Time Text
Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani and I'm back with an episode of Rudy's Common Sense.
And this episode follows up on the alert that we put out on Monday concerning the disturbing situation in the raid of Donald Trump's home, Mar-a-Lago.
Now, this of course has gotten coverage and a substantial amount, but I don't know that it yet has really reached The proportion that it should reach.
First of all, this is the first time in 232 years that an Attorney General, in this case an Attorney General of dubious ethics, Merrick Garland, who's already described white supremacists as the most dangerous threat to America, who has labeled parents seeking To protect their children from early sexualization as possible terrorists who has devoted so much time to January 6 and its investigation that crime is rampant all over the United States and the FBI has very little time for any of that, including those where they could make a difference, the interstate areas where I used them very effectively to reduce crime by record levels.
And he has acted more than any American attorney general, with the possible exception of Holder, as a lapdog of the corrupt Biden administration.
Well, Garland has shattered 232 years of president, and so has Biden, by conducting now a criminal proceeding, a raid against the president's predecessor, and with all likelihood attempting to bring a criminal prosecution In the spirit of banana republics, communist governments, Nazi governments, socialist governments, and all forms of fascist governments.
This is their sine qua non of what they do.
They prosecute their opponents, sometimes murder them, right?
Sometimes put them in prison, sometimes exile them, but then are able to create a one-party state And if you look at all the things that they've done, trying to change the Supreme Court, trying to change the way we vote to make it one way, one federal way, with unidentified ballots.
If you look at what they're trying to do to the Congress, when you look at their plans that have been declared unconstitutional in various states, you can see they're attempting very, very hard to create a one-party state.
In New York, For example, where they're complaining so much about the trickle of illegal immigrants that they're getting from Texas, they do have a law that allows non-citizens to vote.
Of course, in a blatant attempt to make it permanently a one-party city and state, which, whenever they do that, the crime rates become astronomical, as they now are happening.
In New York City, it had no riots.
Oh gosh, in 20 years since the last Democrat mayor, we have a Democrat mayor, we have riots, we have increased crime.
I thought, along with Bloomberg, we had made New York permanently safe.
Of course, I was fooled by Democrats who have used every policy possible to increase crime in New York.
So, like Chicago, with 50 years of Democrat rule, We can have murderous weekends where we just wonder how many people are going to die, eight or nine out of 10 of them being young African-American males.
This is our attorney general who was in charge of this case.
So the question is, just how much damage has this done, not to Donald Trump, But to what's left of the American system of justice, because there's very little left.
This is a part of a continuum that goes back to 2015, 2016, when they began the pursuit of Donald Trump to destroy his chance of being president by any means, legal or illegal.
They chose an illegal means.
The means they chose was to purchase and create a false information.
Looks like with the help of government officials and considerable number of intelligence agents and FBI agents, and that was what we now know as the Russian hoax.
That really has its genesis, at least in early 2016, could be in 2015.
Meetings at the White House asking Ukrainian officials to get dirt on various people in the Trump organization.
The actual payment of well over a million dollars to produce a phony set of documents, a book, A so-called record book, I think it was called a black book, a black ledger, completely falsified, showing bribes to Manafort from the Russian side of the Ukrainian party, which happens to be the side that was paying the Biden family, by the way, the Russian side.
All of that, you know, ended up in the FBI coming to a conclusion before the election that that Russian hoax was without any evidence.
That was the professional statement.
And one of the high-ranking officials, apparently one who was long gone, pronounced after looking at it that it was insane.
Which is exactly the words I used when I first saw the Steele affidavits and the Steele, what they call now, dossier.
These clearly were not intelligence documents and any New York Times reporter, intelligence agent, or Senator McCain who thought they were was fooling themselves because of wishful thinking and hatred of Donald Trump.
These were clearly, clearly, Campaign-derived documents, OPPO research documents.
What we didn't know was a million dollars was paid for them in order to create this frame up of then-candidate Trump.
Of course, that didn't work.
So then it morphed within one day into making an investigation of the incoming president.
And of course, his impeachment was announced on the first day that he became president.
