America's Mayor Live (E316): Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin Secretly Hospitalized—Biden Kept in Dark

This is Rudy Giuliani with America's Mayor Live tonight from Palm Beach, Florida.
And we've got a very interesting show for you.
I want to play for you that I played on my radio show and it still baffles me.
And that is the immediate statements of police officer, detective or whatever the hell he is, Byrd, right after I believe right after he shot and killed Ashley Abbott, something else happened.
Otherwise known to prosecutors, it would be known as a false exculpatory statement.
Kind of like laying out an excuse for himself or an imbibe or a defense.
But we'll get to that in a little while.
The other one that Uh, for the life of me, I cannot explain and I cannot explain what he's still doing with his job.
Well, I guess it would be true with the president too, but I have a hard time believing that in the last, in my lifetime, that a president has gone four or five days without communicating with his secretary of defense.
I guess it's happened because we've had peacetime quite a bit of peace, but we, you know, I was, I was born when the second world war was still on.
I lived all through the cold war.
Um, Reagan, I've, I've represented president Trump.
So I've spent more time in the white house than most people have.
And, uh, I just think back to the, to those, to the times that I represented president Trump and the interruptions that would take place while we were preparing, uh, you know, to defend him on the impeachment.
And that went on for almost a year and a half, and I can't imagine there were too many days that went without him talking to the Secretary of Defense or the Secretary of Defense's deputy.
I can't imagine that his Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, or President Reagan would have gone to the hospital for four or five days and he wouldn't have known.
And here's the one that's really very strange.
You know how Little Miss Lying Hood and Kirby, who used to be an admiral, lie all the time about how Biden worked so hard on his vacation.
There's a giveaway that doesn't work at all on his vacation.
He had no idea that his Secretary of Defense was in intensive care.
We don't know where the hell he was for four or five days.
He was with the Defense Department for four or five days.
Remember, We conducted a bombing mission during that period of time.
The first one, after getting hit a hundred times.
Who the hell ordered that?
Austin was in the hospital.
He was getting a vacation, running the defense department.
She didn't know why she was substituting for Austin.
But she didn't bother to come back from Puerto Rico.
And apparently nobody ever communicated with Biden because he had no idea that Austin was in the hospital.
This is, this is cool.
I think a high school of drama club has run better than this.
Thank you for watching.
This is absurd.
And do you realize it has to do with your national security?
This isn't like a joke.
This is the Secretary of Defense Who is the civilian leader of all of our armed forces, representing the president, who's the commander-in-chief.
We've got, on a daily basis, American military under attack.
I mean, we may call it a time of peace, but the Hooters don't think so.
They're bombing us every day.
Only Biden thinks it's peace.
They're killing us.
Well, we finally struck back, but very odd time.
We struck back when the Secretary of Defense was in the hospital, maybe in intensive care.
The Deputy Secretary of Defense didn't know why she was substituting for him, and the President of the United States had no idea that was at all going on.
Well, who the hell does he communicate with in the Defense Department then?
Who did he communicate with about the bombing?
Who briefed him on the bombing?
We're not a child to know this.
We're just citizens of the United States.
We're not entitled to know the Secretary of Defense is in intensive care during a time of, you might call it war.
I mean, you might call it war if you were a patriotic American who cared about the lives of American soldiers or had struck back much earlier than when he did.
We've got at least one or two dead.
We have at least one we found out about that's paralyzed, but that person is described as recovering.
If you were to listen to the official statements of the Biden regime, you wouldn't know that there's a guy in the middle of Hootie attacks.
Hootie attacks that went unanswered for days and days and days and days and days as they bombed the living daylights out of us.
We struck back a couple of times and hit ammunition dumps.
A couple of times there was no ammunition there.
Hardly ever any people.
And then we finally hit a defense.
In intensive care, the Deputy Secretary of Defense is in Puerto Rico on vacation.
I don't get these reporters.
I mean, I don't remember getting away with this when I was mayor.
They say it's regular to be running the department while on vacation.
You can set up secure facilities.
Freaking Wall Street Journal.
Kind of licking you know what.
Regular?
To run a military operation at a time in which it's being attacked?
From your vacation in Puerto Rico?
And not even knowing why you're running it?
Because the boss, your secretary, won't tell you that he's in intensive care?
And the President of the United States doesn't know it?
What the hell are we doing keeping these people in office?
What is wrong with Washington?
How does no one, how does no one set, only me?
I mean, the guy walks out and he thinks he's in Colombia when he's in Cambodia.
And nobody gets upset about that.
I'd like to know who ordered this strike.
