America's Mayor Live (587): President Trump Hits the Ground Running w/ Hundreds of Executive Actions

Text
Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani with America's Mayor Live.
And here we are sitting in the rotunda of the Capitol, right in the middle.
See that?
Sorry, that was yesterday's ceremony at the Capitol, which we're going to go over and recreate and make you feel like you were there, both with some official shots and home movies.
How's that?
On my prior show on Lindell Network and X, I was going over some of the historic executive actions that he took yesterday.
He reversed 75 Biden-era very large steps toward Marxism and dictatorship and did, in fact, accomplish the beginning and a very effective beginning of the process of liberating America.
It was, without doubt, the worst four years in our history in terms of deprivation of human rights, civil rights, political rights, legal rights, particularly focused on Biden's and the Biden regime's enemies or opponents, really.
Legitimate, lawful political opponents for the first time in American history in any kind of concerted way were put in jail.
Of course, the candidate himself indicted four times and subjected to a completely unjust criminal conviction by a group of criminals.
The criminals meaning the district attorney of Manhattan, who is responsible for lots of the murders that occur in Manhattan, with his absolutely asinine, Soros-inspired, Marxist-inspired anarchy.
Helped by the Attorney General who ran on the singular platform of torturing Trump, aided by the number three person in the Justice Department who went there to personally prosecute the case.
That's the position I held in the Justice Department.
They never sent me off to...
President Reagan never sent me off to prosecute Jimmy Carter or Walter Mondale, who was going to run against him.
It would have been unheard of and completely criticized and the media would have gone nuts if we ever did anything like that.
Of course, the media supported the torture of Donald Trump and do anything he had to to keep him out of the White House.
They did anything they had to.
It even got to the point there were two attempts on his life and not resolved, by the way, by an FBI who tried to frame him two or three times.
So yesterday was quite a day.
It was probably one of the great days in American history, a day in which we do start on the recreation and creation of a golden age in the quest for creating a more perfect union.
So let me go through quickly what he did yesterday.
He imposed 25% tariffs on products coming from Mexico and Canada as of February 1, which he will lift if there's an appreciable decline in the amount of fentanyl coming into the United States.
In the case of Canada, I don't exactly know what he premised on.
I haven't seen that order.
But the one from Mexico is largely premised on seeing an appreciable decline in fentanyl, which means saving American lives.
Let's be clear.
Biden got people killed by opening the border and closing his eyes.
And fentanyl came in in amounts eight and ten times more than ever before.
You could attribute maybe two-thirds of the fentanyl deaths to his open border.
Not only was fentanyl able to come in, it was able to come in in much stronger amounts and larger amounts because there was no scrutiny.
So they felt no fear in bringing in as much as they wanted to.
That's just one of the ways in which Biden and the Biden regime was responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people, hundreds of thousands in Ukraine alone.
Trump reversed the Biden sanctions on Israel.
Biden lifted the sanctions on Iran.
And put sanctions on Israel, particularly because they have settlers in the West Bank.
Of course they should have settlers in the West Bank.
They want it in a war.
It's absolutely ridiculous to give up the West Bank to a group of American-hating, Jewish-hating, Israeli-hating trained killers.
Whether they succeed or not, they try with every single Palestinian.
To train them to kill Americans and Jews.
Of course, we can't accept a two-state solution so long as they do that.
You have to be an absurd idiot or a Marxist or a complete democratic jerk to accept a two-state solution.
Totally ignoring the life and safety not only of the Israeli people, but the American people.
They never complete a sentence when they say death to Israel to mention death to America.
We're America.
And not that you would ever have noticed it in the last four years.
Well, he lifted the sanctions on Israel.
He reversed Biden's order that by 2030, 50% of the cars sold in the United States should be EVs, which means you can go more than 20 miles without having to refuel the car and wait an hour.
Also, it will stop the temptation of building tanks as EVs so that we have to take a pause in the war to charge them all.
Maybe we could work it out with our adversary.
We'll fight for two hours, then we'll stop and charge up our tanks.
Or our airplanes can land after going 200 miles.
Sorry, Elon.
And it also shows you that Elon may be his good friend, and I see all the benefits of that.
But this guy's agenda, this guy being the President of the United States, is America first.
Of course it would be better for Elon to have that.
A lot of his wealth is tied up in electronic vehicles.
Didn't stop President Trump from throwing out the mandate that by 2030, 50% of the cars have to be EV. We're probably never going to meet that mandate.
We don't have the energy to do it.
The climate change people would actually commit suicide if they started to realize how much energy you have to create if you can have all EVs.
But in any event, they're all a bunch of either communists, traitors, jerks, or people who need mental help.
Now, here's a really controversial one.
And this one I have, I really worry about him doing this.
It's the only thing I really worry about, that he did this so definitively.
He actually proclaimed that there are two sexes.
Male and female.
Can you imagine that?
And imagine an American president having to do that.
The state we've come to, where you have to put out a proclamation that we just recognize two sexes, male and female.
I mean, that's like in the first chapter of Genesis, I think.
Yes, he made them male and female.
I mean, it's hard to go on after that.
He ended DEI. Diversity, equity, and inclusion programs within all federal agencies.
That alone is probably going to balance our budget.
It also means that we'll select soldiers who can actually fight, pick up other soldiers and carry them off the battlefield.
Maybe we'll get rid of the four-foot-two Secret Service agents that can't put the guns in the holsters.
I mean, it really doesn't help being 5-1 and trying to protect a 6-3 president, a presidential candidate, just because of diversity and inclusion.
We see what diversity and inclusion has done for California.
It really fights fires.
We even have a moron out there who's still a deputy commissioner making 300 grand who says that people are very sensitive to who comes in and saves them in a fire.
They want people who look like them.
This woman, or man, or whatever the hell it is, obviously shouldn't be in a fire department.
Obviously has never been in a fire.
You just look at it and you can say, if she were in a fire, she'd be in a total panic.
And she'd take anybody to take her out, but she's kind of large.
You need a pretty strong guy.
I mean, she's a real plumper.
So she would take a lot to get her out.
Institute Enhanced Screening for Visa Applicants from High-Risk Nations.
So he's going back to the program that originally got me working for him.
And that's when he made the announcement that he wouldn't let people in from terrorist countries.
And they made it an anti-Muslim thing.
He was being anti-Muslim.
And I put together a group of distinguished lawyers.
And this was in 2015. And we wrote up an analysis, legal analysis.
How that was perfectly legal if it was done based on an analysis of a terrorist threat.
And of course, the countries that he focused on originally all came from Obama's analysis of terrorist threat, and the country was much safer as a result of it.
We didn't just ask four questions of Chinese.
We asked many questions of Chinese and tried to keep them out.
Order the Attorney General, the Secretary of State, Secretary of Homeland Security to take all action necessary to prioritize, to focus on aliens who commit crimes.
What that really means is, you know, they say it's impossible to deport 12 million, 15 million.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, right?
So the focus and the priority.
We'll clearly be the most dangerous.
The most dangerous first.
And we proceed as far as we can go.
And maybe we get down to a number of people that don't have to be thrown out.
Maybe we do.
Maybe we don't.
We play that all based on the safety and security of the American people.
If we are going to make exceptions, at least we'll make exceptions for people who are productive, people who are law-abiding, people who are decent people who just ended up in a difficult situation.
But...
There's plenty of work to be done getting rid of the rapists, the murderers, the con artists, the child traffickers, the woman traffickers.
Withdraw from the global minimum tax agreement.
I didn't even know we agreed to it.
What the hell do we want a global tax for?
Who are we going to give it to?
The globe?
I mean, that eventually will go to the dictatorial entity that runs the world, which will be China.
Because if China were to succeed, they would immediately get rid of the Gates and the Schwabs and the Prince Bidens and, I mean, the Prince Obamas who helped them do it, as the communists always get rid of their allies once they come to power.
They get rid of their allies first.
Then you and me.
Global tax is an idiotic thing to do, which is a clear indication that we're headed to communism.
A 90-day pause in the issuance of foreign aid.
Boy, that's good because we can probably save half of it because it's bribe money.
Certainly the amount that goes to Ukraine.
Now, I love the Ukrainian people.
I've worked for the Ukrainian people.
And I understand Ukraine better than most because I've been there.
And I understand these are wonderful people who should be free.
I also stand they are plagued by a government that is entirely corrupt.
And the guy running it right now is one of them who has been sitting on highly incriminating information relating to the American administration, American politicians, and many of his own.
He is the creature of one of the worst oligarchs in Ukrainian history, a master money launderer named Kolomoisky.
And it is humanly impossible that a billion dollars goes to Ukraine that isn't taken and whacked up with the organized crime oligarchs.
And you say, oh, no.
McConnell's still in the Senate, isn't he?
Not that he knows he is, but he's still in the Senate.
He announced in the middle of all this, because read some time about McConnell and his father-in-law, the Chinese communist.
McConnell said, well, I'm very insecure that this money will be handled because it goes to the American military-industrial complex.
