Collected thus far, I am filing a criminal information charging Tyler James Robinson, age 22, with the following crimes.
Count one, aggravated murder, a capital offense for intentionally or knowingly causing the death of Charlie Kirk under circumstances that created a great risk of death to others.
Count two, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, a first degree felony.
The state is further alleging aggravating factors on counts one and two, because the defendant is believed believed to have targeted Charlie Kirk based on Charlie Kirk's political expression, and did so knowing that children were present and would witness the homicide.
The state is also charging defendant with count three, obstruction of justice, a second degree felony for moving and concealing the rifle used in the shooting.
Count four, obstruction of justice, a third-degree second degree felony for disposing the clothing he wore during the shooting.
Count five, witness tampering, a third-degree felony for the main counts.
So the aggravated, the aggravated murder charge, uh including in front of children, I'd say that's one of the first times I'm I'm confronting that as a charge, and I guess that that is what justifies the aggravated circumstances that would permit the death penalty,
which you should know in the state of Utah, is actually by um by firing squad, but it's often uh been uh um it's often been substituted and done by lethal injection.
Um given the psychological issues possibly involved, possibly involved.
But we'll have to see how this proceeds.
As we get into the evidence that he outlined today, it's really pretty straightforward and pretty strong.
Of course, when a good prosecutor like Mr. Gray gets a chance to state the facts, of course, of course the man sounds guilty.
Um if you get a chance as a prosecutor to state the facts and the person doesn't sound guilty, give up the case.
So let's uh let's see if we can get to the point where he's explaining what happened.
I found particularly in interesting uh and significant, I should say more than interesting, the interchange between him uh and his uh girlfriend, uh boyfriend.
I'm sorry.
I don't I I don't get offended if I get confused.
And if you do, it's your fault.
Uh, because it is confusing.
Inherently.
In its very nature, it's confusing that a person who has the body of a man wants to have a body of a woman.
That's a confusing thing.
And um, I think many of the problems we have today may come from the fact that we try to force it as some kind of a normal behavior, so that people don't feel bad.
That would be like uh forcing uh any other illness to make you disregard it so you don't feel bad, and then uh we don't take care of it and you die of it.
Uh I don't know if you get the analogy, but I do.
So let's go to uh let's go to the whatever else we have of his explanation, and then I'll fill in the parts we don't have, because I remember it quite well.
Agreed.
Robinson's mother explained that over the last year or so, Robinson had become more political and had started to Lean more to the left, becoming more pro-gay and trans rights oriented.
She stated that Robinson began to date his roommate, a biological male who was transitioning genders.
This resulted in several discussions with family members, but especially between Robinson and his father, who have very different political views.
In one conversation before the shooting, Robinson mentioned that Charlie Kirk would be holding an event at UBU, which Robert Robinson said was a stupid venue for the event.
Robinson accused Kirk of spreading hate.
Robinson's father reported that when his wife showed him the surveillance image of the suspected shooter in the news, he agreed that it looked like their son.
Quite a story, huh?
Now, there also was an interchange by text.
I don't know if it was what, I don't know what he is alleged to use Discord and Reddit.
Whether he was using it on this occasion or not, I don't know.
But apparently after the shooting and before he uh went to see his friend or his father, he texted his lover.
And there was uh, and in essence, it's one of at least two, if not three confessions that he made.
And these are confessions that are in many ways considerably more powerful than confessions made to law enforcement, because they are confessions, much like Hunter Biden's statement that he gave half the money to his father, which uh for 30 years, which has been suppressed, so that you don't get to see it here or find out about it or understand the significance of it.
Those, as I've explained to you numerous times about that.
Why are these considered more reliable than a confession to the police?
Because there's always uh the argument, although I think overused, that the police can coerce you into a confession.
There also is the strange phenomenon of people confessing to crimes they didn't commit, which is another whole thing.
But they do that with the police.
They don't go around saying that to their girlfriend and their father and their son and their brother and their kid.