Do you need any more to realize how dishonest?
To realize how corrupt, to realize how hopefully unprecedented this is in the history of America, that on the day he took office, Democrats were discussing his impeachment.
Based on a document and a set of documents and a set of allegations, which they pronounced piously for two or three years, supported, gosh, as late as the 2020 election when I was accused of being a Russian agent, falsely.
Uh, they just stuck with it.
And of course, um, carried along, uh, 90% of the media and somewhere around 40 to 50% of the American people based on propaganda.
So that failed and the, the, the, to get them out of office.
Yeah.
The Russian, um, Hoax was then continued with the phony whistleblower account of the conversation of the President of the United States with the President of Ukraine, which turned out to be totally false, propagated by Congressman Schiff and his colleagues.
This is the same congressman who said he had evidence, solid evidence, people held up a document, Joe McCarthy, who was a scoundrel of years past, and never produced a single stitch of evidence, nor has he ever been able to account for his very, very serious lies trying to frame an innocent man and then create a coup against a sitting president.
Not just trivial matters, but he still sits there lying about January 6, along with his colleagues, who also lie continuously about January 6, and leave out the critical matters, like an investigation of the one person who was actually murdered on January 6 in the Capitol, Ashley Babbitt.
We hear nothing about her very questionable homicide.
So, now...
All of a sudden, 15 months after President Trump took documents from the White House, as every other president did, and was cooperating with voluntary, or in some cases voluntary, but in some cases subpoenas that would have a record of it, attempts to obtain documents, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, they raid his house early in the morning, with guns drawn, Not allowing his lawyers to observe the search as they normally would in a white-collar situation.
And usually prefer because it helps them.
And we get no explanation really as to what changed in that 15 months.
What happened?
So let's go over the situation here.
When a president left the White House, of course, like all presidents, and this one probably even more so than most because of the circumstances of the entire dispute, left very quickly.
He's returned 15 boxes.
They've taken 20 or 30 boxes.
There may or may not be others there.
I've never seen them.
So I guess he must have gone out with 50 or 60 or 70 boxes.
That's just an extrapolation from what I see in the newspaper.
So it looks like he's returned more than half of them.
Every one they wanted, either by voluntary or by seizure.
On January 20th, he took the boxes out.
They remained there all year of the 21st.
And there were discussions with the National Archives, which was concerned that he had taken classified documents.
Now, of course, the President has the power to declassify, and you would assume, and you said he has done it, that he declassified the documents he took with him.
And then there are even arguments that were virtually taken with him that he declassified.
So, and you know, for example, President Obama took 30 million documents with him.
They say they're declassified, but they're declassified because he declassified them.
Nobody's examined them.
That's a lot of documents to take.
The National Archives will not allow you access to them, so we can't see if they're formally classified documents of the most secret nature that he declassified, which they surely were, as they are in the case of most presidents.
And he took that level of documents, more than kind of wiped out the White House, so there'd be no records of his, but he said he would digitize them so we could get them He hasn't done not one of them.
He may never do it.
You think anybody's ever gonna force the Prince to do it?
The Prince of America?
He promised to digitize the records in the National Archives and never done a damn thing about it.
And they tell us they're declassified, but they don't tell us who declassified them, and I'm gonna bet you anything that he did.
And until I see them, I'm gonna be sure he did.
And 30 million documents is a hell of a lot more than 50 or 100 boxes.
And Obama did many things that were injurious to our national security.
Now Trump did none.
Biden has set the record, by the way, for injuring our national security.
You compare the safety of America now to the safety of America when Trump was president.
You tell me how those documents could show any kind of effect on the national security.
He didn't give away the Bagram Air Base, which is enormously dangerous to the security of the United States, defending itself against China, who bought out Biden.
How phony can they get?
So for a year, those documents remained there with discussions with the National Archives.
no subpoena, no raid, no use of guns.
In January of 2020, the Trump people sent 15 boxes, as requested, to the
National Archives.
That was this year.
Again, no subpoena, no reason for force, no dispute.
