America's Mayor Live (E249): Mayor Rudy Giuliani Sues Joe Biden For Defamation

Hello!
Welcome to America's Mayor Live, and here we are back in New York City.
I say it with a little more reluctance because each day it becomes less the New York City I remember than it used to be.
The mayor is not here this week.
The question is, is that good or bad?
When de Blasio left, it was always fabulous.
Things worked a lot better when he wasn't here than when he was here.
The question right now is, is Adams worse or better than de Blasio?
And it's a close question.
On style, he's better.
He makes much better promises.
He, every once in a while, comes up with the right answer.
But on performance, even when he comes up with the right answer, he rarely effectuates it.
And if it involves anything tough or any kind of tough political decision, he runs the other way and hides behind Governor Hochul, who is usually there a little bit before him.
And I'm talking really about the whole situation at the border, about which they have been pathetic.
And New York has a massive border problem like the rest of America.
Not as bad as the border states, obviously, like Texas, but much worse than most other states that are remote from it, states with a big city like Illinois or Pennsylvania or whatever.
It has a much worse situation because our mayor invited them here with a massive, really, advertising effort of his own, talking about how wonderful it would be to come to New York which does more illegal things for you than any other city, much more of a special sanctuary city than others.
New York will give you more money, New York will give you a right to shelter, New York will give you more health benefits, New York will give you more educational benefits, and New York just really welcomes immigrants As if these people were the same people as the people who came over and went to Ellis Island, having waited on line, filled out the papers, been investigated, often were held for 30 days because of suspicion of disease or any other kind of suspicion, and when they came here were registered, taken account of,
Required to pay taxes and sure the hell had to work or they wouldn't get any money.
They cost the current American citizens of the day nothing and they contributed mightily.
Mr. Adams, that is not the present illegal immigration situation.
And if you think it is, you're too damn unrealistic to be a leader.
This is a situation where the best you can say is that the level of people coming in are heavily dependent.
The jobs that you want to obtain for them are not jobs that cannot be done by Americans.
We have a whole group of Americans who have never gone back to work, and maybe these jobs that you want created for the illegal should be given to them.
In fact, maybe the ones on welfare should be required to do them in order to get welfare, as I did when I did Workfare.
So you've complicated this thing way beyond what it has to be.
It is true.
This problem wouldn't exist if Donald Trump was still the president because we did not have this level of immigration.
In fact, this problem wouldn't exist if Mr. Jones were president because we've never had this problem before.
Make no mistake about it, President Biden has set records.
And when they say that set records, even though it's a terrible record to set, people kind of almost think, oh boy, he set a record, but they don't focus on what the record is.
Like if you set records in Philadelphia for more murders than ever before in the history of Philadelphia, as they have since Biden has been president.
And we have a Soros GA and a progressive, progressive, uh, A mayor, that's a bad thing.
See, it's bad for people to be murdered.
When we have our weekly, a weekend slaughter of people in Chicago, that's a bad thing.
We don't make note of it.
We ignore it because it happens under Democrat mayors and Soros-selected DAs.
Although it has been happening under non-Soros-selected DAs but Democratic mayors for 55 years.
So, I don't know that this country has ever had a president that has set as many bad records as this one.
Particularly in the area of public safety and crime.
No border, which leads to record number of overdose deaths.
Another disaster for us.
Young Americans being killed at numbers greater than most of our wars because our door is left wide open and anyone that wants to come in is allowed to come in.
And there are very, very dangerous, hostile groups in this world.
That either want to profit off the United States illegally or destroy us.
And we are not protected against any of them with regard to our border or the protection is so minimal.
It does not deter them from coming over in large, large numbers because the risk reward under Biden is reward and very little risk.
And it isn't just Biden.
It's baked into the administration.
So were Biden to be replaced by a person with a brain, and assuming that person with a brain, like one of the people advising him, we'd have the same thing.
I mean, you could attribute Biden's policies to his... Do you call dementia a mental illness?
I don't know if it's a mental illness or a mental condition, but it's the same thing.
The fact is he doesn't have a brain that's operating.
But there are brains or a brain operating somewhere that makes these decisions.
We could speculate if it's a little committee of people or a person.
And the thing that's extraordinary is their decisions are irrational, dangerous, anti-American, and in some cases, homicidal.
You wonder, who's making them?
Who is it?
Who's making these decisions?
Who's deciding that you take out troops before civilians, so the civilians who helped us and our own people can get slaughtered by terrorists?
That takes a pretty stupid person to decide that, or a person with some very, very bad motives.
I mean, who's deciding that you should just forgive loans?
And take the money from one group that you don't like and give it to another group that you do like because you're trying to buy their votes.
Sounds like the decline and fall of the Roman Empire, right?
Bread and circuses.
Let's see, I need to keep people happy.
We'll have games and we'll give out food and we'll give out trinkets and we'll give out jewelry.
Or in Biden's case, we will illegally forgive loans.
It's already been determined to be illegal by the Supreme Court, but he went ahead and did it again this week because it has to be apparent by now that the law means nothing to the Democrats.
You have an anti-policy announcing that the president cannot forgive loans because it is illegal and unconstitutional.
And then you have President Biden doing it on a major scale.
You have it reversed by the Supreme Court and now you have him doing it again.
If we don't have a president that operates within constitutional bounds, We stopped being a country of laws.
The laws don't mean anything.
The laws only mean something if they're followed and respected.
To the extent those laws are violated without consequence, then we slowly deteriorate into something other than a republic, a country of laws, a democracy.
And if enough of those laws are violated and significant enough to become a fascist country, we're there.
All you have to do is look at the trial going on in New York of Donald Trump, and we're a fascist country.
