America's Mayor Live (E250): The Biden Investigations on Capitol Hill Must Continue Uninterrupted
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Good evening, this is Rudy Giuliani and we're back with America's Mayor Live from New York.
Yep, back in New York where it's been a bit of an overcast day and a day in which moving ahead and big developments.
First of all, The speaker situation has simplified.
President Trump has endorsed Jim Jordan.
As far as I can tell, Steve Scalise is still in the race and actively in the race with a substantial number of votes for him and a substantial number of votes for Jim.
Um, so we'll have to see how that, how that works, how that works out.
And I'll give you my views on that a little later, a little later in, in, in, in the show.
But I think, um, I think it's also good that the president, uh, clearly took him out of the speaker situation because that was not That was not right for him.
And I know he wants to do everything and he almost can do everything.
But the idea of him running for president, being tortured by the Democrats with four trials.
I mean, I don't even get how we can stand back and say the Democrats have put him on trial four times next year and they're getting away with it.
I do not understand that.
I do not understand how a civil rights case is not brought on the Supreme Court and every single one of those cases is thrown out or put off until after the election.
I mean, none of them require any expediency.
The government has no right to a speedy trial.
There's nothing worse that's going to happen if they get delayed.
And something very bad could happen if they take place.
And that is, it could interfere with selecting the correct President of the United States.
Particularly when you consider that some of these places selected have the fix-in.
I mean, you really don't think that Atlanta, Georgia and that Fulton County is a legitimate place.
I know they tried to make it that way because of the election and tried to say the election was straight.
They wouldn't be capable of running a straight election.
They wouldn't be capable of running a straight contract.
It's a crooked place.
It's like Chicago.
It's like New York.
Like Philadelphia.
It's a crooked, Democrat-controlled city.
And you can see what happens in the District of Columbia to fair trial when these people, these J6 people go to trial, and many of them have turned out to be no more than trespassers.
If that, well, let's play the first commercial.
So we get that to our people right away.
The Howard Foundation delivers on its promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices
America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and Pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.

So, we've got one thing under our belt, right?
We've got the lineup for the race for speaker, and we're going to have to see We're going to have to see how that works out and let's hope, let's pray to God that it doesn't become like the selection of McCarthy and that it can count the votes early and whoever the winner is, maybe the person who's behind by even a few votes, concedes and we have a happy marriage.
The case in New York, I guess as a New York lawyer, which I used to be until they threw me out, which I guess I should be proud of, right?
Given the way the New York justice system has acquitted itself, both on the criminal and civil side in the last couple of years, and the condition of New York, you know, now that I have been mayor for quite some time.
But this case, It's like a Ringling Brothers, Barnum & Bailey circus with a clown of a judge who likes to smile for the cameras, who makes infantile mistakes.
I mean, to value Mar-a-Lago at $18 million is a really, really big mistake, which indicates you shouldn't be handling a big truck.
There are houses, there are single houses With like, well, yes, with four or five bedrooms, but on the water that are valued at higher than that in the prime area of Palm Beach.
Now, remember, he is double waterfront property.
I don't know if anybody else has that.
I imagine there's so many rich people there.
They have it.
But I think, for example, of the home of the Koch brothers, which is a gigantic mansion.
But they have to walk to the beach, and they have access to one beach.
His place is right on the beach, and he has access to two.
His is four to five times the size of theirs, and also is a commercial property if you want it to be.
So the judge was dead wrong And the worst part about this judge that tells you you should be thrown off the case is he hasn't changed his mind.
He hasn't educated himself because his dedication here, as he has announced before he ever became the judge in this case, is that he hates Trump and that he can't put his feelings aside.
He said that to a group of I don't know lawyers, people he was talking to, fellow communists.
I have no idea who he was talking to, but he's on saying that.
So he should be gone from the case.
The case should be gone.
It's a silly case because no one was hurt.
And there are plenty of cases for the incompetent, completely politicized attorney general of New York to pursue where people We're hurt.
I mean, what about all the people that were hurt for fraud?
What happened to their, what happened to their case?
Um, the first witness or first main witness for the, uh, for the state turned out to say, I don't recall well over a hundred times to the point where it isn't, there is a question as to whether the person suffers from the Biden disease, dementia.
When you don't remember at all, except maybe occasional convenient facts, maybe your testimony should be stricken from the record?
I mean, at least half.
And half I don't remember.
And then we've got the dispute that something was overvalued.
I believe it was the upper tower.
Of Mar-a-Lago was overvalued because it was the personal residence.
And if people purchased it, I mean, a fair market value would be increased by about $20 million because of the Trump connection celebrity status.
And, uh, that was declined as a, that was listed as fraud.
Now that's crazy.
Uh, celebrity as an asset has been recognized by the courts for 30 years.
There's a very heavy body of law on that.
It is a recognized asset.
It's an asset that you have to calculate with your net worth.
I do.
And I have a press experience with it that's very funny.
When I was running, when I was running for president in 2007 and 2008, it turned out that I got, I had four Yankee championship rings.
I'm happy to tell you which ones.
96, 97, 98, and 2000 against the Mets.
And the press thought they had me.
All the left-wing press, including one reporter who spent his life hating me.
It's always bad when a reporter hates you, because then they lie completely.
Well, he thought he had me.
