America’s Mayor Live (650): Sen. Chris Van Hollen Returns After Date with Illegal MS-13 Gangster

Time Text
Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani and this is America's Mayor Live on Good Friday 2025.
And tonight, of course, is the night of Good Friday.
Behind us is a scene of the Vatican where during the day today, the Vice President was there with his wife and children.
For the Good Friday, really one would call it a service rather than a mass, because the Eucharist is not consecrated today.
The Eucharist will not be consecrated again until Easter.
So whatever communion was given today was consecrated last night at the Holy Thursday services.
This is a very, very solemn day.
The saddest day, I would imagine, in the Christian calendar, one would have to say.
And of course, it's going to lead very quickly to the most glorious day in history, which is the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
But before the resurrection, unfortunately, was the passion and torture of Jesus.
To expiate for the sins of all of us.
And, oh, it's been, it's been, it's a service that's developed.
The development of it, the beginning of the Good Friday service in the Catholic Christian Orthodox tradition, no one really knows.
It emerges probably.
As a service that can be recognized and looked at historically, maybe in the second, maybe even in the third century, as it begins to fill in as the service we now recognize today.
But of course, today was a highly solemn one from the moment of the time it happened until today.
One of the great works of art, maybe two of the greatest works of art ever produced, were composed about Good Friday, and they were composed by Johann Sebastian Bach for the Lutheran Church.
And we're going to play the very beginning of his first passion, which he wrote as a very young man, apparently who wrote this in a few hours.
Music scholars will tell you this, and the St. Matthew's Passion and the B Minor Mass are probably the most complex pieces of music written by anyone.
Many, of course, believe that Bach was the greatest composer.
There are endless debates about greatest composer.
He was probably the most Intellectual composer.
His music is extraordinarily complex.
Now, you don't feel it.
But when you listen to it over and over again, as I have, there are times when there are six different, I don't know what to call them, melodies, tunes, going on at once.
It's called Counterpoint.
It began with only two.
But Bach was such a genius, including a mathematical genius, that he would do four, five, and six.
He taught his children.
That's the well-tempered clavier, of which there are 48 different pieces that pianists have to learn.
And then he has the piano.
Duets and trios.
Now, you think of a duet as two pianos, right?
So he thought of a duet as, uh-uh.
You play one thing with the right hand.
You play another thing with the left hand.
And then you play another thing with the pedals.
He did 24 organ concertos or whatever they're called, organ trios.
And so people hear organ trios, they expect three organs.
Uh-uh.
One guy.
Two hands.
Supposedly you're not ambidextrous.
Tough. You can't work for Bach.
So let's listen.
Let's listen and I'll translate for you as we listen to this short piece.
The beginning of the St. John Passion.
And this is in Leipzig, the church in Leipzig.
Thank you.
Lord our Lord is void as may, and this
is everywhere.
Show us through your passion, give you the true Son of God at all times, even in the most lowly state.
are glorified.
Well, this is the very, very beginning of a musical version of The Passion of St. John, which is read in all Christian churches on Good Friday.
And this is relatively, for a passion, this is relatively short.
You may not think so, but...
Less than two hours.
The St. Matthew's Passion, which is not necessarily the greater one, but the bigger one, is three hours.
This passion has also had an unfortunate history, particularly in Eastern European countries.
The portion of the passion.
When they reach the gospel, where Pilate gives the crowd a choice of crucifying Jesus or not, they yell out in the gospel,
crucify him, crucify him.
And at that portion, in this exceedingly emotional work, It would often lead to misguided Christians going out into the streets of Poland,
Czechoslovakia, beating up Jewish people.
It's where the whole concept of pogrom began.
Council changed to some extent the, the,
Not necessarily the wording, but the context in which that is now presented.
And it is presented in a historically accurate way, but not in as dramatic a form.
And it's a tragedy that this greatest story probably in the history of the world, and one of the greatest pieces of music in the history of the world, Led to a certain amount of anti-Semitism, which can show you that anything really good and beautiful can be turned into something bad.
But today is a feast for everyone.
Because whether people accept it, don't accept it, which they don't have to, of course.
Jesus died for everyone.
And he died to save everyone.
And then created a universal church.
Hence the name Catholic, which means universal for everyone.
Peter became the first pontiff, the first head of the church.
If history is correct, he's buried right below that big dome way down in the ground on that part of Rome.
He was crucified upside down.
Because he had betrayed Jesus three times, as will be told in this story of St. John and all of the Gospels, Peter did not believe he was worthy of being crucified the way Jesus was crucified.
And he required them to crucify him upside down.
And at the time, he was the acknowledged leader of the church.
And when he was lost, there was a great feeling of who is going to succeed.
And that's how the whole idea of a pope emerged.
To S. Petrus, Jesus during his life, one of his sermons, interrupted it, walked up to Peter and said, Tuus Petrus.
You're Peter now.
You're the rock on which I'm going to build my church.
And he admonished all of his other apostles and disciples that Jesus had selected him as his successor.
So when there is a selection of a new pope, you will hear over and over again a beautiful, beautiful Latin hymn.
Tuus Petrus, as the Pope, is brought in to be, I guess, cramped, coronated.
It's the only time he wears that big hat, big thing.
I don't know how to describe it, actually.
I'm telling you, we need more of this.
Whether you believe in God or you don't believe in God.
I always tell everyone you're better off with a world where people believe in God.
They're going to be better people.
Sorry. It's just the human mind and spirit has been searching for this answer, I suspect, from the moment we had consciousness.
There is probably no other question that really Perplexes us, drives us.
Maybe it could be summed up as, what's it all about?
Why are we here?
Is this it?
Or is this part of a plan that because we are limited in our knowledge is beyond us?
And.
Of course, the whole structure of Western civilization has been built on that, on that inquiry.
What's life?
What is it about?
What is it for?
What's the purpose of it?
So you go from the Greeks to the Jews, and the laws laid down by Moses and the monotheistic God, and then to Christianity and God becoming man.
And the elevation of the human being to a level in this civilization, Western civilization, that no other has ever, ever achieved.
It's not to be in any way negative to anyone else.
History is history.
It has to be evaluated honestly, not in a hypocritical, euphemistic way.
There's just simply no other civilization that honors humanity like Western civilization.
And there's a reason for that.
There's no other civilization in which the core belief is that the creator became man.
How valuable is man?
Because of our free will and our sometimes wayward spirit, we don't live up to it.
We're capable of it.
So, Jesus' sacrifice today is to all give us an equal chance and not be burdened by some kind of predetermination or predestination so that we can make our way to God.
And if you follow the Bible and the Gospels, Jesus lays out quite clearly how to get there, what to do.
Many people don't listen to it.
Many Christians don't listen to it.
But it's quite clear how to get to heaven.
We'll talk about that maybe near the end.
So moving from that, we'll come back to it because Benny Johnson, who I think everyone knows Benny Johnson, but we're going to play a couple of his.
Really ingenious, beautiful, what are you, X's, tweets, whatever you call those things now.
But Benny Johnson has tweeted out quite a bit today about the importance of Good Friday and also has, we're going to borrow some of it,
A beautiful, beautiful piece showing the vice president and his children at the service at St. Peter's.
And it's just lovely to see that beautiful young family.
So let's begin with a story that's been dominating the day.
It really is remarkable.
Senator Vaughn, whatever his name is, has really scored quite a coup.
It looks like there's a good chance.
You know how everybody is looking at the president and they're trying to figure out how the tariffs are going to be with the EU.
You remember all those companies that came to America to build cars?
We're up to 11 of them now.
Remember how big that was?
And how about the...
The Superchip Company.
The South Korean Taiwanese company that makes the most sophisticated chip in the world.
They're going to make them in four different places in America now.
These have all been big gains that, of course, you don't learn about because the press lies and hides and deceives.
It's almost as if we have, when you're thinking about religion and theology, we have Satan working among us here.
To change everything.
So, there's been a really big, big acquisition.
It looks like Senator Van, whatever his name is, has convinced the MS-13 to move their headquarters to Maryland.
Now, that'll be wonderful for the people of Maryland.
Just think of it.
MMS-13 specializes in shock murders.
So, I mean, one of the first things they could probably be observing would be great for the media.
They'd just love it.
great stories of four or five kids whose heads are chopped off and left on the beach like they did in long island when they first came there uh and then they can take over the whole town like they did in
Several in Texas, did they ruin?
Or Aurora, Colorado?
Or take a ride up to the Bronx, New York?
Yeah, Gary Peters.
Plenty of suburbs outside of Baltimore.
They like to operate in suburbs, which is what they've done to Colorado.
You know, seven counties in Colorado are suing the moron governor for letting them come there.
Now, there he is.
There's the genius having, according to...
Happy birthday, guys.
I really mean that, Robert.
You've done a great...
Senator Van, whatever his name is, they were having, at some point, they were having margaritas.
But Senator What's-His-Name actually streamed it out today.
It turned out he had had a margarita separate from that.
So that's just water between him and his close friend.
They were really good, right?
They're really bonding.
How often does a senator look at you like that?
Look at that great concern that he has for Mr. Garcia.
How many Maryland residents has Mr. Garcia?
What hat does Mr. Garcia have on there?
That is a Kansas City Chiefs hat.
A what?
A Kansas City Chiefs hat.
And here's my thought.
If he's got a good lawyer...
That lawyer told him, wear another random hat to throw everybody off from the fact that you used to wear a Chicago Bulls hat, which is a very real, there are some very credible connections to MS-13.
So my thought is, next time you're in a public photo op, put another random hat of a team somewhere else so you can build that case.