So when you get a confession that is spontaneous, no one's asking him to confess.
He's volunteering to his...
What the hell do I call this guy, Ted?
This uh the the lover.
A biological, a biological male.
The prosecutor referred to him as a pro as a biological male.
He's a biological male because he hasn't had any biological change, and he's gone through the false uh uh mentally ill change of thinking he's female when he's actually male, much like if I'm Rudy Giuliani and I go around thinking I'm George Washington.
Get it?
Okay.
I I I wish all of the lefties that have destroyed so many lives would get that.
Because you're continuing to do it and you're getting more abusive about it.
But in any event, uh do we have uh Mr. Gray describing the interchange between uh the defendant now and his lover?
Yeah, we're we're pulling that up as we speak.
We have the inner we have the text of the interchange up, and I'm happy to read those to you.
We have them up on screen here.
No, we can we can we we can have him do that uh j just a little bit later.
That's okay.
But you have you have to understand that, see if we can get them up.
Uh there's a lot, there's a lot of uh of um there's a lot to finding out just how groomed he was.
Because when his father says that over the course of a year or whatever it was, he changed from what appeared to be uh kind of uh I don't know if he was a conservative, but he changed from being uh kind of a normal in the middle kind of person to being a very zealot uh uh defender of gay uh of um and particularly of trans rights.
Uh that's a big switch, right?
It's a very, very big switch.
And it appears as if it did not happen uh spontaneously or because he was reading books.
Uh it does appear that it happened for two reasons, um, maybe connected.
One is uh tremendous amount of time spent on the internet, particularly on sites like uh uh Reddit and uh uh and um and I think Reddit is the one that's given more of emphasis for this purpose.
Now it is well known that on these sites, and Reddit's not the only one.
There's a tremendous amount of grooming that goes on.
And mayor of all different kinds, including you know, young children who they're trying to take as for human trafficking, uh can't candidates for gender change, um, among other things.
Gender change is a big business, a crooked, disgusting big business.
Never ever discount the effect of money when we start to get to high-level crime.
Some time ago, uh crooked doctors and and the rather large number of crooked people in the pharmaceutical medical industry.
We found out it's overwhelmed with them, haven't we?
Uh they they um they figured out that if a kid if a kid expresses the slightest little doubt and says uh like possibly this um boy did who wants to become a girl, and said something like, I think I want to become a girl.
Uh, don't let her go.
That's 400 grand.
I look at her as a human being, confused, mentally ill, in need of help.
They look at it as four to five hundred half a million dollars.
Boom.
In the bank.
No worry with Medicare, Medicaid, no worry with the insurance company.
Four or five hundred grand right in the bank.
And hormones, treatment.
Hmm.
Maybe then later, when she wants to change back and she commits suicide, you can take care of her before the suicide.
And we have the text that we have an idea of what I think of them, right?
So now let's listen to, let's listen to the interchange with uh with the girl with the girlfriend who has apparently cooperated 100% with law enforcement, and that is to uh to his credit.
The following exchange, text exchange then took place.
After reading the note, the roommate responded, what you're joking, right, Robinson.
I am still okay, my love, but I'm stuck in Orem for a little while longer yet.
Shouldn't be long until I can come home, but I gotta grab my rifle still.
To be honest, I had hoped to keep this secret till I died of old age.
I am sorry to involve you.
Roommate.
You weren't the one who did it, right?
Robinson, I am I am, I'm sorry.
Roommate.
I thought they caught the person, Robinson.
No, they grabbed some crazy old dude, then interrogated someone in similar clothing.
I had planned to grab my rifle from my drop point shortly after, but most of that side of town got locked down.
It's quiet almost enough to get out, but there's one vehicle lingering.
Roommate, why?
Robinson, why did I do it?
Roommate, yeah.
Robinson, I had enough of his hatred.
Some hate can't be negotiated out.
If I am able to grab my rifle unseen, I will have left no evidence.
