Executing assigned host duties flawlessly, zero mistakes.
Your phone number, if you want to be on the program 800 282882, and on this doctor's reporting your gun life to quote unquote the authorities.
Yeah, it's been underway for a while.
And it got started, by the way, with doctors, pediatricians asking young children about guns in their house.
You remember that now when I bring this and and remember the outrage over this?
And I think it goes back, goes back to the 90s, but it was it was insidious.
It was it was brown shirt kind of stuff.
It was doctors talking to little Johnny and a little seven or eight-year-old Johnny doesn't know what's going on.
Hi, Johnny.
Have you ever seen your father while drinking Jack Daniels go grab a gun and perhaps clean it or load it?
Oh yeah, I get dad must have gun he got he got over there.
He's got guns under the bed.
Doctor's writing this all down.
Have you ever seen your dad fire his gun?
Oh my dad, my dad goes to that back porch.
He searched cans, doctor.
Yeah, I tried to practice.
Doctor writes it all down.
Do you ever feel frightened, little Johnny, when your child Oh no, my dad's teaching me how to use Doctor stops everything, gets on the phone to heck with writing this down and calls it in.
So there have been efforts made as a result of this to stop it.
People don't like this.
They undercut this.
The NRA somehow succeeded in getting limits on the uh things that doctors can ask and report to the authorities in Obamacare.
It's in there.
There are limits.
But there's a Washington Post story that was published back on December 30th.
Let me read you a bit of an excerpt.
Some public health advocates worried that the measure will hinder research and medical care are calling on the White House to amend the language that I just told you about as it prepares to launch a gun control initiative in January.
That means what happened today.
So back on December 30th, Washington Post runs a story asking or suggesting that public health advocates are worried that there will be now limits on what doctors can report.
And a call in the White House to amend the language in Obamacare to coincide with this new effort on gun control, which the Washington Post back in December 30th called what happened today gun control.
It no longer is gun control.
Now it's gun violence, not stopping gun violence.
Just like global warming used to be global warming.
Now it's climate change because there wasn't any warming.
So they changed it to climate change to handle any weird occurrence in the climate, be able to blame it on you.
Well, gun control, it is not working.
But gun violence, nobody's in favor of gun violence.
There's not a person in the world that wants more of it.
And so here comes the regime with 23 executive actions to reduce gun violence.
Yay!
And you got a bunch of little kids up there who are offered up as insurance policies.
I mean, who could deny the children?
Obama using them, the Democrats using them as human shields.
By the way, I'm told that MSNBC practically went insane over my categorization of the children today of the White House's human shields.
And what they said was insane.
This is, by the way, this is what?
Tone deaf insense.
This is exactly what I was talking about yesterday.
Just as an example, the the people at MSNBC didn't deal with the substance of what I said at all.
All they did was launch in a character assassination.
So as far as the people watching that network, I'm uh tone-deaf, insensitive, mean spirited, uh, heartless, cold, cruel, whatever, despicable, uh uh uh disrespectful to children.
Meanwhile, what was happening on this program while they were doing that, what was happening is that I was defending everybody else's kids against charges made by people on the left today that your kids aren't as important as Obama's.
It was I speaking up for your kids.
While over on MSNBC, they're trying to categorize me as some this is this is what they do.
Bottom line is we don't have to worry about this because Obama has done better than what the Washington Post asked back on December 30th.
The Washington Post on December 30th asked for language in Obamacare to amend it so that doctors would not have these limitations to what they could ask patients.
But Obama went even better.
He just said the language doesn't say what it says.
So there's no problem.
I've got it right here.
I've the whole the story that came out, Obama asks doctors to help deal with guns.
Right here it says doctors and uh other health care providers need to be able to ask about firearms in their patients' homes and safe storage of those firearms.
Some have incorrectly claimed that language in the Affordable Care Act prohibits doctors from asking their patients about guns and safety.
It doesn't.
It does, but Obama just said today doesn't say that.
This is the kind of stuff that is.
Well, it's what I was talking about in the first hour, asking these questions.
You know, pushing people to snap.
