Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani, and I'm back with another episode, another one of Rudy's Common Sense.
Today's episode is on something that is a historic crisis that we are undergoing, and I'm not sure because, again, of the censorship of the vast majority of the media, all of us really understand how big this crisis is and the impact it will have on our country.
We all read about and talk about and debate and have different positions on the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.
Most of us are opposed to it.
I think almost all of us are opposed to it.
We see that what Russia did was criminal, an act really of terrorism more than an act of war.
And we believe America has a role in helping them.
Some believe America has a very active role, not too many, but some do.
Some believe that America has a more passive role, but still a role in supporting and helping Ukraine.
And we've given Ukraine a massive amount of money.
Some people think too much, some people think too less.
I'm not here to debate that right now.
What I'm here to say is, I'm here to use it as a contrast to an invasion That's affecting us every day with more people, more people dying, much more of an impact on us than whatever is happening in Ukraine or China or somewhere else.
Immediate impact on us in terms of people dying, immediate impact on us maybe for 20 or 30 or 40 or 50 years.
And possibly if the motives of the people who are orchestrating this are correct, Maybe an impact in terms of changing our form of government and our way of life.
Maybe even our language.
Our constitution.
And who we are.
It's the open border that was announced by the Democrat Party when they won the election, announced specifically by Joseph Biden when he accepted the nomination of the Democrat Party.
There's no secret to this.
They act like there is.
They act like there's no crisis.
But for a year or two leading up to the Democratic Convention, Democrats talked about an open border, meaning everybody should be allowed to come in without their being examined, without their being looked at.
If they wanted to come here, The mere fact that they were poor and wanted a better place to live should be enough.
Now that had never been the case before because if you apply any logic to this, and liberals have no capacity for applying logic to anything, which is why they end up hurting people so much, every person that's poor would be able to come here and that would be half the world and America would disappear.
So there has to be a principle.
A moral principle, a respectable principle that says these people can come and these people can't.
And we've always used lawful immigration as the way of doing that.
And very often we've also used people who could be useful and helpful to the growth of America, which I suspect nowadays might be considered in some way discriminatory, that you would prefer a person who could bring a needed skill to someone who would go on welfare.
But in any event, the Democrat Party for some time now has been moving toward open border.
By 2019, 2020, they were there, they were campaigning on it, and Biden, without any equivocation, made it clear at the Democratic Convention I'll read it to you.
That's why I pulled it out here.
I'll read the exact language.
Actually, it was in 2019 that he said it.
He repeated it at the convention.
His first reference to it was in Democratic debate in 2019.
He said, I would in fact make sure that there is, we immediately surge to the border all those people seeking asylum.
They deserve to be heard.
Well, that's exactly what they're doing.
See, what he said is what they're doing.
All those people who believe they deserve asylum are flocking to the border.
Now, it turns out that all those people deserving asylum that flock to the border turn out to be no more than about 8% who actually deserve asylum, which is fleeing political persecution.
And the other 92% just would like to make more money or make money.
In fact, we're not even dealing right now with the poor of the poor.
We're dealing with people from all over the world.
Who are coming here because of the massive public relations effort on the part of the Democrat party to bring them here.
And then the dishonesty with which they deal with it.
There probably is no one in the cabinet that lies more than Mayorkas who keeps saying that we stop people at the border.
Well, we don't.
The statistics are almost impossible to understand.
Last year was a record.
We almost hit 2 million people who got arrested.
90% of them were allowed to come into the United States.
Almost none of them were checked for anything.
They were just given a parole date of a year or two for now.
And probably if 10% of them show up, it's a lot.
We've absorbed them.
They could be very good people.
They could be priests, ministers, and rabbis.
They could be rapists.
They could be members of the FARC.
They could be members of Colombian organized crime or Mexican organized crime.
They could be terrorists.
And they are going to probably be all those things.
We just don't know in what numbers because we never checked them out.
That was a little under 2 million.
That was a record.
One of the many records for Exceedingly horrible performance that Joseph Biden has reached in his short tenure as the worst president of the United States.
This year, he has already exceeded the 2 million.
And we're going to head more toward 2.5, maybe 3 million.
Again, same thing.
People, we have no idea if they have COVID monkey pox, chicken pox, or any pox.
We have no idea if they just came out of a prison or they're PhDs.
And the people who know who's coming in are the Mexican cartels.
But that's enough from me.
I should tell you that from the very, very beginning of our association together on uncovering the truth in particular, but also on the podcast, which she produces now, Dr. Maria has spent a great deal of time on this immigration problem, particularly from the point of view of fentanyl, and I think I know why.
She ran a hospital in New Hampshire for almost a decade, and the hospital she took over was failing, and she made it into a successful hospital, which made her for eight years in a row the leading CEO of a rural hospital in the United States of America.
That's quite a distinction.
And one of her big problems in New Hampshire, and you would never think about it, was drugs.
New Hampshire was a state that was afflicted by drugs more than most.
And fentanyl being one of them.
She's got great familiarity with fentanyl.
She's understood before many the deadly effects of it.
And she understands before many what's coming along, which may be worse.
So I'm going to ask Dr. Ryan to really conduct most of this podcast, because quite honestly, she's got a lot more authority on this than I do, and a lot deeper knowledge.
And this is something I want you to understand, because this is why we exist.