Going to attempt to retrieve it again.
Hopefully they have moved on.
I haven't seen anything about them finding it.
Roommate.
How long have you been planning this?
Robinson?
A bit over a week, I believe.
I can get close to it, but there is a squad car parked right by it.
I think they already swept that spot, but I don't want to chance it.
Robinson again.
I'm wishing I had circled back and grabbed it as soon as I got to my vehicle.
I'm worried what my old man would do if I didn't bring back grandpa's rifle.
IDEK, if it's had a serial number, but it wouldn't trace to me.
I worry about Prince.
I had to leave it in a bush where I changed outfits, didn't have the ability or time to bring it with.
I might have to abandon it and hope they don't find Prince.
How the F will I explain losing it to my old man?
Only thing I left was the rapple, was the rifle wrapped in a towel.
Remember how I was engraving bullets?
The F and messages are mostly a big meme.
If I see notice bulge UWU on Fox New, I might have a stroke all right.
I'm gonna have to leave it.
That really F and sucks.
Judging from today, I'd say grandpa's gun does just fine IDK.
I think that was a two thousand uh a 2K dollar scope.
Wink wink.
Um Robinson, Robinson again, delete this exchange.
Again, Robinson, my dad wants photos of the rifle.
He says grandpa wants to know who has what.
The feds released a photo of the rifle, and it is very unique.
He's calling me RN, not answering Robinson.
Since Trump got into office, my dad has been pretty diehard MAGA.
Robinson, I'm gonna turn myself in willingly.
One of my neighbors here is a deputy for the sheriff.
Again, you are all I worry about love.
That came from Robinson, roommate.
I'm much more worried about you, Robinson.
Don't talk to the media, please.
Don't take any interviews or make any comments.
If any police ask you questions, ask for a lawyer and stay silent.
That is wrenching.
I I feel for Mr. Gray, having been in his position any number of times and reviewing cases, and there are there are there are there are some that you feel great uh satisfaction in pro in prosecuting.
Uh and there are some that are just wrenching.
Because they didn't have to be.
In every word that he read, you can see this didn't have to be.
This didn't have to happen.
This was created by the age that we live in and the country that we live in.
And the darkness that has come over this land.
Since the left wing has made attempts to complete their Marxist takeover, not only of our government, but of our morals, our culture, our sexuality, our way of thinking.
It was inevitable.
We didn't have our guard up against it.
But they've taken control of the minds of innumerable numbers of our young people.
Uh this uh could have happened online.
This could have happened with a girlfriend.
It could have happened with a boyfriend, or it could have happened with associates of of both, but it happened.
Um it became the reason that we've lost uh uh uh an exceptional and irreplaceable American.
So this leaves now a question of uh were there eaters and abettors.
Uh the lover is in a uh Is in a position where there is a good deal of evidence suggesting that the lover didn't know about it.
And appears to be, and he appears to be dealing with her from the point of view of he's uh breaking this to her for the first time, including her asking when did this first come up, which he explains with a week ago.
Um it it it it would give the um impression uh that there was um that there was no discussion of this or earlier.
Then you get a little exception to that when you hear him talking about remember the bullets that we inscribed.
I think I think I heard that, didn't I, Ted?
Yeah.
So uh why would they inscribe bullets?
Do you sit around inscribing bullets with your boyfriend or girlfriend?
I sure as hell don't.
See, the mind of a prosecutor working all the time.
Inscribe bullets.
Hmm.
Not not so uh not so fast.
Um he did think he could uh uh trust in her to keep his secret.
I don't know what that suggests other than bad judgment, because he couldn't.
Uh she apparently spilled everything to the authorities.
Uh whether she did it before, well, no, I uh uh they had her before him.
So they had him before him.
Because the minute you have her and the text that we're looking at, the rest of it almost doesn't matter.
Um when we talk about the family turning him in and the family, you know, virtually supplying the confession, and the they really didn't have much of a choice.
