The Secret World of Joe Biden No One Wants to Talk About | Rudy Giuliani | October 1st 2022 | Ep 276

Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani and I'm back with another episode of Rudy's Common Sense.
Today comes right in the middle of this terrible, terrible Hurricane Ian, which is, as it should, dominating the news and taking lives and destroying property and creating untold misery for thousands Could be hundreds of thousands of our citizens' death and then loss of everything they possess.
Our hearts go out to them, and I urge all Americans to participate in some way in helping them, whether you're close to the scene and related to them or not.
Let's show that Americans are the biggest hearted, the kindest, and the most generous people in the world, as well as the closest knit.
But as that goes on right now in the southern part of our country, coming up to the north, north and northeast, of course, there are many other things going on.
And it doesn't stop the Biden administration from its continual inexorable march in their destruction of our Constitution.
I just read some articles about James Madison, who is considered the father of the Constitution in that he was the main drafter and, of course, one of the three writers of the Federalist Papers that defended it and got it passed.
James Madison was, as you know, Jefferson's closest friend.
The two of them were almost as one.
And together, the two of them produced the two greatest documents That live on as historical clarion cries for freedom, liberty, democracy, and how you protect it.
The Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, and the Bill of Rights.
No administration in the history of this country has done more to destroy what's written in those documents than the administration of Joseph Biden.
Who had those rights been fulfilled and respected, the people of this country would have known before he was elected that he was almost a career-long criminal, taking massive amounts of money for the use of his influence, including most despicably from probably our greatest threat, Communist China.
Well, be that as it may, it continues.
The relentless destruction of our constitutional rights under Biden-oriented Democrats, which is basically the leadership of the Democrat Party, continues.
Maybe the best example of it, which hits you so dramatically, is his appearance the other day in which he was calling out to a congresswoman who had just died.
For whom he and his wife had sent condolences, and for whom he was having a remembrance at the White House two or three days later.
So I'll play that for you because there's no possible way to reproduce this, nor to allow you to make your own decision about what are we watching.
And here it is.
I'm going to play it one more time.
I want to thank all of you here, including bipartisan elected officials like Representative
Governor, Senator Braun, Senator Booker, Representative — Jackie, are you here?
Where's Jackie?
I didn't think she was going to be here.
To help make this — I'm going to play it one more time, because I think this is
probably one of the most damaging, one of the most extraordinary, one of the most frightening
news clips of a president of the United States.
Remember, this is the man who has the legal responsibility for the United States of America.
Still the most powerful nation on earth.
Still capable with the flip of one switch of destroying the world.
Or not, protecting itself.
And a country that For all intents and purposes, it's going through one of its most disastrous periods of time, at least in 70 or 80 years.
Its economy faltering horribly, its foreign policy in shambles, respect for the country non-existent, respect for the president non-existent.
But here, let's look at it one more time.
I want to thank all of you here for including bipartisan elected officials like Representative Governor, Senator Braun, Senator Booker, Representative Jackie, are you here?
Where's Jackie?
I didn't think she was going to be here to help make this.
Now, unlike many of these terrible mistakes that are made, if we want to call them that, this one was covered tangentially by the newspapers and then dropped.
I believe, but I'm not sure that it was played on the major news networks.
I do not think it was played on the owned and operated Democrat cable networks.
but in any event it received a muted attention given the catastrophic nature of what it reveals.
Consider the fact that that.
Jackie Wolorski, the Republican congresswoman from Indiana, had died in just early August.
Biden had acknowledged it and was getting ready to have a memorial or remembrance for her on Friday.
And he's looking for the dead woman in the crowd.
Then, maybe even more disturbing is the inability to explain it.
First of all, it's not emphasized by the press, which certainly shows, and we'll go further with this of course, a diminished First Amendment vitality, or a diminished capacity of our press to be guardians of the people.
But in any event, the press secretary is called upon to explain it, a fair question, given the fact that that probably is one of the most extraordinarily vacant, disturbing statements ever made by a president that certainly legitimately raises the question, is he of sound mind?