The leading opponent of the president of the United States is now on trial, brought by a woman who is a leading member of his political party, who won election On the ticket of his political party was, frankly, the promise that she'd persecute him.
Because when you say, elect me and I'll go get him, and you don't even point out what you're going to go get him for, you're dealing with persecution.
This was a prosecution in search of an excuse.
of a crime.
They couldn't find a crime, so they created some kind of a silly, extended, crazy definition of fraud without anyone being hurt, which no one's ever really heard of before, at least not with this kind of action being taken.
When you consider how many people have been defrauded, and we could use the help of Letitia James's incompetent office, You would have to say it's a crime in and of itself to be using your resources on something like this.
But the only solace to that is Letitia James' office is so bad it can't really even help you.
Its level of legal ability has for many, many years, and on the different attorneys general, been something that in federal court was kind of I'm going to say not respected very heavily.
I remember the judge that I clerked for used to, every time he'd see a case with the attorney general would say, my God, we're going to have to do the lawyering for them.
They don't have, they don't have any lawyers and they would come in and make fools out of themselves, which is why they settle most cases and don't go to trial.
Um, I haven't been able to watch the performance of the, lawyers from her office, in this case, because the judge is such a clown, he has taken over the entire circus.
I mean, he's like, what are they called?
The ringmaster, right?
And the guy in the middle who points to the elephants in one place and the monkeys in another and the high trapeze artists in another and then he makes jokes that aren't funny and he laughs at himself.
This guy is like a combination of ringmaster and Claribel the Clown.
I'm going to ask Ted to get us a picture sometime tonight because we need a good laugh of Claribel smiling.
I just love that smile.
It's really fabulous.
Only thing he's missing is a Kamala Harris cackle, which now that I've mentioned it, you may hear tomorrow.
But just all I will say about that case is very simple.
It's a major fraud case.
in which not a single person lost money, and it's fraud without a victim.
One would think fraud without a victim is one that you should leave alone, since there are so many cases of fraud with victims that are not helped every year in New York, that to do that is to abdicate your responsibility as Attorney General.
Well, you know, all throughout, from the very beginning, when I first brought out Biden's criminality, which would be, I first discovered it in December of 2017, I believe it was, and I first brought it out in December of 2018, or it might be 18, Might be 18 and 19 now that I think of it.
I'll go back and check that.
But in any event, since I first brought it out, of course, I've been the subject of increasing left-wing... I get, you know, it feels to me like I'm exaggerating and whining if I say persecution.
But if I don't describe it correctly, unless I tell you persecution, I mean, it's when I first started representing Donald Trump that they went, got a warrant, and without telling me, seized my iCloud account and held it without telling me for two, two and a half years.
And so they gave it back to me after I stopped representing Donald Trump, which said everything I need to know about how illegal and how terrible their motives are, because They really were using me at the beginning as a vehicle to spy on the President of the United States.
And what about the FBI?
They will not, have not given me the warrant, an affidavit that demonstrates the probable cause they had for it.
Because somehow that probable cause disappeared after a four or five year investigation where they found no probable cause that I committed a crime.
What happened to the probable cause they started with?
Did it went up in the air?
It's Kaikomi probable cause.
Call lies.
We have an affidavit from a very well-respected whatever.
We have not an affidavit, we have a dossier.
That looks like a feature article in National Enquirer written by a guy who hasn't been to Russia, and it's about Russia, for 17 years.
And we're going to take away people's personal rights based on it because we want to frame Trump.
That's what it was.
But in all this time, it's always Hunter.
Everybody's after Hunter.
They want to indict Hunter.
They want to do things like hold him responsible because he's a felon who buys a gun and gets away with it.
He launders three million with a clear document referred by the Latvian government saying it's a crime with all the proof and for four years he gets away with it.
He's been able to evade taxes in the multiple millions and a very helpful fellow A citizen of Delaware has let the statute of limitations run so he can keep all that money.
But still, he's the focus.
The focus of this is not Hunter.
If it is, it would be a terrible injustice.
The focus of this is Joe Biden.
He's the capo di tutti capi.
That's boss of bosses.
He's the top.
He's the top of the racketeering chain, right here, because all the money flows up to him.
Now, I'm guessing at that, right?
No.
I'm inferring that from the facts of the case.
I could.
It'd be a justifiable, arguably airtight inference from all of the facts, but you don't have to do that because you have it in writing.
You have the thing that the Democrats and the crooked, lying, pathetic anti-American media constantly repeats as the script of the day.
It's been the script of the day now for a month.
What is that?
Let's see if we can remember it, ladies and gentlemen.
It's, there is no evidence against Joe Biden.
There is no evidence against Joe Biden.
There is no evidence against Joe Biden.
Then what the hell is the text of January 3, 2019, that says that for 30 years, I give 50% of my income to POP.
that for 30 years, I give 50% of my income to POP, I'm required to, and pay all the expenses of the family.
What is that if it isn't evidence?
A bunch of words?
Well, that's what evidence usually is, a bunch of words called testimony.
That would be an exhibit at trial.
That would testify for itself.
And it would be very admissible because it's the statement of a co-conspirator.
It would be an admission.
And then you put a hundred of those in evidence or a thousand, and you have a very, very strong overpowering case.
That one's a pretty good start, better than probably 90% of the convictions that we get in America.
Yet the American press, corrupt that it is, ignores it.
And nobody goes after Biden, not even our members of Congress.
The Republicans rather get rid of McCarthy.
And the Democrats would rather sit by and laugh and clap and vote in ways that make fools out of the Republicans, who do a pretty good job of it themselves.
Meanwhile, nobody does anything about Biden.
Coomer tries, but it's hard for one man to do it.