The reason we have a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act is because of the American military-industrial complex, because it's so damn crooked.
And it's been playing ball with Russian oligarchs from before most of you listening to me were born.
And you think $20 billion, $30 billion, $40 billion is going to be pumped into that corrupt country, and the organized crime oligarchs aren't going to get their share of it?
You wonder why the war carries on like a chess game that virtually is a checkmate, but they just keep shooting each other.
I mean, Ukraine hasn't moved them in two years, and they haven't moved Ukraine in two years.
But a lot of people got very rich, particularly in Ukraine and among the crooks in America.
So, all foreign aid is going to be halted for 90 days, and it's going to be reviewed.
And one of the things we could do with Ukrainian foreign aid, if we do more of it, is appoint someone to be a controller, appoint someone to be an overseer of the money, which we do in certain cases, and was in legislation given to Biden, which he struck out.
Of course Biden would.
Biden made a fortune illegally in...
which so far he's gotten away with.
Order the Secretaries of Commerce and Interior to restart efforts to route water from California's Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta to other parts of the state.
Now, this may cause the loss of 13 smelt fish.
And maybe a plant, I can't remember the name of the plant, may actually be endangered.
But apparently, without doing it, these fish died anyway because somebody came along and ate them, and the plants are gone.
So maybe now we can reroute them without danger to smelts and without danger to the plant, and maybe we'll stop people from getting killed and dying.
Get ready to cheer.
Everybody ready?
We have withdrawn from the World Health Organization, that Chinese communist plant, responsible for the death of millions during COVID when they originally announced at the order of Xi Jinping that COVID did not originate in China.
Then they announced that it wasn't contagious.
Why they exist, I have no idea.
But why the hell would we cooperate with them?
They basically cooperated in a conspiracy to get about a million of us killed, as well as people in Europe and Asia and Africa.
It's a completely dominated Red Chinese Front organization.
And one of the reasons why the pardoning of Fauci is a disgrace is that Fauci, who was a red Chinese operative, witnessed the fact that he once said, oh, the Chinese wouldn't do this.
They wouldn't want to kill their own people.
Oh?
A hundred million later, and you're still wondering whether they'd kill their own people?
Traitor.
Pardon?
Back to 2014?
So he could keep the kickbacks he was getting back then?
During the Obama administration?
I mean, he defied Obama's order not to invest in gain-of-function research.
And he laundered the money through the New York company that's now been barred.
Finally.
I mean, the guy's a complete criminal.
He's a little rat criminal and responsible for death and not loyal to this country.
You don't say that China would be reluctant to kill its own people if you are an honest person with any intelligence or any awareness of the world we live in.
The best news Xi Jinping could get is if 5, 10 million more were gone.
The Chinese Communist Party has no regard for human life other than their own in a way that would match and exceed the Russian Communist Party and certainly equal the Nazis, except the numbers are much greater than the Nazis.
Order the attorney general to pursue the death penalty for the killing of law enforcement officers or any capital crime committed by an illegal immigrant.
Order the Treasury Department, I love this, to change the internal revenue service to the external revenue service. - to change the internal revenue service to the external revenue Revoked security clearances for all the guys who maligned me and him.
The 51 spies who lied.
Take away their security clearance.
Brennan, it's like giving security clearance to the Islamic terrorists.
Leon Panetta, I agree with my friend Joe DeGediver, who this morning said it should particularly be done to...
Leon Panetta, who knows better, who signed the damn thing without even considering it.
He knows damn well that I wasn't an instrument of the Russian government and that Trump wasn't.
He just wrote it so that he could either keep his security clearance or Biden would make him something.
Biden didn't make him something.
But then he ended up introducing Kamala Harris at the convention.
Can you imagine what a scumbag liar you are to introduce her to be president of the United States?
She can't even talk.
An ex-patriot?
Leon?
I'm sorry.
I used to like him.
But then when he decided to join a letter saying that I was peddling a hard drive with the earmarks of Russian collusion, I came to the conclusion, That he is a very big part of the problem, not the solution.
And all 51 of them are.
I mean, you look at our intelligence over the last 20 years and you wonder why it's been so terrible.
Well, they were in charge of it.
Those 51 liars who were willing to give up any honor or decency and just sign a document that was totally ridiculous that helped create a fraudulent election.
Help to censor critical information that's never been done before in an American election.
We never would have gone through the years of Biden.
Now, people say, well, that was good because Trump is strong enough.
There's a certain argument that's correct that way.
But then, you know, if you're one of the people, one of the people that's in the families of one of the people that died because of Biden, and you know it only happened because they cheated on that election, you're going to feel very differently about that.
If you're the families of the 13 military.
Members who died in Afghanistan.
What are the families in Ukraine that says, my goodness, Putin invaded three times under the last four presidents, Bush, Prince Obama, and Biden.
He didn't invade under Trump, which, God, if you need anything to prove that he wouldn't have, and they'd all be alive now, I don't know what you need.
Declared the border crisis an invasion and ordered the Attorney General and the Secretaries of State and the Homeland Security to take all appropriate action to repel it, repatriate and remove any alien that is engaged in that invasion.
And, yes, I just want to point out...
A shameless plug to you.
You've been calling this border crisis an invasion on this show basically from the time we started it back in 2022. And our audience members that have been with us know that because we put it on the screen repeatedly.
The border crisis is now an invasion.
Yeah, 100%.
I mean, it was an invasion from the day the Nitwood Trader.
Got up at the Democrat convention in the middle of 2020 and said he wanted people to rush to the border to get ready to come in.
And they did.
And they were piled up there.
In fact, disgracefully, they even used this to try to say that Trump's numbers were higher than he said.
Because Trump's numbers up until about the time Biden said that were the best ever.
And then slowly, more and more people started to come in.
And by November, December, they were already flooding in a little bit more than usual.
And then, of course, all hell broke loose.
Like, here's the difference.
Even with that, Trump's last year was somewhat over 400,000.
Biden's first year was 1.7 million.
Second year, 2.5.
Third year, 3.5.
Trump was 400. Now, Obama got up to...
He either got up to a million short of or a little over because his Homeland Security advisor said it was a crisis at a million.
What is it at 3.5 million?
It's an invasion.
How about the one...
Oh my goodness, the one I like best.
Let me see.
I've got to find it here.
What's the one you like best?
Well, I know what you're looking for right now.
I won't give it away.
Tell me what you like best, if it isn't that one.
My goodness.
So there's so much to choose from.
Obviously January 6th, but that's an easy one.
And the weaponization of the criminal justice system.
Restore freedom of speech.
Selfishly, I like the invasion thing because you've been calling it that on the show.
Federal hiring freeze.
Oh, that's a good one.
Or ordering the federal workforce back in office.
Order the federal employees to come to work.
It's like we were friends.
They're going to shave half the work.
France, they take off, they have a two-month vacation, a 35-hour work week, and they're complaining they want more off.
They're like a teacher's union.
Because teacher's union was founded by communists.
I always remind you of that.
Revoke Biden's removal of Cuba from the terrorist list?
No-brainer.
We said that that would be done right away.
Remember when he did it?
I thought they'd let Rubio do that.
I would have let Rubio do that just for the heck of it as his first act in office because he can do it.
The president doesn't have to do that.
The secretary of state actually generally is the one who decides who is and who is not on the terrorist list, which has to be reviewed every six months.
So if you'll put on the terrorist list, the State Department has to review that designation.
I think it is every six months.
And then the secretary makes the decision to keep you on or take you off.
Of course, the president can make any decision that any of his cabinet offices can make.
That's what we mean by a unitary executive.
So the attorney general is an agent of the president.
The secretary of state is.
All the power that they have, the president has.
The president can indict you.
A U.S. attorney has the power of indictment.
U.S. Attorney is appointed by the President.
When I was U.S. Attorney, anytime President Reagan wanted to sign an indictment in the Southern District, it would be just as effective as if I did it.
I'm not even sure the Attorney General can do that.
But the President can because the President has all of the powers of all of the inferior offices of the executive branch.
Because it's like we have one executive and then it's delegated out.
And we never expected it to be this large, ever.
We can take a short break and we'll be right back.
We're talking about ESPN, OAN, Newsmax, channels you can't get anymore in certain areas.

So I think we covered most of these.
Which ones have I missed that jumped out at you, Ted, of the actions that he changed?
Well, when we've talked about the pardons, so Ross Albright was pardoned, and of course his case was championed by the libertarian movement.
We met his mom.
And we've got to know his mom well, Lynn, and just a fantastic family and friends and supporters of his that we met.
And so that's big, big news.
His punishment of, I have to confess, I don't know the details of the case, but it really is one where the penalty just jumps out at you.
As the case being unfair.
You know, you can look at a case and you can say, it's like the January 6th people, right?
So, 24 years for any one of them.
It's ridiculous.
Murderers don't get 24 years in left-wing jurisdictions.
I mean, nobody got murdered other than Our people.
The ones who should go to jail for that are probably members of the Capitol Police Department.
They did the murdering.
