America's Mayor Live (E317): Biden Regime Imposing More Censorship Than Ever Before
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
America's mayor live and we are actually in Boca Raton, Florida at the Newsmax Studios Doing our show tonight from there.
You know, we like to You know, we like to move it around so Today seemed to me really focused a great deal on Trump's the many many cases against Donald Trump and the point to be made is This didn't happen by accident.
Didn't happen by accident that he's going to be tried for four major felonies this year.
And I'm telling you, there's nobody else in America that's being tried for four major felonies.
And no prosecutor could get away with that except a crooked prosecutor with judges who treat Trump differently than anyone else.
If I had a client, Who was about to be tried four times this year.
I'd go to the judge and say, you have deprived me of the ability to prepare the case.
You've deprived me of due process by the very same year.
You do not have a right to a speedy trial.
I do.
The government has no right to a speedy trial.
These are not ongoing crimes.
Some of them are years ago.
So you have no interest at all in speeding this up, other than to interfere with the election.
And why the hell are you doing that?
And that is completely a violation of his rights, and the case would be moved if it was anybody else.
But again, it's Donald Trump.
It's not anybody else.
So what are the cases?
Well, the one today that was being argued in court was in the D.C.
Circuit.
And it's the case in which Donald Trump says that he had immunity as a president in taking steps to challenge the election of 2020.
So you look at it from the point of view of challenging it if he's a candidate.
But as the president, he's enforcing the law.
The federal law and the United States Constitution is all implicated if there's cheating during a presidential election.
And there were, without any doubt, numerous allegations of cheating.
He didn't make them up.
I saw them.
I didn't make them up.
People came to us and said, I showed up at the voting place and they told me I already voted.
Well, I hadn't voted.
17,000 people like that showed up in Pittsburgh.
17,000.
You know why?
Because in Pennsylvania, they put in phony votes by people that they thought wouldn't show up and vote.
And they were so desperate in Pennsylvania, they made a lot of mistakes because they had to make up for 750,000 votes.
I am assured by mathematical experts that that's impossible.
I knew it was impossible that night and I knew they were going to cheat.
And when I got there the next day, I saw them cheating.
So as the president, he had a right to enforce the law.
So just think of the Pandora's box you open if you allow this prosecution.
So, the next president says Obama gave hundreds of millions in cash to terrorists.
Let's prosecute him for money laundering.
How about Biden?
Biden, as the day he got into office, he did away with everything that Trump had in place and everything that had been in place going back to Ronald Reagan to keep people from coming into the United States.
We now have 6 million to 9 million people in this country.
We don't know who the hell they are.
And the cartels know who they are, which gives us pretty good assurance that a lot of them are very bad people.
You can't imagine the number of crimes that are taking place up in New York on Randall's Island.
Or the people at Floyd Bennett Field, who are frightening the living daylights out of the people who live near there.
They're going up to their doors, knocking on their doors, telling them they want food, lodging.
These are not your immigrants of the 19th and early 20th century.
These are not even your illegal immigrants of the 1970s and 80s, the Mexicans coming here to work.
A lot of these people are straight out and out criminals.
How about China?
In China, the Chinese did come here.
We used to ask them 40 questions.
We now have to speed it up.
We ask five questions.
We ask them if they're Chinese spies.
They say no.
And we let him in.
So how many do you think we've let in?
And that isn't supporting an insurrection against the United States.
Sure it is.
It's an illegal invasion.
It's an illegal invasion.
Every single one of those people claiming asylum who didn't do it in the first country they went to is here illegally.
And Biden isn't just turning his back.
Biden is encouraging him to come and he uses the Border Patrol to help him to come in.
And when somebody like Abbott tries to stop it, he tries to stop Abbott.
So, when he gets out of office, let's indict him and put him in prison.
I mean, they have so many things to indict him for, the prosecutors start fighting with each other like, you know, like hungry dogs would over food.
And this guy committed more crimes than any American president imaginable.
Then you've got the Colorado case.
Now that's really unbelievable, if you can encompass this.
Somebody decides they're going to take them off the ballot for an insurrection that has to exist only in the mind of crooked Democrats.
Nobody's been charged with an insurrection.
Nobody, Trump or anybody else.
No insurrection was proved in court.
Even hit man Smith can't come up with an insurrection charge.
And they spent 50, 60, $70 million.
They've indicted a thousand people.
They can't come up with one insurrection case.
Except the crooked judges on the Colorado court, four crooked Democrats, three Democrats say no, by the way, in that court, say, insurrection!
Now, how do you know there was an insurrection?
I read it in the newspaper, or I read it with the J6 committee.
That's a group of people that are not in jail only because we have a fascist government.
These are people who lie for a living, like Swifty Swift and Swalwell, who had the Chinese spy, Fang Fang, or whatever her name was, Fan fan, fang fang.
So, the Colorado case is going to the Supreme Court.
They're going to hear it.
I never guarantee Supreme Court decisions.
I'd be shocked if they don't throw that damn thing out.
The 14th Amendment doesn't apply to the President.
They ignore Section 5, which means Congress has to set the rules for this.
Congress set no rules, and they didn't bother to even look.
