America's Mayor Live (E294): The Truth About What's Happening in Ukraine

I am America's Mayor Alive, and tonight we celebrate or remember many different things.
It's a very, very significant date, December 7th.
Of course, it's a day that will live in infamy, right?
It's one of the worst attacks in the history of our country.
Some ways worse than September 11, in some ways not quite as bad.
It depends on how you look at it, right?
But it was a sneak attack by the Empire of Japan on the United States of America and on our main naval base in the Pacific at Pearl Harbor.
And an attempt by the Empire of Japan to take out the entire United States Navy.
Their thought was that our submarine fleet, all or most, probably all of our submarines would be there, and that in one strike, they would be able to hobble the United States of America.
They did unbelievable damage, more than had been done to us Maybe ever up to that point, huh?
But they didn't get all of our ships because some of our submarines were not there and they didn't know that.
But they did tremendous damage that it took us two to three years to really using our industrial power to rebuild our Navy to being a bigger, stronger, and better Navy than theirs.
The combination Of our usual period of neglect and not funding our military after the Second World War, our appeasement or our sometimes agreement with the appeasement of Hitler when he was allied with Stalin or our unwillingness to really recognize what was going on in Europe.
We were behind and we had to catch up.
So it was a terrible, terrible attack.
Tremendous loss of life.
And I've been there.
I hope you have.
Every American should try to get to Pearl Harbor at some point.
Of course, it's not hard to get you there if you get the opportunity, because you're on the beautiful island of Hawaii, or one of the islands of Hawaii.
But it is really much more Much more emotional than you realize.
When you actually can see down in the bottom, you can see the remains of some of the ships.
Of course, they have a great reproduction of it, a great film that explains it.
I mean, some of the movies like The Longest Day in Pearl Harbor describe it pretty darn well, as do the documentaries and the histories.
For those who still read American history, untainted by the Marxist educational system that has made it kind of a brainwashing exercise.
Uh, so this is Pearl Harbor and later on we're going to talk about, um, could it happen again?
And could the adversary be China?
And is that what they're preparing for?
An argument was made today, or I think it was today in the, in the Wall Street Journal by one writer, not the only argument to that effect.
There've been several made over the last, oh, four or five months as China's Navy has become bigger than ours, which is intolerable.
And a product of a president who is severely compromised, the most in our history, and a president who's completely corrupt and has no regard for the best interests of the United States, not even the slightest for that matter.
Today is also the feast of Hanukkah.
It is a Hanukkah that we should all celebrate.
All of us should celebrate it.
And if you haven't prepared yourself for celebrating it, then I'm going to show you how you do it if you're not Jewish, because I'm half Jewish.
Well, not really half Jewish, but I'll tell you a story sometime when I feel like I can trust you about how there is a place that there is an official record of my being half Jewish.
But I do know a great deal about that beautiful religion.
I have enormous respect for the Jewish religion.
As a religion, I am a little bit more than an average student of theology.
I did want to be a priest and directed a great deal of my high school and even college studies in the first two years to theology and to comparative religion, which is why I've read the Quran and have complex views on that.
And I think a lot more informed views than most people who don't realize the connection between what's happening and parts of the Quran.
But the story of the Maccabees and why there is a Hanukkah is enormously relevant to today.
I mean, I can find tremendous connections between this great feast and what's going on today.
This was 2100 years ago or so.
2100 years ago or so. It was during an occupation of the Holy Land, then occupied by Jews.
Like they've been there for a while.
I don't think there were any such thing as Palestinians then.
At most, there would have been a portion of the Holy Land toward the sea that were occupied by the Philistines, who may or may not be the ancestors of the Palestinians.
Probably not.
There are people that argue that because most Palestinians kind of were created in the last 50 to 100, 150 years.
They really are Greek or Jordan or Syrian, uh, ethnically, uh, and Greeks or Syrians who wanted the desert, the vast desert between Egypt and, uh, did I say Greek?
I meant Egyptian, uh, the great desert between Egypt and Syria.
Which the great desert between Egypt and Syria, which for a longest time was a not very productive desert, was of course the Sinai, but also what is now the country of Israel and the portions set aside for the Palestinian Authority.
And it had various names, Judea, Samaria, and many others.
But in 2100, before Christ, there was an occupation, as there have been many occupations in that area, by the Seleucids.
Now, the Seleucids were Greek Syrians.
Remember, there was a Greek empire before there was a Roman empire.
And the emperor was an emperor named Antiochus.
I don't remember if it was Antiochus I or II.
I think there was more than one Antiochus.
So it would have to be II, because this kind of threw him out.
And he decided, as have many, that he was going to eliminate the Jewish people, or convert them, kind of like Muhammad did.
He was going to convert them to his, what we would now call pagan, naturalistic, ridiculously simplistic childish immature religion. You know, worship the sun and
worship the sand and, I don't know, kill people as sacrifices, whatever the hell
they did.
Bordering on the uncivilized, if not uncivilized. So he wanted to do away with
the mitzvah activities of the Jewish people, which is, well, they do good things for each other.
He wanted to do away with their holy days. And most importantly, he took over their temple
and he put his images in there of whatever he thought, well, God, probably him, and defiled
the temple.
They were alleged to be then the greatest army in the world.
Not sure that's right, but they were certainly a lot bigger than whatever the Israelites had.
And a group of a family called the Maccabees organized.
And Judah Maccabee was the leader, and he organized an army.
And lo and behold, the army drove out the Greek Assyrians.
They drove out Antiochus.
And on a date called 25 Kislev, that was the Jewish month, they reclaimed the temple.
And when they went into the temple, they wanted to light the menorah.
Here's a menorah.
We got a small one so you can see it.
We got a real one.
We also have a, I'm going to show you both because this one we're going to keep up because we don't want the fire department to get angry at me.
This one we'll keep up, but this is not really a menorah.
I mean, Electricity.
All my rabbis, including Rabbi Potasnik, who gave me some lessons today on what to do, would be very angry at me if I—no, he wouldn't, actually.
He liked that one a lot.
But I'm going to do it the right way, which is, you're supposed to light candles.
So you light candles because when the Israelites got the temple back, And they went to light their candles for an eight-day celebration of their great success in defeating this great army.
They found that there was only enough oil for one night's candle because the opposing army, the Seleucids, had defiled the oil.
Now, I'm not sure if there was not enough oil or there was not enough holy oil.
I tend to think it's the latter.
It was just one what I think would be a vial of oil.
And if you want to get a really old-fashioned menorah, each one of these has its own little vial to put the oil in.
But you're allowed to use either an oil candle or a regular candle, but it has to be a candle.
And the one here in the middle It's called the shamash candle.
Shamash means, I think, attendant.
And what it does is it lights the other candles.
So there are eventually going to be eight candles here, and you put out one a night, and you light one a night.
This is the first night of Hanukkah.
And what we are remembering is that in the temple on that 25 Kislev, That date, they took the one candle, they lit it with a teeny bit of oil they had left that was appropriate, that was properly blessed.
Kind of a lot like holy water in the Catholic Church.
I don't know if holy water is as prevalent in other Christian traditions, but it certainly is very important in the Catholic Church.
Imagine also in the Orthodox churches.
I don't think in the Protestant churches.
But the holy water is blessed every Easter and remains for an entire year.
And if you lost your holy water, you can't substitute for it.
So they didn't have enough oil.
So they used whatever they had and they prayed to God for help.
And God gave them eight nights of oil, which is the miracle of Hanukkah, which is celebrated with gifts and food and drink and celebration.
So let's do it, and what we're going to do, we're going to really, really try hard, because we want to remember our great friends in Israel, who tonight, or earlier today, because Israel is on a different time schedule, earlier today, all throughout Israel, Our great friends and allies who are under siege by a group of barbarians who are getting the best of them under world opinion, but they are slaughtering as they should in Gaza.
They've had great victories in the last two days, three days in Gaza.
But these people are still being bombarded, they're still being bombed, and they're still in great fear of they or their children being killed.
And I mean, how long is this going to go on for the Jewish people?
This goes back to, what did I just say?
2100.
So the way you do this is you light, so everybody pay attention and stop fooling around with your phones.
This is an important occasion.
We're going to light the first menorah candle, which is the one on the far right.
And it's the far right.
I think it's the far right facing you.
So it would be there on my left.
Okay.
I think that's right.
So we're gonna light this.
And we're gonna light this.
And then we're going to place the shamash candle in its holder right here.
And we're going to read the blessing that you read, which is very, very ancient.
Oh, I do need those back though.
You can move them.
Before the lighting, which I missed that, we thank God for giving us this special mitzvah
Blessed are you, Lord, our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with his commandments and commanded us to kindle the Hanukkah light.
Blessed are you, Lord our God, King of the universe, who performed miracles for our forefathers in those days at that time.
And then on the first night of Hanukkah, or the first night that you light a candle, you have the additional blessing Baruch atah Adonai Eloheinu melech holam.
That's the beginning of it.
The rest of it I could do, but I don't want to ruin it.
But I'll read it in English.
Blessed are you, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has granted us life, sustained us, and enabled us to reach this occasion.
The lights were lit, the temple was open, And one of the first, not the first, the first arrogant dictator, barbarian murderer who wanted to eliminate the Jewish people failed to be followed by many, many others.