I don't think you can be accused of being a Semi-fascist or magamaniac or, if you say, looking for a dead woman who just died, who you know is dead, for whom you're going to have a service of some kind within two or three days does indicate something rather serious, particularly when it is combined with similar instances
Oh gosh, going back to 2008 when he called upon a man in a wheelchair and told him to stand up.
This is a man who couldn't remember the name of his Secretary of Defense several times, couldn't remember the name of the Australian Prime Minister, referred to Vice President Harris as President Harris, without much affect or seeming to want to correct it.
Well, I mean, although we could give you Without exaggeration, another dozen similar unexplainable mistakes that seem to suggest to many of us that have any experience with relatives or friends in nursing homes or suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's or some form of senility that seem to suggest a rather advanced case of that illness.
We never get an explanation of it.
In fact, we get a denial of it, and I think this woman has reached the level of being really antagonistic to our right to know, antagonistic to our freedom of speech, antagonistic to the basic rights of our government, with her extremely dishonest presentations that go beyond her predecessor or any in the
Trump or Obama go back. This is one of many, but maybe one of the more absurd, ridiculous,
insulting explanations that kind of suggest that the semi-fascism that he's describing and
projecting to others is fully embraced as real fascism within his administration.
She, uh, she...
Listen to the description.
I'm trying to get my head around the response.
If the late congresswoman was top of mind for the president and her family was expected to be here and that's what he was thinking about, why was he looking for her?
I'm not trying to be snarky here.
No, I mean, and I'm... And again, I think people can understand.
I think the American people out there who, you know, watch the briefing from time to time, maybe at this moment, will understand when someone is at top of mind.
And this was such an important event when we're talking about hunger, when we're talking about food insecurity, when we're talking about these champions, these congressional champions who were in the room, who have worked in a bipartisan way.
You know, we don't talk much about bipartisan The explanation is that she was top of mind because she was involved with a bill that very few people know much about, albeit an important one.
she was top of mind because she was involved with a bill that very few people know much
about, albeit an important one.
But not top of mind because she just died.
Very few people in Congress die in any given year.
Thank you.
Top of mind because there's going to be a service for her in a couple of days because she's dead?
Isn't that the reason she would be top of mind?
Because she just died and he's about to do a tribute for her?
Wouldn't that be top of mind for a healthy mind?
Rather than the inability to remember that And instead focus on something else and then absurdly looking for her?
Looking for a dead person in the crowd?
And then one that troubled me a great deal, also very, very recent, which seems to indicate an acceleration of this loss of Whatever remaining brain cells that he has, which is typical of the disease.
It's called a progressive disease.
Not meant to apply to all progressives, I guess, but there's nothing progressive about it any more than there's anything progressive about Democrat progressives.
In fact, it should be called a deteriorating disease.
It gets worse.
I do not think it ever gets, something never gets cured and I don't think it gets better.
There may be periods of time when there are fairly good periods and there may be medicines that alleviate it to the extent of holding it off or for a short period of time puts you in fairly decent condition because there are times in which he appears considerably more alert and he looks better.
By a fair degree.
And then there are times in which, with all due respect, he looks like he's dying or dead with almost no affect, with skin deterioration, it seems, and then says absurd things with a tone of voice that is indicative of, according to the DSM, Which is the guide for psychiatrists and doctors, a tone of voice that is indicative of a person with a form of dementia.
And when you look at that, this also comes after he has just challenged people who raised
the issue of his competence to watch him.
Mr. President, thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
At the end of such a momentous event, the word thank you seems kind of inadequate.
But for all the millions whose lives will be saved... So up until the incident where he called on the dead person, this was the one that troubled me the most and seemed to indicate continued deterioration.
If you'd like to go back, To my podcast.
One, I think that you would find extremely useful is a podcast in 2000.
I'll get you the exact, we'll put the exact number of it on the, on the, on the screen.
And unless it's been eliminated by the, by the fascist state controllers of the media, meaning YouTube, Twitter, one of those.
It's two doctors who take a look at videotapes of Joe Biden way back in mid 2000, compare a five or six year period and say, one more or less says he's suffering from a middle level case of dementia.
The second one says it might be middle level, but it's progressing very quickly.
He was much better then than he is now.
