America's Mayor Live (E341): Who is Arseniy Petrovych Yatsenyuk?
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
No, nothing to worry about.
I think she's hungry.
And the reality is Yatsenuk is a connection that any responsible prosecutor would have followed.
And Yatsenuk is a big, big... It's like if you blow a hole in a, God forbid, in an airplane and the airplane comes down.
Yatsenuk blows a hole right in the middle of The integrity of Biden's attorney general, Biden's specially appointed special prosecutor.
They are trying to present the picture that sloppy old Joe just kind of took these documents.
He didn't really know what they were, and he just hid them.
And then he forgot about it.
And even though he seemed to have remembered them, When he found them for his biographer, so that he could make a profit on his biography, he remembered them for the two or three days he worked with his ghostwriter, and then he forgot them again.
Poor old Joe really didn't take deep secrets of the United States for any ulterior motive, nor did he put them in any worse position than Forgetful, sympathetic, nice old man's addict.
Well, that's the picture they try to present because the party, the leadership, the Justice Department is as corrupt.
Oh, could it be as corrupt as the Mafia?
I don't have evidence they killed as many people.
Other than that, or any people, Other than that, they're just as corrupt.
And they're worse because many of them are public officials.
So they will do anything.
They will imperil anyone.
They'll threaten anyone.
And they own her by whatever particular stuff he has.
They got him by it.
Because no, uh, even prosecutor with self-respect would not have told you who Yadzina is.
Now, why am I making a big deal out of this guy whose name nobody's going to remember?
Yadzina.
Because the minute I heard the name in the documents here, I went crazy.
And I said, now I now I can prove why I know Joe is hiding these documents.
They contain incriminating information.
Yatsenuk is the second player in the bribery scheme.
By that, I mean Joe Biden bribed Poroshenko, the president of Ukraine.
In turn, he was bribed by Uh, Zlochevsky, the head of Burisma.
Zlochevsky paid Joe and his son, as Zlochevsky says on tape to the FBI, that he gave $5 million to Joe Biden when Joe Biden was the vice president of the United States and $5 million to Hunter Biden, of which we know Joe got 50%.
So that $7.5 million and $2.5 million, in order for Joe Biden to save his company, that was a crooked company seized by the government of Ukraine.
Why did he give him that much money?
Because the company was worth approximately $40 billion.
A $10-20 million payment to save a $40 billion company is a wise business decision, not wise,
but shrewd, I'd say.
And it is a, uh, uh, international federal and worldwide crime for which Joe Biden has been guilty for years and has been walking around free as well as he has been guilty of taking bribes probably from the day he walked into the Senate.
And who knows if he is it now, but there's nothing left of Joe Biden.
30 years, they've bought everything.
They've bought his integrity.
They bought his decision-making.
They bought his conscience.
They bought his Americanism.
He sold out our country.
The man, morally, would be described as a rag.
He's nothing.
He's one of our most disgraceful Americans, and I can't imagine Benedict Arnold did as much, particularly in his dealings with China, Russia, Ukraine.
But Yatsenuk is the key to it.
Now, why is he the key to it?
Because one of the documents that was found, among the documents that Biden stole and hid in his house, is a transcript of a telephone conversation with Yatsenuk In 2015, just at the time that Biden was pressuring Yatsenuk's, not really his boss, but higher in the government.
Poroshenko was the president.
Yatsenuk was the prime minister.
Joe Biden really has to bribe both of them in order to get the Burisma case fixed.
This is what he describes.
Remember when he says, I was in, I told the president of Ukraine, If you don't get rid of the prosecutor, I'm not giving you the five billion.
You will not remember.
But because I spent my life putting criminals in jail, I will remember.
And did immediately.
But there wasn't just one person he named then.
There was a second.
He said, I talked to Poroshenko.
And I talked to Yatsenuk.
That's the last time you saw that name.
Now you see the name in a document hiding.
Illegally in Joe's house because Joe knows that was a crime and he never wants anyone to see that document.
So now let's listen to it just to make sure I haven't lost my mind.
And just to prove to you that all 79 year olds are not Ugots.
Good.
That means they don't know what they're doing.
Shall we play the memo?
Shall we play it?
And I want you to listen carefully for when he says Poroshenko, and then after he says another name, which I'm sure you've long since forgotten, and bam, it connects right to the incriminating activity in hiding the classified material.
I remember going over convincing our team, our others too, convincing that we should be providing for loan guarantees.
And I went over, I guess, the 12th, 13th time to Kiev.
And I was supposed to announce that there was another billion
dollar loan guarantee.
And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action
against the state prosecutor.
And they didn't.
So they said they were walking out to the press conference, and I said, no, I said, I'm not going to,
or we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
They said, you have no authority.
You're not the president.
The president said, I said, call him.
I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars.
I said, you're not getting a billion.
I'm going to be leaving here.
And I think it was, what, six hours?
I look, I said, I'm leaving in six hours.
If the prosecutor is not fired, you're not getting the money.
Oh, son of a bitch.
Got fired.
And they put in place someone who was solid.
What an arrogant criminal, huh?
Well, he would never have known then that this would connect him in a devastating way to the single biggest bribery scheme in American history.
He just told you that he spoke to Poroshenko and Yatsenuk and he basically fixed the case.
He got the prosecutor dismissed.
Now we find that sitting in his classified documents that he illegally took to his home and he illegally had there And is only not being prosecuted because he's technically legally insane.
He took a document reflecting his conversation with Yatsenuk at or about that time.
So what do you think that that transcript is about?
It's about fixing the case.
That's what it is.
And why do you think he took the document?
To cover up a crime.
Does her mention that in the report?
No.
Does her even know that?
Maybe.
Is it a product of his being directly dishonest because he's working for a crooked Garland who is in Biden's pocket?
Could be.
Is it a reflection of his being a lazy prosecutor and doesn't know how to follow up leads or doesn't have, isn't smart enough to remember Yatsenuk like I did?
I doubt it.
