Dear listening to the most talked about radio program in America.
You are listening to the most talked about host in America Media Today.
You are listening to the most listened to radio talk show in the country today.
I mean, you're you're listening to Mr. Big.
And you are at Mr. Big.
And it's great to have you here.
The telephone numbers 800-282-288-2 in the email address, L Rushmore at EIBNet.com.
Okay, Obama's 10-part plan to grant amnesty, comprehensive immigration reform to whatever he says four and a half to five million people.
This is crucial.
And I'm a folks, I checked the email during the break, and somebody said, What do you mean old rules don't apply?
What do you mean old rules?
What I didn't have a whole lot of time, but in the closing segment of the previous hour, I find that a lot of people, our last caller, said, hey, you know what are we gonna do?
We've got to let him do this, and then it'll put us in really good shape for 2016, because it'll show the American people, blah, blah, blah.
These old rules don't apply anymore.
The old standard operating procedure under which everybody assumed Washington operates is all out the door.
And I can give you the best example of it I've heard is when Mitch McConnell said yesterday that this move of Obama's has shown him that Obama is not going to move to the middle as fast as everybody.
Obama was never gonna move to the middle.
Whether he loses elections or wins them.
The old way in Washington would be if a party loses, and particularly in a landslide against Tranced, then it would at least go through the motions of making everybody think that it was changing.
And that it would, it's like after the 2002 midterms.
It was discovered that values voters made the difference in that election, and it was a shocker.
Everybody was stunned because it wasn't an issue on anybody's mind.
But the exit polling data and further data with other surveys after the vote.
It turned out that value voters showed up in droves.
The Democrat Party was running around saying, well, this means we're gonna have to be aware of this.
We're gonna have to let those people know that that we're listening to them and that we hear them.
And so what they were doing is creating the impression that they were going to soften some of their policies and beliefs that it defended values voters.
Now, they were never going to actually do it, but they said they were.
The old rules of Washington, you lose, you get trounced, then you make it look like you've learned your lesson.
And you move in the direction of the voters.
And I guess that's the simplest way to sum up the old rules.
The parties would do whatever it took to convince voters who had rejected them that they cared and were going to change to get back in favor with the voters who had rejected them.
That's what's out the window.
There is none of that on the Democrat Party side.
They don't care.
It's like I said, the Democrat Party is basically two different factions now.
And the Obama faction, the community organizers, these radical leftist progressives, winning elections is not required for them to succeed.
Winning elections is cool and it's fun and it's a bonus, but they're not going to stop when they lose and they're not going to change.
Obama's never going to move to the middle, but in Mitch McConnell's world, that's what used to happen.
The Republicans even are famous for this.
The Republicans are even worse.
The Republicans one time won the Senate and felt so bad about it, they offered to share power with the Democrats in order to show the people that they could compromise and cross the aisle and uh work together and got them nothing.
Obama's not gonna change his attitude on him.
Well, Look what he's doing in the face of this landslide, he's doubling down.
In the face of this landslide, here come three executive orders net neutrality, immigration, comprehensive amnesty, and whatever he's going to do on climate change.
This is called pff your face.
This is called pff you to the voters and to the Republicans.
Screw you.
I couldn't believe that.
I was, I was, I was speechless for almost two minutes.
When that was the reaction to Obama's deal with the ChICOMs.
Well, I guess it means the president's not going to be moving to the center nearly as quick as really.
Now here we are at Amnesty.
Does anybody remember the flood of young children that we started paying attention to back in March?
All of a sudden, out of nowhere, droves and droves of unaccompanied young children from El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, not Mexico, started arriving in literal droves.
And we found out, well, you know what?
We have a little aspect of immigration law that nobody remembered.
And that is we cannot send back who come from countries that are non-Mexico.
We have to keep them.
We can't send them back.
I wonder who in the regime found that one.
Now I have never believed that that just happened.
I don't believe that parents in Nicaragua, El Salvador, and wherever the hell else put their kids on trains for 45 days and a hell trip to get to the United States unaccompanied.
I just don't believe that happened.
I don't believe it sprung out of nowhere, and I don't believe that's the normal thing parents would do.
I think the regime is behind it.
We found a jobs posting on a government website dated in January, in which the government was seeking transportation logistics companies for the purpose of relocating children arriving illegally, the southern border.
