America's Mayor Live (E293): Rep. James Comer Releases More on the Biden Crime Family
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Rudy Giuliani, and this is America's Mayor Live, coming to you from the city of New York.
And tonight, we are going to start with our first, and I think this is all going in the right direction.
Thank goodness we can start off that way.
I think the Israelis over the last two days Gosh, I think it really resumed on Sunday when they resumed phase two of their war on Hamas or Hamas's war on them or their stated objective of trying to destroy Hamas so that it could never do to them what it did on October the 7th.
They are making tremendous progress and They have closed in the southern... I would say they're very close to closing in the southern city of Kanunis, which is the largest city in the southern portion of Gaza.
It's also the home of Yahya I think the pronunciation would be Yah-Yah Sinwar.
Yah-Yah Sinwar is the leader.
It's a little fuzzy as to leader.
There are about four or five leaders.
But I would say he's probably the leader of the ground forces in Gaza.
He was one of the leaders, if not the leader, of the October 7 massacre.
And was also, interestingly, someone released by the Israelis in the very, very controversial and historic swap of 1,200 or so Palestinians for one Israeli soldier.
Yahya Yawa Sinwar was one of the people released.
Since then he has carried out two or three expeditions against the Israelis and killed a fair number of Israelis.
The number, it would be impossible to give you a number If you wanted to say in exchange for the one Israeli soldier obtained, there were so many Israelis dead by the people released, that number would have to be in the 50s or 60s, and that would be extremely low.
Just ones that I can trace from newspaper articles.
So, here again is the map of Gaza.
It sits there on the west coast of Israel, a mid to south section of Israel, right on the Mediterranean.
One would say prime real estate, right?
On the Mediterranean, prime real estate.
All of it's on the Mediterranean.
It's small but beautiful, could be beautiful land in the right hands.
It's unfortunately been ruined even to the extent of what the Israelis left
them with. They have deteriorated it mightily. That's what a terrorist group does. That's
also what a group does that nobody wants in their country. I mean, this might give you a bit of a
sort of understanding of why that border in the southern part of Gaza is so closed, because the
Egyptians don't want them there at all for any reason.
And the same thing on the eastern side, on the West Bank.
The Jordanians don't want them there for any reason.
No Palestinians in Egypt.
No Palestinians in Jordan.
No Palestinians in Saudi Arabia, you can be sure.
Do they know something that these idiot morons who march in protest don't know?
Yeah.
What they know is that they are a bloodthirsty group of people who have singularly set their sights on one thing and one thing alone, and that would be considered genocide.
The wipeout of the Jewish people, of Israel, the Jewish people, and a great deal of damage on the American people.
And that their level of accomplishment, attainment, culture, education, certainly doesn't impress anyone.
And they are a big, big problem if they're in your country.
That's why they were thrown out of Jordan.
So now, that being the case, as a fact, exactly why would we want Palestinian refugees in the United States if they don't want them in Egypt and Jordan?
Well, because one of the less than 20 percenters, or less than 15 percenters, or whoever is debating tonight, or less than 5 percenters that's debating tonight, actually believes they belong in the United States.
If in fact you can find that, I don't even know what network it's on.
If you can find the debate.
Remember, Nikki Haley does believe that half those Palestinians are eligible to come to the United States, that they're perfectly fine people, but they completely disagree with Hamas.
Now, this is completely either pandering of the worst kind or ignorance of the worst kind.
Pick it.
75% of the Palestinians in a recent poll made it clear that they support exactly what Hamas did on October 7, which is to rape, pillage, destroy, kill, behead, desecrate the bodies of the Jews.
And as I said, 75%.
So, they are now all concentrated around this city right here.
I moved this unfortunately with my big hand and pointed.
We don't really need this right now.
This is Conunis right here.
This is Arafa.
These two become significant now because this is where the last two large concentrations of Hamas are located, as far as we know, right?
And remember, there are tunnels all throughout here, of which they believe they've gotten rid of about 60%.
So there's another 40% to hide in.
Could be that the hostages are there.
They still have 130 plus hostages.
So, this is the city that has to be controlled.
If it's controlled, you basically control southern Gaza.
They already control Gaza City, which means they control northern Gaza.
And now the question with that control is, how deeply do you get into wiping out the Palestinian Hamas group?
Is it going to be 70%?
60%?
50%? 100%?
There are about 30,000.
The Palestinians admit to 5,000 Hamas killed, so you've got 25,000 to go.
