America's Mayor Live (E422): Hunter Biden Trial Day 2—Opening Statements, First Witness Takes Stand
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Good evening, this is Bernie Giuliani, and we're here with his mayor live.
We'll begin with the Hunter Biden trial, although we'll make a comment at first on President
Biden's extraordinarily insulting, arrogant, demented, and uh...
Whatever else you want to call it, appearance today.
Today, he announced something he could have done the first day he was in office.
Had he done it, there'd be about 300,000 people, somewhere, some percentage of those 300,000 people who died of drug overdoses would be alive today.
70,000 to 80,000 children wouldn't be missing, and the largest child trafficking and human trafficking uh... that uh... spring in the world uh... they'd be a good they'd be a good chance that a number of the people that have been killed uh... by by his illegal migrants would not have been killed by them because they would have been able to come in uh... and uh... up until today he's denied that he's had the power to do this this is uh... too late and too little and too many people dead as a result of president biden
for this cynical act, which actually is unacceptable.
This is a level of illegal entry into this country that was once pronounced by Clinton's head of Homeland Security as, well, less than half of this would be unacceptable and very dangerous to our national security.
Please understand, he's actually behind your back or as a As a three-card Monty game, which these Democrat crooks play, he's now regularized the entry of illegals into the United States.
This doesn't go into effect unless there are 2,500 per day coming in for a week.
Then, there's a second loophole which we'll go over, and that is, anybody can come in with his absolutely failed, completely useless CBP-1 program, where you can apply for entry.
We're supposed to limit the number.
Hundreds of thousands have come in that way.
In the short time that it's been in existence.
All you have to do is say you want asylum and you come in and then they keep you here for five years or more.
So those will still continue as he closes the border?
This will be probably more than double the number that came in in Trump's last year without any of this mumbo-jumbo legalizing anything.
With the hope, because it reduced from 8 to 4, that it would go from 4 to 200 and 200 to nothing.
This is clearly going to be more than he says, as it always is.
But even if it's exactly the number he says, we're pushing a million illegals coming in next year.
We've got 12 million plus here, courtesy of Biden, right now.
And they're ruining this country.
They're destroying New York City.
One of them shot two cops the other day.
He just got here from Venezuela.
Don't give us this picture of these poor little people.
They want money.
The large percentage of these people are exactly what you would expect the drug cartels to want to have to bring in the United States.
They're criminals.
And they're creeps.
A few good people, maybe.
But not enough to risk death, destruction, rape, child abuse, all due to the fact that we have a president and a group of people that are left-wing maniacs and communists and want to destroy this country.
Well, the Biden son's trial began today on the least charge you could try him for.
The trial itself is an example of the corruption of this government.
Since this man should be tried for the $31 million he got from Red China, or the $1.5 billion investment he got for himself, Whitey Bulger's nephew, in which they set up a partnership with the Red Chinese government, or he should be tried for the bribery Of the bribery in Ukraine that fixed the case for Burisma, a multi-billion dollar company that was stolen by Mykola Zlochevsky, who gave them, through Hunter, bare minimum $12 million.
Or he should have been tried for the $3.5 million he got from rather enemy Moscow.
Those are the things he should have been tried for.
Well, the tax evasion on those, Weiss, the guy trying the case, let slip.
And he presented him a year ago with a deal where he wouldn't go to jail, and Hunter, arrogant Hunter, turned it down.
Because it wouldn't give him immunity as to anything else.
So that's why he's on trial, and what they've done is they've picked a minimum sentence.
And they're trying him virtually in his own house.
I mean, half the jury or more know his family.
It is a stark difference with the Trump trial in which he was tried in the place probably with more Democrats against him than in all the rest of America except maybe for Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Are there people left in San Francisco?
That's the real question.
So you see a total difference here.
You've got a judge that's right down the middle fair.
In the other, you had a judge who had already donated to a Stop Trump movement and was sitting on the trial.
A daughter making millions off the case.
Typical, you know, Biden-type scum who used public office and public events and everything else to make extra money.
I mean, actually, that's a hell of a thing, the judge not recusing himself.
That is real scum.
Not recusing himself when his daughter's cashing in on the trial, and he actually donated to stop Biden movement.
This judge has been down the middle, straight.
I was told by John Mac Isaacs, who's the man who turned over the hard drive to me and Bob Costello, that in Delaware, everyone knows the Biden family.
They either like them or they hate them.
And the police told me they've been a menace for 30 years, and almost all of them have been in trouble.
So it was funny to see them sit in the first row.
It's like the Biden crime family all came together.
And the new wife of Hunter, who I think he knew for a week when they got married, if it was.
That was after his affair with his sister-in-law.
His new wife displayed the charm, the dignity, And the grace of the Biden family, perfectly!
Boy, does she fit!
She went up to a guy named Garrick Ziegle, who they're suing, and she said, you have no right to be here, you Nazi piece of S.H.I.T.
Classy girl, huh?
Good upbringing, I bet.
Fits the Biden family, though.
Boy, they must really embrace her.
Uh, but she's sitting right there in the middle of the Biden crime family and showing the same dignity and class they don't have.
Uh, the first stepmother was there for a short while, but she had to leave.
Um, if you check out the hard drive, it's kind of interesting that they, uh, that she's there at the trial when you see what Hunter says about her.
Uh, and I feel completely 100% vindicated.
Although no one said that.
Remember when I first produced this, I was a Nazi agent.
It wasn't his hard drive.
It was made up.
I hacked it.
That'd be interesting, so I have no idea how you would do that.
I got it from Russia, I hacked it, I made it up.
I'm being sued by this jackass for that, meaning the criminal on trial.
It's a lawsuit that is an abuse of the court, as all the Biden lawsuits are, and the other cases against me.
But I think this case should pretty much resolve it.
The Biden FBI has validated it as Hunter Biden's hard drive.
It was received and accepted in evidence by a federal judge.
Hardly hacked.
Hardly Russian.
Right straight from the criminal's mouth himself.
One criminal.
The big criminal, of course, is the one who's not in court.
And the one who caused the deaths of so many people through opening the border.
And that was his father, Joe Biden.
So while the son insults us in court, the father really insults us with his statement today of something he could have done three years ago.
And a lot of people will be alive who are now dead because of Joe Biden.
The testimony today was by an FBI agent and we'll be back and we'll tell you what that is and we'll move on to this insulting and damaging border proposal.
Stop it.
It's distracting.
Stop that.
It's distracting.
All that hard to concentrate.
What they're doing.
Whatever they're doing.
To live his honor's promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices America's
greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and Pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sacks sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need your help now more than ever.

and I'm happy to be here with you.
I'm happy to be here with you.
interpretation and it also says addicted.
But he was a drug addict.
Well, he was a drug addict the day after.
So what is it?
He was one day off as a drug addict?
Maybe he didn't pay attention to the evidence, but Abbey Lowell, who's known for making irresponsible statements, one of the things that was put in evidence by the hard drive that they're suing me for hacking, the hard drive has a entry on the day after he bought the gun and he's communicating with Haley who he made into a drug addict and he writes to her or checks to her I called you 500 times in past 24 hours sleeping in a car smoking crack on 4th street and Rodney that was the day after he wasn't a drug addict
The interpretation of Abbey Lowell, I said, known for his sloppiness like this, is really extraordinary.