We're here to tell you what other people don't tell you, so you can be safe and you can protect your rights as Americans.
So let's listen to Dr. Ryan.
And then I'll be back toward the end to make a comment or two, but she understands this better than I do.
And let her tell you, she also has an extraordinarily very, very good way of explaining things where she makes difficult medical principles seem, you know, obvious.
Mayor Giuliani, thank you for having me on your podcast today on a subject that means a lot to me and should mean a lot to our national security.
But I'd also like to say sitting next to you every Sunday for our show Uncovering the Truth has been a real privilege and thank you.
So the border, right?
Very few news programs report on the invasion at the border.
A critic may say, Geez, people who are speaking out against people coming across that border.
They must be anti-immigrant.
That couldn't be further from the truth.
Many of us have had a parent, a grandparent, or it could go back even further in generations, but you came from somewhere.
So, we are a nation that loves immigrants.
We are also, or used to be, a nation that liked and loved And stood out for our law and order.
So we do have rules about coming into our country, but even before President Biden became president, he started saying, just come, just come.
Instead, he should say, we love all immigrants, come the right way.
Stay in your country of origin, apply to come in, if you are a refugee or Are coming from a war torn country.
There's one way to do it.
If you just want to come for a better way of life, there's another process to come in.
But to me, he's confused these people.
I actually don't blame most of them for coming in the way they did because they don't know any better.
But here's the facts of the matter.
Our border is controlled by the cartels.
No doubt.
We have the Gulf Cartel, the Los Zetas Cartel, and probably the biggest cartel known for the drug trafficking is the Sinaloa.
And why that one is a little bit more famous is because of who used to run it, El Chapo, and now El Chapo's sons are running it.
But here's what happens to people.
They want to come to America for whatever their reason they want to come.
They're encouraged to come.
Right away these cartels start mingling with the people, even in their own country.
I'm going to help you.
You have to pay two to six thousand dollars, whatever it is.
You pay up front or you pay some of it and they're going to track you down and shake you down forever for the rest of it.
But they guide you in.
But here's the treachery.
Here's the evilness of it.
They have No respect for women or for little girls.
They are there to be controlled, manipulated.
This is so sick, Mayor Giuliani.
Mothers of these little girls literally give them birth control pills.
They know they are going to be raped.
To me, how could you put your child through that?
Rape is a violent crime, but it happens all the time.
The cartel will literally do a rape tree.
They're proud of the degradation of another human being.
They'll take a piece of clothing and put it on a tree, a bra, a panty, a pair of pants.
And that's to say, stay in line.
We can do whatever we want to you.
So already people are in servitude to the cartel.
So they bring them here, they have their wristbands, they have their process, they get them into the country.
They also know where they're going to go.
There are literally cartel members in every state in the union.
And those people will be shaken down for the rest of their life.
Whether they paid up front or paid fully, they are in debt to the cartel.
Do you think they're getting the American dream?
How can the Biden administration let this happen to human beings?
How can the Biden administration continue to break laws of the nation?
How can the Biden administration allow children, little boys and girls, be sex trafficked through some of these cartels?
It happens to adults as well.
The children is really the sickest of all things.
So we have this big problem at the border.
The numbers, as you mentioned, are exponential, right?
Last year, we had more people come in illegally than the state of New Hampshire.
We have 1.2 million people here and there was about 1.5 million people that we know about.
We're estimating the gotaways anywhere from 300 to 600,000.
We don't even know.
What's another scary thing is we've stopped 66 known terrorists that we know of, right?
It's a big sign that says, come in, do whatever you want to our country.
And here's the other thing, besides trying to stick up for these women and children and getting the word out with what happens to them on the journey and even here in America once they're here, they're trafficked.
The other thing is the drug problem.
We all know fentanyl.
is the number one killer of people aged 18 to 45.
And I actually think it's a little younger than that, and a little older than that, but the CDC is a bit behind with their data.
So that means more people are being, in that age group, poisoned by fentanyl than any other cause of death.
Than COVID, heart attacks, car accidents.
It's shameful.
And here's the scary thing.
So we all know fentanyl is 50 times more potent than heroin, a hundred times more potent than morphine.
But here comes the newest drugs that again are chemically done in China, some in India, and they're from what's called the Nitazine family.
So there's literally, I don't know, tens of hundreds of different combinations with nitizines in the drug.
Two of the known ones in America right now is one with a street named Iso and the other one is a street named Pyro.
So Iso looks again like a pill that was from a legitimate pharmacy.
It's yellow.
It has an M on one side, a 30 on the other.
The pyro is more blue with blue flecks in it and I'm on one side 30 in the other.
The problem is these drugs are even more potent than fentanyl.
We don't even know the exact so it's a guess but people are saying anywhere from 20 to 100 times more potent.
So we have these other fake pills coming from China as well that look like they were compounded in a pharmacy.
They look like the real Ativan, the real Xanax, the real oxycodone, but they're fake.
They were not compounded in a legitimate factory.
They're compounded in factories to poison you.
And what's in it?
It could be fentanyl in it.
It could be iso in it.
It could be pyro in it.
And I've had some really nasty comments from some people after reporting it that, well, if you take drugs, so what?
You deserve to die.
No one needs to die like that.
No one should die like that.
Drug addiction is a disease.
It really is.
Addiction is awful.
It's the devil taking control and it's a craving that you and I don't understand.
But these people, it's really bad.
And what's terrible is the grooming and pushing it on our youth.
So you have somebody who, you know, they go online.
These teenagers feel so isolated, especially through the pandemic.
They feel misunderstood.
They go online.
Someone, especially on Snapchat, but other avenues as well.
TikTok.
They go and they befriend that young person.
I understand how you feel.
Your parents really don't understand you.
You shouldn't talk to your parents.
You know what?