One of these days, the Palestinians are going to figure out that the Jews have been around a lot longer than them.
And even though they get taught that, even as little children in their school, and even though 75% of them just approved it in a poll.
That's why I'm not limiting it to Hamas.
This was attempted by the Seleucids, by the Greeks, by the Romans, by various other groups of tribes and potentates in the early days before
Christ and right after Christ.
It was attempted during the Middle Ages. It was attempted during the Dark Ages.
It was certainly attempted by Hitler, to some extent Stalin.
And now we've got insane Muslims who have the same desire.
I mean, this is the aim of the entire Islamic Republic of Iran.
That's one of the reasons for their existence.
The reason for the existence of Israel is to have a homeland for the Jewish people.
One of the reasons for the existence of the Islamic Republic of Iran is to eliminate the Jewish people.
And a lot of these people who gather, these Arabs that gather under this banner, Arabs and of course now Iranians, they're not Arabs, they're Persians, who gather under their interpretation of the Muslim religion.
I mean, many of them believe that they're going to succeed in eliminating the Jewish people, and they're not.
They're not.
I mean, this is a useless battle that has gone on for so long, it's disgraceful.
And at some point, maybe intelligent people, decent people, people with good hearts who are Muslim, everything else will realize that the Jewish people are the example to the world that you're entitled to have your own beliefs.
And you're allowed to live.
And if anybody stops you from doing it, you fight back.
You don't kiss the ground they walk on.
Somebody should tell the president that.
But here are our candles.
We've got them right there.
And let's begin then with a... We're going to light this now, also, because we'll keep this We'll keep this back here.
We'll put it back there later.
This is the, uh, you know, uh, kind of like more decorative one, safer one, but this is the real thing.
We'll keep this lit for the show.
Um, so, uh, today and, uh, yesterday, uh, the Israeli army, the IDF has penetrated into, uh, Deeper and deeper into Khan Yanus.
They have it under constant bombardment now, person-to-person warfare, and for a good deal of the day they had the house of Yawa Sinwar surrounded, and whether they've been able to take him or not, I don't know.
I think they're objective, although They could always kill him.
I mean, just in the shooting that's going on, I think their objective is to probably take him because they had him as a prisoner.
And he was released with a group of twelve hundred that were released.
And since then, he's been a menace.
And since then, a lot of those people have killed Israelis, which leads you to the which leads you to the.
Observation, anytime these hostage deals are being made, sure, you are saving the lives of the people that are the most obvious to hostages.
And that, of course, is very, very compelling and very, very emotional and very important.
But you also have to realize, particularly if you're not the parent or the person emotionally involved, if you're responsible for the lives and safety of 8 million, 9 million people, that to save one life you might be giving up a thousand. I
can't say that this present deal will do that, but deals in the past certainly have. There's
no question that by saving the hostages, many, many more Israelis have died than the
number of the hostages they got back.
The one for 1,200 probably, I don't know.
You can count somewhere around, I mean, count a hundred.
I mean, who knows how many, but just an awful lot of people.
I mean, there was one article that traced about 13 or 14 people that directly killed by people who were released.
But it looks like Israel is going to succeed in continually defeating Hamas.
They've taken out, they believe, about half of their battalion commanders.
But they've only taken out 5,000 of an army of 30.
So at least 25,000 left.
That is not destroying Hamas.
And this is not a political objective.
This is a necessity to survive.
You're just not going to convince Hamas to not spend the rest of their lives trying to eliminate the Jewish people.
The ones that survive will go right back to trying to eliminate the Jewish people.
So if you want to save the Jewish people, you've got to eliminate Hamas.
And Biden and Blinken are making that Pretty close to impossible, with the delays, the constant lecturing and hectoring about not killing civilians, when in fact the IDF goes out of its way, unlike any other army I've ever heard of, to not kill civilians, and has the best record just about for not killing civilians.
And for Biden and Blinken to lecture them on that, when we have actually killed more civilians in the wars that we're in, is the height of hypocrisy.
But of course they are professional Dishonest hypocrites.
So why not?
So we're going to take a short break.
and when we come back, we'll talk about the unbelievable number of people
that are now coming over the border since Mayorkas and Biden fixed it.
The Towers Foundation delivers on its promise to do good and
never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need your help now more than ever.

Welcome back to America's Mayor Live!
And maybe before we get to the border, The testimony yesterday of those three college presidents was extraordinarily depressing.
It was depressing because whatever you think of them, what was it?
It was Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, and which was the third one?
I don't remember.
Another one of the Ivy League schools.
Penn.
Oh, of course, Penn.
MIT.
MIT.
Penn may be the worst, actually.
I looked at the outline of all of the anti-Semitic activity that's taken place there.
I don't think they do anything else but anti-Semitic activity at Penn.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
They actually had a light show a couple of Saturdays ago where they put images on buildings that were all intended to be anti-Jewish.
Horrible, horrible things about the destruction of Israel and what kind of people the Jewish people are.
And they did it with a light show.
Well, Mayor, we have video of the president of Penn.
Well, as people watch this clip, this response at this point has cost the university a $100 million donation.
Yeah, and several major lawsuits, by the way.
Not just this.
I mean, the people that have been beaten, the people that have been discriminated against, the people that have been frightened and terrorized.
This is President McGill, who should be definitely doing something else.
Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate Penn's rules or code of conduct?
Yes or no?
If the speech turns into conduct, it can be harassment.
Yes.
I am asking, specifically calling for the genocide of Jews, does that constitute bullying or harassment?
If it is directed and severe or pervasive, it is harassment.
So the answer is yes.
It is a context-dependent decision, Congresswoman.
It's a context-dependent decision.
That's your testimony today.
Calling for the genocide of Jews is depending upon the context.
That is not bullying or harassment.
This is the easiest question to answer yes, Ms.
McGill.
So is your testimony that you will not answer yes?
Yes or no?
If the speech becomes conduct, it can be harassment.
Conduct meaning committing the act of genocide?
The speech is not harassment?
This is unacceptable, Ms.
McGill.
I'm going to give you one more opportunity for the world to see your answer.
Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate Penn's code of conduct when it comes to bullying and harassment?
Yes or no?
It can be harassment.
The answer is yes.
And Dr. Gay, at Harvard, Let's not go to Harvard.
It goes from bad to worse.
People spend $70,000 and $80,000 to send their children to these places of brainwashing.
These are not universities.
They haven't been in a while.
I've got to go back and check if they were when my daughter went there.
I think I want my money back.
That woman is absurd.
She's the president of a university.
To be harassment, genocide has to go from words to action.
Which means it's not harassment, it's murder, jackass!
Does she realize what she's saying, or do they just use words?
Now, why she isn't fired now?
She had nothing to do with the education of children.
Do you know what the motto of the University of Pennsylvania is?
Legis sine moribus vane.
Okay, I'll tell you what it means.
Legis sine moribus vane.
Laws without morals are in vain.
Boy, there are no morals there.
You gotta go kill people before genocide is bad.
Just advocating for the elimination of a group of people, advocating for the elimination of a group of people is not
harassment of those people.
And that shouldn't even be a teacher, much less a president of a university.
The lack of logic in that is astounding.
It's astounding.
And maybe that's why the University of Pennsylvania has become a place of great danger for Jewish people.
There was an analysis today of all the incidents that have occurred at the University of Pennsylvania, and I don't know, it kind of sounds like Berlin leading up to Kristallnacht.
First of all, it took that idiot a week to condemn Hamas.
It took her a week to say anything condemning.
She was resisting condemning Hamas for a week.
Just 1,200 innocent people, civilians killed, raped, heads chopped off, hostages taken, a nine-month-old baby taken as a hostage and apparently killed.
It took her a week.
During the time that she was bemoaning what might happen to Palestinians, the University of Pennsylvania Library staffer, Matthew Carson Voronovics, was caught pulling down and defacing the posters that were put up of hostages.
And when he was confronted that he shouldn't be doing that, he said, what the F get out of my face?
That's a good librarian in a university.
Great use of the English language, huh?
They sure as hell have high-class librarians at the University of Pennsylvania.
I hope you're not paying for the library.
Then the University of Pennsylvania student praised the glorious October 7th at a Philadelphia rally in early November.
And another university student did a recording and sent around a recording of her admiration for the joyful and powerful images, which came from the glorious October 7th.
It wasn't enough to say it.
They sent it around as a recording, trying to get it to all of the Jewish students.
And it was shared on X by Bronx representative Richie Torres.
This is exactly what Trump didn't do when they're trying to say he incited.
calling for violence as she urged the crowd to hold that feeling in your hearts.
Bring it to the streets.
This is exactly what Trump didn't do when they're trying to say he incited
the Trump's words were go to the Capitol peacefully and patriotically, not
hold that feeling in your hearts and bring it to the streets, the joyful and
powerful images which came from the slaughter of October 7th.
Thank you.
As Torres finishes, he says, this is not a patient of Psychiatric Hospital.
This is a student in an Ivy League college.
By the time they're finished in an Ivy League college, is there a difference with these professors and teachers and presidents?
Then McGill had to call the FBI because she said a small number of Penn staff members received vile, disturbing, and anti-Semitic emails.
The dispute is what constitutes a small number.
No one will give a number.
And the feeling was that she underplayed it.