On the day you buy the gun, you're not using drugs, but you use them the day after, and you've been using them all your life, and got thrown out of the military for them.
If you've been in and out of like so many rehabilitation centers, it'll make your head spin.
It's okay, if you don't believe you're a drug addict that day.
I'm afraid that Congress really wanted to protect us against someone who just isn't a drug addict one out of all the days of the year.
Since he was using crack, sleeping on a car, smoking crack on 4th and Rodney, the day after, I think that's about as solid proof as you're going to get that he's a drug addict.
Then they can show hundreds of pictures and how he was not just a drug addict.
Which you would call a degenerate drug addict.
And a degenerate.
And I mean, the sympathy for him is terrific, except this guy was driving around with his crack pipe, driving his automobile.
What about the kids he put in jeopardy in the street?
What about his own nieces and nephew who he's a danger to because he used drugs?
They're going to put that in evidence?
They're going to have the guts to put that in evidence?
Nobody ever mentions it.
They're trying to make it very sympathetic that he's a drug addict.
The government, if they're real here and they're not throwing the case, because Weiss threw the case already, would put in evidence showing that this guy was a danger to his children as a drug addict, to his nieces and nephews when he was having an affair with his sister-in-law.
And he said it to his father.
And his father did nothing about it.
He said that his niece told her psychiatrist that he was sexually inappropriate with her, that he walked around the house using drugs with no clothes on, talking to prostitutes openly.
The children had to know there was drugs in the house because you see the pictures.
The pictures are rooms filled with smoke.
So this is not a benign drug addict.
Poor little drug addict.
This is a drug addict that is affecting and putting in danger the life of other people, including his own nieces, his own niece and nephew.
And after all, what does it matter to the public if he's a sympathetic drug addict or not?
The whole purpose is to keep a deadly weapon out of the hands of a drug addict.
We saw that he used a deadly weapon under the influence of drugs.
I hope you're going to see it if they put all the evidence in.
Because there are at least four or five shots that I remember from the hard drive of him driving an automobile, smoking crack.
A car can be a deadly weapon, as we know, right?
Very often in the argument over gun control, the car is used as an example.
Cars don't kill, people do.
Guns don't kill except, uh, Michael, uh, Alexander Baldwin's, right?
That's the gun that went off by itself.
Remember that one?
But every other gun, it's the person who Responsible for it.
Gosh, cars may be responsible for more accidental deaths than guns in that they will sometimes malfunction.
And all of a sudden they'll swerve off one way or the other.
There can be something wrong with the steering or something wrong with the brakes.
Whereas there's very little that can be wrong with a gun.
And it certainly, except for that one case that we know of, there's never been a case in In whatever number of years we've had guns, four or five hundred years we've had guns, and it's gone off by itself.
But I'm sure Baldwin's not lying.
I mean, Democrats don't lie.
Or do they all lie?
Boy, I tell you, this wife, classy lady, Melissa, boy, do you belong in that crime family.
And they were all there.
Well, not all.
James, who was the original bag man, When they were trailer trash crooks, we'll also testify.
But he's the one that got one-third contract from Iraq when Joe went there and sold us out and couldn't get the Status of Forces Agreement.
He failed in his mission for the United States, but James came back with a big chunk of a $1.5 billion contract.
We'll see if they'll be allowed.
First of all, we'll see if they have the inclination to cross-examine with it, and then we'll see if they do cross-examine with it.
They'll tell me a lot as to whether they're fixing the case or not.
The border statement today, I don't know, Biden has done some really, really dishonest, dishonorable, horrible things.
I think he can only do this because he's, he's demented.
Otherwise he'd have a hard time pulling off the fact that for three and a half years, he said he didn't have the power to do this, including one statement that we played a few months ago saying, Oh, if they give me the border patrol and the, we had to remind them that he already has the border patrol.
What we're talking about today could have been done on day one.
In fact, it didn't have to be done.
All he had to do is not undo it.
Now if he could put in effect all the other things that Trump did, we might go back to 400,000 at the border.
But he wants us, he wants us, this is very, very sly.
He wants us to accept a certain level of illegals.
So he's in essence changing the law.
It's illegal for them to come in, but he's going to allow 2,500 in a day and not do anything.
He's also gonna allow people some unknown number, and it's now about 3,000 a day, to come in by CBP1, where they can do it online, and they come in and claim asylum, and we don't challenge it, and what we do, we put them down for a trial five years from now.
And then right before he did this, they had a big bonanza day.
They gave out immunity to hundreds of thousands of people.
Didn't tell you about it, but they dismissed something like 300,000 or so asylum cases.
Never ruled on whether the people are entitled to asylum, just ended the cases and they're now in the United States.
So we start this program of taking in 2,500 a day and possibly as many as 6,000 a day.
We start this program having swallowed a definite 12 million.
And then whatever, uh, whatever we never got to see, which by most calculations is often the same number.
Uh, but we'll give them a break and say it's half.
Well, we got 18 million people here and they're doing a hell of a job.
Like the guy who shot the cops in New York the other day, right straight from Venezuela, let in by the Biden people waved in, probably got escorted to New York, immediately joined a gang of people.
Of people who ride around on mopeds and steal cell phones.
And then he decided, when these cops were chasing him, to shoot them.
Luckily, I mean, luckily, neither one died, not because of him, because of the vest.
And they were able to shoot him and get him.
He wasn't in Manhattan, so maybe he's going to be in jail.
Maybe.
Maybe.
You never know with the DAs in New York.
He may be out already.
Uh, see if he can get a, uh, get a cup for good this time.
Um, so Biden's action today will eventually be declared illegal by the courts as, as, I mean, Trump's tried something similar to this and it was declared illegal, but what, what he will have accomplished is he'll get another, you know, five, 600,000 illegals in probably more.
He'll solidify the number that are here.
Cause it'll do nothing about them.
May even try to set up a path to citizenship for them to mollify the crazy left that's angry at him for this.
They don't want just 5,000 or 2,500 a day.
They want, they want, anybody who wants to come in should be, everybody has a right to be here.
You were born in China with the right to come to the United States.
Well, we're not born with the right to go anywhere, but they're born with the right to come to the United States.
Which means that our country will be gone very shortly.
It'll be swallowed up by a bunch of foreigners who don't know America, don't care about America, probably join in the prevailing view of the Democratic Party that we're a hateful, racist place.
They've been hating us for a few years since Obama made his apology tour.
Obama hates us.
It's quite obvious.
Just listen to him.
And his wife only liked us once when we elected her husband.
The Venezuelan that I'm talking about is Bernardo Castro, believe it or not, MEDA.
19, definitely a communist.
Back in Venezuela, they only found that out now, not before they let him in.
He shot officer Christopher Abreu and officer Richard Yaruso.
Officer Yaruso's vest prevented him from being killed.
And he shot Officer Abreu in the ankle, I believe.