Jordan tries, but they haven't nailed him yet.
Well, finally, somebody nailed him.
And isn't it appropriate that the person who nailed him is the person basically solely responsible for getting out the criminal allegations against him.
Otherwise you never would have heard of them.
And, uh, very largely responsible for getting out the hard drive.
In fact, there's a good chance that never would have been a hard drive disclosed if it weren't for that person.
And that's me because yesterday I filed a lawsuit against him.
I used it to put my coffee on top of, so you'll see that it's somewhat wrinkled.
It wasn't a bad cup of coffee.
But this indictment is actually a very simple legal case, given the fact that we have so many complicated ones.
It's nice to be able to explain a very simple one to you.
This is a case of defamation and libel.
Because one person, namely Joseph Biden, lied about another person with facts that are extraordinarily damaging to the other person's reputation, which caused that other person serious economic injury and emotional injury and did great damage to his reputation.
That's what the crime of defamation, slander, libel, that's what it's all about.
And here is the statement.
It was made in an enormously prominent position, probably the most prominent place to defame in America that year, the most prominent platform in which to defame.
And that was the presidential debate in October of 2020.
of 2020. And Joseph Biden, in what appears to be pretty clearly an orchestrated hit,
a deliberate premeditated defamation, said, buddy, which I assume is the way he was referring to
Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, that's me, the plaintiff in this case, he is being used as a
Russian pawn.
He is being fed information that is Russian.
That is not true.
Well, that's right.
The whole thing is not true.
Then he goes on later to betray the conspiracy that is behind this and the deliberate nature of this devastating, it's called defamation per se.
It means you need no more proof that it's damaging because the charge of being a Russian pawn is self-explanatory in terms of defamation.
You have defamation per se and defamation per quad.
Defamation per se is defamation on its face.
He's a murderer.
He's a Russian pawn.
He's a con man. Or he got money from that person.
Thank you.
But did he get it legally or illegally?
Now we need more facts to fill it in.
If the facts that you fill in are illegal, then it's perquat.
This is per se and perquat, because it's very, very damaging in and of itself.
And then when you fill in more facts, it becomes even more damaging.
And therefore, it is recoverable, meaning the person who is harmed by this very damaging lie is entitled to recover what that person lost as a result of this in monetary terms.
And the one difficulty with a case like this is the fact that I'm a public figure.
As a public figure, I have to prove more intent than, let's say, you would if you're not a public figure, and the same thing was said about you.
You would just have to prove that the person was wrong and that he had basic knowledge of what he was saying.
I have to prove that he was wrong and that he, in essence, knew he was wrong.
Or, make it easy, I have to prove that he was lying, which is easily done.
With the second allegation, because this was not just a off-the-cuff statement that could have been negligent.
This was planned when he said, hey, look, there are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what this he is accusing me of is a Russian plant They have said that this has all the character.
Four or five former heads of the CIA, both party, say what he is saying is a bunch of garbage.
Nobody believes it except his and his good friend Rudy Giuliani.
So that refers to the effort in the two days prior to the debate to set this up, conducted by Anthony Blinken, Then his unethical, slimy campaign operative, now unfortunately and tragically our very flawed Secretary of State, who organized the letter that was a pack of lies.
And each and every one of them knew it was a pack of lies because none of them did anything to check on who or what this was.
They were told what to write and subscribe to the lies.
The question is, will we sue them?
That's a good question.
Should we play the tape?
Yes, let's play the tape, but the point that I'm making is we're the first one that's had the What do you want to call it?
To go up against Biden?
Everybody else avoids Biden.
Everyone else avoids him.
It's about time that the guy who orchestrated all these wrongs, had all of these people die because of his incompetence, and who destroys reputations as if they're his to destroy, it's time that he pay.
And we'll discuss that in a moment.
And now let's listen to the liar in chief.
We are in a situation where we have foreign companies, countries trying to interfere in the outcome of
our election.
His own National Security Advisor told him that what is happening with his buddy,
well I won't, I shouldn't, oh I will, his buddy Rudy Giuliani, he's being used as a Russian pawn.
He's being fed information that is Russian, that is not true.
And then what happens? Nothing happens.
And he couldn't really quite finish a sentence.
He had to change it in the middle.
It doesn't make any sense.
When, um, when the lawyers, um, when the lawyers who, who, um, who wrote up the, um, who wrote this up, wrote it, you'll notice in here, there are a lot of six S-I-C.
That, that is done.
Lawyers are particularly, uh, good at doing that.
I think they, they, they glory in doing it.
I think that Lou and Bill had a great time putting the six in because it shows you're smarter than the other guy.
That's where you put in indications of grammatical errors or spelling errors.
Biden's speeches, Biden's have more sixes than they have words.
But this may not have been, when you watch him and you look at him, he wasn't as bad then, was he?
Can we get out the most recent one today?
Yes.
Can we get out the one in which he's trying to... Let's do the second one.
Let's do the second one, but then later let's play the one where he's trying to give out, you know, something like balanceofnature.com, where he's trying to give out a website and he can't do it.
And take a look at the difference between then and now, because that's the difference between how much closer he is to really just going bottom.
He makes reference to the mayor.
Look, there are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what this he's accusing me of is a Russian plant.
They have said that this is has all the care for five former heads of the CIA, both parties say what he's saying is a bunch of garbage.
Nobody believes it except his and his good friend Rudy Giuliani.
You mean the laptop is now another Russia, Russia, Russia hoax?
That's exactly what it's called.
Is this where you're going?
This is where he's going.
The laptop is Russia, Russia, Russia.
Gentlemen, I want to stay on the issue of race.
You have to be kidding.
Here we go again with Russia.
We're going to continue on the issue of race.