He also had the theory of it, because he was, by the time he got older, he was like wacky.
The theory was that George Steinbrenner gave me these rings in exchange for Yankee Stadium.
I was going to build him a billion-dollar Yankee Stadium for, you know, thousands of dollars in rings.
Like, right?
I'm not going to take a bribe from anybody.
I'm certainly not going to take rings.
Well, in any event, here's the story.
George Steinbrenner sent me a ring very kindly when the Yankees won in 1996, because I had been a very big fan.
I had been the Yankee number one fan.
I had been the first mayor in a long time to have the courage to say that I was a Yankee fan.
Other mayors played the political bullshit, which is a Yankee hat in front and a Met hat in the back, and they look like what they were, jackasses.
I was a Yankee fan.
I figured I'm a Yankee fan.
I'll tell the Mets fans that, who happen to be a big part of my constituency, by the way, probably got more votes from Mets fans than Yankee fans in the long run, believe it or not.
And I said, they'll respect me because I don't hate the Mets.
I even rooted for the Mets.
Oh, for example, in 73, when they played Oakland in the World Series, my hero was their manager, Yogi Berra.
And so I got these rings.
But here's what happened.
George sent me the ring in 1996.
I sent it back.
And then the Yankees won again, all those times.
Never have won again since then, since I was mayor.
Kind of think of it, attribute that to me.
And all of a sudden, a couple of months after I'm mayor, George gives me a luncheon down in Uh, Tampa, at the beginning of the baseball season, I guess, to get my baseball expertise, and actually to congratulate me as mayor and have the people of Tampa meet me, and at that time I was giving hundreds of speeches.
And, um, he gave me four, uh, three rings.
He gave me every ring but the 96 ring, and he said, I've been keeping these for you.
I did not know that.
And he said, I never told you, I never told anyone.
I never even told Randy, I think he said that, who worked for him and worked for me at one time.
And I said, thank you, George, but I can't accept these.
Even now I've got to pay for it because they'll say that we had a deal, but we didn't.
I said, George, the press is evil, vicious, horrible, and awful.
That doesn't mean we have to hate them.
You're not allowed to hate anybody as Christians.
It just means we have to act accordingly.
Or as they say in the Godfather, Women and children can be careless, but men can't.
Please don't take that the wrong way.
It's just an expression.
So I went and I got them valued at the fair market value.
I paid for them and I pointed out to him I did not have the 96 ring, but I'd be happy to pay for that also, but I didn't have it.
And they thought they sent it to me.
And six months later, they found it.
I paid for all of them.
And my personal assistant, Beth, kept meticulous records.
Thank you, Beth.
And I ran for president and this reporter wrote an article that I got these rings from George as a bribe.
I produced records showing I paid for all after I was mayor.
Should have ended it, right?
No, no.
Here's the question.
Well, you say these rings, let's take an example.
You say this ring is worth $4,000.
That's the fair market value.
And that would have been one of the early ones, one of the cheaper ones.
You say this ring is worth 4,000 or $8,000.
Well, we went and we talked to the collectors and they said a ring from you is really worth about 30,000 because it would be Giuliani's ring.
I said, Oh, I got it now.
You guys are so smart.
So when I like, like, you see this suit I have on, I got this suit at Barney's and I paid $800 for it.
See?
I paid $800.
That's what everybody else pays for.
But now, next time I go buy the suit, I'm going to say, if it's a Rudy Giuliani suit, could it be resold if I put my name in it for more money?
And they might say, oh my goodness, yeah, we could sell it for 10 grand.
So then if I buy suits for me, since somebody might resell them someday, I should pay them three times more money than I pay them.
I should do that with everything.
If I buy a watch, I'm gonna have to go, I don't think, man, I have to take out a loan.
And then I said, you know how stupid you are?
You really are stupid.
Do you realize how it works, or do you not ever read the law?
Here's how it works.
I paid the fair market value for it, and that is exactly what you're supposed to do.
If I should profit from this commercially in some way by reselling it at, let's say, $20,000, there you go, Rob, it'd be capital gains and I'd have to pay capital gains tax on it.
And if I didn't, then I'd be in trouble.
That's the law.
And they finally went away.
But they realized intuitively, stupid though they are, they realized that celebrity has a value.
And what is the value of Trump's celebrity?
Well, you don't know for sure, but it's there and it's big.
People are going to pay more for something that was owned by him than they are somebody owned by me or somebody owned by someone who doesn't have any celebrity.
So my rings now, which if I was going to sell them, Left all to Andrew.
So don't worry.
Nobody's going to get them.
My rings now have a value.
And I guess if I wanted to, I could value them at the fair market value of what they could sell them at.
But I don't have to pay taxes on it unless I sell them.
Or at least so far, unless Biden passes this accumulated wealth, communist, Stalinist, Marxist provision that he's thinking about.
Can't get through the Republican House, believe me.
And I don't know if it would make it in the Supreme Court, by the way.
I don't know if you, I mean, remember, we only have income tax because of a constitutional amendment.
It really isn't constitutional based on the original constitution.
It was supposed to be a very different kind of government, unfortunately.
Adams is where now?
In Mexico?
Trying to convince people he didn't mean it when he begged him to come here?
And he didn't mean it when we were the greatest city for migrants to come to in the world?
That we would be Uber?
I mean, he spent two years.