He came in just in July of 2023 at Eagle Pass, the place that Abbott has now shut down.
Did you show them a shot of him coming out of Jerusalem?
There you go.
And behind him, well, I think that's the partner and the guy who was shot in the ankle, both.
You're Russo and you're Abreu.
And you can see all the cops yesterday coming together.
Boy, are they put under stress.
First of all, with Adams and the bail war in New York, which in and of itself had been a disaster and is, 70% increase in felonious assault.
And Adams is cheering himself a reduction in murder.
Murders are, you know, you can count them on your fingers, a couple hundred.
Floridius Assault, we're talking about thousands and thousands and thousands.
And with the crimes that he's allowing, everybody in the city is touched by it, and everybody's leaving the city.
The last movie theater in the Bronx closed down.
If you're one of the 1.5 million people that lives in the Bronx, you do not have a movie theater because it's too frightening for anybody to go.
Thank you, Mayor Adams, and congratulations on what you did to the city.
I took the city and had historic Decreases in crime and you've taken the city.
You've got a couple of records for crime.
Some of them you brought down a little but the overall impact since you came in is a is a much is a much more dangerous city and one of the problems you have like your friend or not friend in the White House is your lie.
You can't look people straight in the eye and tell them they're real safe when they're not.
I didn't take over as mayor and tell everybody we're really safe.
I said, we're going to get there.
And then I honestly took them there.
And I reported the crimes that actually took place.
I didn't tell them they were dreaming that it was dangerous on the subway.
Well, maybe even before you get in the subway, they throw you in front of the train.
Or I didn't tell people that the border was Tremendously secure for the last three and a half years.
I have the guy who does it for me, that complete liar.
New York is say it's completely secure.
No crisis.
Why do we have to do this today if there was no crisis?
I mean, today proves that everything he said for the every day he's been in office is a damn lie.
What he did today, he could have done day one.
What he did today, he never had to undo.
He didn't even have to do it.
He signed hundreds of executive orders reversing everything that Trump did.
And then said he couldn't reverse the withdrawal from Afghanistan or put it off.
It was the one thing he couldn't reverse.
But he actually did put it off.
There isn't a single day that he doesn't lie.
And we're the worst for it.
Mayor, you forgot to mention that the suspect who shot the two NYPD officers is a member of that Venezuelan gang, Trendy Agua.
That's right, that's right.
Confirmed.
They may not even be in Venezuela anymore.
There's so many of them here.
Someone told me that crime is down like 60% in Venezuela.
They're all here.
And that several of the mental institutions that they knew about are empty.
Because instead of letting the prisoners go first, he let the nutjobs go first.
Which is definitely, and this guy's named after Castro, is definitely modeled on what Castro did when Carter said, I'll take anybody from Cuba.
Castro said, okay, jackass.
I've got my prisons and my insane asylums and Miami became the crime capital of America for a while until Ronald Reagan came along.
And my job was to straighten out Miami as associate attorney general.
That's how I met Andrew and Caroline's mother.
Going to Miami during the Mario Boatlift and the or the aftermath of the Mario Boatlift and the the hundred thousand a month from Haiti.
And crime going through the roof.
You know, you see Scarface, right?
Watch it.
There were a lot of fictional movies about things I was involved in in my life.
Scarface would be would be one of them.
of them. So we'll take a short break and we'll be right back.
And let's move on to another absolutely breathtaking liar, Mr. Ratt.

Every time I see that commercial, I want another cup of coffee.
Now I would have the bold coffee, but I don't know.
But I'm not affected that way.
I'm not affected by it's keeping me up.
It's the strangest thing.
Although it does wake me up.
So maybe I am and I just don't know it.
Well, Mike gave me a piece of breaking news here about another place where Where I've been indicted and they want to put me in jail for the rest of my life.
The Democratic Attorney General, who was elected by 275 votes with 8,000 missing, has indicted me and a group of others for representing our client.
Aggressively, but honestly and fairly.
We put forward the things we had evidence of.
In other words, witnesses for them.
The Arizona Republican Party and the Arizona Free Enterprise Club are legally challenging Arizona's Secretary of State, Adrian Fontes, citing alarming violations of the National Voter Registration Act, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
The lawsuit exposes shocking inaccuracies in Arizona's voter registration records and demands immediate corrective action.
Quote, accurate voter rolls are the bedrock of our constitutional republic, close quote, said Gina Swoboda, chair of the Arizona Republican Party.
Quote, the rampant presence of ineligible voters on our rolls, sounds like things haven't changed since 2020, is unacceptable and undermines the trust Arizonans place in our electoral process.
That means those ineligible voters were there in 2020 and in Carrie Lake's election in 2022.
Uh, the rampant presence of ineligible voters on our rolls are, I forgotten the numbers, but they're incredible.
People move and they're stay on, they stay registered there for 10, 12 years.
Why?
So the crooked democratic party can vote them and they hook them up with a phony registration and they did it.
enough to turn around the election of twenty twenty and get the electoral votes in arizona for and and and the governor is uh... as a turncoat republican and just turned his back on and wouldn't hold a wouldn't call a joint session of the legislation so they could reverse it which they were ready to do in the speaker is one of the nevermind in any event they they got problems on both sides The old saying I have that neither party has a monopoly on virtue or vice applies.
Except in the case of the Democratic Party it's at a much higher level and it's a much more dangerous kind of crime where they get people killed like Biden does.
Accurate voter rolls are the bedrock of our constitutional republic.
Really they're necessary because Democrats keep the dead people on and the people that move so they can vote them.
I learned that the first time I ran for office in 1989.
They do it in New York all the time.
They do it when they don't have to, just to practice.
I mean, why would you take somebody off the rolls?
I think the second time I ran, I brought a case in court to get the To get the voter rolls purged, to go through them and get rid of the people that had moved.
And the court, Democrat, slime judge, because they're all appointed by the political bosses, like the ones in Trump's case, said it would violate civil rights.
How can you violate the civil rights of taking somebody dead off the voter rolls?
How can you violate civil rights of taking somebody that moved to Arizona from New York off the voter rolls?
What you do is you prevent The crooked Democrats, of which the judge is one, from cheating.
The lawsuit highlights outrage of voter registration rates, with some counties exceeding 100% of eligible voters.
That's good.
I mean, that's where you haven't stored up enough dead people or enough people that moved away to cheat, so you've got to go over the voter limit.
It should be a complete giveaway that all your results are completely fraudulent.
I mean, if more people than are registered in a district vote, even the New York Times might have to admit that there's some cheating going on.
But they say it never happens.
It's very rare.
Cheating is very rare.
The New York Times says.
Of course, the New York Times hasn't told the truth since before the Second World War.
The lawsuit highlights outrageous voter registration risks, with some counties exceeding 100% of eligible voters.
The lawsuit uncovered that Arizona has between 500,000 to 1,270,000 unaccounted for voters on the rolls, including deceased individuals and those who have moved away.
Now, this is what I'm indicted for.
I've said much less than that.
I'm indicted for, they say, I put forward numbers that weren't true.
I put forward the numbers the experts gave me.