I wonder how often Senator whatever his name is, has gone to...
Qatar or Israel or Gaza get a couple of Americans back.
Oh, they don't give a shit for them.
Like that guy, though.
The press is in love with him.
In fact, they've created a total fiction about him,
is quite amazing.
President Berkley had an interesting comment about this.
I really like this guy, Berkley.
Senator Berkley said that he was sharing photos of Senator, what's his name, having a salt-rimmed drink and Kilmer Abrego Garcia.
Miraculously risen from the death camps and tortured, now sipping margaritas with Senator Van Hohen in the tropical paradise of El Salvador, vocally said in an ex-post last night.
Now that he's been confirmed healthy, he gets the honor of staying in El Salvador's custody.
So good luck, pal.
It's not up to Trump.
It's not up to the Supreme Court.
He's in the custody of a sovereign government.
The Supreme Court could yell, scream, cry, and just do everything they can to try to get this major criminal back so he can get a chance to commit his portion of crime from the United States.
And since the Democrats have done such a good job of getting us killed, get a couple of us killed.
But, you know, Berkeley is a little smarter than them, and he's not going to let them do it, I don't think.
He was wearing a checkered college shirt, jeans, sneakers, and a Kansas City Super Bowl hat.
Now, the president of the United States laid out facts that constitute pieces of intelligence that are used all the time in determining whether to let someone stay,
go, In the United States.
Let me give you an example.
If we had intelligence that someone were a Chinese spy, we wouldn't necessarily convict him in a court.
We'd throw him out.
We might just throw him out.
We have a perfect right to do it.
He's not a citizen of the United States.
He has due process, but only to a certain extent.
The protection of the security of the United States comes first.
Not some foreigners' alleged due process.
Now, the record against him is overwhelming.
So let's go to the president, and I think he lays out everything.
If he missed anything, I'll remind you.
So this is President Trump today.
Earlier speaking on Mr. Garcia from...
Well, I think from the Oval Office or the White House.
Right after they swore in Dr. Oz, Bobby Kennedy swore in Oz.
Right. And so the first version we want to show, just it highlights how the media is treating this, and then we'll get the full clip.
Deportation order.
Two separate judges affirmed Garcia was a member of MS-13, which is a gang that may be even worse.
We've been watching President Donald Trump there swearing in the new administrator of the CMS, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, Dr. Mehmet Oz, during this conversation.
In 2019, Garcia was issued a deportation order.
Garcia, is that the one?
Is an illegal alien MS-13 gang member in foreign terrorists.
This comes out of the State Department in very legitimate shows.
I assume?
I'm reading.
I'm just giving you what they have.
It won't be as cut up.
Supposed to be certified staff.
In 2019, Garcia was issued a deportation order.
Two separate judges affirmed Garcia was a member of MS-13, which is a gang that may be even worse than Trendy Aragua.
It may be worse.
They kill people with knives because it's more painful.
Very famous for the knifing and killing of two young 16-year-old girls walking to school one day, and they sliced them up into little pieces and killed them.
That's MS-13.
And two separate judges affirmed, affirmed, Garcia was a member of MS-13.
When Garcia was originally arrested, he was wearing a sweatshirt with rolls of money pouring out.
An MS-13 gang symbol that he was driving with two other known violent MS-13 gang members, two of the most violent members that we know of in the MS-13 gang of thugs.
In 2022, Garcia was stopped by the Tennessee Highway Patrol, was found to be transporting seven people from Texas to Maryland, and he had no driver's license.
He was driving violently.
In 2020 and 2021, Garcia's wife filed for a protective order from him and said he was violent and abusive and really scary, including allegations that he punched and scratched her on the eye, left her bleeding after throwing her laptop on the floor at her,
ripped her shirt, and ripped off her shorts.
He then grabbed her arm, leaving very severe marks.
Garcia's wife also wrote in court At this point, I am afraid to be close to him.
I just don't want to be close.
I have multiple photos and videos how violent he can be and all of the bruises that he's left on me.
She just couldn't get anywhere near her.
This is the man that the Democrats are wanting us to fly back from El Salvador to be a happily ensconced member of the USA family.
Isn't it a shame?
And by the way, I've been hit pretty hard by fake shows, fake news, MSDNC in particular, where they talk about how evil I am that this man would be thrown out of our country.
This man is a, according to certified statements that we get, is a very violent person.
And they want this man to be brought back into our country where he can be free.
And to say he's a happily, you know, happily, they call him the Maryland man.
He's a Maryland father.
No, he's a violent person.
Who they don't talk about is that wonderful angel mom who lost her daughter, who had five beautiful children, and she was killed violently.
Killed violently.
And, you know, she spoke.
And she spoke unbelievably.
I saw it.
And the fake news didn't pick it up.
She spoke.
She was in tears.
She's devastated.
And her life is, you know, essentially, she's told me her life is, like, over.
But there was, like, I think no stories in that tomb.
No stories.
Zero stories.
It was the most emotional thing.
Everybody that watched it, they couldn't believe it.
The fake news refused to put it up.
So it's very sad.
And yet they talk about this guy like he's an angel.
See the angel up there?
Do you encourage other Democrats to visit?
Do you understand how human a reaction that is by Donald Trump?
Here he is just laid out the history of a man that is a massive A criminal.
A guy who's part of a gang that makes its introduction in a new place by killing a few people and leaving them at some place prominent in the city so you can see the little girl's head chopped off.
They are involved in any number of criminal activities.
It would be too much to list.
Murder, of course, is...
One of their favorites by knife.
They like knives better than guns.
And they're very good with knives.
It's either them or Trendy Aragua that's going to make it, or maybe our own gangbangers.
We'll have to see.
That's a different story.
But this is absurd.
And the arrogance of the press to cut off Patty Morin yesterday.
I mean, the woman's daughter was raped and beaten by an illegal who shouldn't have been in the country other than the fact that all of these crooked press people supported Joe Biden.
And she's a citizen of Maryland, and she's never been contacted by Senator whatever the hell his name is.
No, he'd rather go to El Salvador.
And see if he could help some guy who knocked his wife's teeth out.
Where do the Democrats find these evil people?
I mean, this is completely absurd.
Now, I mean, I don't know how much proof you need that he's a member of MS-13, but I'm going to show you what my friend Benny did, which I think is ingenious.
So look at the...
This is his tweet from yesterday.
That's the shaking hands.
Now, Garcia, the jackass in the middle, and the massive jackass shaking hands with him, obviously doesn't know what that is.
That's like if he had a damn swastika on his arm and said, I'm a member of the Nazi party.
That says, I'm a member of...
MS-13.
That's their symbol.
That's his code.
That's his rank.
Right there.
Yeah, everybody, every Maryland father has this, right?
Good old Maryland fathers.
Yeah, great Maryland fathers.
Does it say promo code?
That code right there shows his position.
He's a leader.
He's a gangbanger.
That's their basic symbol.
Some of them have it on their face.
This guy, for now, has it on his arm.
Now, does he even ask him?
I mean, does Mr. Stupid Jackass even ask him?
Does he say, hey, Garcia, what the hell is that goddamn thing on your arm?
You think I would have asked him?
You got me down here and you got that freaking thing on your arm?
What is that?
I'm not stupid.
All the MS-13 people in America who chop kids' heads off have that on, who rape kids.
But that would contradict his narrative.
What, are you trying to fool me?
All he has to do is ask the damn government of El Salvador that knows MS-13 better than anyone.
He's a registered member of MS-13!
I'm sorry, that's proof.
That's more than enough proof that we had probably before we shot spies.
Or before Obama put bombs on Muslim terrorists.
They want to bring them back to Maryland so we can rape little girls?
What is this guy, some kind of sicko?
Now I'm going to, you want a little more of a close-up?
There's a little more of a close-up, okay?
Just in case you missed it.
And of course, Benny has the very, very understated quote here.
That's an interesting tattoo for just a regular Maryland man to have on his hand.
But here's the point.
Nobody raises a question about it.
That jackass of a senator.
That guy who should probably be in jail for what he's doing doesn't even ask him what is that?
The press doesn't feel obligated to explain why this guy that they are now supporting like he's some poor refugee to come back to the United States.
They've given him more support than they've given any of our hostages.
They don't even tell us who they are.
This doesn't bother them?
This doesn't bother all those phony left-wing jackasses that you occasionally look at on CNN and MSNBC and F.U.C.K.?
What does the guy have to do?
Stick his finger in your nose?
Now, I got to tell you, the president himself, the president himself got into it too.
We get right down to the details here.
That's the MS-13 code.
He's got it written on his hand.
He has it written on his fingers that he's a member of MS-13 and Senator Van Dopey shit wants to bring him back.
Look at it.
What does it say?
Can you read?
Van Hoople, can you read?
You're a danger, you stupid bastard.
You're an absolute danger to the United States and to the people of Maryland, and they're damn stupid for electing you and the other hooples they elect.
No wonder they have so much crime in Baltimore.
Poor people.
Every politician ever represented Baltimore was stealing the money that should have gone to the black people.
It says MS-13 on his hand.
I never had somebody...
John Gotti didn't have mafia on his hand.
Fat Tony didn't have mafia on his hand.
And then all those wonderful skulls and obviously a real Maryland man.
A true blue Marilyn wife beater.
Now, she shows up on the phony, one of those, I don't even know they had these morning shows anymore.
My ex-football hero is a pathetic creature on one of those.
Strand. What?
So Strand puts the wife on today.
And she talks about what a wonderful husband and father and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Then, thank you, Michael.