Could be a million dollars worth of advertising in terms of coverage.
Telling everybody in the migrant world, come to New York, you'll get more and better in New York than any place else.
In fact, we have a right to shelter that nobody else has.
We're going to get you more health care.
We're going to extend education.
We're going to extend education into higher education.
And just for good measure, our city council voted to allow non-citizens to vote.
Nobody else did.
Nobody else is as lawless, but you know, that's Neither here nor there.
But he made New York, like, number one objective for illegal cartel-selected migrants.
And when Abbott started asking, where do you want to go?
He's sending us a hell of a lot less people that want to come here.
Half of them want to come here because of Adams.
Until Adams, we were just another Migrant sanctuary city.
Somewhat accelerated under de Blasio, but not much.
And not at all under Bloomberg.
He's the one who did it.
Now he's going there telling them not to come.
In fact, he tells them to come to the United States, but not New York.
What kind of jerk does that?
Violate the law and come to the United States.
No wonder the White House doesn't want, I mean, between him and Biden, New York has this problem.
Biden initially, because he's opened the borders completely, despite all the lying by Mayorkas and everyone else.
And Adams, because after they come in, he says, come here.
And now we have 120,000 Our budget is completely blown and we're getting, what is it, 6,000 a week?
6,000 more per week so far.
And by the way, the numbers now have gone to record levels.
They introduced their new program about six months ago.
This is their second new program.
Their first new program took the very, very much reduced numbers of Trump.
Beat them and then set a record for more illegal immigration than any other president, not just Trump.
I mean, he's worse than anybody.
You can't even compare him to Trump.
Carter was better.
Obama was better.
Now he's blowing his own records.
He's got even more people coming in.
And just a few weeks ago, just a few weeks ago, he opened the walls.
And now, could we please go over to my Now we have one of the big shifts.
Again, liar-in-chief proves that's him in 20.
There will not be another foot of wall construction in my administration.
And there's liar-mayorkers.
There's presently acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the border.
That means they're building a wall.
20 mile wall.
So could we listen to our inane president at a time in which he might have had a few more brains back in 20 when he defamed me?
But this is not the defamation.
It's a different lie.
There will not be another foot of wall constructed on my administration.
Number one.
Number two, what I'm going to focus on and the fact is that somebody in this group written a lot about the board.
Well, there will not be another foot of wall constructed in my administration.
What is that?
Line number 5,432?
This is one of the more significant ones because it was one of the mainstays of his campaign.
I consider the worst one, of course, when he called me a Russian pawn, but I expect him to have to pay me a great deal of money for that.
And because I'm not a Russian pawn, and he completely lied, and all of his cohorts and co-conspirators ganged up with him to make a conspiracy out of it by getting those 51 failures of intelligence agents.
The same people who brought us Benghazi, the weapons of mass destruction we never could find, that's the people who lied about me and Trump.
You want them back.
See, that's who you get back if you vote, if you stupidly vote for the party of slavery.
So, this is the administration Now, that has changed its mind, so let's play for them.
Let's pray for them. Today's live.
So many of those extremists, those mega extremists, take their marching orders from Donald Trump.
He's only in it for himself.
He's now defending himself in civil actions and criminal actions.
And when do they break with him?
You know, because at some point, you know, maybe there needs to be a formal deprogramming of the cult members.
I mean, this is basically Mayorkas saying that, uh, we're gonna, we're gonna build a wall.
And then, uh, and then do we have, uh, and do we have Corinne?
No, not yet.
Okay, let's play Mayorkas.
...law under the CDC's authority, and we applied immigration law.
But my question is, why did you allow them in the country in the first place?
Why didn't you build, forgive me, a wall or a fence to stop them from walking in this flood of people coming across the dam?
It looks like a highway that allows them to cross the Rio Grande.
It is the policy of this administration.
We do not agree with the building of the wall.
The law provides that individuals can make a claim for humanitarian relief.
That is actually one of our proudest traditions.
So we don't believe in building a wall.
That was until Yesterday or the day before.
Now do we have them saying they're building a wall?
Well, if we don't, I don't want to waste time on that.
Now they're building a wall and he has said it and Biden has tried to say it.
Do we have that too?
But either one of them, let's have either one of them lie to us because they lie together anyway.
There's the liar.
The border wall, the money was appropriated from the border wall.
I tried to get them to re-appropriate, to redirect that money.
They didn't and wouldn't.
And in the meantime, the company that owns the mall, they have to use the money for us to appropriate it.
I can't stop that.
Do you believe the border wall works?
No.
So we're building...
One question on the border wall.
The border wall, the money was appropriated for the border wall.
I tried to get them to re-appropriate it to redirect that money.
They didn't.
They wouldn't.
And in the meantime, there's nothing under the law other than they have to use the money for whatever's appropriate.
I can't stop that.
Do you believe the border walkers?
No.
Okay, thank you.
...about that when he forgave the debt, which he absolutely cannot do.
So what a liar!
What an incredible liar!
He's building the wall for politics because the people in Texas are going nuts, including the Democrats.
I mean, he's not going to get, if this thing keeps up with the border, he's not going to get a vote and he's not going to be able to run.
I mean, the country is undergoing an invasion under Joe Biden.
It is specifically because he has opened the border entirely.
It's absurd the way he's opened the border.