But instead of fire, all those people who set fires all over America got away with nothing based on Soros and Soros DAs and Harris and Biden.
I mean, thousands of them do it.
There are thousands of people running around that in 2020 did far worse than the worst actor on January 6th.
I mean, you look at any one of those cities and right in the background you see the city burning down.
You don't see the capital burning down.
They say all these cops got injured.
I haven't seen evidence of any injuries yet.
You see cops being carried out in ambulances?
I didn't.
Did you see them actually stage a state funeral for a police officer, tragically, who died of a heart attack a day after?
And they pretended he died because of January 6th?
I mean, that's disgraceful.
They had him in the rotunda, lying in state.
Like one of the Trump people.
Killed him.
Probably if anybody made contact with him, there was just as good a chance it was one of their people.
An FBI operative.
Somebody from Antifa.
There were 250, at least, Antifa people in there.
You were never shown the evidence of that.
It exists.
We gave it to them.
It exists in tweets.
Before.
Before Twitter was a legitimate operation, when it was an operative of the Democrat Party.
So what he did, you know, I don't know what the biggest thing he did yesterday was.
The January 6th across the board pardoning was absolutely right and not listening to the silly little jerks who said that every case had to be analyzed.
There was uniform deprivation of due process.
And now, the people who did it should be put under investigation, and some of them should be held to account.
Some of the judges?
That court was completely corrupted.
The District of Columbia Court was completely corrupted.
And if you want to restore respect for our courts, you've got to hold them to account just like you hold other citizens to account.
You know that whole thing, nobody's above the law?
Judges are not above the law either.
Not ones who are cruel and sadistic.
And they were cruel and sadistic.
Not just acted unconstitutionally.
And I can give you a chapter and verse on how cruel and sadistic they are.
We withdrew from the Paris Accords again.
It's like deja vu all over again.
Because we're the only ones who comply with it.
And meanwhile, it means nothing because everything we do is erased by China and India.
They're pumping out thousands of times.
China looks at whatever we reduce and does twice that.
At least, right?
Right?
Okay, that gives us room to...
Because China is smart enough to know it's all a bunch of bullshit to help China.
How about the hiring freeze?
The federal workforce hiring freeze not to include...
Military or public safety personnel.
Perfect.
Let's get a handle on where we have to make hirings.
That's what I did.
I did a hiring freeze.
I removed about 9,000 people.
I did a hiring freeze every place with the police department.
And the police department, I increased it by thousands.
Wow.
I did a spending freeze all but the police department and the fire department.
Patterned exactly on Ronald Reagan.
Who did a freeze on increases and hiring, except for the military.
It's almost like...
Why don't more mayors of these big cities take your blueprint or at least look back at it?
Because they're members of the party of slavery.
I mean, the party of Marxism.
The party of AOC. The party of complete now insanity called Democrats.
They should change the damn name.
And organize under a new name and get all the intelligent, common sense people who disagree with us on approach, but not on principles.
Well, there's going to be a group of DEI grifters that aren't going to be happy because the president...
Well, they should be part of a third party, and third parties always go the way of the communists.
You know, they're a bunch of freaks anyway.
Yeah.
The president has terminated all DEI programs across the federal government.
Boy.
Attorney General Garfinkel is going to be really upset as a son-in-law.
He's not going to be making millions now with that DEI program he has.
That's right.
Attorney General Garfinkel used to help by saying that everybody is Catholic or all parents who fight for their children are terrorists.
That's right.
You know what I mean, right?
Garland.
Merrick Garland.
We were early on that story years ago.
You have to call him something else like Garfinkel.
Yeah.
No, that's good.
We already talked about the fact that we're now recognizing two sexes, male and female.
That is really, really...
That's something, right?
Groundbreaking.
Absolutely.
We never knew that.
It was just male and female.
In fact, this would be very helpful to Justice Jackson on the court because she wasn't able to define a female, right?
Right.
So now she has a definition.
They can give it to her and it'll help her education.
That's right.
Is she...
Is she a Marxist ideologue?
A fool?
Or just a sort of, what would you say, anarchist?
I mean, how can you be asked a question and say you're not a biologist so you can't define male or female?
How can you go on the court if you can't define male or female?
That's a good question.
At least on the face of it, you're pretending to be stupid.
Right.
Bingo.
On the face of it, you're pretending to be stupid.
So if you pretend to be stupid, you shouldn't be on a Supreme Court.
Bingo.
I mean, I'm sorry.
That is a critical dividing line question.
There's something seriously wrong with you if you truly don't know the difference between a male and female.
You need some kind of help.
Also, if you are a biological male and you think you want to be a female, that's a signal that there's something wrong with you and you need help.
Find generous, decent, loving help not to be brainwashed into mutilating yourself because in something like 80% of the situations where people have Opposite sex ideation.
It's transitory.
That comes from studies in Europe.
And they won't allow studies like that in the United States anymore because we're not a free country.
Well, now maybe we are.
That's right, Mayor.
Well, how about because there's still a lot more we haven't gotten to yet.
How about we get your rapid reaction and I'll list a few.
And we'll get your reaction in a few sentences.
Maybe some of these you have to give more than a few sentences.
So you already know we withdrew from the World Health Organization, so we won't go over that one.
We've gone over renaming Mount Denali back to Mount McKinley.
We'll be drilling again.
There's another one.
Every four years it changes.
We're going to drill again in Alaska.
Back to drilling in Alaska.
And the Alaskans have their noses out of joint a little bit because we're making so much of getting Greenland.
And they say...
They have a lot more natural resources that are usable than Greenland.
And they are at the point of the spear in terms of Russia and China and where they're located.
And that Greenland would be a nice addition.
But given the fact that we have Alaska, Alaska is number one.
That's true.
It's like the people of Texas or the people, or it's like Maria from New Hampshire.
Yeah, they...
Whatever you say about New Hampshire, if you think it's anything bad, you're in deep trouble.
We're in deep trouble.
So we are...
We're very pro-New Hampshire.
Love New Hampshire.
Live free or die.
Live free or die.
There's no place like it.
No place like New Hampshire.
No place.
And you know, Massachusetts, we're not a fan.
Massachusetts, we all despise.
We all despise because they invade New Hampshire.
And if they want to invade New Hampshire and accept the values of New Hampshire, fine.
But they want to invade New Hampshire and remain communist fools that they are.
Taxachusetts.
Never, never, never.
Not good.
Not good.
So the president also has ordered that the American flag will fly at full staff, obviously, Monday for his inauguration day, but also for future inauguration days.
What a patriotic move.
And I, Mayor, what is your thought on that?
Seeing on that is it's perfectly appropriate.
I do not understand why.
If we are at half-staff because of a national tragedy, that when we have an inauguration, which should be a joyous event unless we have a cheater get elected like Biden or a crook or a pervert, well, I mean, it's horrible to have a guy who likes to have little children touch the hair on his legs, right?
Where were you on January 20th, 2021?
Probably at my home, crying.
I'm trying to think.
Where was that?
I don't remember that.
I think I went and lit a candle that day.
Right.
It's not a memorable day.
We lit a candle.
I think I went to St. Mount, no, to maybe St. Patrick.
I think we lit a candle.
Oh, you did?
I'm going to go back.
To deliver our country.
I mean, I knew, but look.
I'm in a very unusual position.
I knew everything about this bump.
And if you want to find out why the family pardons happened, read my book.
The Biden Crime Family.
More relevant than ever after the pardons.
And it's not that long.
I tried to do it as concisely as possible so people could...
Could read it and absorb it.
Of course, when I wrote it originally, he was the candidate, and I wanted to make sure they had this information since they were deprived of it before the last election with the censorship that went on and with the 51 spies who lied.
All of them have had their security clearance taken away, and possibly it'll be the subject of an investigation by the FBI when it reforms.
Justice Department.
I think the judges of the D.C. Circuit should be investigated.
I mean, I've never seen anything like it.
Whether it's for the purpose of criminal prosecution or it's for the purpose of disciplinary action or impeachment or just some lessons on what should never happen again, the whole thing should be laid out.
Has to be.
Has to be.
Why the U.S. Attorney has never pursued, really, the murder of Ashley Babbitt.
I mean, that's corrupt.
Imagine if that was a white cop that shot a pro-Obama protest, a black pro-Obama protest.
There'd be buildings burning down in every city that has a Soros DA. If you want to look at what they got away with in 2020, and we didn't know it as well then, it's all in Soros-owned cities.
It's where Soros spent a million or more to put in the DA, who already had turned the city into an absolutely crime-ridden city, ruined city, whether it's St. Louis or a little city like Rochester or a big city like Philadelphia.
Minneapolis.
Minneapolis.
New York.
All of them are cities.
You estimated during 2020. I was right there.
Well, D.C. has more per capita crime than New York.
Everybody talks about New York being, oh, so dangerous, so dangerous.
In fact, a lot of cities have more per capita crime than New York.
Will the crime rate go down now that the Biden family has left town?
Well, yeah, there'll be a lot less drug crime.
And I don't think there'll be too many incidents, if any, of...