I doubt it.
Is it worth throwing the hell out of the Justice Department?
Either way?
Yeah, sure.
He might miss a murder next time.
Not much of a prosecutor.
The guy's in the critical document that starts the case.
Buried a little name.
The general public would never remember Yatsenuk's name.
You're a great prosecutor!
I'm a great prosecutor appointed as the special counsel!
You got a connection like...
You got a connection that's better than a videotape because it doesn't lie.
And you miss it?
You don't even explain it?
You know her.
Why don't you find something else to do, huh?
You know, something where there are no responsibilities.
Because I don't know what you are.
I don't know if you're a crooked, slimy creep because you let the guy go on a crime that nobody would let him go on.
Or you're playing passive-aggressive because you know he's guilty.
So you write out all these things like that miserably dishonest Comey did.
You write all these things out about how guilty Biden is.
How he gave classified information to his ghostwriter.
How he knew he gave classified information to his ghostwriter.
How he's been holding this since he's senator for 14 years.
What, was he nutty when he was back in senate?
He didn't know he was stealing when he took the documents out of the Senate?
And since we got the one Yeltsin connection, I don't see anything in there and you're trying to assess the connection between what he had and what might possibly be jeopardized.
Remember, he had a big motive to give things to China.
You don't mention there that he got 31 million dollars from China.
You think that might have a bearing on taking classified material that a country's paying you off?
So I think the romantic reception and the unrealistic reception for hers report is part of the sickness we face.
Somebody should find out, get that Yatsenuk document.
Oh, and by the way, there are about 13 hours of transcripts between Biden, Poroshenko and Yatsenuk.
And I'd be willing to make a small wager.
I don't bet on football games, but I'll bet on crimes.
I'll make a small wager that it lays out the entire bribery case, and that's why he's hiding it.
I bet a lot of that's with slimy Biden.
Now, the president of the United States, oh, I'm sorry, the former president of the United States, Donald Trump, made a statement and the right wing and the rhino, the rhino, I don't have another name for them because it gets something that I don't know if I can say.
And the rhino traders are saying, oh my God, look at that Trump again.
Oh, he says that he is going to make people that are in NATO, they get, they have to pay like they promised to in a treaty.
Can you imagine such a mean guy?
He wants them to pay?
Gosh.
Because if they don't pay, you see, Senator McConnell doesn't pay.
Nikki Haley doesn't pay.
Klaus Traub doesn't pay.
Or whoever the hell is involved.
You pay!
This is... Oh, don't let Germany pay!
Germany shouldn't have to pay!
It's just the third richest country in the world!
Why should it pay?
If we don't have to pay, sucker America will pay!
Oh, we got every American sucker president to pay for us.
They just love to be in Germany.
Tell you the truth, I don't.
But you're paying for the Germans.
Some of these people like you.
Some of these people don't like you.
But they're doing well.
They're making money.
They're always talking about how backward America is.
Pay your bills.
Be much better for you, too.
You'll build up your army, and you'll be of use to us.
When we use NATO in a war, here's the truth that American presidents, including Biden, don't tell you, because American presidents have gotten used to lying to you.
When we go to war and we use NATO, which we hardly ever do, we don't use NATO because they don't fight.
Like, fight?
Like that?
The Americans fight, the Australians fight, the English fight, and the Canadians fight.
Everybody else, all those European countries, the French.
Ah, we make the food.
The Italians.
I don't know.
We're kissing our girlfriends.
They stay back.
All their countries have rules against engagement.
In other words, the troops are there.
And a NATO commander who's worth his salt will tell you they're a waste of time because you got to feed them.
And they don't do shit.
They're a pain.
They don't fight.
You know, the troops get demoralized.
The French troops are not like the sussy boys running the government.
The Italian troops are not like the crooks that used to run the government.
They're regular men.
They want to fight.
They're not allowed to.
The only people who fight are the four I told you, and then if we bring in Israel, I'll decide.
They're useless.
They don't fight, they don't pay, and they cost us a fortune.
And then they criticize us when they want to.
And they agree to help us or not when they want to.
So from the day he came in, Trump said, everybody has promised under this treaty to put in 2% of their GDP for defense so that America isn't paying for their defense as well as our own.
Do you know that by and large, most of them didn't?
And the only ones that did were the poor little countries that had honor.
And the rich countries didn't pay.
Germany was the worst and the richest.
So he said, you're paying.
And he got a lot of them, all of them caught up.
Were they all 100% by the time he left?
I believe they all were.
It is possible that Germany was still one quarter behind, but he made up two quarters.
Got a lot of money from Germany, which ain't easy.
It's like pulling teeth.
So now he was asked the other day, if they don't pay, will you defend them?
And he said, no.
Oh my god!
What a Neanderthal!
Oh, what an awful perk!
He doesn't believe it.
We're not inviting him to our Manhattan, London, and Paris cocktail parties.
We are not.
We won't invite him when Klaus Schwab is there.
Ever.
Ever, ever, ever.
I wouldn't go on Klaus Schwab, because he picks his nose.
Goes on the side.
He does.
He goes on the side, behind the curtain, and he picks his nose.
He's talking about, we will have one world!
It'll be democratic.
You'll all get to vote.
But you'll get to vote with one candidate.
Let me go back now.
It will be democratic.
And, uh, I will be in charge.
No, no, no, no, no.
Prince Obama will be in charge!
That will be a von Wilde!
So, um, he's all excited now because he's got, they got a, um, well, this was the thing they've been dreaming of.
Remember in the Godfather, when, um, when the old man tells, uh, Michael, we finally have a president that's on our side.
We finally have a government that's on our side.
Can you imagine what we can do?
We're bigger than General Motors now, but can you imagine what we can do with the whole American government on our side?
Now they're saying, Klaus is telling Gates, while Gates is picking out the next group of people to eliminate because the population is too big.
Klaus is saying, You will be so surprised how much nicer it will be when we control the world and Prince Obama is in.
Now, how do you collect from a country that's a stiff for generations, Germany?