Uh once once the uh police and the FBI were in possession of her, uh her uh online record.
He was uh as they as they say in cynical uh homicide uh detectives' offices and prosecutors' office, he was dead meat.
Uh they had him cold.
Uh if they didn't have him with the surveillance, the DNA, the fingerprints.
I don't know, you could only prove the case 40 different ways.
Uh his eventual confession and the father offering it, um, can be looked at in many different ways.
And it's gonna depend on how uh maybe how the facts shake out or how cynical or accepting you are of it.
Uh the other person who's out there to try to be figured out is George Zinn.
George Zinn, you'll remember from the first day is the person who was arrested originally, and he he was uh we couldn't tell on the first day we we knew he was yelling and creating a commotion.
Um and he was arrested, I think, as the first person of interest.
But uh George Zinn, there is the suspicion, just suspicion, that George Zinn uh was not doing this just gratuitously, but that George Zinn was doing this to create a a uh uh uh kind of uh distraction.
Now, I don't know what evidence there is of that.
I don't know if that's correct.
I do know it's a hypothesis that has to be looked at.
So do we do we have any remaining uh video of him?
We we have uh yep, we just gotta pull it up from a couple days ago.
And we should we should we should say that George Zinn apparently is ubiquitous in in Phoenix, huh?
Yep.
We have two we have two pictures.
And is it is it is it correct that I have a picture with him?
You do.
I just need two seconds to pull it.
Well, I assure you I'll give you my testimony without taking the Fifth Amendment.
I don't remember it, but you should also tell you I mean thousands of people want to get pictures.
Yes, Dr. Maria reminds me I take pictures with thousands of people.
Who knows?
It's probably been worse than George Zinn.
So what we have here, we're about to show you is um we just have we have a late ad in there, Jason, just now.
This is the video of George Zinn being uh apprehend, you know, being taken into custody moments after.
This is just moments after the shooting, and uh Mr. Zinn can be heard in the video uh telling officers to shoot him.
He's repeating shoot him.
Shoot me, shoot me.
Uh we'll play that video here if it's ready.
Shoot me!
Shoot me!
Was that shooting?
We don't know if it's him or not.
Well, I mean, don't you have to be pretty much out of your mind to tell people to shoot you after something like that?
Somebody might just do it.
And maybe I mean, you know, if you really want to stretch it, Mayor, I had a lot of questions about it because part of me thinks, what if they did shoot him?
He's dead.
Maybe he was meant to be killed that day, and that may have been.
I don't think it would have worked, though, because he was close, he was he was way too close.
He was way too close to Charlie for him to be the shooter.
So once they did the autopsy or the examination, they would have realized that the bullet came from a rifle at fairly distant range, and it couldn't be him.
I I know what you're saying.
It sounds immediately like he's trying to take the heat.
He'll become a Lehavi Oswald.
Now, not that Lehavi Oswald isn't the one that did it, but let's say Lee Javi Oswald wasn't the one who did it.
He was dead and couldn't say anything about it, right?
Right.
So maybe one of the theories, I'm sure in the many conspiracy theories that will work itself out here, uh, which probably doesn't carry any any any any weight, is that he was gonna take the rap.
Which would indicate maybe he was involved.
Now there's a separate person, right?
Well, who was standing up real quick, Mayor?
Sorry, this so this is an old picture back from I believe 2007.
That's when I was running for president.
So I guess you were in Utah.
What were you doing in Utah?
What would I have been doing in Utah?
Probably raising money.
Yeah.
Well, you had just were you involved with the 2002 Olympics, or was that I know Mitt Romney was I wasn't involved with it.
I help helped with that.
So you probably knew a lot of a lot of folks that were involved there, and I'm sure they liked you.
I was there uh leadership.
Of course, yeah.
Yeah, oh yeah, yeah.
No one, nobody is suggesting.
No, no, no, I'm sure not.
But it's too too long ago anyway.
But it just is just this was a known character.
Obviously ubiquitous.
Yes.