He stopped Governor Abbott from preventing people from coming in.
He uses his border patrol as executive escorts for the illegals, not to prevent them, but to help them come in.
And the people deciding who comes in are the cartels.
And one of the biggest financial recipients here is the country he's most beholden to, China, which is making billions on fentanyl.
So you can't tell me this isn't part of his corruption, among other things, because none of it makes any sense, other than he was paid off.
None of it.
Whether he's paid off by the cartels as well, or through China, I don't know.
But he sure as hell is making the Mexican cartels make the Colombian cartels look small.
They're growing and growing and growing, and with the money they're making on fentanyl, and the unbelievably perverted, disgusting things they're doing to children, Which would bother any other president.
But if you take a good look at Biden, you wonder, maybe not.
And he doesn't close it down?
Look what this jackass did a few weeks ago.
I mean, I would like to show you another piece of this, but I'm not able to.
So, I would like to be able to show you the border Just a few weeks ago before he decided to build a wall.
So if you look at it, what do you see?
You see the doors of the wall, the wall that exists, that Trump built, you see it open.
Come on in!
Do you do that with your house?
When you do that with your house, it's an open house, right?
This is, okay, the Giuliani house is an open house today.
Or the Pelosi house is an open house.
I don't know if the Pelosi, well, you'd have to get past the gates, the guards, the special ones that are in San Francisco for that somehow didn't react when a husband got attacked, unfortunately.
But there, I mean, there, there, that's the wall.
And that's one of the walls in Texas, just nice and wide open.
Now let's take a look at this.
That's another look at another part of the wall open in a different way, open from the top.
Nice cactus behind there, right?
See that nice cactus in the back?
This is a complete and absolute abdication of responsibility under the Constitution of the United States.
This should be an exhibit in his impeachment.
Not carrying out the laws of the United States and thereby getting people killed As a result of those walls being open, I guarantee you somebody came through there that will kill someone.
Guaranteed!
Here are some people coming through.
We don't know who they are.
They could be a very nice couple, or there could be fentanyl in those bags.
How do we know?
How do we know?
We have no idea.
Now, for those people coming through there, There are probably four or five hundred people coming through about eight miles away where nobody's looking because they're looking here.
This is what happens.
This is what the cartels do.
They get their high value people over by deception, by, by, uh, faking us out.
And since, uh, and since we want to be faked out, we let ourselves get faked out.
Now it gets really worse.
It gets really worse than this.
I don't know that anybody's really made this point the way they should.
So now they closed the wall.
They closed the wall because of the New York Post catching them.
But the people are still coming in.
They just walk a little further around and the cartel has found a way through the wall in the back, probably paid off to get it, and they're still coming in.
It looks like a nice little family.
It may be a nice little family.
That also could be a borrowed child.
About a 50-50 chance of that.
That could be a child that's borrowed so that these people can make some kind of humanitarian plea.
Most of them are going to claim asylum.
Almost none of them are entitled to asylum.
It's about a 2% rate that works out right.
All these people never got there under Trump.
These people were left in Mexico to be checked out to see if they had a right to come into the United States.
And also to see whether they're carrying fentanyl guns, children for prostitution or child trafficking.
Now that doesn't happen.
So we have even more Biden records.
We have Biden records for overdose deaths of Americans.
We have Biden records for child trafficking.
We have Biden records for fentanyl profits for his friend, China.
And we have Biden records actually right up to the very day of being set in the last two months under his new policy that he started in January that was going to cut down on immigration.
We now have more illegal immigration.
So he's beaten his own record.
He and Mayorkas' new policy, where he supposedly has them check in on the other side of the border, which some do, some don't.
The ones who do, they actually help to come in illegally, and we end up with more people.
Don't you realize he wants this to happen?
Now, he doesn't know, maybe, well, I'm not even going to say that.
Who the hell knows what he knows?
Whoever runs Biden wants this to happen.
Whoever the eminence agrees is, who's behind the curtain?
Maybe that should be our campaign.
Before you vote for Biden, find out who's behind the curtain.
And if you can't find out who's behind the curtain, don't vote for him.
I'm talking about even in the Democratic primary.
You don't vote for the guy who has the curtain around him, right?
I don't get it, and I don't understand how the American people put up with this.
And I really don't understand how the hell any of you could possibly justify a vote for the party of slavery in this upcoming election.
It is the time to throw them out, to require them to become a Love America party, to stop hating our country.
And I guess maybe to make that point, do we have Hillary ready?
Right away?
Okay.
I want you to listen to a spokesperson for the Democrat Party to tell you what she thinks of at least half and what is needed for at least half of America and an increasingly larger percentage of America, I might add.
Shall we play that one more time?
I didn't hear it.
Did you get that?
A deprogramming of the cult members.
I think Hitler was in charge of deprogramming.
Maybe Stalin, huh?
Deprogramming.
Do you realize how dangerous that is?
Do you realize what a sick statement that is?
People who support Trump need to be deprogrammed.
What the left has done to us, what they've done to our country, what they've done to our values, I mean, I don't know.
I can go over so many things.
Trying to get our children to change their gender, mutilating them without telling their parents, allowing anyone to come in that wants to come in, with the cartels controlling who comes in.
Watching record deaths of young Americans and doing nothing about it?