But the emails did threaten violence.
against Jewish faculty and students, and particularly those working at Pen Hillel, which is a Jewish organization on campus.
Then on November 9, the activists projected anti-Semitic slogans on buildings around the campus.
That's what I was telling you before.
They did a light show with, of course, the famous, from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.
And Penn funds Palestinian genocide.
How?
Who's doing genocide of the Palestinians?
This is a war on self-defense.
It never would have happened if Hamas hadn't gone in there and attempted genocide on innocent civilians.
Not military.
Farmers.
They also projected swastikas, hateful graffitis, and then went to a number of rallies chanting horrible things about the Jewish people and things suggesting that they should be eliminated.
The Brandeis Center filed a complaint against the University of Pennsylvania with the U.S.
Department of Education's office.
And on December 3rd, hundreds of anti-Israel demonstrators flooded the streets around the university with anti-Semitic slogans.
They vandalized school buildings and other businesses.
Very, very respectful group of people.
Animals, actually.
Little animals who are protesting in favor of bigger animals.
So that's the university that this nitwit runs.
Who can't define genocide only, only to be followed by or exceeded by the ones at Harvard.
And, um, it's a, it's a, it's a, it's a disaster that our universities have become this.
And I don't know.
Um, I don't know if courting a gay, it was worse or she, she couldn't say whether advocating genocide breaches the conduct policy of Harvard.
I guess they want people, you know, they want to train people in everything including genocide.
The elimination of a group of people, a race, a religion, an ethnic group.
Genocide really comes about because most often the focus of genocide have been the Jewish people.
Including the Hanukkah that we're celebrating.
So, we also have a record.
have a record. Yesterday, 10,200 illegals were caught. You can be assured that probably
by now they're heading for your city because that's about the amount of time it takes to
parole them and give them a hearing date two to three years from now.
And they're getting in by repeating magic words that aren't true.
They're telling the immigration officer that they are fleeing political persecution.
They're not.
They were told to say that because it's the magic buzzwords where the administration feels that their hands are tied and they have to take the people in.
Of course, that is just an excuse for Biden to get as many illegals in here as possible.
The new fiscal year began on October 1st.
We're already over 500,000 illegals.
You should know that in Trump's last year in office, he had less than 500,000 for the whole year.
So in essentially a month and a half, or maybe two months, this poor excuse for a president has had more illegals than in an entire year of Trump being in office, or almost any other president.
I mean, these numbers of illegals are staggering.
He's already brought in more illegals than the population of about one third of our states.
And it's not on purpose?
It's not on purpose?
You know how many Chinese have come in?
The Chinese immigration numbers are up about 300%.
And most of them are wearing suits.
I wonder what they're doing wearing suits.
And most of them are young men.
You think they're spies?
What do you think?
If you don't, you're stupid.
Of course they're spies!
Just like his son was.
You don't think Hunter?
Well, Hunter was too stupid to be a spy because he's smarter than Joe, but the whole family is not working on much of an IQ.
So, but he was a conveyor of information, including information that came from stolen classified documents that Biden took illegally.
Remember, Trump did not take the documents illegally.
Under the Presidential Record Act, he had every right to take them.
The dispute is over which ones can he keep and which ones can't he keep.
Biden's not entitled to any of them.
As a senator, it was a crime to take them out of the security room, out of the skiff.
A crime!
And as a vice president, he had no authority to take them from the White House.
So every single one in his possession is the violation of a law or regulation.
Not so with Trump.
The case of Trump It's part of an extended dispute over whether the papers are presidential private or not, which is a dispute that happens with every president.
None of them have been lost.
None of them have been removed.
None of them have been made available to anyone else.
And none of them have been put in, as far as we can tell, the proximity of people who would misuse them.
In the case of Biden, they all have been put in the proximity of people who would misuse them.
Every single last one of them.
Because they're in four places.
What is Chinatown?
What the hell are they doing in Chinatown?
When this guy was pulling in, the family was pulling in $20 million from the Chinese communists.
And according to Hunter, one of the people paying him was the chief spy of China.
What was he paying him for?
Just because he liked to look at Hunter smoke dope?
Then, two other places were two institutes.
That have fancy, one run by Stinkin' Blinkin', and the other, who the hell knows, some other Biden flunky, that are basically funded by the Red Chinese.
So they can get in there anytime they want, and pull out any damn document they want.
And the fourth one is the most ridiculous of all.
I don't have the picture with me.
I'll get it for tomorrow, maybe.
The others are all in a box.
Which for over 300 days in a row, at least, maybe not in a row, but 300 days, 400 days, a partner of the chief spy of China passed every day.
Imagine if I told you that at Mar-a-Lago for the last 500 days they've been there.
Every day they're in a box and a guy goes past him that's in business with the chief spy of China.
I think they would hang Trump.
They'd all go there and hang him.
But that is what happens in Joe Biden's garage up until somebody took a picture of it.
Now, I think they're arrogant enough, it might still be there.
Hunter went past those documents every single day.
And there are emails that Hunter sent to the Chinese that look like rewrites of those documents.
They look to me like classified, the way in which government documents are written, not the way in which the habitual degenerate drug addict writes.
But in any event, those documents that the two differences are, which should mean that Biden gets indicted, not Trump, are number one, they were illegally taken by Biden.
They were illegally taken by Trump.
Number two, Biden had no reason to have them.
Trump had a reason to have them to analyze them as presidential records under the Presidential Record Act, which has no criminal but civil penalties.
And third, every single document that this guy stole was in a place that was available to the red Chinese.
Every document that Trump legally took and was processing appeared to not have been compromised in any way at all.
Mar-a-Lago is a secure location.
It's not secure to the extent of, like, say, the White House, although I don't know of marijuana being found at Mar-a-Lago where nobody knew who it came from.
So maybe Mar-a-Lago is more secure in the White House than the Biden one.
We don't have the records of the Biden White House.
How the hell do we know how secure it is?
Members of Ukrainian organized crime got in to see the vice president when Biden was vice president.
Oh, and that gets us to the biggest liar in the world.
I don't know.
This guy has told some very, very big lies.
But the one yesterday, One yesterday has to be, what's that old?
Lollapalooza.
It has to be unbelievable.
First of all, it's absolutely outrageous and a sign of how corrupt we've become.
This is the first time in five years anybody's asked him this question.
This has been going on thanks to me for five years.
I brought it out five years ago.
So now let's listen to It's always been like a ridiculous insult to our intelligence when he says, I never discussed any of this with Hunter, because we all know he's lying.
So, but I also want you to do me a favor.
I want you to look carefully at this man when the question is being asked.
And I want you to say to yourself, because this is the way doctors do examinations.
A lot of it is they take a look at you.
If there's something going on behind those eyes, like a brain working, it sure doesn't look that way.
This looks like people that I would talk to when I would go visit my mother-in-law in a nursing home, who were in various stages of Alzheimer's or dementia.
Just look at the face and then listen to ...by the Associated Press that shows that almost 70% of Americans, including 40% of Democrats, believe that you acted either illegally or unethically in regards to your family's business interests.
Can you explain to Americans at this impeachment inquiry why you interacted with so many of your son and brother's foreign business associates?
I'm not going to comment that I did not, and it's just a bunch of lies.
I did not.
They're lies.
You know, did you see that little step there?
It looked like he was going to fall down for a second.
I mean, that is pathetic.
Two things about it are pathetic.
First of all, this man should not be in charge of this country at a time in which there's at least some possibility there could be a world war.
You should be in charge anytime.
Number two, that is about as insulting a lie as was ever told by anyone to a group of people.
You must think we are really, really stupid.
Do you know how much evidence there is that he has discussed all of that with his family?
First of all, there's a, in his own voice, he left a message with his son.
That happened to be in the hard drive and preserved on, I guess, the telephone answering machine operated in conjunction with his cell phone or whatever.
But there's a very clear message on the phone in which this article appears in the New York Times laying out in great detail The corrupt activities with the Red Chinese and the fact that he does claim to be a partner of the spy chief of China, that he claims to be a partner with the richest man in China at the highest levels of the Communist Party.
That he and they were seeking contracts together, etc, etc, etc.
In other words, it lays out a good deal of his foreign activity in China, the foreign activity that Joe Biden has said over and over again.
I never talked to him about it.
I knew nothing about it.
He calls up and says, I've read the article, which immediately contradicts the fact that he knew nothing about it because he just read it.
And he says, Things look okay.
Basically he says, I think we're going to get away with it.
In his words.
Then you have Bob Belinsky.
Okay, we're going to, we're going to, well, shall we take a, should we take a short break first or should we play it first?
Let's play it.
You might, you might as well.
Please understand what he's describing is he read the evening New York times.
This is going to appear the next day in the New York times.
It's an article, a very long article.
Which it is actually before Hunter reached his agreements with Patrick Ho and with the CEFC, the major multi-billion dollar Chinese communist company.
But they were negotiating for it at the time.
And then it lays out some other deals that he had in China that led up to it.
Um, so it's a pretty good analysis of what he was doing in China.
Once you read it, you become knowledgeable of everything he did in China or everything he did up to that point.
So that's what he's talking about.
And he's basically saying they didn't lay a glove on you in terms of anything they can prosecute you for because he knows that they don't have the key evidence yet, which is the five, which we now have the $5 million that came over within about four or five months of this, but go ahead.