They were looking for lawyers as well.
And then when these unaccompanied jurin began arriving, they weren't even given proper health checkups.
They were processed in a matter of hours, and then they were dispersed all over this country to places that we were not told.
We still don't know where the vast majority ended up.
Fast forward to Obama's plan, his ten-point plan to grant Amnesty by eliminating any deportation.
Guess what we have found, ladies and gentlemen.
If the reports are true, and if Obama is going to give this amnesty, guess what?
One of the items in the 10-point plan.
Stop what you're doing and listen to me here.
Look at me.
One of the ten-point plans is to give amnesty to everyone with an illegal alien child.
That means all of these kids, they just happen to show up from February through June.
That means their parents get to come.
That means their parents get amnesty.
That would explain why their parents put them on the trains.
Their kids getting here successfully meant they were next.
This is not an accident.
This didn't just happen.
And these people in El Salvador and Guatemala didn't just happen to learn this.
Somebody set this up.
And somebody had to explain.
Somebody, some group, somehow, these parents were informed that their ticket to the United States and Amnesty was their kids coming here first.
There's no other reason.
There's no reason under the sun that this many parents would this irresponsibly.
I don't care what's going on in their native countries.
Whatever's going on there is nothing new anyway.
There's no way this many parents would send their kids on a train drive 45 days through who knows what kind of hell on the way, unaccompanied to get to the United States.
There is no way this is a coincidence.
The plan calls for expanding deferred action for illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children, but also for the parents of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents.
I want to take you back to what I said on this program on August 1st of this year.
I said it doesn't matter that they're children, because what the American people know is that the parents of these kids are next if something isn't done here.
You and I know, the people of Murietta, California, they knew what was coming next.
Everybody knew these kids' parents were next.
And that's what I was pointing out back on August 1st, the anniversary date of this program, by the way.
I said it doesn't matter that they're children because what the American people know is that the parents of these kids are next if something isn't done here to stop this.
What the American people know is that if this is not dealt with, there's no end to this.
And there's got to be an end to it.
Anyway, we thought we were lied to about Obamacare, and we were.
But Obamacare is nothing compared to how we have been lied to and manipulated on this.
Amnesty, comprehensive immigration reform, whatever you want to call it, by both parties, by the way.
Now we know why we have had this flood of illegal alien children for the last year.
Every illegal alien in the U.S. must have known this was coming.
And they wanted to get their own anchor baby, even if they had to adopt one.
And the administration did all they could to facilitate them.
So they put these kids in the families of illegal immigrants, which legalizes them, and then their parents down in Central America.
It was out of nowhere, wherever.
They're next.
...
All the while pretending they were trying to stop the flood.
All the while the regime was pretending to try to get a handle on this and stop this, all the while pretending to try to stop this massive migration of illegal migrant minor children.
They didn't stop it, they facilitated it.
And now, if the reporting is a Fox News story, if the reporting of this 10-point plan is true, we know now why.
I gotta take a brief time out.
We come back.
I want a three sound bites, Jeff Sessions, who has written, he's he's maybe the last man standing in the U.S. Senate on this.
He was on Fox last night.
He's written an op-ed about this, and he's extremely on point and eloquent.
We'll have that coming up here.
A lot of these underage migrants were also kids whose parents were already here and were sent for by their illegal parents already here.
Because I I look, I'm I'm convinced that word has gone out about the hopes of the dreams, the intentions of the regime.
Because remember what this is all about.
This Is all about Democrat voter registration drive.
That's what this is about.
Here's Jeff Sessions again last night on the Kelly file on Fox News.
Megan Kelly said the ten-part plan, according to our Washington Bureau, will suspend deportations for millions.
In fact, over four million illegal immigrants, which by our count puts it as perhaps the most sweeping executive action on immigration ever.
What are your thoughts, Senator?
Let's be clear.
Immigration officers have told us if this goes through, uh, it will be almost impossible to enforce the law in the future.
Expert economists have told us if we bring in more and more people lawfully in the outcountry, giving them the right to take jobs, and every one of these individuals are going to be given a photo ID, a social security number, and the right to take a job in America.
Uh jobs that too few exist and too many Americans are looking for.
It's just the wrong policy, and it will incentivize more illegality in the future.
Next question.
These are not kids anymore.
In many cases, they're now grown up.