You got the guts to ask her, what about the orders you got against her?
By the way, there are three over a two-year period in her own handwriting in which she said she was deathly afraid of him.
He scratched her, he knifed her, he beat her, punched her in the jaw, hurt the kid.
He asked her about that.
...against your husband in 2021.
were you in fear of your husband?
My husband is alive.
That's all I can say.
Okay. You're not going to push on that, apparently.
Okay. It's okay.
You can bullshit everybody.
It's okay.
You can lie.
It's okay.
Yeah. Doesn't that make everything else you just said a lie?
What the hell is wrong with you, Michael?
Do you have a soul?
You got kids?
You got grandkids?
You want her damn husband back here?
What the hell is wrong with you?
I knew you.
You were a football player.
You don't say to her, the whole interview is canceled.
You better answer that question.
Why the hell did you say he was a goddamn vicious animal?
And why did he have MS-13 on his...
Why did they ask him?
Did you ever see the MS-13 on his hand?
Like when he's hitting you with his fist.
Did you see the MS-13?
What are we, suckers?
You've got to be really stupid to fall for that Michael Strahan bullshit.
And Michael, you're a damn coward.
Football player, big, tough football player?
You're afraid to ask?
Are they going to take your job away?
You make $50 million for lying and bullshitting anyway.
But where's your conscience?
See, that's what you saw on the face of the president today when he finished a litany that discussed a normal man or human being.
He looks at the press, and all they want to do is move on to something else to nail him.
That's not true.
They don't care.
They don't care that he's got MS-13 on him.
They don't care that he's got MS-13.
They don't care that his wife is...
You look at that woman.
Look, I've dealt with a lot of domestic abuse cases.
You tell me that woman isn't scared out of her mind?
You don't think she's being watched carefully by MS-13?
Wow. I knew this was going to be hard when he got elected.
And I knew it would be, thank God, we turned it around.
But every day, their capacity for evil The press I'm talking about.
It just shocks me.
What I saw there in Michael Strahan makes me want to vomit.
Oh, no, that's okay.
That's okay.
Yeah, we'll take the risk on taking him back.
Even though it may be true that you're completely lying and he did beat the living shit out of you.
Because that's what happened with women, Michael.
Don't you know that?
Or are you stupid?
Just X's and O's in the head?
You don't know that women, this is a constant problem for women?
Huh? You don't know that?
That they, it's a form of Stockholm Syndrome?
She's frightened out of her mind.
Does she really think that we can protect her when we got judges that are begging to bring them back?
The woman's got to be confused as hell.
They get him out of the United States.
Now we got judges up to the Supreme Court begging to bring him.
Let's bring him back.
Geez, maybe he can kill somebody if he hasn't already.
Well, we're going to be right back and we'll move on to something a little, maybe a little easier to deal with and move it in the right direction, the whole tariff and trade situation.

Here we are, pretty much at the beginning of the process here at this pristine, I call it a laboratory.
It's not like a factory, it's like a hospital.
This is the beginning of the process for roasting.
Deep grain, very good quality.
Most people don't use this quality.
We deal with small farmers because we like to know who we're dealing with.
They give us the highest quality, all organic, non-GMO.
You should know, all Arabica beans.
No robusto.
All Arabica.
They're gonna go into the roaster.
And it'll get roasted for about 20 minutes or so.

This is what goes into Rudy's coffee.
Rudy's coffee.
Thank you.
Just in case you might feel that we're treating the MS-13 gang banger, wife beater, violent criminal, twice determined MS-13 member.
You know, the confusion here comes about because when he was going to be deported, it was said that if he got deported, he would be killed by another gang.
This is the judge who let him off the hook.
He'd be killed by another gang in El Salvador.
Now, first of all, that's again more proof that he's a member of MS-13.
Of course, the evidence they had was this was a gang that was in conflict with MS-13.
Berkeley has made clear that gang has now been extinguished.
It doesn't exist anymore.
And since he's going to be in prison for the rest of his life, they're never going to be able to touch him.
So that judge's ruling, which is two ruled that he was MS-13 and he should go back.
One ruled that he's MS-13, but you can't send him back because they're going to kill him.
It's a little strange ruling.
Usually it means that you can't send him back because the government's going to kill him.
He's going to die because of political persecution.
Not because he's a mafia member and another mafia family is going to kill him.
But that's what the judge ruled.
But apparently that mafia family has now been eliminated.
And finally he's going to be in jail.
So that judge is ruling.
It means nothing at this point.
But nobody's telling you that.
Why should they?
Now, just in case we confused you, here's what we're not sure about.
And so when I showed that to you, I said, it says MS-13.
To me, it does, because that's what those four symbols indicate.
But I do believe that the MS-13 was put there in order to interpret those four.
Yeah, those symbols are real, and we believe that MS-13 are added.
Let's put it this way.
If I were trying him, I'd put him on a witness stand, and I'd have him put his hand out.
And I'd call an expert, and I'd have the expert look at his hand.
Have the expert say, what do you do for a living?
I'm a drug enforcement agent.
How long have you been a drug enforcement agent?
25 years.
Have you done drug enforcement in El Salvador?
Yes, I have.
Do you know of the MS-13 gang?
Yes, I do.
Do they have specific symbols in which they are able to identify their members?
Yes. I want you to look at that group of symbols.
As an expert who's done this for 25 years, can you tell me what that means?
And what he would say is MS-13.
Now, I think the president may have thought it was MS-13.
Now, maybe it is.
I don't know for sure.
I can't be sure.
But most likely, It's the four symbols, including the skull and crossbones, the pathetic cross.
These are all symbols of MS-13.
Well, M, marijuana leaf.
S, smiley face.
And so we'd have to see the 13th.
Cross and skull and crossbones.
Yeah. And then, of course, he makes it easy for you because it is.
No, we're not going to play that.
Right? Right.
I mean, what else do we need?
What else?
Right. Okay.
So. Wow, Mayor.
I still don't believe it.
I don't believe that Michael Strahan did what he did with that woman.
Let her mislead the American people, an enormously important subject.
Didn't press her.
I just don't believe it.
I just like being a complete sellout.
And the senator is something beyond comparison to anything.
I mean, he's like everything that you think is wrong with politics.
Wow. He doesn't even ask him what those things are all about.
Well, President Trump is now quite confident that there'll be a tariff deal with the EU, both a trade and tariff deal, if there's really a distinction between the two.
There is, because remember, in many cases, the president is concerned not only about tariffs, but about other restrictions that are placed on us.
That are not denominated as tariffs, but they have the same effect.
In other words, if we're going to sell something to them, they put a 35% tariff on it.
And then they also say, we have to employ 35 people.
Or we have to employ 50 people.
Or we have to invest X. Or we have to do this.
We have to do that.
All of which raises the cost beyond the natural cost of producing the item that we're producing.
While that's not happening to them.
Now, you can't do this with the whole world and expect to have an economy that can dominate the world, which it has to to prevent China from dominating the world.
I wish you would understand the stakes that are here because the Wall Street Journal doesn't get it at all.
They might as well bang their head up against a stone wall.
So, after the meeting with Georgia Maloney, there seems to be a breakthrough in the discussions with the EU.
Now, it's hard to say because there are so many going on.
It's going to be interesting to see which one gets to the finish line first.
Japan thinks they're going to be the first one to get to the finish line.
Now, Georgia Maloney could get to the finish line if she wanted to do it for herself.
I mean, he would give Italy a very, very good deal, as he should, because they'd give us a very good deal.
Vietnam came in very, very early and is very close to a, not just a zero-zero pact, but a major investment in the United States, which I guess is, I don't know how secret it is,
but at least it hasn't been disclosed as to exactly what it was.
Japan was going along very, very well.
It looks like it still is.
But the Prime Minister of Japan has said that there are some issues that have to be worked out.
I think he was worried that it looked like he was being a little too easy.
But on the other hand, he's scheduling a visit to the United States and expects to be able to work out an agreement by then.
And finally, the good news is...
That as we're isolating China, and therefore we need to buy some of the things we buy from China from other countries, these 75 to 80 countries that have come forward,
a large number of them have become enormously useful in supplying those things for us.
And they're stepping up to the plate because they see that if If they can supply chips or they can supply something else for us, they can reduce the trade deficit, which will reduce the tariff, and they'll come into the negotiations with more leverage.
There's a fascinating thing that nobody else could have done, and it's a disgrace that because it's way ahead of the ability of the mush heads that sit on editorial boards to understand it, that they don't give them credit for it.
And this is fascinating negotiations that are going on.
There are five or six of them that are really, really, if not 24 hours a day.
I mean, there are teams that are doing this under the direction of Besant, who has to get great credit for helping to organize this.
And I'm sure also the rest of his team, this can't be a one-person effort.
So right now, the pledges that we have gotten to cooperate and to work with us, both with regard to help us with whatever we need to do to offset China, because they want to beat China as much as we do,
comes from the UK, Australia, South Korea, India, and Japan.
Vietnam, South Korea,
Actually, the South Korean top economic officials are coming in on Monday.
And it really is interesting because it's almost like the cart before the horse.
Trump was going to deal with tariffs and then big investments.
Well, some of our partners, or wannabe partners, realize that if they do the big investments, they can solve the tariff problem.
So the big investments are moving ahead very, very quickly.
India has said it aims to nearly quadruple.
It's current trade with the U.S. Well, there can't be anybody that's more worried about China than India.
They get it.
The editorial boards don't get it.
They get it.
That's why the guy's running a country and they're running a putrid newspaper.
And I think that's why I'm not going to be able to get a country.