Of cocaine showing up in a White House locker.
Now, who's cocaine could that have been?
Gee.
That's a hard one.
That's a hard one.
Secret Service, by the way, closed that investigation and destroyed all the records.
Oh.
Now, somebody should investigate who did that, and they should be fired, if not prosecuted, for obstruction of justice.
And under whose orders?
That goes back to...
I bet you that goes back...
That's got to go back pretty high to the top, right?
I think they just did it on their own.
They were sucking up to Biden when the drug addict bought the gun.
They tried to pull the records from the gun dealer, and the gun dealer told them to go to hell.
And they're all protecting themselves, of course, because they don't want anything damaging to Biden, because all their jobs were dependent on Biden winning re-election.
That's why I am highly suspicious of the assassination attempts.
The Secret Service was a plaything of, I mean, basically sucked Biden's ass.
Wasn't it like a friend of Jill Biden that became the...
Yeah, well, they bailed him out.
They bailed the son out when the son was using the credit card to go to...
Joe's credit card to go to prostitutes while he was in rehab.
I mean, his rehab was not rehab at all.
His rehab, he would set himself up with prostitutes and drugs.
Which he would do at night in the rehab center.
So the rehab centers were pretty damn useless also.
And you'd like to believe he's clean?
Yeah, right.
Would you like to buy the Brooklyn Bridge?
CBP-1 has been canceled.
CBP-1 was the secret, not-so-secret, perverted program, an app where you can apply to come into the United States.
They just let you in.
Particularly if you're from China.
We did about $1.2 million that way.
Probably we should take a look at that list and take a look at each one of them and where the hell they are now.
Because they're probably spying somewhere for China, thanks to the money that China invested in the Biden crime family.
Again, outlined in my book in great detail.
And they are fully pardoned for it.
And Fauci's pardon back to 2014. So they don't pick up any of the royalty bribes he got even before he was getting bribes for COVID and acting as an agent of the Chinese Communist government.
Trump has declared no more birthright citizenship for the children of illegals.
And you say, well, that's unconstitutional because the 14th Amendment says That everyone born in the United States is a citizen.
I want to alert you that it's a close case.
And I don't know how the court's going to decide.
But it's a lot closer than you think.
First of all, it doesn't just say, born in the United States.
It adds some words to it that have meaning.
Because when words are in a law or a constitutional amendment or constitutional provision, they have to have meaning.
The words are, and under the jurisdiction of the United States.
So is the child of an illegal who's here illegally under the jurisdiction of the United States?
That doesn't mean whether they can be prosecuted or not.
It means whether they're embraced within the law of the United States.
I'll give you an example.
The child of a diplomat, even a diplomat without diplomatic immunity, but a diplomat from a foreign government born in the United States, born in a New York hospital or a Washington hospital, is not a citizen.
Yes, they're born in the United States.
They meet the first part of the test.
They don't meet the second under the jurisdiction of the United States.
So, the question is, despite the fact that we illegally grant all kinds of benefits to illegals, does that place them under the jurisdiction of the United States?
And since it means more than the ability to prosecute them in the United States, it means It could very well mean lawfully here.
Then you're going to get a big surprise.
It's going to be a very interesting argument.
And he is fully aware of the fact that it will be challenged.
But he's got the guts to challenge it.
And it is kind of ridiculous.
Just because you're born here, you become a citizen.
Suppose your parents are here on vacation and she gives birth early and you get born in the United States.
You become a citizen by accident?
It'd be hard to maintain our sovereignty and our unity as a nation if that could happen.
Or, of course, it does allow people to come in and just have children here.
And particularly when the border is wide open, millions can come in and have children here.
I don't know if you come in illegally if it fits the 14th Amendment definition under the jurisdiction of the United States.
An amendment that was meant to secure the citizenship of ex-slaves.
It had nothing to do with illegal aliens.
So, as usual, Trump's action is a lot more Substantively grounded.
Like, for example, when he first said we should take the Panama Canal back.
Now we find out that China is virtually running the damn thing.
Is this any different than Kennedy wanted to keep Russia out of Cuba?
No.
It's not any different.
We didn't, as he said yesterday, very eloquently in just a few words, we didn't spend billions to build that canal and lose, how many lives did we lose?
They say thousands.
Yeah.
They say thousands.
In order to give it to China.
To help China.
And by the way, in the treaty.
It's in the treaty.
So stop it.
Stop minimizing his substantive ability, like you did with Reagan.
Stop doing it.
You're making a mistake.
It's in the treaty.
The treaty says that we can take military action without their permission if the neutrality of the canal is jeopardized.
We make that decision.
Not the damn crooked Panamanian government.
I mean, the last guy's in jail.
This guy, who knows?
I mean, he's shooting his mouth off big time.
But what kind of government does he run?
Last time I checked, Panama was crooked as hell.
And not at all beyond possibility that China bought them.
What are they doing running two of the...
They run more locks than we do.
Come on.
Go back to the South China Sea where you're bullying people around.
Get the hell out of here.
You want to overtake us and we're going to give you the canal that we built?
I mean, that's like giving you the Bagram Air Base, which Biden did.
But, you know, we're not all traitors like Biden.
So I think birthright citizenship is going to be a fascinating legal constitutional argument.
A great example, if I were teaching legal interpretation.
a great example of how you interpret a law, an amendment or a provision of the constitution and try to find out what it means.
He did away with the 50%, 50% of every car sold in 2030, which is only what, five, five years away.
Right.
Will have to be...
An electric vehicle.
What percentage now are electric?
Still...
Got to be a low, low percentage, but we'll look...
Do you know we would have to...
Really?
13%?
That's way too high.
And the strain it's putting on our energy resources is monumental.
I'm going to say 4%, maybe 3 to 4. You also have to unearth all kinds of minerals that probably...
It means the earth is going to go away in three years.
That's like.
So.
He had a 47 minute.
Oval Office news conference yesterday.
I think that's longer than all of Biden's news conferences combined.
9.3?
I don't believe that 1 out of 10 cars are electric on the road.
There's no way.
Well, okay, even if they are, you've got to multiply that by 5 in 2030. And by the way, don't electric cars and electric batteries, don't you need coal in the same resources?
Maybe even more.
There's no possible way.
What a scam.
There's no possible way we could produce enough electric.
In five years to supply five times more electric vehicles.
Well, you can buy one and just not use it.
You can just put it up somewhere.
Virtue signal.
I have an electric.
I care about the electric.
Just getting a golf cart that's electric.
Driving around.
Same damn thing.
Yeah, but you don't drive a golf cart from New York to Washington.
And you really can't drive an electric car.
You have to stop every half hour.
And you better hope that the charging station's open, right?
If someone's there, you're waiting another hour.
I love the idea of using them in tanks.
Oh, yeah.
You and the president.
That's funny with the stories, right?
We have all these tanks, these war machines.
So why don't we show the family album from yesterday?
Oh, yeah.
Okay?
Let's put up the family album.
I'm just going to flip through the pictures that I took.
The ones that I took and some of these are other people.
Give us a second.
These are going to be in no particular order because I didn't order them yet.
Dr. Maria, is your voice good enough to do a little narrating on this?
You were there.
She has laryngitis.
By the way, before The ceremony, we walked for about eight blocks to get to St. John's Church, and it was about 16, 17 degrees.
And then afterwards, when we finished the most wonderful ceremony ever, and most important, we were dropped off with many, many, many dignitaries at the Willard Hotel.
But you could not get a car within five blocks of the Willard Hotel.
So we had to...
Now we were pushing a single digit.
Shout out to Juan.
I thought we were going to be found dead.
I thought we were going to be found dead on the tundras of Washington, D.C. Who helped escort you?
Not that you needed the help.
A great guy from Michigan.
From the great state of Michigan.
Something about those Michiganders, man.
Who Stephen knows.
He's like a little saint.
Juan.
Saint Juan.
Saint Juan.
There you go, Juan.
We're going to clip this and send it to you.
You can't talk.
Dr. Maria still can't talk.
By the way, I've noticed stuff from a lot of people from the weekend.
They've lost their voice, including the boss, including the president.
Listen to his voice.
So there's a close-up shot of the president and the first lady with that And Ivanka and Tiffany and the pervert and the knucklehead.
And there's this first stepmother who is no longer the first stepmother to the right.
And to the left, we see Barron kind of above everybody.
He is quite imposing.
Isn't that interesting?
That's his oldest son and his youngest son.
And there's Eric, his middle son.
Wow.
So that's a nice shot, right?
Right.
That's a bit more of a close-up.
Unfortunately, the bald head is blocking out the two Bibles that she was holding.
I would like to have gotten a shot of that.
That's the international crew.
The minister of Italy, the president of Argentina.
And the Vice President of Red China, he's looking around taking pictures.
Remember like in Dr. Strangelove, when the Ambassador comes in, they let the Ambassador into the Situation Room, and the right-wing generals are very opposed, and he's discussing it with the President.
And as he's leaving, he's taking secret pictures of the Situation Room.