And haven't we heard this story over and over again?
So I am begging the Biden administration.
I am begging Vice President Kamala Harris to go to that border, to talk to the agents, to really learn what's going on.
It's not a secret.
It's an open secret, right?
Everybody knows the cartels are controlling our border.
How do they feel about that?
How do they feel about people now being in the sex trade?
Because the cartel controls our border.
How do they feel about the cartel pushing drugs onto our citizens?
It's got to touch them, right?
What has happened to their love of another human being?

I'm sure you found that recitation by Dr. Maria to be as informative and as interesting as I did.
It's amazing, but I mean, she has been on the top of this right from the very beginning.
She's the one who really explained to me the danger of fentanyl.

And she was the first one to interview the woman who basically put the finger on the Chinese Communist Party for deliberately spreading that around the world.

You know, but this is all part of just one big, big, big thing that they're doing, which is they're trying to take over our country.
They're trying to ruin our country.
That's why, why would you just let people come in no matter who they are, whether they're criminals or rapists or child molesters or, that's who's coming in.
People who are coming in are, are unscreened and they're screened by the cartels who are criminals.
So that doesn't mean that they're all bad people.
They let good people come in because they want to hide the bad ones among the good ones.
But they're letting a lot more bad ones come in than usual for their purposes.

So, no reason for me to really sum up what Maria just pointed out.
She did it so, so clearly.
I'll just add a couple of things to it.
You know, this whole Republican-Democrat division on the issue here has not been this way.
I remember back when one of the leaders of the Democrat Party, some of you may remember her, some of you may not, but she probably was one of the more eloquent Democrats, Barbara Jordan.
I'll never forget her speech when she was the chair of the U.S.
Commission on Immigration Reform, and she wrote, no national interest in continuing to import
lesser skilled and unskilled workers to compete in the most vulnerable parts of our labor market.
Basically, she was saying, if we're going to have the choice of bringing people in,
let's bring in people that help us.
Now, was that racist?
Barbara was one of the leading civil rights advocates, right on the front line, putting a life at risk for civil rights.
I hardly think it is.
This idea of open borders has more to do with corporate interests than it does the interests of poor people, because poor people are the people that are hurt by it.
Illegal immigration has been tied to anywhere, depending on where it happens, to a 20-60% decrease in wages for black Americans.
And black Americans, when you do a poll, are more supportive of reasonable limitations on immigration than anyone else.
So if we're talking about helping Americans who need to move up the ladder, illegal immigration Illegal immigration could hurt them.
Legal immigration that's done for a purpose, that's done for a rationale, as it is in other countries, could actually be darn helpful.
So, there are so many reasons now, and there always have been, that we assert control over our borders.
Maybe it goes no more complicated than you can't have a country without a secure border.
You can't have a home without a secure house.
You can't just have your door open.
Just open.
People are going to come in and steal everything you have.
You leave the door of your country open, they're going to come in and steal everything you have.
And that is what they're doing.
This present group, much worse than in the past.
Controlled by the Mexican cartels at all different points of the border.
Not only is it controlled by them, but I just want to show you this map because many people think they're just at the border.
Now, let me go back here for one moment and pull something out.
I did this a long time ago.
This could be a year ago.
And I just want to show you the map of Texas here.
You see, this is Texas right here.
And there are many points that come in at Texas, but Laredo and Del Rio and El Paso are the three main ones right here.
Do you see them?
So those are the three main ones.
There are many others.
And Texas gets hit overwhelmingly by it, even more than California, where there's just a small border.
Arizona, Arizona and New Mexico, some.
But it's basically Texas that takes the brunt of it.
And it used to be that these cartels were just at the border.
But since I like maps so much, I'm going to show you another one, because this is where they come from.
If you look at that, you'll see they don't all come from Mexico.
They come from as far down as Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize, Guatemala, and then they come up through Mexico.
A lot of the points of entry start here and here, and they come up through Mexico.
And people joining them now come from Africa, Asia, and Europe.