As the lawyer, and we had 70 cases going on, I wasn't involved in every single case, but I had experts in every single case.
And I had no reason to not believe the experts, and I had no reason not to put forward their allegations as a lawyer where the rule is You view the facts and state the facts in the light most favorable to your client.
And in election cases, the courts have recognized that could lead to exaggeration and even misstatements.
But you're covered.
Used to be you were covered in the First Amendment for that, too, until we started running this place like it was Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia.
I said we were going to have Mr. Rat up next, but is it time for a break, Ted?
Let's take a quick break.
Well, get Mr. Rat ready.
We want to play a few excerpts of Mr. Rat, and then we'll tell them who Mr. Rat is.
I think they may know.
I'll give you a hint.
He's a slimy little creature who also is responsible for a lot of dead people, which he did so that he could make a fortune.
So think about it now.
You used to see him on television when they lowered the cameras enough so you could see him, uh, trolling around, you know, like that.
Mr. Rat.

I picked him out as Mr. Rat right away, even when he was with Trump.
I didn't understand what the hell he was doing hanging around Trump's feet.
A few times I saw him, he was on the ground like grabbing food off the ground with his rat face.
I thought he was a big liar right from the beginning and largely because Dr. Maria was on to COVID even before it became popular and famous.
And she was saying, he wasn't saying that from the very beginning, she didn't believe the story that it came from bats in Wuhan, which was his original story.
And then we quickly found out because we checked with people who are Chinese experts, that they don't have bats in Wuhan.
That the only place they have bats in any abundance is about a thousand miles away.
And that that food market, where he still insists is the place it came from, doesn't sell bats to eat.
Very few Chinese eat bats except in one particular section of China a thousand miles away.
And that's where they went to get bats.
And then we found out there was a place that had bats in Wuhan.
It was the Wuhan Virology Institute.
And then she did some research into the Wuhan Virology Institute before anybody knew what it was and she found out it was one of the most disreputable institutes in the country where England had pulled out a year before because they were so negligent.
And that was the backdrop with which we started listening to Mr. Ratt and realized that there was a rat here.
He was really done when When ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine came along, particularly hydroxy, because he had written an article that hydroxychloroquine was a miracle drug, only five years earlier.
And there's no way hydroxychloroquine was a particularly dangerous drug.
We've only been using that and its predecessor, chloroquine, for 50 years.
So it's side effects we know, and they're enormously acceptable.
I've taken it twice when I was going to India as a preventative for malaria.
And its capacity to reduce infections quickly, at the early stage of an infection, is quite remarkable.
Fauci even acknowledged that.
Then when it came up from Dr. Zelensky, not to be confused with the guy in Ukraine with an organized crime mentor, He explained the whole thing, including the drawings of how if used with zinc it's even more effective because it penetrates the cell, but it has to be used in the first five or six days for the simple reason that the disease then magnifies itself, transforms itself into different diseases which are not treatable by hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin and are more dangerous and much harder to treat.
It's a little like when cancer metastasizes.
If you get it early, you can stop it.
So Dr. Zelenko was so successful, he treated 3,000 patients, lost one or two, and they had comorbidities that were excessive.
He saved a friend of mine who has only one and a half lungs.
And his trick was, I said to him, how do I, how do I, he said, just never get going to the hospital.
Well, I eventually did, but under the guidance of the President and the White House Surgeon, so I guess I was lucky.
So when he testified yesterday, I mean, let me just remind you of a couple of his massive lies.
Six feet of separation.
Absolutely irrelevant.
Does no good at all.
And he admitted there was no science it was based on.
Mr. Schein said there was no science it was based on, although he led us to believe it was.
Then on masking, he was against it before he was for it.
And now he's not sure if he's for it or against it, except an awful lot of children have suffered tremendously for being masked for nothing.
There was no reason to mask any of them.
In England, they stop masking people 18 and under.
Maybe his biggest crime was pushing the vaccine.
But also not revealing his royalties for the two years surrounding this.
The guy was making millions in royalties.
The guy's a money guy.
He's a greed guy.
And I want to see the royalties for that year and the year before and the year after.
Maybe he didn't get anything from those companies, but maybe he did.
And Robert B. Kennedy Jr.
explains this really well, but so do many others.
You see, if they had accepted hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin or several others that I'm not as familiar with as early stage treatments for this disease, they would not have been able to get an emergency declaration so they could go forward with the vaccine without testing it.
Because there was a known treatment.
You have to be able to certify there is no known treatment.
So he and his greedy, dishonorable, dishonest group of creeps Uh, kept those away from us.
They didn't care that people died.
They became billionaires.
And I also knew he was working for China when he said that he had no reason to suspect the Chinese.
After all, they wouldn't kill their own people.
Quote.
Now, what kind of fool says that about China, except somebody who's owned by them?
China has killed 80 million of its own people.
Best news that Xi could get any day would be a million Chinese died.
He'd have a little party.
Wow.
You want to take about 10 million more?
So he was more than willing to give up his people, but he wanted to make sure it was the economic consequences that he was worried about.
So there were two theories.
One theory was that it was a biological weapon, supported by the fact that the military runs the place.
Nobody tells you that.
The Chinese military runs Wuhan Virology Laboratory.
And when Mr. Ratt was given millions of American dollars, he was essentially given to the Chinese military.
So that's the reason why they think it might be they were testing biological weapons.
But I don't think it was released as an immediate attack because it messed around in China too long for them.
Although maybe, I mean, the argument made for people who say that is that they're willing to give up their own people.
We interviewed the first woman who came over from China.
We meeting Dr. Maria and I interviewed the first woman who came over from China who said that it was manufactured in the lab and she could hardly speak English and she was nervous wreck and she was going on Tucker Carlson's show and Steve Bannon asked us if we would take her for a weekend and sort of put her on our radio show so she'd calm down and spend a little time with her so she wouldn't be nervous.
So Maria, who she's a I guess the woman's a doctor, Chinese doctor, who speaks English quite well now, and she and Maria spent hours and hours together.
Now, she maintains that it was done on purpose.
She maintains the military was running that place, and she had a hell of a time getting out of there.
I mean, they smuggled her out.
And then she came on our show and revealed it on a Sunday, and then she went on Tucker.
So we knew what a rat we were dealing with here, and the rat was covering up his tracks because he gave money to the communists and was in business with them, just like Hunter.
So let's listen to Mr. Ratt get exposed by a Republican congressman and with Democrat
congressmen covering up for the Ratt.
You were quoted on CBS' Face the Nation saying it's easy to criticize, but they're really criticizing science.
Because I represent science.
Do you represent science, Mr. Fauci?
I am a scientist who uses the scientific method to gain information.
Yes, you said you represent science.
Do you represent science, Mr. Fauci?
Yes or no?
Yes or no?
No, that's not a yes or no answer.
Yes, it's a yes or no.
I don't think it is.
Okay, well, we'll take that as a, you don't know what you represent.
Oh, I do.
But this, as director of the NIH, you did sign off on these so-called scientific experiments.
And as a dog lover, I want to tell you, this is disgusting and evil, what you signed off on, and these experiments that happened to beagles.
