Okay, here we are back at it behind a golden EIB microphone at the Distinguished and Prestigious Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies.
Telephone number if you want to be on the program is 800-282-2882, the email address, El Rushbo at EIB net.com.
Okay, some of the other news that's out there and the audio sound bites are coming up.
There's a pure research center survey.
As Mexico president Enrique Peñanieto travels across California and declares America to be the other Mexico.
You know, this is a strange.
Have you seen the story today Al Qaeda has a magazine?
Al Qaeda has a magazine.
Time magazine losing subs, Newsweek out of business, U.S. news barely holding on, and Al Qaeda has a magazine.
Oh yeah, I know.
And in the latest issue of Al Qaeda today are targets in America.
Bomb targets.
Carb bombs.
They are laying out targets, they are making threats, and they are predicting all kinds of terror attacks, car bombs, in various parts of the country.
In a magazine.
And Obama's fundraising.
Or what have you.
And the Mexican president, Enrique Peña Nieto, traveling across California and talking about America as the other Mexico.
And while he's doing this, the Pew Research Survey has found that 60% of Mexicans.
60% disapprove of Peña Nieto on the economy.
And because of that, a plurality of Mexicans think life is better in America, and a third of the Mexican population says they would come here if they could.
In addition, the Pew survey found that two-thirds are dissatisfied with the way things are going in Mexico today.
Only 30% are satisfied.
But see, the people in Mexico who don't like it, they can come here.
Where do we go?
Where do we go when we don't like it?
Well, we can go to a different state, maybe.
Now we have to change it internally.
One third of the Mexican population would come in.
You think the Democrats aren't salivating over that possibility?
You better realize long and hard, if the Democrat Party could figure out a way to get one third of Mexico here as registered Democrat voters, they would do it, folks.
They do not care.
They obviously do not care.
The Democrat Party doesn't care about prosperity for the masses.
The Democrat Party doesn't care about wealth, the accumulation of wealth, growing economy for the masses.
The Democrat Party needs a permanent underclass of subservient, and that's key, subservient, dependent, low educated, low skilled people who are proficient at only one thing, and that's voting.
That's all the Democrats need.
They'll have their enclaves where they can be prosperous and they can accumulate wealth and they can live among each other, and they will do what they can to keep all of the rabble out.
They will not live amongst it.
They will not live next to or among all of these new arrivals that they profess to love and respect so much and whose human rights they think need to be protected and promoted.
They won't do a damn thing for them but take their votes and dispense meager welfare benefits to them.
In a related story from Reuters, U.S. authorities have agreed to stop pressuring undocumented immigrants in Southern California To sign off on their own deportations under a legal settlement that may later allow some deportees to return from Mexico to seek U.S. legal residency.
The deal was reached between the ACLU and federal officials.
It stems from a lawsuit brought last year on behalf of other immigration rights groups.
What is immigration rights?
What this is what immigration?
What right to immigrate does anybody have?
There is no such right.
That is a behavior permissible by American law.
There's no right to immigrate.
Because this story, as written by Reuters, requires translation.
This is a textbook example of how the left works.
The claim here, the claim that they are making on behalf of immigration rights groups.
The claim is that California coerced illegal aliens into signing voluntary deportation forms.
Oh, yes, don't you know?
The state of California tricked people.
The state of California tricked all of these innocent, unsuspecting jewels of humanity tricked them into signing their own deportation forms.
But now, thanks to a deal struck between the U.S. government and the ACLU, and I submit there's no difference in the two.
What this means, folks, is that now hundreds, maybe hundreds and thousands of illegal aliens are going to be allowed to come back to California after they were deported because they're going to claim they were tricked and deported illegally.
So in addition to the daily migration that is taking place.
We are now told that a hundred, well, hundreds of thousands of those previously deported can come back because they were tricked into leaving on their own.
That's what this at Reuters is overjoyed reporting this, I might add.
Reuters just they can barely contain their excitement.
All of the immigrants had strong grounds for being allowed to remain in the U.S. after entering illegally because of family ties and a lack of criminal history.
So Reuters say they had no bids being sent back.
They were tricked into signing their own deportation, but they were wonderful people.
And they should have been allowed to stay, even though they were here illegally.