And George C. Scott, who's playing the general, goes crazy.
See, I told you, you can't trust those Ruskies.
Everyone says that Elon Musk has a crush on Prime Minister Maloney.
you I tried to set myself up for a picture of the two of them so I could see the...
Musk has a very, very...
has a lot of expressions on his face.
So we might have been able to get something, but I wasn't able.
There's some of the family, right?
The ones we know best, really.
Eric and Jared and Ivanka and Donald Jr. Looking quite proud.
They look really well-dressed.
Family.
Love Don Jr.'s suit there with the red tie.
Yeah, like Dad.
That's just like Pops.
But he didn't wear his red tie yesterday.
Look at this one.
Where are all the American flag pins?
I'm not seeing flag pins.
Come on, people.
Come on.
Where's the flag pins?
There's Wyckoff in the back.
Former President Bush.
Mrs. Bush.
President Bush winking.
Looking a lot more.
She's looking great.
Is he winking or did somebody throw something in his eye?
I can't tell.
Maybe another shoe.
Maybe Cheney was shooting around there.
Protect your eyes.
There's the president very proudly showing how he's reversing the communist state with his famous signature.
That's a list of all the actions that he took.
There's my favorite one, Gulf of America.
That's great.
So are maps going to now reflect Gulf of America?
Will Iran-McNally map in 2020?
So take a look and you will see that somewhat more of the Gulf of America is America than Mexico.
More than Mexico, but is it...
Does America make the majority of the border or a plurality of the border?
Well, I think it's only America and Mexico, so I think it would have to be a majority.
So Cuba doesn't count as bordering the Gulf?
No, it kind of ends where you see Cancun right there.
Yeah, and Cuba's an island.
You go out into the Atlantic Ocean.
Okay, so the island doesn't count.
The Gulf is enclosed where you see Havana, right?
Yeah.
And Havana is separate.
It's an island, so they don't count.
It's 90 miles separated from Florida.
So really, you're right.
It's about as far away from Mexico, too.
Really, the entrance to the Gulf of Mexico is Havana on one side and Cancun on the other.
So you really do have Mexico making up maybe 30%?
In America making up 60% and then 10% in the water.
More than Havana.
I mean, more than Mexico, rather.
I wonder how Mexico claimed that title.
I don't know.
Probably we didn't have an America first president at the time.
There is a group of the people that are the high-tech geniuses.
In the background, of course, are the Trump appointees.
But I look at this picture as, would you ever believe that these people would be at Trump's inauguration a year ago?
Yeah.
Like Zuckerberg was getting ready to steal for Biden again.
Right.
Until he got scared.
He looks frightened, doesn't he?
Until they scared the shit out of him.
There's Mrs. Bezos, who apparently, if she takes that off, She's going to be wearing a nightgown.
Fiancé or wife?
I believe still technically fiancé.
Sue to be Mrs. Bezos.
Bezos looks like he's happy about something.
Another red tie, blue suit.
There's...
RMK's on his phone.
There's Sundar Pichai, who's the Google boss.
And there...
You see what I mean about being expressive?
There's Elon.
And you got Doug Burgum behind him.
The people behind.
Yeah, you got Doug Burgum.
The wrestling.
What's the name?
McMahon?
McMahon.
Brooke Rollins.
Howard Lutnick.
Pete Hegseth.
And...
Cash Patel.
The FBI. And I think next to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is his running mate.
Nicole Shanahan.
And then Zuckerberg.
His wife is to his left.
She's just out of the picture.
There's the kid looking at taking a real gander at Bezos' fiancee, which apparently if you take that thing off, which you did, it was a real like, look at the guy in back.
Holy, I didn't notice that.
I wonder if Zuckerberg gave him a little tap to take a look.
Who is that guy?
I was going to ask before who that was.
Oh, I believe he is a nominee for one of the posts here.
He might even be a former.
I'm trying to get that name for you.
I understand, but it is a little obvious.
Yeah, yeah, it is.
The awards are red-blooded American males.
I don't know what...
You know, maybe he's human after all, man.
Should we send...
Is that possible?
Yeah.
We thought of it a human moment, right?
Yeah, I thought he was a computer.
We should send this to Bezos.
I wonder if he's jealous.
Maybe we could start a...
What do you think?
You know, I think all...
You never know.
Exactly.
Jealousy doesn't have boundaries in terms of wealth or age.
Exactly.
Looks or whatever.
Jealousy is jealousy.
You're either afflicted by it or you're not.
I just don't know without knowing the guy.
I know if he was Italian, he'd punch these guys in the nose.
And there they are.
There they are, the crew.
With Paulson somehow in the middle there.
What he's doing there, I don't know.
But everybody on the back are Republicans.
There's that expression on Bill Clinton's face and Hillary looking, like, annoyed.
I think he misheard Trump.
And I think he heard Trump say, I'm going to release the Epstein list.
That's why he's looking like that.
He's saying, oh, no!
And she's saying, gosh almighty, I did everything I could to cover that up.
I won't say what she did, but everything I could to cover that up.
The one in front there, Kathleen Kamala, doesn't know what's going on.
She actually was going to put a little simultaneous translation in her ear to make all of what Trump said circumlocutious because she doesn't understand direct conversation.
Right.
Now, he could be anywhere.
He could be in some other planet, the ex-president.
Oh, Joe has...
I wonder how many times he had to be reminded where he was.
I would say right there, if you asked him, he wouldn't know.
Not a clue.
Look at the expression on his face.
Not a clue.
He's sitting there thinking, hmm.
I wonder who this guy is that Trump is so rude about voting to have screwed everything up.
Yeah.
It wasn't me.
I was just a senator.
Remember a couple of times when he was president, he said he was a senator.
I mean, I do think his legacy...
Oh, that's even a better picture of Clinton.
Look.
He must be thinking about Epstein.
I know it.
I know it.
He's so worried.
Damn it.
Jeffrey better be dead.
They better have got him.
Yeah.
Gosh almighty.
We did everything.
Some tents.
These are tents in Washington.
Can you believe us?
The nation's capital.
We got tents in Washington.
Tents.
There's RFK June.
And Ratcliffe.
Has he had his hearings yet?
No.
We'll know about those ones.
Those are the only ones I'm really looking forward to.
Must be this week.
They gotta be coming up.
Gotta stay tuned when they have his hearings.
We'll have some very interesting observations about that.
Yeah.
We'll see you.
So you should know.
And you're friends with him.
And now, and I really became a fan when I read his book because he's the one who nailed Fauci.
Big time.
Fauci.
He's tweeting.
He's putting up an ex post.
That's what he's doing.
He's looking at Twitter.
Causing trouble.
Causing trouble.
Tweeting something at somebody.
Doge.
That's another example.
Champion of free speech.
And the Department of Government Efficiency is looking to implement that as an official.
Oh, Vivek.
We love Vivek.
I'm not sure.
I'm not surprised.
Vivek loves Ohio.
I think he does want to be an executive.
He wants to be an executive.
You kind of explained that to me, Mayor.
Some people say, well, why?
Because it's a more fulfilling job to be a governor than a senator.
You can actually do things.
Well, as a senator, all you do is talk and then cover up crimes by other members of the club, even if they're of the other party, like they did with Biden, and they wouldn't help me uncover the evidence on Biden because, oh, he was one of them.
Yeah.
No, no.
He was a major crook and traitor to the United States of America, not one of them.
Bingo.
Who's that?
Who's that?
Here.
Come on, Stephen.
I want somebody else to answer for us.
What's she pointing at?
We don't know.
We cannot see.
But she was there in like the fifth row.
Great seat.
Everybody looking at her?
There she is again.
Some common folk.
We're sitting there with people that...
Probably worth more than the U.S. Treasury.
There's the great...
I took a picture of this.
I'm glad you did that.
I love those paintings in there.
Those are some of the most beautiful.
They're so big.
That was one of the great benefits of having it indoors like that.
Did you notice that Washington had Kliegloid for his farewell address?
He had what?
Kliegloid.
Look up on the right there.
I never knew that Washington was a press hound.
Let's see if we can bring that up.
Notice it.
Notice it.
It's in the edge of the painting, so it's a joke.
There you go, yeah.
I don't even know.
It was staged.
I don't know.
I don't know if, you know.
I always wondered.
I didn't know if they had those.
How could that horse turn like that?
Oh yeah, so that's just for...
Unless that poor horse is somehow deformed.
That's for a fact, right?
It's a painting, so they wanted to get...
Yeah, but Washington would never pull his horse like that.
The poor horse would be making all kinds of noises.
The painter made a mistake and he had to cover for it.
So now we have a few...
They used to be racers back then.
We see a few more.
Here are some of the justices, right?
There's...
Oh, there they are.
There's Kavanaugh, Roberts, Alito.
Kavanaugh.
Amy Comey Bryant, who somehow Trump has got to be reviewing that one.
Yeah, Sotomayor is there.
Yeah, hard to see her, though.
Oh, there's Billy.
Yeah, I wonder what he's looking at.
Got a smile on his face.