Obamacare says what it says, but he just said today it doesn't say that.
And he put out a release today to go along with his 23 executive actions.
Some are worried that the Affordable Care Act limits what doctors should say.
It doesn't.
Well, read it, it does, and they haven't amended it.
But of course, whatever Obama says is the end of the story, and there is no problem.
You guys watch Justified yet, and I've talked about that.
You don't watch Justified.
Oh.
Episode two of season four was last night, and I especially liked it because Nick Cersei returned.
Nick Cersei is the uh he's the grand poo-baugh of the Marshalls.
He uh plays the character art.
And they're doing something new on Justified this season.
They're no bad guy.
In each of the three previous seasons, there's always been a bad guy.
Last last year it was Robert Quarrels.
Before that, it was oh that great actress.
I'm having a middle block on her name.
Uh Margo, Margo Margo Margot.
Anyway, it was one of the greatest character portrayals from top to bottom I have ever seen of this uh matriarchal domineering mountain family running every crime family and crime in Harlan County.
Margot.
Oh, anyway, she was so she was the bad guy.
Then in the first season, there were a couple bad.
There's no bad guy in uh in this season.
They've they're taking a whole different way.
It's a it's a fascinating show.
But Nick Cersei was back as uh as the sheriff.
This reminds me, uh, ladies and gentlemen, this program that we were all eagerly anticipating this spring, all my babies' mamas on the oxygen network, it's not gonna air now.
Because a bunch of stuffed shirts, a bunch of prises, you know, a bunch of bunch of morality police.
Margot Martindale, that's her name.
Anyway, a bunch of morality police objected.
This is the story about the uh uh well-known rapper, Shauty Lowe.
He has 11 kids with 10 women.
He's 32 years old.
11 children with 10 women.
They were going to do a show following him around.
How does he manage all of this?
How does he provide for all of these family members?
He lives in Atlanta.
And they were going to run around and do a one-hour special and hopefully become a reality series.
And then the morality police, the old Fuddy Duddy's got in gear, and as is the case, here we had uh a program that was simply gonna say what it is in terms of this lifestyle, just gonna tell everybody what it is.
And is it any wonder?
Star of a show happens to be black and has the show pulled out from under him.
Well, I know none of those kids are more important than the presence kids, but they're important to Shody.
These kids may not be more important to the presence kids, but they're important to Shawdy and their ten mothers.
The one hour special has been canceled, said Rashad Robinson of Color of Change.org.
It's an online civil rights organization that collected more than 40,000 signatures on a petition objecting to the show's content.
See, America just doesn't have the guts to face up to what it's become.
America doesn't want to look at itself in the mirror.
America doesn't have the guts to see what it has forced on the minority community in this country.
That's right, it's all it took 40,000 people.
After multiple conversations with Oxygen Media Executive, by the way, Oxygen owned by NBC.
Did you know that?
Did you care?
Neither.
The company informed us, this is uh this is uh uh the the group here, Color of Change Company informed us via email that a decision was made to cancel all my babies mamas late this afternoon.
We thank Oxygen Media for taking this important step.
The tremendous response from over 40,000 of our members, coupled with national outrage from black folks, sent a clear message that exploitative television shows like All My Baby's Mamas are unacceptable.
The airing of a reality show like All My Baby's Mamas would have reinforced many of the stereotypes about black men and women that have power to influence public policy.
Research shows that exploiting persistent racial stereotypes that marginalize black Americans have real world consequences.
Um I thought it was cool to be a single father.
I thought that we were in the process of modernizing and redefining the family unit.
I thought the family unit, the old mom and dad, the 2.8 kids, a dog and a white picket fence was out of style, old-fashioned, quaint, and exclusionary, because not everybody can have 2.8 kids, not everybody can have a house, not everybody can have a dog, not everybody can live in a house with a picket fence.
This is not fair.
So we were going to expand the definition of a family to include whatever people wanted it to be.
Shody just sharing the love, shoddy just sharing all of his love with uh ten women and eleven babies.
It was a show of love and devotion, how shoddy provides for him.