Biden's on vacation, not in communications department, unless he's got some lower down people that maybe they've given the communications to some private someone who calls him and they talk about his ice cream or something.
Are we going to get answers?
Of course we're not going to get answers to it.
The press won't press him.
They won't ask him.
Because the press doesn't give a damn about you either.
Apparently not even give a damn about itself.
Don't you want to know who ordered the strike?
I want to know why the hell it took so long.
I want to know the real condition of the American military members who had a traumatic brain injury.
One of which led to paralysis and unconsciousness.
And all along, Kirby, who, God Almighty, he should give back the admiralty.
Can't you take away from somebody being an admiral?
What a disgrace he is.
And what a disgrace Little Red Lying Hood is.
I mean, she just lies every day, every day, every day.
It gets you, like, revolting.
So, this will be fine.
We're going to have military decisions now made by we don't know who.
Maybe Obama ordered it.
No, Obama wouldn't order an attack.
Jesus, he turned down 10, 12 times where Assad used chemical weapons and he promised to attack.
He said, you can't cross the red line and he chickened out.
Not Obama.
And he's working for the other side anyway.
And then I'm a citizen of New York also, New York City, and Adams is suing the bus companies that are bringing the illegals into New York and blaming Governor Abbott who's trying to stop them from coming in.
I must live in some world that's turned around.
Isn't the reason they're coming in because we don't have any protection at the border, we don't have any security at the border?
Hasn't Biden decided that?
Isn't Biden the one who told them to surge to the border?
Isn't Biden the one that changed all the rules that Trump put in place to get our border down to about 4,000 to 450 the last year he was president?
You know where it is this year?
It was 3.2 million.
It's going to be almost pressing 4 million this year if it keeps going at this rate because we keep breaking records every month.
They don't even make an attempt to stop people at the border.
And they're suing Governor Abbott who is attempting to try to save his state from an absolute massive invasion of criminals.
Yes, how many times have I told you this is not the same group of immigrants that we used to get?
I'm not talking about, you know, the old glory days of the immigration starting in the mid-19th century going through the early part of the 20th century.
Those people came here to work.
None of them came here for welfare.
Because there was no welfare.
How about that?
They knew they had to use their hands and they had to use their bodies.
They knew that.
To them, it was a land with the streets paved with gold because it was a golden opportunity to prove yourself.
For years, we've been a dependent nation.
I think people are coming in for welfare.
Adams, who invited them to New York, I mean, Biden invited them in and brought them in, and Adams invited them to New York to be in the uber, super sanctuary city where you get health care.
Now, Adams was given out health care a year and a half, two years ago.
California just started.
I don't know how many hundred thousand people are going to get health care paid for by the citizens of California.
But I think it adds something like 60 billion to the budget.
Some ridiculous amount.
Maybe I'm wrong about that.
But it's some ridiculous amount of money.
The hard-working people of California have to pay for it.
Now, don't give me this nonsense about, oh, these poor people.
First of all, if they're that poor, take them in!
Why don't all you freaking liberals open up your houses and take them in?
I'm a Yankee.
I'm a Yankee.
doing that? Why don't you everybody take three or four?
Has anybody taken one? Gosh, almighty, DeSantis sent the group up to up to Martha's Vineyard and I'm not even sure
they got to go to the bathroom there.
God, people want them in there. Wow.
I'm sorry.
I'm a Yankee. I don't mean a New York Yankee.
I'm very important.
I kicked out they kicked them out and that was a sanctuary whatever the hell Martha's Vineyard is.
you It was a sanctuary, and then they were thrown out on their ass.
And an idiot in New York was inviting them in up until it got to be too many.
Now, I told you they're not the same as what used to come in.
What used to come in, and what I'm talking about now, The 70s and the 80s, even into the 90s, the illegal immigration was a fraction of what it is now, first of all.
And Reagan, you know, thought it was a crisis, but it was a fraction of what it is now.
And they were, a lot of them were really hardworking people.
First of all, there was the annual Mexican migration of people who came to work in the farms and the vineyards and Doing work that Americans have become too important to do.
Even the argument they were taking work away from Americans wasn't true.
They were doing work that Americans weren't doing.
And I'm telling you, I was in charge of that for the Reagan administration.
I know it in detail.
And I'm hardly a left-wing pleading heart.
And then when I became mayor of New York, I had to really study the group in New York, which is about 400,000.
They were committing less crime than New Yorkers.
It's a different group.
Criminals among them?
Yes.
Was it helping drug infiltration?
Yes.
Was it helping sex trafficking?
Yes.
Because the bad people would hide themselves with the good people.
But there were way more good people than bad people.