Paid for by the American taxpayer.
I want you to know Americans don't pay their taxes for animals to be tortured like this.
So the type of science that you are representing, Mr. Fauci, is abhorrent.
And it needs to stop.
Mr. Fauci, you also represent the type of science where you confess that you made up the COVID rules.
Including six feet social distancing and masking of children.
I never said I made anything up.
You admitted that you made up.
You made it up as you went.
I didn't say I made it up.
So are you saying this is fake news, Mr. Fauci?
I didn't say I made anything up.
What did you say?
I said that it is not based in science and it just appeared.
But this is science.
What does dogs have to do with anything that we're talking about today?
These are scientific experiments.
This is what you signed off on.
Okay, maybe he's a weasel.
You didn't have the clip that I wanted when they feed the rat under the table.
When he goes under the table and he goes for scraps.
What a piece of crap.
And what a con job he did on the American people, particularly on Biden.
I mean, Trump got disillusioned with him pretty quickly.
It's unfortunate that he had him at all, but he, you know, he came very well recommended.
And I don't think I would have picked up on him if it wasn't for Dr. Maria.
And immediately, uh, the things didn't make sense.
It's like the story about they eat bats.
And the Chinese would be horrified if they lost that many people.
So they never would participate in something like this.
So I said, there's a guy who's, uh, Who's an agent of the Chinese government.
You don't defend red China like that with stupid things like that if you know China.
I mean, I've been in China and I know China and I'm not going to go tell you they're going to get really upset if a million people die.
Not a country that killed girl babies.
Right?
So, you know, Fauci, one of the unfortunate creatures in American history.
And, um, Maybe a good lesson that we shouldn't get sold on these.
And then when he said, I'm science, you know, I represent, I'm science.
If you, if you criticize me, you're criticizing science.
Science?
Science?
How about bullshit?
That's what he represented.
How about saying that the lab leak proponents are promoting a conspiracy theory and ruining a lot of their careers?
Or requiring people to be vaccinated and firing them if they didn't, when in fact it turns out that there's a good chance they can be dangerous.
And there's certainly no guarantee that they're not.
And also, starting off by telling people, and Biden went around saying, you know, you take it and you won't get the disease.
Well, turned out in two months that was not true.
You did get the disease.
Then it turned out that they were saying, oh, it lessens the effects of the disease.
Then it turns out that it didn't.
And then it turned out that you're more likely to get the disease if you took it.
Maybe.
Or that you could get recurring incidents of it.
Like, I think the first stepmother has had it four or five times.
She probably had about 80 boosters.
Um...
Any questions from the past?
Uh, yeah, yeah.
I also wanted to see if we could get Gates cross-examining him.
I'd say he did the best job.
You're going to get vaccinated.
Lady, you're going to get vaccinated.
Big corporations like Amazon and Facebook and all of those others are going to say, you want to work for us?
You get vaccinated.
And it's been proven that when you make it difficult for people in their lives, they lose their ideological bullshit and they get vaccinated.
We're going to have schools, universities, and colleges are going to say Well, I accepted the ideological bullshit, you rat, and I didn't get vaccinated.
I relied on natural immunity, which any scientist who's being honest would tell you is stronger than any manufactured immunity.
And you were lying about that.
And luckily I had inside information that you were a miserable, creep, greedy liar.
But just think of all the people you got killed who didn't react well to it.
How about the people with the heart problems that died from it, from taking the vaccine?
How about the athletes running, boom, dead?
And I know you're covering up the incidents because you go to foreign countries and they're much greater.
There's nothing about this vaccine that was really good when it turns out that a vaccine is supposed to prevent a disease.
You don't take the polio vaccine and get 14 boosters.
You take the polio vaccine and you don't get polio.
That's why Dr. Salk was a great man.
You take this vaccine and you got as good a chance of getting the disease as people who don't take it.
And then it turns out there are some people that think you get a better chance.
You have a better chance, not so much of getting it, but having it return and recur.
And finally, we don't know yet, and won't know for about four or five years, the manipulation it did to our neurological system.
Because it was never tested.
You have all those testing rules for a purpose.
In fact, very often you hold up medicines that will save people's lives because of the testing rules.
Here, you threw all the testing rules away.
Pfizer wanted to not turn over its records for 75 years for a reason.
And what you did to the American people is inexcusable.
And as they said, you should be in jail.
Not Donald Trump.
You should be in jail.
So shall we take a short break and we'll come back.
Our device is something that you can plug into your television and now you can use your

I mean, it's really, there's so much on there, Rudy.
I mean, you've seen it.
No, no, no.
I've seen it and I use it and it's I mean, it's just exactly the same except for half the price.
Plus, nobody is finding out what I'm watching, and that's not being reported to anybody.
Right, so you have absolute privacy using this device, which you don't have on other devices out there currently on the market.
This is absolutely great.
Q-U-X dot TV is how you can find out about it.
Q-U-X dot TV.
Use promo code Rudy to receive $30 off.
This is Rudy Giuliani back with America's Mayor Live.
The testimony today of the Attorney General probably came pretty close to matching the dishonesty The lack of integrity of Fauci the rat.
And for me, it personally is more upsetting because I work for two attorneys general, one who reformed the Justice Department post Watergate and the other who was an absolutely honest, straightforward, really effective attorney general who produced a report that had a great deal to do with the reduction in violent crime for the next 10 to 20 years.
And of complete integrity.
The guy we have now is a miserable, awful liar.
And the only good news is that he was prevented from being a federal Supreme Court justice.
Because he'd been a menace on the Supreme Court.
I don't think we have a justice like that.
I hope we don't.
But he testified today And, you know, claim, well, they had nothing to do with the case in New York when his number three guy in his department went there to make sure it was won.
Nor has he turned over any records of anything.
And we know, we know that Bragg and the attorney general ran in order to get Trump.
And, uh, and had contact with the White House.
And we know that Fannie the Hoe sent her boyfriend to the White House several times where he charged 24 hours of consultation.
What were they consulting about?
The vacations that Fannie and, uh, and her boyfriend were going to take?
I mean, they took more vacations than they did work on the case.
And they used, uh, you know, the taxpayer of Georgia money for that.
Fannie who admitted on the witness stand and nobody pays attention to that she stole her campaign money.
So you got a group here of prosecutors that are unbelievable and he probably selected the worst of all.
Smith who's been excoriated by the Supreme Court for doing to somebody else exactly what he's doing to Trump.
So he sort of gave Garland the script.
So if Garland were a decent man, he would have appointed a prosecutor with an unblemished record.
Not a guy that was probably one of the most scurrilous, except for Weissman, in the history of the Justice Department.
I mean, he prosecuted a governor, ruined his career, and then after the guy was ruined, the case got reversed by the Supreme Court, 9-0.
And it was based on his unethical conduct.
That's the guy you pick for Trump?
Isn't that you pick the guy that has the best chance of framing Trump?
Isn't that what you were doing, you miserable liar?
Well, let's listen to, if we can, can we listen to Gates making this point, I think, rather effectively.