So it raises the question immediately, something called the 25th Amendment to the Constitution, which was put in because we've had situations where it was hidden from the American public that American presidents were incapable of carrying out any of their duties.
Garfield was in a coma for 80 days before succumbing to an assassin's bullet.
And Wilson was in bed for 18 months because of a stroke.
It's not been determined what capacity he had or he didn't have, but it was hidden and covered up, much like the hard drive was covered up by these crooks.
And so is a lot of his dementia.
But the 25th Amendment was passed, so this wouldn't happen again.
And it basically says, whenever the vice president and a majority of either the principal office or executive department, et cetera, et cetera, Have we seen enough evidence that he's unable to discharge the duties of his office?
office, the vice president shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office
of acting president, as acting president.
The words are unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.
Have we seen enough evidence that he's unable to discharge the duties of his office?
Aside from these visible indications of dementia to serious dementia.
He's made, uh, absurdly irrational decisions like removing, um, removing troops before civilians in a terrorist country and getting, uh, people killed as a result of that.
Or, um, or in your, in, in insisting, insisting that, um, That there is no recession, when in fact the common definition of recession is two quarters in a row of decline, or having his press secretary put on that performance before, or denying that the border is open, as does his
His secretary of Homeland Security and his press secretary when there are hundreds if not thousands of pictures of people flooding over the border.
Or you can feel the effects in the epidemic of death from fentanyl which comes over almost exclusively the southern border, could not happen if the border wasn't open, and comes from China.
Where China is profiting and also killing many of us.
Those numbers have been record numbers for the last two years.
If you were able to discharge the powers and duties of your office, you would be aware of that.
And you wouldn't be saying that the border is secure, or have your people saying that.
You'd also be aware that people are being transported all over the United States that came into the United States without papers, without permission, with being vetted by the Mexican criminal cartels.
You would know that and you wouldn't say that our border was secure.
Our border is secure in that the Mexican cartels examine the people who come into the United States, not the United States.
And then he, the president, up until recently where Governors Abbott and Ducey and now Governor DeSantis have taken up some and a few transports of illegals to sanctuary cities.
But up until then, 100,000 have been transported all over the country.
If you were able to discharge the powers and duties of the office, since these were two record years of apprehensions at the border, which, where it follows that the unapprehended also are in equal, almost equal numbers, a record, You would know that that was happening, and you wouldn't be saying there are secure borders.
I know he has the reputation all throughout his life of being a rather prolific liar.
Someone who was plagiarizing in law school continued it through From the time he was a senator and ran for president the first time, he's someone now where it has been absolutely proven through the hard drive, has taken enormous amounts of money through his son and relatives as intermediaries and bag men for his influence, has sold out his office, has taken well over $30 million from our biggest enemy.
We know all that about him, but it now appears as if he doesn't know what's going on.
Every time he says the borders are secure, you could produce hours and hours of documentaries of people poring over the border and all kinds of implications and proof of it in the The impact on our country, the fentanyl overdoses, the city's being overwhelmed with people.
Now his own Democrat mayor is complaining because the Republican governors have found ways to have them, in essence, share in a bit of the pain so that it gets to his attention.
Even with all that, he's still Seems to not know.
He seems to not know what's going on, which is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.
Yet no one in his administration talks about the 25th Amendment, although apparently they did for absolutely no reason.
Absolutely no reason anywhere near akin to this in the Trump administration.
But then of course it does raise the question of the vice president.
And what's wrong with her?
Because within hours of his catastrophic performance, she had an equally catastrophic performance.
Why don't we listen to the Vice President?
For seven decades, the alliance between the United States and the Republic of Korea has been a linchpin of security and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula and in the Indo-Pacific and throughout the globe.
I am here to reinforce the strength of our alliance and strengthen our work together.
I can't explain that.
I can't explain why she didn't correct it.
I think she was in South Korea when she said it.
I think she was at the Parallel.
I've been there.
Actually, I remember going into North Korea.
At the border, there are these large shacks.
Let's call them shacks.
And in those shacks are long, long tables.
For negotiation.
One side of the shack, the northern part is in North Korea and the southern part is in South Korea and they sit there, I'm told, and negotiate when they have to negotiate return of people or whatever.