And he's also, I don't know if clinically, but to tell people to shoot you, he's obviously out of his mind.
Right.
And he was known by locals as you know.
And he couldn't possibly have supplied an excuse that would have lasted very long.
Right.
Um the more interesting situation is the guy who was yelling and screaming, you he's not the one yelling and screaming, USA, USA.
No.
Now, what about him?
He was not, was he mentioned by the prosecutor?
I don't...
We're going to get that clip up, too.
But right now, there was a second person apprehended.
So there was a person who, right immediately after the shooting of Charlie, stood up and...
And uh, according to some witnesses, again, these are all witnesses, they could all be wrong, was pointing in the direction or looking in the direction of the shooter and was raising his arms yelling, USA, USA, USA.
The theory about him, if you want to come up with a involvement theory, is that he was trying to create a distraction.
He, of course, also was interviewed, and they let they let him go.
Now, is he still part of uh the entire the group they're looking at as involvement in this pre-or post?
Do we know?
Do we have that?
We well, what we have we're we're we're working on the video of uh do we have Bon Gino with Hemmer?
That's what in which uh he tells Hammer that there are areas that they are looking at.
Yep, we're pulling that up right now.
But if we have that, we have the short video of the second person being arrested briefly.
If we have that yes, if we have that, go ahead.
I think they just found the guy right outside of carry-on.
A rifle on this dude's dash and they just handcuffed him.
Shit.
It's a good one.
So uh so now Ted identify him so we're all clear.
Is that the person I'm talking about that was standing up yelling, USA, USA, USA.
That is not that's the that's another video we're looking for right now.
That is a third person.
And the interesting thing being that person, the day of, to our understanding was never questioned.
Um why do they take him in?
That that was the second person that was uh apprehended.
The second person of interest.
Yes.
But he was questioned.
That's the one that they land on our friend, unjustifiably, Cash Patel, for saying he was the one who did it for a little while.
And Cash, as far as we can tell, was told that by one of the agents.
But in any event, let's put that aside.
That guy, they say, but we get no explanation, had no involvement in it.
Right.
The one I'm interested in is the one yelling USA, USA, USA.
Right.
First of all, it's a strange thing to be doing.
Right.
Originally he looked like a uh uh uh what has turned out to be now a whole effing universe of uh people who uh want to attack Charlie Kirk now that he's dead.
They look like the first one.
The first uh, you know, stomp on his grave before his body is even cold.
Uh right?
He looked like he was he was celebrating.
Right.
USA, USA.
He claims he was warning.
Exactly what he was warning people of.
I don't know.
USA is not exactly a warning.
See, I did kind of literal as a prosecutor.
If you're gonna tell me you mean something, you better show me a word that means that.
USA doesn't mean get under a chair.
How about get under a chair?
Get a chair.
Might work better, pal.
Here, let's play the let's play the short clip here.
It's about 16 seconds long.
Music.
Now, I don't know, the music was horrible.
I don't know who picked that music.
Not us.
That music was sick.
But in any event, I'm sorry, I don't know who he is.
It doesn't look like a guy who's warning anybody.
It looks like a guy who is celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk.
Or who's completely out of his out of his mind.
It looks like a completely maybe maybe the shock of the whole thing put him into some uh recess of the mind where he doesn't like brains, where he lacks brains.
But he's acting like a happy jackass.
Right?
He looks like a it looks like a happy jackass.
He's clearly celebrating.
Let's just call it.
He doesn't even look like someone who's giving a signal to anyone.
I mean, one of the conspiracy theorists is he's giving a signal to the to the um to the shooter.
But it would be absurd to have somebody giving a signal to the shooter.
What do they need a signal for?
Right.
That's not how it works.
He can see better than anyone.
He's all the way up.
He has an eye.
The shooter makes it the best view of the whole thing of anyone.
Nobody's signals to the shooter.
So we have um, to be fair to this person, let's this is his explanation.
Um, we're getting that ready right now.