In other words, they don't pay their bills.
They're dishonorable.
You got to embarrass them, humiliate them, yell at them and scream at them so that you take the weight off your taxpayers and they take up their proper place.
How do you think you get?
Suppose you say the following.
Ted, you play, you play Germany and I'll play.
I gotta be Germany?
Okay.
You gotta do a much better German accent than I have.
Just ask me if I'm going to defend.
Okay, I'm Germany.
I don't want to pay the two percent, President Trump.
I'm not paying two percent.
I haven't had to pay two percent since we started this thing back in the... It's okay.
You don't have to pay.
Oh, okay, great.
I'll keep paying the point.
The point is zero, two, five.
What the heck?
Nah, it's okay.
Okay, how's he gonna get him to pay if he doesn't say, okay, Germany, screw you, we're not gonna defend you.
Isn't that what's been going on forever?
Isn't that why the dishonorable ones don't pay?
Why should they pay if they know we're gonna defend them anyway?
They are not nice people.
James Madison was a nice man, they're not.
James Madison said, If men were angels we wouldn't need governments.
I assure you the head of Germany are not angels.
If they can get away with a 30 cent bill, they'll get away with a 30 cent bill.
Do you understand how this proves, I know it sounds, I'm not going to defend him, this proves why he should be president and be responsible for us and protect us and these half-wit morons who have sold us out for 50 years shouldn't be?
Like Haley?
Who drank the Kool-Aid immediately?
The UN Kool-Aid?
I mean, she'd become pathetic.
So now we're going to take a short break.
If I don't take a short break, Ted and Mike will go crazy.
They're making all kinds of signs.
They're doing all kinds of things.
Nope.
Okay, no heart attacks.
Let's go.
We want to hand you, this is the MyPillow 2.0.
Look how it comes so compact.
Look how compact it comes.
Look at this.
Look at that package.
That's the MyPillow 2.0.
It's a nice package.
I did not get such a solid package.
I had to take a nap today.
I feel like Biden had to take a nap.
Tomorrow I will need a nap.
I'll get this out.
I think it's kids.
This is a lot.
Watch, watch, watch, watch, watch.
Is that what you wipe away liberal tears with, Mayor?
MyPillow.
It's good for that.
It's good for that.
You know what I do to liberals?
I just laugh.
But you gotta use the promo code Rudy.
Make sure you go to MyPillow.com slash Rudy.
And use that promo code Rudy.
Valentine's Day is a few days away.
The backside should...
I think Brady has such a big hand he could throw this.
You know?
That's why I think he, that's why he's such a great football player.
He could throw this.
Well it's not too late with Valentine's Day just around the corner.
What a better gift than a MyPillow.
To get it now in red.
But you could paint it red.
All righty, well that, That's great, but my pillow, use that promo code Rudy, and you're supporting not only Mike and everything he's doing, but when you use that promo code, you're supporting the mayor and our- We're saving the republic, which is what we're all engaged in.
Mike, you, me, we're saving the republic from the whack jobs, and I guarantee you, America will defend everybody it's supposed to, and all those countries will, within four months, pay their bills.
And everything will be just fine and America will be operating once again like the leader of the free world because when we don't let them pay the bills, they don't respect us.
And that's the reason why if you take a poll of the world and you say to foreign leaders, even the ones that agree with him because they're socialists and communists, do you respect Joe Biden?
You don't get an answer because they just laugh at you.
They laugh at you.
And they do ask, I have been asked, what's wrong with your, what's wrong with your, what's wrong with your people?
What's the wrong with your people?
And Mayor, of course, would you like to react to some late breaking news today?
A Georgia judge has ruled that evidence exists to possibly disqualify.
Well, maybe we don't want to comment on this, but DA Fannie Willis may be disqualified from the election case and a hearing will be held Thursday.
Well, I think what's going to happen is that DA Fannie Willis is going to be disqualified.
This is just a prediction.
I'm the alleged, alleged, alleged.
DA Fannie Willis is going to go to jail and they're going to drop the case.
They're going to say it's unseemly for Trump and I to have to be in the same jail with the person who prosecuted us.
Isn't this hilarious?
That phony son of a, you know what, indicts the president and she indicts me.
She indicts Meadows and she's a crook.
I got indicted once in my life for something I never did.
I spent my whole life being really careful not to violate the law.
She ruins my damn reputation.
And she's a crook.
Stands to reason, doesn't it?
Stands to reason.
And by the way, you know how many people told me?
I was at the Super Bowl party last night, a Trump play, so a bit biased.
A lot of people from Georgia came up and apologized for their state.
One man came up to me, a little tear in his eyes, and he said, Georgia's not like this.
I said, you think I think Georgia's like this?
I think Fulton County, I think of Fulton County as the following, and someday the American people will, and they'll be better educated, because they've been educating into this for five years.
Fulton County, now think about this for a minute.
It's like Chicago.
It's like New York.
It's like Boston used to be.
Boston's not quite as bad.
It's like Philadelphia is worse than it used to be.
It's like Baltimore is worse than it used to be.
For some reason, Atlanta, rather than taking on the patina of a southern state, Southern City, which may have its problems, but they're not thoroughly, completely, to the point of every other mayor going to jail, corrupt.
Atlanta is corrupt.
Fulton County is corrupt.
A man told me yesterday he had to stop working in Fulton County in a job that requires contact with the government because he had to commit crimes in order to do his business.
That's the way it used to be in New York before I strained it out.
In other words, you want to build something?
You got to pay off.
That goes from the mayor on down.
Real question is, what's the governor all about?
Governor Kemp.
Governor Kemp, who thought that the election was a good election.
And then, of course, of course, the media, darling.
Raffsenberger.
Raffsenberger, who had evidence that there were election irregularities five days after the election and hid them for 15 months.
Nice guy, huh?
Yeah.
And Trump is indicted for asking him to maybe just take a look at the election that stunk to high heaven.
Stunk to high heaven.