The southern people sit on the southern side and the northern people sit on the northern side and right there is the border, right in the middle of the shack.
So I was in there with a group of people from the military, and this is, oh, about 15 years ago.
And I just decided to walk over to the northern part.
So I got myself into North Korea, tactically, actually.
And then I opened the back door and they, boom, they smashed the door on me.
And they said, don't you see what's out there?
And I look out the window now and I see these very serious looking soldiers, obviously North Korean soldiers, pointing guns at us.
He said, things aren't as bad right now, but a couple years ago you might have gotten shot for that.
I can't imagine being there with the stark reality of these two nations facing each other intermittently, I mean at war technically, for so long.
And saying that, and then not realizing you said it, and correcting, I can see saying it, I can see saying anything.
The mind plays tricks on all of us, sane, insane, or partially both.
It's the number of times it happens to these people, and to her it's happened numerous times, I'm not going to detail all of her statements that indicate some kind of weakness of the mind or Non-functioning of the brain.
Explain to me how she doesn't correct it.
Right there.
So I say, we have an alliance with Cuba.
And then I say, oh my goodness, that's ridiculous.
Of course we don't.
Or we have an alliance with North Korea.
No, I meant to say South Korea.
There's a serious question here and it's being covered up.
Very much participating in that cover-up is the crooked press, the Democrat state media now.
There's a very, very small free press left that would tell you the truth about any of these things.
And it's shrinking, and it gets smaller, and even some of them are beginning to incorporate politically correct doctrine or Or...
basically curbs on the truth that might become too controversial.

Welcome back to Rudy Giuliani's Common Sense, and today we're talking about the extraordinary Situation within hours of both the president and the vice president displaying what, at least on the face of it, appeared to be serious mental issues, mental lapses, brain issues.
And again, you know, if you go back and just pull out anything within the last couple of years, you see numerous incidents of this.
We did that with the president and If you really want us to, we'll do it with the Vice President, although it's really hard to watch it.
I think you know.
And with the Vice President, somehow I do not believe it's dementia at her age.
I don't know what it is.
I'd like to know what it is, but I don't know what it is.
With him, I know what it is.
In fact, you have to be ignorant not to know what it is.
You have to be someone who's not lived in this world and had any experience with people that suffer from illnesses of old age.
what he has. And it's covered up much like many other things have been covered up
in this extremely corrupt administration, supported by an extremely corrupt press
that has lost all meaning of what a press is in a democracy, what was intended to be
in this constitutional republic. You know, with the recent rulings of the Supreme Court,
which have given us reaffirmation of life and a few other things that give us hope that we can retain
our constitutional rights. We We have to realize that it took the support of institutions and companies like Patriot Mobile, who have passionately fought for these rights on behalf of the unborn.
On behalf of life, on behalf of our constitutional rights, Patriot Mobile is America's only, only Christian conservative mobile phone provider.
And they've been on the front lines of fighting for our values for quite some time.
This is why Patriot Mobile is different from every other provider out there.
And mobile has plans for almost any budget.
And they offer the same nationwide coverage as any of the other providers, and just as good.
You get the same great service, plus you get the knowledge that your money is being used to protect you, to protect your freedom of speech, your religious freedom, your freedom and right to protect yourself under the Second Amendment.
So go to patriotmobile.com Or call 972-PATRIOT.

Come on, join our movement in all respects.
Make the switch today.
PatriotMobile.com slash Rudy.
patriotmobile.com slash Rudy 972 Patriot. Well, in that connection, I should tell you that
in addition to these very, very disturbing, extremely disturbing displays by our President
and Vice President, and the lack of response of anyone in his administration to the constitutional
duties that they have, censorship Bye.
Between the social media and the Biden administration, the conspiracy of censorship that goes on with revelations about communications between the Biden administration and the Democrats and different ones of the social media actually All the big ones is becoming very, very apparent.
I mean, not only was it apparent based on circumstantial evidence, they come out against the same things and they ban the same things and they try to cancel the same people.
But now we have communications in which they share that information.