Still a terrible thing because That we would vet and people that would help with our economy and people that were waiting online and would follow our laws more vigorously were left out, pushed out.
It wasn't good, but it wasn't a crisis.
Now we're at, this is an invasion going on.
America is being invaded every day by thousands of people.
And we don't know who the hell they are.
We used to know who they were.
People want to know, you know, what did Biden do in exchange for the money his family got?
Let me give you another one.
China, coming in illegally, were put through a vetting process of 40 to 50 questions.
Sometime early this year or last year, without telling us, without little the liar and the other liar and him, they reduced the 40 or so questions Because the Chinese were getting packed up.
They were being delayed and getting in here illegally.
Just getting out of how perverse this administration is.
You know how many questions are asked now?
Five.
So they can move along quickly.
But questions are good questions.
They really weed out the spies.
They ask them a question like, are you a member of the Communist Party?
And of course, every Chinese spy says yes.
I am a member of the Chinese Communist Party.
Are you coming here for espionage?
Absolutely.
I'm coming here to steal all your secrets.
I'm coming here to kill some Chinese people who are a threat to the regime.
Well, we're coming here and we just lay it all out.
Well, of course, the ones who are coming here as spies lie.
I don't even know if we ask their name and address and then we let them in quick.
We want to make sure they can get here quickly to hurt us.
It's like the balloon.
When the balloon came in, it got an Air Force escort all around the country.
And we didn't blow it up before it got everything it wanted and sent it back to China.
I assume that Biden checked with Xi Jinping as to whether it was okay to blow it up now.
And when you get that kind of money, you tend to do.
So don't tell me he's not doing anything for China in return for the obscene amount of money that he and his family got.
I mean, this is, this is, um, I don't understand how this change could take place going down.
I think it's, it was 40 questions.
Yeah.
40 questions.
Just five, five questions.
So we had something like 60,000 people come in from China like that last year, 60,000 people were running around America.
They got a very quick, accelerated vetting, which means no vetting, and they were asked five questions.
And we depended on the truthfulness of their answer to let them in.
So, a gentleman from the Rand Corporation, a gentleman named Timothy Heat, from the Post, however, any simplification risks unwanted individuals.
Slipping through the cracks.
No kidding.
Slipping through the cracks.
They're not slipping through the cracks.
Biden is laying out the, excuse the color, but the red carpet for the red Chinese.
Now, this is such a peaceful group of people that on a place called Randall's Island, which I probably pass pretty close to every day, And you pass it every time you come in from LaGuardia or Kennedy airport.
It's just right across the bridge and then a drive.
And I spent a lot of time on Randall's Island.
I learned to play golf at the driving range there.
I went to, um, events at the icon stadium.
Uh, my son and I spent a lot of time there, uh, playing ball, including when I was mayor, it was just right across.
Right across the East River from Gracie Mansion.
So the weekend turned out to be massive fights and stabbings that went on there among the very, very peaceful illegal immigrants that Adams has told us, you know, we should be very lucky that we have them in New York.
And one man was killed.
He was stabbed on Saturday.
Of course, you know that would happen among this very peaceful group of illegals.
Illegal immigrants.
Stabbings, squatters, and rival camps at Randall Island are regularly engaged in violent fights with each other.
About 70,000 in the city right now.
70,000 illegals.
And we can't use the word illegal.
At one point, de Blasio was going to make it illegal to use the word illegal.
I mean, that's straight out, and that one he learned at communist camp.
Just in case you think it's confined to there, go live near Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn.
You will tonight have somebody, got any food?
Let me in.
I want to use your bathroom.
I want to take a shower.
Probably not that good English, but that's what you're going to put up with if you live there.
They're swarming that part of Brooklyn.
People are going crazy.
These people are vetted by the Mexican cartels.
Stupid president.
Traitor president.
You should be taken off the ballot for insurrection.
You're causing one with three million people coming in illegally that we know about.
How many of them will be voting, Mayor?
Well, in New York, they're allowed to vote.
Non-citizens can vote, but it's being held up by an injunction.
There's a slight problem.
New York State sets out qualifications to vote, and one of them is an ancient sort of anachronistic idea that they should be citizens.
You know, those of us who are conservative and MAGA extremists.
Well, we're terrorists.
People who like the Latin mass.
Very dangerous people.
I think it's probably a good idea if you're a citizen, if you vote, so you know something about the country.
I mean, the most dangerous thing to a constitutional republic, where we elect our officials, is an uninformed electorate.
Hamilton used that as one of his examples of how this government could fall if we had an ignorant, uninformed electorate.
What we had in life, we didn't care about America.
Mayor, aren't the Democrat Party today, aren't they banking on the electorate being, I don't know if it's uninformed as a word, or passive?