So, hearing is on Thursday?
That's right.
Trump is going?
We hear?
There's a chance that he goes.
There's a strong chance I'm hearing.
Just based off reporting from the Washington Post.
The Washington Post, of course, tonight is breaking this story, and it is happening on Thursday.
The Judge Scott McAfee, Fulton County Superior Court, is allowing this hearing to take place, and this is considered, of course, a blow to D.A.
Fannie Wilson.
Well, I don't understand how they can continue the case, because the case was the excuse to make the money.
Here are the connections the prosecutors haven't made yet, which is why I'm the prosecutor in chief.
Number one, no one's pointed out that she unnecessarily had a second grand jury to maximize the money for her and her lover, which will amount to a million.
It probably would have made more like about 600,000 if they did it the normal way.
She had a grand jury I never heard of before.
None of the prosecutors in the case ever heard of before.
Heard of, let's say, I've heard of it, I never did it before.
She had an investigating grand jury that couldn't indict.
So they conducted a one-year-plus investigation.
I testified in front of them.
Please, ladies and gentlemen of the grand jury, don't get angry, but you're kind of yahoos.
I mean, your guy asked questions that... I could have taken a trained high school student, given him two days of my litigation course, and they would ask better questions.
Oh, that's Loverboy.
You think Loverboy's a lawyer, don't you?
I'm a lawyer, so Loverboy questioned me.
Muffin Boy is not a lawyer.
I don't know what he is.
He sure as hell wasn't getting paid a million dollars for his lawyering.
Well, Mayor, isn't it ironic how Fannie Willis appointed Scott McAfee or McAfee, whatever his name is, and now he's residing over her case that there might be evidence that she might be disqualified.
Well, maybe the guy's honest.
I mean, he's also one of the youngest judges ever in Georgia.
He's 34 years old.
Young guy.
I mean, in every crooked place, there are some very honest people.
That's the only way we ever make them honest, the honest people.
It's just crazy how now she appointed him and now... She's crooked now.
And the lawyer is an ambulance chaser.
He does accident cases.
He's never done a RICO case, which is a case that I know more about than anybody in the world.
He's never done a felony prosecution.
Now, you put them in the most important case of the year, one of the most important cases in history, the first prosecution of a president.
And the guy virtually, honestly, on a scale of that, he's really not a lawyer.
He's really not a lawyer.
You know, now I can't say much about that because I've been suspended because I'm a danger.
You know that, right?
I'm a danger.
You can't be around me.
I'm a New York Bar Association.
Which could, in its own way, be as dishonorable as Fulton County.
Suspended me because I'm a danger.
Even after an Obama judge decided I had nothing to do with January 6th.
But they don't pay attention to that, because the truth doesn't matter.
They're a bunch of left-wing, anti-American, sad people.
Well, we'll see what happens.
It has a lot to go, but the case is ultimately going to have to go.
It is too damn tainted.
You can't go forward with a case that is that tainted.
And there are too many motives that they haven't even explored yet because they either aren't that ahead of things or whatever.
But if you do two grand juries for a case, you're maximizing income so you can steal it.
Are you also creating a lot of the facts so you can maximize your income?
Do you also have too much of an interest in the case because you're making money off it so that you'll bring it even though it shouldn't be brought?
A case should be determined on neutral principles, not that the prosecutor is going to make money off the case.
Once the prosecutor makes money off the case, the case is really tainted.
Goodbye, case.
Dismissed.
So that's what I think is the ultimate here.
They may fight their way to that conclusion, but by the time we get to the summer, goodbye, Fannie.
I don't know if this guy, I imagine if she's criminally liable, he is.
Let's see how many other people in their office are implicated.
How crooked is the entire office?
And from a PR perspective, I think it may be a good strategy for President Trump to attend.
He will force the media to cover Fannie Will.
I mean, a lot of these accusations will be aired out on Thursday during this hearing, right, Mayor?
I think it's a brilliant strategy.
And him being there will force what I would Predict would be somewhat of a... They would not cover it.
Do you agree with that?
They cover it a little, but they cover it very, you know... Yeah.
It'd be very hard for them to do that to it.
It'd be very hard.
There's no... Well, they've spun things that I couldn't figure how they... Very hard to spin this in a non-criminal way.
Very hard.
I mean... It'll be interesting to see how they do.
I mean, you're right.
They always do.
Leave it up to the New York Times to find a way to amaze everyone with the depths of their depravity and lying.
What about this shooting at the megachurch in Houston?
I've been to that church.
I think everyone knows the Reverend, right?
Joel Osteen.
Yeah, everyone knows Joel Osteen.
It's one of the largest.
So this is somebody who came in and just shot someone?
So they also had Free Palestine.
It's, uh, on the rifle.
She or he, whatever, they, they put it on their rifle.
They are style rifle, right?
It comes in, uh, she comes in or he comes in.
We're not sure.
We're not sure.
We have, we go back on the history of this person.
We have both male and female identifications.
Is that correct?
Or am I, I don't want to say anything.
Transgender shooter, man.
We'll go with that.
I'd rather just actually report the facts at one time.
She was a reported male.
And other times you reported female factual.
That's actual.
Houston police identified the shooter as Lake.
at Lakewood Church as Genesee Yvonne Moreno, 36 years old, who used both male and female aliases, according to the Associated Press.
However, investigators who looked at past police reports found that Moreno identified as female, Houston Police Commander Chris Hassig said.
Houston Police and federal investigators said Monday they had not established a motive for the shooting, but were looking into a dispute involving Moreno and the family of Moreno's ex, Moreno's mother means the shooter's mother?
Okay, so Moreno is the husband's name, obviously, right?
that Moreno's ex-mother-in-law had sought advice from church pastoral staff.
Moreno's mother attends the church, which is led by evangelical pastor Joel.
Moreno's mother means the shooter's mother?
That's Moreno's ex-mother-in-law.
Okay, so Moreno is the husband's name, obviously, right?
So that's her married name, not her maiden name.