They did find that there was national security information in the 15, what they consider national security information.
Unlikely that there wouldn't be.
Then in the spring of 2022, the investigators interviewed the Trump aides again.
And are given information to familiarize themselves with the storage of what remains at the Palm Beach Resort.
There's no objection to that.
They're allowed to see whatever they ask to see.
They're taken wherever they want to go.
In June, in fact, on June 3rd of 2022, Now they arrive at Mar-a-Lago after having seen that with a subpoena, which of course is the right thing to do so you have a clear record of what's taken.
And they're shown the basement storage room where additional boxes containing White House documents and other materials were kept.
And then they look at them I believe there's a request around that time that they add additional security, namely another padlock, which they do comply with.
And then on June 22nd, which is a couple of weeks later, they receive a subpoena for surveillance footage from Mar-a-Lago, according to the Wall Street Journal, and there's no indication there was any resistance to that.
So up until August the 8th, 2022, the history here has not been one of dispute or privilege that we legitimately have in some cases, but of being able to obtain documents by subpoena.
By non-aggressive, non-intrusive means.
But then let's, you know, now let's see what could the justification be for all of a sudden that changing?
And do the facts indicate that there was some kind of major change, given the way it was handled?
All of a sudden, for reasons that we don't know, although there have been criminal and illegal leaks of suggestions of these things by the very people who conducted or are in charge of the raid, which tells you that there are criminals involved in this who are willing to leak.
All of a sudden, on August 5, they end up in the chambers of a magistrate, not a United States district judge, His name is Bruce Reinhardt and he has a rather strange history and it would be kind of unusual if they didn't kind of do some judge shopping for him because he's the perfect guy that would sign an affidavit or sign a warrant that didn't have, well, the kind of support you would expect because he's a zealot.
Clearly he's a zealot.
This is a person who left government service and went immediately to work for Epstein.
Represented some of Epstein's people.
Then became a very, very dedicated, over-the-top Democrat, a big supporter of Hillary, a big supporter of Obama, big supporter of Biden, and a Trump Well, Trump hater.
To such an extent that he himself felt it was necessary a few weeks right before this to recuse himself, take himself out of the case involving Hillary Clinton, Trump, and You don't give the reasons when you recuse yourself, but given his history and his contributions and his statements and his action with Epstein, it's quite clear why he did it.
He was making the statement, I can't be fair in dealing with Trump.
But all of a sudden now he's dealing with something much more important than that original case.
An unprecedented action by one president against another president, never been done before in the history of our republic.
And they take it to a magistrate?
Not to a United States judge.
A magistrate is like their assistant.
He's not confirmed by the Senate.
He's not appointed for life.
He's not vetted in the same way.
This guy clearly has got all kinds of political hang-ups.
They take it to him in his little office in Florida.
Which, given the fact that it was in the Southern District of Florida, couldn't be any more than an hour away from Mar-a-Lago, and he signs the warrant.
Now, we have no idea what was in the affidavit, nor do we have any answers to what he asked.
For example, did he know that the Trump people had been complying by subpoena and by oral request up until then?
Was there any evidence of destruction of documents like Hillary's destruction of 33,000 emails?
Was there any attempt to take documents offshore?
Was there any fear that documents were going to be destroyed if they used a subpoena?
Any evidence of that presented?
Was there any evidence of urgency presented?
This has to be done right away, otherwise they're going to burn down Mar-a-Lago, or they're going to, you know, put the records in the ocean, or they're going to eat the records, or they're going to bomb New York.
Any evidence of urgency?
I mean, these are the things that you have to do to overcome someone's constitutional right To be secure in their home against unreasonable searches and seizures.
Now that's granted by the Fourth Amendment.
There are those of us Americans who believe that's granted by God, by the way.
We still do believe that.
But even those who don't believe it, believe it's granted by the Constitution, except those who follow George Soros, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, because the Fourth Amendment was taken away for dealing with Republicans maybe five, six, seven years ago, and all throughout the Trump investigation, it's been taken away from people who support Trump.
but certainly was ripped away from me. So there's no evidence of any kind that suggests
the necessity for this.