If you look at the way Trump is ahead by 5-10% right now, and the black vote is abandoning Biden.
Has it all come over to, but that's the way it happened.
Yes.
I mean, I learned this from David Garth and Roger Ailes, the two smartest guys that ever ran political campaigns.
Before you get Get your opponent's vote.
That's what's happening in the black community.
He's down 20 to 25% Biden in the black vote.
Trump is up about four or five.
It's going to change.
It might change before the election.
The ones who get in, they had it with Biden.
He depends on their vote and he completely double crosses.
The Democratic Party has been double-crossing them for 50 years since the Great Society.
They didn't get any of that money.
Their politicians did.
Their politicians took all that money.
Al Sharpton got some of it.
Yeah, but I mean, he's a little young for the big ones.
It's all those big-mouthed congressmen who have their wives become millionaires and their brothers become millionaires.
I mean, Biden's not the first one to use relatives as a bag man.
It's kind of a Kind of, I think, taught in Democrat corruption school.
Who, Boesky or, uh, uh, who's the congressman?
Thinking of, uh, you're thinking.
Well, Podell.
Well, that was a little different.
He was a, he was a white congressman who was involved in straight out now bribery.
There also was a big raid on Bloomingdale's by the illegals.
They went in and they basically focused on sunglasses and they took out about six and scared the living daylights of people there on Sunday.
That's gonna do really, really well for keeping people in New York with these illegal migrants running around and just raiding the stores.
It's gonna look like Los Angeles pretty soon.
This is the main Bloomingdale's downtown I've been talking about.
I think you went and took pictures of their... Oh my goodness!
Yeah, yeah, Bloomingdale's on 59th Street.
All but one of them escaped.
This is in the middle of Manhattan.
How does that happen?
In the middle of Manhattan.
All but one escaped.
It happened because the mayor is in and has no idea who they are.
No idea.
How can he know who they are when the federal government doesn't know who they are?
And he's suing, the mayor of New York is suing the bus company Not to bring in any more migrants.
You know the law that he's using?
There's some kind of crazy law in New York that you can't bring in people who are seeking public assistance.
Well, first of all, that's an admission that the people coming in are, in fact, what we always said, people seeking public finance and dependency.
But number two, the Interstate Commerce Clause, what does he give a damn for?
It's only in the Constitution.
I mean, this is about as straight out a violation of the Constitution as you can get, except keeping your opponent off the ballot.
Over 160,000 illegal immigrants are currently in The five boroughs have come into the five boroughs.
They think about 70,000 remain.
I think that's a low number.
Well, 70,000 are currently being housed and fed by the city.
Yeah.
So that's- You mean the rest could be unaccounted for.
So 70,000 are currently being- Yeah.
I mean, that's the number they like to put out as in the city, but that's wrong.
It's way above that.
But in any event, those are the ones the city's paying for.
Even if it was- Yeah.
That's the one that the taxpayers in a bankrupt city are paying for.
But even that number, Mayor, for me seems astronomical.
When you consider a disproportionate number of those compared to 70,000 illegal immigrants of 30 years ago are criminals, they're pretty dangerous.
And why wouldn't they be criminals?
They're coming in because of the lure of welfare and public finance and health services.
They're not coming into work.
They started to set up the jobs that they were all talking about, Adams and the stupid governor that we have.
2% showed up for work.
Work.
Work.
We didn't come all this way for work.
What, are you crazy?
160,000 have arrived since the spring of 2022.
So you're right.
That's a number basically that comes into Texas every week.
And they're complaining about Abbott.
If these people were true patriots, or decent people, and I'm talking about Adams and Hochul and all the Democrat mayors, they'd join Abbott.
And they'd make a bipartisan effort to get Biden to do his job as president, or throw him out, or get him thrown out of the 25th amendment, because we all know he's wacky, doesn't know what he's doing.
How about he didn't communicate with his defense secretary for a week?
Well, he's on vacation and his people lie to you and say he works.
In fact, he did have time, however, to give his Hitler speech and accuse... I mean, it's really unbelievably idiotic where a president who is prosecuting his opponent an unprecedented four times this year is claiming the other guy is Hitler.
What he's doing is what Hitler would have done.
Trump never did that.
Trump didn't prosecute Hillary.
He should have.
I mean, there are real reasons to prosecute Hillary.
Every one of the reasons about Trump are made up by him.
It's the same reason that the Colorado Democrat hack judges took him off the ballot unconstitutionally.
Or the singular Secretary of State unelected, one who's been in the White House, you know, kissing Biden or Biden smelling her hair or something.