That's a lot of people to go, and I don't know that Biden's going to let them go that long, because Biden has switched sides Or maybe he's just reiterated and made clear the side he's always been on, because for the last couple of weeks, despite the fact that he will make a few statements here and there that are supportive, like he did point out and did reiterate after the testimony before the UN Committee, I believe it was, of the people and what happened on the 7th,
The fact that they were caught with an October 7 kidnapper's guide, the army was, the terrorist that came in had both maps and a booklet called the kidnapper's guide that directed them towards civilians so they didn't waste their time on killing military.
And they went and did the maximum amount of terror.
And it pointed them to the kibbutzim, Here, along here, so that they got the maximum effort.
They got the maximum effort out of the forces that they had, including their paragliders.
They also presented testimony of a significant number of women who were raped, a significant
number of men and women who were shot in the genitalia after or while they were being
killed, and then parts of their body removed in order to humiliate, and also
situations where children were shown the death of their parents and parents were shown the death
of their children.
This was, as far as I can tell, if not the largest scale, certainly the Maybe one of the worst displays over a limited period of time of barbarism and every form of terrorism you could think of.
These people belong somewhere in the era of Muhammad and seem like some of the traveling armies that he had, or at least that's what I think they were trying to trying to imitate.
And then we now have all of these people in the United States that seem to support them,
that seem to support what they're doing.
You know, Biden, Biden, um, doesn't support what they did.
Biden, uh, supports, um, Palestine and he makes a distinction between Hamas and Palestine.
And there is a definite push by him and Stinkin' Blinkin' for a Palestinian authority to rule
over Gaza after it's defeated, which would mean the group in the West Bank up north would
rule Gaza.
Now, they've been voted out of Gaza.
Hamas is the choice of the people of Gaza.
But they would be put in charge, which would be no improvement at all.
First of all, the Palestinian Authority is about as crooked as it gets, about as crooked
as, let's say, the Ukrainian government, and would steal anything that wasn't moving.
It would do just as good a job of cooperating with the UN in stealing everything we give
them.
They also have a lower level of terrorism, but they certainly have a great history of terrorism.
They were the PLO after all.
And it would be totally unacceptable to the people of Israel.
They'd fight this war for nothing.
And who knows how many of the people up in the West Bank aren't supporters of Hamas.
That's 75% included them, by the way.
So I think that Bibi is going to have to push very, very hard for an occupation by Israel for a period of time.
For a period of time.
And let's hope that remains a lengthy period of time.
You know, the testimony yesterday that was given by the professors, the three presidents of Ivy League colleges, was extraordinarily revealing and extraordinarily disappointing.
I would imagine a lot of us live in, or have lived in the fantasy that we have these great
universities, that we have universities like Harvard and Penn.
And now we see almost right in front of our eyes, not just the evil and horrible political
views they're taught, how they have become really the instrument of Marxism, almost a
perfect instrument of Marxism.
Marx would be proud of what these people have been taught, these young people have been
taught during their years in a so-called institution of higher learning.
I don't know that it's entitled to that title, institution of higher learning, any longer.
But these professors did seem like a Great explanation of why these students seem to be so poorly educated, so poorly motivated, and almost without any, not almost, without any moral compass.
I mean, to be out there demonstrating for a group of savage terrorists who have just murdered men, women, and children, just raped women, To be out there demonstrating for them indicates you really haven't been educated, have you?
You haven't been educated in history?
You haven't been educated in current affairs?
You haven't been educated in morality?
You haven't been educated in religion?
Well, four of the students also appeared, and the students Who attended pretty much the same schools, Harvard, MIT, Penn, and American, were Jewish students.
And they testified about the real difficulties in being Jewish and being on one of these campuses, that anti-Semitism has been there.
But what we're seeing is a massive breakout of what's been there for quite some time.
Anti-Semitism has been at the core of much of the hatred and even the immature behavior that you get in a college and university, and then much worse than that.
And that, for example, one young woman said, being a Jew at NYU has meant being physically assaulted for being Jewish.
Something you have to worry about that happens regularly enough so that it's something that would be on your mind.
She has been assaulted for wearing an American-Israeli flag.
Similar evidence from the young women who came from Harvard, American, MIT, and Penn.
And then the President testified.
If you look over here, you'll see a picture.
Oh, OK.
Well, I have a still picture of it so we can identify them.
We have a video of Claudine Gay, the president of Harvard, I believe.