Why is that controversial in particular?
White House is going to turn around and say that we keep families together by bringing these kids in.
Now let's be realistic.
Uh they're not going to leave, so let's deal with reality.
We can't get rid of them.
They're not going to leave on their own, so we just have to make them legal.
There's no way to prove who are parents and who has been here for how long and may have just come in the country last week.
Maybe they're coming into the country because they have children in America, and they they come across the border to be with them and claim that they've been here for a longer period of time.
There's nobody is going to do investigations on this.
Nobody is going to check it.
We're going to be adding five million older adults to our population.
They'll be entitled to all kinds of rights and privileges, all kinds of rights and citizens.
And as they get older and become ill, the United States government is not going to turn their health care away.
They're going to be treated and taken care of.
Meghan Kelly says, Well, the Center for American Progress is already coming out saying, look, deferred action basically just declining to prosecute these people.
It's been used by 11 presidents 39 times in the past 60 years.
They see nothing remarkable about the president doing this, nothing new.
It's happened a lot, Senator, so why are you so upset about it?
This goes much further.
This says that we are going to be given, as the other individuals have previously, an ID card, a social security number, and the card says work permits on it.
And so this is an action unilaterally by one person, the president of the United States, to legalize millions that Congress has explicitly refused to do.
And under current law, they are illegally here and unable to work.
Look, that's the bottom line that I mean, even some people asking questions here, are already accepting the premise.
Hey, what's the big deal?
It's going to be four.
Come on.
Big whoop.
And you know, you accept the premise that we can't do anything about it.
You accept the premise that people are free to break the law.
You accept the premise we can't enforce the law, and you accept the premise that this is a compassionate thing to do.
In the meantime, the Constitution is being shredded.
The will of the people, as expressed in this last election, is being shredded.
Make no mistake about that.
Because these Republicans, whether they want to admit this or not, they were elected to make sure this does not happen.
They were elected to make sure this does not happen.
They were elected to do everything they can to repeal Obamacare.
They were elected to stop the implementation of the Obama agenda.
And if they don't try, then there are no guarantees for 2016.
If they don't try, if they don't even try, there will be a price to pay.
Here's Lee in New York City.
I'm glad you called.
Great to have you on the EIB network.
Hello.
Why do you think the brilliant and independent Supreme Court drank the Kool-Aid?
Uh why do I think the Supreme Court tried to drank the Kool-Aid?
Yes.
Why do you think they bought it?
They're not that stupid.
I don't think they're that stupid.
I don't think well, you've got the four libs that that mix the Kool-Aid.
You've got the four conservatives, and then you've got John Roberts.
And I really look, I don't know.
I I can only guess uh educated based on things I I've heard that there were all kinds of uh attempts, that he was originally whipped the five conservatives and then changed.
I don't know.
I j I just the thing I've heard that made the most sense to me, and it could be dead wrong, was that the chief justice just didn't have the stomach to declare something passed by Congress unconstitutional.
Just didn't want to go.
And so rewrote the parts of it that were problematic to make it okay.
That's I don't know.
Look, folks, they can talk all they want about hey, this has been done 39 times, 11 presidents, big whoop.
Let me tell you something.
No prior president has ever done away with all of our immigration laws with the stroke of his pen.
As is the case in this situation, there's a lot that is happening that's unprecedented.
We've never had a president with the stroke of his pen just eliminate the enforcement of all immigration law.
That is what Obama is going to do.
I don't care what the Center for American Progress says.
They're a bunch of leftists anyway out there making excuses for this.
As far as I'm concerned, they're not a valid source.
I don't think Senator Sessions ought to have to answer what these clowns say, but but I will.
Well, I mean, he can answer it.
He can take care of himself.
Don't misunderstand.
There's the frauds.
There are frauds like Gruber is a fraud.
Like Obama is a fraud.
And they're out there trying to paint these scenarios that don't exist.
We've never had a president with the stroke of his pen wipe out immigration law.
I don't care what they want you to believe.
Here's uh here's Harry in Sebastian, Florida.
Hi, Harry.
I'm I'm glad you called.
Welcome to the EIB network.
Hello.
Uh, yes, Royce.
Thank you so much for uh taking my call.
I really appreciate it.
And if you don't mind me taking the liberty, I'd like to give a shout out to James Marshall Timberlake.