Mr. President, you've described the Black Lives Matter movement as a symbol of hate.
I don't know, you need a bigger liar than that?
I mean, what does the guy have to do to pay?
To pay in terms of justice, either to the government for the harms that he's done to us, private individuals like me, for the harm that those words did.
That's a signal to all of the corporate Uh, backside lickers, uh, to cut off contracts, to, uh, not do business with my consulting firm, my law firm, to, um, ban me on television, which he wrote.
In fact, um, I wonder if I shouldn't sue him for this when he, when he got, when he, when he got into the campaign, he wrote a letter to all the networks telling them to ban me.
Pretty extraordinary.
They did a letter like that recently, right, where the administration started instructing the press on what to do because the press is really an unofficial agency of the United States government.
It no longer exists as a free press.
It's quite obvious when you read the New York Times that it is not a free press.
And then when you see the same exact words Used for weeks and weeks and weeks.
It was debunked.
That was the first charges against him.
Everyone used the same word.
So when they tried to make the impeachment charges against Trump that were false or untrue, it was a quid pro quo, a quid pro quo, a quid pro quo.
The only thing with that is people don't know what we're talking about.
A quid pro quo.
It's a quid pro quo.
It's a quid pro quo.
And then when it turns out they were lying, it wasn't a quid pro quo.
It wasn't a quid pro quo.
It was something else.
It was extortion.
Donald Jr.
is going to be indicted today.
They used to do that one every three weeks in order to get him angry, even though it wasn't true.
It's really, it's really unbelievable how corrupt we've become.
And when they get together, they cancel you and destroy you.
So now we're going to take a short break so we don't get canceled and destroyed.
Okay.
And may I, may I point out to you, ladies and gentlemen, we have a problem here.
We're gonna have to fix it.
The Towers Foundation delivers on its promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and Pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
Sean is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnels to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.

Welcome back, it's Rudy Giuliani, and hopefully we'll have a microphone for Getter quickly, and I'll speak a little louder so that you can pick me up.
So, Miranda Devine today in the New York Post has an article that I want to call to your attention because I feel empathetic with this article.
It seems like this is what I and many Trump supporters, and certainly Donald Trump, have gone through.
What I'm talking about is the torture that they inflicted the Los Angeles Dodgers on Trevor Bauer, who was alleged to have assaulted, I guess assault would be the word, sexually assaulted a young woman named Lindsay Hill.
Who comes from San Diego and had previously been involved romantically with San Diego Padres right fielder Fernando Tatis Jr.
and with Chicago White Sox pitcher Mike Clevenger.
So, I mean, I have to say for her, she picks very talented ballplayers.
The other thing about talented ballplayers is they have a great deal of money.
And I have my own experience and can tell you quite a bit about women who support themselves by extorting money from men with charges of sexual abuse that the men don't want to see published because of the damage and harm and therefore pay them money.
Because you're living at this now.
I'm not saying she does or she doesn't.
All I'm telling you is she made these allegations back a couple of years ago.
Of course they weren't proven nor was he innocent until proven guilty.
And he was basically canceled by the Dodgers multimillion dollar contract.
Just cut off.
The guy didn't have a job.
She said that he was choking her and punching her.
And, um, And she went to the police, and before anything happened, before any charges were even brought, which still would have put him in the position of innocent until proven guilty, the Dodgers destroyed him.
He had to leave baseball just on allegations, as Miranda so correctly points out.
The Dodgers cut and ran.
Major League Baseball.
Suspended him without pay for a record 324 games just on allegations.
They didn't have a hearing.
They didn't... God forbid they should act like they were in the United States.
Right?
Don't we have a hearing before we execute somebody?
They even used to have rump trials before they did hangings in the West.
Didn't even have a rump trial for him.
She said it, he did it.
Even though there are a couple of questions in her background.
Not to say she wasn't telling the truth, you couldn't tell that either.
You couldn't tell whether she was telling the truth or she was lying.
He finally, he didn't get to pitch a game for 22 months and he went to Japan and signed with the Yokohama Dina Bay Stars, which I assure you do not pay what the Dodgers pay, and then he sued Hill for defamation.
She countersued for a sexual battery and both sides eventually withdrew their lawsuits without a penny.
Changing hands.
But Bauer retained his right to speak freely about this.
In other words, no NDA.
And he has done so.
And he has revealed text messages, allegedly sent by Hill, which Which Bauer reads alive in his video, which you can get a copy of.
And in it, she tells a friend, next victim star pitcher for the Dodgers.
I mean, that refers to the fact that she had two former romantic involvements that were multimillionaire star baseball players for other teams.
Next victim star pitcher for the Dodgers.
Then she asked, what should I steal?
And the answer that comes back is a very sarcastic, take his money.
And she continues, um, by saying, uh, the net worth is 51 million.
And then the answer is B, a couple of letters, CH, you better secure the bag.
Um, need daddy to choke me out.
being an absolute whore to try to get in on his 51 million.
And then he has a picture of her mugging for a camera early in the morning.
This is the morning after she was allegedly brutally attacked.
And the picture shows her face completely unmarked.
Now, where does he go to get his reputation back?
After the establishment has destroyed him.
I might say that there is one other thing that connects him to the Trump supporters who are cancelled and destroyed, or attempted to destroy them, including me.
And that is, he's a Trump supporter.
He's a baseball player who has the audacity to support Donald Trump.
Uh, whether that had to do with his being released without even the benefit of a hearing of any kind.
Like I was suspended from the bar without the benefit of a hearing.
Um, normally even terrorists are given a hearing, but not supporters of Donald Trump.
So will he be able to resume his career?
I don't know.
Trevor Bauer was quite a good pitcher.
