgens answer.
The issue of the emails itself.
You know, that's going to diminish over time.
Well, the real question is the narrative that builds up.
If there are a series of incidents that deepen the sense that as accomplished as she is, she's also not authentic or she's not uh believable, that can be very corrosive.
Wait a minute now.
Well, if there are a series of incidents that deepen a sense that as accomplished as she is, she's also not authentic, not believable.
That can be very corrosive.
This is what it's always come down to.
What is this?
She's so accomplished business.
She hitched her wagon to a guy, followed the guy everywhere, and took over wherever he ended up.
Is that what they mean by accomplished?
Should remind you that Jen Pasaki, I know she pronounces it Psaki.
I just like to say the Pcause I like to demonstrate my professional prowess by not popping the P when I say it.
Amateurs will always pop the P when they say it.
But I don't.
Jen Pasaki.
Anyway, she's moving to the White House.
She's gonna become Obama's spokesbabe.
So don't think, you know, that that she's trying to cover up for Hillary by claiming that neither Condi or uh Colin Powell or any of these other predecessors, Secretaries of State, didn't turn in the exit form either.
Uh see.
Well, let me grab a on the phone call here because we get behind if uh don't mix these things properly.
This is Harry in New York City.
I'm glad you waited, Harry.
Great to have you on the program.
Hi.
Hi, Rush.
Um, it's an honor to speak to you.
Thank you, sir.
Uh, I just wanted to go go back to your uh initial comments about the Israeli elections.
Oh, yes.
Yeah, you had you had spoken about uh Zippy Livney.
Uh it's pronounced Tsippy, but yeah, I think you have it right because she's she's a zip.
Wait a minute.
What did I what what did I you're saying I mispronounced her name?
It uh her name is Tippi, but you pronounced it zippy, which is perfect because that's what she is.
Zip zero not uh Z I P I I thought it was zippy.
Okay.
Um I just wanted to uh shed some light if I can.
Um she's been in in the in the cardars of power for for a while now, at least.
Oh, I know who she is.
I know who she is.
Yeah, yeah.
But I think the reason why they dropped her is because the woman has no principles.
I mean, she started off as a uh as a um member of the Leaguehood Party.
She was a right winger at one point.
I know that's when I used to like her.
Right.
And then and in the last ten years, she's gone continually left.
Uh I think she was the foreign minister.
Um she basically she went with um with uh Arik Sharon when he uh gave back Gaza.
And we know how how good that turned out.
Well, she she has been, if her name is Tippy, I'll pronounce it.
I just thought of zippy.
You know, I'm I'm deaf, so I don't hear names pronounced.
I only read them, so I was literal in this case.
I didn't mean to insult her by calling her zippy.
All right, as I could sound like I I I wasn't.
If it's Tippi, Livney, leave me fine.
Point is she has been touted as a potential prime minister for years over there.
The reason she was dropped from this rotation arrangement is because her negative numbers have skyrocketed, and also because this guy Herzog, there's no way he's gonna give up the prime ministership after two years if he wins it.
That was all a ruse from the get-go.
Yes, I know that.
I know this is uh why do I of course I know it's Sunshine Week.
It's Sunshine Week in Washington, celebrating government openness and transparency.
How silly.
I think the futility of Sunshine Week is illustrated by our discussion here today of Mrs. Clinton and Obama doing everything they can to hide everything they've been doing.
While claiming and promising all of this transparency.
One more sound bite, David Rodham Gergen here.
Now, he just he just said in the previous bite that uh if there are a series of incidents involving Mrs. Clinton that deepen a sense that as accomplished as she is, which is that's it's just a myth.
It's a manufactured Democrat Party myth, like smartest woman in the world.
Accomplished?
Okay.
As accomplished as she is, she's also not authentic or she's not believable.
If that happens, if those perceptions surface, that can be very corrosive.
And then Mr. Rodham Gergen tells us who's really, really at risk here.
The Republicans have to be very careful here.
If they call her up to the hill and start uh, you know, bullying her, she's gonna get there's gonna be a real backlash against that, and it will help her.