The EU has already...
Raise the purchases of LNG, American liquid natural gas, and soybeans.
And Trump has actually given him a goal.
I hope it's the right goal.
He said any trade war with the EU could be called off if they bought $350 billion more in U.S. energy.
Now, this I know from the first Trump administration when I helped.
Rick Perry get the job of energy secretary.
I sort of had something to do with making that match because I knew the president wanted to make America an exporting country.
And I knew that Rick, as the governor of Texas for 10 years, nobody knew more about energy than Rick.
And that's what Rick wanted to do.
And they got it off to a great start.
Not reversed by Biden.
He actually couldn't reverse it.
But he didn't further it.
Now we can take off.
So Europe, instead of buying energy, oil, gas, liquid, natural gas from Russia, buy it from us.
Trade deficit goes down, tariffs get slashed.
And we both come out ahead.
Already, already, liquid, natural gas, Europe is buying 45% from us.
That's the work of Trump and Rick Perry of the first administration.
Now, Canada and Mexico are still already the biggest buyer of U.S. products.
And I don't have the details on that like I do on some of these here, but I have a feeling that the Mexico one is going a lot better than the Canada one.
I think he and He and the President of Mexico really have hit it off.
When something happens like that, even though one's a committed socialist, if not a communist, and the other's a capitalist, a lot can be done that can't be done when there's a certain distrust.
And she immediately, I think she took the advice from her predecessor, who is an extraordinary guy.
Who someday will do a special on, because he's a communist.
So he wouldn't say that.
He'd get mad at me if I said he was a communist.
He's a socialist.
But he is about as concerned for war and order in Mexico as anyone.
He's honest as hell, as far as I can tell.
And he's rational.
And so is Scheinbaum.
And that's a very good relationship.
I mean, I'm not going to say it's like him and Georgia Maloney because they aren't completely the same ideological framework, but very, very similar.
And it comes out that way.
It comes out in the long run to a very good situation for us and for them.
The Trump-Powell situation is getting to be critical.
There's no doubt Trump wants to get rid of him.
There's no doubt he's political as hell.
What he did at the end of the Biden administration was disgusting.
Of course, the press will never tell you that.
He won't do a damn thing for Trump except to try to hurt him.
He doesn't give a damn about the United States.
He just gives a damn about his pride.
And he shouldn't give the president the person he wants.
The problem is...
I'd rather not see the president take on that battle right now.
And I kind of agree.
I know that he's getting advice on both sides.
And the Secretary of the Treasury and I don't know who else lines up that way are telling him not to.
The gain is not worth the loss.
And there are others arguing the opposite because he really is an obstructionist.
I think they're right.
I think the interest rates are important, but I don't think they're critical.
I think we can get by.
And we get them out in a year and a half anyway.
And it'll be a lame duck starting at the beginning of next year.
They're already interviewing people for the job.
So I don't know that I take on that battle, but I'm not in the middle of it, and I don't know everything that's at stake.
But I think that might be one worth avoiding right now.
Although it frustrates the hell out of me because I don't think it's constitutional that he can't remove him.
He's one of these people that is appointed to an agency that is an extra-constitutional agency.
We'll take a short break, and when we come back, I'll explain that to you because that's going to be a major overhaul.
If and when it happens.
Let's see if it does and be a real restoration of the government that our founding fathers had in mind for us.

Here we are, pretty much at the beginning of the process here at this pristine, I call it a laboratory.
It's not like a factory, it's like a hospital.
This is the beginning of the process.
For roasting.
Deep green, very good quality.
Most people don't use this quality.
We deal with small farmers because we like to know who we're dealing with.
They give us the highest quality, all organic, non-GMO.
You should know, all Arabica beans.
No robusto.
All Arabica.
They're going to go into the roaster and it'll get roasted for about 20 minutes or so.
Oh my goodness, look at these!
My goodness!
You're gonna want to specially order these.
This is what goes into Rudy's coffee.
Rudy's coffee.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Well, there's Rudy Giuliani again, and gosh, you know, I'm distracted by the background, too.
Who isn't by the Vatican, right?
Wow. The Bernini, right, I guess it would be my right, my right shoulder.
No, my left shoulder, the way it shows up there, is the Bernini columns.
Those were done by the...
By Bernini, who was the odds-on favorite, I think, to do the Sistine Chapel.
And Pope Julian, the general, great general, by the way, selected Michelangelo and drove him nuts getting it done.
We just watched Ted and I, watched it with him, The Agony and the Ecstasy, which is a novel.
The movie's fabulous.
I mean, how can you be better than Charlton Heston playing Michelangelo?
And Moses playing Michelangelo.
Ben Hur playing Michelangelo.
The head of the NRA playing Michelangelo.
He's a great Republican, by the way.
Which is why I always rooted for him, like in the chariot race.
And Ben Hur, I bet on him.
I won that bet as a kid.
When we went to see it as kids.
I said, he's going to win.
And I bet popcorn on it.
Think I'm kidding?
Well, the whole problem here is a case that goes back to the Depression called Humphrey's Executor.
Who the hell was Humphrey's Executor?
I don't know.
But he was a bad guy because he screwed things up.
Franklin Roosevelt wanted to fire one of the federal trade commissioners.
Ha-ha.
And this is where it comes back to bite you.
And the Republican court, acting like these crazy Democrats who make up the Constitution, said, you can't do that because it says for cause.
The government said, like hell it says for cause.
They can't do that.
They can't prohibit a president from firing someone from the executive branch.
They battled it out in the Constitutional Convention, and they decided they'd put...
Restrictions on appointment, to a certain extent, advice and consent, but they wouldn't put restrictions on removal because the president should not be required to keep someone he doesn't trust.
End of case.
Nah, politics entered into it, and Humphrey's the executor.
Since then, the court's done everything it can to limit it without reversing it.
And you just gotta reverse it, boys and girls.
Now, here's the problem.
There's no difference between the provision with the FTC saying you can only remove for cause and the Federal Reserve only remove for cause.
But somehow, these guys, this Federal Reserve thing, they're like judges.
They think they have supernatural appointments.
They're like...
And Powell said the court had figured out a way to exempt the reserve.
The reserve is no different than anything else.
It's an executive branch agency.
If the court says that the for-cause requirement is unconstitutional, with regard to the FTC, it's just as unconstitutional with regard to the Federal Reserve.
You could say, oh, well, they want special independence in certain areas.
Well, tough luck.
The founding fathers said, you don't get it.
You don't get it.
You got to trust the executive.
Tough luck.
You want to change it?
Change the Constitution.
Which is what's been wrong with the court because they changed the Constitution in an intellectually dishonest way.
So he's going to get a ruling.
He's going to get a ruling that frees up most of these agencies.
I'd hate to see it get screwed up in the special Mishigash, Jewish term, of the Federal Reserve, where they do some special penumbra for the Federal Reserve, which Powell was already talking about.
He probably has sneaked around to the court and gotten some...
Some people on the court, oh, the Federal Reserve is different.
It's not different.
So, long term, for the power of the presidency, the power of the executive, and the constitutional order of this country, it's better to get it done where it can get done.
They're not going to worry about the FTC.
The Federal Reserve has taken on some mystical Ridiculous status because it's political as hell.
What they did at the end of the election was disgust.
What they did at the end of the election was disgust.
And he can, Powell, interest rates would help.
Maybe not.
Maybe yes.
That's not the key to this.
I think the president should get off Powell and got bigger things to worry about.
Maybe the guy would get tired of being attacked every day.
We'll see.
He's getting very, very skinny.
Did you see that?
How skinny he's getting?
He turned sideways the other day in a shot.
I couldn't even see him.
No, seriously.
He disappeared.
Like, he was walking like this.
He went like that.
I couldn't see him.
I'm envisioning that to me.
You ought to start a comedy show.
You know what the good news is?
These countries are buying American like crazy.
Right. I don't know.
Too bad they don't have one common cash register.
The American cash register.
And of course, because Trump is doing such a good job of Buy American, now that's a bad thing.
Forever it's been unbelievable.
Buy American!
Buy international!
Buy Chinese!
Yeah, right.
So they can come and make you talk Chinese.
Ukraine. Ukraine.
Presidents sound discouraged today.
I have to say, this is face interpretation now.
Haven't talked to him.
No inside information.
So don't.
I saw a guy that kind of feels like a pox on both your houses.
You and Putin.
You're both acting like jackasses.
And it does seem like a very, very tough problem to solve.
He could do it.
But they're going to have to motivate him to do it.
And of course, he can only do it if they want to do it.
If they don't want to make peace, I mean, why the hell?
It's not his war.
This is Biden's war.
He did not start this war.
He, in good faith, thought he could settle it because he thought they would be in good faith.
And both of them are acting like the scoundrels that they are.
That one is a lot more of a scoundrel than the other, but that doesn't make the other one not a scoundrel.
So here's as
As Knucklebrain used to say, here's the deal.
According to Witkoff, and I think this is correct, it makes sense, right?
This is all about five regions of Ukraine.
Who keeps them?
Okay, we get security guarantees, NATO, EU, money, a side deal for the U.S., all that.
That's easy.
Not easy.
Sorry. That's all very complicated.
But that can be done.
The real question is, you've got five regions here.
And since Kamala Harris didn't know what they were, let me show them to you on a map and let me tell you what they are.
Because this is one country I really know very, very well.
Spent a lot of time up where you see that arrow.
In Kharkiv.
Kharkiv is up here, up where that arrow is, a little south of that arrow.
My Kharkiv.
And it's so far, so good.
It's staying Ukrainian.