They should have been allowed to stay because of family history, and none of them had any criminal history.
What does any of that matter?
They were here illegally.
Do you notice how that is simply ignored and looked past as though it's not even there?
Illegally doesn't matter.
So it's now racist and bigoted to engage in the honor system and obey the law.
Did you know that immigration judges are unionized?
Try this.
From the AP.
Immigration judges union wants independent court.
The federal immigration court system could be separated from the Department of Justice and operated independently of federal law enforcement.
Said the top two leaders of the immigration judges union yesterday.
Now, who knew that immigration judges even had a union?
I wonder what party these guys donate to.
Just kidding, we know who they donate to.
Judge Dana Leemarks, president of the National Association of Immigration Judges.
Seriously?
Unionized judges.
Judge Dana Leemarks, president, National Association of Immigration Judges said that immigration judges act as arbiters in deportation cases being argued by Homeland Security Department lawyers.
But judges also are treated as attorneys for the government.
And as such, this won't do.
So they need to be separated from the DOJ.
They need to be treated as their own department of judges.
Immigration judges.
And they should be given their own court.
They can't be, it's a conflict of interest to have these judges be in the Department of Yeah.
Conflict.
They see they can't ever be seen as being on the side of the U.S. government.
That'd be violating somebody's civil rights somewhere, obviously.
Okay.
Luis Gutierrez.
Luis Gutierrez for the past month has barely been able to contain himself, running around predicting Obama is going to grant amnesty to at least five million illegal immigrants already in the country by Labor Day, which is Monday.
He has been all over the place.
He's been smiling.
He's been giddy.
It's been Christmas morning every day for the past five weeks.
And he's been out there telling everyone, we got to get ready, we got to gear up, we gotta prepare for this, and he has been working with the Godfather.
And that would be Chicago mayor Ram Emanuel.
Rom and Luis Gutierrez are saying they want Chicago to be the model for immigrant benefits.
A model for immigrant benefits.
That word benefits is a pet peeve of mine.
It's a it's a red flag.
It's a warning sign.
I Obama talks about it all the time.
Obama talks when he's making speeches to groups of people, he always, not always, often references their benefits and how they should do what they had to to get their benefits.
As though benefits are an entitlement under themselves.
And it just because benefits, folks, are things paid for by other people.
Benefits is income redistribution.
Benefits is wealth transfers.
And benefits are spoken of as an entitlement.
And so now in the Hill.com, Chicago Democrats are hoping to make Chicago, which is close to being the murder capital of the country, the model for enrolling illegal immigrants into whatever new benefits the Obama regime might adopt.
Well, then why work?
Why even try to get a job if your sponsors are going to be engaged in setting up the best benefits program to see be seen in this country.
Luis Gutierrez was on uh Cavuto's show in Fox yesterday.
We have three sound bites.
Cavuto says, How is Obama gonna act, Luis?
What is he gonna do, Luis?
Here's what I believe is going to happen.
He's gonna say, God, uh, there's over six million undocumented workers that have been here ten years or more.
You're tight with the president, you're tight with the White House.
So I don't think you just say this stuff out of turn.
I mean, uh, White House that it is looking at granting six million illegals in do not tell your your viewing audience that I've heard this from the White House.
I have not heard this from the this is what I believe is going to happen.
This is what I'm betting is gonna happen.
Luis is backing off a little bit here.
I'm not kidding.
For the past month or so, if I would Luis has been making it sound like he's in tight with the regime, and that it's a fate accomplished, and it's five million minimum, and it is this weekend.
But now Luis says, well, wait a minute, do not tell your viewing audience that I've heard this in the White House.
I've not heard this in there.
This is what I believe is going to happen.
Cavuto says, Well, Luis, is this the president's power to do a loan?
This amnesty by executive authority.
He cannot, like a magic wand, grant it to five million people.
He can say things like, I'll give you a work permit for two years until the Congress of the United States finally decides to deal.
And then you'll pay your taxes, you'll work legally in the United States for a couple of years, and he can grant that for a couple of years to millions of people.
I think the president's gonna set a date.
Look, it's gonna be a date I don't know how many years.
It's gonna be a date.