So Moreno, when you say Moreno's mother, you're talking about the mother-in-law.
Ex-mother-in-law.
Ex-mother-in-law.
That's right.
She has another name as a maiden name, and I read somewhere that on various documents, at one point she's described as a female, at another point she's described as a male, which is one of the first reasons they concluded that she may either be trans or she just identifies herself as both.
And she was getting—she got divorced from her husband.
The church is giving advice, which doesn't necessarily—I mean, that's a gigantic church.
It'd be like going to St.
Patrick's Cathedral and getting advice from Cardinal Dolan.
They have, you know, ten priests that'll give you advice.
So maybe she'll be getting advice from Joel, I don't know.
But she's getting advice from the church, and She comes in with the son they're fighting over and blows away, or shoots, doesn't kill anybody yet.
They're not dead yet, right?
Two people were shot.
Correct?
Two people were shot.
That's right.
Critical condition.
And are in critical condition.
That's right.
So now if this, the point of making this story shows you the level of Palestinian nuttiness going on in this country.
I mean, this is killing somebody in the name of a vicious, horrible, Animalistic, barbarian animals who rape children, rape women, kill children in front of their parents, kill parents in front of their children.
That's the cause that this... I don't have a pronoun yet, the right pronoun.
He, she, both pronouns.
They.
I won't do that.
To me, you get one or two.
I'm sorry.
You do that to somebody else.
You get one or two.
I don't do an it.
I don't do a they.
I do it for an inanimate object.
If you tell me that inanimate object is a gender, then I'll call you it.
So, this will be covered up, like the other one was.
They do not want you to know the level of violence that is occurring because of the catastrophic change we're making.
It's almost like moving the plates of the earth by moving our understanding of the reality Not the fantasy, the reality of sex and gender put in you by God, not by some wacky left-wing Marxist.
You start playing around with that, you start playing around with a lot more murder, a lot more suicide, and there is, and they won't tell you because they don't have your best interests at heart.
When I say they, I mean the government, I mean the government of people who think like Biden, And I mean the people of the group that think like Prince Obama and those who want to make you communist.
Well, Mayor, AP noted that in 2016, she was placed on emergency detention because of a mental illness.
So, 2016, she did have a mental illness.
I'm not sure if the gun was legal or not, but this is the kind of people we're dealing with.
If we actually kept people in jail like we used to, like this, before the liberals let them all out, a lot of good people would be alive today that have now been sacrificed To this insane bastardization of science.
Yes.
86% of the American people determined today that Joe Biden is too old to serve.
I consider that a cheap, misleading poll.
And I consider it an insult to my fellow, what am I, am I a septuagenarian?
No, not yet.
Septuagenarian.
So I consider that a complete insult to us.
Age discrimination, unconstitutional, dishonest, ignorant.
There are plenty of people his age who can serve.
I'm going to really tell you the truth.
Forget this.
I'm going to tell you the day I met Joe Biden, he was too unfit to serve.
The day I met him and he was sitting behind his office desk giggling as a United States senator, which is why he probably picked Kamala.
It reminded him of him when he was young.
I realized the guy couldn't serve.
The best excuse his friend gave him was Little Delaware.
Like, Delaware really doesn't need a senator.
Obama knew.
Obama got him for what he's using him for.
This is this is Manchurian Candidate 102.
He got him to push the little buttons.
What do I say about whatever?
Well, Mayor.
Yes, speak up.
Don't hold it.
Don't be don't be shy.
Well, we're seeing in New York the curfews at the migrant centers.
Originally, they just had curfews at about four of these locations, and following any... Wait, wait, wait.
I want to talk to Mike about this.
Mike, these are not migrant centers anymore.
These are illegal club headquarters at this point.
That's correct.
I mean, that trans... what is it?
Trans... Venezuelan... the major gang in Venezuela.
They were very reluctant to tell us this.
Has substantial presence in the United States.
Mm-hmm.
Trans something or other.
They started in the prisons of the most dangerous gang in Venezuela.
Are you talking about the Trinitarios?
That's Dominicans.
No.
Oh.
These guys have presence in New York.
And, uh...
And they're the ones that are doing the snatches with the tripods and the... Tren de Aragua.
Yeah.
Tren de Aragua.
And they developed, like our gangs do, they developed in a prison, a very bad prison.
Imagine the prison in Venezuela.
And I don't think they got out.
I think Maduro let them out the way his old pals Castro did.
Castro did this in 1978 and 1979. Castro was stopping good Cubans, who he was torturing,
from reuniting with their family.
The families in Miami were asking for their mother back, their child.
And in the past, Castro had loosened up a little.
But for some reason, Carter said something about human rights that angered him.
So Castro cut down sending Cubans.
So Castro, without thinking, who was, you know, the worst president since Prince Obama, said, send me anyone.
I'll take anyone.
Castro, who, now, Jimmy wasn't stupid the way Biden was stupid, but he wasn't smart the way Castro was smart.
Castro said, hmm, how much does it cost to me for those crazy people I have in the crazy house?
I got a lot of suicidal maniacs and homicidal maniacs, and he thinks I'm going to send him prisoners.
I'm going to send him prisoners from a nuthouse, because we still have nuthouses, they don't.
He sent in 100,000 good people, because this is how they do it.
This is why we get fooled with the Catholic Church goes nuts and the Protestants goes nuts.
There are good people mixed in with them.
But in the middle of the good people he sent in, Almost to the number counted, 25,000.
Major criminals.
We're not talking about the political prisoners like they do, like Biden does in America.
They prosecute, like Maduro is following Biden to a T. He promised a free and fair election.
The day he announced it, he arrested his opponent, which is the way we're going to do our elections from now on.
That'll become part of the process.
You know how we have the New Hampshire primary?
Yeah.
Well, the president will announce, and then the day after will be arrest day, and the president arrests, and if we remain Democrat, which is what they're trying to do, he'll arrest all Republicans until we're extinguished.