And finally, it's a clear violation of due process.
My goodness.
You can't make up an insurrection that didn't happen, that nobody's been able to prove.
And then there's the obstruction of justice case.
That statute, let's see, that statute is 18 U.S.A.
1512 C. It comes from Sarbanes-Oxley.
It was intended for falsifying financial records.
It's got nothing to do with obstructing a proceeding of Congress.
In fact, in a case called Yates, Versus to the United States in 2015, somebody tried to use it as a prosecution so they could put a fishing boat captain in jail for 20 years because he had destroyed evidence.
Supreme Court said, no, no, no, that statute was not intended, was not intended for the destruction of evidence.
It was intended only for financial fraud.
So how do you think they're going to rule on that?
I have a pretty good idea how they're going to rule on that.
And that's going to knock out numerous, thank God, numerous persecutions of those J6 people.
Because these rabid Democrat nuts were dying to get a 20-year sentence.
So they did what the Jack Smiths of this world do.
They made it up.
That statute was never intended for it.
And luckily, the Supreme Court has already ruled on an analogous situation.
And it's going to be very, very hard to escape that, even if you want to.
And I don't think the judges will want to.
And they made it clear that that statute is for records, not for obstructing Congress, which they really didn't do anyway.
In fact, a lot of the cases had to be dismissed because they charged them with obstructing the Congress after the Congress had adjourned.
It's pretty hard to obstruct them when they're home or they're in a bar drinking, like a lot of them do.
And finally, we got Fanny Fanny and her boyfriend.
Fanny Fanny and her lover.
And that one gets me.
Man, does that get me.
Not only did they frame me, but they sucked $650,000 out of the government so they could go off on, my goodness, three, I don't know, two cruises.
Not one, two, three vacations.
These guys take more vacations than Biden.
And like Biden, they don't pay for them.
guy who couldn't ask a question.
I was in front of the grand jury for five hours with him.
First of all, the grand jury was something out of Saturday Night Live.
Five wanted pictures, four wanted autographs, and the four lady wanted me to stand in a certain place, and she took all these pictures, and you saw her on television.
And after it's over, the lover boy says to me that the district attorney would like to meet with you, Mr. Giuliani.
I said to my lawyer, should I do that?
He said, well, no, he said it's just informal.
So we go up.
I meet Fannie Fannie.
I didn't know it was a boyfriend.
He introduces me to her and she wants to tell me how much he admires me.
I wish she didn't admire me.
Rather, she didn't admire me, but didn't indict me.
And I really, I do resent the fact they got rich on the indictment and they were going around, allegedly shacking up all over the place.
Now, that case has so many irregularities.
The only reason it hasn't been thrown out now is because we're in one of the most crooked places in America, Atlanta.
And Atlanta is disgracing itself.
Remember, she returned the indictment, right?
And then Fannie the Genius said, hmm, there's something wrong with this indictment.
What is it?
Oh, the grand jury never voted.
The grand jury never voted!
There's no indictment!
And then she went back and she took the same piece of junk and got the grand jury to vote for her.
Now, if I were the judge and an independent judge, sorry, judge, you got my case and you're probably gonna get real pissed off at me, but tough luck.
You should have thrown it out, damn it.
I know she could do it again, but maybe not.
She's not terribly... Who the hell files an indictment and forgets to get the grand jury to vote for it?
Maybe she had a late night with Loverboy.
I don't know.
But I mean, this is ridiculous.
We got a president of the United States.
First time a former president ever indicted.
And we got these scoundrels doing it.
Smith, who had a case reversed by the Supreme Court.
9-0.
Just like this.
Framing a Republican governor.
Destroying the man's reputation and career.
And then the Supreme Court saying 9-0.
He didn't charge a crime.
And he acted unethically all throughout the proceeding.
So Garland goes and selects an unethical guy because he doesn't want a fair trial.
If you wanted a fair trial, you'd go get an ethical prosecutor.
These cases should all be thrown out for the good of America.
Really.
And I told you about Pandora's box.
But man, on these bases, we could go back and indict a whole bunch of them.
Yeah.
How about all the people killed in Afghanistan?
We'll try them too.
Put that on Biden.
Okay.
Well, we're going to be back in a moment with Dr. Maria, and we're going to take a look at the most censorship this country has ever endured through the Biden and Democrat regime.
We'll be right back.
Our device is something that you can plug into your television and now you can use your television as a social television type experience.
So in the Portal universe, you can watch your favorite content creators' videos, live streams, music.
We also have TV subscriptions as well.
TV subscriptions, regular channels, all the sports.
Right, you can actually cut your cable from your cable subscription and get QUX TV on our QX TV boxes and you can pay half the price that you're currently paying for your cable television subscription and you can get all the best premium TV channels and more.
I mean, it's really, there's so much on there, Rudy.
I mean, you've seen it.
No, no, no, I've seen it and I use it and it's I mean, it's just exactly the same except for half the price.
Plus, nobody is finding out what I'm watching, and that's not being reported to anybody.
Right, so you have absolute privacy using this device, which you don't have on other devices out there currently on the market.
This is absolutely great.