I don't know how many years, but he's gonna let us stay here for two years.
So Once this is done, it's a fate accomplishment's amnesty, folks.
This is what they do not want anybody.
They don't want the word amnesty used.
Because they know that that poisons it.
And I know this because the sponsors have told me.
I have been to private dinners where they've they've tried to explain to me how it's not amnesty.
I'm talking about elected officials.
They've tried to tell me it's not amnesty.
And they said, if you call it amnesty, it's gonna kill it.
It's not amnesty.
We're here to tell you why it's not amnesty.
And they told me what Luis Gutierrez said, we're not granting him amnesty.
We're gonna give him a work permit.
There's some kind of thing here and uh they show the E card, but it's not amnesty.
Don't damn it say it's amnesty.
It is an amnesty.
You hear me?
It's not amnesty.
Well, it is but it is it.
And they go on and on and on trying to tell me it's not amnesty.
We're gonna work permits.
While Congress gets its act together.
No, no, no, no, no.
You see, this is where the Constitution to these people is just a bunch of suggestions, and it isn't.
The Constitution is the foundation of law.
One of them.
Anyway.
So their conversation continued because Luis said, I think the President's gonna set a date.
Look, it's gonna be a date, I don't know how many years, and they they join up stalking at the same time here.
Tell us when this event you don't know is going to happen, is going to happen.
Here's my hope.
It'll happen before the election.
Okay sometime in the next 45 days before the election, because I think there should be no political consideration or consequences consider.
We should do it because it's the right thing for America to do.
It's not the right thing for America.
What on what basis is it the right thing for America to do?
The only way you can say that is if somehow it's our responsibility the way everybody else in the world lives.
And if they have a subpar exist, it's our fault, and therefore the right thing for us to do is to make it up to them by letting them come here.
On what basis is it the right thing to do to grant amnesty?
On what basis is it the right thing to do to ignore the law.
But anyway, Luis is now backing off.
Now 45 days, now before the election, he didn't say with Cavuto it's gonna happen this weekend.
And we go back to the phones to Russell in Fremont, California.
Hi, Russell.
Welcome to the Rush Limbaugh program.
Hey, uh great to have you here.
Hey, thank you for taking my call.
Hey, you kind of stole a little bit of my thunder when you uh talked about what um president of Mexico said when he met with our moonbeam here, but that led leads right into the second part of it.
After he said that this is the other Mexico, he went on to say that there are other states that have not evolved as much as California has when it comes to the issues of immigrants read.
Well, you can read the immigrants however you want.
And then he went on to also say about those who are still discriminating and so forth.
I only have one thing to say for you.
The future will pretty much show you your ethical mistake.
Time will show we're right.
And I would encourage your listeners to read the transcript of what he said, because as goes California, goes the rest of the nation.
Well, wait a minute.
Most people aren't gonna do that.
Summarize what he said.
What what what he just say mean?
He's pretty much telling us the governors of these states that are opposing uh immigration reform, get your act together, follow what California's doing.
Let every let let people in and and uh you know, go with the flow.
Don't don't fight it.
Was there have his way?
Did he threaten anything?
Not so much threaten anything.
Um he just said that uh uh you can take out a couple words and but he there was to me there's hidden meaning there, pretty much when he says this is the other um Mexico, and when he said that um the umon, there is no other Mexico.
There's California which was stolen.
Well and they're gonna get it back.
That's and I you know I ran into that years ago in a um an election precinct, uh where I had said something about the ballot and this Hispanic gentleman.
I said, you know, I guess we took this from you in the battle.
You're pretty much gonna just overrun us.
And he kind of just smiled and nodded his.
Well, let me tell you something.
When when the Mexican president is not alarmed that one third of his population wants to leave, when w one-third, according to polling data, one third of the Mexican population wants to leave, and here's the Mexican president running around, essentially telling us, and you better take them.
So I think what we're talking about here for we're not talking about immigration.
There's something else going on.
Maybe it's called colonization.
But what I this is this is stunning to me.
Can you imagine?
Let us say, for example, that there were a poll in this country produced by the Pew Research Center for people of press.
And this poll clearly stated that one-third, 100 million Americans wanted to leave, wanted to go somewhere else.