It's two years off or more from major league pitching.
Pitching in Japan is major league.
I've seen baseball in Japan, had the great honor of throwing out the first ball at a Yankee Devil Rays game, and they were the Devil Rays then, with the Prime Minister of Japan.
It is big time sports, but I don't think the Japanese would be insulted if I said
it isn't quite the same level as American sports, and it certainly doesn't pay anywhere near the
same amount of money, unless maybe they're going to pick, you know, the current Babe Ruth
and pay him some ridiculous amount of money to be a showcase.
So I think maybe it's time, because I feel like having it, to have my...
Let's see if they can figure it out.
What's coming?

Maybe maximum two weeks.
Well, 2024 election, Which now seems to be being fought out in courtrooms all throughout America.
And next year it's going to be, Trump will be having campaign events, a press conference going into trial in the morning.
And at night he'll announce his economic plan at the press conference coming out of court when Here are the things you could definitely say about it.
That a Democratic DA is prosecuting him.
Because isn't it interesting?
Five cases, all progressive, socialist Democrats.
Several Soros DAs.
All Democrats have brought the cases.
And four, Attempting to be tried in the same one-year period when these cases, particularly the last one, actually the last two, would take somewhere around a year and a half to two and a half years to try.
But they're trying to get them in next year because they're so interested in a speedy trial.
Now, the government does not have a right to a speedy trial.
The defendant does.
The defendant is the person with the rights that can be violated, not the government.
And it's the government that can violate the rights.
But for some reason, Fannie Fannie and her other Democratic poor excuses for prosecutors are extremely interested in speedy trials, although they got cases hanging around their offices for two and three years.
In fact, she's got one where I think it's still going on.
Four months picking a jury.
So this is not exactly a woman who acts with great dispatch.
But with this case, she's looking for starting it right before a major primary.
So that he can't even go to campaign at the primary, much less in the general election.
There's another one who wants to schedule it like the last month of the election.
Mayor oh sorry can you let me ask you a question can you see a pattern in this or am I just I definitely see a pattern or am I just am I just dreaming Ted I mean is it is it really uh I mean, they wouldn't just all schedule this, all five of them on purpose right in the election year, would they?
The Democrats wouldn't do that.
I mean, they would do things like cover up material evidence of a hundred crimes.
at the conclusion of an election cycle. They would do that.
We know they do that because they did it, but they wouldn't do something like schedule four frame ups
all for the same period of time.
No, they're the fairest party around. Yeah. If he wasn't running for president,
he may not be facing any of these. Literally, maybe they'd do it anyway to try.
You don't think they would care that he moved one paper from one room in Mar-a-Lago to another and nothing bad happened?
Or that he was involved in a fraud that wasn't a fraud because nobody lost money?
Meanwhile, Joe Biden had these documents everywhere in every nook and cranny of every house, garage, office that he used.
And places owned by China.
Papers hanging out of Chinese storefronts.
You can't make it up.
I even heard he had little Chinese notes on him.
You think that man knows Mandarin?
No, no.
He had somebody do it for him.
When they gave him the first $10 million, whoever they assigned to him.
Well, Mayor, while we're on the topic of President Trump, while you were speaking, Breaking news from the New York Post, Trump told Fox that he would do Speaker of the House only for 90 days to unite the party until they find someone capable of taking over him.
So I have a question for you.
Being under indictment, is that against the rules for him to take the Speaker of the House?
I believe so.
I believe the Republicans have a rule that they don't seat you if you are charged with a federal or a state felony.
And number two, I hesitate to disagree with my good friend and the man who I think should be the next president of the United States, but I don't think he should do it.
I don't think he should get himself involved in the nitty-gritty of what are, you know, compared to the presidency, local politics.
This was the great wisdom of John Kennedy, who kept himself out of local Democrat politics when the Democratic Party was a shambles.
of split between liberal and conservative.
We've not had conservative Democrats in the 1960s.
That's one of the reasons he won.
And I remember him explaining that in some book or other, which he got from some other political expert, that the president should stay out of local politics.
Any president.
No reason to get involved.
If he wanted to do it, if he wanted to do it, would the Republicans have to waive that so-called rule?
Yeah, they'd have to change the rule.
And I think, you know, they'd make an issue of that.
Yeah, the Democrats would definitely have like a conniption if they did that.
Yeah.
Yeah, absolutely.
And people will say the Democrats will vote for him because they want to see him tied up like that.
And they also want to see some of the issues there attached to him.
Because it isn't as if he could definitely bring the Republican majority together, but he's not going to bring the Congress together.
Because the Congress is split.
So he's going to end up with the same result.
It's not as if the Democrats are going to start passing things because Trump is the Speaker.
So he will come away with no accomplishment, except bringing the Republicans together.
That he certainly could do.
But I cannot believe that Jordan or Scalise can't do that either, without taking that risk.
I mean, what else is he going to do?
He's going to run for President, be on trial all the time, and be Speaker of the House?
He might as well be Secretary of Defense, too.
Maybe he should be Secretary of Defense.
Before you laugh, we do have a number of audience members, and I've gotten texts, too, from people about Mayor Giuliani being named as Speaker of the House.
Now I know we'd have to put your, I don't know if we'd have to put the radio program on pause and a lot.
We could still do the live stream maybe.
Yeah, we'll do a live stream.
We'll still do a live stream.
Do you have a response to those?
I have a feeling that if I were named and they had the guts to vote.
Our friends and reporters are watching.
So what would you, what's your message when they ask that?
If they name me, the first thing that will happen is the Bidens will begin packing their bags.
Because like I'm the first one to go at them right directly.
See this?
That name would look pretty good on an impeachment, huh?
What do you think?