And she just says, I'm sorry, you can't vote for him.
Half the state may want to vote for him, but you can't vote for him.
We're going to take him off the ballot.
I mean, right now it looks like he's the popular choice to be president.
They take a poll, he's ahead.
I don't know if the polls are accurate or not, but they must mean something.
They should take anybody off the ballot, but take the leading candidate off and people of your party do it?
Prosecute him four times?
There's nobody being prosecuted four times this year.
I don't think so.
And if they are, if they are, I would give their lawyer advice to get them all put off because you can't prepare for four trials at once.
It's an outright admission that the prosecutor is trying to deprive you of due process.
Doesn't want you to prepare for the Please don't tell me they're not coordinated.
They're all Democrats.
So two of them are, two of them are hitman Smith who works directly for Biden.
He reports to the justice department, to a crooked attorney general who reports directly to Biden.
So two of them directly to Biden.
The other one is the prosecutor in Atlanta who's spent a week collecting her bribe money, collecting campaign contributions for a DA in Atlanta, in Washington.
They always hold big fundraisers for DAs all around the country in Washington.
No, she got paid for indicting Trump and me.
And then you got Brett, who actually first decided there was no case.
He's a weasel, complete weasel.
I mean, he's one of the reasons we have so much crime in New York.
I mean, there are people killed, people beaten up, women raped because he let people out of jail.
And it's that outrage funded by Soros.
So I mean, it's probably pretty easy to change his mind.
You just yell at him.
Oh yeah, I'll indict him.
He's indicting him for a non-disclosure agreement.
And this, this guy gives a, and they're angry at Trump because Trump made fun of his stuttering.
He wasn't making fun of his stuttering, making fun of the fact that he's demented.
He can't even read a teleprompter.
He didn't used to do that.
He does it because he has a disease.
It's called dementia and it's getting worse.
And every day he didn't have a lot coming in.
He had probably half of what you had going in.
Who the hell knows what he's got left now.
Wow.
We're going to take a short break.
And when we come back, We're gonna ask why nobody cares that Ashley Babbitt was murdered.
Towers Foundation delivers on its promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and Pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need your help now more than ever.
Donate $11 a month to Tunnel to Towers at T2T.org.
T2T.org, that's T, the number two T.org, T2T.org.
Please, donate now.
And I'm back with America's Mayor live, and in a few minutes, I'm gonna show you some video of the last moments of Ashley Babbitt's life.
And then I'm gonna play for you The call that was made by the person who murdered her, and it appears as if it was made right after he shot her.
And I want you to take a look carefully at what you see, and then I want you to listen carefully to what he says, which is a made-up story.
That's what an intentional murderer does.
And not only is that something that I just say to your argument, officially, legally, These statements that Byrd made would be put in evidence against him.
And the judge would charge the jury that they have a right to consider the falsity of those statements as evidence of his intent to commit murder.
In other words, what you hear, if you use your common senses, is making up a false story of what happened.
Because he knew that he intentionally murdered her.
I mean, if you watch the whole video, which I urge, Uh, the Sullivan video, you can see that it was a setup.
So we're going to get to that in a minute.
The, um, the Biden Hitler speech.
That's really disgusting.
That's really, and this whole thing about, you know, Trump is going to be a dictator.
Trump's going to be this.
Trump was the president for four years.
Now you got to be living on Mars better during the four years of Trump.
than the four years of Biden.
Whatever the infirmities of either man, one has a much better record than the other.
First of all, this country was at peace.
The world was at peace when he was president.
He had the Middle East reaching historic peace deals.
This guy is presiding over historic deaths in the Middle East.
Like he has historic deaths all over, in America, of fentanyl.
This is what he does.
He gets people killed.
All these people that are dying of fentanyl would not be dying of fentanyl if he stopped people at the border, if he enforced the law which says if you don't claim asylum in the first country you come to, you can't claim it in America and send them out.
If he had kept in place remain in Mexico, a lot of people would be alive today that are dead because of all the fentanyl that came in.
A lot of Would not be living a life of terror right now if it weren't for Biden.
Because the sex trafficking of children is at record high and America leads the world in that.
You like that?
You like the idea that your country leads the world in abuse of children and sex trafficking of children all because of the president we have?
I mean, it's outrageous.
But why do we put up with it?
Why?
Has the press broken our spirit so much that we no longer get outraged at an unfairness?
You see a president using the tactics of a dictator in prosecuting his opponent and putting him on trial so often this year that he can't run for president?
I mean, Trump will find a way to do it.
But the whole idea of putting him on trial is to keep him busy.
You can't run for president, and then desperately hope you convict him of something.
That's what Smith is trying to do.