Q-U-X dot TV is how you can find out about it.
Q-U-X dot TV.
Use promo code Rudy to receive $30 off.
Welcome back to America's Mayor Live, and of course, here is the incomparable Miss New Hampshire herself, Dr. Maria.
This person loves her state more than anyone, and she knows so much about... I must have asked her about 10 questions about the New Hampshire primary today.
You're here, you're here, you're here today.
That made it worse.
I have to say, Rudy, people didn't pay attention enough to the Twitter files.
Amendment has the right to practice religion and the right of free speech. And man, I feel like we
haven't had the right of free speech since the pandemic started. That made it worse. I have to
say, Rudy, people didn't pay attention enough to the Twitter files. When Elon Musk took over,
he had heard from a lot of, especially conservatives, who felt their voices were oppressed,
and even talked about shadow banning.
But true to form, it really did happen and they uncovered it and the mainstream media tried to lessen it.
Oh, many people have these policies.
They're really trying to weed out misinformation.
Well, the devil is in the detail.
One vice president at the time, Carlos Monte, hopefully I'm saying his name right, Monge Jr., said the amount of FBI requests were Unbelievable.
Every day there'd be multiple requests.
At one point, even a long list of newspapers.
So now they're trying to censor not just what's on Twitter, newspapers that would go on Twitter.
Newspapers, comedy, anything that was anti-Ukraine, they were supposed to censor it.
The employees felt threatened.
Because the government, mainly the FBI, were telling them specific names of people to take off, they almost felt like it was a violation and against the law if they didn't do it, if they didn't comply.
Because they used words like, this is a violation, you're allowing a violation.
And the pandemic worsened it.
We saw professionals, medical professionals, being banned because they were bringing up the true origin of People died of it.
Early on, because of you, I was speaking out about what happened in that Chinese virology lab.
Shi Zhengli, the leader of that lab, genetically modified with health, from Dr. Ralph Baric in University of North Carolina, and it was going back into the 2000s.
The work started in 2005, and they were proud of their work.
They published it in virology magazines and also in Nature magazine, but the public wasn't supposed to know that.
He was complicit in all of it.
He was just on censorship.
Professionals who wrote to him in emails who said the genome sequence looks like it was man-made, manipulated.
You know what happened to those professionals?
As lawyers get disbarred, now politically prosecuted, using it as political prosecution, The medical association started doing that.
They, too, were manipulated to think that anybody who was talking about the true origin of the virus was a conspiracy theorist.
This is so bad, Rudy.
I just can't say how well-educated people were very much manipulated because any opposing scientific information was literally taken away from their keyboard.
They couldn't look it up.
So it wasn't just Twitter.
Initially, Facebook was getting away with it.
We know about Twitter because Musk opened it up.
The other guys are part of the conspiracy, like Zuckerberg and Yeah, Zuckerberg boxes.
And I mean, this guy helped to steal the 2020 election.
And if somebody doesn't watch the slimeball, he'll attempt to do 2024.
So finally, the House Judiciary Committee said enough of Facebook hiding behind the scenes.
We need to really look at Facebook.
Same type thing they found out.
deluge of emails from FBI agents naming names, this person needs to be banned, this information.
And what's really not funny, haha funny, funny kind of ironic, they wouldn't allow any comedy.
If you made a meme kind of making fun of the adverse effects of the vaccine, you were banned.
And if you didn't know you were banned, you were shadow banned.
But this is so serious.
You might think, oh, but how could they be so dictatorial?
I mean, I'm not a scientist and I'm not a doctor like you are, but the mere fact that this went through an extraordinary procedure where it wasn't tested.
Usually a vaccine is tested for two or three years because vaccines are very complicated and side effects sometimes don't emerge for two or three years.
So this didn't have that, plus something very unusual.
Every time they'd urge you to take it, they never tell you the side effects.
Every medicine on television, by the time they finish, every medicine's gonna kill you.
They tell you all the side effects, and the FDA required that.
They take a guy getting a beautiful girl, and then they say, but this could make you paralyzed, this could make you get a stroke, this could make you this, this could make you die.
No side effects.
So what were they hiding?
They were trying to hide it all.
They said under the premise to Facebook and Twitter, you have to censor these people because then they won't take the vaccine if they have this information.
Who are they to say that?
They're not medical providers.
We had scientific information that also Pfizer was trying to hide.
That these drugs were not good for most people and especially children didn't need it at all.
I'm disheartened because several medical groups Said no, the shot is perfectly safe.
But they get fired people.
Hospital Association.
Police officers, emergency workers, unbelievable.
The Hospital Association then hires and gives Dr. Fauci an award when we know he tried to censor people.
I just need to, this was a Hill article written by Jonathan Turley a year or two ago.
That he kind of wrote all the censorship that happened, that there would be no allowance for humor or even true information that did not advance the government's narrative.
We make fun of 1984.
We say we're living that book, 1984.
This is bad.
I can't stress how serious that is, but it shaped minds.
There was a really brilliant cybersecurity person working for the White House who said, this is how we do it.
This is how we change opinions.
It was all manipulation of your ability to freethink.
And people, and why?
Why?
Money.
Money.