Yeah.
That name would look really good on an impeachment.
And the evidence that came out of the impeachment would have the world demanding that he be removed as president.
The world demanding that he be removed as president.
Because the evidence against him is inclusive.
Yes, legally, he is innocent until proven guilty.
But as a practical matter, you will never see a case with as much evidence as this one anywhere.
That's right, Mayor.
While we're on the subject of Joe Biden, all of a sudden today, I don't know if you saw, he changed gears about the border wall.
What do you think?
Oh, no, no, no.
I remember this.
He is never, ever going to build a single inch of border wall.
Ever!
I'm never gonna do it!
But he's only doing 20 miles.
Only 20 miles.
Well, that's not like building a wall.
It's nothing.
Yeah, it's just 20 miles.
They'll still come.
I think somebody on The View said that today.
No, it's only 20.
Well, it's only only 20 miles.
Oh, it's only 20.
Yeah, it's only 20 miles.
It's like they were defending Bowman.
What's his name?
The fire alarm guy?
Ring ding ding ding!
He thought it was the exit lever, he said, to open the door, even though it says fire alarm on it.
Don't you have a door that opens like this?
Of course.
You have to open up a piece of plastic and then you pull a red box.
I have that at my house.
I do too.
I have it all over the house.
I have it on my bathroom doors.
Yeah, of course.
You don't want somebody walking in the bathroom.
Well, I guess you do if you're trans and stuff like that.
You can walk in any bathroom.
But I don't subscribe to that.
So I have I have like a plastic over my, I mean, I wish you people would stop laughing.
I'm serious.
I have a plastic over my, uh, handle for all the bathrooms in my house.
And, and it's a painted red.
It could look like I've painted red and just to, and I put fire extinguisher on it because I want people to pay attention.
It's not really a fire.
And he knew this, the Congressman knew this.
You know, and he's very comfortable with red because he's a communist.
So he saw, just think of it, the poor guy.
He was entrapped.
Right.
They painted it red.
They set him up.
The Republicans painted that red.
That's right.
So he would pull the fire alarm because he's a socialist.
Wow.
I knew it.
I knew it.
Those Republicans.
Wow.
And those Democrats never do anything wrong.
So Nikki, Is ahead of Ronnie for the distinguished position of being 40 points behind Trump.
Why do you think that is?
Why do you think that is, Mayor?
Did you ever see the Belmont stakes won by Secretariat?
Is that the one where Secretariat's ahead by a mile?
He's ahead by a racetrack.
He's ahead by a third of a racetrack.
It's a mile and a half race and he's probably three quarters of a mile ahead.
He's coming across the finish line and they're turning the stretch at the last stretch at the Belmont all the way down four blocks down and you see the first horse stick his nose around and the other ones Coming along like this.
This is like whoever comes in second to Secretariat.
Right now, Nikki is, according to the Post, that is, and I hesitate to do anything nasty about the Post because it's the only thing we got.
Although I am going to do something slightly that way.
I mean, this is an attempt.
I mean, this is, they are really in bad shape.
I mean, they devoted interest papers to DeSantis.
As Fox devoted their entire network to two two-hour specials on DeSantis, and that moved them from four percent to three.
So now, DeSantis, who was considered to be the guy who was going to get the nomination, the only one who could beat Biden, Definitely was going to be number two, and Trump better pick him for vice president.
He's now getting whooped by Haley.
She just passed him.
And he's in third place in two polls now.
And by three or four points, not margin of error, with Trump over 50% in both of those polls.
And in New Hampshire, he's doing the worst of all, which is kind of a disaster for him because he's got to make it in Iowa or New Hampshire.
And so I don't know.
When is it over for him?
Well, he's he's got the he's got the debate with Gavin Newsom at the end of November.
What good is that going to do him?
He's going to win the debate against Gavin Newsom.
He's not.
He's going to make him governor of California.
Have you ever seen that?
Have you ever seen that?
Someone running for president of the United States and he is debating a governor of the opposing party during the primary.
These are two guys desperate for publicity.
I mean, Gavin Newsom, there's actually some strategy to it because he never knows when he's going to have to come in and this guy's got to stay warmed up for like four months.
There's strategy for DeSantis too.
It allows him to tell his donors and to tell his supporters No matter how bad things get, just wait till this debate with Newsom.
By the way, I think it's going to backfire.
I think he's going to... Yeah, and he can say, I'm the one that Newsom picked to run against.
I'm obviously the biggest Republican other than Trump, right?
And we're going to get a big boost out of that debate.
So you guys just wait.
You know, don't give up on us yet, no matter how bad it gets.
Yes, Nikki Haley is passing me up.
Yes, Vivek Ramaswamy either has or is also passing me.
And yes, Chris Christie.
Yes, of all people, Chris Christie is in my rear view mirror.
And we all know objects in the mirror are not here.
Chris Christie does not fit in his room.
So we have some interesting polls here by Marquette.
There's two polls.
Marquette.
What?
Is that a good polling?
Yeah, I would say it.
No, I think it is.
Yeah.
So they're saying I've used them.
Trump 51, Biden 48 in general.
But if Trump is, God forbid, He's convicted on anything and he's out of the picture.
They're saying DeSantis beats Biden by three points in a general.
That's a fake.
That's what they're saying.
Marquette.
And what happens to Trump?
He loses?
Well, if he gets convicted of something and he can't- Oh, if DeSantis replaces Trump, he's going to get, he's plus three on Biden in a general.
No, I don't buy that.
What do you think of that, Mayor?
That's different than the other polls that we've seen.
Yeah, yeah.
So we'd have to see.
Could he beat Biden?
Maybe anybody could be, but I don't know.