And I mean, there was a tremendous number of things in this, in which he was exposed as the disreputable, dishonest, horrible guy who criminalized the justice system and the Justice Department.
Okay?
Yeah, we'll play it down.
Without having been Senate-confirmed, goes and gets the senior role at the DOJ, and then after, I believe it's Gupta, replaces Colangelo, Colangelo makes this remarkable downstream career journey from the U.S.
Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and then pops up in Alvin Bragg's office to go get Trump.
And you're saying that's just a That's just a career choice that was made that has nothing to do with the lawfare coordinated by the... I'm saying it's false.
I did not dispatch Mr. Colangelo anywhere.
Well, do you know how he ended up there?
I assume he spoke... he applied for a job there and got the job.
But see, you know what... I can tell you I had nothing to do with it.
Well, you might not have had anything to do with it, but we've got this contemporaneous evidence in Mr. Pomerantz's book.
So Pomerantz writes this book, which I'm sure you're aware of, where he says, What a miserable, miserable liar.
illegals to get Trump. We got all these folks together and we assembled them for
that purpose and so when we have no problem dispatching Matthew Colangelo
who's What a miserable, miserable liar. Colangelo was put in
there as the Biden guy and Fannie the Hoe and her boyfriend and the boyfriend
went there to coordinate the Atlanta case so that it would fit in with
the four-in-one year.
They would have done the one in Arizona, but the polls were looking really bad.
Every time they'd indict him, he'd go up 10 points, and it looks like having convicted him, he might go up.
He certainly raised a fortune based on it, maybe over $100 million by now.
Because they're such communist extremists that they go overboard.
And they think everybody is as distorted as they are, is as crooked as they are, and is willing to accept lies and perversions.
I mean, remember, this is the administration that thinks it's all right.
In fact, it supports the idea that your child can get mutilated without your permission.
Well, because they really support your child being like Marxism, property of the state.
That's the business that Garland's son-in-law is in, giving training to all of these communist school districts.
Unbelievable conflict there too, right?
He's declaring that some of these parents could be terrorists.
His son-in-law is making a fortune doing all these school sensitivity programs.
We're showing them how they do it, including one big one with the school system controlled by the many, many year-long communist teachers union, infiltrated by communists almost from the very beginning and run by communists now, and trying to take your children away from you.
Isn't that what happens when your child at 15 years old can have a sex change operation and they don't have to tell you?
Or take hormones and they don't have to tell you?
In fact, they encourage the child not to tell you?
Isn't the child their property rather than yours?
Haven't they fulfilled their Marxist mission?
Which is one of the key ones, which is to take the parent away from the child, take him away from God.
Take him away from his country, make his country bad and evil?
Isn't that the reason they burn statues, take down statues and burn flags?
You thought it was all disconnected?
Please, I wish it was all disconnected.
We could combat it easily or more easily.
But you've got to understand the connection between these things.
It's very tight.
It's very strong.
And Biden is part of it.
Biden was part of it when he was stupid.
Biden is now part of it and demented.
And the people around him, uh, probably, uh, run by Obama or probably somebody even more, uh, uh, uh, energetic than Obama.
Uh, well, I mean, we're going to have to deal with them after Biden.
They are trying to destroy our country.
That's what Soros is all about.
Wants to destroy American nationalism.
I don't know what he's going to replace it with.
Guy's got one hell of a sordid background himself.
Maybe that's why he's so messed up, given the things he did as a kid.
Not a kid, really.
I don't know if he was a teenager or a little older than that, when he was turning in the property of Jews and pretending he wasn't Jewish.
To the Nazis?
Well, Russia finally took a hit in Ukraine.
It lost 1,270 troops, but is making a major, major offensive to take over my favorite city
in Ukraine, Kharkiv.
Kharkiv, I guess.
Kharkiv is 30 miles from the Russian border.
It's a city that is a very, very desirable one.
It used to be the capital of Soviet Ukraine.
It could be the richest city per capita in Ukraine, or if it isn't, it's the second.
And it's a city that has always been somewhat pro-Russian because it's right on the border, and therefore a lot of Russian ethnics live there, and there's an awful lot of mixed marriages, you know, Ukrainian and Russian, Ukrainian and Russian.
A lot of the people in Kharkiv work in Russia, 30 miles away, and vice versa.
People in Russia work in Kharkiv.
In the early days of freedom, Karkev was a pro-Russian in the elections.
So the elections would really break down between a party or parties that were very, very strongly Ukrainian nationalists.
They were for a free Ukraine, a Ukrainian language, a separate Orthodox religion from Russia, because they felt that the Orthodox religion undermined Undermine them and really was have really sold out to communism the russian orthodox religion.
In fact, there's a lot of Support for that with the white russian church, which were the russians that didn't sell out But in any event there were that there was that group of ukrainians called ukrainian nationalists now Some of them may have been half ukrainian half russian But they were pro 100 pro ukraine.
They didn't want any part of russia too many years of domination and killing and At one point, Stalin did an extermination of hundreds of thousands or maybe even millions of Ukrainians and hit it, and one British guy discovered it.
There's a great movie about it.
I'll get you the name of it.
It's a fabulous movie, and it shows you a lot of the pro-Nazi pro-communist views in England.
Remember, Hitler and Stalin were allies for a period of time.
Okay?
Remember.
And Roosevelt was surrounded by a lot of 1920s, 1930s, 1940s communists, some of whom were convicted.
So if you look at Ukraine, An election would be 48-47.
48% for the pro-Russian candidate, 47% for the purely pro-Ukrainian candidate, or vice versa.
And Karkev would vote for the pro-Russian candidate.
Then in 2014, after the pro-Russian government was thrown out, which is where the guy who bribed Biden comes in, Zlochevsky was a member of the pro-Russian government.
Isn't that interesting?
His son worked for a pro-Russian Ukrainian.
How that wasn't spotted by the White House or nixed by the White House is only testament to how unethical Obama is.
And as soon as that happened, of course, very, very quickly, taking a good look at how weak Obama was, Putin invaded and took much of what he has now.
And he tried, and he attacked Kharkov.
He could have had it for the asking, probably.
But when he attacked, they were horrified they were being attacked.
And their mayor, who has since died because he lost his legs in the attack, their mayor organized them into a militia, and they very heroically fought off the Russians.
And since then, they've turned, and they're very anti-Russian.
And in this war, from the very beginning, Russia has tried to conquer Kharkov and can't do it.
You'll see their road to Crimea begins about 70 miles south of Kharkov.
Now, in the recent offensive, they've been hitting and taking over cities around Kharkov.
And now they've been bombing Kharkov every day.
And the thought is they would need, believe it or not, I think it is like half a million soldiers and they wanted to take it.
It's so tough.
But their theory is to wear it down to drive people out and get it down to no population.
And will they succeed in that or not?
I don't know.
These people are awfully strong.
Why do I know them so well?
I worked for several years for the mayor.
The mayor who lost his legs in helping to design a security program for them and then an emergency management center.
Last time I saw them was in 2019, December of 2019.
In fact, it's the first trip I made after I had emergency surgery on my knee and they helped take care of me.