Stop the tape.
See, you better not criticize the Democrats.
You better not bully them because you're just gonna anger the independents, and the independents are gonna be running back to the Democrat Party in droves.
It's the same trick.
They played this trick.
They've been playing it for my entire adult life.
You Republicans, you better not be critical of this.
You better not call her up a testimony.
You better not bully her, because there's gonna be a real backlash, and you're gonna end up helping her.
You better not be seen as piling on.
So meanwhile, the re that the hapless, the genuinely hapless Republicans who haven't done diddly squat.
Other than post a letter to the mullahs on a website, are being warned here by David Rodham Gurgen that they'd better be very careful here.
They'd better play this very close to the vest.
They better make sure they don't bully the girl.
They better make sure they don't continue this war on women's stuff, or they're gonna really pay a price for what Mrs. Clinton has done.
See how this works.
It always comes back.
It's the Republicans at risk here.
Meaning Democrats can go off the reservation, Do whatever they want.
They can skirt the edges of the law, they can skirt the edges of the Constitution.
They're never in trouble for doing that.
If the Republicans call them on it, it's the Republicans are gonna have the excrement sandwich, and they're gonna pay the price.
Message, you leave us alone.
Let us do what we want to do, and if you dare criticize us, we're gonna see to it that the media calls you on it.
And that's what David Rodham Gurgens wanted is the rest of the bite.
Something is piling on, which can happen very quickly.
And if people get a sense they're just beating up on her because she's Hillary, uh, and that there's nothing really there, uh, then I, you know, I think that I think that's gonna backfire.
You know, the Republicans have been neutered to the point that that there's not much being said, it Baehner's about it.
Hey, I think you should turn over the server.
Last I looked, it was the Democrats all upset about Hillary, Mr. Gergen.
Last I looked, it was it was Ron Fournier saying Democrats are worried, sick about what this foundation really is and all this money coming into it, Mrs. Clinton arranged, and from who and for why.
I haven't seen the Republicans mentioned in any of this.
As I read and watch and consume the drive-by media, the impression I get it's Democrats that have been thrown for a loop on this.
But meanwhile, you Republicans.
Don't you love this?
You better watch out.
You better not be too critical.
You better not go after her just because she's you better not bully her.
You better not even say a word.
All you can do is laugh.
The EPA, maybe there's an environmental protection agency wants hotels to monitor how much time its guests spend in the shower.
The EPA is spending $15,000 to create a wireless system that will track how much water a hotel guest uses to get them to modify their behavior.
Hotels consume a significant amount of water in the U.S. and around the world, said an EPA grant to the University of Tulsa reads.
Most hotels do not monitor individual guest water usage, and as a result, millions of gallons of potable water are wasted every year by hotel guests.
The proposed work aims to develop a novel low-cost wireless device for monitoring water use from hotel guest room showers.
This device will be designed to fit most new and existing hotel shower fixtures and will wires wirelessly transmit hotel guest water usage data to a central hotel accounting system.
The funding, this all been paid for by grant.
The funding is going toward creating a prototype and market analysis for the device.
The goal of the project is to change the behavior of Americans when they stay at hotels.
And ladies and gentlemen, if you think that this is going to stop at hotel guests, then you have another thing coming.
Because if this stupid idea is ever implemented, you're going to have one in your house before too long.
Yes, Mr. Snerdley, question it program observer.
Right.
If there are no monitors in hotel showers now, how do they know you're using too much water?
They they don't.
They are just assuming that you're wasteful because you are.
You know who they are.
They're people that hold average ordinary Americans in contempt as either incompetent, uncapable, too stupid, or what it need to be guided, need to be shepherded, need to be led, need to be disciplined, whatever it is.
In your natural state, you are wasteful.
In your natural state, you are destroying the planet.
You eat McDonald's, don't you?
You destroy the planet.
You drive a big car, you're destroying the planet.
Left to your own devices, you are a destructive predator, Mr. Snerdley, by your virtue of your very existence.