Follow the money.
Fauci did everything for money.
I mean, Fauci made a fortune and he still hasn't disclosed the royalties that he got in the last four or five years.
I mean, all this fooling around about his lying and everything, go get his damn bank accounts.
And also, how does he come up saying, I'm not going to give you my royalties in the last four or five years?
I mean, that guy is, it's all about money.
Let's just put it that way.
And that's what this is all about.
I remember one of the companies The owners had a New Year's Eve party because that year they became billionaires of giving people vaccines in which some people have died, some people have been permanently disabled, and a lot of young people got massive problems with their hearts.
Absolutely, and we don't know what these babies are going to face in 20 or 30 years either if they survive the shot.
But just in parting, another thing that a name that we haven't heard a lot about was Mr. Slavitt.
He was a senior advisor to President Biden who threatened executives, threatened regular employees at both Twitter and Facebook to do the White House's bidding.
And that was to stop all dissenting thoughts or even science if it didn't go with the White House's narrative.
I mean, that's Biden for you.
And that's why he calls Trump Hitler, because he's looking in the mirror.
Absolutely.
And he sees the mustache and the whole thing, and it's him.
It's him.
He's the Hitler.
I mean, how can he call his opponent, who he's trying to put in jail, first time an American president has ever tried to put his opponent in jail, with four trials in one year, how can he call somebody Hitler?
He is Hitler.
By the way, let's get to politics, because we've got to get rid of this guy.
So we have an Iowa A primary, a caucus coming up and a New Hampshire primary.
And I think it's the New Hampshire primary that Nikki Haley is aiming at.
Yes.
I think that Iowa, you could get a surprise because it's a caucus, but Trump's got like a 30 point lead.
Different strategies by DeSantis in Haley.
DeSantis' machine is going to have to be secretly fabulous.
Otherwise, I think Trump wins by 20 plus.
But then in New Hampshire, she's pulling a real fast one.
She's trying to get Democrats to register as Republicans so that they can vote against Trump and they're putting a lot of money into it.
Seems to me they should throw out of the Republican party.
We do allow parties to switch parties within a period before an election.
So by this Friday, say you're a Democrat and you'd like to switch to Independent or Republican, you have to this Friday to do this.
You can say the Republican primary and you can vote for Haley.
Because they are maniacally opposed to Trump.
And all this stuff that they don't want Trump as the opponent, it's always been a big lie.
They are deathly afraid of Trump.
Because the guy does things that nobody else does.
I mean, they indict him four times, and each time he goes up by 10%.
Now they've stopped indicting him because he'd win by acclamation if they indicted him anymore.
Now they can misguide Nikki Haley.
Haley's such a coward.
What I tell you, she did really well, though.
New Hampshireites love to get to know their candidate.
And she moved in practically a year or more ago and she hit the ground.
get to know their candidate.
And she moved in practically a year or more ago and she hit the ground.
She had incredible momentum, but I tell you, just as Rudy just mentioned,
that Civil War comment has really kind of stopped some people who were like, I'm Nikki Haley all the way.
I love Trump, but the chaos that follows Trump, I'm kind of done with that.
Nikki's my girl.
But when she couldn't answer that, when they started really looking at how she loves the Ukrainian war and wants to give them more money and the other things... She wants to give them a fortune.
She wants them to die because they're all going to die doing it, but she doesn't know the names of the provinces.
Now, you know, did you look at her face when when uh, Vivek nailed her with it?
Oh, phony.
And then slavery?
Yeah.
How about she turns around and she says, that's a tough question.
What's the cause of the Civil War is a tough question.
I happened to be on your show the night, she said that I actually came into New York from my home in New, I live in New Hampshire, came in from my home.
And, um, she was up in the North, what we call the North country up in Berlin, New Hampshire.
And it was a veteran who asked her that question.
So he must've known she would flounder.
And it was such a strange question.
Because she, she went back and forth, flipped back and forth so many times.
As a governor on the Confederate flag.
She was against, she was for keeping it.
Then she was against it on slavery.
She would never answer questions.
She even admitted that, you know, South Carolina, they look differently on it.
Like it's okay.
That's not true.
But, but I mean, she's told so many stories about it.
Here's what it convinces you.
She's a liar.
Yeah.
You know, people are looking at her differently.
I would, Before that question and answer, I would have said, she has every chance of taking the state.
She really did.
But she slowed down a little bit and people are taking a little bit of a critical eye.
So most likely she'll be second place.
But hey, there'll be a surprise.
Three polls.
One has them 4%, 7%, 20%.
them 4%, 7%, 20%. So the 4% poll gives it a lot of hope.
The 7% poll, the 20% poll says he's gonna cream her.
Now here's what Republicans have to do, and I'm appealing to you.
Do not let the Democrats, and don't let Haley, pull this crap on us.
First of all, it proves she's a rhino.
Proves immediately she's a rhino.
Go on to get Democratic help.
I don't know if she's doing that, in all full honesty.
I don't know if they have anything to do with it.
I think even Christie made it clear that she would do anything, and I don't want to describe the things she would do.
She would do anything to get the nomination.