Sometimes it's done very vocally, like it's being done now by the president with his vicious attacks on half of our citizens, who he's basically telling the social media to cancel and to persecute.
Those are words that bring on persecution, not just other consequences.
But I can tell you that just in the last week, for reasons that I cannot figure out, I had three podcasts Taken down by YouTube.
One of them goes back to July of this year, and it's the one involving all of the evidence of Ashley Babbitt's murder, and all the questions that have not been raised, answered, or even hinted at by the January Sixth Committee, even though that is the only loss of life that takes place in the Capitol on that day that they consider so horrendous.
So if you ask me what's the worst thing that happened that day in terms of irreparable consequences, it was the death of Ashley Babbitt.
No one else died inside the Capitol that day.
Another Trump supporter died right outside the Capitol in allegedly being stomped by police officers, where there is footage that appears to show that, which also hasn't been examined.
But Ashley Babbitt's murder cries out with questions in which you would have to say that it amounts certainly to an alleged homicide.
It was taken down now.
I think it was put up in July.
And how you can be a decent person and sit on that committee and overlook it, how you can pretend to be a moral person and overlook it is incomprehensible to me.
But YouTube joins that group of people who want to cover up facts that the American people should know, normally would get to know, in censoring it.
For some reason, four or five months later.
Even more unusual, they go back to last year and cancel two other podcasts, one with Zev Zelenko and the other with Harvey Reich.
Now, both of them were podcasts about COVID.
Zev Zelenko has tragically passed on.
Zev was a great doctor.
Unlike any of the people that made determinations about this, none of them treated 3,000 or was it 4,000 COVID patients with results that have been verified that were astonishing.
Well over 98, 99% of those patients survived.
He amassed enormous numbers of tests.
Which have been on podcasts of mine that would go from the floor to here, showing the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine.
Not only did the report show that, I have my own experience with my friends whose lives did he save, as do many, many others.
This was an extraordinarily good man, a real dedicated doctor, who really treated people, not like Fauci, who made millions with, you know, under the table payments.
That we still can't learn about, and who is involved in a group of contradictions that only can be called lies, that appear to have a profit motive.
None of that attaches to Zelenko.
But if you say anything about Fauci, that probably gets censored.
And for some reason now, about a year later, they take down his podcast!
With no real explanation!
Just... Where are the censors?
We're the guardians of truth on the 1984.
You're censored.
Yeah, just the way they used to do in the Soviet Union.
The Commissar of Truth.
Or maybe in East Berlin, the Stasi.
We'll arrest you.
Or maybe in current China, which they do right now.
Which many of these social media people really seem to like China a lot.
And of course, the president has made more money from China than the U.S.
So that could be the reason.
And then there's Harvey Reich.
I mean, Harvey is a very, very distinguished doctor giving views on COVID that are supported by thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of other doctors.
Supported by millions and millions of Americans.
But not by the Biden dictatorship.
So they can't be uttered.
The words can't be uttered.
I've got to tell you that the Ashley Babbitt podcast, the Zev Zelenko podcast, and the Harvey Reich podcast must contain a lot of very, very true and damaging material.
Because otherwise they wouldn't go out of their way banning them.
They just refute them.
It's like 2,000 mules, right?
All they say it's debunked.
They never have produced anything showing a single one of those trips that shows election fraud.
That was incorrect.
It's like they've been doing for years and somehow You know, the record doesn't catch up with them.
This is what they did about Biden's criminality.
They said, oh, it was debunked.
I mean, for years I was persecuted over that.
And I would say, show me the debunking report.
Well, not only was it not debunked, it's now totally proven by the hard drive and they have to accept it.
The President of the United States is a proven crook.
It hasn't been proven in court, but it's been proven in the hard drive they covered up.
And now we know the motive for covering it up.
Or you want another one?
Russian collusion.
For three or four years we investigated Russian collusion.
Forty million dollars.
Pulitzer Prizes for our fascist newspapers.
Pulitzer Prizes never returned even though they reported false stories of Russian collusion.
Now proven.
Totally.
Completely.
Absolutely.
Lies.
Who was telling the truth?
I was.
Who was lying?
They were.
Keep that in mind, because it continues.
It continues with the conversation with the President of Ukraine.