So now, these are the regions we're talking about.
These regions were, I mean, some of them were taken in 2014, but not solidly.
When he went in now, he took them.
Some of them were big battles.
You'll remember if you follow this.
In fact, they still haven't taken all of Donetsk.
So let's begin.
Luhansk is the one on the border.
Donetsk is right here.
And you can see that a portion of Donetsk, the northern portion, is still in Ukrainian hands.
Zaporizhia. Which is the third region.
Again, a portion of that is being held.
The only one they have all of is Crimea, which they've had actually since 2014 at the bottom, and Luhansk at the top.
Donetsk, Zafarisya, and Kyrgyzstan.
The Ukrainians are holding on to what looks to be about 15% of it.
But a valuable 15% because it connects with the rest of Ukraine.
Also, not completely, but this is all pretty valuable land.
This is, including mineral-rich land, about a third, still two-thirds are in the rest of Ukraine, but a third of the minerals that we want so we can compete with China, so that we can protect Ukraine and everybody else.
Is in the rest of Ukraine.
So that's not at risk, that two-thirds.
Unless the little man, the crooked little man, Zelensky, doesn't want to make a deal.
Which doesn't motivate Trump then to push Russia that hard.
I mean, this isn't his war.
He's got to come out of this with A solid solution that ends the war, creates security for Ukraine, and gives us the ability to obtain the minerals that we're going to need for the long battle with China.
So Putin has given him a very hard time on giving up any of that territory.
And Zelensky is double-dealing him on minerals.
So, I mean, I don't know.
There's a point at which the President of the United States says, fine.
I think it's terrible.
I'll pray for you every night.
But I can only do so much.
You want to keep killing each other, keep killing each other.
I think it's disgraceful, and I think both of you are going to go to hell.
But what can I do about it?
I think he's almost at that point.
Simple answer.
Zelensky's got to be willing to become a partner with us on the mineral rights.
He's got to make this, and it isn't just economics.
This is national security.
This is so we quickly get ourselves in a position that we don't have to count on China.
We can do it like that.
Zelensky doesn't give us that.
Screw him.
A little creature of Of crooked Ukrainian oligarchs.
That's what he is.
Trump knows that.
I know that.
I know the file.
You don't know the file.
And someday I'll tell you the whole thing.
And maybe he should be squeezed a little harder.
Like demand that he release all the files on all the people in his country that have stole a couple hundred billion dollars.
Which he knows, and he's shaking them down.
Okay.
Putin's got to be convinced to give up some of that territory.
And he's got to give up some of the territory that's valuable, not garbage land.
Doesn't have to give it up all.
He's really had it since 14. But he's got to give up some of it.
And I really do think we know where we want it.
Because this is about the minerals.
And I probably can tell you, I think I know where we want it.
Spent a lot of time working here.
And when you look at this area, yeah, it's a rich area.
But also, there's a lot of give and take here.
So you've got to, let's say, a third of the mineral wealth of Ukraine here.
They've got to be willing to give up some of that.
Russia does.
They've got to be willing to give some of that back.
They've got to be willing to do it because they also want a good relationship with us because it'll help us.
And they want to hedge against China, too.
And that's where the That's where the inability of Putin to indicate some flexibility on territory, and Zelensky being willing to indicate some flexibility on territory,
makes it very difficult for Trump to have the conversations to get us right to the point of what we need.
So it may actually be the best decision.
Not to force a bad solution, but hey, they're big boys.
They're big criminals.
One bigger than the other.
I hope it doesn't go that way.
I still think there's a chance, but time is not on our side here.
The Florida State murder, murders, rampage, what do we call that now?
When they do that, that's horrible.
I mean, it's just horrible.
This is something America has to face.
People go on campuses and they start shooting kids.
I mean, you know, this frightens all the kids on every campus.
So, you know, Ted, think back when you were in school, right?
Right. So now you're in school and you find out that another school somewhat similar to yours, you know.
Right. And these have all been whole different kinds of schools, big ones, little ones, private ones, Christian ones, not Christian ones.
Right. So there's nobody that can sit there and say, gee, I feel immune.
Right. So all of a sudden you're sitting there and it's 12 o'clock yesterday.
Yeah. I don't know.
We used to have lunch.
Yeah. We'd all get together for lunch.
Yeah. All the boys.
Cafeteria. We'd go out to the cafeteria.
We'd throw things around.
Yeah. Do stupid things.
Right. And all of a sudden, somebody says, they just shot up five kids in Florida State University.
Immediately, you identify.
You can be a college in Michigan, you can be a college in New York, you can be a college in California, you can be a college in Texas, because it's happened at all those places.
You say to yourself, oh my god.
Right, and that's when you start questioning.
I thought you were safe.
I remember, I'm out of school maybe 10-15 years, you think immediately, are we also a gun-free zone?
You start thinking.
So, you know, one thing I pushed for, I was a student government president at my school for two years.
Because I didn't go...
I got out of college before they had guns.
No, but I would like to ask you, that is interesting, right?
Because that wasn't a problem.
You never even thought about that.
It never even occurred to me that they would come on the campus of Manhattan College and start shooting us.
I thought if they did, we were capable of beating them up.
Yeah. Between us and the brothers.
And the brothers were so strong when they hit you.
I figured they could beat off anybody.
Right. There's got to be something.
Did anyone carry weapons that you knew?
In New York?
Yeah. People used to ask me, you know, when I ran for president, and I'm fine with gun rights, but they said, do you ever go hunting?
I said, well, not in New York.
You only go hunting for people in New York.
What am I going to go hunting for?
Rats with a pistol?
Go hunting for rats in the subway.
Boom. Boom.
Right. And then you probably miss a rat and shoot somebody's toe.
Right. No, but that is something, I mean, Stephen and I, of course, we grew up with the Columbine generation, right?
That was kind of one of the big first nationally publicized shootings in the late 90s.
And so you're right, Mayor, when these things happen, it's definitely something you think about.
No, I'm sure it's different.
I think, I don't care if it's an urban university, suburban, rural.
You identify now.
Well, Mayor, what's your thoughts on this as a security expert?
I actually was pushing this as far back as high school.
I was really big on this.
I wanted all the doors to open into the classroom so that you could barricade them shut.
And no joke, I was literally thinking of that as a high schooler and complaining to the teachers.
Why do these doors open out?
Shouldn't they open?
God, I remember my doors in high school opened in.
And you would think that...
You know why I know that?
Let me think.
There's got to be a story.
There's definitely a story.
There's a definite story.
We had a Latin professor.
His second year Latin.
And he was very pompous.
Kind of a little heavy pompous.
He used to carry all his books.
He would come in.
We had like a little bit of a swinging door.
You know?
Like you could push it open like that.
And he would come in every day, and he'd push it open with his books, and he'd throw his books down.
He'd say, gentlemen!
And they'd begin with some Latin sentence, you know, and we'd have to complete it or whatever.
So one day, we locked the door.
Yes. He hit the door, and he went for it.
Oh, that's beautiful.
He went for it.
So the doors opened in.
The door opened in.
I don't know who came up with it.
Probably it was either me or Alan because we were the two worst kids in the class.
Actually, I don't think it was in this case.
Somebody else did, but he got a lot of credit for this.
Whoever he was, we probably all took him out to lunch for a week.
If I ever told you all the things I did in high school, you wonder how the hell was I ever successful.
The brothers.
They straight me out.
Who are more disciplinarians?
The brothers or the nuns?
The brothers are more effective.
Ah. The nuns with boys, you know...
Did you get hit with a ruler?
Tough kids in Brooklyn.
Nuns. The brothers were tough.
Yeah. Oh, they didn't mess around.
I mean, the brothers could, you know...
Because they went through probably the same school system.
Yeah, they went through the same school system.
They came up on the street.
You know, there was none of this stuff.
They couldn't hit you.
I think we would benefit if we had more of these brothers teaching.
And you would never...
Even if you would never hit a brother, oh my God.
Right. You might as well just, you know, check into hell.
Right. I think we would benefit...
Whatever the brother wanted to do, he could do.
And then you never went home and told your parents.
It's the opposite now.
Oh, my God.
Now kids go home?
My parents, brother.
You get a second.
You get hit again.
The principal of the school was Brother Stephen.
And he never hit anybody.
He was very, very, you know.
Right. But he was one very old brother.
And he would just hit people.
He wasn't even.
He didn't even know why he was doing it.
And he wouldn't even hurt you.
Yeah. You'd be online coming down the hall, right?
You know?
And he was.
His name, believe it or not, was Brother Rayfield, like the Saint Rayfield.
And he looked like a saint, like an angel.
And he would stand there, and if the kids were...
It didn't even hurt.
So one kid one day, it wasn't me, one kid one day said, brother, it's not going to work.
You've got to hit me again.
Put something into it, you know?
That's a wise, wise, that's a wise cracker.
He said to the brother, you got to hit me again if you want to.
So the brother, instead of doing this, took his fist and bam!
He may have been 70 years old, but he could still boom.
He was actually just fooling around with us with that little, you got to hit me again.
He said, okay, you want me to hit you again?
Boom! I just felt that.
Yeah. But even I was afraid to go to my parents if I got in trouble at school.
Well, it should be that way.
I mean, there should be a bond between the teachers and the parents.
Now they're opposite.
It's the opposite, yeah.
I mean, the parents, the teachers are part of the Communist Teachers Union or they're part of the Communist upper-level academics.
Upper-level academics?
Yeah. Yeah.
Maybe. Whatever you call them.
The people who teach in colleges.