Now, this is when they told him that he was wrong.
Trump didn't say anything about Epstein's list.
Everyone is waiting for the president to come out right there.
In reverse order.
That's what it looked like.
They did fit a lot of people in there, I will say.
Notice how I came out here to take that picture?
I was here.
You took it out, kind of.
There's the big picture.
This is not mine.
That's the one we're using behind us.
But this is the one where you can see me and you can see Dr. Maria.
Who's right behind you?
I don't know, actually.
There's Dr. Maria being stalked by a Russian spy.
The lady with the hat on behind her.
That looks very much like the one where we took a shot of her.
And there's me clapping.
And in the middle is J.D. Vance's aunt.
It looks like she's sitting next to me.
She's actually in front of me.
And the Russian spy is behind Dr. Maria.
I'm only kidding, by the way.
She has a Russian hat on.
People tend to wear that when it's one degree on it.
So they had those big lights.
I would have been more interested in those powerful lights.
Oh, very powerful.
Look at the ones in the back of it.
Yeah, way back.
Look at those big ones.
So the president better not be looking at those damn things.
No, they were far enough away from him.
It's a little bigger than it looks.
Yeah.
Although much smaller than I remember.
I don't think I've ever been there with that many people in it.
Ah, so it looks smaller with more people.
Probably did more, you know, just mere fact of having that many people, probably did more damage to it than the January 6th people did when they just walked through very peacefully.
Peacefully and like...
Remember when the QAnon...
Shaman.
QAnon, whatever he was, shaman walked through with the police escort?
Yeah.
The cops laughing at him?
They're laughing at him.
Requesting that they're not...
The cruel, mean, sadistic judges of the district government weren't laughing when they put him in jail.
Oh, disgusting.
Yeah, you sent me one of these pictures.
There's President Trump at the beginning of his inaugural address.
Did he walk down the center there or did he go down the side?
He is shaking hands with...
No, he came from the back.
And then he left through the back?
Yeah.
There he is.
Leave him there.
Right there.
There you go, Mayor.
Look at that camera work.
There he is.
Right there.
There he is.
There's Melania.
Tiffany.
Biden looks so proud.
Look.
Joe's like, oh.
You know, I think he was just glad that Trump shook hands with him.
Yeah, I think he was just like, what are we celebrating?
All right.
I'll clap.
I'll clap.
This must be a family relative doing something nice.
What happened?
Who graduated?
He's trying to get into the family.
Yeah.
Who graduated?
What college now?
All right.
Those pictures, Mayor.
That one's a little sideways.
There we go.
Look at Joe.
It's not even funny.
I'm just watching Joe in these videos.
Well, Joe wanted to shake hands with everybody.
Oh, yeah.
Look at Joe.
He doesn't even know what he's doing.
Oh, he's so out of it.
I'm saying this.
I'm trying to be nice.
I'm not making fun of him.
Look at him.
Look at Joe.
Look at him.
He's in a little state now.
He has no idea.
And is this at noon?
There's Franklin Graham.
There's the Archbishop of New York, Cardinal Dolan.
Thank you.
Looking up to God.
Like Cardinals are supposed to do.
She should have been there.
But she was chairman.
I don't know why she was chairman of the inaugural committee.
I think that's like a bipartisan deal.
I kind of remember last time they had two.
A Republican and a Democrat.
Why just her?
I don't know.
Maybe McConnell was the other one, and he got lost coming there.
He went over to his father-in-law's house to pick up a few grand.
Well, you've got some real good pictures, Mayor.
Outside of the actual photographers, you may have the best pictures.
Definitely very pensive, the president.
Five minutes before he took the oath and about three minutes before Jay did it.
There's waiting for somebody to come in.
Oh, there you can see the two Bibles.
You can see the two Bibles in Mrs. Trump's hand.
Who?
True.
Notice the small one and the big one?
Oh, there's two Bibles.
Why is she holding them?
Is that...
Because she held them during the...
That's how it usually goes, right?
When she was in the center, there he comes.
Oh, and who's in front?
Who's announcing him?
Sergeant Arms?
Who are those two people?
Oh, yeah, who are those people?
I have no idea who they are.
The heck were those two people?
They're obviously quite important.
Yeah, look at what are they doing?
They're standing there.
Get out of the way.
Look, look, look.
Joe is so happy.
Congratulations on your big day.
Yeah, I'm so happy.
I can go have my ice cream now.
Well, Klobuchar's got to shake his hand.
It amazes me who those two people are.
I really don't know.
I don't know either.
Must be part of the presidential inaugural committee.
All right, now they...
Now they're out of there.
Somebody else came in.
Well, now we have military people coming in.
Man, I don't...
This is for the insurrection.
Wow, so this is where they're getting ready, huh?
Thank you.
Joe's still clapping.
He's smiling.
Kamala's...
Oh, Kamala's clapping.
I didn't know Kamala knew how to clap.
And the second gentleman, who will not be the second gentleman much longer...
Kind of weird that he's the second gentleman and he beat the shit out of his girlfriend.
Yeah, I think he's the gentleman title.
And impregnated his daughter's nanny.
Don't you lose the gentleman title at some point?
I think it's that stuff you do, yeah.
Not if you're a Democrat, though.
Well, great.
You got some great, this is some great first-hand video footage, Mayor.
This obviously is before the president came out, right after J.D. Vance came out.
And Mrs. Trump with the Bibles.
And Joe Biden trying to stay awake.
Who's that?
That's the lady who introduced him.
Is it a prayer?
She's the head of some committee or other.
Oh, there's John Thune.
Oh, there's the Senators.
My God, there's the traitor to his own people, Schumer.
There's New York hack politician, Jamal.
Oh, he's got to eat crow.
Hakeem Jeffries, Steve Scalise.
And the Speaker?
Mike Johnson.
Klobuchar's back.
Why did she have to come in again?
She walked out.
What are they doing?
She wanted to walk down the aisle.
She wanted to be a part of the procession.
Wyckoff had quite a spot, huh?
He really did.
But he was on the other side before.
He moved.
No, I swear to God, he was on the other side before.
I thought so, too.
He was like behind the first gentleman who was...
Or maybe it was the angle, the camera angle.
Yeah, maybe.
It could be.
He was to the right, but when Trump's sitting over there, it looks like he's to the right.
Well, isn't that hairy?
Yeah, that's the one who introduced him.
Well, great footage, Mayor.
J.D. coming out.
He's our friend.
That's Victor.
The president's father-in-law and Ted's friend.
Super Bowl buddy.
Super Bowl buddy.
I think he much preferred talking hockey or basketball, but he loved watching football with his son-in-law.
Great guy, by the way.
Great guy.
Stand-up guy.
And isn't there something?
The president has him in everything in a very prominent role.
That's very nice.
Classy.
What he's really like.
Yeah, exactly.
Barron had a nice short haircut.
I liked it.
Look how pensive he looks.
He's grown up right before our eyes, if you think about it.
I didn't get the, you know, when he did that, when they were clapping and he went like this.
Did you see that shot of him?
No.
What was he doing?
Oh, that was one of the, that was one that went viral.
He was standing there and they were clapping and then he went like this.
Let me hear you.
Let me hear you.
Oh, like, bring it, yeah, that's right.
Bring it on.
Like a proud son of his father.
I mean, I just can't imagine.
He's very, very good looking.
I just can't imagine going through what he's had to go through in terms of...
It's just so unfortunate.
He was a young boy when his father first announced 10 years ago.
That was 10 years ago in the way that they treat his father.
So it's got to be a nice moment for him.
Well, he's grown up with his father being tortured.
That's what I'm saying, right?
Can you imagine?
He's probably a little boy when his...
And then at the end, nobody else did.
No Democrat shook Biden's hand.
He went over and shook Biden's hand.
Well, that's another sign of a parent's well-raised kid.
Oh, it wouldn't be a live Trump event without Lee Greenwood in a live performance.
We don't need to hear.
I don't even have to hear the voice.
I know exactly what he's singing.
Or did he sing something different?
No, no, no.
That's what he's saying.
And that's the church?
I don't know.
National Anthem or something.
It's the church service.
And that was the night before.
So there we go.
That was a great night.
We got to play some video.
That was the Newsmax party.
Yeah, I got a nice video clip from that.
I'm going to play.
And then we got a nice interview with our friend.
Play next to close out.
But yeah, we'll play some.
Dr. Maria again?
Oh, you got those Newsmax pictures.
You were taking pictures up there.
That's my daughter-in-law, Zaville.
That's wonderful.
Play my clip.
That's a friend.
I take so many pictures.
There we go.
We're back to China.
Okay.
Well, that's our home movies for tonight of what we got.
You saw where we were sitting.
We thank President Trump.
With our whole heart for inviting us and letting us have such wonderful seats.
It was a truly historic occasion, one of the most historic I've ever participated in.
I do believe that it's an event that symbolizes saving the country.
The election did.
But, you know, we had to get to this.
And I was very worried from the election until this that something would happen.
So I finally, finally could feel in my heart the contentment and the joy and the satisfaction of victory after all we've been through.