Here's the three.
If you're not going to show it, I'll take it.
I got it.
Liz McGill is the president of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Pamela Nadel, who's a professor of history and Jewish studies at American University.
And Dr. Sally Kornbuth is the president of Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
And that, of course, also you had the president, President Guy, the president of Harvard, who I guess was the real star.
But these are the others that testified.
Yeah, Mayor, we have a video about one minute of... And I think it would be worth playing their testimony.
The one that got the most attention was Was the president of Harvard, whose explanation of her position should have led her into immediate dismissal.
And I think that is quite a New York Post headline, isn't it?
Hate you?
Yeah, I would say that's right.
And those are three of the superior intellects who have fostered The hatred of Jewish people at their university, for which they should be removed.
And in my thinking, in my religion, they should be doing penance right now.
But in any event, who do we have that we're going to play?
Mayor, we have the President of Harvard and Rep Stefanik going now.
That was probably the highlight, so let's play that because I think that'll give everyone the flavor of it because it really has gotten quite a bit of comment today.
You understand that this call for Intifada is to commit genocide against the Jewish people in Israel and globally, correct?
I will say again, that type of hateful speech is personally abhorrent to me.
Do you believe that type of hateful speech is contrary to Harvard's Code of Conduct, or is it allowed at Harvard?
It is at odds with the values of Harvard.
Can you not say here that it is against the Code of Conduct at Harvard?
We embrace a commitment to free expression, even of views that are objectionable, offensive, hateful.
It's when that speech crosses into conduct that violates our policies against bullying, harassment, and intimidation.
Does that speech not cross that barrier?
Does that speech not call for the genocide of Jews and the elimination of Israel?
You testify that you understand that is the definition of intifada.
Elise, I am so proud of you.
I remember when you ran for office the first time.
I mean, I don't know every member of Congress.
That'd be tough.
And I haven't personally supported every member.
I've supported a lot of them indirectly by endorsing them.
But I campaigned with her.
I remember when she won the first time.
I remember her re-election victory.
It's like watching someone—please don't get annoyed, Elise, because I'm an old man—but it's like watching someone grow up.
Wow, she was good.
She could cross-examine for me any time, and I'd give her an A-plus in my cross-examination course.
You nailed that witch.
Wow, she wouldn't answer your question.
The perfect example of an evasive liar.
She can't defend her position, so she evades.
Now, we're not talking about a crime here, but we are talking about a policy governing probably the most famous university in America.
Clearly, God willing, not the best.
Because if it gets worse after that, we're finished.
If we don't have anything better educating our young people than Harvard right now, we're going to have one hell of a generation.
But I know we have.
I mean, I can think of a couple right away, like Hillsdale, who's being sued because they don't take any money from the federal—you know this?
Hillsdale's being sued because they don't take any money from the federal government.
And you remember when—I've forgotten the title—you remember when Prince Obama passed these exceptions and these rules about sexual misconduct, where basically he introduced the kind of rules like Nazi-type rules, like you're presumed guilty, and if you're a male, you're convicted immediately.
One of the things that it did, for example, when the kids at Duke were accused of sexual Assault or rape on a prostitute who was clearly lying with a district attorney who was clearly corrupt.
They were dismissed before the ink on the newspaper was dry.
In other words, no investigation, no presumption of innocence, a presumption of guilt instead, and a destruction of their career without a hearing.
Five years later, the case completely falls apart.
There is no case.
It gets dismissed.
A special prosecutor comes in.
The DA is removed.
I think the DA was either convicted or disbarred.
And the woman who was with this prostitute, the legitimate of the two prostitutes, said that she came there drunk, Completely unable to perform, and they admitted to performing dances as opposed to sex.
Maybe they did perform dances instead of sex.
And she said they got rid of her and threw her out because she was too drunk to dance.
That had nothing to do with rape, and that she made it up to get money.
Well, those rules have been a horrible, Horrible problem for thousands and thousands of universities in which if a woman says sexual harassment, the man is immediately presumed guilty and suspended before there's any hearing or any proof.
Now, is there a real problem it is dealing with, sexual harassment on campus?
Yes.
Is it dealing with it with an American justice approach, or a Nazi justice approach?
It's a Nazi justice approach.
It's a fascist approach to justice.
This is what happens in fascist countries.
You get taken, you get held, you have no trial, and when they get around to giving you a trial, they just reaffirm what they were going to do to you in the first place, which is hang you, or literally hang you.