How does the Santas do in these states like Michigan and Pennsylvania as opposed to Trump?
Don't you think Trump does better?
I don't think it's a state by state poll.
DeSantis is only doing 16% in Pennsylvania right now.
Trump is doing 58.
In a primary.
But I'm saying in a general election.
Who's a better general election candidate for the Republican Party?
In the Rust Belt and in the Midwest?
Donald Trump or Ron DeSantis?
You don't need a poll for that.
Donald Trump has the thing that you need to be a powerful candidate in a general election.
He's got an unbreakable base.
So, you know, a lot of things go wrong in a presidential election.
Those polls are just guides.
The one thing you know is that base of Trump's is not going to break, which makes him a very dangerous candidate, no matter what happens.
Every primary poll has Trump just whooping everyone's ass.
Well, that's very, very important because it means in an era of turnout and where both parties are probably going to make the maximum effort to turn out people, Their cheating could be matched by his enthusiasm.
New York now has opened up pot permits, which is good.
We'll have even more people high and we'll have even more traffic accidents because they've increased substantially.
And we'll probably have even more illegal marijuana because New York, based on the great enthusiasm of Mayor Adams and Governor Hochul, because we're going to make a fortune, made marijuana legal.
And since then, there have been about 1,200 illegal stores and 24 legal ones.
Yes, 1,200 to 24, which means the city has made Ugads, which is nothing, and the illegals have made a fortune because the amount of marijuana use has at least tripled.
Now, who warned people that if you legalize drugs, more people will use drugs?
Me.
And who warned people that you're not going to take money from organized crime, you're going to give them more money because the black market's going to get increased?
Me.
And who didn't?
The progressive Democrats who some of you people still insist on voting for because there's something wrong with you.
Well, Mayor, while you were talking on drugs, the Post just breaking news.
A pound of crystal meth found by cops at a Staten Island migrant hotel.
Really?
I'm surprised it wasn't found in the White House.
By the Situation Room.
No, but- Right outside Hunter's bedroom.
What do you mean, the situation?
But it wasn't his.
It wasn't his.
It's not Hunter, just outside his bedroom.
But to your point about drugs, you know, we have illegal migrants coming in and now they're just gonna profit off the black market of even drugs worse than weed.
Like, we're talking crystal meth now and fentanyl and this and that.
If I go back to school to get a degree, another degree, just for the heck of it, I mean, I don't have a doctor's degree.
But I consider, yeah I don't consider that.
Juris Doctor was, I remember once I was in court and this lawyer that I was trying a case against opened, was giving his opening statement and he and he gave his name as doctor.
He said to the jury, I won't tell you his, he had a bit of a strange name too, so I don't want to, let me make up name.
My name is Dr. James Allegan and I represent the defendant Mr. Schmedler.
The judge, who was a great judge, had a southern accent, said, counselor, come up to the bench here.
He said, you a doctor?
He said, yes, I am, your honor.
And he said, did you get one of those URIES doctors?
He said, yes, your honor.
How much did it cost you to get it?
He said, I had to send in a hundred dollars for my year as a doctor.
So in that case, I would suggest that you do not call yourself a doctor because the jury will ask you to make house calls.
That degree is just the same LL, when I graduated from law school, I got an LLB.
Did they not have, it wasn't a JD back then?
That's a relatively new thing.
A law degree is another, Considered to be like an undergrad, academically undergraduate degree, three years undergraduate degree.
Then they made it a doctor's degree.
They didn't want to make it LLD.
Because that'd get confused, I guess, with all the ministers, you know.
That's really why.
All the ministers.
I wonder if all of them are really doctors.
We know that all of them aren't really ministers like Al Sharpton, who I do not believe.
That's Reverend Al Sharpton to you.
Well, that reverend I don't think even cost money.
I don't think he went to a seminary.
I don't think he's ever had a church.
He doesn't even preach.
Never had a congregation.
I mean, I've known His whole life.
Since I was in law enforcement in New York when he was growing up, I've known his whole life in great detail.
Go do yourselves a favor.
Check out old Reverend Al Sharpton from back in the 90s.
First of all, a lot of people don't know.
I think he went to the same seminary, black seminary, as Biden went to.
Oh, I see.
And that's when he was growing up in the Puerto Rican neighborhood.
Right.
Well, thanks for joining us on The Fastest Star on the Internet.
Let's hear from another sponsor.
The one thing he never was comfortable with were Indians from India because he and Jill used to make fun of them.
But go ahead.
Let's hear from QUFs and we'll come right back with the mayor's final thoughts on The Fastest Star on the Internet.
Ta-da!

What kind of discount do we get here?
40%!
40%!
Q-U-X.
Whoa!
Dot TV.
Promo code Rudy.
You do that one for sure, 40%.
And here's the other benefit that you may not appreciate as much as you should.
It is not intrusive, meaning they're not going to be collecting all the information about what you purchase, what you like.
You know, sometimes I'll make a purchase Uh, it purchased a small pen knife and they send you 40 ads about knives this big.
Um, so they don't, they don't go crazy on you.
So the point that I was making and I was, I'll ask you, I'll ask you this, Mike, if I go back to school to get myself a degree, can I take out a loan and be sure that I don't have to pay it back?
Can you put it in advance?
Can you write a letter to Biden and say, if I vote for you, I can take out my student loan and I don't have to pay it back.
I don't have to be one of those that has to pay for my own student loan and other people's.
Well, that's what he ran on.
He said he would cancel all student loans.
That's how he got elected.
But how do you become the one that has the student loan paid for?
Do you have to vote for him?
And because of their cheating, they know who you voted for?
Well, I don't even know how to answer that because what he said... First of all, I think all veterans should get their student loans paid for.