And having a president that took 31 million dollars from our biggest enemy and not even paying attention to it?
I don't know.
Are we going to play that again?
So many of those extremists, those mega extremists, take their marching orders from Donald Trump.
He's only in it for himself.
He's now defending himself in civil actions and criminal actions.
And when do they break with him?
You know, because at some point, you know, maybe there needs to be a formal deprogramming of the cult members.
Yeah, I don't know.
We'll be playing that a lot during the campaign, particularly this last, the deprogramming part.
I mean, she has said some horrible things, and there have been an awful lot of suggestions about her communist leanings and training as a young person.
But this is about as clear as you get that Hillary Clinton is a sick human being.
That is a sick thing to say.
That because somebody supports your opponent, they should be deprogrammed.
But of course, they now, if you're their opponents, they try to put you in prison.
Maybe the worst things they said about the Clintons are true.
What do you think?
I think so.
Let's go slowly, a little at a time.
We'll take a short break and we'll be right back.

I think you're messing with me.
I think you're messing with me.
You want it that way?
No, that's how it's...
All right, and we're back!
Well, you got the Balance of Nature commercial, but now you get the Balance of Nature... Real Life.

And as I said, if you start it now, you can have it with us at night.
When you get down about a week into it, first of all, by then you're going to be feeling great, and you're going to be feeling like doing this!
Well, this happened a couple of days ago.
And it probably, and I used it as an item on my radio show, which is as a bit of a more
New York-oriented audience, because this was a crime that took place in New York.
you But this is a crime that could take place anywhere and have the result that it has if you are so fortunate as to have a Soros-paid-for, crooked, dishonest, communist, nihilist DA.
Now, what does that mean?
What it means is, here's the best way I can illustrate it to you.
Since I governed this city and brought crime down more than any mayor in the history of this city, and more than any mayor in the history of any city, I believe I'm entitled to have an informed and rather authoritative opinion about this.
Because of our progressive mayors, de Blasio and Adams, Who are anything but progressive.
They are progressive in the same way that Biden's disease is progressive.
Biden's disease, dementia, is progressive.
You continue to become less and less cognizant and aware.
You have fewer and fewer brain cells.
It's inevitable.
And eventually you can't speak or think or remember at all.
That will happen to him if he lives long enough.
And it could happen to him before the election.
So, the progressives and the DAs bring you a city that looks like this.
Could we show the machete-wielding professor, Shalene Rodriguez, threatening a Post reporter, Reuven Fenton, in May?
That is a machete that she has up against her neck.
She threatened to chop him with it.
And she has been fired. This was very, Very, very.
This was very close.
She was fired from her job at Hunter College.
This woman was teaching people.
The city hired her.
This maniac woman with the machete was teaching people.
And, um, now she received a sentence.
No jail.
Not only that, a criminal record will be wiped out if she doesn't try to kill somebody in the next year.
I mean, she could probably, in fact, she'll probably get wiped out if she doesn't kill somebody.
Just doing this.
This is nothing.
They let her plead to a misdemeanor of menacing.
My goodness.
God, this has got to be like assault in the first or second degree or you want to get really tough attempted murder.
And she's teaching again.
She's teaching again.
If she stays out of trouble for a year, She remains getting her counseling at the Alternative Wellness Collective of Manhattan, which you know is probably made up of career criminals like her, who are just doing phony counseling.
She'll get away with it completely.
This is, this is unbelievable.
But this is America today in Democrat cities.
cities.
So if you want to continue to have that happen, if you want to continue to have this happen.
Okay.
I want to continue to have this happen right here.
Keep voting for the party of slavery like they do in Chicago and New York.
It's a Pavlovian response.
Pavlov was a great psychiatrist who did an experiment with dogs and proved that you can teach them to have an automatic response.
I love dogs.
I think even smart dogs could overcome a Pavlovian response.
In fact, they do.
Apparently, Democrats in controlled, corrupt cities, the ones that fix the election, for example, or some of them that fix the election, are not capable of that, or of accepting the fact that they're living in what is closer to a dictatorship.
Because they don't really get to decide.
Like these judges, like this silly person on the bench now, who thinks that Mar-a-Lago is worth $18,000 and has to put on makeup for the cameras or makes up a smile or whatever the hell he does.
Can't wait for the cameras to come into the courtroom.
And tells us he can't put his feelings aside.
I mean, what is he, a poet?
He can't put his feelings aside?
He's a judge.
No, he's not.
He's a selection of the Democratic Party machine.
He is the selection of the Democratic Party leader, and nothing more than that.
When you see a judge sitting on the Supreme Court of New York, in Democrat-controlled New York, the four boroughs that are complete Democrat dictatorships, every judge is selected by the county leader, he's put on the ballot, and he's assured of election.
This guy got 90% of the vote.
Might have been more than Putin got.
So when Donald Trump tells you he's a political hack, he's 100% right.
You think he's elected.
He's not elected.
He's selected by the Democratic Party boss of that borough.
I'm not saying that all Democratic Party bosses are criminals.
I do have experience putting them in jail.
I don't say they're all criminals.
But there's a lot of corruption in New York.
A lot.
I'll give you a big picture of it.
How could the New York budget, with only 8 million people, be more than the budget of the entire state of Florida, with 21 million people?
We do more for our people than Florida?
That much more?