A lot of under, under, under Trump, who, who attempted to change that and change some, uh, some of it, uh, a lot of that was ignored and until the rule could be completely changed.
Uh, and, um, the re the re the reality is that now they, these people are suing these two women are suing because they say that.
The college, Hillsdale College, isn't following that rule, hasn't suspended the men that they accused or the boys that they accused of sexual harassment, even though no trial has taken place or hearing has taken place.
And therefore, it's violating their rights, even though that law has been changed or rule has been changed.
That somehow it inheres in the legal guarantee of fair treatment.
Hillsdale College says, oh, wait a second, we're not really bound by that.
We don't take any money from the federal government.
And we haven't taken money from the federal government for a hundred and something years.
And we're very, very proud of that.
And it kept us away from having to agree with slavery, for example.
And they were at Hillsdale College is one of the places that played a big role in the civil war and in the victory of the union and the emancipation of the slaves.
And they are challenging it, and they already have two court decisions saying Hillsdale College can't, just by saying, I won't take federal money, avoid these rules, because it gets a charitable tax deduction.
And therefore, that constitutes money from the government.
Well, I don't think that's a correct decision.
I don't think that's a correct interpretation.
I think funding from the government means what it says.
A tax deduction has never been considered funding.
It's a benefit that you get or you don't get for some purpose that the government thinks is beneficial, either to the FISC or to the society in general.
It's not a financial payment, but they're trying to rip that away also so that there'll be no such thing as a private university in this country.
The government will dictate.
You can't get away from the government.
You want to go to school, you're gonna be a State boy or girl, you're going to be a creature of the Bidenistas.
They'll put a little Bidenista patch on you, the way Hitler put a little Nazi patch on you, and the way Stalin put a little communist patch on you, and they'll put a little patch on you, and they will have educated you in the way that they want, which is no God, no religion, no morals, and a real hatred of America, the worst country And a country that's systemically racist, according to its president.
And you will come out of college believing that, or you won't graduate.
So we're going to take a short break and when we're going to come back we're going to take a
look at how the Biden company, how Biden and company are trying to weasel out and obstruct
justice and see if they can carry out probably one of the biggest con jobs in the history of America.

This is Rudy Giuliani back with America's Mayor Live, and let's start with the dire warning, the frightening warning, and it should be frightening, that according to our otherwise useless, damaging, and corrupt director of the FBI, I certainly agree with Iman.
I have never seen a time where all the threats are all elevated all at exactly the same time.
He's talking about terrorist threats.
He doesn't seem to know why.
Well, I mean, that's really expecting too much of the director, but he would know why, particularly if why might result in a in a devastating conclusion for the president of the United States and indicate the president of the United States is completely irresponsible and responsible for the murder of many Americans as a result of his, in this case, ideology, incompetence, and demented mental state.
Uh, why do I say that?
Because, um, there's a real, I mean, there's a real question that follows this.
If this is the worst terrorist situation that you've seen, Mr. Wray, I have never seen a time where all the threats are all elevated all at exactly the same time.
The question from a responsible legislator, uh, uh, Ray is, why is that?
Tell us what the reason is for that.
You've been running this agency for some time now.
You've destroyed its reputation by the criminal acts that you have tolerated and participated in.
But maybe at least you paid attention to terrorism and you can tell us, this happened all at once.
How did it happen?
Why is it so great now in the last couple of years?
And pray tell, sir, although I know we never get you to tell the truth, might you be willing to tell the truth about this and that it comes from the open border that we've had for the last two or three years?
In fact, every single moron here knows that.
And are you willing to admit that?
Because that would be very damaging for the guy that you're running the FBI for, Biden, because it is no longer the United States FBI, it's the Biden State FBI.
And he would say, well, I really can't tell.
I'd have to check with my people.
He always has to go back and check with his people.
That is, again, the refuge of scoundrels.
It's either a person who knows nothing or wants to know nothing.
Mayor, we actually have a clip of FBI Director Wray talking yesterday, if you'd like to play it.
Saying that?
Yes.
I mean, we might as well watch this pathetic creature say this, but of course not be willing to tell us why it's the case.
If we knew why, maybe we'd be able to stop it, idiot.
Given the steady drumbeat of calls for attacks by foreign terrorist organizations since October 7th, we're working around the clock to identify and disrupt potential attacks by those inspired by Hamas's horrific terrorist attacks in Israel.