Smith doesn't give a damn if he convicts him of a crime, and I didn't care when he did that to the governor of Virginia, and it got reversed by the Supreme Court, 9-0.
Do we have the last moments of Ashley Babbitt's life?
Because, again, it completely boggles my mind that that J6 committee, crooked though they were, could just pass over the death of a fellow American.
They have no sense of decency.
Whatever else happened on January 6th, this happened, and it was very wrong, and it's being covered up, which tells you the whole thing.
is being covered up.
More video came out today.
I haven't had a chance to see it yet.
But everything that comes out is police officers holding doors open for people that go to jail and can't get bail.
The shaman guy went on the floor of the Senate, didn't hurt anybody.
The cops held the door open for him.
Let's take a look now at What you should understand about this is this crowd of people had come in, uh, and this guy Sullivan, who is an Antifa member, uh, was filming this for which $400,000.
And, uh, he just happens to be there for the kill shot, which, uh, to me is enormously suspicious.
But if you watch, if you watch the prior 40 minutes or so, They basically all led to this point.
In other words, and they actually mistakenly went to another door.
And they were they were redirected by the police to this one.
And some of them actually went by mistake went through the.
To get to this hallway, you're walking along this way, you have to make a left turn.
So some of the people just went straight ahead and they went into the swinging door, the revolving doors, and went out of the Capitol.
The police went back and got them and brought them in.
They then all approached the door.
And these two police officers are standing there guarding the door to stop people from coming into the palatial Pelosi chambers.
Now, she wasn't there.
In fact, there are only four members of Congress left.
They're guarding the door.
After a brief with an Antifa member and somebody else, they abandon their post.
They give up the door and walk away and watch the Antifa people try to break down the door to get into Pelosi's chambers.
And then they watch Ashley get up to go over the top or get pushed up, however it happens, but she's up high.
They watch it.
They don't do anything to stop it.
And then she gets shot dead and they do very little to take care of her.
And then when you see the film afterwards, you realize that right in back of them are about seven or eight cops, uh, dressed like, uh, you know, uh, I don't know what they dress like, just like the Gestapo or something.
They got machine guns, never used.
So now let's take a look at this and then watch it carefully because you're going to listen to the man who shoots the gun within probably minutes if not seconds of that.
Go ahead.
What we will be watching, just so that we put this in proper context, is their attempt to break into Nancy Pelosi's suite, her suite of offices.
Already by the time they arrive there, there appears to be a broken window, but not broken enough so that anyone can go through.
What we'll see is we'll see someone break the window, we'll see a woman get lifted up, and then we'll see the woman get shot.
Stop! Back up! Back up now! Back up! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now!
Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now!
Back up now! Back up now!
Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up
now! Back up! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up now! Back up
You note the fact that the police officers were.
Guarding the doors when the people arrived.
Had a conversation.
One of those guys is an Antifa guy.
Give up the door.
Now, if they don't want them to go into Pelosi's chambers, why do they give up the door?
They then proceed to start smashing the door down.
She is off to the right, I guess, trying to go over the, trying to go over the transom.
And as soon as her body comes up, this guy who's hiding, you can see he's hiding, right?
And Sullivan knows enough not to put him on camera because they hide his identity for like three months.
He shoots and kills her.
The police officer can't shoot unless he believes that his life is in danger.
Now I should tell you he testified in the grand jury and I've read his testimony.
He did not claim that his life was, he didn't even claim his life was in danger.
His life wasn't in danger.
Now you see the police officers, see the police officers and they have their arms out like this to stop them.
And then they give up, let them have the door.
Now you might say, when you first see that, you might say, well, they're afraid they can't handle the crowd.
But you realize that when she gets shot, within seconds, a whole group of armed police officers with machine guns show up.
They could have called them.
They were just maybe 20 feet away.
They could have called them to help them.
Put them in front of the door with their machine guns.
They don't do that.
And they watch these guys breaking the door down.
And right now you can't see her, but she's going to be in that little corner there.
And get pushed up.
Now, the guy taking the film, Sullivan, knows to go off them, and now he's got his on the gun.
You see that there's a police officer in the back there, too.
There's the gun.
The guy's face, right there.
And Sullivan is making sure... Sullivan doesn't move to the right and try to get the face.
In fact, he makes... he's very careful to make sure he doesn't get the face.
And he shoots and kills her.
One shot.
Kills her.
She's a sitting, standing duck.
There she goes, right down.
Gunshot.
Tell me that's not murder.
What the hell is he shooting for?
What is he shooting her for?
If she came over, she'd be on the ground.
All we have to do is put handcuffs on them.
Okay, okay.