It's been ripped right out from under him.
Who says that I mean who says that this is a marginalized existence?
Well, I haven't heard how the family's taking this.
I mean, we'll this is here's another thing.
You have to think that the people that were working on this show were gonna be in for a fairly decent financial score, and now nothing.
How much of the money do you think has been spent of the money they thought they were gonna get?
Well, this is a tragedy.
It's a tragedy for Shawdy, it's a tragedy for the eleven kids, it's a tragedy for the ten moms.
It's a tragedy for oxygen.
It's a tragedy for cable TV, it's a tragedy for the new definition of the family.
It's just uh own my pick uh Oprah's uh network my pick.
Well, they might, you know, they might, because you know, the Lance Armstrong interview, that's just one, that's just one show.
I just uh well, two episodes now, three hours, and what do they do after that?
Oxygen released a short statement.
As part of our development process, we have reviewed casting, and we've decided not to move forward with the special All My Baby's Mamas.
we will continue to develop compelling content that resonates with our young female viewers and drives the cultural conversation.
So see, it's women, war on women who knew that MBC was involved.
There's a program tailored to women.
Ten moms, eleven kids.
Shawdy was just the vehicle.
It was always going to be about the moms and the women and the kids.
Now nothing.
Well, he was more than a sperm donor.
I mean, Shawdy is a former uh drug dealer, that's where he made his money as a rapper now.
Uh he lives in a mansion.
I I don't know if he knows Jay-Z.
I uh I imagine he does.
Well, I don't I don't I don't know.
I uh if well, no, not I don't think Obama drinks champagne with him now.
He just had a show canceled.
If the show was on the air and shoddy became a big star.
But essentially say here, but we we can't reinforce these stereotypes.
That would be uh too dangerous.
We can't.
It's uh so it's uh I guess too late to be concerned here about the stereotype.
Yeah, he does.
He gets a tax hike.
That's it.
All he gets out of this is a tax increase.
Shawdy low.
It's see how fleeting fame is.
One minute, you and your eleven kids and ten wives, mothers, mothers, I don't think there's a wife among them, actually.
Which, hey, new family, who are you to judge?
Uh they were on the cusp here of TMZ being on the front yard every day, and eentertainment network correspondence being there, and you know, the Kardashians may be making a visit, the American Dream.
It was right there, just right there.
See why these people hate America?
You see why they don't like their country?
Being teased this way.
What are we becoming here?
Rush Limbaugh and uh the Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies meeting and surpassing all audience expectations.
Every day.
This is Matthew in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Nice to have you, sir.
Thank you for calling.
Hey, Rash, great to talk to you.
Um really disappointing to hear about the baby mama show.
Yeah, it is.
It's uh uh we're all looking forward to it.
Yeah, I'm sorry, here's not gonna be.
Well, we'll we're gonna learn a lot.
I think I think what the the real thing here is that uh somebody decided that we just we really don't want this scene.
Uh because we don't want any opposition to what's going on here.
I think that's really what's behind this.
It sounds like good watching anyways, but uh let me tell you some more people have signed a petition to deport Piers Morgan than signed a petition to get rid of this show, and Piers Morgan is still here.
So it's not about that.
Don't doubt me.
By the way, did you you know Piers Morgan's had Alex Jones on there the other night?
And it turned Alex Jones had the Obama phone lady on his show.
And and he changed her mind about voting for Obama.
So maybe you ought to ask him about getting to the low information voters.
Well, I th let me tell you something.
I think there's there's this this is gonna be happening more and more.
I've got a story here.
I found this at hot air.
The state of Missouri, my home state, is gonna start taxing violent video games.
In Oklahoma, legislator William Four Killer, and that's really his name, F-O-U-R-Killer, William Four Killer introduced a bill that it appears the Missouri legislation uses a fair amount of that language.
A violent video game in the Missouri bill is defined as a video or computer game that has received a rating from the entertainment software rating board of teen, mature or adult only.
Um I'll give you the details after your phone call, but but there are they're they're going to start taxing video games.