But this is Biden, he doesn't like it.
He doesn't like veterans.
But that's my personal opinion.
He will, when they become totally woke.
Right, right.
The military is woke already.
Veterans want to kill you.
They're trained to kill you.
They're not good people.
No.
They're trained to kill you.
They may even be willing to kill Chinese communists that gave them so much money.
He'd be double-crossing the people that gave him all the money.
If he had our veterans go to war with China and kill the Chinese, he'd be fighting against himself.
He didn't get that much money from America.
My friend is a drill instructor in the Army, and he said the cadets that are coming through the Army is a disgrace, and he's never seen such disgraceful candidates in his life before going through the Army.
They're fat, they cry, you can't yell at them in boot camp anymore, and he said it's a literal disgrace.
It's disgraceful.
How can you be a drill sergeant and not yell at people?
He's almost done because he can't take it anymore.
They're getting them ready to kill, to defend the United States of America.
And also, they're getting them ready to protect themselves and their fellow soldiers from being killed, which requires extensive training, tremendous expertise, fabulous discipline, lots of guts, And a really tough, tough personality where you can take a lot.
After hearing what Mike just said, I'm just hopeful, Mayor, that it's that usual, you know, the younger generation, they're too soft.
You know, that's kind of the common theme throughout history, the older guys, right, to the younger guys.
I pray and hope that what Mike is saying isn't as bad as it seems.
Did he actually take something when he went out?
He's like, maybe he took balance of nature, man.
No.
Balance of nature would have made him tougher.
Oh, that's right.
That's right.
You think Dr. Howard would make a guy that wants a military to be the wussy military?
I'm hoping that it's not as much and it's not as bad as we're saying.
I'm not saying it is.
I'm just hopeful, right?
Because you know how it is.
Goodman, go back to your barracks and shine your shoes!
I just want to make it clear, ladies and gentlemen, this is the army I'm speaking of.
I don't know about any other military branches.
My friend is a drone instructor in the army.
I'm only speaking for the army.
I don't know about the Marines.
Well, it scares me, right?
When you hear that, I've heard it elsewhere and it just scares me.
And I certainly hope And they also, military, you know, we're not going to outwoke the Chinese in the submission, right?
They'll run us over.
They also lower the standards tremendously.
I mean, listen to some of these generals, the things that they say.
Most important thing is to have our people understand equity.
Equity.
That means we're going to kill an equal number of people to what they kill.
So if they kill 13, we have to kill 13.
But if we kill 13 of them, we have to have them come in and kill 13 of them.
Are they talking about racial equity?
No, equity.
Equity.
You know, you got to apply it all over.
Equity.
And if Trump decides to attack China, Miley has taught them that they have to warn China.
Oh, that's right.
That's right.
They have to warn China, because, because why?
Because they're traitors.
That's what a traitor would do, I think.
Hmm.
And Miley stood by when, when Biden gave away the Bagram Air Force Base, 400 miles from China.
And the Chinese checked off 10 of the 31 million they gave, and they said, OK, we've got to deliver more on that.
Well, Mayor, we're in soccer time.
OK.
What are your final thoughts for the night?
My final thoughts for the night is that I am really proud of the fact that our team brought this case against Biden, because it's about time somebody go right up into his face and say, pal, we're suing you.
We're not suing your pathetic son who you made that way.
We're not suing your pathetic son who you took advantage of to be your bag man because even some of the mafia guys wouldn't treat their son that way.
They'd go get some creep from the streets to do this kind of work.
It's about time that you get held responsible because it was you That lied.
And it was you that destroyed my law practice.
It was you who destroyed my consulting business.
It was you who destroyed my public speaking because a lot of the idiots who used to hire me are, you know, corporate.
I found out a lot of them love China more than America.
Boy, have they infiltrated the Chinese.
Much worse than you think.
Maybe we'll talk a bit about that.
We don't, I don't, I don't think Ted and Mike, we educate our people on America's Mayor Live enough about the About the infiltration of China.
We do that on my radio show because Jimmy calls in on a regular basis and he's an expert on communism and I am to a lesser extent, but I also am.
So our audience there gets a good education in Chinese infiltration, but I don't think our people at night do.
So we're going to spend a little more time on that because it really is the big issue of our day.
I mean, they have promised to take us over and so far it's going all their way.
We're not even fighting back.
Now, you would expect that if they paid as much money as they have to our commander-in-chief.
It probably is unheard of in human history that an enemy has paid the chief executive of another enemy that amount of money to sell out his country.
I'm trying to think of an example of that.
Maybe those of you who are historians can call us in or text us and let us know of an example.
We're a chief executive of a country.
has been paid multiple millions by the country's top enemy.
And the people were foolish enough to make him the chief executive. Maybe next week, maybe we can
have like a whole hour dedicated to China. That's that's me. That would be good. Maybe we'll
get Gordon Chang. Yeah, we'll get a nice special episode of Chinese. Well, thank
you very much for joining us.
We'll be back tomorrow.
You can get me on wabcradio.com at 3 and back here on whatever social media you're on, whether it's Twitter or YouTube or whatever, whatever one you're on.
Facebook, Getter that just went down.
Good night and we'll be talking to you tomorrow.
God bless America.
Our purpose to bring to bear the principle of common sense and rational discussion to the issues of our day.
America was created at a time of great turmoil, tremendous disagreements, anger, hatred, It was a book written in 1776 that guided much of the discipline of thinking that brought to us the discovery of our freedoms, of our God-given freedoms.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense, written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers, in which Thomas Paine explained, by rational principles, the reason why these small colonies felt the necessity to separate From the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom adheres in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country.
A country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate to be Americans.
But a great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we're able to reason.