And they're extraordinarily nice people.
Really, really good people.
And people that have been totally double-crossed and totally misled.
And if you want to hear about Putin for real, the bad and the good, in the sense of, I don't mean good, but, you know, when Trump says the guy is very smart and very, I mean, he's right.
You don't underestimate your enemy.
Yeah, it's stupid.
Really stupid.
It's stupid when the Democrats get all... I mean, the guy has a functioning brain, which has him ahead of Biden to start with.
And remember, this guy has attacked three times through the course of the last four presidencies.
One under Bush took his measure and said, I'll take that southern part of Russia that I've been having trouble with, and I'll get Georgia under control.
Then he looked at Obama and he said, well, it could be an easy one.
12 red lines in Syria.
He didn't do nothing.
Brought me in.
I'll just take what I want.
And then Biden basically told him he could.
Biden spent two months.
He played him like a fiddle and Biden kept saying, no troops.
I'm putting troops.
We'll put any troops.
No, no, no boots on the ground.
No boots on the ground.
Don't worry.
Don't worry at all.
Okay.
Well, if you just do a small attack, we won't do anything.
I'd be okay.
It'll be okay.
It's all right.
Don't worry.
I don't want to have any trouble.
No, no, no, no.
So he just came in and he took what he wanted, and the Ukrainians put on a brave defense against him for reasons that now become obvious to me.
He's never let the Ukrainians win, and he's not going to let them win, even now that he's allowed the Ukrainians What the Ukrainians do is they do the same kind of thing the Red Chinese did to us in North Korea and got MacArthur fired.
They come in and they invade, it's only 30 miles to Kharkiv, and they bomb from Russia.
And the Ukrainians weren't allowed to bomb back in Russia with our equipment.
Well, we modified that now.
We're allowing certain small bombs to be used, but not the big ones.
Which ensures they can't win.
And the war will go on for a good long time.
I mean, I guess he's hoping Biden, against all the odds, it'll get reelected.
He can split up, you know, some more money.
I mean, if you really think all that money gets to the front, you're dreaming.
You don't know Ukraine and you don't know our crooked president.
And you probably don't know our crooked president because they cover it up.
And this is the damage the miserable press does to us by covering it up.
Look what they did to me over the hard drive that was used today in evidence, and validated by the same creepy FBI that hid it for a year, and validated by a federal judge.
And where's the apology?
Where's Biden apologizing for calling me a Russian pawn when I got it from exactly who I said I got it from, John Mac Isaacs, and it is his son's hard drive.
I want to confront you and let you go away with the two things again that nobody tells you.
So we're going to take a short break and we're going to come back and I'm going to ask you to please remember what I'm about to show you.
Okay?
Thank you.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and Pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.

There's all this issue about whether he's a drug addict or not, right?
So here's a, here's a, um, here's a, uh, an email From him to his father.
This is in his own words.
This is in 2018.
And this is extraordinary.
It's extraordinary because it shows what a horrible human being his father is, and cares about nothing but himself, and what a pervert a hunter is.
So let's see if I can read that.
Let me see if I can read that.
She told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate with, that's his niece's name, when she, the niece, says that I FaceTimed naked with her.
I think she was 14 or 15.
And the reason I can't have her out to see me is because I'll walk around naked, smoking crack, talking tomgirls on FaceTime.
When she was pressed, she said that, that's the psychiatrist's dad, Denise, never said anything like that.
But the bottom line is that I create and cause a very unsafe environment for the kids.
Now, she obviously did say it, and I'll tell you why.
And why it's provable.
See how good these prosecutors are.
That should go in front of the jury.
Because he's talking about being an addict, isn't he?
And that's what his lawyer says.
Well, he wasn't using drugs on that day, but if he's using drugs on every other day, and here's an example, as well as the text the day after.
The day after he signs, he texts this girl's mother and tells her that he's using crack in a car.
I mean, they don't convict him and it's a fix for sure.
It's a hometown decision.
Of the worst kind.
But in any event, this should be put in evidence.
Because it shows, it also refutes, because I think they've opened the door to it, the idea that he's some kind of a benign little addict and we should feel sorry for him.
This guy is a danger to children.
And that's why they should put in the pictures of him smoking crack and driving automobiles.
Because at any time he could have killed somebody and didn't give a damn.
And then they should put this in to show that he was ruining the life of young children.
Now, you see all that that the psychiatrist repeated back?
The psychiatrist could not have known that, except from the girl.
That's all true.
There are pictures to support everything he says there.
He does walk around naked and he takes pictures of himself.
He does walk around smoking dope in huge quantities with large amounts of smoke rafting through the house while the children are there.
There are pictures of it, numerous.
So what, she just happened to be right?
The psychiatrist guessed right?
That he walks around nude, he talks to prostitutes in front of the kids.
He smokes like a madman with amounts of smoke that are, I don't know how he produced that amount of smoke, while minor children were in the house.
Every single thing there is provable by photograph.
And the psychiatrist says it.
And then the niece says, well, I never told the psychiatrist that.
Well, the psychiatrist guessed right.
Of course she said it to her.
And of course he's a danger to the kids.
And he's a damn pervert.
He's not some kind of benign addict.
I don't know how much damage he did to those kids.
He suddenly got their mother to be a drug addict.
This is not some kind of a nice little poor little drug addict.
This is a poor little drug addict that took huge amounts of money from our biggest enemies, who endangered our national security.
How the hell do we know if he wasn't turning national security secrets over to them?
Let me show you this picture.
The car has a Joe behind the wheel, but Hunter's car was right there also.
Every day Hunter passed those boxes.
Those boxes contain classified information.
And every day a business partner of the spy chief of China passed them.
Hunter Biden in a recorded session on the hard drive with a prostitute Brags to her that I'm partners with the spy chief of China and the richest man in China.
Two of them, by the way, recruited spies for China.
Now how hard would it be to recruit this degenerate drug addict?
Half the time he didn't know what he was doing.
And he's passing those every day.
And Trump is indicted.
For misusing national security information that never leaves Mar-a-Lago and never is exposed to people who work and make millions from China.
And this bum isn't indicted?
Biden?
For treason?
A little circle.
Those are the boxes that he stole from the White House or he stole from the Senate office.
He had no right to them as the Vice President or as the Senator.
Trump had a right to the documents he had.
And it's debatable under the Presidential Records Act.
Those are those are stolen documents.
And a partner of the spy chief of China and the richest man in China, Chinese communist high level, passed them every day and Joe put them there for him to see every day.
Also, the other documents, the ones that went to the Institute, the Institute is paid for by China.
By and large, China had access to all of his classified material, and of course they won't tell us what it was.
Just like they will not release, and they sort of went after the crooked Attorney General about this, they won't release the video of the H.E.R.
testimony, which took two days.
That testimony is the basis on which her not prosecuting Biden.
But who could have been prosecuted?
He basically says he did it.
But we can't prosecute him because he's a he's an old man who's very sympathetic.
I don't know how he's sympathetic.
You have to explain to me crooked her.
But, I mean, all you guys roll over for this guy.
Her, Weiss.