Christie, who would have every reason to attack her in order to hurt Trump, has said she would do anything to get the nomination.
And DeSantis has made it clear that he prefers Trump over her, should he lose.
So, I mean, that tells you a lot.
That's the way we felt about Romney when I ran, Huckabee McCain and I. It was like anybody, one of the three of us, but not Romney, because he's such a liar.
He positions on everything.
As this segment comes to a close, and I appreciate being on once again on America's Mayor Live.
You're the best!
I just want to thank you and others who have this alternative news sources now.
Newsmax is great, Newsmax 2.

We can do it.
You can do it with us.

So we'll do it on Confidential.
You just hit subscribe on X and all this year you'll have Confidential information and plenty of it about the election.
I think with her and me, there's nobody that knows more about New Hampshire.
She lived there all life, loves it.
And has been involved in politics there all her life.
And I ran there and campaigned for everybody there.
So we'll be back.
We'll be back.
And thank you very, very much, Doctor, as usual, as usual, top notch.
And we'll be back.
And I'm going to, when you come back, I'm going to, I'm going to give you five stories, quick, that probably are going to get ignored by the crooked media.
Towers Foundation delivers on its promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
Sean is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need your help now more than ever.
Donate $11 a month to Tunnel to Towers at T2T.org.
T2T.org, that's T, the number two T.org, T2T.org.
Please, donate now.
Welcome back to Americans Mayor Live, and as I said, I'm going to now detail quickly Five items, five stories that emerged today that are either not going to be covered by the crooked media, covered up, or they'll be covered euphemistically falsely.
And, you know, we have so much of it, it really is worth kind of focusing in on it.
And this way, I mean, part of what I try to do with America's Mayor Confidential is give you the ammunition To go out and be advocates for America and for the cause, and take advantage of the experience that I have of being in the government as long as I was, worked for Ronald Reagan, Donald Trump's lawyer, myself, mayor of the biggest city in America, and give you the benefit of that so you can go out and work so that we can save our country.
So Ray Epps.
Ray Epps is on a video.
Urging, pretty much burning down the Capitol.
I mean, there's nobody that is doing time, and some of them are doing like, what, 15 years, 20, I don't know, 20 years, ridiculous amounts of time, for trespass.
There's nobody I saw, except one guy, Sullivan, who says similar things, and we'll have him, we'll show you his, because he's the guy I focused in on right away.
Epps today got sentenced.
Ted, what did he get?
One year of probation, $500 fine.
Oh, did they give him $500?
Yeah, right.
A $500 fine.
I feel like I've gotten... He should go see Fannie and her boyfriend.
They give him a little $600,000 they stole.
And I think something like a hundred hours of community service, which is like the most... Oh, what's he going to go around telling people to burn down the Capitol?
Well, how about we play a little bit of footage Tell me this isn't a fix.
Tell me this isn't an FBI, Justice Department, crooked as hell fix.
We might as well be in East Germany 30 years ago.
We need to go into the Capitol!
Into the Capitol!
What?
No!
Peacefully!
Fed!
Tomorrow?
I don't even like to say it, because I'll be arrested.
Well, let's not say it.
We need... We need to go... I'll say it.
All right.
We need to go in... Shut the fuck up, Boomer.
...to the Capitol.
FaceFed posting?
All right.
We need to go into the Capitol.
I didn't see that coming.
Okay.
Our remedy is good speaking.
We are going to the Capitol, where our problems are.
It's that direction.
We spread the word.
I mean, there's plenty more to show you, but I think you got the gist of it.
We're going to get arrested.
We don't need to get shot.
I mean, there's plenty more to show you, but I think you got the gist of it.
There is no one except the Sullivan.
There's no one that has been sentenced here or charged that comes anywhere near that kind
of encouragement to riot.
I mean, that's what they're accusing Trump of doing.
Trump didn't do that.
Trump said, go to the Capitol peacefully and patriotically.
And he gets no time in jail.
When they give out, I mean, these judges are bloodthirsty.
The judge who had my case actually brought all the judges together shortly after some of the sentences and said, the sentences aren't heavy enough.
You got to make them worse.
Never heard of a judge doing that, ever.
Never, ever heard of a judge doing that.
And how about Mr. Perna, who committed suicide the way they played around with him?
Played around with his head.
And that guy, I mean, He's obviously an FBI rat.
And so was Sullivan.
I knew that the day after.
I had his tape that night, and the next day I see him out of jail.
I said, this guy, oh, I told one of the people who got me the information, who has great sources inside these organizations, I said, that's an FBI rat right there.
Now this looks to me, this whole J6 thing, Looks to me like they should all be acquitted because it was a massive government entrapment.
I mean, you look at the shaman, they held the door for him.
The police acted like a doorman.
In the case of the murder of Ashley Babbitt, the police surrendered the entrance to Pelosi's office.
Even though they had with them numerous cops with machine guns.
They weren't outnumbered.
These guys had no weapons.
This is the only insurrection suggested, even.
Nobody brought a gun.
Absolutely, absolutely amazing.
Okay, number two.
A-W-O-L Austin!
Where are you, Austin?! !
Now, I'm gonna give him my sympathy, and I'm more than happy to give him advice about prostate cancer.