He's my first grandson born November 2nd.
But I thank you.
Uh the reason I've called is that I believe there's an American who has been vilified who really is a hero concerning Obamacare, and that is Chief Justice John Roberts.
Had he done what all of us expected him to do to find it unconstitutional, uh you would not have had the Republican landslide in 2010.
You wouldn't have had the Republican landslide in 2014.
You would not be talking about Jonathan Gruber today.
Uh we see now, you know, he who would go get these videos.
We see now that the Progressive Democrats, how they are condescending and what they think of us.
I think Justice Roberts, by doing what he did, taking the vilification at that time, is now over time being shown that he did the correct thing to actually begin to change the direction of this country from a country that believed in big government progressive uh uh progressive liberalism.
I want to know.
I I want to know where it started that the way we win is to have liberalism implemented so that everybody can learn how rotten it is.
When did when did that start?
Because that's basically what we John Roberts did a great thing by letting this thing be proclaimed constitutional.
That way we've exposed these people for who they really are.
We didn't need this though.
This if if Roberts had found this thing unconstitutional, at 2010 elections would have been the same because Obama would have stayed the same.
He would have found a way to get this done some other way.
He wouldn't have just taken his chips and gone home and cried about it.
But but look, I'm not trying to be disrespectful to the caller.
I'm I'm I try never to do that.
I just I don't get this.
It's a derivative of 1992.
I had people call here, rush, go ahead and let Clinton win.
Let him win.
And people find out.
That's the only way.
The media is not going to tell the truth.
We have to have people actually live this crap.
It's the only way they're going to figure it out.
Well, Clinton is a rock star in the Democrat.
Barack Obama got elected.
I don't see this working.
We have Obamacare that's the law of the land with a Republican Party that doesn't appear to be all that energized to do that much about it.
And we're on the verge here of having the immigration laws on the books count for nothing.
And we had an election based on the fact that people are opposed to all this, and it isn't stopping any of this stuff from happening.
Which is the bottom line to me.
This stuff has got to stop.
And federal elections are not by any way, shape, manner, or form, enough.
And certainly one of them isn't.
There are going to have to be many, many more of these.
I'm not even talking about John Roberts here because his point, the caller's point really is that Roberts, by not calling this thing unconstitutional, gave us this great gift.
Obamacare.
And now people see what it really is.
You see, my frustration stems from the fact that you didn't need John Roberts.
Not doing his duty.
All you had to do was listen to me.
All you had to do in any it's January of 2009.
No, and I'm not making it about me, but this is not.
This is it was not anything special or unique to be able to know what we were in store for.
It was out there to know.
It was out there to learn.
It was rejected.
And I just doesn't say anything wrong with liberalism.
I do.
That's why Fournier didn't think wrong with it because liberalism is great to him.
It's compassion, it's fairness.
It's the uninsured getting covered, and it's a cost curve being bent down, and it's the hungry being fed, and it's the thirsty being quenched, and uh it's conservatives getting beaten, and it's all kinds of cool things.
But I know everything I said was going to happen is happening.
Including the dev panels.
Everything I said.
You think is you think it's not frustrating?
Because it it didn't take anything special.
All it requires is a knowledge of liberalism and a willingness to admit what it is and who they are and what they do.
And you don't even have to believe it when somebody tells you the world is replete with examples of it, including our own country.
Anyway, we're we're we're pounding previous ground here because that gets us into the media's role in it, and I don't I don't want to rehash old territory.
But this idea that that we somehow really gain in ground here as our enemies implement their ideas escapes me.
I don't see them pulling that trick on us.
Let's let the conservatives win a little bit, and the people will find out just how extreme it is.
Let's let the conservatives win.
Let's let's have women find out how much they hate them, and let's let the conservatives win, and let's find out how much how much uh whatever.
The pro-lifers, how much they hate people.
Whatever.
I never see them using this trick.
I never hear them campaigning on it.
I never once hear anybody left say, you know what, let these Republicans win.
Ha ha!
Let the country see what a bunch of wackos they are.
Yeah, let him let the Republicans win and let them implement all this prosperity.
Let's see how much the American people hate it.
I never see that happening.
I don't know where it got started.
Probably Clinton, but I think it probably predates that.
Well, some of it may be trying to be optimistic, trying to see hopeful signs in in absolutely disastrous events.