Or do we steal a lot more?
And how about the budget of our state?
Budget of our state is two and a half times, almost two and a half times Florida.
That's because we spend $600 million for COVID tests that are worth $300 million.
So Kathy Hochul can get a $300 million contribution illegally.
Because the same COVID test cost California only $300 million.
But Gavin Newsom didn't need the kickback.
She did.
Nobody prosecuted her for it.
But I know about it.
Which is why I can be very, very helpful to you in getting you the truth.
Because the one thing I do know, Unfortunately, because I learned it from the time I was a very young prosecutor.
I know the worst part of this city and the worst part of this city and the thing that doesn't allow it to get itself out of trouble is one party domination.
Completely crooked political party.
It's been that way for a long time.
And it's sad because you look at Chicago, if anybody should know it in Chicago, Then they had a choice between two Democrats and they picked the worst one.
And wow, and the city's gotten worse.
Well, there was also a killing and there's a lot of, uh, and a terrible one.
of a gentleman named Ryan Carson, who is an activist of some kind, an activist in many different areas.
So there are lots of, you know, lots of allegations about how and why he was killed.
You know, everybody trying to attribute political motives to it.
The New York Post today did an editorial that could have been done by a criminologist like me, He got killed for the same reason that all these people are being killed, for the same reason the little old lady gets thrown on the subway train tracks for no reason, or the little old man gets hit over the head with a bat for no reason, or they go into the stores and steal everything and nobody does anything, because we don't have war anymore in New York.
This is not a city of war and order.
It's not a city of war, it's not a city of order, it's not a city of order, it's not a city of law.
They rejected my... De Blasio rejected most of my programs, but Bratton kept them in effect for a while without telling him, and then it went really downhill, and now under Adams it's a disaster.
It's a disaster.
So I don't know.
There's no political thing here.
This is a death caused by the Democrat Party and their policies, their policy of raise the age, which means if a 17 or 16 year old commits a serious crime, you cannot treat them as an 18 year old.
You have to hide the crime, let them out, let them out quickly so they can commit a bunch more crimes before they become 18 and we can put them in jail.
They get a whole bunch of crimes for free and they commit them.
There are about 7,000 people on the street that when I was mayor would be in jail.
This is just one of them you're going to see in a minute.
This also happens because when they get caught, they let out right away, like the one I showed you with the machete.
She's going around looking for somebody else to machete.
And finally, we let all the people who are mentally disturbed out of institutions, and we have no services for them.
And we have no institutions.
And we have no laws that can force them back in it because the liberals don't want it.
And then they complain that the mentally disturbed commit crimes of violence.
And all this stuff about gun control, when you have these mass murders, it's always the person who's mentally disturbed.
The gun isn't mentally disturbed.
The person is.
The reason the person is out is because of the liberals, and because they let the mental institutions... Every time you drive into New York, you pass, I think it's Goldwater Hospital.
You know how many beds there are in there for mentally ill people?
Thousands!
De Blasio and Cuomo didn't know they had those beds when COVID took place, because they don't pay attention to governing, they pay attention to other things.
I had to tell them.
They never used them, of course.
Cuomo wanted to make sure that the nursing homes got their fair share of people to kill.
So did Murphy, that woman in Michigan who wants to be president.
She's gonna catch her in that one.
That's a vicious thing.
Now, I know Cuomo's reason.
Follow the money.
His biggest contributor, nursing home industry.
They'd have lost a lot of money if those people died somewhere else.
I know, hard to believe, right?
You got a prosecutor's background, you can figure all these things out.
You smell it.
Now, I'm gonna show you, I'm gonna show you the murder of Mr. Carson that took place last weekend in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
They were coming home from a wedding.
They were coming home from a wedding on one island, and they were sitting there.
It looks to me like they were sitting there just talking things over.
So if you look down at my screen, you'll see one.
They're sitting there kind of collecting their thoughts.
It looks like when they got off the bus or the train, right?
So, and then they start walking and this man approaches them.
This man, this man approaches them and he is, um, he's yelling or saying things like, what the F are you looking at?
And then he says, I don't know exactly when he says, I'll kill you.
But you see there, here, right there, he's there.
This is when he starts talking to them.
And then this is when number four here gets a little cloudier.
There you see him.
There's Mr. Carson.
This is when he's yelling, what the F are you looking at?
At that point, Mr. Carson, quite nobly, puts himself in front of his girlfriend.
You see that?
He puts his body...
in front of his girlfriend and uses, and I gather Mr. Carson is a mild-mannered man, I think from what I hear, and he does what I used to say would be the mistake if he used only social workers for domestic violence.
He says to him, you know, stay calm, calm down, you know, kind of like use your words, you say, that kind of thing.
Having grown up on the streets and having gone to high school, Just about eight blocks from here.
And having walked through these streets when they were starting to go bad, I would tell him, not the right response.
But he does.
He says, calm down.
To which the guy says, I'll kill you.
To which he says, chill, chill.
Ain't gonna work.
Chill, chill.
He tries now to run away.
Although you don't really see him running.
I don't see him running away.
I uploaded a video if you want to play it after this.
And he stabs him.
Stabs him.
Stabs him.
There you see him, the number 8.
Full face on.
You see him running away.
You see his wonderful, beautiful, lovely girlfriend.
Holding him in his arms.