He did end up going on social media.
He does look like the first one of uh of all of the uh now uh coming forward Hollywood and others who are dancing on the grave of this uh very wonderful young man.
You know, all this Chatter is absolutely incredible, but I'm actually really burnt.
I'm honestly like the happiest person you have ever met in your entire life.
And I am absolutely sick of all of my soldiers, including Charlie, dying, so you guys can mock each other.
Mock away and see what happens.
I am done with my soldiers dying while everyone just mocks each other.
Mock mock mock.
You think that that's a solution?
You know, every major religion speaks out against mockery.
And I saw mockery, and I saw a mob just energized with mockery, absolutely laughing.
This is John Oliver.
This is Matt Walsh.
This is louder with Crowder.
This is all the mockery that's existed on both sides of the equation.
And it's killing my soldiers, my people, and I'm done.
I don't want to see my men die anymore.
I'm sick of it.
I'm sick.
I didn't see Charlie die.
I didn't see Charlie die.
I stood up.
My soldiers stand up, I stand up.
And I'm not apologizing for standing up.
I did what I was trained to do.
It is absolutely frightening how many crazy people we have in this world.
Do you understand that?
Do you understand how that is an explanation for the insane bizarre conduct that we saw?
With him yelling you like at the end of the 1980 Olympics night USA, USA, or when we nominated uh uh Donald Trump, USA, USA, USA.
That he he's getting up expressing his frustration at Charlie Crowder.
I can only conclude that we're not dealing with a I mean, he is giving us a demonstration of somebody without a rational mind, which could then lead you to almost any conclusion.
But we're gonna need time to examine him more closely.
He should not be left behind.
And nor should Zinn, although Zinn looks more like a completely irrelevant, crazy person.
But the real problem here is how much grooming was done.
A lot has been written, and I imagine the FBI has been doing a lot of investigating of his uh incessant burying himself uh in the internet.
And according to the governor, who has been the spokesman up until now, he he was he was buried in the dark net.
Now, uh, I hope most of you are not even familiar with the dark net.
Uh and you don't want to be familiar with the dark net.
Uh, but it can have massive impact on the minds of relatively normal people.
I don't I'm uh honestly, I don't know if I'm right about that.
It can have an impact on the minds of suggestible people.
The younger they are, the more uh uh dangerous it is.
And of course, the more mental illness or mental uh disruption they bring to it, the worse it is.
So uh we have to assume that a man who quickly uh uh descended into becoming a murderer for really no reason, uh had to had to have underlying mental illness.
It just didn't start a year ago, it started to come out a year ago.
Uh but how how much of this was developed by the let's just call it the dark net.
Uh the living, the living with the internet, the living uh uh with the uh behind the closed doors, the living in a virtual world rather than in the real world.
Uh this is all extraordinarily dangerous.
Uh, it should not lead to some kind of a Puritan uh Salem witch hunt, let's do away with the internet.
That's absurd.
That's like saying let's do away with flying because there are there are crashes.
I mean, that's like saying let's stop drinking water because occasionally it's poison.
I mean, the reality is uh what we have to do as moral, educated, intelligent, and decent human beings is how do we use the internet responsibly?
And how do we use AI responsibly?
And maybe this can be uh yet another example of how we do that because here's what I want to accomplish with this for for a loss that I don't know that we'll ever feel comfortable with Charlie's.
I want to see what we can get out of it is how the heck we use this for good rather than for bad.
Because for some reason, the people using it for bad are winning.
We'll be right back because we're gonna end up winning.
Screw'em.

Who who's who's depiction of him being sacrificed on the cross?
And also behind it, I see a 9-11 picture, which I know uh you know, I'll know forever because I was there.
Uh just remove it so that our blessed mother just remains out there.
We need we need her now.
And we need him, and we need to uh pray to him, and we need to fix my headroom because I feel like I'm shrinking.

Oh, well, tell them a story.
So today, I'm glad you gave us this.