And in recent years, we've seen an increase in hate crimes investigations, including a particularly big chunk involving threats to the Jewish community.
That is a troubling trend we were focused on before October 7th that's only gotten worse in the months since.
I could go on and on about the important work the FBI's dedicated professionals are doing across the entire spectrum.
destructive work of the FBI under him in which he has eradicated For many many Americans a system of justice. That was the
pride joy of America Uh, this is this this will be historically
uh, one of the most odious, uh, uh directors of the fbi in history
And when america history is taught correctly, he'll be he'll be a one of the biggest villains
But in any event, this guy can't tell you why it happened.
I mean, obviously, it happened starting the day that Biden came into office and did away with any semblance Of any kind of security on the border.
And we went from 450,000 under Trump to 2.5 million under him.
And that doesn't count the ones we don't know about.
And you can be sure a lot of the terrorists are in that group that we don't know about because they pay a lot of money to the Mexican cartels to come in that way.
And they've been doing it for quite some time, but never had a field day like this.
I mean, they used to have to work to get in.
Now, hey!
The door's open, boys!
Come on in!
Come on, yo, you guys are good on explosives?
Come on in!
Yeah, how many here have chemical- Oh, chemical weapons back here!
Come on!
Come on, that'll cost you a couple mil, but come on!
Come on!
They're just walking across the border!
Now, I mean, it- There's a certain segment of Democrat, and I've seen this in law enforcement for years, because they had a lot to do with the tremendous crime we had in the 80s and 90s too.
It was really their policies and programs that did it.
Some of it is the influence of Marxism that makes them make the focus of the criminal justice system, not justice, but leniency.
And the answer to crime is leniency.
Oh, if we'd only not put so many people in prison, we'd have less crime.
Or is it possible that when you have the people in prison, you have less crime because they're the ones that are killing people and raping people.
And when you decide to bend over backwards to keep them out of prison, you end up with the innocent people in society paying the price of your irresponsible liberalism Or socialism, or your evil application of communism to the problem because it helps destroy America.
I would say The issue of crime in America has been political, um, from the time that I, I tackled it back in the, uh, nineties.
And I always believed at that time that it was a politically inspired situation.
I, in fact, I remember, uh, analyzing it, not going to go into detail on it really would take a book, but, um, but trying to explain to people, uh, the reason we have the amount of crime we have is not because of the weather.
It's because of policies and programs that we've put in place that encourage it.
And it's a political decision that we made.
We don't quite know why we made it.
Maybe we were lulled into it.
Maybe we were brainwashed into it.
And maybe some of us really do believe it because we are anti-American, but that, but we can change it by policies and programs that are just the opposite.
Now, nobody believed me.
There were books written, New York can't be changed, New York can't be governed, you can never reduce crime in New York.
But I maintained for years as a law enforcement official that it could be changed with a change in policies and programs.
And then I got eight years to do it and I reduced crime more than any mayor in the history of the United States.
More than any mayor anybody can think of.
And I did it, and please, this isn't partisan, this is just locating a place where the policies come from.
I replaced it with our basically classic Republican policies.
How about a simple one like, if there are more career criminals in jail, there's less crime on the street.
They don't agree with that.
They don't agree with that.
The mayors and the district attorneys in places like Rochester, New York, don't believe it.
Now, here's the proof that I'm right and they're wrong.
Since they've been governing in Rochester, New York, has set a record for the most murders in the history of that rather small northern New York town.
Oh, well, so do the people of Philadelphia and St.
Louis.
A record.
For the most murders in the history of Philadelphia, set by the quintessential Soros prosecutor, the first one, and a useless progressive mayor.
So they don't just get murders, they get historic numbers of murders.
Now, let's contrast it with my policies, which in almost every respect are the total opposite of theirs.
Theirs are the negation of mine.
I set records for the reduction of crime.
No one ever had reduced crime by 40%, 50%.
Homicide by 65%.
No one had ever eliminated, largely, a great deal of crime in the poorer neighborhoods of the city.
And much like Trump gave many more benefits to the minority communities, if programs worked out that way, The biggest beneficiaries in reduction in crime were the minority members of New York City.
Reductions there were 10 and 15 percent higher than in the white community, maybe even more than that.
So if you think about the reductions in crime, seven out of 10 of the beneficiaries of the people who were not killed because of the massive reduction in murder were black people.
I didn't do it because they were black people.
I didn't do it because they were Or Hispanic people, or whatever.