He's critiquing the quality of some of our educators.
Most of the colleges are taught by these assistants that they hire and pay them $2.
And you can't even understand them.
Well, they don't even speak English.
If I have kids some days, Mayor, maybe we can have some sort of small homeschooling.
Oh, yeah.
I'd love to do that.
I would do.
If I were starting all over again with a family, I'd do homeschool.
Amen. I would not.
I would put together a group.
I can think back to when I was at that age and the friends that I had.
We had an awful lot of very bright men and women, brighter than a lot of the teachers.
I mean, these were successful lawyers and doctors.
Exactly. They take a little of their time to teach history, a little to teach science, biology.
Imagine you get a surgeon to teach biology.
Yeah, and you get, like, good guest speakers.
It's like, who do we know?
Like, everyone, right?
So it's like, oh, I would like you to come in and CEO of whatever, come on in and give a seminar on this, you know, for my family and listen to my son's presentation and critique him.
Yeah, yeah.
And, you know, so many of your friends, if you think about it, Over the years that I had at the U.S. Attorney's Office, the Justice Department, law firm, I mean, they're also experts on certain things.
Yes. Like you'll find somebody who's a classicist.
He's an expert on classical history or classical literature.
Or somebody who is an expert on music, on Baroque music.
I mean, my goodness.
I mean, a lot of...
Intelligent, fairly well-educated parents in their circle could probably put together an excellent homeschooling.
And then all of a sudden, this just happened, actually.
Yeah, it's happening more.
These become private schools then.
They become charter schools, private schools.
They start to get formalized.
It's pretty popular, I've noticed, here in South Florida, the private schooling thing.
Let's face it, they also enjoy it.
You get a chance.
You know, take a day off from whatever the heck you're doing and teach American history.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah, let's go back and talk about the Constitution, how it was done, the Declaration of Independence.
Right, it's enjoyable.
That's a good point.
Go back to the discovery of America, you know, like in 1619 America started.
You know, the capsule summary of like a high school education is actually quite interesting.
I went back and looked and I was like, wow, these are all like very fundamental, like interesting.
Yeah. Things to know about, right?
Right. So, this Phoenix Exichner, son of the sheriff, I think stepson, by the way.
Okay. I think.
Let me, yeah, we'll try to guess.
I think I saw that.
He began, according to witnesses, now again, this could be...
This could change, right?
They say he first began with a rifle.
And then he went back to his orange Hummer.
And he grabbed a pistol.
And there they actually saw him shoot a woman.
I think a woman who, I think she survived.
And then he went on with a number of others.
And he himself is wounded.
And he is in the hospital.
Under arrest.
Tallahassee Police Chief Lawrence E. Revell said, very police-like, he did not comply with commands and was shot.
Very police.
Police did a good job, from everything I could tell.
Got there as quickly as I think you could.
Engaged immediately, no hesitation.
None of the...
Garbage we've seen in a few places, not many.
In most cases, the police have saved extraordinary numbers of lives in the way they act here.
I mean, I don't know.
It's kind of a macabre thing to do, but I wonder how many would have been killed if they hadn't reacted quickly.
If they had let this guy go, if they had let this guy go, would he have killed 12 people, 15 people?
Who knows?
Right. And we do have some footage.
We do want to put up a graphic warning for this before we put it up.
Thank you.
So this video is from yesterday and does show somebody on the ground.
we do believe this woman did make
So that's somebody on the ground there.
I do have questions about the person taking this video, by the way.
They're walking by with a coffee.
I know, but you know, I'm not.
I actually do believe people have to see this.
You have got to confront...
I remember during September 11, I didn't have much control over it, but first they had it on a lot and then they took it off.
I thought they should keep it on.
I really thought people...
People should see what happened to us.
They should see what the...
But here's what I object to about September 11 to this day.
When we talk about Pearl Harbor, what do we say?
The Japanese attacked us.
When we talk about September 11, it's like it was an amorphous group of people who attacked us.
The Martians attacked us.
Islamic extremist terrorists.
From Saudi Arabia, from...
Saudi Arabia and Yemen.
Yemen and a few other places attacked us, but all under bin Laden, right?
And it was part of the war we are engaged in right now.
When I say that President Trump has held up taking the government of Syria off the...
Terrorist list.
The reason is that they're killing Christians.
That's right.
Fifteen were Saudi Arabians.
Two were from the United Arab Emirates.
One was Egyptian and one was from Lebanon.
Also, don't forget Bosnia and Herzegovina or whatever entity.
Three of them.
Was it two or three?
Maybe two.
I'm just referring to citizenship.
They were trained there.
Some of them, unfortunately, were trained not too far from here.
At the Hollywood Airport, South Florida.
It was a different time, right?
It really was.
Thank God they had you that day, Mayor.
I was having a discussion with someone who will remain anonymous for now about security, terrorist security now compared to back when I did it.
And I said, here's the minus.
Here's what you've got to look to as a plus.
I would not want to be in the situation that we're in right now where we've had four years of unaccounted numbers of people coming into this country and we have no idea how many,
who they are, and why they're here.
We know.
That some of them are people like this guy that Senator Dububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububububub Now,
if you don't know that, please, let me dissuade you of any possibility you think they're not.
ISIS and most of the Islamic terrorist sophisticated groups have been in partnership with the Mexican cartel going back to when I was the mayor of New York.
That's a 25-year partnership.
It's like...
The Mexican cartel partnership with China.
This isn't new.
It has deep roots.
And these are professionals.
These are not yo-yos.
These are professionals.
They're professional murderers.
They're professional zealots.
They're professional, I don't know what they are.
And ISIS has been making the cartels rich for years, bringing people in.
A little at a time.
Because under Bush, even under Obama, and under Trump, it was hard to get in for a terrorist.
And the hardest under Trump.
Under Biden, there were no restrictions.
It was wide open.
If you're a terrorist, it's like...
Are you kidding me?
I have to struggle for the last 20 years and pay the Mexican cartels millions of dollars to get my people in, and now I can just send them in?
Nobody's going to look if I find the right places with the cartel.
So I have no idea how much they exploited it.
I have no idea how many are here.
Now, it's okay if I don't know, but we don't know.
That's why the crooked FBI director last year ran to Congress and said, to protect his little backside, a lot of people are coming in.
A lot of people are coming in unrestricted.
A lot of them are terrorists.
Been going off for quite some time.
We don't know how many there are.
We don't know where they are.
Oh, thank you.
This is what you were protecting us against.
And you're protecting your tiny little backside, right?
Well, he was.
Hopefully, hopefully, at that point, we decided we're going to start to try to track these people, find them, put them in intelligence bases the way we used to, have some idea of how many,
have some idea of where they are.
I don't know if any of this happened.
Under Biden.
I just imagine some of it had to happen.
I'm sure it's happened full-time under Pam and Kash Patel.
And I think that they have a, and I know they realize it, they don't need me to tell them this, but just in case, they've got one big benefit, and that's what we're doing with immigration.
When we go to New York and arrest 253 people, 121 of whom are criminals, the rest of whom are criminals anyway, but they're not convicted.
Or we pick up 530 in Boston, and we're doing this all over the country, and Tom Holman's doing a job that's, I mean, I've never seen anything like this.
You pick up a lot of intelligence from that.
We've got to be starting to see where they are, who they are, where they are concentrating.
So I would think, given the fact that in a sort of minor way we started this a year and a half ago, and in a major way we picked it up starting in February, we're beginning...
It's hard to say because nobody can give you the numbers.
We don't know who came in, but I got to believe we're better off than we were before.
And those databases become very, very important.
And anybody who doesn't think this immigration effort is critical to our survival is stupid.
You have no idea the information that can be gained by FBI, CIA.
DEA from what immigration is doing.
And local police.
I've never seen an effort like this before.
Again, however, I've never seen an invasion like we had.
Now, are we ahead of it yet?
I can't imagine we are.
But if we keep going, we will be.
So... We're still in a period of unpredictability as far as what could happen to us.
But I think we're beginning to, at least we're beginning to narrow the gap.
And I think we're doing it actually faster than I thought we would.
Well, do you know who the most popular Democrat is?
Who do you think the most popular Democrat is?
The one who would be nominated as president right now, according to the polls, is Kamala Harris.
But who's the most popular Democrat?
It also happens to be the number two person of Kamala Harris.
AOC. The bartender.
The vapid.
IQ deficient.
Politically, whatever, they say charming.
I don't get it.
I don't get anything about how she's charming.
She looks like an uneducated little ass to me.
But in any event, she's popular as hell.
And she's having a hell of a tour right now.
I mean, it isn't Trump.
She gets 5,000 people, 10,000 people, not 20, 30, 40. But she and Bernie are like a tag team.
Imagine she and that stupid, crooked old man.
Multi-millionaire.
She's a multi-millionaire too, already.
I mean, they don't even want to wait to become like communist oligarchs.
So, AOC...
Yale University poll found that AOC had one of the highest net favorability ratings among Democrats at plus 60 points.
And she's in second place behind Kamala Pamela.
That isn't really anybody in second place to Kamala.
It's got to be enormously embarrassed, right?
Yeah. You're right.
Imagine if you were in school.
And your teacher said, you're behind Camilla.
In anything.
So it's the bartender and the drunk.
Oh, yeah.
And your governor.
Governor Whitley.
He's pretty far up there, but you know who else is there?
It's Pete Boot Edge Edge.
Oh, little Petey!
Yeah, Michigan.
Mayor Pete.
Bringing the heat.
Oh, I hate that he's a Michigan.
Little Petey, little Petey.