We'll take a little diversion.
Today we read that in one of the red communist states, uh, someone went in and asked for a uh Charlie Kirk dedicated Starbucks.
Apparently, Starbucks will dedicate a coffee to anyone you ask for, and they'll put their name down.
They were told that Starbucks has taken Charlie Kirk's name out because they don't want to be involved in anything political.
Of course, had it been one of their people, one of the left-wing communist cluks that wants to destroy America, they'd have had the name in Bright Lights.
Uh and the people there have protested and whatever.
So I got I came up with a uh great idea.
Let's see what happens in New Hampshire.
Do we go to the closest one to us?
I tried to, yeah.
And we're right near a did you go to the one close to the university of New Hampshire?
Uh in Durham.
Uh no, we went to one in uh Portsmouth.
Well, Portsmouth is a liberal city, correct, Maria?
Yeah.
Portsmouth is a so we had two choices.
We could go to uh the university, which although it's university of New Hampshire, I don't care if it's the University of New Hampshire or the University of Notre Dame, the university, they're all left-wing communists over the top, 90% believe in Karl Marx, Jesus never lived, that kind of thing.
So I figured that Starbucks would be like really woke.
And the one in Portsmouth would be.
So uh Rob and Ted went there earlier today, and thank God, Maria, your state came through for you.
They did you tell us what happened, Ted.
You asked, you asked for one.
That you asked for one dedicated to Charlie Kirk.
Hold on, turn twist it a little bit.
I have it up close there, yeah.
And uh, and so you can't really read it, but it it says Charlie Kirk.
So we just wanted to uh show they give you did they raise anything, say anything?
I mean, actually the the the lady smiled, so uh almost in a you know they were with us kind of way, and they didn't make a big stink about it, they just put his name down.
Exactly.
What did you say?
I'm the lady.
Well, I I looked up Charlie's order, which is like uh some sort of minty drink with with honey.
How do you know it's Charlie?
Because he did uh a young woman once, and maybe we should bring that up.
How do you how do you know it's Charlie's order?
Maybe Charlie's on the record, and we should bring that up.
Jason, if you want to check X real quick.
Um Charlie had mentioned his favorite Starbucks order, and I should get it right.
Oh, I didn't know that.
We should have gotten him to have a favorite Rudy Coffee order.
So he drinks like eight long days.
Like mint tea.
Yeah, I mean Majesty tea with two honeys.
Man, I regret not getting him into Rudy's coffee.
He would have liked it a lot better than this shit.
Right.
So So I just went with I, you know, I was intimidated.
That's a you know, mint majesty tea with two honeys.
So I just went with an iced coffee, a small ice coffee, and I just I asked, I'd like it to be uh named Charlie Kirk.
And no questions asked.
They just did it.
They didn't even see any irony in it or anything.
They smiled.
Uh she acknowledged, I think she she smiled nicely, I think acknowledg, you know, kind of acknowledging what's happened.
And uh no, no, no questions.
They just made the copy.
In other words, you couldn't tell what the reaction was.
It wasn't hostile.
Was not hostile.
If anything.
Was it an appropriate smile or an inappropriate smile?
It seemed appropriate.
Yeah, you know, smiling at a death is a little strange, but smiling at the mem doing a mem memorialization of it isn't.
But so we yeah, and they they made it and uh yeah, no questions asked.
We took the coffee and work.
Yeah, we paid for the coffee as uh any good.
Rob caused no trouble?
No troubles.
Oh, right.
No, Rob did not create any issues.
It was a smooth.
Did you what were you filming it?
We did film it, yes, but we didn't feel that it was worth it, you know, we're not gonna be a little bit.
Oh no, it's not worth it.
Yeah, it was a good thing.
Which was good.
That was actually a good thing.
So that's maybe it is worth it to show that there are still a lot of very good people, and that Starbucks is not a monolith.
Right.
And that's why we have that's why we brought the cup back.
Here it is.