I've given maybe a thousand men advice about prostate cancer.
Exaggeration.
Maybe a hundred.
Maybe a hundred.
A hundred men.
Advice about prostate cancer.
This guy went through it.
And he got the operation, and it wasn't the... I think he got the robotic operation, not the major surgery, because he was out in one day.
But he didn't tell the president.
He didn't tell his boss, the president.
He's the Secretary of Defense.
He's not exactly, you know, a clerk in a store.
He's the secretary of defense.
We're engaged in two different wars.
And there's a risk of a world war.
Then he gets complications, which it's a shame that he did.
It must've been very painful, particularly, particularly the infection.
I had that.
I didn't have to go to the hospital.
Thank God.
He goes to, and he's in intensive care, which means it had to be really bad.
He doesn't tell the president.
Don't tell anybody.
His deputy.
He doesn't even tell his deputy.
And she's off on vacation.
What, in Puerto Rico, Ted?
That's right.
Yeah.
And she stays there.
And she stays there.
Are these guys for real?
Is this administration for real?
Or what is this, some kind of Saturday Night Live joke?
Not only that, we carried out our one major retaliation for 105 hootie Iran strikes on us.
We've got, we've got people on the front lines in jeopardy of being killed.
We have one or two that were killed.
We have people that have been paralyzed by the attacks of the hoodies.
And you know, Biden's response has been, I don't want to get Iran upset.
I don't want to get Iran upset.
Everybody knows Iran is putting up with him.
If we had a man as a president, he'd gone and taken out the Ayatollah by now.
Boeing.
Wow.
Again, Boeing 747, right?
Max.
Well, the Max 9 is the one that had the door blow open.
I had that happen once on a private plane.
The seal broke on the door and all of a sudden, the whole cabin was getting smoky and boom, the things came down.
And we were up at like 42,000 feet.
I think it was a G4 or G5, you know, they can go very high.
And we just went right down like this.
What'd you do?
I continued to read Romeo and Juliet.
Why was that?
Because I had to get to my daughter's play.
I had to help her.
How did you just, how did you, when you were asked, how were you able to just keep reading it?
What did you say?
I said, I can't, we've got great pilots.
If they want my help, I'm ready, but might as well, might as well In case we do make it, I want to make sure I'm prepared.
If we do make it, you've got to breathe this part, right?
That's absolutely true.
I'll get Roy Bailey to come on sometime and tell you the experience.
It's really very funny because then I had to take him out for a while.
Here's the Babylon Bee, Mayor.
The Babylon Bee posted.
Alaska Airlines is adding new scenic view seating.
That's the side blowout.
Nobody died, so we can have a little fun with it.
Well, isn't it true?
Isn't it true that United found out that the plane has a screw loose?
Apparently it has a lot of screws loose, right, Dr. Maria?
Lots of screws are loose on this plane.
I think they've all been banned, so don't worry.
You won't be flying on one.
And I guess don't sit next to the wrong door.
And the other thing that doesn't get the proper coverage is uh the the protesters in new york uh first of all they took over three bridges and a tunnel impossible to do that with a police department even if 32 or 33 000 unless you want them to do it
I mean, I lost Joe Esposito yesterday.
Joe was the chief of the department under me and Mike Bloomberg.
And I just mentioned him to you because he was the epitome of what a policeman should be.
He served 40 years in the police department.
He was the longest ranking chief of the department, 12 years.
And he served right through 9-11, almost lost his life three or four times on that day.
One of them, when he was with me, trapped in a building.
And then he guided us through September 11, and he developed probably the very best counter terrorist organization in the United States.
And he died yesterday.
Great man.
Great, great man.
And I'm telling you, these protests, I don't know how many protests.
None of this has to happen.
What they were doing on Monday with the three bridges and the tunnel is completely illegal, Adams.
You can arrest them before they do it, not after they bollocks up the whole city and people die.
Now, why do people die?
Because they do so much damage to response time.
And we are very sensitive to the fact that all the police officers and emergency responders and firefighters, all of them know the time because they're all working against the clock.
You've got to get that guy in there in four minutes or chances of his living.
And that's why those, that's why those ambulances are speeding through the city so fast.
Now you jam the city up because you want to support genocide and people die.
And, you know, it never happened when I was mayor.
You never got to take the streets.
You had to be on the sidewalk.
The minute they got in front of that bridge, boom!
Take the first one, put them in a wagon, off to Rikers Island.
Well, of course, Mayor, so that, um, well, we have some video here.
It's just about to be there.
One person, he wasn't going to let these protesters keep him from- Wait, who?
His daughter?
His daughter.
Hey, idiots!
You can't do that!
That's against the law!
Bro, I'm about to start.
I'm about to start doing the business.
Bro, I'm not going to run you over.
Get away from my car, bro.
Get away from my car!
Get away from my car!
Bro, get away from my car.
I have a daughter in Brooklyn!
Get the fuck out of the way!
Get the fuck out of the way.
Let him over, let him over.
Don't touch him.
Get out of the way.
Let him over.
Let him go, go, go, go.
Let him over, let him over.
Asshole.