I did it because they were the ones that needed the help.
And the right kind of help.
Not make them dependent.
Make them dependent so that they lose the work ethic into the third and fourth generation.
For that, I did work fair.
To preserve the work ethic.
Because I loved them.
And cared about them.
The way I would do with my brother.
If my brother was out of work, I wouldn't make him dependent on me for the rest of his life, he'd be a child again.
I would help him get a job.
It takes a little more time to do that.
It takes a little more thinking and effort.
It takes love to do that.
It takes expediency to just organize them all into a gang in which you just throw out the bread and circuses.
Was it the downfall of Rome?
You're damn right it was the downfall of Rome.
Well, the Bidens are up to their old tricks again.
Hunter, you know, came forward with that real show that he's going to testify publicly.
Of course, he knows that the committee requires he to go through a private deposition first.
They did it with every Republican.
My goodness, they put Bannon, he hasn't gone to jail yet, he's fighting it.
They sentenced Bannon, Navarro, seems like all my friends, to jail for that.
Not because they were all willing to testify publicly and they refused to testify privately and they got held in contempt and sentenced to jail.
Now you should know that yours truly, uh, testified public, uh, privately.
I also requested, I demanded testifying, uh, publicly as did Bernie Carrick.
We were refused, but we made the decision to testify, um, Because honestly, I've got nothing to hide.
In fact, I'd love my testimony to be public because you'd find out that Trump is completely innocent and that these cases are a farce.
I just read somewhere that they destroyed my testimony before the Jay-Z's committee.
And they wouldn't give me a transcript.
And I ripped the hell out of them.
I got one part I gotta have my lawyer discovered because nobody would believe it.
I got one part in which I ripped that idiot Raskin apart and made a total fool out of him.
He got up and walked out.
No, they, they destroyed it.
I wasn't allowed to, I wasn't allowed to copy it.
I wasn't allowed to copy it.
I wasn't allowed to get a transcript.
Almost always when you testify, it's almost de rigueur that you get a, um, You get a copy of your transcript to correct it.
Because even with electronic, even with a great stenographer, there may be a few disputes about words that are close.
And very often there's a little talking over that goes on in a deposition because there's your lawyer, their lawyer, other lawyers, you, and everybody's talking.
So you always get the benefit of a read over.
They may disagree.
I mean, you'll change the word and they'll say, no, you're wrong.
And you'll say, yes, I'm right.
And then eventually a judge would decide.
It used to be like we did with mail-in ballots.
We used to allow Republicans to look at them.
But then in 2020, we decided that it was much better if Republicans never got to see a mail-in ballot in the crooked states.
And there was a good reason for it because we didn't want the disruption of the Republicans finding out conclusively that the election was fixed.
Because if we saw one piece of paper, it would have been over.
Now, why do I know that?
Because I was there and I observed it.
I observed it in Pennsylvania, so go tell me it wasn't stolen, and I will tell you, I was there, you weren't, shut up.
So, James I didn't go through the charade that Hunter went through.
I'll come and testify if it's public.
No, it isn't public.
It's going to be private.
So now they're going to give him another subpoena, and they're going to hold him in contempt.
And if he doesn't show up, they're going to try to put him in prison.
Good luck in the District of Columbia, the Biden local family court.
The District of Columbia has turned into It isn't the same thing as family court in New York, but it is the Biden family court.
If you are connected in any way to Trump, they actually, before the trial begins, they take the rope and the hanging apparatus and they get it ready.
And they make sure it's working.
They give you a trial.
The trial bears no resemblance to one under American law, Roman law, Napoleonic law.
could fit under fascist law, soviet law, nazi law, there, meaning you're presumed to be lying, all kinds of charges are made against you that aren't true, you're accused of things that you helped, you're penalized for things you couldn't even possibly do, and then you're given a sentence that is way beyond anybody else that Or penalty, way beyond anybody else that had done a similar thing.
The best example is January 6th, where the judges of the district have the distinction of many of them, and you can find the real prejudiced ones this way, who sentenced the defendants to more time than the bloodthirsty prosecutors wanted.
If you as a judge generally sentenced to more than what a prosecutor wanted, you're a pretty damn hard-nosed judge dealing with some pretty bad criminals.
Now, whatever these people were, they were not pretty bad criminals.
Very few of them even had records.
And they got put away for time that people that have records don't get put away for.
So James is not showing up to testify.
He says he There's no justification for the subpoena, says his lawyer, Mr. Fishman.