What do you think the ramifications of that would be for the for the sitting regime for the current regime?
I think it's stunning.
The Mexican president, the Mexican government's in working with the U.S. government to facilitate this colonization is immigration.
You can see ads on the radio or TV in Mexico advising Mexican citizens how to get on the welfare rolls once they get here, food stamps and that stuff.
Hour and a half ago.
And it was a survey out of Rutgers.
It basically said that uh majority of Americans think the recession permanently damaged the U.S. economy.
Remember that.
Might have been two hours ago.
Might have been in the first hour of the program where if you weren't here, I apparently totally depressed everybody.
But I fixed it in the next hour, because I didn't intend to do that.
But there was an audio soundbite, uh polling did, I think it was Rutgers, and it's essentially that the uh sixty percent of the country thinks that the recession, which was Bush's, has permanently damaged the economy.
And it was just it was it was more evidence that nobody associates, or at least those people, 60 percent do not associate current economic circumstances with Obama, even after six years.
And here is a story from the Washington Examiner.
Budget crunchers now expect a permanently weaker economy.
According to budget crunchers in Congress, Congressional Budget Office, the economy's best days are behind it.
Now, this is absolute BS.
This is outrageous.
The Congressional Budget Office is now creating its budget projections using the assumptions that the economy will never grow as fast as it did in the years before the recession.
That is outrageous.
I'm telling you, this this is inexcusable for this kind of assumption to be made.
This is just it's so unnecessary and it's pessimistic thinking is probably pessimistic thinking with enthusiasm.
The CBO updated its fiscal projections on Wednesday, and they reflected its new gloomy view that the future of the U.S. economy is one of slower growth and lower productivity.
The only way that assumption comes anywhere near being factual is if there is wanton amnesty and never-ending illegal immigration.
Because if that if that happens, if if a country continues to be flooded with people with no skills and no education, who cannot speak the language, whose only means of eating and drinking is welfare.
Well, yeah.
Sadly to say, that's the vision of the Democrat Party.
Massive welfare, massive new welfare cases.
That's how we get to show how compassionate we are.
That's how they get to show how much they care.
That's how they get to demonstrate how big their hearts are.
That's the only way this assumption can be true.
Is if we're going to continue to flood this country with people that have no skills and no education and can't speak.
The language.
They have to eat.
I mean, what are we going to do?
Can I go into greater debt?
Can they have to have higher tax rates?
If that's true, and that's then why they're making this assumption.
But I don't think that's what they're doing.
I don't think they're even factoring that in.
I didn't, I just I think that's a bunch of pessimists that populate the government now.
And this kind of, you know, this kind of makes it official.
When the CBO, they're supposedly nonpartisan, oh yeah, they don't have any opinions.
You know that as CBO, they don't care what the end result is.
No, they're just independent, totally objective numbers crunchers.
Yeah, we could totally believe everything they say, Mr. Labor, epitome of fairness and equality.
Right.
And if that's the case, then it's official.
The smart guys are finally noting, noticing what the dumb guys have known since 2008, that with Obama, if we're going to keep on with Obama and with Democrats running the show, then yep, we're gonna have nothing but the best days of behind us.
That's another way this can happen.
Forget illegal immigration.
If the Democrat Party continues to run this country, if the Democrat Party's policies continue to run this country, then yeah, our best days are behind us.
But you see, my friend, that's it.
I think that's the plan.
That's what's distressing.
That's the plan.
That is the transformation of America that Obama has been talking about.
Here's a pull quote from the uh from the story.
The CBO scenario, slower growth and permanently lower interest rates, is consistent with the secular stagnation scenario outlined by former Obama economic advisor and Harvard professor Larry Summers,
who has argued that the U.S. economy may not be able to generate enough consumer demand for goods and services on its own without stimulus from the Federal Reserve or through federal spending.
Well, bingo, there you have the entire Obama economic agenda in the supposedly nonpartisan CBO.
That's it, folks.
Let me translate this for you for those of you who may not quite get what he said there.
The CBO is saying and agreeing with Larry Summers that the American population alone cannot consume enough, cannot earn enough, cannot produce enough to keep the economy growing on its own.