Yeah, I love you and I know exactly what you're doing.
on Wednesday night, if you get a chance, give me a call.
Nothing urgent.
Just wanted to talk to you. I thought the article, at least, has been on online. It's
going to be printed tomorrow morning. The time is good. I need you clear. And anyway,
if you get a chance, give me a call. I love you.
Yeah, I love you and I know exactly what you're doing.
You're in the clear.
You're in the clear.
I think Tony Salerno used to say that.
You're in the clear.
Who tells their son on a phone call?
The point of that one is, this massive liar has for years told the American people, I had no knowledge of my son's foreign dealings.
Well, the minute you read that article, you have great knowledge of your son's foreign dealings.
So don't give me that crap.
Or what you just did there, Half in some other world.
There's also the testimony of Bob Olinsky, who the FBI never, never, believe it or not, they interviewed him once and they never called him back.
Just like they never interviewed the woman who can give up the Who says, I can't vouch for, I can just tell you I know this, who says that she can give you the numbers of the offshore bank accounts that will fill in the rest of the money he got from the crooks in Ukraine.
Maybe we should know that since he's given so much money to the Ukraine.
We should try to figure out how much money he got and are these excessive amounts of money being given in the Ukraine, which don't seem to be resulting in victory for them, Are they compromised by the extraordinary millions of dollars that he and his son got from a crooked, organized criminal in Ukraine, who was pro-Russian, by the way?
It might account for the fact that Biden doesn't want anybody to win this war.
He gives them enough money to basically hold on Ukraine, or enough armament, but he doesn't give them the armaments they say, Zelensky says, that would help them win the war.
So we'll be right back after this short break while you try to figure that out, because I'm trying to figure it out.
Our device is something that you can plug into your television and now you can use your television as a social television type experience.

I mean, you've seen it.
No, no, no, I've seen it and I use it and it's I mean, it's just exactly the same except for half the price.
Plus, nobody is finding out what I'm watching, and that's not being reported to anybody.
Right, so you have absolute privacy using this device, which you don't have on other devices out there currently on the market.
This is absolutely great.

Q-U-X dot TV.
Use promo code Rudy to receive $30 off.
My son just got a billion dollars.
He didn't tell him.
This is Rudy Giuliani back with you with America's Mayor Live.
And it is now balance of nature time.
This gives you all of the fruits.
All of the.
All of the.
Vegetables that you really need.
I was reading these articles in Epoch Times about all the different supplements and the good ones, the bad ones, the in-between ones.
It's really quite true that you take this, you're getting a lot of those.
I think in a better way, you're getting them as condensed fruit and vegetables, which we don't have enough of, I don't think.
We don't eat enough of it.
At least I don't.
I mean, I try, but even when I try, I forget.
And this way, I don't have to worry about forgetting.
I take two in the morning, two at night, meaning I take two of the fruits and two of the vegetables.
I recommend taking them two at a time, unless you have a big fat throat and
mouth like I do, in which case you can take all four.
The Biden people were hoping I'd get choked on it.
Bye.
Thank you.
Then they wouldn't have to spend time paying for my jail time.
You don't want to put me in jail.
I don't know.
I don't want to.
I don't want to get too.
I mean, I've had a pretty good career and I think I kind of proven that I'm not a criminal chief.
So President Trump was.
If anybody's proven they're not a criminal.
I think I have put more criminals in jail than just, well, nevermind.
I'm not going to complain for myself.
Well, uh, well, of course, president Trump mayor today had to spend some of his valuable time, unfortunately, in a courtroom himself.
Oh, with Judge Engelmorin?
And he had, yes, that's right.
Um, which again with that, Laura Loomer's done it.
sitting on his lap or sitting in a chair today.
That's the one who's violated every rule, every law, as a judicial employee.
And I'm being disbarred and she's not.
I mean, she's an employee of the judiciary.
She's not allowed to donate more than $500.
We have a donating already this year, well over a thousand and a year ago, 3000.
That's a lot more than 500.
She's not supposed to take part in partisan political activities.
She's carried petitions for endless numbers of candidates.
And finally, she did the one thing that makes it clear she engaged in partisan politics.
She ran for office as a Democrat.
And it's okay.
Oh, that's fine.
That's not unethical.
That's not illegal.
It just violates the law.
And then she sits on the bench with him.
I've never seen a judge with a law clerk sit on the bench with him.
And I've been told that occasionally she sits on his lap, but I haven't seen it.
I don't think she does.
I look at his size and her size.
I don't think it would work.
In any event, she whispers to him constantly.
Now, you know, if they're about the case, what the hell do they need?
I was a law clerk to a judge.
I don't think I ever whispered to him.
Every once in a while, he'd send me a note to look up a case.
I'd summarize the case or I'd give him the case.
But I don't remember whispering sweet little nothings in his ear.
I think if I did, I would never have had the career I had.
But I mean, law clerks do not sit next to you on the bench unless they are representatives of the party, making sure you do your duty and you get this guy.
And by the way, the idea that he's elected?
Nonsense.
He's elected the way people are elected in China or were elected in the Soviet Union.
Without opposition!
He's run for judge three times.
He's never had an opponent, which means he's doing real well with the party boss, because that's who appointed him.
He's not elected by the people.
He's selected by the Democratic Party boss, who's been in charge of the Bronx, Manhattan, for about 12 years.
Real, real Democratic, right?
Yeah, Democratic.
They're not Democratic with a large D, with a small D. They're Democratic like you would expect in the party of slavery.
What did Trump say today?
And this Attorney General who's crazed.
She's a lunatic.
The Attorney General sits here because she knows that she has a judge and no matter all the evidence that judge is going to rule in her favor.
He ruled against me before the case even started.
The case hadn't started.
He knew nothing and he ruled against me.
The other thing is this, he valued Carlago and Palm Beach, Florida,
because that was good for her case.
At a value of $18 million, when in fact it's worth anywhere from 50
to a hundred times that amount.
Nobody's ever seen anything like it, but just remember what I said at the beginning.
We wanted the appellate division, and this judge refuses to honor that victory
or that decision or that.
Well, you know, this really ties into something that Christie said last night, which is outrageous.
This case is a joke.
No, it's not.
It's an abomination of the judicial system and a clear indication of something that everybody knows, that our judicial system in the city of New York is completely corrupt.
These judges are not elected.
They're selected by Democratic Party hacks, otherwise known as county leaders.
They do not have opponents.
And they do what the party tells them to do, otherwise they're not going to get appointed and they're not going to remain.
That's just a fact.
And Christie last night is saying that you shouldn't support Trump if he gets convicted.
But what the hell is wrong with Christie?
Get convicted by a crooked court?
Are any of these cases in any place that isn't a Democrat sinecure, a Democrat crooked city, New York, Atlanta?
Washington DC?
Geez, they stink of corruption.
There's nothing honest about them.
There's nothing honest about Fulton County, Georgia.
Not a single thing, including Fannie Fannie.
And if he gets convicted, I mean, if he gets convicted, that's what happens.
He's being framed.
He'll also get convicted.
Every one of these things he's accused of, nobody else has ever been accused of.
This is a fraud without a loss.
Never heard of that.
Never heard of a case of fraud where nobody lost anything.
In fact, they made money.
If somebody brought this to me as a case, when I was U.S.
attorney, I'd throw them right out of my office and say, I got real, I got crimes to deal with.
We got a city, by the way, that's falling apart from crime and they're wasting their time on this.
Tell me that's not political.
And Christie, Says if he gets convicted, you shouldn't vote for him.
If he gets convicted, he's a victim of a crooked system.
And you should never be president, jackass, because you're going to continue that political system.
No, actually, you said you wouldn't, which means you're a total hypocrite.
What happened to you, Christie?
What the hell happened to you?
You're so bitter.
You've lost rationality.
You used to be a moderately good lawyer.
By the way, did you ever try a case, Chris, as a prosecutor?
I'm wondering.
I've got to go look and see, because I don't have a great deal of respect for U.S.
attorneys that don't try cases.
Let's see if you did.
Well, in any event, we'll be back tomorrow.
We'll be back at 3 on WABCradio.com.
We'll be back here at 8 o'clock tomorrow night, and we've got plenty more to go.
I only covered half of what I wanted to.
And, uh, I'm just gonna continue.
I'm gonna go into soccer time, okay?
Why don't you and I get off?
Body is an amazing chemical laboratory.
When you give it the right chemistry, it functions the best.
Balance of Nature is the ultimate whole fruit and vegetable chemistry.
Get 35% off your first order by using discount code Rudy.
Now you should listen to Dr. Howard.
He knows more than I do, like Dr. Maria, who's not, she's in New Hampshire tonight.
You should listen to Dr. Howard.
He knows what he's talking about.
You should get your, you should try it for two or three months.
That's my recommendation.
I think, what would you say, Rob?
About a week, you feel it?
It depends, but people who are deficient, who are inherently deficient... You might feel it right away?
They will feel it quickly, within a couple of days, yeah.
Right.
And for those who have a relatively healthy diet, it's going to be healthier.
Yeah, yeah, but they can take a little while longer.
But it'll also assure them that they've reached the right numbers, because you never really know.
When you're eating exactly what you're getting, you don't know which is processed, which isn't.