I mean, it's hard to even look at.
It's hard to even look at.
She left him a note.
I'll read it to you.
Okay.
She left him a note.
She found it on her phone afterwards.
He left her a note rather.
And I guess, um, I don't think he knew he was going to die.
When you get right down to it, all I want is to love Claudia more than she's ever been loved.
Which is frankly all she's ever deserved.
She says, I found this note in Ryan's phone.
He did.
She wrote in the post, it was later made private.
I'm sorry.
I invaded their privacy.
I didn't see that at the end and read that, but I don't know.
That is quite beautiful.
And, um, All I can tell you is I wish this were a very, very isolated incident.
I wish for his family and for her some peace.
I wish for my city that you stop this.
I sit here knowing, I'm going to sound awfully arrogant, this would not have happened if I were the mayor of New York City.
It makes me feel terrible.
A man came up to me a couple of weeks ago.
And he said to me, how does it feel that everything you did is ruined?
I thought for a minute that he was a wise guy.
I probably was going to say, you know, something.
I looked at him.
He had a tear in his eye.
He looked terrible.
Instead, I grabbed him and I hugged him.
And I said, I can only tell you you're right.
And I feel as terrible as you do.
I wish I could tell you I wasn't right.
You have no idea how much I wish I could tell you that.
Nothing to do with politics.
I love this city.
And I did what I did because I love this city.
And I love this city so much I've got to tell the people of this city the truth.
You're not living in an American city.
You should not have to have that happen regularly.
You shouldn't have stores that have to lock toothpaste behind gates.
I mean, I saw that in Latin American third world countries when I was trying to fix crime there.
Not in my America.
My New York, your New York.
Stupid idiot mayor is in Mexico.
These people are here because he's a numbskull.
He can't even get help from his own president?
No, his own president wouldn't help him anyway, but his own president and the people around him look at him as a numbskull too.
And he looks at them as a numbskull.
You know, they're both right.
You know who's wrong?
You are.
The people who voted for them.
Will you stop this Pavlovian Democrat voting?
The party is rotten from the top.
And it's getting deeper.
It's like when they say the FBI is now the Biden police.
And they say, but it's not the regular FBI agents.
That's true.
But it's a lot more than just a few people because they got to carry out the orders, don't they?
And when they put those sort of stormtrooper outfits on to go arrest people for trespass or for being Catholic, You start to wonder, when do people exercise their own judgment?
This country is in terrible, terrible trouble.
And what I just showed you is one of a million reasons why.
And these are things that happen that don't have to happen.
They happen because we elected Biden.
The fentanyl deaths don't have to happen.
It cut them down.
Substantially.
A single person in Ukraine needs to be dead because of a Russian invasion that would not have happened.
He did not elect a man who did everything he could do to tell you not to vote for him.
And the sick media covered up for him, I think, in a criminal conspiracy.
I think hiding the hard drive was a criminal conspiracy.
Don't know that I can sue all of them, but I certainly am suing Biden.
And it's a shame that I'm the only one to stand up to Biden.
Shame!
It's a shame that I'm the only one that brought it out.
It's a shame that I'm the only one who brought out the hard drive.
But it was a great thing to do.
But we need allies.
We need We need men and women of guts and courage and we've got them.
We've got them.
I know we've got them.
But we gotta speak up.
I mean, that Congress of ours.
How do they live in Washington with him?
Didn't he have trouble saying wall today?
We didn't get that piece.
I saw one piece today where he couldn't say wall.
He couldn't remember that he was talking about the wall.
So one question on the border wall.
The border wall, the money was appropriated for the border wall.
I tried to get them to re-appropriate it, to redirect that money.
They didn't.
They wouldn't.
And in the meantime, there's nothing under the law other than they have to use the money for what is appropriate.
I can't stop that.
Do you believe the border wall hurts?
No.
Okay, thank you.
The border walls work, he says no.
He can do nothing about it.
He can give away money and forgive debt that Nancy Pelosi says is unconstitutional and illegal.
But he can't stop the border wall, which he believes doesn't work and is a waste of money.
So if it doesn't work and it's a waste of money, why is he doing it?
He's doing it!
Why?
why can't the
He gives an A to today's class.
Ted gets an X. He hasn't done anything.
He hasn't said anything.
No, the truth is there's a connection.
There is, and I think that's very sharp.
There's a connection between the two things.
They're slightly different things in terms of policy, but they have the same motivation.
So he knows he can't forgive that.
Presidents have the power.
Congress has to do that.
Nancy Pelosi told him that a year ago.
But he forgives it anyway.
Oh, and the Supreme Court has found it unconstitutional in the meantime.
I forgot that.
But he does it anyway.
Because it'll get him votes.
Like, they'll do anything to get votes.
Like, not count the votes correctly.
I mean, I don't know how you don't realize.
That would be the only thing they didn't do.
In order to cheat.
And the Democrat Party, historically, is known for cheating in elections.
It would be the only thing they didn't do.
They tried to frame him four times.
They, they, uh, they covered up the hard drive that had more evidence of crimes than any evidence I've ever seen.
They got, uh, attorney general Barr to hide it for them for a year, which has to be a crime in and of itself.
Now they, now, now Barr is a hero on because he's another criminal.
They got all the perjurers on there.
Well, the FBI perjurers go to CNN.