You're a hero.
You're a hero.
I'm clapping for him.
I've been farmed.
If I were mayor, he'd be at a city hall press conference tomorrow.
I give him the key to the city.
I mean, you don't take any crap from these people.
And he shouldn't have to have done that.
Police department should have been there, grabbing him by the back of the neck, putting the handcuffs on him.
Look, you see how they folded for him?
Did you see how they folded?
You think these people are brave?
Cops show up and they're going to be soiling themselves.
But you got to get on top of them right away.
And Democrat mayors and Democrat governors What they've done to our cities is disgraceful.
Disgraceful.
Now, listen to this.
These are reporters talking about a possible assassination of Donald Trump.
I mean, that's the only thing they haven't tried.
I mean, four times they're trying them for things that don't even exist as crimes.
They've done everything they can.
Russian collusion.
The hard drive lies about it and covering it up.
All of these take him off the ballot, accuse him of crimes when he's just trying to enforce the law.
But listen to these guys.
The worst part is, even if the edge is hanging out of it, it'll be on the other side of the stove.
I mean, if he's driving, we've got a good shot.
Yeah, if he's driving with the front window open?
Yeah.
Or if it's a convertible?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I wasn't thinking about that.
Yeah.
Like, if he just pulls up by himself in a Toyota, you know?
Like JFK?
It's like a JFK, a Lincoln... I don't know.
Maybe someone, just like they told JFK, you know what you should do?
You should take a convertible.
It's so nice out here.
It's so beautiful.
You don't want to forget your graphics.
It's so beautiful.
It's so beautiful.
So, Mayor, the audio is a little iffy on that clip.
Just summarize it for us.
It's a hot mic, and on it, the journalists are complaining about, you know, we're standing here, we may not get a picture of him.
One says, do you know what the worst part is?
Even if he has his window window open and he's hanging out of it, he will be on the other side of the street.
I mean, if he's driving, we've got a good shot.
Yeah, if he's driving with the front window open.
Yeah.
Or if it's a convertible.
Yeah.
If he pulls up in like JFK and someone says, another reporter, maybe someone just like they told JFK, you know what you should do?
You should take a convertible.
It's so nice out here.
These journalists are joking about that.
Can you imagine?
I can.
If they were joking about that in President Obama, when President Obama was president?
They are.
They are.
They are one of the reasons why we now live in a fascist state.
Uh, they, they, I mean, my experiences with them when I was his lawyer is, uh, they're writing the truth was an accident.
I mean, basically they just lied and lied and lied and lied and misrepresented everything you said to them and kept that any, I mean, yeah, I'm, you know, I'm, as I said, I think, um, I think they better protect Donald Trump very, very carefully.
Despicable.
And it's very disappointing, Mayor.
That wasn't the courthouse.
That seemed like the same shot of the same entrance that we were.
Yeah, yeah.
We were there.
Yeah.
And so a lot of these journalists covered probably the same trial.
So we saw them.
They probably wish the same thing for me, too.
It's awful.
It's wrong.
Yeah.
And I'm glad because I would not want to be on their hit list.
I mean, I wouldn't want to be on their favorite person list because I'd probably then be a crook.
So thank you.
and we're going to be back very shortly and we're going to catch up on the war and we're
going to interview Justine Murray who's in Israel.
So let's get going.
What if, yeah, somebody was gonna sit right near it?
I'll tell you in a minute.
And we're back, of course.
Time for a balance.
I brought him with me.
I brought him with me so I can show him to you.
I took him at home, but I brought him with me.
Don't forget, balanceofnature.com, promo code Rudy, and you can get as vigorous as me!
You got, get on that balance of nature.
What a, what a better time than the beginning of the year.
Everyone's got their, uh, what they're doing for goals and resolutions.
Dr. Maria, she's still here.
She hasn't left yet.
Live.
And don't forget, hit subscribe so that you can pick up our special report later tonight.
Pick up the earlier ones too.
That's right.
Exclusive content.
You've seen Justine on the show numerous times.
She works at Newsmax.
And she is a very enterprising young talent.
And she's Jewish.
And she just had to go to Israel to see it for herself.
Which I really admire because she was frightened.
She was truly frightened.
And, uh, bravery is overcoming fear.
It's not the absence of fear and doing it.
It's overcoming fear.
So let's look at, let's look at her right after she arrived and her describing what's going on in a place where, um, I've got so much, so much admiration for the people of that country.
They helped me get through September 11, their example, and they helped me get my city through.
We're at Kfar Aza right now, which was one of the kibbutzim that was most brutally attacked by Hamas.
We were just told 18 people were taken hostage, 63 people were murdered in cold blood.
We're just 1.5 miles away from the Gaza border.
So you can actually hear bombs going off right now.
It sounds like thunder.
Just a couple of minutes away from the Gaza border.
So I told her before she left that basically the danger that she faces is getting hit with shrapnel because most of the rockets being shot over from Gaza, which they're still doing, are intercepted by By the Iron Dome.
However, even sometimes when they're intercepted, shrapnel comes down.
And what they train the people in Israel to do is hit the ground and keep your face down.