So now let's see how it was handled and what the telltale signs are as to whether this was legitimate or illegitimate when we return.

You know, as we talk about this diminution of rights that we have in this country, whether it's the right of free speech, or it's our privacy rights that have been trashed, or our right of freedom of religion, you know, we've won some victories.
We've won some victories, even in this dark time in the Supreme Court.
To vindicate the right to life, to vindicate the right of the states, to balance the awesome power of the federal government and to prevent one body of government from having all the power.
You know, it took a lot of organizations and people to get that to happen.
And Patriot Mobile is among one of the most important.
Patriot Mobile is the only, the only Christian conservative mobile phone provider.
And they've been on the front lines of these battles from the very, very beginning.

Or call 972-PATRIOT.
So now let's get back to... Let's get back to a test, more or less, of... What's this?
Does this warrant and raid meet the smell test?
Let me begin by the fact that it looks weird that they brought it to a magistrate rather than a federal judge since it was overturning 232 years of very, very serious precedent so that we not look like a banana republic.
Number two, it was weird that they just happened to pick one that just recused himself from a case because he's biased against Trump.
Number three, it looks weird because they took one who was a friend of Epstein, major Democrat and enemy of Donald Trump and big lover of Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton.
All that look weird.
How do they end up in front of this, you know, Clinton-ophile, Obama-ophile?
A lot of other judges to go in front of and one more appropriate.
Why the sudden change?
They're moving along for 15 months, it's not exactly yesterday.
The Duckings have been sitting there, they got a lot of them by subpoena, they got to see them when they wanted to see them, they got them photographed when they wanted them photographed, they got them locked when they wanted them locked, and now all of a sudden they want to crash in with guns?
So it's got to be something of immediate moment, correct?
In order to justify it, days later they illegally and criminally leaked that had something to do with nuclear secrets or nuclear something, therefore trying to create a sense of urgency, but I guess they forgot because liars forget a lot.
The magistrate gave them an 11-day window to execute this warrant.
He signed it on the 5th and it was returnable on the 17th.
I'm sorry, you don't do that with a nuclear warrant.
You don't do that if somebody's going to run away with evidence or burn evidence or destroy something or has something dangerous in his possession.
And you don't worry whether he's home or he isn't home or not home or around home.
You just go get it immediately.
What's he going to do?
The only thing he's going to do is maybe interfere and you can arrest him.
I don't remember stopping so the guy wouldn't be home.
Something kind of sneaky about that too, isn't there?
Well, why wouldn't there be?
These people have destroyed the FBI.
They really have.
Isn't it a tragedy?
This guy gives them 11 days!
They could not have presented to him compelling facts of an emergency if he gave them 11 days!
What, are we stupid?
Garland, you think we're stupid?
You picked the wrong lie to leak when you said it was nuclear.
11 days?
And there are nuclear secrets involved?
What, are you stupid?
And even if the magistrate made a mistake, your agents, if there was something serious involved, your agents had gotten in those cars and they'd have gone up or down, I don't know where the heck his office is, this lower-level judge, non-judge who signed it, this clerk type, who's an Obama-phile and a Trump-hater.
You could have done it right then.
You could have gone that Friday night and executed that warrant.
I'm guessing he was in New Jersey.
No, but you take the weekend off in Palm Beach.
What the heck?
The boys and girls get a weekend in Palm Beach.
Nice.
Nice.
Must have been a big emergency, huh?
Do you realize what a lie this is?
Do I have to do more than that?
What do we have to do to get through the thick skulls of the brainwashed Democrats and the crooked media?
Do you see what a phony this is?
11 days?
They take the weekend off?
They got everything else by subpoena?
While they were waiting, somebody could have probably called up and the lawyers that I saw on television, you know, Christina Bob and her crew would have just given them the documents.
They had authority to do it.
So they're going in there for something very specific and they got, they got a,
they've got some kind of informant who told them what to look for
and where it was and all that and they're there nine hours.
No.
Nine hours?
And they won't let the lawyer go with them and they keep the lawyers out at a 100 degree temperature?