They don't need a study to know that.
They're liberals.
They understand you already.
So they just, they're cocksure that you are using too much water in a hotel.
They don't need to establish that.
Well, the hotel's going to have no choice.
The EPA is going to tell the hotel you've got to put this in.
The hotel doesn't, what do you think is going to happen to them?
Everybody's afraid of this administration.
Everybody is.
So then the EPA is going to monitor the length of your showers.
And if you but my own my point is if this ever really happens, this is not going to stop at hotels.
You're going to have one of this in your house.
I don't know how many in your house.
How many showers as you have, you're going to have.
If you're like John Kerry and you have 15 bathrooms in your Beacon Hill Estate, you're going to have 15 of these monitors.
Speaking of John, did you did you see that one of the financial reports on Hillary, the amount of money that she spent as a candidate?
I think it's secretary chartering jets that was not paid for by her.
It's like six or seven hundred thousand dollars.
Chartering aircraft to go from one place to another.
I forget candidate maybe as Secretary of State or whatever.
You know, that kind of stuff, it burns me.
And it's it's not, it's not the money as it relates to debt or deficit or any of that.
It's, you know, I've chartered a lot of jets in my day, and I pay for it.
I don't expect anybody else to pay it.
I don't expect, I don't I don't have this expectation that somebody else is going to pay for it.
That I'm entitled to it for whatever reason.
Well, I'm such big powerful guy, I need to fly private, therefore you should pay.
This sense of entitlement these people have, that they're somehow royalty, and Mrs. By the Clintons have the money to pay for their own lifestyle anyway.
Why everybody else has to do it?
It just was 500 grand.
Chartered planes totaled 500 grand.
That she didn't pay for.
She's not the only one, by the way.
I mean, retired corporate executives are famous for this kind of thing, too.
Shareholders pay for it in their case or whatever.
After they get 28, 30 million dollar retirement packages and so forth, the last thing they do is spend their own.
What's the purpose of getting the money if you're not going to use it?
Why should every you get a retirement package of 30 million dollars?
Why should anybody else pay for where you live or how you travel?
That's mindset of the elites.
Sure as it can be.
What else do I have here?
Robert Rector, you're gonna love this, speaking of money.
Robert Rector, who is at uh Heritage, studied poverty, uh the distribution of wealth and income worldwide.
It's been his career.
The lifetime costs.
The lifetime costs of Social Security and Medicare benefits of illegal immigrant beneficiaries of Obama's executive amnesty would be well over a trillion dollars.
And Rector announced this in prepared testimony for a House committee that Breitbart News got hold of before he testified.
Rector is a senior research fellow at Heritage.
He is slated to speak on the costs of Obama's executive amnesty today.
At the House Oversight and Government Reform Panel.
He's gonna testify to the high entitlement costs of granting legal status to millions of illegals.
Based on his calculations, which assume that at least 3.97 illegal immigrants would apply for and get legal status under deferred action for parents of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents, that's DAPA, and that the average DAPA beneficiary would have a tenth grade education, the costs would be 1.3 trillion dollars.
for, again, Social Security and Medicare benefits of illegal immigrant beneficiaries.
This is all think of it as retroactive.
We're gonna make you a citizen.
Guess what?
We should have done it long ago.
You have been entitled to X, but because you weren't a citizen because we blew it, you are you didn't get all that.
But now that you're a citizen, we're gonna make it good to you.
And that's what it's gonna cost us.
And you know Obama doesn't care.
Oh my God.
Just that that factor alone, the cost of his executive amnesty, is a reason enough not to do it.
We don't have the money.
You think he cares about that?
Not a whit.
Okay, so David Rodam Gergen says the Republicans would be very, very, very careful.
They should not bully or overly criticize Mrs. Clinton.
That would read down negatively for the Would somebody explain to me how in the world does one bully the toughest and smartest and most presidential woman in the world?
How is it even possible to bully Mrs. Clinton?
She's so tough, she's so presidential, she's so she's got her own testicle lockbox for crying out loud.
Export Selection