That will be the new... It might even be a day off, so that everybody is free to pick up the Republican candidates and put them in jail.
But that's the way they do it in Venezuela.
So these people from Venezuela, who are wonderful for Biden to take over because they agree with him, they let out all the jails with the trans-agua people.
Trans-agua, whatever they are.
But they are scummy murderers.
And they're also terrorists, Mayor.
Yeah, they're terrorists, and they're crooks, and they're organized crime.
And they set up a nice little ring in the Bronx, that is French Manhattan, by the way, where they take tripods They ride on their tripods, they come by, and the main thing they're looking for right now, and they're moving on to other things, they're looking for your iPhone.
They grab the iPhone, they try to hack it, they take money out of your bank, whatever they can get off, they have experts, get anything they can get off your tripod.
The minute they, while they're doing that, they're moving it to the border.
And they get it on a plane or a train or a bus, they get it the hell out of here, and then they go sell it in another country.
And meanwhile, they maybe have taken a hundred bucks from you, maybe they've taken nothing, maybe they've taken your entire bank account.
Now, if you give them a little trouble, every once in a while you see somebody get smashed in the head, knifed in the back.
Dragged by a scooter?
They don't like delay.
So if they have to murder you, to expedite the procedure, they will do so.
This is the group that the Soros-selected Communist District Attorney of New York, who hates New Yorkers, hates America, and loves criminals, this is the group he let out without bail, even though he had, he can't blame it on the law, even though the law allowed him to ask for bail.
And even though the judge could have imposed bail, they beat the hell out of cops.
He let them go.
Very, very smart, because they all ran away.
Then the phony holds a press conference saying how terrible they are and how bad he feels.
I hope he does feel bad.
I will take him at his word.
So now do something for us, Fatso.
Quit.
Go work for the Communist Party where you belong and go to China and stop getting my citizens killed.
We'll be right back.
Foundation delivers on its promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and Pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.

And we're... Welcome back to Rudy Giuliani Live!
America's Mayor Live!
IDF announces that it has managed to safely rescue Rescue.
They didn't get him from murderous Hamas.
Two hostages from Hamas's terrorist captivity in Gaza who were kidnapped from kibbutz near Yitzhak on October 7th.
Fernando Seaman Marmon and Norberto Luis R have been rescued.
Thank God.
Thank God for them.
Yeah.
And this may this may be the only way this may be the only way that That we're going to get them back, you know?
That's going to be the only way.
Well, I want to urge all of you to go get your balance of nature.
It's really, really important that you do it.
It's really important that you get the adequate amount of fruit and vegetables that you need so that you can remain healthy.
So many of the supplements you're searching for are magic pills or magic solutions of which, my goodness, they're on the air all the time.
Honestly, I don't know which ones you should, which ones you shouldn't.
I unfortunately know some are good, some aren't.
But I do know for sure, start with this.
If you have this as a base, you're almost there.
Because this is where they're extracting all that stuff.
So get your, what I do is I take two in the morning, two at night, Some people take more, actually.
Some people take three and three.
And then I am assured that I've had my maximum, or my necessary, I guess I should say, fruit and vegetables.
Balanceofnature.com slash Rudy.
Promo code Rudy.
You get promo code Rudy.
You get 30% off your first order.
35%, Mike says.
35%!
That's right.
That's right.
Wow.
How much do you get for my pillow?
I believe it's 30.
What is it, Ted, for my pillow?
That's true.
I was scolded because I didn't do the right commercial for my pillow, so I'm going to do it right.
There are lots of things you can get on my pillow, not just a wonderful pillow that you took away from me.
They'd probably take it away from me if I didn't do it right.
Um, the wonderful pillow that I had, but you can get blankets, you can get sheets, you can get, uh... Towels.
Towels.
Slippers.
Robes.
Slippers.
Who knows?
And other stuff.
Just look.
Other stuff.
Look at all those towels.
50% off.
What's in the corner there?
That's for Valentine's Day.
Get them late.
You can do late Valentine's.
Most importantly, Mayor, they're all made in America.
That's what people forget.
They're made by a patriot.
That's right.
You help him because these people have shut him out.
When I say these people, I mean the communist merchants have shut him out.
Just like they've shut me out.
So you help him, he helps me, I help you, and we all help each other.
What are we helping ourselves to do?
So we can become free again.
That's what we're helping ourselves to do.
Mike is part of it.
So is a balance of nature.
Those are the products we use.
You know that the most patriotic thing you can do is to contribute to t2t.org.
So when I say we have sponsors, we have sponsors in the national interest.
Not to mention, have we done our I don't want to... Have we done our... We have not.
We're going to be doing our QUX soon.
I use QUX quite a bit down here now.
I hooked it up down here when I came down, Ted did, the other day.
Working beautifully.
Because the communists who supply whatever we get here do not supply Newsmax.
Catch this!
And they don't supply OAN.
And Newsmax is a Florida company.
Because I live in Palm Beach.
This little enclave is a communist censorship enclave.
That's right.
And I put my Q-U-X on.
What did I have on the last two days?
OAN and Newsmax.
I actually found out half the news that they weren't telling me.
That's really easy to plug in.
Get your Q-U-X TV box today and be sure to credit Rudy.
Promo code Rudy.
Promo code Rudy.
You know, just use promo code Rudy everywhere you go.
You'll get money off.
Please don't do it like with, you know, No liberal things.
Let's not do an NBA example.
That's really the CBA, the Chinese Basketball Association.
Bobulinski is going to testify tomorrow.
I could almost do, who is Bobulinski, right?
Bobulinski is the guy who is a direct witness that the President of the United States is a bribe taker.
That's who he is.
He's the guy that tells you that for 30 years, Joe Biden has been lying about not knowing about his family's business, which gives you a reason to lie.
The reason to lie is he's getting 50% of the money, which is, tells you, in the hard drive.
You see, that's how you put a case together.
So the hard drive tells you he's getting 50, Joe's getting 50% of the money, Joe lies about it.
I don't get anything.