Where was the quid pro quo bribe?
Now proven, between Biden and the President of the Ukraine.
Which one was a phony story made up by Shifty Schiff?
Theirs.
Who lied?
They did.
Who told the truth?
We did.
Or what about the hard drive itself?
The hard drive itself was Russian disinformation, according to the most distinguished intelligence people they could call upon from the crooked Democratic administrations of Obama and Clinton.
Who was lying about that?
They were.
Who was telling the truth?
We were.
So once again, once again, they just continue it and continue it and continue it.
And our rights under the First Amendment to free speech are destroyed and obliterated And the time to just take it is over.
The time to do something about it has come about.
You know, I read to you just a few things to encourage you and then ask you to please, please realize that the time to do something about it means the 2022 elections.
All Democrats are part of this that are serving in office because none of them condemn it.
You should universally vote against all of them, just on this principle alone.
So their party is destroyed and they have to rebuild it.
Based on the principles that I'm going to read to you now, very short, very short little quotes, which you can check and please read for yourself.
Our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost.
Thomas Jefferson letter to James Curry January 28
1786 Liberty cannot be preserved without a general knowledge
among the people who have a right and a desire to know Code-Pyrotechnics.com
But besides this, they have a right, an indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible divine right to that most dreaded and envied kind of knowledge.
I mean of the characters and conduct of their rulers.
John Adams, a dissertation on the canon and feudal law 1765.
Knowledge of the characters and conduct of their rulers.
You were uniformly denied that by these dishonest, crooked politicians and press with their covering up and keeping from you the hard drive.
Weren't you?
You were not given knowledge of the character and conduct of the Biden crime family, were you?
And now Benjamin Franklin.
In those wretched countries where a man cannot call his tongue his own, he can scarce call anything his own.
Whoever would overthrow the liberty of a nation must begin by subduing the freedom of speech A thing terrible to public traitors.
Please, remember that.
These are the great, great people with human flaws, but great people beyond many that have walked the face of the earth, who created the greatest nation on earth.
I'm not going to tell you all the reasons why.
If you don't know it, Get off the podcast.
I can't help you.
Can't help you if you're that ignorant.
You don't know why this is the greatest nation on earth.
These are the words of the men who did that.
They're telling you something really true.
When they cut off your ability to know, when they cut off your ability to speak freely and honestly, when they cut it off and they ban it and they cover it up, Because they can't answer it.
You know where the truth lies.
It lies with those bold enough to speak out.
And the best indication that they're lying is the fact that they will not let you hear it because they can't refute it.
The President of the United States is unable to carry out the duties of his office.
The President of the United States is a long-term criminal.
The Vice President is suffering from some mental problem that makes it impossible for her to communicate like an intelligent human being.
And the Democrat Party is covering that all up because at the highest levels it's become systemically corrupt.
I do not mean all Democrats by any means.
The vast majority of Democrats are honest and decent people.
I don't participate in the kind of slanderous, disgusting, Pathetic, pathological conduct of Biden calling all Trump supporters fascists and terrorists.
Most people who support Biden have no such motives.
There's no wonder that they'd be confused with the amount of lying that goes on.
The amount of money that's put into the television manipulation and propaganda.
In fact, it's surprising to me that there are as many people as there are, either 50% or over 50% that realize it.
It's a credit to the patriots who speak out.
And I don't mean just me, I mean many, many others.
But you sure gotta be willing to have your life destroyed.
They were right.
They were right.
The price of freedom is very high.
And we have to pay it in all different ways, but it's worth it.
So, let this be a reminder that the election is coming up.
It's your chance, your most important chance, to restore our constitutional rights.
Your vote is needed now more than ever before, and the votes of your friends and those who think like you, but don't realize the severity of it.
So please, contact me at RudyGiulianiCS.com.
Let me know what you're thinking.
Within a few days, I'm going to be starting a call-in show.
Please pay attention to it.
You'll be able to call in and we'll be able to talk about these things at some length.
And hopefully that will help us even develop more enthusiasm for this election.
Thank you very, very much for paying attention to this.
Thank you very, very much for standing up for the greatest country on earth.