And the processed fruits, I don't know, they may be more harm than good, I don't know.
Well, let's go into our soccer time now, okay?
We're gonna go back to our soccer time, because I like that better.
And let's see, we're gonna go into the debate, because the debate last night, Which was on the channel, I couldn't find.
I don't know if you found it.
How many people watched it, by the way?
Do we know?
About 14?
Yeah, let me look up the- You see, their relatives couldn't find it because they were all at the debate.
So that would take down the numbers because basically the other ones, their relatives watched them.
And that was it.
So the Republican debate ratings dropped 47%, but propels a record night for the network that did it, and that's of course NewsNation.
How many people is there?
The audience is a drop from 47% from the last one in Miami.
In Miami, 7.5 million viewers tuned in to watch five debates, and that was on Fox News.
Four million.
Four million.
That would be a lot for them because they basically do about $200,000-$300,000.
In August, the inaugural debate of the cycle drew $12.8 million.
That was of course back in August on Fox.
So they've gone from 12 to 7 to 4.
They've gone from 12 to 7 to 4.
If they keep going, then we go to zero.
And then also September.
Let's start with August, September.
So there's been one about every month.
August, 12.8 million.
September, that was the one in Simi Valley, California, 9.5 million.
That was CNN?
That was Fox Business.
And then the third one, that was Um, in Miami, 7.5.
That was Fox, I believe.
Yeah.
I don't know.
You don't know?
No.
I'll look.
And then last night, 4 million.
But let me find out in Miami.
That might have been NBC.
They're not going to do CNN, are they?
They're doing CNN, yes, Mayor.
Yes, Mayor.
Why would the Republican National Committee do a favor for CNN. They kicked the living daylights out of
our party, not just Trump, out of our entire party. They lie like
criminals.
My goodness. They're all in bed with each other. Who is that, Rona? I mean,
she... Now...
Rahma Slamy was right about her. She should just get out.
Now, there's been some pushback, but here's the deal.
She also has, I mean, she has an incredible losing record.
Except for Trump, she doesn't win.
They're saying that maybe this is, CNN's ones will be unsanctioned.
However, the GOP can step in and bar the candidates from going, right?
Not bar, but you can make it clear that this isn't sanctioned by the party, right?
There's a difference between inviting CNN to do one, You mean the candidates are going to do this on their own?
That's a good reason not to vote for them as Republicans.
These candidates are going to help the opposition network.
I don't want to make it Hamas, but it's like helping Hamas in the sense that CNN would like to destroy our political party.
Yeah.
Their goal is, first of all, to destroy Donald Trump.
They're doing the whole stuff about his being a dictator now.
That's crazy.
Which is about as insane as Russian collusion.
I mean, the guy was president for four years.
If he was a dictator, we would have seen it.
And we have a dictator.
He can't be worse than what we got.
Yeah.
I wonder what everybody's so worried about, right?
At least if he was a dictator, we wouldn't be... Look, he turns over to Biden a peaceful world, and now we got a world where... where's the next war gonna be?
And is there a chance of a world war?
Maybe he's a more reasonable dictator, Trump.
The one we have now is Well, I mean, it's just ridiculous.
And to have these candidates, I mean, the only guy that would show up, it would seem to me, I think Christie wrote himself out of the Republican Party last night when he did the thing about, oh, my God, if Trump is convicted, you can't vote for him.
I tell you, you can't vote for him.
His conviction is merely the completion of a completely illegal scheme on the part of the Democrats.
He's going to be convicted of something nobody else has ever been convicted of.
I mean, the one in New York, a non-disclosure agreement, nobody's ever been prosecuted for a non-disclosure agreement ever, ever, ever.
That's never happened.
Just like nobody ever gets sued or penalized for.
I don't even think it's fraud if there's no loss.
I think the definition of fraud requires a loss.
But in any event, it's like a no harm, no foul.
Who are they doing it for?
The banks didn't lose money.
No people lost money.
They got a whole bunch of cases they can prosecute where people just walk in and steal things.
And that really is hurting because these stores are moving out of New York and New York is shrinking, which has the mayor of New York at an approval rating that is the lowest approval rating in the history of their taking these polls, which started with me, by the way.
The first one of these polls was taken, I think, in 1996, or maybe 95, my second or third year in office.
And he got, this is, what is it, 29%, 28%?
28, let me check.
Bloomberg had the lowest at 31 before that.
28 percent? 28. Let me check that. Bloomberg had the lowest at 31 before that.
The 28th is low, but we don't know what Dinkins was at.
Well, we don't know because they didn't do it during the time of Dinkins.
I thought Dinkins, like Christie, was kind of like in minor.
You don't have any idea what his disapproval numbers were in New Jersey when Christie left.
They were like 32%, 33% approval.
I mean, they wanted him out so bad because that was after he manipulated the bridge.
Oh, no, he didn't.
Well, that reminds me of a great line.
Can we play a clip from last night, which you had requested, Vivek and the former governor of New Jersey?
Your policy experience is not the same as foreign policy wisdom.
I want everybody at home to know that I was the first person to say we need a reasonable peace deal.
And while we disagree about some issues, and we disagree about who should be President of the United States, what we don't disagree on is this is a smart, accomplished woman.
You should stop insulting her.
So I'm going to take this.
So first of all, I think we just learned something from Chris Chistie.
We learned three things.
We learned three things right there.
First of all, Chris Christie also doesn't know what provinces in eastern Ukraine he actually wants us to fight for.
Chris, your version of foreign policy experience was closing a bridge from New Jersey to New York.
So do everybody a favor, just walk yourself off that stage, enjoy a nice meal, and get the hell out of this race.
When it comes to Nikki...
I think if you're going to actually send your sons and daughters to go die in somebody else's war, you better— Excuse me, Chris, I'm speaking, and I'm not done yet.
You had your chance, and we're going to be done.
So, listen up to this.
If these people want to send your sons and daughters to go die in Ukraine, they've been arguing for it for a year.
$200 billion of our taxpayer money sent over, neither of them could even name for you the provinces that they actually want to protect.
And this is the people who have been touting their so-called foreign policy experience.
It is intellectual fraud.
These people are lying to you, the same people who told you about weapons and mass destruction in Iraq.
To justify that invasion, didn't know the first thing about it, yet they sent thousands of our sons and daughters to go die.
The same people who told you the same in Afghanistan, where the Taliban is still in charge 20 years later.
Seven trillion of our national debt due to these toxic neocons.
You could put lipstick on a Dick Cheney, it is still a fascist neocon.
And we're back.
I'm going to show you... Come on, he is great.
I can guarantee you that Big Mouth Christie doesn't know the provinces in Ukraine.
I can guarantee you I do.
Not only do I know the provinces of Ukraine, I can give you driving directions in Ukraine.
I've been in Ukraine often and I work there.
And in that region, in Kharkiv, in the Russian region.
In fact, the emergency management center that they have there, I helped to design.
And I am very, very proud to say that the people in Kharkiv, with whom I am particularly close, as I am with the people in Kiev, fought off the Russians.
So if you look at that map that I have there now, can you see the map I have there now?
Yep.
Straighten it maybe a little bit.
Raise it.
Let me see it.
Raise it like that.
Yep.
Yep.
Perfect.
Straighten it a little.
Straighten it.
Yeah.
There you go, Mayor.
Look at that.
Perfect.
Perfect.
I want to show you the region we're talking about.
So right, you can see right up here is Russia, right?
So, Kharkiv, I'm pointing to Kharkiv right now.
This is the second biggest city in Ukraine.
It is 10 miles from the Russian border.
There's Russia.
It is ethnically Russian, meaning it has Russian citizens there, and it also has a lot of mixed Russian-Ukrainian, which is very common in Ukraine.
The mayor Klitschko of Kiev is Russian-Ukrainian, but he's all Ukrainian.
I mean, that guy is about as big a patriot as possible, complaining right now about Zelensky.
Big time.
And I haven't talked to my former client in a long time, but I have a suspicion.
As to why he's having problems with Zelensky.
You know, Zelensky is a creature of one of the most crooked people in Ukraine, Kolomoisky, who ran the Privatbank, which was the second or third largest bank in Ukraine, a very wealthy bank, but also that was not its real source of wealth.
It's the premier money laundering bank in Ukraine.
A lot of people believe better than any money laundering operation in Russia, because of Kolomoisky, who was a genius at laundering money.
That's the statement that was made by Zochevsky to the FBI source, when he said, the source said, do you think they'll find the money?
And we're talking here about, I think the $10 million bribe, not the monthly payments.
And Zolchevsky says, very confidently, it'll take him 100 years.
Because all of Zolchevsky's money was laundered by Kolomoisky, including the one that I produced for people on my fourth podcast.
That goes back now four or five years.
It's ready to be prosecuted.
It could have been prosecuted then, before Biden even announced for president, where there's a note that he got $900,000.
I mean, right from the very beginning of when I revealed the charges about Biden, there were very, very strong pieces of evidence that he got money.
But now if you look at that, if you look at that chart, I want you to look up there in Kharkiv, right?
The Russian goal here, they had two goals in mind.
Goal number one was to, well, let's go with the big one.
The big one was to take Ukraine, take the whole damn thing.
They believe, They believe it belongs to Russia, right?