Because the shrapnel will go over you or if it does get you, it'll get you in the back and the side.
You won't get hit in the face.
I remember in 2001 being in a hospital in Israel with a young lady who got hit with pellets.
And she was a beautiful young lady.
She must have been only about 16 or 17.
My wife was with me and it was hard not to cry.
And she said to me, Mayor, you know, I watch you on television and we all love you in Israel because you love Israel so much.
But I want to ask you, do you think I'll ever be pretty again?
And I said, sweetheart, you'll be pretty again.
Surgeons know how to fix this and you're so naturally beautiful that you'll be very, very pretty again.
And you say to yourself, what the hell are these people?
What are they demonstrating for?
So now let's go and pick up her and she'll show you.
This was basically a directed attack on civilians in kibbutzim, in a kibbutz, number of kibbutz.
This is where families were burnt alive.
So what Hamas did, and by the way it wasn't just Hamas, it was everyday Joe Schmoes of Gaza, everyday average Gazans, they decided to join in.
And they rolled in tires, flaming tires.
Families were given two options.
Either run out of the house and get shot, or stay in the house and get burnt alive.
So as we were just told, everyday average Gazans, they came in and they looted.
They took, after brutally raping and murdering and castrating babies, they came in and they took their things.
They took their belongings.
That's why you see this mess.
All this stuff, this is the looting.
This is the looting.
This is what all the jihadis in America, around the country, all the young little Maoist brats support.
This is what they're cheering.
When they say free Palestine, this is what they mean by free Palestine.
They mean this.
By the way, any house that has a red marking on it, that indicates that someone here was murdered.
At least one person was murdered.
When they say intifada, when 18-year-olds who have no clue what they're talking about yell intifada on college campuses, and when Harvard's president says, oh, well, genocide depends on the context, she means that genocide against the Jews, this, what happened here in Kfar Azza, this, that's okay.
That won't get you penalized.
Any other speech will but you're allowed to support what's happening right here
Hard to look at isn't it?
I mean, and this is weeks, months after.
And I want to emphasize that we now have the plans that they had with them.
And this was a focused attack on civilian targets.
They wanted to emphasize killing children, elderly people, and dishonoring them, brutalizing them, terrorizing them.
Having parents watch their children be killed, having children watch their parents be killed, taking hostages, of course, so they could negotiate.
They knew that Biden would take their side and put pressure on Bibi Netanyahu.
Now let's take a look at the subway system.
Oh, we don't have that?
Oh, we'll do that tomorrow night.
OK.
Justine did a really good job.
She took the subway.
And it's very interesting to see how safe they keep it.
And I tell you, when I went to Israel after the attacks in the 1990s and then in 2001, I was completely amazed by how brave they are.
They go right back to work.
I mean, she's walking around in an area that they bomb every day.
Now, luckily, Iron Dome gives them pretty massive protection, but when we were talking to her before, we could hear explosions in the background.
This is not over.
Now, Biden wants them to stop.
He's been driving them nuts for weeks to stop.
Now, why does Biden want them to stop?
Because he's on the other side, like the former president, Prince Obama.
Look, you don't give cash to terrorists unless you're on their side.
Obama gave them about a couple hundred million in cash to Iran.
You had to know that was going to kill people, including Americans, because that Soleimani was still around, who specialized in killing Americans.
And nobody ever prosecuted him.
So it's a real serious crime.
Money, cash to a terrorist?
Cash to a terrorist who wants to kill Americans, and the guy is walking around with millions, billions of dollars?
Let's quickly, we have that video, Mayor.
Mayor asks, the Mayor gets.
We have time.
We have Jerusalem.
So, um, it's a little hard to hear, but we are on what is basically Jerusalem's equivalent of, like, the light rail.
But I see it as an equivalent to the subway, but look at this, no bombs.
And people, unlike in New York, have the right to self-defense.
So you don't have incidents like what happened to Daniel Penny, where he was wrongfully arrested for defending innocent people on the subway.
Let's be more like Jerusalem.
You see what kind of country it is.
These people go ahead and they live their life and they're not going to get pushed around.
And my fear is that Biden and Blinken, who were there trying to cut off Bibi eliminating Hamas, will end up with this not really counting for very much because Hamas will be right back where they were in two years.
Meanwhile, you've got a two-front war now.
Hezbollah is hitting them from the north, and they're hitting Hezbollah back.
And we're not doing our job.
We got attacked 105 times.
And when I told you that we didn't really attack, we went and defended a commercial vessel and killed a bunch of the Houthi people.
It's not as if we scheduled an attack and took them out.
So we really have never responded.
What a shame.
You know, it would be nice if we had a president.
But we're going to change that, aren't we?
Because you're going to stick with us.
You're going to hit subscribe on X. And we're going to make sure you stay informed so you can be part of the army that takes this country back and takes it back from fascism.
We go back to the principles of our founding fathers.
That's all we want.
That's all we want.
And we want to be able to leave our country stronger than it was given to us.
The way our forefathers did for our children.
And right now we're not there.
Right now we would leave a much weaker, basically communist country.
Biden and no one else is going to stop us from changing that.
God bless you.
God bless the people of Israel.