Weiss did a deal for Biden that would have been a misdemeanor.
He never would have served any time, but he wouldn't have gotten immunity.
So he and his genius lawyer, who gets contradicted, which within about five minutes of testimony today, turned it down, which is why he's on trial.
But maybe they know something we don't, which is you can fix the trial if you take it to the guy's backyard, right?
Those jurors all know the Bidens.
I would imagine they're probably almost all Democrats.
Just the opposite of the jury in New York.
But her video is important to the American people now that he wants to be president again.
We have a right to see the basis on which her came to the conclusion.
That this guy shouldn't be prosecuted.
You know, just being a sympathetic old man with a bad memory is not a basis for not being prosecuted.
The standard is you gotta be insane.
You gotta be unable due to mental illness.
You gotta be able to completely be unavailable and unable to cooperate with your lawyer in your own defense.
If you get psychiatrist ...to testify to that, and they withstand cross-examination by the prosecutor.
Hinkley, for example, was unable to be prosecuted for a while after he attempted to assassinate... In fact, he was eventually tried and found not guilty by reason of insanity.
And all those years he spent, he spent in an insane hospital.
And now he's free, right?
Now he's free.
Isn't it quite something, though, to go from shooting... You recognize that the President forgave him.
Oh, okay, you know what, that's... President Reagan understood that he was insane.
He didn't want to kill President Reagan.
He wanted to kill the President.
He tried to kill Carter.
He wanted to impress... I handled that case.
He wanted to impress Jodie Foster, yeah.
I didn't know...
There was no way to impress Jodie Foster because she was pitching for the other team.
That only came out later.
No shot, my man.
Maybe if he knew that, maybe if she had come out earlier or she knew earlier, it might have prevented it.
I don't know.
Maybe it would have made it more intriguing.
I have no idea because the guy was legitimately, a lot of times, insanity is misused and used and you could say every criminal's in some way insane and all that stuff.
But this guy was really blotto, which is what you have to be.
So let's see if her exaggerated by saying he's a, you know, he can't remember and he's just a pitiful old man, or maybe he misled us by not telling us how bad it is.
And we got a president that's a completely non-compass menace.
He sure looks it.
So we do know a couple of facts that are quite, um, that are quite, uh, disturbing.
We know, That this was put in the report by her.
He doesn't know.
He doesn't know when he left the vice presidency within three years.
And he doesn't know the year that his son died within two or three years.
Now, that's just a little while ago.
I mean, it's not which which is pretty.
It has to.
It's true that unless he was feigning it.
Right.
So then if you watch it, right, you'll have, you'll be able to make up your own mind.
Was he feigning it or not?
Now it's no longer privileged because they put out the transcript of it.
They've even admitted they doctored the transcript.
They haven't admitted yet that they doctored the tapes they gave me, but, uh, about, uh, about one of my cases, maybe they'll admit that eventually.
Uh, but they actually admitted they doctored it to make them sound better.
Well, I don't know.
How much did they, how much did they doctorate?
Don't we have a right to know if our president is completely non-compassionate or not?
He sure gives us indications that he is.
Well, here you're going to have two days of video recording and you're going to watch exactly why a prosecutor decided he shouldn't be prosecuted for federal crimes.
And you could evaluate whether the prosecutor was right, wrong, fixed, not fixed.
I mean, most of the prosecutors in this case have been fixed.
Look at Weiss, which makes me very nervous about this prosecution because I don't know,
I don't know how, I don't know how willing Weiss is going to be to go all out to convict
I mean, he did fix the case before.
Then he got criticized heavily.
He had to come up with something.
He came up with the least possible charges he could come up with.
I mean, it's almost a joke in comparison to the crimes that he committed.
But I want to see if they play this and show this.
Or when they say there's no evidence that The father got any money.
What about Hunter Biden's text to that effect?
That's evidence.
It's the best kind of evidence.
It's called an admission.
We've played that one for you, too, where he says he paid all the expenses of the family for 30 years and has been giving half his salary to his father for 30 years.
That doesn't explain the whole thing.
Of course it does.
And then everything else corroborates it.
You see Hunter paying him rent, 50 grand a month for a home that Hunter owns.
You ever pay rent for a home you own?
Or is that a way of laundering the money to him?
And what's this guy, uh, Shurstine or Sourstine or whatever the hell his name is, who's, you know, moving money between them all the time.
Well, let's see how much he puts in.
And how much he keeps out, particularly if he keeps out any mention of Joe.
Because then you can say, yeah, Weiss lived up to his original expectation of being a crooked prosecutor.
So far, can't tell.
Today's examination brought out the things that it had to.
The FBI agent, the FBI agent testified sounded pretty straight.
And they put in the text that contradicts the lawyer immediately, that a day after he wrote that he wasn't an addict, he was telling his mistress that he was blotto on crack and in a car.
One day is pretty good, huh?
I'd say so.
Tomorrow will be another day of trial.
Tomorrow, who knows what else we're going to do?
Who knows?
We'll see more of the reaction to this phony border proposal of Biden.
I mean, this follows after last week lying about the Hamas agreement.
There was none.
Bibi Netanyahu now says he might agree to something, but with the proviso, he can go back in anytime he wants.
And Bibi's reaction to Israel made this proposal was as a non-starter.
So he was lying there, and Biden was lying there, number one, to take pressure, to take some attention away from Trump, because that whole thing in New York backfired on them, at least in the early stages, right?
And number two, he wants to try to pressure Bibi, because he wants to save Hamas, so he can ingratiate himself to Iran, because our president is a traitor.
Horrible thing to have to say, but it's horrible to lie also.
So we'll be back tomorrow and we'll have a lot more on this.
We can't, we can't at all cover all the information they don't give you.
Um, but we'll get, we'll get more of a, of a tomorrow and make sure you, you, you tune in with us.
Cause otherwise it'd be a lot of stuff you won't know.
I mean, they cover up, cover up everything they can, including now they don't want you to see the video.
The video's gotta be, I mean, the more they don't want you to see it, the more I know it's devastating.
I mean, for years I knew they had phony ballots in Georgia, because they wouldn't let me look at the ballots.
Now there are 170,000 missing.
How do ballots go missing?
Somebody takes them out, that's how they go missing.
And they're in the custody of the Secretary of State and the Governor, both Republicans.
Okay, we'll be back tomorrow.
God bless the people of Israel.
God bless the people of the Ukraine because, boy, they're getting it.
And they don't have much of a leader either.
They got a guy that was mentored by one of the chief organized criminals and oligarchs.
And it looks like they want to carry on a forever war so they can whack up money.
At least they're making it look that way.
And God bless, of course, the United States of America.
God bless America.

the principle of common sense and rational discussion to the issues of our day.
Peace.
America was created at a time of great turmoil, tremendous disagreements, anger, hatred.
There was a book written in 1776 that guided much of the discipline of thinking that brought to us the discovery of our freedoms, of our God-given freedoms.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense, written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers, in which Thomas Paine explained, by rational principles, the reason why these small colonies felt the necessity to separate from the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom
of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom adheres in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country, a country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate to be Americans.