I don't know anything about it.
Bob Belinsky tells you he's lying.
Hence, you prosecute him.
And the judge says that that lie is evidence of his guilt.
Judge actually tells a jury that.
You know why?
Because it is.
Because it is.
So, Bob Belinsky, we'll go over tomorrow night, so make sure you stay tuned tomorrow night.
We have on We have on America's Mayor Confidential now a really excellent analysis of the Supreme Court argument, which could, it could come down any day.
I'd listen to that because when it comes down, you're going to, you're going to understand it better than all your friends and sound like a genius because you probably are, but you gotta have facts to be, you can be just a, just a kind of, Make-believe genius and have no facts.
But you want to be a real genius, you're going to just listen to that.
You'll have all the facts.
You'll be able to say, when they see a surprise liberal judge vote for it, you'll be like, I knew that.
I knew that.
I listened to Mayor Giuliani's podcast and I knew that.
So you go on X, you hit subscribe, and it'll tell you all about that argument.
Nice and I think in nice, easy language that you'll everybody will get and powerful, powerful, Demonstration of the terrific intellect of many of our justices.
You'll also get an analysis of the H.E.R.
report that I was able to do quickly.
I picked up Yatsenuk like that, but I'm picking up new things now.
We may do a second one.
The guy never did connections.
Definitely would have been fired from the Southern District of New York after I saw the report.
I now have come up with eight connections he didn't follow up.
Which I used to do when I read these reports officially.
Every once in a while I get a brilliant one.
Those guys are the guys you know of now.
They're very famous lawyers.
They're making a fortune.
The whole bunch of them you never heard of.
Because I threw it back at them and I threw them out.
This guy would have gone out.
Not because he wasn't intellectually capable.
Because he's intellectually dishonest.
He doesn't follow up.
You see a name, you go run that name down.
He may have run the name down, saw the wrong thing, and crossed it out.
We got a real problem here that should be investigated and should just be taken over by honest people.
They should look at her.
Too suspect to keep.
Too suspect to keep, absolutely.
They do mention Jan Sanouk in the takeaway in the post, for which I will give them a B, but they mention the name because it's a strange name, but they don't seem to be able to connect it to anything, which means they didn't pay attention to the primal document in the case, the confession.
But they did pay attention to the fact that one of the other things he was keeping was his engagement with China.
That's a pretty good thing you'd want to hide, right?
His engagement with China, which accounts for about $9.1 million that his family got from China in the five years before he became president.
Do you think we should have a president that got $9.1 million from China, or family did, in the five years before he became president?
Do you think we can trust a president?
Who did that?
And does it explain the decisions he made in China's favor that are unexplainable, like giving up an airbase 400 miles from China?
Might the money that he got from Russia explain why he has now halted
exports of liquid natural gas? Now, unless...
I don't know, because he's, you know, I don't know if you can call him insane,
because he doesn't have a brain.
And he's a good man.
You have to know, if you cancel all liquid natural gas for European countries, necessarily they have to buy it from Russia.
And he's been doing that.
He's even bought from Russia.
Does it ever bother him that he's paying for both sides of the war?
He's given billions to the Ukrainians, half of which get stolen.
And he's given billions to the Russians.
Maybe he likes wars.
It is true that the Democrats have more wars than the Republicans.
It may be that they like war.
Maybe it allows them to get people to take their minds off the damage they do to them domestically, like taking away their rights and making them dependent.
Trying to make them Pavlovian voters.
So please get ready for Bobulinski's testimony tomorrow.
Thursday is the big show in Atlanta for Big Fanny and her lover boy.
They're probably going to be a parade, I would think.
Right.
There'll be a parade in St.
Louis for, uh, not St.
Louis, in Kansas City.
Yes.
Oh, yes.
Oh, yes.
Oh, jeez.
You think- There will be, yes.
You think, uh- Not a lot of them for Kansas City.
You think Travis Kelsey will be in it?
I mean, uh, Travis, uh- Taylor Swift?
Kelsey Swift?
Travis Swift?
He'll be there!
You think they're getting married?
I think if he gets married to her, he's gonna take her last name.
You think so?
I think so.
Yeah, I think, I think, I think that's what he's gonna do.
Yeah, he's whipped.
He's whipped.
You know he's whipped when he's doing Pfizer commercials.
Doing Pfizer commercials.
It was a while in the second half that I thought she was gonna start going out with Christian McCaffrey.
Because he was doing, he was cuter and he's doing better.
49ers.
And he's younger.
He's like 10 years younger.
I mean, he's so much better looking than that guy.
And Christian's bad.
Christian's a big guy too.
And he's sort of like NFL royalty.
His father was an NFL All-Star.
Not only his father, Mary.
His whole family has pro-athlete backgrounds.
McCaffrey.
Yeah.
Anybody tell him this?
His father played for the Coaches Club.
Yeah, his whole family's just Division I athletes, pro-athletes.
So he has a whole bloodline.
But he's got a thing to feel bad about.
You think about every score there was that fumble in the very beginning.
He begins the game with a great run.
Then he gets another great run and he coughs up the ball.
If they would have scored, there would have been a whole different game.
If they had scored, there would have been a whole different game then.
Then again, if Kansas had gone down and scored, they did the same thing.
It was a strange game.
The war in Israel is really at a point of, we do not see eye to eye with our ally.
When I say we, I mean the now-admitted-too-old-to-remember president in the White House, or proven by the prosecutor, doesn't see it.
I do.
And so Biden is on the side of the Islamic terrorists, and those of us who don't like Biden in the United States are on the side of Israel.
Because he is driving them crazy to stop the war.
He doesn't want them to go down to, and I did not bring my map out with me.
Tomorrow night we'll have it.
We'll have to rearrange it here.
He doesn't want them to go down to the very southern bottom of Gaza and take Rafah.
Now, why is Rafah important?
Rafah is important because to the extent they've been there, they've been pulling out all kinds of Hamas leadership.
about four or five a day, either arresting them or killing them.