I'm gonna can I have a little drink.
You can.
What's in it now to be fair is Diet Coke.
Now I'm I'm being honest.
We drank the coffee that was in it, but I wanted to get it.
No, it's still Diet Coke.
It's good.
You want coffee.
I've got plenty of Dia Coke.
But that's what you know, we wanted to fill the cup.
I said, all right, forget it.
All right.
But thank thank you.
I'm very I so what's the name of that of that um it's the Starbucks in Plymouth, New Hampshire.
Not Plymouth, Portsmouth.
Portsmouth.
This shows how much I know about the area, right?
Okay, Portsmouth.
Yeah, there are about four of them.
So see if you can get the right one.
Well, they can go to anyone.
I think all I bet all of them would do the same thing.
In this area, it appears that and I will I've noticed that, right?
The young families in that people we've interacted with, uh they seem to be good, decent Americans.
No, it's a mixed area.
It's a um the area you were in is probably the most aside from Dartmouth over on the other side of the state.
We have Dr. Maria over here who knows a lot more about this than I do.
So I'm just I'm just feeding off what she's told me.
Um and Wayne, Portsmouth and Dartmouth on the other side of the state because of the university, are the two most liberal parts of the state.
They're also fairly populist, particularly this part of the state.
So they can throw off a state vote.
Um but the state of New Hampshire, if you would if the state of New Hampshire had no colleges, it would be a hundred percent pretty much red, red, red, and deep red.
It's the colleges, the profess and you know, when we say the colleges, you think only the students.
Now we know it's the professors.
90%.
And some of them are wilder, crazier, and cross the line to criminality.
So there was a description by Walter Russell Mead that meets the the the level of what happened last week.
And I would say only uh because of Charlie's assassination, but he he incorporates several others, all of which have great significance.
Uh he goes back to a quotation of Lennon, who is uh one of the founders of, or the one of the people who developed brutal communism.
And he and Lenin, uh, who I guess, even though he was a maniac, could have normal observations.
Uh uh said uh there are decades when nothing happens, and weeks when decades happen.
Well, last week decades happened.
Now here's what here's what Russell uh uh Walter Russell Meat ties together, all of which are quite worthy.
Uh Russian drones invaded Poland.
In other words, they stepped over the line set by the NATO treaty, beyond which, if they attack, if they attack a member of NATO, all of NATO comes to their defense.
I will put a caveat or footnote on that, which says...
Is flying drones over that do not attack, a tantamount to an attack that would bring you to major war.
I thought the response of NATO, which uh uh Walter does not uh credit and should was proportionate.
Thirty plus different nations participated in shooting down the Russian drones to show the Russians who did who did no damage, except theoretical, right?
Uh, that we we do stand together.
The the only the only uh uh uh problem I have with that is I'm not sure we were part of that, and if we weren't, it annoys me.
The French government fell last week.
So who cares?
I think Walter put a wrong one in there.
The fight far right parties are advancing.
Gosh, I think that's good.
He may not.
And then, of course, the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
And uh I think that has implications.
I don't know if we understand yet the the uh I don't think we can, or we will understand the ramifications of it.
Uh for right now, it'll take a while.
I think we should try as hard as we can to to uh figure them out so we can guide them as best we can.
But we may very well be wrong.
Uh I uh but it this is not just another one of our horrible experiences.
This one is catastrophic, and it's gonna change direction one way or the other.
And we better be strong enough and tough enough to make sure it changes the direction in the way of freedom, peace, democracy, decency, morality, and God.
Well, with that, we pray that that's the way it goes, that God guides it that way, that God uses the sacrifice of his good servant Charlie Kirk for the purpose of saving us and bringing us to a much greater, greater understanding of peace and love and unity.
And we ask you to pray for the countries that are in harm's way and for the president of the United States, who's now in London, moving ahead with our closest and oldest alliance and solidifying it.
All of this is important work to making sure that we pass on number one a world, and number two, a better world to our children.