The Ukrainians believe Russia belongs to them.
Seriously, we could do a history lesson on that if you want, but it goes back to 900.
And who brought Christianity to that area?
And it was the Ukrainians, Kiev-Russ, where Christianity began in that area, Kiev.
There's Kiev right here.
Right up here.
See it?
Right there.
That's the largest city in Ukraine, and it's one of the largest cities in the whole region and one of the most important.
And it is the city where Russia began.
It was known as Kiev Rus when it began.
First time you ever see any indication of anything called Russia in history is around 980.
And it was founded by monks, actually.
As well as some warriors.
And they started an encampment there called Kiev Rus.
See the combination of both?
Kiev Rus.
Much, much later, centuries later, the capital moved to what is now Petersburg and then Moscow.
But that was the original capital of Ukraine and Russia.
So the Ukrainians have a very, very strong argument that Russia emerged from them.
Certainly European Russia did, because if you think about Russia, Russia is one third in Europe and two thirds in Asia.
And the part we're talking about, Moscow, is in European Russia.
So the first goal of Putin, take it all back, it belongs to us.
Whether you make an argument for it historically or not under international law, he's wrong now.
It's gone.
It was taken from them, and it was taken from them with compensation to them.
They got the nuclear arms from Ukraine, which was a terrible mistake, but it was done.
And they were given access to the submarine fleet in Crimea, which is one of the best.
Crimea is down here, right there.
This is and has been Uh, one of the premier first Soviet then Russian submarine bases.
It's the submarine.
It's the, it's the, um, it's, um, this has historically been part of Russia.
It was given to Ukraine when Ukraine was a state or a province within the Soviet Union by Khrushchev.
He took it from Russia and gave it to Ukraine.
Because Khrushchev was a Ukrainian.
He was born in Ukraine.
He was the dictator of Russia, but he was born in Ukraine.
That's how close they were, right?
So, the idea was, we'll take all of Ukraine.
Don't know if Putin really thought he could do that.
I think he did.
I think he was surprised at how weak his army was.
His army, though, did have a second goal, and it was his minimum but really important goal, and that is to create a land bridge between Russia and Crimea.
In other words, so the Russians could go from Russia to Crimea and not have to go through Ukraine and therefore be disturbed, questioned, or whatever.
So that land bridge was going to start all the way up in Kharkov, and then it was going to come right down to Crimea like that.
You see Kyrsten here?
I'm sure you remember from the battles that took place, the tremendous battles that took place over Kyrsten, because this was critical, this was critical to the land bridge.
And there were tremendous battles at, let me see, I can't see the words here, at Melitopol, Mariupol, most of the battles took place along this area here.
This is the land bridge right here.
So the Russians got, had Kharkov.
They lost it.
And this is about where their line begins.
And this is what they have now.
That.
That's the territory.
So the provinces would be Donetsk Oblast.
Oblast is just province.
I think somebody in trying to fill out the provinces said Oblast.
Sorry.
That's like saying, name three states in the United States.
State.
Washington State.
No, it's New York.
I'm sorry.
So you've got Donesk, and then you have Kirsten, which is right there.
You have Donbass, and those are completely controlled.
By Russia.
Crimea, you could say Crimea, which eventually she did say, you know, she answered later when she got a chance to do what Biden usually did in school, which was cheat and look in the book.
And she said Crimea.
You could make an argument that Crimea is not A place where we would send troops, because Crimea has pretty much been conceded to Russia.
Years ago.
Well, not years ago.
No, no, no.
He took Crimea in 2014.
Yeah, that's years ago.
Oh yeah, I guess.
I guess it is.
Three presidents ago.
Now, from the Ukrainian point of view, it is not conceded.
From the realistic world point of view, even the historical argument that the Russians have, I don't think anyone is going to push Russia to give Crimea back to Ukraine.
It always was theirs.
Khrushchev gave it away.
They've got a submarine base there.
And you might notice that Yalta is there.
Ah, that's where Yalta is.
Which is very important to them because that's where Roosevelt gave away Eastern Europe to them.
If it wasn't for the Yalta Conference, the poor people in Poland and Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia would not have been dominated by the Russians and tortured by the Russians and killed by the Russians.
The Hungarians wouldn't have been invaded by the Russians if it weren't for Yalta and his agreement to give that part of Europe to Stalin when he didn't have to.
Except he had communists around him, including one famous one, Al Jahil, who went to jail for being a communist.
Right there with a dilapidated Roosevelt, falling apart like the nitwit in White House.
If he knew who the hell he was at Yalta, I'd be shocked.
He used to have the big blanket over him.
And he was dead a month after Yalta, a month after giving, to be honest with you.
I mean, not honest, but to give you the full picture.
The whole process of giving things away to Stalin began at Potsdam and then continued through Yalta.
And it really was outrageous.
I mean, some of it you can't be sure of, but you can be sure that it never had to be in East Berlin if it wasn't for communist infiltration of the Democrat Party.
It's always been their favorite party.
There's been very little infiltration at all in the Republican Party, but the communists have been infiltrating the Democrat Party going back to the 1920s.
Now, who knows how much control they have because the Democratic Party is exactly what they want.
In fact, they do exactly what China wants, not America.
I mean, when the debate was taking place as to, well, should we have an America first party?
The question for me was, in the Democrat party, which is against America first, would America be second or third or fourth or fifth?
Well, China's first.
No question about it.
America's not even on the list.
Because we're a systemically racist country.
That's the nicest thing our president has to say about us.
And then all the rest of them hate us like crazy.
Amazing.
You listen to the hatred they have for America.
Listen to these Ivy League people.
They hate the country.
You can see in their face there.
What the hell are they doing here?
If they hate it so much, why don't they go to China?
They love China.
Why don't they go there?
They're so smug!
You see what they're hearing?
Most of them eat Chinese food.
They could go to China.
They were like, I have to talk to you?
I have to answer to the people?
By the way, somebody could send this to Haley and to Chris.
Let's see.
He's probably not finished with dinner yet.
Oh, that was good.
When you're done with dinner, Chris, we got some questions.
We have a map for him.
I don't know how he's gonna have time to be president.
Wait till he sees the kind of service he gets.
Can you imagine what'll happen to our budget for the White House?
Wow.
She could add a little cheat sheet like that.
What the hell was she doing in the UN, by the way, if she doesn't know these regions?
I would have gotten two.
Most people wouldn't get them.
I'm not, you know, you don't pay attention to the region.
But Crimea, everyone's heard Crimea, just guess.
If you're the damn UN... You're the one person, right?
That's the one person that should go.
Maybe she was going to parties.
I think she's a party person.
Do you think she liked those fancy parties they do over at the UN?
I think so.
I think she really liked the fancy parties at the UN.
I can't think of what she achieved at the UN.
Oh she loved, you're right, being called ambassador, your excellency.
You know, I think the UN is completely useless.
I mean it's like a, it's more than useless, it's dangerous.
The UN is part of the communist regime.
That's how they're infiltrating probably.
I mean she sure as hell didn't do anything to turn them around, I mean.
It always seems to be in the middle of it.
So there you go, so No.
Now, if I put the map up there, you would see my Kharkiv is all the way up here.
So they, they lost all this Ukrainians.
They tried to, they tried to do this.
And they ended up with this.
I mean, they really tried to do all, remember they tried to take Kiev too.
Yeah.
Can you put, can you just show us the other map?
Like just lift it up for a second to show us kind of where we're looking, zooming in at.
Yeah.
What you're looking at Luhansk.
Think of Karkev here as the beginning of the free territory.
So if I were to draw a line like this, all right?
I'm going to draw a line like that.
In fact, I'll do it.
It's my math.
I can do whatever the hell I want to.
If I were to draw a line like I'm going to draw right here, this is... Might as well be red, right?
That's it.
That's the line right there.
Notice?
It actually might even be a little lower.
It might be down here.
But Kharkiv is saved.
Everything here is saved.
So you have Luhansk up here.
This is the province.
Oblast.
Luhansk, Oblast.
Donetsk, Oblast.
Try this one.
Vaporizhia, Oblast.
Kyrgyzstan, Oblast.
Crimea or here. There we go. Luhansk, you hear a lot, look Luhansk and Donetsk you saw a lot of...
So you have, you could do three out of four and... Crimea, I would have guessed Crimea.
You'd have been in the ballpark if you guessed Crimea.
It's an esoteric debate.
Yeah.
It's not a, it would not, it would be an unfair esoteric debate.
Nikki couldn't even get one.
I don't think she's capable.
I mean, it really was a big surprise to me that she's that uneducated as a, you, if, if, um, honestly, if Christie or, or, um, or DeSantis got it wrong, I would find no, nothing wrong with that.
I mean, learning the provinces, you don't need to know your governor.
Yeah, exactly.
I mean, you know it's the eastern part of Ukraine.
You have to be an expert to know it.
But that's what she is.
She's an expert.
I mean, if she doesn't know that, what the hell does she know?
She could have ended Vivek there, right?
If she knew, she could have said, what, Vivek, because I'm a woman?
You know what I mean?
I couldn't do that.
I've been in a lot of countries.
I've been in like 80 countries.
I couldn't do that.
I couldn't tell you the provinces in most countries.
I happen to know this country because I work there.