And I was so proud that he invited myself and Dr. Maria and so many others that were with him.
So many that stuck with him during the tough times because there were so many traitors.
Some of them have come back, but I don't know, it could take a while to get over.
That other part.
It's always hard to trust someone who, when things get tough, becomes a traitor.
It's understandable, and sometimes they can overcome it, and sometimes they can learn from it.
I believe in endless human redemption, the possibility of it.
I also understand that it's not 100%.
So, you've got to be careful.
And it seems to me that he's being very careful this time.
And he's not going to have around him So many people that wish him ill.
So, as you know, he pardoned 1,500 or so people who were convicted or are still under investigation for the Nancy Pelosi put up January 6th job, where we still haven't found the 254 Antifa workers who were part of it.
We have no real acknowledgement of what the FBI really did.
We just know they lied.
And we do know that Nancy Pelosi and her daughter were trying to produce a movie.
We know that Pelosi turned down the National Guard and they lied about that.
It all came out.
She said it on tape.
She said on tape that she was responsible for it.
She also has never turned over her records.
The J-6 committee destroyed their records.
The J-6 committee, who were pardoned by the...
By Dodo Bird had to be pardoned because I think they were on their way to jail.
I mean, that whole thing was a criminal enterprise to prevent Donald Trump from being president.
There's nothing legitimate about it at all.
It wasn't even legitimately constituted by the Congress.
So they were liable to very, very serious criminal penalties.
Unfortunately, you know, Shifty Schiff is now in this.
But he is representing poor California.
They don't do much better.
I mean, Feinstein was probably a really decent person, although she had a Chinese spy around her for 19 years.
That's great, huh?
Fine.
She's a nice lady, but she had a Chinese spy around all the time.
And she was on the Intelligence Committee.
No wonder China has infiltrated her the way they have.
Well, now we have Brandon.
Let's get his name right.
Brandon Strzok.
Brandon Strzok.
Now, Brandon was persecuted by the District of Columbia U.S. Attorney's Office, the Justice Department, and a very vicious, sadistic United States District judge.
By the way, they are not above being investigated, nor did he pardon them.
And some of the things they did were criminal in nature in the way they sadistically treated so many people who committed no crime or minor crimes.
I mean, I've never seen so many people go to jail for misdemeanors or have to face ankle bracelets and whatever hell else they wanted to torture them with.
But in any event, Brandon is going to tell you his story.
I interviewed him earlier.
And it really is symbolic.
Some had it easier, some had it much worse.
He did nothing.
Nothing.
He never even went in.
There's video that shows he did nothing.
He did have to admit to some things, otherwise he would have gone to jail for 20 years.
The FBI forced him to lie.
Which he did so that he could stay out of jail, but he ended up being in jail anyway for a short period.
And then being on, in fact, his probation was just ending when he got a full pardon.
But he would have like another, I don't know what it was, another five years of parole where he's under surveillance and stuff like that.
Now, he did nothing.
He took pictures like I did yesterday.
And then they said he touched a cop.
The video shows he didn't, but he had to admit to it so that he could get a misdemeanor rather than they were going to impose the obstruction statute on him.
Of course, it turned out that the obstruction statute was illegally used by the crooked district U.S. attorney and the crooked judges.
The judge who sentenced him declared that law to be fully constitutional and legal, only to be reversed by the Supreme Court.
Because the judges of the District of Columbia went haywire.
Something went wrong with them, and they acted completely contrary to the Constitution, to decency, and even to human decency.
And it should be fully investigated, and people should be held to account, because we have to trust our judiciary.
And we also have to understand they're not above the law.
The judge that I clerked for said, That some of the judges that get appointed and they have the robes put on all of a sudden start to believe they were appointed by God.
But actually they were really appointed for one of two reasons.
They're a Republican or a Democrat.
That brings you back to earth, right?
Well, let's listen to Brandon and then we'll be back tomorrow at 7 on the Lindell TV and on X. And then we'll be back at 8 with America's Mayor Live on X. And we've got, I think in one week, he's going to do the work of four years.
So we might as well stay alert.
And I'm sure we even missed some of the very significant things he did.
He did so much today.
Too much he did.
Yeah.
And it deserves a lot of analysis.
And we were only able to analyze some of it.
But I hope you like the home movies.
We'll be back tomorrow night.
And please, again, I want to remind you, we still should be praying for the people of Israel and the people of Ukraine, because they're still in danger.
The people of Iran, so they can become free.
And of course, we should thank God for being so good to us, us Americans.
And God bless America.
God bless America.
God bless America.
all kinds of different things.
It was exhausting.
I lost family members, friends.
I lost my job.
There was a numerous amount of ideas I had from which you wanted.
I had to go to the next one.
Thank you.
To celebrate the new year, we're having the biggest sale ever on overstock clearance and brand new products.
For example, save 60% on our Goose Down comforters, the best comforters ever.
They go perfectly with our MyPillow bedsheets and duvet covers.

They're made with the same technology as our famous MyTowels.
Our initial quantities are extremely low, so get them now before they go.
Our seasonal flannel sheets are finally in.
You save up to 50% and they sell out fast every year.
So order now.
They're truly the best flannel sheets.
Brandon Strzok, of course, the founder of the walkaway campaign and recent recipient of a full and absolute pardon from President Donald J. Trump.
I am, of course, I completely...
Overjoyed that the President granted all these pardons, but in particular to you.
Thank you.
You really deserve it.
And what was done to you is something that I think historically will go down in history as one of the worst deprivations of our human rights, much worse than the internment of the Japanese during World War II, a complete breakdown of governmental laws.
But now you tell us, Brandon, your story, because these are a thousand, two thousand personal stories, one after the other, that shock the conscience.
Yeah, so, you know, to give you kind of the bullet points, the thing people should know is that...
You know, first of all, I wasn't on the west side of the building on January 6th.
I was on the east side of the building.
The west side of the building is where the riot had occurred at one point where, you know, people had broken windows and struggled.
Were the tear gas happening and all that and all the scuffling?
Right.
Yes.
Yeah.
But on the east side where I was, nobody was, there were no officers around.
The barricades were open.
Nobody was breaking windows.
Nobody was rioting.
And when I arrived, I just walked up to the building, and there was a man standing at the top of the building shouting, they've opened the doors, they're letting us in.
So I walked to the top of the stairs, and when I got there, the doors were open, and some people were pushing their way in, and the majority of people like me were standing outside shooting a video.
I never entered the Capitol on January 6th.
I didn't engage in any violence, vandalism, theft or destruction.
But I took that video that I shot outside for eight minutes and I uploaded it to Twitter.
Yep.
And the FBI, it was sent to the FBI, who then raided my apartment, put me in handcuffs and took me to jail.
And they charged me with two felonies and a misdemeanor and threatened to add a third felony, the obstruction of an official proceeding felony.
Unless I pled guilty to a misdemeanor, which I did.
So I pled guilty, and as a condition of pleading guilty, I had to sign their statement of offense.
And in their statement of offense, they said that I stood outside the building and shouted, go, go, go, to encourage people to go in, and that I encouraged the crowd to take a shield from an officer.
I can finally now, after being pardoned, tell everybody in America none of it was true.
I did not do any of those things.
That was made up by one FBI agent who went to a judge, arrested me on a complaint, and the DOJ made me sign that I did that or I would not get a plea deal.
Now, if you didn't get a plea deal, what were the possibilities in terms of amount of time in jail?
What people understand, they were terrorizing you.
What was the amount of time?
Well, and people need to understand, too, that they're not releasing jurisdiction of any of these January 6th cases.
So everybody must go before a D.C. judge and a D.C. jury with a 93 percent.
These people voted against Trump at a rate of 93 percent.
They're getting 100 percent conviction rate at these January 6th cases.
Impossible, by the way.
Impossible to win.
So I would have been facing...
The two felony charges, plus a misdemeanor, plus they said that they were going to add the obstruction of an official proceeding felony.
So all in, I was potentially facing 35 years worth of charges.
And they probably would have sentenced me to two or three years, in all likelihood, if I had been found guilty.
More than that.
With the obstruction charge, I bet five or more.
And the obstruction charge turned out to be illegal, ultimately.
Correct.
The Supreme Court knocked it.
You would have had it corrected years later, but you would have done the time.
Yeah, and Mayor Giuliani, I just posted this on X shortly before doing your show tonight.
My judge, Judge Dabney Friedrich, she was actually the judge who ruled that the 1512 obstruction of an official proceeding felony could be used against the January 6th defendants.
And because of her ruling, people spent years in prison for a charge that was later overturned by the Supreme Court.
Yeah, pretty decisively, too.
I mean, it's a matter of statutory construction, not ideology or anything else.
In other words, if you're a halfway decent lawyer, you understand it.
And if you're not or dishonest, you don't.
But in any case, how long were you in before you got out?
So when I was initially raided by the FBI, I only spent a couple to two and a half days in jail.
But my case got dragged out over the course of a year.