Now, that is the Obama demographic.
That's there there's gonna be a lot of people waking up.
But anyway, I don't want to step on any more your call time.
What was you called about?
Well, when I was calling about you were talking about uh, you know, basically what they want to do is start deputizing doctors and and things like that.
And uh I could tell you, uh you know, you're absolutely right that uh you know they they did start uh when I would remember as a medical school, that's one of the things that they wanted us to ask.
At least as a um uh ER doctor.
And I I know that that's one thing they taught as examination as a child, they wanted us to ask um the parents, do you have any guns in the house?
Right.
You know, I'm from Idaho and I went to school, medical school in California.
I remember I brought up the fact that you know most people are gonna say that's none of your business.
And I remember how to do that.
Right, but you don't want to be in that position.
You don't want to be in that position anyway, do you?
Most doctors would not absolutely the only time I would ever ever want to know, and this is we could you know, this is already part of the law.
I mean I ever want to know if someone had guns in the house is if someone comes in there suicidal, and the only reason I'd want to know is not to take it away, but no, if they had a specific plan to kill themselves, they're gonna go home and use that gun.
And you know, that's something that's been we've been doing for years.
Yeah, but that's that's that's yeah, exactly.
You've been doing that for years.
You you don't want to spy.
Doctors do not want to be turned into spies, particularly on innocent people.
That's not what you go into into into into medicine for.
And but it's coming.
The regime's own health care bill limits it, but Obama said today, that language isn't in there.
Don't worry about it.
You doctors can do whatever data collection we want you to do.
So they're gonna step it up.
Okay, here are the details on taxing video games in Missouri.
Legislation was filed in Missouri yesterday that would levy upon the sale of all violent video games and excise tax based on the gross receipts or gross proceeds of each sale at a rate of one percent.
Now, this is similar to legislation offered in Oklahoma last year by legislator William Ford killer.
A violent video game in the Missouri bill is defined as a video or computer game that's received a rating from the entertainment software rating board of teen mature or adult only.
Now, what this is in the state of Missouri taxing violent video games is taxing certain speech.
It is singling out aspects of video games that would be violent, uh speech and and portrayal for special taxation.
The constitutionality of this, highly questionable.
If they're going to do this, are they gonna start taxing violent movies, violent music, violent books, comics, art, television.
Where does this stop?
Now who do you think what do you think?
What kind of people do you think are behind this?
Of course, all this is done under the umbrella of child safety.
We must protect our children.
So it's obviously people on the left who want to do this, and the objective is raising taxes.
That's the objective.
All this other social stuff is a bunch of silly phony baloney plastic banana good time rock and roller.
But you start taxing video games, and you are getting to the heart of the left-wing high tech.
There's a lot of gamers, folks.
A lot of gamers in the tech community that vote Democrat left and right.
High tech, low tech, middle tech people that do nothing but game all day.
And you start raising their tests.
See, these are the people that sit around and applaud tax increases on the rich.
And these are the people that believe Obama when he tells them that they're never gonna get a tax increase.
And these are the people who think Obama is on their side.
These are the kind of people think Obama is cool and hip like they are.
Now it's a state tax, this is not Obama, but I'm telling you.
As this kind of thing ratchets up, you're going to have, I think, more people become more aware, like I call her yesterday, who admitted to being a low information voter, and she explained why.
And she told us for the longest time I thought Benghazi was a guy who killed some people in Libya.
Because I watch local news, she said, and they give us a minute and twelve seconds on it, and then they'd throw it to a story on dead puppies found on I 95.
She just didn't know.
She watched local news only.
She didn't watch anything else.
She low information.
She called because she thought I was making fun of them.
I corrected her on that.
Wasn't making fun of them.
I wasn't trying to find ways to reach them.
And there are going to be more and more people wake up like this.
What did Obama do today?
It is the video game tax, all these other things.
It's all it's all an exploitation of a very tragic and sad event.
In this case it's Sandy Hook.
It could be a hurricane, it could be, but but it's Sandy Hook this is the starting point for this.