Now, now watch.
How long did it take for them to get in?
Three, four seconds?
Five seconds?
Why couldn't they have been called in to stop... to stop the, um... to stop them from going for smashing down Pelosi's door?
And isn't that entrapment?
This whole thing is in shrapnel.
Now, you saw what happened.
Now you're going to listen to him describe what happened in what I guess is a call to the police or to 911 by him to lay out a false explanation of what occurred.
This is a Michael Byrd radio transmission.
What are you playing, 14 or 15 first?
Because I have the transcript.
14.
All right, let's put the transcript on the screen.
You ready?
Yep.
Let me make sure it's up to full volume here.
Okay, here goes.
The court in the Roe Vils House Chamber, it brought it up and it went to trial.
The Supreme Court of Arkansas, we are going to go on here.
Police don't need to hear it.
Don't need to hear it.
The judge fired, says the murderer.
No shots were fired.
A shot was fired.
One shot.
One.
One shot.
Why's he lying?
Why's he lying?
You know why he's lying.
Sots are being fired at us.
Go.
Who was shooting?
Who was shooting at them?
That's another lie.
He just shot someone in cold blood and he's on the phone lying about it.
Why is he lying about it?
Because this was a setup.
Just like the whole damn thing was a setup.
Now, I don't know exactly when this take seems like this is a second call, but we listen to the operator 1st.
Here, a male voice.
Don't know if it's a policeman or a 911 operator.
but he's now repeating what he was told by by Bird to Bird.
So, I'm going to play a little bit of Bird.
There were not shots fired.
On the west side of the building, I'll send the house lobby.
I'll be out.
I'll bring the check copy.
I got the house lobby website individual.
I mean, there's nothing about that that's true.
There were not shots fired.
That is a liar trying to make up a story to lay out, to get the suspicion off him.
you And when someone lies like that, you are allowed to take that into consideration and determining whether they had the intent to commit murder and whether it was intentional murder.
Of course it was intentional murder.
The guy was pointing the gun before she, I think, before she was even up.
The gun was pointed for quite some time before he shot it.
Look at that.
I mean, that, uh... And it seems to me that Sullivan knew where the gun was.
He knows, he knows now to move, he knows to move his, uh, his camera from the people trying to knock the door down with the cops just, you know, looking on.
See the cops in the corner there?
Just looking on.
Like, that's okay, guys.
I'm surprised the cops didn't help him.
Now the gun is there for a bit, right?
Four or five seconds, maybe more?
It looks like he's almost waiting.
It looks like he's almost waiting for the target to be put up.
About 14 seconds.
Look at that.
Alright, here it is.
No one else has a gun at this point.
Nobody.
Now, how can you not investigate that unless you're crooked?
And Pelos, you know, he could have easily shot those two cops right in the back,
because they seem to have been in back of the car.
14 seconds, Mayor. 14 seconds that he had that, but he had the video trained on the gun for 14 straight
seconds.
And then now, how can you not investigate that unless you're crooked?
Why didn't Pelosi, who's in charge of that police force, require that that be investigated?
I mean, I know that politically the woman supported Trump, but that means she had to die.
If you can explain this to me, you can't.
We'll take a short break and we'll be right back.

I'm about to print a new breaking story that I think you're going to find very, very interesting.
Well, I'm going to find it very interesting because she indicted me.
So let's talk a little about the war in Israel and the constant barrage of Biden people that are telling that are telling BB to stop and have a ceasefire and end it and leave about half if not more of Hamas in place so they can do what they're sworn to do, which is kill the Jewish people.
So his equally inept secretary, in fact, I'm not sure Austin is inept.
I just think he's terribly irresponsible.
Secretary of State, however, I mean, he is inept.
So he meets with King Abdullah II, I guess yesterday.
And King Abdullah gives him a, like a, just yelling at him, which is, remember the Chinese do that too, they yell at him.
Blinken, I guess, is somebody, he's such a little kind of cozy little guy that you just sort of, hey Blinken, So, King Abdullah, who also, you know, looks like a bit of a weasel.
I mean, this is going to be terrible if you let Netanyahu continue this war.
Now, if there was a man there, and I mean that in a sort of poetic sense.
I mean, I'm not even sure we know what the definition of a man is anymore, or a woman.
At least we have one Supreme Court justice that doesn't.
But if there were a man there, he would have looked at... We're Americans.
You're a king.
I don't really give a shit if you're a king.
I mean, the guy has the throne based on the English giving it to his grandfather.
I would have said to him, okay, I'll tell you what, I'll make a deal with you.
I'll advise President Biden to advise To advise Bibi to back off as soon as you take 100,000 Palestinians.