And trying to turn chicken, whatever, into chicken salad.
I understand that.
Um anyway, I look, I gotta take a break, and I do have this stack of stuff, and there's little little things going on out there that while we're talking about all this big stuff, nobody sees.
You thought, you thought that I had forgotten it wasn't going to get to it, and you are wrong.
Yeah, yeah, it's funny.
The White House is uh say Gruber who?
Who, Gruber?
And Pelosi is out there, say I never heard of this guy.
He didn't write our bill.
I don't know who you're talking about.
And the uh we wouldn't have said it, and the White House is is is there distancing themselves from Gruber and so forth, and he was the architect.
I mean, they were bragging about the guy years ago.
Anyway from the stack of tiny little stuff out there that nobody will notice, but it matters.
Actually, a Port St. Lucy story first.
Port St. Lucy, Florida famous for citizens getting upset when McDonald's is out of chicken McNuggets, they go call 911 and ask for Obama.
Police say a uh a guy stole a chainsaw by sticking it down his pants.
Surveillance video from Treasure Coast Lawn Equipment.
Port St. Lucy shows the man putting the chainsaw worth more than $600 down his pants on October 28th.
The police uh told the newspaper that the guy had come in asking for a dollar's worth of change.
If the chainsaw could fit down his pants, what does that say?
Oh, the unemployment numbers out.
I forgot, yeah, you know that see how after the election nobody even reports it?
The unemployment number went up two tenths, 5.7 to 5.9.
But doesn't matter.
Everything's okay.
Recovery is hot and steady.
Uh Republican Party friends.
Time to stock up on the ramen noodles.
The average cost of attending college crept up again this year.
The average sticker price with room and board for undergraduate students attending a four-year college or university in their home state, $18,943.
Out of state, $32,000.
The cost to attend a private four-year nonprofit college, $42,000 on average.
For-profit screws cost about $15,000.
A U.S. Congressman says that hackers from China were able to breach computer systems operated by the National Weather Service and other climate-related programs.
They say that the ChICOM's able to hack them, but they were able to shut them down and they were able to isolate the data away from the Chicoms.
But the ChICOMs were able to access data that had to do with uh emergency evacuation plans and storm tracking software and so forth.
And so on.
Only a handful of people were able to speak on a proposal that could make the tiny Massachusetts town of Westminster the first in the nation to ban all sales of tobacco products when booze and shouts from the crowd shut down the public hearing on Wednesday night.
It was a backfire again in Massachusetts.
On a little bunch of libs showed up in this little town they wanted to totally ban tobacco, any kind anywhere, anytime, and a bunch of people showed up and booed the activists off the stage.
Federal officials granted protection to the Gunnison Sage Grouse on Wednesday, a move that could bring restrictions on oil and gas drilling and other activity in Colorado to preserve the Gunnison Sage Grouse's habitat in parts of Colorado and Utah.
Colorado Governor John Hickinlooper renewed the state's threat to sue to block the measures.
Utah officials were also critical.
These kind of things, they just a group is moving ahead in its effort to have officials in a city in upstate New York ban single-use plastic bags.
That's in Saratoga Springs.
I mean, the left is just on the march.
A New York State Assemblyman says sugary drinks should bear warning labels because of related health problems like obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.
You thought this was on the downside.
No, the left is still continuing to try to manipulate and control what you eat or drink.
A Connecticut Middle School principal's resigned amid questions about his role in making violent movies featuring scantily clad women.
His name was Mark Foley.
This guy gets around.
It is it is it's amazing.
And the Supreme Court is considering new laws and new limits on how states can assess income tax on money residents earn across state lines.
This is much needed.
You work in New York, you live in New Jersey or Connecticut, you get soaked.
You get soaked.
And so the Supreme Court is going to consider new limits on this.
Cat lovers in Northern California are excited about the opportunity of spending time with their cats at a new cat cafe in Oakland.
Cat Town Cafe giving dozens of visitors a chance to mingle with cats while sipping coffee and nibbling on cat-themed cookies.
Start selling veggie burgers.
And now they want people to be able to come in and have coffee and whatever with cats.
Not their own, just I guess this place has a cat problem, can't get rid of them.
So there you go.
Pelosi says she doesn't know who Jonathan Gruber is, but the Washington Post says that she touted his work in 2009.