It's a, just an open, this is just open.
It's like, come in.
We catch maybe half of them.
The other half get through and we don't even know who they are.
We don't know the ones that we catch.
We don't know who they are because we don't check them.
The ones that we don't catch, we don't know what they look like.
This is a very, very small map.
Which I'm showing you because I want to show you that the Mexican cartels are represented in the United States.
You don't really have to bother looking at all the cities, probably yours is there.
But in every city they have representatives.
Now this didn't used to be the case 20 to 30 years ago.
This is where they send, because they send their own people in, because now with the money they're making, With the money they're making with the fentanyl and these new drugs that Dr. Ryan is speaking about, and the trading in women and the trading in children, they want to make sure they keep their fair share.
Fair share?
Their blood share.
And when President Trump had referred to M13 as animals, remember years ago he did that and they got so angry at him that he was a racist?
My backside.
You know what the M13 does when it comes into a community?
Years ago, before President Trump even said that, they came into a community on Long Island and the first thing they did was chop a girl's head off and put her on the beach, even though she was.
They did it in order to show their domination over the community.
And they're still there causing the Suffolk County Police all kinds of hell.
You can find them in Lowell, Massachusetts or Lawrence, Massachusetts.
You can find them in Michigan.
You can find them all over Florida.
Has to stop.
So let's go back to Dr. Ryan.
She's got a couple of concluding thoughts and very few people understand this better.
Let's go back to Dr. Maria.
Very, very few people understand it better than her.
And very few people have such a beautiful attitude about it.
You're a remarkable human being.
Let's go back.
You know, your podcasts are really informative.
I'm very glad you have such a huge audience because I don't know if people get the news anymore.
There are stations that say they are news stations, but really they deliver opinions.
And there's very few stations that cover the border.
And it's really important, but every mainstream television news station should be covering it, even your local TV stations, because it's important.
Even in New Hampshire, we are affected by what happens at that border.
All of us are.
Okay, so we have all the humanity stuff, sex trade, Rape.
Violent crime.
Disgusting what happens to these people.
The servitude for some of them for life.
Some of those children that are coming across the border are forever indebted to those cartels and they are brutal.
They're savages.
They cut people's heads off.
They make videos of eating a heart.
So this is a big thing.
So okay.
So say that doesn't matter to you.
I don't know how it cannot matter to a human being.
But you have to look at then the national security that we're facing.
Terrorists from the Middle East, from other areas.
We don't even know.
People are groomed and radicalized every day around the world to hate America and Americans.
So hopefully someone will have the decency to shut down that border.
I propose doing a moratorium that absolutely no one comes in.
Those border agents have every right to turn the person around and just... No.
That word will get everywhere very quickly.
We could even pre-announce it so people don't make the journey.
That no one is going to be allowed in this country for six months.
And it could take longer, but for those six months, we start tracking the ones that came into this country.
Start looking at their backgrounds.
Start maybe even helping them find jobs.
Everybody is looking for a job.
Help people get jobs.
No one should be on welfare in this country.
And then start looking at the ones that came in.
The criminal acts.
Start going after them.
The rings.
The sex traffic rings.
The drug rings.
We will see a difference almost immediately on the drug flow.
But we have to put a moratorium.
There's no other way.
What are we going to say?
Okay, only 100 more.
We need a complete moratorium on that border so we can look at the people inside and see if they are people that have felonies from other countries, have killed people in other countries, have raped people in other countries.
They need to go back to their country of origin.

And also the whole movement is intended to take down your form of government and your way of life.
And so far it's winning because Biden has just opened it all up.
We don't have a border in the Southwest any longer.
Anybody can come in and we don't know who they are.
That has to end.
There's only one way to end it.
Vote all the Democrats out of office.
Every single one.
They don't deserve it.
They'll fix up.
We'll have a Democratic Party back.
And it'll be a good one, and a solid one, and it'll make some of the great contributions like it's made in the past.
But it won't be an anti-American one, which it is right now.
We need you.