Jim Biden was never involved in his brother's business.
Yo-Yo Bird said the same thing today.
Yo-Yo Bird is the president.
I call him all kinds of names.
I got a clip of some of the things he said about him and his son.
Oh, about his involvement?
Well, let's just point out to everyone that the guy who paid the $2 million to Hunter for his taxes, the guy he hardly knew, they call him his sugar daddy, he actually gave him $4.9 million, and we don't know the reason for the other couple of million.
The Bidens have gotten more millions we don't know the reason for.
You know?
I feel like it must be something to be a Biden.
There you are, you just get thrown out of the military for being a degenerate addict, so bad that you can't even not take it for a week or two to make your father look good.
You get thrown out of the military, you disgrace your family, you disgrace your father, if it's possible to disgrace him because the press doesn't print, and then you get a job.
For a million dollars a year, for a million, a part-time job, for a million dollars a year for you, a million dollars a year for your business partner, which is really two million into your company because that's the way you handle it, plus extra bonuses here and there, of which we've only discovered one, but there are a bunch of others hanging around, and you know who could tell you all of them?
It wouldn't interrupt his battle in Ukraine, but he could take like an afternoon off, and they'd let me ask Zelensky for a couple of those offshore bank accounts.
He could surely look in the file and give it to me, because I know they're there.
I even know one of the Ukrainian prosecutors that tried to follow up on one and was prevented from doing so by the United States government.
Well, let's play what Joe had to say this morning about accusation.
You know, let's just play the clip.
Okay.
...by the Associated Press that shows that almost 70% of Americans, including 40% of Democrats, believe that you acted either illegally or unethically in regards to your family's business interests.
Can you explain to Americans at this impeachment inquiry why you interacted with so many of your son and brother's foreign business associates?
I'm not going to comment that I did not and it's just a bunch of lies.
I did not. There's lies.
So I would say as an amateur criminologist that one of the signs of him telling a blatant lie is walking away.
We could probably put together a montage of a half hour of major lies by him and he walks out right as soon as he does
it.
The minute, the minute you challenge him, he used to, because he's afraid of getting angry.
You remember, uh, when he threatens to, uh, he wants to take the guy outside.
I think that guy was challenging all the lies that he told about being first in his class and, uh, getting five degrees.
And he actually said he went to a black college and, uh, grew up with Puerto Ricans and like three Puerto Ricans in all of Delaware.
Um, Somebody like really challenged him on that and he said, oh let's go outside.
So now now I think his policy is to walk away.
So you know he's lying when he walks away.
But you should also see the expression on his face before We're going to play when we come back because I want you amateur doctors to give me a diagnosis of exactly what form of dementia is this.
You're not getting off the hook and tell me it isn't.
We'll be back very shortly.

Now, Now are we going to go further into the files of Perjurer-in-Chief, Liar-in-Chief?
At the beginning, is he awake at the beginning or does he wake up during this call?
This is Joe Biden's.
At the beginning, is he awake at the beginning or does he wake up during this call?
Can you tell?
I'd like someone to.
Well, I want to play what he said today.
Yeah, yeah, take a look.
I want to take a look and I want your opinion on whether he's asleep or alive at the beginning.
And like Frankenstein's monster, he's kind of waking up and then he finally gets awake.
...by the Associated Press that shows that almost 70% of Americans, including 40% of Democrats, believe that you acted either illegally or unethically in regards to your family's business interests.
Can you explain to Americans amid this impeachment inquiry why you interacted with so many of your son and brother's foreign business associates?
I'm not going to comment that I did not, and it's just a bunch of lies.
I did not.
They're lies.
by these therapist associates?
I did not, they're lies.
They're on the board.
What's the point of this?
If they're on the board, they should have the right to decide.
Do you think there are...
Very, very articulate, deep response that really blew the question out of the water.
You notice that these criminals like him, and this is very, very symbolic
and very much a characteristic of criminals like that, particularly long-term criminals.
They give, they are used to giving general answers.
And if they've been enabled, they're used to walking away because people will accept it.
I'll give you a couple of examples here because I've dealt with this now for five, five, six years when I first brought out the criminality on this month.
Uh, when it first came out that he, he, um, was involved in a major bribe and I had the evidence of it.
I mean, I only had five witnesses then and documents and a tape recording, uh, meaning a good case.
Now it's an overwhelming case.