And it's simply the excuse for the left to do everything they can to implement more and more of their nirvana or utopian agenda like health care was, Obamacare was.
And I want to remind you, I want to tell you one more time what's driving all this.
And I mean this, again, from the bottom of my heart.
The people, you got Biden up there and Obama today.
It could be John Kerry, Harry Reid the next, or Nancy Pelosi.
But whatever, the Democrats, and they're all up talking about things we must do to make our country safer, our children for adults.
So we must do this to protect people from the rich.
Whatever.
It's all rooted in the exact opposite of the way they want you to think of.
They want you to think of them as loving you, understanding you, protecting you, relating to you on your side.
You're the little guy and they're looking out for you.
The truth of the matter is that these elitist leftists who want to control every aspect or as much of life as they can do so because and precisely because they have no faith in you.
See, I you you you look at a guy like Ronald Reagan, uh, or look at any conservative, any conservative, I'll use myself.
When I look out across the country, I make an assumption that we are populated by a country where the majority of the people are decent and good and trustworthy, you can count on them, they're reliable, and when they're needed, they'll show up.
We look at the people of this country optimistically.
We look at our future optimistically.
We look and see a country of people who can take care of themselves and who want to, who are self-reliant, who want to be self-reliant, maybe in some cases even rugged individualists.
We don't see anything wrong with that.
The one thing we don't do is look out across this country and see a majority of people that we look at with contempt.
We do not think the majority of people in this country are predisposed to evil or bad behavior or rotten behavior.
We don't look at the majority of these people having to be controlled.
We don't look out over the country and see a bunch of incompetence and ineptitude.
We don't look and See a country filled with people who don't know what's best for them.
We do not see a population that is incapable of doing the right thing.
Quite the opposite.
The left, however, people like the president and other Democrats look out over the country and they don't trust the inherence of the inherent goodness of people.
Quite the opposite.
Why would they have all this legislation to control as much behavior as possible?
They don't trust you to do the right thing.
They don't think you're very smart.
They don't think you're capable of becoming very smart.
They don't think you're capable of becoming very educated.
They don't think that you're wise enough to make the correct decisions that they think you should make.
In raising your kids, in taking care of yourself, running your own life.
They have to do it for you.
And they approach you in this effort by making you think that they have great compassion for you and love and caring and that they only want the best for you.
And I would simply ask you to look at every group of people who accepts that behavior, every group of people that vote for them, take a look at how their lives are.
The people who have turned their lives over to the Democrat Party or to liberalism.
People who have bought the notion that the government will take better care of them than they can take care of themselves.
Look at how they live.
They're not happy, for one thing.
They're not in control of their own lives.
They don't have any self-confidence.
They don't have a self-love or self-respect.
And they are those are the people we look when we look over the country when we do see people in trouble.
We see people who have turned their lives over to Democrats, who have become dependent on government, who have thrown themselves away, essentially.
And it breaks our heart.
It crushes us.
And we want to reach out and fix it.
And we want to reach out, teach people that they're better than they think they are, that they can do more than they think they are.
They can be more than they think they can be, that they are far more competent and far more capable than they think they are, than they've been told.
We reach out, we want people to know we have faith in them.
We we do see the goodness in them, we do see the decency in them.
And we want all of that to surface.
We don't look out over this country and see every aspect of it.
We want to control.
We're not into controlling anybody.
We like freedom.
We believe in free will.
We think that you are the best steward of yourself and your self-interests, not some faceless, distant capital that claims to care about you more than you do or than we do,
that claims to have your best interest in art, because I'm telling you the truth is, when they look out over this country, they look at people with a with a contempt and an arrogance and a condescension that says those people can't get through the day without me.
Those people can't get their kids to school and keep them safe without me writing laws about other people and their guns.
You don't know and don't have what it takes to take care of yourself.
They have to do it for you.
And they want to do it.
They want to control your life.
They want that power over you.
We conservatives don't.
We want the greatest country we can have.
We want the greatest best place to live in this world.
We want a place where people can be whoever and whatever they want.
We want to get as many obstacles out of people's way as possible, not put obstacles in your way.