If you're getting ready for a debate, That's why I actually don't give any of them.
I don't think you can give them.
Oh, come on.
I know more about foreign policy than all of them combined.
You forgot more about foreign policy than any of them know.
Including Vivek, who's a kid.
Hey, we like Vivek.
I love Vivek, but he's a kid and he's getting a little... Again, he'll be a little bit of a wise-ass.
And since I don't get to talk to him, Vivek.
You're the young guy here.
Show some respect.
We had him on the radio show.
I know we know Vivek.
We've talked to him.
He talks to us.
He asks about the mayor regularly.
It's one thing to be aggressive about the policies and the changes you want to make in the government.
It's another thing to be so damn disrespectful to these people.
Now, if you've got the goods on Haley, and she's a crook, fine.
But I haven't seen that.
So those allegations that she's dishonest, I certainly can't back those up.
I can back up that this is a big, big...
Mistake for somebody who supposedly did this job.
Yeah.
What the hell was she doing all these, all that time at the UN?
She doesn't, she doesn't know three of the four.
The one major, like one of the major conference, like the hotspot.
He took a risk.
Yeah, but he must know she's a lightweight.
He somehow knows.
I love that, right?
Some people would say, don't do that.
She might know it.
They probably all are.
Every one of them are probably.
I say, no, I don't think so.
I don't think, I know he's going to get real angry at me now, but I don't think DeSantis is a lightweight.
No, no, no.
I think he's an intelligent man.
Yeah, I don't think he's not.
Yeah, I think he's smart.
In fact, he might almost be too, you know, we used to say about my cousin, too smart for his own good.
Christy, the only thing wrong with Christy is he isn't as smart as he thinks he is.
But he's smart enough.
I mean, he's a very smart guy.
But he comes off as bare, this whole... He's too arrogant, and he's become more arrogant.
Like, what's the word?
Like, bullish.
Like, brute.
But he's become more, and he's become ridiculous.
In a bad way, yeah.
There's everything wrong with him.
I mean... Yeah, like a clumsy, bumbling fool.
You have a problem with Trump, and there are problems with Trump.
But there isn't, like, everything wrong with him.
Right.
Trump is like, for him, he's like a Democrat.
I think he hangs out at ABC with Stephanopoulos, where, you know, Trump is going to be a dictator, and Trump is a monster, and Trump is evil, and Trump is... I mean...
Trump isn't one-tenth Biden.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
Geez, you want somebody we could demonize.
We don't have to do it.
He does it himself.
You know, I think that whole thing with the Navy, the granddaughter, is more indicative than anything else.
I mean, anybody that would disown their granddaughter is a piece of shit.
Yeah.
That is pretty bad.
I'm not sure I can say that, but I did.
It's our own show.
We're on our own show now.
In my father's generation, if you did that, they'd beat the shit out of you.
If anybody in my family did that, my father would have beaten the shit out of them.
And it's not like this family is exactly poor.
They have the resources.
The only reason they're poor is he blew half of it on coke.
They have the resources.
They can't even use their stolen resources for a good cause.
They don't have all the money that he took in.
But I mean, I'm anxious to see those offshore bank accounts.
I can't guarantee that the woman is telling the truth about the offshore bank accounts, but I tend to think she is because there are witnesses that I spoke to.
I mean, there are Ukrainian prosecutors that talked to me about offshore bank accounts before she ever came forward.
So who is this woman?
This woman is the wife, the widow of Zlochevsky's partner.
Zlochevsky is the owner of the crooked company Burisma.
Zlochevsky is the guy who paid the five million to Joe, five million to Hunter to fix his case because Ukraine was going to take his company from him And also paid him a million dollars a year, and paid Devin Archer a million dollars a year.
So Zoloshevsky, before we enter the picture, Zoloshevsky, ooh, about 2012, maybe 2013, left government.
He was in the Russian-oriented Ukrainian government that was overthrown in the revolution.
But he got out before the revolution took place.
And he got out, but he had spent six years feeding his company all the best oil and gas leases as the Minister of the Ecology, which is about as crooked as it gets, right?
It would be like Rick Perry as Secretary of Energy setting up a company and taking half of the oil properties and giving it to his company, his partner who was running the company.
And then when he gets out of government, he's The partner again.
No conflict of interest there.
Conflict?
Straight out and out bribery.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
Straight out and out corruption.
He just stole the property from other people.
So he goes back, he takes over his company.
He's a 49% owner.
And his partner is a 51% owner.
And a very, very horrible thing happened for which I'm sure he was brokenhearted.
His partner drove into a tree and killed himself.
And he became 100% partner owner.
Now, his partner had a wife.
The wife was a fairly new wife, I think a younger... the younger wife thing, you know?
Yeah.
And she worked at the company, so maybe that's how they met.
Now I'm writing a little bit of a novel here, this romantic part.
But, I mean, she's supposed to get the property.
Somehow, someway, through his corruption, she gets disinherited.
She gets zero, except he keeps her in her job at Burisma, and he promotes her, and he gives her a big, big salary.
And he may give her a little percent of the company, like really tiny, but you're supposed to get 51% of a $40 billion company.
But she remains as the chief accountant of Burisma.
But deep down, she hates him.
So when everything goes crazy, she gets in touch with my source, who has been reliable on everything else.
Every single thing he's told me, I've been able to check out.
I haven't had a chance but this one.
And in the latter part of 2019 and the early part of 2020, she reached out to us and she wanted a deal.
And the deal that she wanted was she would give us, the United States government, all the offshore bank accounts, not just of Biden, but of everybody else.
And she'd give us three or four additional witnesses who she named, some of whom were in the U.S., who worked on these accounts.
And she would show us their offshore bank accounts because she retained and took with her the numbers.
But she wanted to be in the witness protection program from the FBI.
She wanted to come here to the witness protection program.
I, uh, in addition to everything else that I turned over to the U S attorney in Pittsburgh at the request of Barr, I turned her over and they were enormously enthusiastic about reaching her.
And the FBI agents wanted to see her.
I think I was dealing with legitimate people, not Barr.
And, uh, at, And for about two weeks after Bob Kistow and I left there, in which we did a four-hour PowerPoint presentation of all of Biden's crimes.
This is before I had the hard drive.
After two weeks, they stopped calling us.
Like, they stopped calling Bobulinski after a week or two.
And we could never find out what happened to him.
And there also was fear that she'd be killed.
And they had already made one attempt on Shoken's life.
And they poisoned him, which is their way of killing.
I'm going to show you something.
Wow.
Talk about corruption.
What does that say?
U.S.
Ukraine corruption.
This is what I gave to the U.S.
attorney in January of 2020.
2020. This is a PowerPoint.
And it lays out and it also has footnotes to tell you where the evidence is.
It lays out really a racketeering case against Joe Biden that could have been prosecuted in 2020.
This could have been prosecuted within a month of my giving them this.
Um, I handed it over to them, explained it to them, said I was available to help them.
Uh, and I, I never heard from them again.
They were, I was going to hear from them.
They were enormously enthusiastic about it.
They agreed with me that this, I mean, this is a very powerful case, if you go through this.
This is before we had the hard drive.
And nothing happened.
Barr took it, and he stuck it where he put the hard drive.
And when Barr sits on something, it's hard to get it.
He buried it.
Now, here's what I didn't know at the time.
I didn't know they had the hard drive.
When I was doing this and laying out all the evidence, They had it already.
They knew this was true.
Take this and you take the hard drive and you put him in jail.
I can get some kid to prosecute that case.
And when Barr started sitting on this and started telling the president, my client, something wrong with that guy.
He sends me to Pittsburgh.
I give the guy in Pittsburgh all this evidence.
The guy is like going off the charts.
He's enthusiastic about it.
We got a woman who's a little bit in jeopardy here, and they don't do anything about it.
Something is really corrupt here.
And then Barr turned, and then you found out that he was corrupt for sure when the hard drive came out in October.
And he had the hard drive since December of 2019.
And think about this, while President Trump is being impeached, because of the conversation with Poroshenko. He's got the
evidence to prove that the conversation was appropriate and necessary. He's the attorney general of
that president and he conceals it.
What kind of creep does that? What kind of crooked guy does that?
And what was his motive? Why did he do it? I think he wants to keep breathing.
He turned.
I mean, there was a time in which he was, he even turned on the election.
I mean, a month before the election, he laid out all the reasons why it might be stolen.
They all were true, by the way.
And then he said, oh, there was no evidence.
Because he never, I know, he never investigated.
He even called US attorneys and told them not to investigate.
Something happened.
Yes, something happened, all right.
Because any legitimate attorney general Would have taken that hard drive and just gone right from that to indictment, man.
Slam dunk.
Any good U.S.
attorney would take that one and you'd get that guy indicted in a month, month and a half.
And it wouldn't be one of these phony, fanny, fanny cases.
It'd be a real case.
You're not making it up.
It's unbelievable when you think about it.
Yeah.
The corruption is unbelievably systemic.
I think it's everywhere.
I think it's everywhere.
So I really believe the Republican National Committee should remove Christie from the Republican Party by Christie taking the position that people shouldn't support Trump if he gets convicted.
Because that means we have to accept the crooked, corrupt justice system we've been given.
Every place he's being convicted is a Democratic prosecutor.
Every place.