Hello, Petey.
How are you, Petey?
Man, we got to get some video from our run-in with Pete back in the day.
Just two years ago now.
East Palestine.
Oh, yeah.
When the mayor didn't want to talk to him because he was worthless.
I will never forget that moment.
Please tell me I have that on video somewhere.
Can you imagine Little Petey going up against Xi Jinping?
Oh, jeez.
My goodness.
Not even fair.
Xi Jinping has murdered, you know, like 20 million.
All Pete murdered was our infrastructure.
Yeah, but Pete might murder people because he's an incompetent idiot.
But, you know, he would...
Yeah, no, no.
He'd vomit or something.
Exactly. Yeah, that's right.
Gosh, can you imagine any of those people on that list going up against...
Well, I used to look at...
I tell you, I used to look at Putin and Obama and say, this has got to be ridiculous.
Obama's got to think we're...
I mean, Putin's got to think we're crazy.
Because I had met...
By that time, I had met Putin.
I used to think, Putin's got to be sitting there thinking, I can take this country.
Here I am.
I'm a KGB murderer.
I'll murder for my country.
And I got some social activist moron trained in silly communism that I know is jerk-off communism.
And he's sitting here looking like a jackass.
Doesn't know anything.
12 red lines in Syria can't do shit.
I had to go in and straighten it out.
That's why Putin decided to go in and you want to look up there?
You see that there?
That all started because we elected Barack Hussein Obama as president.
One of the craziest damn things we ever did.
after testing him out.
Of course, you've got to understand about Putin if you study him, damn it.
is...
Why people have to say, if I tell you that Putin is very smart, that I like him, it's ridiculous.
I put a lot of very smart people in jail for the rest of their lives.
Putin is very smart.
Obama is not very smart.
He has a hard time completing sentences.
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Uh, uh, uh.
...
Needs them.
We'll go back and pick out a few that I used to do with how many ums there were in a two-minute sentence.
So he looks at this guy, social organizer.
Whatever the hell that is.
Community activist, whatever the hell that is.
Some creature of this bastardized communism that he was trained in.
And he says, I can take what I want now.
But he waited.
He waited and watched him make a jackass out of himself in Syria.
Red line.
Red line.
Pass the red line with chemical weapons.
I'll destroy you, red line, 12. Okay, yeah, guy's a sissy.
And he goes in and he, really?
You'd have to go look at a map.
So if we showed you a map in 2014 of what Putin accomplished, Crimea would be there.
And then everything else would be there, but there'd be holes in it.
Meaning he didn't have a complete land bridge.
He didn't have a complete land bridge.
Here's Russia.
Putin always wanted, he wants Ukraine, but here's, you know, you have goals, right?
You want Ukraine, but okay, you can't get...
Putin is a smart guy.
He's not a moron like the Democrats.
He's smart.
Smart and crooked.
That way, he's like Democrats.
He's crooked, but he's smart.
So, he says to himself, I need a land bridge between Russia and my little jewel here, Crimea.
Now, this...
This little place here really stuck in Putin's craw as in Russia.
Because all this is debatable.
All of it.
About Russia, Ukraine.
What is it?
Are they Ukrainian or Russian?
I largely think they're Ukrainian.
This is Russia.
Crimea is Russia.
And this is where they put all their major submarine bases.
And why?
Because look where it's located.
Located in another black city.
Right there.
Right? So he got a lot of this, but no clear way to get from there to here.
So now Trump is in office.
Gotta be all the time that Trump is in office, he's saying to himself, how the hell...
Do I complete this now?
And I think Trump said the other day, it's very interesting, he said that Putin's been lusting for this all the time I was president.
But Trump kept him nervous enough because he is a prudent guy.
Nervous enough not to risk it.
Biden came in.
He didn't move right away.
Biden gave him the benefit of showing him what a complete, useless piece of crap he was in Afghanistan.
But he didn't just start with that.
Then he started testing him by putting troops on the board of troops.
And he kept pushing him, pushing him, pushing him.
And all Biden would tell him is, don't do it, but no boots on the ground.
Don't do it, but no boots on the ground.
Don't do it, but no boots on the ground.
Maybe a little, hey, Vladimir, I'm going to blow the shit out of Moscow if you do it.
Might have worked.
Not with Biden, it wouldn't.
Trump said that it would.
So he came in and he took it all.
So now he's got his road to Crimea.
Direct access to Crimea.
Eventually he wants all this.
Not going to get it.
What we need to do is convince him.
He can keep his road, but he's got to give some of this back.
I just pointed indiscriminately to places.
There are places I'd rather point to that I really know.
We would like to have.
I mean, one-third of the mineral wealth of Ukraine is there.
Suppose I sit down with Putin and say, look, Vladimir, let's get this damn thing over with.
This is about my country, not Ukraine.
I need half of that so that I can stand up to China.
And ultimately, you don't want this China thing to be resolved in favor of China.
Don't screw around with me.
So I got a couple of territories there I want.
And you want to make a deal?
You give me those territories.
I'll let you keep the ones that you want.
And we get 80-90% of that.
We got a deal.
Now... Crooked Jerkoff has got to go along with Zelensky.
Now, don't tell me he's fighting for the Ukrainian people.
This guy's fighting for making himself a billionaire.
Been that way from the beginning.
So you've got to get them both on board.
That's kind of the problem we have.
So did I mention that Schumann doesn't want the U.S. attorney in New York?
He's blocking the U.S. Attorney in New York.
I mean, the guy is perfectly qualified.
He was chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He's not going to be...
I know the Southern District.
He's not going to be a rollover.
Will you stop it?
Now, here's what I don't understand.
So he's blocking him, and he's also blocking Joseph.
Nocello Jr., who's to be the U.S. Attorney in Brooklyn.
Now, there's a strange deal in New York that predates my involvement, well, not really, sort of around it, which is that unlike any other place in America that I know of,
whether it's a Republican president or a Democratic president, The party out of power gets one judge appointment for every three.
So therefore, Trump has put liberal Democrat judges on the bench as part of a deal because Biden has had to put Republican judges on the bench.
One out of three or one out of four, whatever it is.
It's a crazy thing.
Well, Schumer should be told, forget it.
So you take your judges, Chucky, and you raise a lot of money off them, probably illegitimately, which is how you became a frickin' millionaire.
I love to investigate how Chucky Cheese became a multimillionaire.
I mean, I know he's not a really smart investor.
I know he's not a very smart anything.
So, Chucky, shut the hell up if you want your judges.
Or don't give them the judges.
Also, sit down with the new majority leader and say, take this blue slip thing and shove it up somebody's backside.
It goes back to, what, 1927, 1917, whatever the hell it is.
What do you mean?
I can just block anybody I want.
There's not a damn thing wrong with this guy.
Nothing. Nothing wrong with him.
And nothing wrong with Jay Clayton or Joseph Nocella.
This is a battle with Trump.
That's not fair to these guys.
They're soiling their reputation.
They're hurting their careers.
You know what a piece of crap you are?
You traitor your own people.
How he even has to gall to show up in public if they're trying to get...
Bibi Netanyahu out of office and double-crossed Israel.
I've got to tell you something.
He's lucky he's not an Italian.
I say nothing else.
I think you end this whole blue slip business.
I think the post is right here.
But apparently Trump is going to appoint Jay Clayton as the acting U.S. attorney, which has a problem with it because it has a time limit on it.
And then he's got to go out.
And he can't be appointed, I think.
Unless Schumer changes his mind in time.
We'll have to see what happens.
It's terrible.
It was my former district.
It's done a lot of things that have broken my heart.
But I still love it.
Too many memories, you know?
Yeah. Yeah.
*sigh*
You want to know how crooked New York is?
So you remember back seven months ago, they argued the Engelmoron case in front of the appellate division, first department.
Only New York has this, right?
So our Supreme Court is our lowest court.
The appellate division is the intermediate court.
The Court of Appeals is the top court.
So we're at the intermediate level.
Seven months ago, they had a big argument there.
And the judges, Democrat hacks though they are, seem very troubled by the case.
Why do I say they're Democrat hacks?
Because they get on the Supreme Court.
Because the local Democratic leader in Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, or Brooklyn, all of which are crooked as hell, appoint them.
And then they make believe they have an election.
And like anger moron, nobody runs against them.
And number two, the ones that get on the appellate division are put there by Cuomo and Hochul.
So everyone that's there is there because of two governors who resigned in disgrace.
And one who should be prosecuted for the kickback she's taken.
So, I got to respect this court.
This is the one that disbarred me.
I mean, probably I'm lucky.
Who wants to be part of this?
However, when they listen to the case, even these crooked, slimy products of the Democrat.
Crap machine.
Justice David Freeman pointed out, gee, Freeman is really intelligent.
No one lost any money.
Yeah, that means no fraud.
Did you ever go to law school, Judge?
Like, we reverse the case?
Or do we just make the observation to make believe we're intelligent?
Just as David Friedman pointed out, no one lost money.
And consumer protection statutes don't normally apply to really sophisticated players, like the ones involved in this case.
Meaning the statute was completely irrelevant to the case.
And that's the observation that an intellectually honest judge makes.
Intellectually honest judge reverses this thing.
Two, three months after the case was heard.
So they're holding up their decision for political reasons.
That's a damn disgrace.
They should all be thrown off the bench for it.
Every single one of them.
Every single one of them should be brought before a panel of the Bar Association, which of course won't do it because the Bar Association is more crooked than they are.
And they should say, why are you holding up the case?
Why are you holding up the case?
Judge Moulton said the immense penalty in this case is troubling.