The guy has only taken one Palestinian.
His wife.
I have no idea how he goes to bed at night.
Maybe he doesn't sleep there.
I don't know.
I don't have any idea how he goes to bed at night and he won't take Palestinians into Jordan.
And neither will the Egyptians take Palestinians into Egypt.
Uh, to let them continue to exist next to Israel.
I mean, Israel is digging up tremendous amount of evidence about the training of their children in both the West Bank and in Gaza.
And it just, it just, it just fortifies what I've known for years.
Cause I, I was there.
I've been to Israel many times and BB is a friend and I've seen videos.
I've seen the lesson plans and now they're, they're, they're playing.
They played a whole bunch of them the other day.
They train their children starting at five, whenever they start going to school, five, six years old, school to kill Jewish people, to hate Jewish people and to hate America.
The whole population, not just Hamas.
Stop this.
Oh, most of them don't support Hamas.
Wrong.
Somewhere around six, specifically supported what Hamas did.
In the brutal terrorism they rained on Israel on October the 7th.
Now, how are you, as the responsible leader of that country, people that wants to kill your people, remain intact with their tunnels?
And how can somebody who won't let them into his country, because they're so damn dangerous, start telling you what to do?
Without you telling him off.
The guy might respect you if you told him off.
But he has to know what he's saying is bull.
So now.
When we get back, I'm going to take out the map.
And show you what's going on in Israel.
But I got to give you this breaking news and I'm really.
Filing alleges improper relationship between Fulton D.A., top Trump prosecutor.
This is in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Dr. Maria, what'd you say?
District Attorney Fannie, call her Fannie Fannie.
You know, after I finished in the grand jury, and several, a number of the grand jurors wanted a picture with me, and then a number one on my autograph, And I think the wacky four lady wanted to hug me or something.
He's the one who went on television saying all kinds of crazy crap.
See, Fanny Fanny wanted to see me because I was such a distinguished prosecutor.
And then she indicts me.
By the way, I've always thought she's got to be one major idiot.
She filed the indictment and forgot something.
She forgot to have the grand jury vote on it.
Which should have led to the dismissal of the indictment.
Because the same indictment that she filed that by 10 in the morning was the same indictment that was handed down at five in the afternoon.
Which means the grand jury I mean, the grand jury was dictated to.
It should have been dismissed, and she should have been required to file it again, just for the hell of it, for procedural irregularities.
That's what would have happened if Fulton County was an honest county.
Well, it's not.
I mean, it's crooked as hell.
District Attorney Fannie Wallace improperly hired an alleged romantic partner to prosecute Donald Trump.
Me too!
And financially benefited from their relationship, according to a court motion filed Monday, which argued the criminal charges in the case were unconstitutional.
I agree.
Public filing alleged special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
He's the one who questioned me in the grand jury.
You know, I mean, I answered all their questions that I could.
The only questions I didn't answer, by and large, were ones that were privileged, because I would forget I was Trump's attorney.
They forgot that I was Trump's attorney.
I did as an attorney.
Danny Wallace improperly hired this guy, Nathan Wade, paid for lavish vacations he took with Willis using the Fulton County funds his law firm received.
County records show that Wade in the election interference case has been paid nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2020.
That's a hell of a lot of money for DA.
The D.A.
authorizes his compensation.
Uh-huh.
Ha ha ha.
I'm going to get a little bit of a break.
Uh-huh.
Uh- But it's all the money that they were sucking out, right?
I mean, this was a big moneymaker for them.
Plus, this creep, Willis, went to Washington to get her bribe money for it with all the contributions to her campaign.
Why the hell are Democrats from all over the country giving her money?
Other than the fact that she's part of the scheme to interfere in the election and prevent Trump from being president by illegal means.
They're the ones who should be going to jail, not me.
They should be going to jail.
I wish I had known that they were, you know... I would have made some remarks about that in the grand jury.
Yeah, yeah.
I'm a New York lawyer, not... So this... You want to fight in the streets?
We'll fight in the streets, Mr. Wade.
How much money did you get?
700?
You got 700,000 to frame me?
I hope you can sleep at night.
District Attorney Fannie Willis employed an alleged romantic partner to prosecute Donald Trump and financially
benefited from their relationship.
The public filing alleged that special prosecutor, you already told us this part, Nathan Wade, a private attorney,
paid for lavish vacations he took with Willis using the full money his law firm received.
County records show that Wade, who has played a prominent role in this quote-unquote election interference case, has
been paid nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2022.
The DA authorizes, so that would be Ms.
Wilk.
I'm glad to know they were cleaning up with taxpayer money while they were framing me.