I had a case that I sure as hell would have tried as a prosecutor against him or anyone else, uh, when I was US attorney and I'd convicted them.
Uh, so when I bring the case out, you know what the answer is?
Uh, uh, that, that was all debunked.
Oh, and Giuliani is trying to get him because he's running for president.
First of all, when I brought it out, he wasn't running for president.
He hadn't even announced.
Number two, I actually didn't bring it out.
I found it.
It was there.
Nobody bothered to pay attention to it.
And then the response I got was not a refutation of it, it was a general, it was debunked.
How?
Where?
By whom?
On what grounds?
Never.
So I began saying, please supply me with the debunking report.
To this day, I haven't seen a debunking report.
All I've seen is further investigation of it and a mountain of evidence, including the hard drive, and now the committee piled on top of it, to which I expect a medal for having been tortured for bringing it out and turning out to have served my country by bringing out What had previously been concealed and covered up, a crime at the major level of two governments that have significant importance to the future of the world.
What's the crime at the highest levels?
A bribe by the Vice President of the United States.
To the president of Ukraine for an extraordinary amount of money, a billion dollars, in a loan guarantee that was critical to the survival of Ukraine, not just another loan guarantee, but one that was critical to their not defaulting, in order to remove a prosecutor that just so happened to be, although not mentioned in Biden's confession before the Council on Foreign Relations, He leaves out the fact that his son was one of the defendants in the case that the prosecutor was handling, and which was dismissed by the future prosecutor who took over the case, who Biden doesn't mention in the convention, he also approved.
So I mean, that's quite a complete crime, right?
The answer was debunked.
OK, the hard drive comes along.
What's the answer to the hard drive?
From 51 official prostitutes who lied.
51 official prostitutes.
Prostitutes are more honest than they are and have more honor.
Uh, when they, uh, destroyed an American election by saying that, that the hard drive had the earmarks of Russian collusion.
Now I've had occasion to analyze liars and criminals all my life.
Bear with me for a second.
Let me teach you how to do it.
You see somebody telling the truth when they say earmarks of something, when I, they give you examples.
It was written in Russian.
It has Russian expressions in it.
There were too many Russian characters there, and the information came from Russia.
Only the Russians would know this.
Nothing like that written.
Nothing!
Not even a little hint of a Russian earmark.
And 51 of these prostitutes signed it.
Earmarks of Russian disinformation, generally.
Now, right now, he's just confronted with, which is the truth, proven a hundred ways over.
And he just says, it's a pack of lies.
He doesn't explain how it's a pack of lies.
He doesn't tell you any defense.
Just says a pack of lies.
He can't say anything else.
Of course, there's nothing else to say.
And also he's too demented to say anything else.
And he walks out.
Mayor, we're getting a lot of comments in the section just a couple minutes ago, but we want to try and get to a couple if we can.
A lot of commenters are saying they'd like to see you in charge of the FBI, if we're able to take things back.
Not asking for your reaction, I think that's like a five-year appointment, right?
Not asking for you to react to that comment.
You would have appointed the prosecutor who probably, in the 20th century, brought the most significant cases the FBI brought.
You also would have appointed someone who was elected as G-Man of the Year.
So, how about this?
Instead of getting too specific, what kind of person do we need to have in positions like that?
Somebody like me, who's willing to go after anybody, depending on, not depending on their political stripe, and completely based on the analysis of the evidence.
Absolutely.
Maybe someone who's proven in the past that they're not afraid to go after the criminals.
Yeah, somebody like, let's say, somebody unlike Barr, Who covers up a highly relevant hard drive that maybe is the most relevant evidence ever presented in the middle of a presidential campaign.
It was probably the big... When we prove the actual electoral steal of the election, that might be the biggest.
But right now, the biggest fraud in an American election is to cover up that hard drive.
And Barr is at the heart of it, and nobody has the courage to ask him.
Because one of the things we miss in America, and we haven't spent enough time on this, and one of the reasons we're in the condition we're in, we don't have a press any longer as a guardian of public integrity.
It used to be a guardian of public integrity.
At times it didn't function totally accurately that way, but it functioned.
And many times it did function totally accurately that way.
And now it's a complete creature of the state.
It's like the Stasi in East Germany.
That was the name of the secret police or the police in East Germany.
And at times when they've made arrests, particularly like Roger Stone and Papadopoulos, they look like, I don't know if they look more like the Nazis or the Stasi.
So we're going to be back tomorrow.
Remember?