The party's left these transactions happy.
That was seven months ago, Moulton.
What did you do, have a brain fart since then?
And it's alleged by Trump people, which lying hokal-pokal denies that she told Trump that she controls the judges.
Which she does.
Not true in every state.
The Democrat governor controls the appellate division.
Absolutely. In fact, if she doesn't want to reappoint them, they get tossed off.
And she's played politics with it in a gross, disgusting way for the purpose of redistricting.
And New York, including The New York Times and the Bar Association have played along with this because we have, probably, in New York City, the most corrupt judicial system in the country.
But what's going on?
Seven months?
Stalling this case is in itself a victory for James and her fellow cord kangaroos.
Good description.
Post? Journal?
Not sure.
So, the Democrats who are getting more and more violent, have you noticed that, Ted?
Okay, so in Albany, they put a swastika on the Republican headquarters.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
With their attacks, With their attacks on Tesla, their attacks all over the place, they are now...
I mean, it is really hard to believe.
Let's see if I have it here.
I don't think I do.
I don't.
Too bad.
Oh, well.
Well, I think we've gone way over.
There's not much more I can tell you that we can't save for tomorrow.
Oh, no, no, tomorrow we're not here.
Tomorrow is Holy Saturday.
All the churches are closed tomorrow, but you can go in and say a prayer.
It used to be an Italian tradition that if you went to three churches tomorrow and said a prayer, you got an indulgence.
You didn't have to pay for it.
Probably was after Martin Luther.
Yes, I'm an expert on the history of indulgences and how it split the Lutheran Church from the Catholic Church.
Very unfortunate.
Trade talks with Japan.
Constructive. Oh, I just have to do one more.
I gotta do this Anthony, Carmelo Anthony thing.
There's a big protest tomorrow in Frisco, and I'm considering going.
How did this guy become another Mangione?
He killed this guy in cold blood.
I would say a little bit different, because a lot of this is being fueled by the race baiters on the left, right?
A lot of this is being fueled by...
This Next Generation National Action Network, or Next Generation Action Network, which we've got to see if that's affiliated.
I'm sure it's affiliated, but we're not sure, with the National Action Network.
And I believe that's...
Is that Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson?
Oh, that's Jesse.
Allegedly, as well.
Well, Jesse's kind of retired, whoever took over for him.
And Sharpton, I think, is involved in that, too.
Yeah. So...
This is, again, just such a prime example of the race fading left.
This guy was in a dispute with another athlete, right?
That's right.
So this was in Austin.
No, it wasn't Austin.
It was a Texas track meet.
The guy's name was Austin Metcalf.
Right. So he was in Austin Metcalfe's team.
He's a different team.
He was in Austin Metcalfe's team's tent.
Austin Metcalfe asked him to leave.
That led to something, and he knifed him.
Yep. And killed him.
Right. So now, somehow, he's become a race celebrity?
Yes. He's collected $453,000 so far and gives Send Me Go.
His family has bought a new home in a gated community and purchased a beautiful new car.
And then he gets let out on bail and he gets interviewed yesterday like he's a major celebrity in which a reporter refers to him as sweetheart.
Yeah. So what?
This is another Mangione thing?
This is like a sickness we now have?
We love killers?
So yeah, obviously there's some similarities, right?
Being that they're both suspected killers.
But with this, I do think there's the injection of the race-baiting left who love nothing more than to use a situation like this.
What's the race part?
He killed a white guy.
Right. The white guy didn't kill him.
He killed the white guy.
Of course, but mayor.
I mean, you know this better than I do.
The guy's dead.
He's alive.
He had a knife.
The guy didn't have a knife.
Right. This is his mother, by the way.
That's his mother?
That's right.
So how old is he?
So they're using, he's 17, 16 or 17. She looks like she's about 14. I was shocked by that as well.
Come on, wait a second.
How could she be 17 if that's his mother?
Yeah, so they come out and what these folks are doing is they're claiming that it's because of race that folks are jumping to conclusions.
It's because of race that certain things are happening in this case.
And so folks are...
And he's got that give, send, go that has raised a lot of money.
But this, again, is a situation where Ray Spader's, including a pastor with quite the track record, Dominique Alexander, is attempting to grift off of this.
So let's see if we can play a little bit of yesterday's press conference.
Sarah Fields.
By the family.
Never heard of this woman.
Thank you.
So this is him referring to a conservative activist.
Sarah Fields.
Never heard of this woman.
This is the kind of despicable things that led to the father being here.
Political operatives motivating this family with hate.
Camillo Anthony posted on something that shows posted here.
These are the type of lies that are threatening this family.
Posting the family's picture.
These are the type of lies.
She's getting millions of views on this.
Sarah. She's even came after me.
She's even said all of those things.
And now that the public knows exactly what is going on, I ask, because these racist bigots try to prevent us from standing up for our baby, our boy, he should be afforded the same rights that Cal Rittenhouse had,
Daniel Pena, and all of the people.
Who have claimed whatever their defense was, he should be afforded the same right.
Nobody in the public media has one video camera, but we got the video of Kyle Rittenhouse with an AK-47 shooting three people in the back.
We got that.
And he raised.
got that.
But this is, as you know, Mayor, this is their M.O. This is their game plan.
They did it in New York.
They've been doing it for decades.
And they're grifters.
They're making money off of this.
I think I saw it all begin with Tawana Baroli.
Right. I think I saw the beginning with Tawana Baroli.
And a 22-year-old make-believe Reverend Al Sharpton.
You know, nobody's ever asked if Al Sharpton ever graduated from high school, college, seminary, ever had a church, ever been a reverend of any demonstrable kind like a church.
I mean, a complete con job the whole life, whole career.
Massive destruction for this country.
Major pogrom that he caused in Crown Heights.
Destruction of a man's career and a lot of other things with Tawana Brawley.
Continues to do enormously destructive things.
Part of the underlying evil that has built into this country.
Well, so here we are.
It's Holy Friday.
Tomorrow is a day.
Of reflection.
If you get a chance, and you're inclined to, go to a church.
If you want to go to three, maybe the Italians are right, you'll get an indulgence.
You just say a little prayer.
You'll find them all in black.
All covered.
Everything covered.
All the saints are covered.
The altar is covered.
Not going to be uncovered until the Easter vigil tomorrow night.
Churches celebrate it depending on where.
Some of them, I mean, theoretically, you're supposed to celebrate it leading up to midnight, like at 9, 10 o'clock up to midnight, and then the Easter Mass, Easter Vigil Mass.
But you could do it at 6, 6.30, depending on the bishop.
But it'd be quite interesting to go look at a church, just walk into a Catholic church and take a look at it.
It's all in black.
Everything is covered.
The statues of Mary and Joseph and Jesus and the crucifix, all covered in black.
No Eucharist.
That's all stored in the bag.
Whatever's left from...
Holy Thursday.
Everything begins again, Saturday night, with the Easter Vigil Mass, which is quite, quite an extravaganza, a beautiful one.
Very long, and whether you're a Catholic or Orthodox, it's extraordinarily long.
I've been at both, and as an altar boy, participated in the Catholic one, and as a participant, several, as a...
Celebrant several times at the Orthodox one, which is even longer and in many ways maybe even more beautiful.
So it's a time to reflect in your own way.
I can't tell you how to do that.
All I can tell you is we need God back.
I wish I knew exactly how to do that.
Just bring him back into America.
They had a I had a photo somewhere of New York in 1951, and all of the three major skyscrapers in 1951, Good Friday, had crosses on them in light to show you how religious a country used to be.
And that was the era of Cardinal Spellman and Bishop Sheen and all the great...
Protestant evangelists.
We're not that smart.
We need help.
And there they are.
Look at that.
Isn't that beautiful?
We're not that smart.
We need his help.
If you think we are, boy, you're making a very big mistake for you, your family, and our country.
And you're making the mistake of Adam and Eve.
You're making the mistake of Satan.
You're making the mistake of Karl Marx.
And I can give you a bunch of others, too.
There's a wisdom beyond ours.
Let's be humble enough to acknowledge that.
And if there are those who feel that they have some connection to it, let's allow them to practice that and flourish.
That's the best I can do about bringing God back.
He knows how to do it, and He will.
And the president's doing an excellent job of making sure that we don't avoid any mention of God the way we used to because we saw the First Amendment as prohibiting religion.
We forgot it said it protects the freedom of religion.
Well, we're remembering that now.
So God bless the president and God bless all of you.
And help you, help me, all of us.
And for the people of Ukraine and the people of Israel who are in a war situation and the people of Iran and so many others that have mercy on them, God.
And continue to give us the wisdom and come back.
Come back into America.
We want you and we need you.
And your son's sacrifice.
That certainly is the most dramatic and the most important thing in human history.
If we would only recognize that, everything would change.
God bless America.
We'll see you on Monday at 7 on Lindell TV and at 8 here on America's Mayor Live.
You'll have a beautiful, beautiful Easter weekend.
And we'll have a message for you on Easter.
But we'll be back on Easter Monday.
And we'll talk about Easter also.
God bless America.
It's our purpose to bring to bear the principle of common sense and rational discussion to the issues of our day.
America was created a time of great turmoil, tremendous disagreements, anger, hatred.
It was a book written in 1776 that guided much of the discipline of thinking that brought to us the discovery of our freedoms, of our God-given freedoms.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers in which Thomas Paine explained by rational principles the reason why these small colonies felt the necessity to separate From the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom...
It hears in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country.
A country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate.
To be Americans.
But a great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we're able to reason.
We're able to talk.
We're able to analyze.