I mean, it's a good place to be because you just lie on CNN.
And people who hide material evidence.
Now, nobody, nobody, not a Republican, not a Democrat, not a reporter asked Barr, why did you hide the hard drive?
Why did you not step forward when Biden said that Giuliani and Trump were working for the Russians and say, we know that's not true?
We determined that seven months ago.
But why does Barr not come forward and say that?
Why does he conceal it?
So that they can carry out their criminal conspiracy of rigging the election?
By depriving the American people of highly relevant information?
Then they want to know, well, why did Trump not listen to Barr when Barr said that the election was straight and he investigated?
Because he knew Barr was a liar, proven liar.
He'd have been stupid to listen to Barr.
I would have been stupid to listen to Barr.
I know Barr told the U.S.
attorneys not to investigate.
And I wasn't shocked by that time because I knew he sat on the hard drive.
Well, I guess he didn't sit on it because there wouldn't be a hard drive if he sat on it.
Well, that's right, Mayor.
This is a fact.
This is the fastest hour on the internet.
We've entered soccer time.
Navy, what's something that our audience can work on this weekend that maybe you want them to be prepared for going into next week?
Well, next week, I think, you know, we're going to bring them more information about
the mounting proof that the election of 2020 was filled with fraud.
And we're going to do it so that we build up the desire and enthusiasm for volunteering
to prevent it from happening again.
Because in some states, the laws have been passed to do that.
In some, they have not.
Some of the states are as vulnerable and as crooked and as Democrat-controlled as they were then, with the same cast of crooked characters.
And there's only one way right now, because other things can... The only way I can judge a poll is as follows.
If the election were held today, Trump would win.
The only way Trump would lose is if they cheated.
I think Trump is winning by enough right now.
might be beyond the cheating margin.
Now, I admit, I thought Philadelphia and Pennsylvania were behind, were beyond the cheating margin.
Every statistician that I questioned said it was.
Statisticians said that what they did in Pennsylvania is statistically impossible.
Of course, what they did is make up ballots.
Which they would never let us see.
And the reason they cordoned off the Republicans in all the crooked Democrat states is so they'd never see the paper.
I think we look today at testimony of an expert who said that had he been allowed to examine the paper, he could have definitively determined whether or not it was phony paper.
But neither Pennsylvania nor Georgia would ever allow anyone to look at the paper.
Which tells you that the governor of Georgia and the attorney general are conspirators in it, which is why we never listen to them.
Well, I would like you to just start thinking about if you would go get 51 intelligence agents and get them to sign a letter accusing People of Russian collusion, Russian earmarks, of Russian disinformation.
When you knew it was untrue because the FBI had already looked at all this.
Aren't you the same kind of people that would fix an election?
Why are you so surprised that there's all this evidence that they fixed an election?
If you're the kind of people that would pay 1.1 million dollars to try to frame Donald Trump with a charge that was completely untrue that Hillary Clinton paid for.
Why wouldn't you fix an election?
And why did Hillary tell Biden never to concede in 2020?
Because she knew we're only going to stop counting when you win.
Well, so start doing a little thinking about that.
We will be back with you on Sunday at 10 on wabcradio.com with Dr. Maria.
I'm covering the truth, always very lively and very focused.
And then we'll be back on three o'clock on wabcradio.com.

We're going to be on Twitch.
So you have a good weekend.
And two things.
May the soul of Dit Barkas rest in peace.
Awful lot of quarterbacks are resting in peace right now.
Man, did that guy do damage.
And I, of course, was a giant fan, but admired his ability to play middle linebacker.
Our great middle linebacker, of course, was Sam Huff and then Harry Carson.
And that was a great position.
They almost don't have that position anymore.
They go with like, spread around linebackers.
I think LT sort of changed the position and made it a more versatile position.
I do think, I sometimes notice that without the middle linebacker, you're more susceptible sometimes to the run up the middle.
Because if the, if the, They now play a four-man line much more often.
But the Giants used to play a three-man... And for a lot of years Chicago, I think, might have invented it.
The three-man line and the four-man... The four linebackers.
One linebacker sort of being like a semi-defensive end.
And I thought that made you much more flexible, but... I would say it is probably...
And Ted is a bigger football fan than I am.
I would say it's probably just accepted that he was the best middle linebacker, right?
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
even the
I think he was number 51.
Buck is Nitschke with Green Bay.
Harry Carson with the Giants, the two Super Bowl teams.
And of course the greatest linebacker of all times.
And the greatest defensive player of all times.
No doubt about it, LT.
Without a doubt.
The great Lawrence Taylor.
Made it into a different game.
LT changed defensive football.
And I'll explain that anytime you want.
We'll be back next week.
Enjoy football this weekend.
God bless America.
Our purpose to bring to bear the principle of common sense and rational discussion to the issues of our day.
America was created at a time of great turmoil, tremendous disagreements, anger, hatred, It was a book written in 1776 that guided much of the discipline of thinking that brought to us the discovery of our freedoms, of our God-given freedoms.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense, written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers, in which Thomas Paine explained, by rational principles, the reason why these small colonies felt the necessity to separate From the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom adheres in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country.
A country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate to be Americans.
But a great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we're able to reason.
We're able to talk.
We're able to analyze.
We are able to apply our God-given common sense.