Every place he's being convicted, it's a corrupt city.
Nobody's going to argue with me that New York is corrupt.
That the District of Columbia is I don't know what the discomfort is.
It's some kind of a democratic, fascist state, and the court there is out of its mind.
I mean, it puts those people in jail for more time than the prosecutors ask for, and it keeps them locked up for 20 months, 30 months, and it gives out sentences like there really was an insurrection.
And nobody's proven an insurrection, but they're giving out sentences like there were.
Well, damn it, prove it!
You show me how people without a gun Without a single gun, we're going to accomplish an insurrection in the United States of America.
Show me the plan for the insurrection.
There was no such plan.
All I see now are cops holding doors open.
I mean, like the Charmin guy.
The cop acted like a doorman to the House of Representatives.
We've got to get that film again and play it all the time.
That's the most extraordinary film.
Or in the killing of Ashley Babbitt.
The cops gave up their post and let them take Pelosi's office.
There were two cops right in front.
When the Antifa guy says, you know, why don't you move out of the way, whatever.
These two giant cops, they were big guys.
This guy's a little guy, big guys.
They just move aside.
The first time you see it, you say to yourself, maybe they were afraid.
Then when you see the next four or five minutes of film, you see about five or six or seven cops dressed up like Gestapo agents in the back, ready for the Vietnam War, with big guns out.
And then you see about seven or eight cops on the murderer's side, the other cop.
No reason for him to shoot her.
He had five, six cops that could have jumped her in two seconds, put handcuffs on her.
She didn't have a gun.
She didn't have a knife.
She's five foot two.
The two cops that I saw looked about six foot two.
They could have gone over and taken her right down.
They were right behind her when she went up.
They could have just took, let's take, let's take it down rather than blow her brains out.
And instead they blew her brains out.
Can you imagine if that happened and that was a black woman who served in the military, had no record, had no gun, had no weapon.
We're not even sure that she entered illegally.
We don't know if she came in through the window like Sullivan, who took the film, or she walked in the door that was wide open.
I don't know, maybe a cop opened the door for her too.
Awful lot of people had the cops acting as doormen for them.
There is a point at which the group walks out.
They walk out of the Capitol and the cops bring them back in.
They direct them back in.
And then they go take Pelosi's office.
And it seems like along the way, there were several FBI types who have a hard time hiding.
FBI don't make the best undercover.
They have a hard time hiding.
Seems like you see two guys, a white guy and a black guy, and both of them do directions.
Because when they first go for Pelosi's office, they go to the wrong door.
And then they get, they're backed out of there.
And then you see this guy twice, who I've always been very suspicious of, who goes like this.
And you see a second guy that goes like this.
Then the idiots walk out through the, they go through the revolving door and they go out and the cops bring them back in the other side of the revolving door.
And then they go to Pelosi's office.
And then they try to knock the door down, although the door was given to them by the cops.
Cops said, okay, yeah, go ahead.
We're not going to try to stop you.
And they had plenty of resources to stop them.
So this is a very fugazi, the whole thing.
When Vivek said the other night that it was a setup and all these people on CNN and, you know, to them it's like, it's like telling a very strict religious person there is no God.
I mean, this is like, their life is, this was the worst.
I mean, some of them are still getting psychiatric treatment for it.
Yeah. And then you'll notice after the debate, the commentators quickly,
they assess Ramaswamy as, Oh, he came in last.
He was definitely the worst.
He's the one that doesn't belong up yet.
But if it ever turns out that January 6th was just another one of those Democrat plots to bury Trump, another like Hillary paying for the Steele dossier and creating... I mean, who the hell ever thought when it first happened that Russian collusion was paid for by Hillary Clinton?
Right.
And directed by Hillary Clinton.
I mean, this looks like it was paid for and directed by CNN.
I mean, they paid Sullivan for that.
For that perfect film of a murder.
Yeah.
I'd also like to know how Sullivan knew exactly where the gun was.
Got a perfect shot of it.
Pretty much doing a pretty good job of concealing the shooter.
Because at the beginning, I think they were hoping they could just bury the shooting somehow.
They did bury it.
We should bring up some of those clips again.
We're going to do a show just on that.
We should.
Yeah.
I mean, I've done a podcast on it with some time ago.
We'll do another one.
There's just so much to do, right?
Like there's so many, there's so many topics right now and going into 24.
Yeah.
And we would, and I'd very much like to get my hands on the additional I mean, all the additional video is dynamite from our point of view because I know them.
They're not holding it back because it has stuff that's helpful to them.
It's the same reason why the crooked governor and secretary of state and all the crooked people in Fulton County would never give me any of the ballots, any of the paper.
I'm claiming that the paper is phony.
They're claiming it's clean.
Show it to me.
I'll go away.
Let me see it.
No!
You can't see the paper!
What am I going to do to it?
You can stand there and shoot me if I try to do anything to it.
Just let me look at it.
Let me have my expert take a look and tell you, oh, no, no.
This is not the paper that was ordered by the state for absentee votes.
This is new paper that was brought in later.
Oh, and by the way, this was not done with a pen.
This marking on Biden here, these 500 votes in a row for Biden, they were done by a machine.
And I think I knew where the machine was located, but you know, they did everything they could to obstruct it.
And that one, I don't know, I'm going to be in front of one of those judges on Monday who put people in jail for more time than the government asked for, for I don't know what, for doing an insurrection In the mind of the hysterical Trump deranged maniacs.
What is it about the cognitive dissonance of our society where they refuse to see how corrupt... I mean, how smart do you have to be?
Well, smart gets cancelled out by zealousness, by emotional zealousness.
People see only what they want to see.
They repeat in their heads only what reiterates what they already believe.
What, are they afraid that their whole life is a big lie?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Imagine if you invested all this time in trying to convince people that January 6th was, you know, worse than Pearl Harbor, worse than 9-11, worse than the Civil War.
I heard people say that.
Of course you did.
I'm not making that up.
I know, and I was shocked.
I mean, I looked at what's-her-name's face who was interviewing Ramaswamy when he said it was a big hoax, and I thought you were going to cry.
Yeah, right?
These people do cry over January 6th.
The whole world is being taken in.
Cry for the prisoners that are sitting behind bars in an unjust manner.
If I cry for anyone, it's for them.
They have presided over, I'm sure, one of the worst deprivations of civil rights in the history of our country.
It certainly matches the internment of the Japanese in World War II. And I hope it gets the
coverage. I hope that someday down the road it will. That history, we have a reckoning. And those
judges have to be held accountable. Yes.
They stopped being American judges and they became judges that would have been very,
very comfortable in a dictatorship. It's so dangerous what they're doing and it's going
to cause irreparable harm to the American justice system.
Yeah, and if Christie were to get elected, which of course is impossible, he would do nothing about it because if Trump gets convicted, he can't be president because it's a valid conviction.
If Trump gets convicted, he's being convicted of bullshit.
It's worse than that.
He's being convicted corruptly.
The people convicting him should go to jail, not him.
Yep.
Fannie Fannie should go to jail, not him.
I think she's in New York this week.
Collecting money from the Democratic Party.
No, but no, he covers that.
She's getting money from the National Democratic Party for a DA.
Why is the Fulton County- Of course she did her duty.
She did a phony indictment of Trump.
The Fulton County District Attorney has no business in New York City- Collecting money.
Unless they're going to see the lights for Christmas with their family, right?
Well, she is.
She did a fundraiser.
That's absolutely... The fact that the media... She's being paid by National Democrats for playing her role in interfering in the 2024 election.
Her role was to indict him, to indict me, and 17 other people, some of whom I don't even know, and then get a few pathetic people to cooperate with her.
American people, please wake up.
Please wake up out of a dream.
Hopefully the evidence is so overwhelming and it's hitting them, you know, Wanted it.
I mean, it's really, really hitting them.
So tomorrow we're going to take you through something I spent a lot of time on and I really want to show you because I worry about it.
And that is how China has gotten ahead of us.
And how the prediction that they could do a sneak attack on us, not domestically, but do a sneak attack on our resources in the Pacific, which is what they seem to be planning with the hypersonic missile, is not crazy.
It's not, you know, like, we sure as hell should take it seriously, even if it is crazy, so that, God forbid, if it happens, we're ready for it.
And we don't want to be caught.
And what it's going to require is a massive expenditure on military.
I mean, I have one chart here and people don't realize how little he spends on the military compared to Trump.
I'll just show you.
I'll go into more detail tomorrow, but I'll just show you this.
Those big black bars are when Trump was president.
That was military spending.
Those little tiny bars are now under Biden.
Wow.
We got a world at war, and he's spending less on the military than pretty much any time since World War II.
And do we have a peaceful world?
See the big ones here?
That's 19.
That's Trump.
So 20 with COVID, that accounts for that.
But this is 21 and 22.
Wow.
But this is Trump.
16, 17, 18, 19.
Wow.
Incredible.
Well, we should dive into that more.
And look at this compared even to Obama, because he was carrying on wars, so he had to spend.
But still, the spending is anemic.
It's the smallest amount of our GDP pretty much since World War II.
In a world where there are two wars, and rational people predicting a possible world war, and a possible attack of China on Taiwan, that we would have to get engaged in.
Are we prepared for it?
No.
Okay, well, with that happy thought, happy Hanukkah.