And that's what's happening.
Everything that happened today, twenty-three executive actions.
A big summary of all this new gun legislation.
Why?
Because you don't have the sense to protect yourself.
You don't have the sense to protect your kids.
Now we're not going to let you protect your kids the way the president protects his because his kids are more important than yours, and you'd better understand that right off the bat.
But we still are going to look out for you because you simply can't.
That's what all this means.
Practically every piece of legislation that comes from the Democrat Party is rooted in your inability to run your own life.
And that comes from their looking at you and seeing incompetence and inability.
You have no wisdom, you don't know how to make the proper judgments in life.
The way to understand this is to understand that they don't love you.
You are to be used to advance their power.
You're an experiment to prove that they know better than you do how to live your life.
There's no other reason to want to enact all of these controls on people's lives.
There's no other reason who want to take this kind of freedom away from people.
And that reason is simply power for themselves.
Rooted in their sincere belief that you don't have what it takes to get through life.
Without all kinds of problems being caused that you don't know how to fix.
We've got to take a break.
Sit tight.
We're coming right back with much more.
Don't go away.
you you Talent on loan from God.
Rush Limbaugh, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have.
No sooner do I finish that very smart monologue that I did all on my own mere moments ago than we get this story from the weekly standard.
Janet Napolitano, big sis, the head of the Department of Homeland Security, released a statement today after the Obama Biden appearance at the White House on guns, saying that she is proud to support the regime's efforts to combat gun violence in our country.
And she wants to expand and formalize coordination on gun control efforts.
Now I'm not surprised.
Don't misunderstand.
I just think it's a godsend that the timing.
Control is exactly what this is.
They're trying to change the name gun control to stopping gun violence.
Control is what this is about.
Guns and every other aspect of your life that they think they can get away with.
And they're they're they're trying to bite off a huge chunk of your life today that they want to control.
And Napolitano simply, hey, we'll work with you, bud.
Do everything we can here to expand our coordination in control efforts.
Everything you want to do to control people this country, to make sure they don't do bad stuff, which is their natural inclination.
The left does not believe in the inherent decency and goodness of people.
The exact opposite.
Here is Les San Diego.
Glad you called, sir.
Welcome to the program.
Les are you there?
Yeah, I sure am.
Yeah.
Excuse me.
Well.
Les, we're on.
You're you're you're up.
Oh, great.
Hey, I would appreciate uh thank you for taking my call.
You better get that.
And I just have um a couple things to say about the gun issue.
And primarily that it's uh along with the statistics of how many guns and gun deaths in this country compared to other countries of the world.
I have to uh come to the conclusion that if you are for guns or not, or if you're against the um the gun laws that are being written now, you are responsible for all these deaths.
Everybody, anybody who's against um, you know what I think happened.
I don't think you are ready to go on the air, Les.
I think we caught you in the middle of something.
Is your secretary in the room with you?
Uh no.
Okay.
Um, I just had to get my my thoughts straight.
Yeah, I know.
We caught you in the caught you in the middle.
I didn't mean to interrupt, but I think what what you're saying is that what they're trying to do is position anybody who opposes them in the expansion of all these laws as responsible for like what happened at Sandy House.
I believe that is the cr is the truth.
And they're trying to guilt trip everybody.
Oh, absolut I'm saying that myself.
That's my assumption that that if you are not for a banning assault weapons, you are responsible for the death.
Oh, that's you saying that.
Oh, that is me, yes.
Oh, that's what you think.
That is what I know.
So we pulled the trigger.
Yeah, yeah, you in essence, yes.
Really?
Yeah, correct.
You are Les, I'm gonna let you get back to what you were doing.
It obviously a little you you need to get back to that.
Uh Les uh obviously uh far more productive doing what you were doing.
I appreciate the uh the call.
You know, folks, sometimes less is more and sometimes less is less.
You never know until you get into it.
I want to after the break here top of the hour, I want to I want to raise a possibility.
I want to ask after setting the table, if there might not be a geographical component to the crisis mentality this country finds itself in after an event,