So they have gone down the Rafa, thinking it's too close to Egypt for Bibi to attack.
I don't think they're looking carefully in Bibi's eyes.
I said this once to a union guy about Ronald Reagan, that you're not looking in his eyes carefully enough.
If you don't listen to him, he's going to fire every single one of you.
That was the head of the air traffic controllers.
And of course, the next day he did.
They're gonna have to arrest Bibi to stop killing the Hamas.
He made a promise to his country that these people who came here, who savaged you, who made you watch your children being raped in front of them, in front of you, or watched the children get their parents killed in front of them.
We're not just doing this for vengeance.
We're doing this because they promised to come back.
And, uh, I'm going to make every effort I can make until I die to make sure it doesn't happen, which means I'm going to eliminate them.
I respect that.
That is what we should have in the United States.
That's a leader who protects his people or her people.
What we have is something much worse than we've ever had.
We have a straight out and out trader who was thinking the best interest of China because he was paid by China.
And if you haven't figured it out by now, keep watching America's Mayor Live, America's Mayor Confidential, and the Rudy Giuliani Show, and Uncovering the Truth on WABC.
And you'll get it all.
And listen to my pals, like Greg Kelly and people like that, and you'll get the whole picture of what is going on to us, with us, and why things are so sad here in the United States right now, and why people are so unhappy.
And why Trump is really, Trump is our really only answer because we know he can do it.
Everybody else we pick at a difficult time like this, everyone else we pick at a difficult time like this is a possibility.
Trump is a reality.
What I'm saying is, well, now there's nobody left.
And the Republicans had a group of people out there.
There were some people that I would have bet on, although I would have bet on them.
I don't have to bet on Trump.
I know what's going to happen.
Now I don't have to bet on Haley either.
She's going to go serious, make believe I'm a Republican Democrat.
So I want to ask about the race because we're going to cover it tomorrow night.
Oh, yes.
Before we go.
And then we'll close with that.
And except to say my condolences for the loss of Sergei Ozawa.
Sergei Ozawa was 88 years old.
He was the longtime conductor of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
He conducted for a short period of time the New York Philharmonic.
He was discovered in the United States by Leonard Bernstein and had his early training at the Tanglewood School of Music in, is Tanglewood in Massachusetts or Connecticut?
Massachusetts.
And he died of heart failure.
He led the Boston Symphony from 73 to 2000, and then the Vienna, which is one of the historic orchestras from 2002 to 2010.
2002 to 2010, I saw him very often conduct all of those orchestras at one time or another.
And he was one of the great conductors of our lifetime.
And a very, very, very nice man.
So you didn't hold it against him that he was such a big Red Sox fan?
You know about Dr. Maria.
I don't hold it against her.
Clearly not.
Can't be perfect.
Wow, what a great episode.
But before we go, of course, tomorrow is voting for some people.
Third congressional district, New York, which means mostly Nassau County, Long Island, but a little bit of Queens, New York, so a little bit of New York City, and mostly Nassau County.
I don't know if it goes, does it go out to Suffolk, Mike?
No.
No, Nassau and Queens, mostly Nassau.
And it's the former congressman who skipped a couple of years in order to run for governor.
Tom Swozy.
Tom Swozy.
Swozy, sorry.
He used to be the mayor of one of those towns there.
His dad was the mayor, and his dad was a very distinguished Supreme Court justice.
And I will say, even though I'm going to make an opposite recommendation, a very fine family.
On the other side, Mozzie Phillip is Extraordinary resume.
She was born in Ethiopia.
She's Jewish.
She came to Israel under the Return to Israel program for Ethiopian Jews.
She was educated mostly in Israel.
She became a member of the IDF, a very active and distinguished member of the IDF.
She then went on to college and I believe master's degrees and Uh, came to the United States, has been in the United States for years.
She got interested in politics.
She was a member of the state legislature in Nassau County, which has since become Republican.
She was a member when it was controlled by the Democrats.
She began politics as a Republican.
She became a Democrat.
Now she's become a Republican again.
Which I attribute to a very active mind, trying to figure out new politics in a new country, making the right decisions as she went along, or what she viewed as the right decisions.
But the main thing is, she cast the single most important vote correctly.
What's that?
Leadership.
You cannot turn the House over to the Communists.
Can't do it.
Might as well give them the country.
And I do believe that she's a person who's developing her views.
She is, of course, very strongly pro-Israel.
She is very strong about the deep state and the crookedness in the country and the crookedness of the Democrat Party.
And I think she'll be a real addition for us.
But she's sure as hell, we need her vote.
So if it's storming tomorrow, if it's whatever it is tomorrow, Just go out and vote.
The storm's going to be over, and then we're going to be stuck with the communists running the house.
You're not going to like it.
So get out and vote.
Good practice for November in which we don't have room to make a mistake.
Well, thank you very, very much for listening in.
Tomorrow night, we'll tell you a little about the Super Bowl party with the future president of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
And a few other things, and of course we'll tell you what we know of Bobulinski's testimony, and we will cover that very important election which has national and international implications based on the leadership of the House of Representatives.
Well, we'll be on tomorrow, three o'clock, wabcradio.com.
We'll be back here tomorrow at 8, and don't forget, hit the subscribe button.
You got two there that will give you current information about things you've got to really understand to analyze them independently to stay free of our brainwashing and our censorship.
So, thank you very much.
Please pray, dear God, for the people of Israel.
Please pray for the people of the United States.
God bless America.
...to bring to bear the principle of common sense and rational discussion to the issues of our day.
America was created at a time of great turmoil, tremendous disagreements, anger, hatred.
It was a book written in 1776 that guided much of the discipline of thinking that brought to us the discovery of our freedoms, of our God-given freedoms.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense, written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers, in which Thomas Paine explained, by rational principles, the reason why these small colonies felt the necessity to separate from the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom
of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom adheres in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country.
A country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate to be Americans.
But a great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we're able to reason.
We're able to talk.
We're able to analyze.