The only way economic growth can continue is if the federal government stimulates the economy like Obama did, and if the Federal Reserve stimulates by printing money.
Because you SAPs that make up the American population are just incompetent and incapable.
You just can't do it anymore.
Never taking into account that these very policies are destroying career type jobs.
There is no such thing as a stimulus.
It's mathematically impossible.
The federal government does not have a bunch of unused money sitting somewhere in a warehouse That they can then pump into the U.S. economy and have new production and consumption built around it or caused by it.
The federal government's in debt 17 trillion dollars.
So, as was the case with Obama's stimulus, and we'll round it up to an even one trillion dollars in 2009.
Everybody, all these guys, like Larry Summers and all of these supposedly brilliant people got really excited.
Oh, wow, we're gonna pump a trillion dollars in the economy.
We're gonna pump a trillion dollars in the privacy.
Oh man, shovel-ready jobs.
That new money, wow, you wait to see how the economy takes off.
That didn't happen.
And the reason is there wasn't a trillion dollars of new money that came from nowhere, which wasn't being used somewhere, and transferred to the private sector.
The federal government has to take that money from somewhere first.
And where do they get it?
They get it from taxpayers.
They they they print it, but they get it from the private sector.
So if they're gonna put, as they did, a trillion dollars into the economy to stimulate it, well, they had to first take the trillion dollars out.
Now, it's not that they went in and raised taxes immediately and got a trillion dollars and then put it right back.
It didn't work that way.
But they don't have any money.
There's no money laying around isn't being used.
It was a net zero.
It was a net wash.
All Obama did was redirect some already budgeted U.S. dollars or print some new ones and have them send somewhere, which is there was no foundation for it.
There wasn't any new money.
There was it was impossible, it's impossible to stimulate that way.
And it's been proven here.
If these stimuli worked, we should be in fat city.
And instead, what do we have after all of these Obama stimuluses, after all of this government work, after all of this quantitative easing, after all the bailouts, after what do we, what do we have today?
News that our best days economically are behind us.
That's BS.
That is absolute BS.
And furthermore, I think it's irresponsible for people in leadership to be talking this way.
This is what I'm trying to convey earlier.
We need somebody to speak the opposite of this.
We need somebody optimistic, inspiring.
We need to do have somebody that can show up and turn people loose.
Inspire them, getting going.
It's possible.
Everybody needs a boost.
Everybody need very few people are self-starters.
Everybody needs somebody pushing them.
Particularly in derelict situations like this, where people are throwing up their hands in frustration and some of them giving up.
This is just outrageous to say that after these guys lie to us and tell us all this stimulus is gonna be the answer to this horrible Bush economy.
This is the kind of stuff that really ticks me off, and this is a story ain't gonna get noticed out there, folks.
This story's it's in the uh Washington examiner.
But it's not gonna go any further than that.
It's just this is just the kind of thing that just frosts me.
All these supposedly brilliant people, smarter than you and me, all these economic wizards, and they tell us we got to get this economy going, man.
Bush destroyed it, oh yeah, Bush and it kind of is so horrible.
Stimulus here, stimulus there, quantitative easing here, bailout there, all of this stuff designed to save our economy, right?
And after six years of this crap, they tell us that our best days are behind us, and we had better get used to crap.
And this is what you get when you elect leaders who do not appreciate, understand, or agree with the concept of American exceptionalism is what you get when you elect people Who haven't the slightest understanding, respect for, or even curiosity about what it is that makes this country great.
Executing assigned host duties flawlessly, zero mistakes.
Now, I intended.
You talk about cutting edge of societal evolution.
Have you seen the story?
Soccer joined the growing legal debate over head injuries Wednesday after FIFA.
And some of the sports governing bodies in the U.S. were made the target of a lawsuit seeking new safety rules.
You know what it is?
Concussions.
I warned everybody, started a public interest group, keep our own kids safe.
We had PSAs and everything.
Doubting Thomas is called here about it.
And football was the big danger back then, but I said soccer at just as many concussions and that people didn't believe me.
And here it is, 20 years later.
But I didn't have time to get to it.
Too bad.
Do it tomorrow.
Just enough time to say thanks for being with us here today, folks, and we will be back tomorrow.