And then when I was finally sentenced on, I have no prior criminal record.
So this was my entire, I have one class B misdemeanor for disorderly conduct for standing outside the Capitol filming.
And I was given three months of house arrest, three years of federal probation, and 60 hours of community service, fines, fees.
Court-ordered mental health services.
And if I had not been pardoned, my probation would have ended this Thursday.
But I ended up getting a three-day reprieve thanks to my pardon.
Right.
And then, of course, that carryover effect.
Correct.
You're right.
That's right.
And the main thing, you know, although among most people they understood this, you have your name back, your honor, and your clean record.
A man who's never been convicted, never been arrested, all of a sudden gets involved in a misdemeanor, a questionable misdemeanor.
Even if it had been true, he would have gotten a suspended sentence in the rest of America.
Right.
A first-time offender, even in much more serious misdemeanors, is usually treated pretty decently because you hope that maybe the person will never do it again.
Right.
Well, and remember when I got raided by the FBI, they took me in initially and I sat in jail for two and a half days before my case began.
So when I pled guilty to my class B misdemeanor, my attorney told me, he said, well, by the time we get to sentencing, your judge is going to sentence you to time served because he said nobody goes to jail on a first offense misdemeanor.
You already spent two and a half days in jail.
She's just going to say time served and you can move on.
Little did we know that how Trump deranged these federal judges are and that they're treating even class B misdemeanors as acts of terrorism if they're connected to January 6th.
And so, I mean, she just went crazy.
I mean, she just went for it in my sentencing, as so many of all of them are.
Did you have a period of time between the plea of guilty and the sentencing?
Yes.
I pled guilty in October and I was sentenced in January.
October of 21, sentenced in January of 22. And during that period of time, how did she keep you under court order?
What did she do?
Well, so I was actually just under, you know, pre-trial supervision at that point.
But it wasn't until I got sentenced that they put the ankle monitor on me.
And then I had an ankle monitor for then the next three months.
Now, during the course of this, have you gotten to know a number of the others that were treated the way you were?
Yeah, well, and many people were treated much worse, to be clear.
But what's the worst?
Maybe some of them did do something technically illegal or illegal.
But even if they got into a scuffle with the police, first of all, in New York, they'd probably get an award by Bragg.
But normally, it would be, my goodness, if it was the first offense, a year in jail, two years in jail.
You've got some people doing like 10 years and 18 years.
Yes.
My goodness.
Well, I can tell you that of all the people that I've spoken to since getting arrested, I have yet to meet a single person who has, I've met people who have said, I was charged with violence or I was accused of attacking a police officer.
But in every single story, these people have said, I have no desire to attack an officer.
I never would have done it.
What happens, many people were standing there peacefully and all of a sudden they start getting shot in the face with rubber bullets or having flashbangs thrown at them or beating their head with batons.
And they found themselves in a defensive posture.
And then the DOJ said, ah, you put your hands on an officer.
That's assault.
But the officer was beating the person over the head for three minutes before the person did this.
It's outrageous.
It's uniformly a deprivation of due process.
Whether the person somehow stepped over the line or didn't.
And most didn't.
It's an episode in American history that I think is going to be very shameful, and it needs a full and complete investigation of the court.
This is a situation where the judges need to be looked at very carefully because they went so far as to violate the law in the things that they did.
And they were cruel and sadistic in some cases.
I mean, I remember talking to people that some of the conditions of confinement, particularly near the beginning when no one was looking at this, were...
Positively horrible, like torture.
They were put in the worst cells and they weren't taken care of.
They were pushed around, beaten in some cases.
So they were out of control.
The district court was out of control.
And the district attorney's office was positively criminal.
And I gave them evidence, Dr. Maria and I gave them evidence maybe five days after.
Of an absolute clear case that had to be investigated, a first-degree murder of Ashley Babbitt.
I have the tapes.
I have the evidence.
I can analyze it for you.
I prosecuted homicide cases.
That's a case that needs to be prosecuted as a first-degree murder case.
And I thought at least that they would pay attention to because prosecutors and cops take first-degree murder very seriously.
Why don't they just let that woman's life get wasted?
Yeah.
I mean, even during the J6 hearings, they haven't mentioned her.
It actually didn't exist.
Right.
It was the one definite crime that happened that day.
Yeah.
And Ms. Boylan as well.
I would argue that, you know, none of us were treated like people.
I mean, it was, I think that there was such insanity regarding the...
The questioning of the 2020 election and this maniacal quest to make sure that Joe Biden got installed and they were so incensed that anyone would dare to question what they were doing.
And by the time January 6th had rolled around, they had decided that we didn't deserve to be treated as human beings or American citizens or anything else anymore.
It was just like, let's make an example out of these people and show society that they should never question us again.
And never get in our way the next time we try to install another president.
I mean, it's really a terrible thing.
Now, what have you done since then?
I know you've done a lot of work to help people.
And please, please tell everyone.
Sure.
So my organization, Hashtag WalkAway, we are the largest national movement of former Democrats walking away from the Democratic Party.
At this point, I'd say somewhere in the neighborhood of 750,000 people have joined the WalkAway movement.
Tens of thousands of people have created written and video testimonials sharing their stories about why they're walking away.
I would highly encourage everyone to join.
The new hashtag walkawaycampaign group on Facebook.
Of course, the old one got banned after January 6th.
But we have created a new group and I'd like everyone to join and support it.
And we've traveled the country doing college campus events, doing live debates, town halls, rallies, marches, educational videos.
And now that I can actually leave the state where I have been living without having to go through the courts and getting permission.
We're going to be on fire again, I think, in 2025. Well, sure you are.
You did great work before that.
Hey, if you changed parties like 40 years ago, can you join?
Yes.
I think you are the OG walkaway.
Trump and I should both join.
You should.
But here's the problem with you, Mayor Giuliani.
We've been asking for your walkaway video for like a year and a half.
And we still haven't gotten it.
You're going to get it now.
You sure you want?
Now look, you've got a pardon.
I'm still indicted for felonies in Georgia and in Arizona.
And they want to put me in jail for the rest of my life.
I know, but we don't discriminate in the walkaway campaign.
We love criminals.
We love hardened criminals like yourself.
We love everybody.
I have state crime, so the president can't pardon me.
Of course, I'm indicted with him still.
He's still indicted in Georgia, you know.
Yeah.
President of the United States under indictment in Georgia.
That's ridiculous.
Over that ridiculous phone call that nobody listened to except for me, and I know he didn't say any of those things.
It's outrageous.
Yeah, and when I get a chance, I'll tell you the background of the Secretary of State, who was highly instrumental in all the things that went wrong and knew exactly what he was saying when he said, fine, 11,000.
He meant out of the 100,000 that was stolen and that you know about, pal.
Exactly.
That's exactly right.
For the first time since the election was won, I'm actually joyous now.
The day after the election, I thought I'd be so happy jumping around like a kid on Christmas, and I was just like, oh, thank God we won.
All I could think about was what would happen if we lost.
Since yesterday, I've been like a kid on Christmas morning, and with the pardon.
I mean, he did it so completely.
I mean, he just stuck it right in their face.
He did with it what a great president should do.
He shoved it down the toilet bowl.
Yeah, and I really want to commend President Trump for that because a number of people have talked to me and told me that they were involved in conversations for the last couple of weeks regarding the pardons.
And people have told me that he was getting a significant amount of pushback, including shocker, from congressional Republicans even, and that he...
He made the decision that he wanted to make and that he felt was right despite the pushback he was receiving.
And to do that, I think, to just come in on day one and say, I'm going to do exactly what I want to do, even if it's in defiance to the people advising me.
To me, I think we're off to a great start.
And I agree with you.
I think the last 24 hours are the first time that I was like, okay.
I can see it.
Have an interview.
Being your friend, I can see that.
I can see that you're...
You're a teeny bit of a different person now.
Yeah.
Let's go.
God bless you and good luck.
And anytime we can help.
Thanks, man.
We're right here.
What you're doing is God's work.
Thank you.
And you're doing it very well.
Thank you, sir.
You're a very talented man.
And what happened to you should never happen to another American.
And the story should never be forgotten because it could happen again.
And it never happened before in America this way.
We never had tyrants like this.
And now we did.
And it never can happen again.
It shouldn't be forgotten.
And I think that we're going to have to spend some time over the next year or two really revealing the truth.
I mean, people don't even know the whole story yet, you know, let alone forget it.
People should go to jail for this.
Yes.
People should be prosecuted for it.
There's no doubt about it.
Laws were very serious.
What they did was considerably worse and the worst thing that any of those people might have done.
Right.
But in any event, God bless you.
God bless the president.
And keep up your good work now.
I mean, you're going to be a...
You're going to be unbelievable.
Thank you for your support.
I really appreciate it.
God bless America.
I'll be coming back to New York soon.
Look forward to seeing you again.
All right.
God bless.
Thank you, Mayor. Mayor.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense, written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers in which Thomas Paine explained by rational principles the reason why these small colonies felt the necessity to separate From the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom...
It hears in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