Won't even let them in the inner hallway of Mar-a-Lago to stay cool?
What are we talking about?
The secret police?
Yep.
That's what we're talking about.
We are.
We're talking about the secret police.
You will not come in!
You will stay out in the 100 degree, Christina, Bob!
You may have been a Marine, but we don't want you in here!
And we don't want your other lawyers in here either!
No lawyers!
They may see us do whatever it is we're gonna do that we don't want to see them to do!
Now after all this, after all the lies that Ray has told, after covering up the hard drive for a year and a half, after I gave them the name of a woman who might be killed, Who claimed to know and to access Biden's offshore bank accounts?
A Ukrainian woman who worked for a crooked company and an organized criminal?
Who was afraid she was going to die and you did nothing with it?
Barr?
Wray?
I know who you are.
I know how you're trying to frame me, too.
I know who you are.
.
They're not going to plan something?
You want me to trust that?
You want me to trust those guys not planning something?
Nine hours?
Going through, going through Mrs. Trump's, the first lady, the foreign affairs lady, things?
What are they, sick?
Nine hours, and they had specific information?
Look, are you stupid?
What is it?
Tell me.
Before I say it, tell me what it is.
It's a fishing expedition.
They don't have anything.
They don't have anything.
They don't have anything here.
They don't have anything on January 6th.
They got a whole big crooked city in Atlanta trying to do something.
They got crooked cities all over the country, in New York, trying to do crooked cases.
They got nothing.
Doesn't mean they're not going to make it up.
These are people who paid a million dollars to create false information about a presidential candidate, to stop him from being president, and then continued it to remove a lawfully elected president.
If they can do that, they can do anything.
Anything.
There's no reason why they were there for nine hours.
There's no reason why they wouldn't let Christina Bob and her and her other lawyers who then showed up accompany them for help.
There's no indication these people were going to interfere.
These are the very people who sent them the 15 boxes of documents in the past, sent them the video they wanted, put the lock on that they wanted, never one complaint about lack of cooperation.
And now they're going through it like stormtroopers.
Yeah, accept the name correctly, guys.
Guns out in Mar-a-Lago, you're gonna shoot the handyman.
That's who was there.
After 15 months, after voluntary production, after no indication of voluntary production, and then you're, and then you're, uh, and then you're, Then your leader, your leader, Herr, Herr Attorney General.
Oh, he finally comes out after two or three days.
Takes him a while to figure out what lie to tell.
And he's going to explain it all.
Doesn't tell you, you want a nice New York word?
Nice, I think it's a Yiddish word for it.
He tells us bupkis.
Nothing!
An insult!
He tells us that we have equal justice under the law.
Meanwhile, there are pictures of Hunter Biden getting on Air Force One with his crooked father and family and heading off to a place where some multi-millionaire is paying for them to go stay at a $20, $30 million mansion for nothing.
The Mucha family.
The Biden crime family not only took $31 million from China, $3.5 million from Russia, $8 million from the biggest crook in Ukraine, on and on and on, but they're moochers!
With all that money, they can't afford their own vacation?
Hunter said that for 30 years, he was giving 50% of the millions to dad.
They can't afford their own vacation?
they got a mooch? How can you take this?
How can you accept it?
How can you believe it?
How can you let them get away with the persecution that they are now engaging in of Trump and the people that are just trying to tell you the truth, including me and my friends and my colleagues?
How do you allow it?
I don't know.
I guess there isn't much you can do, huh?
Yes, there is.
You can stay with us.
You can join us, like I mentioned Patriot Mobile.
You can support us.
You can support this podcast.
We're going to expand it so that we get into more homes.
We've got to go around the iron curtain of censorship.
This is the only way around it with people like me, like Steve Bannon, People who have the guts to do it, like Greg Kelly.
There's so many more, I just don't want to mention a few.
Dan Bongino.
I'm leaving out people, but not on purpose, I swear.
I'm not, I just don't have the time.
I'll put out a list if you want, but you know who they are.
are, they're all the, they're doing the job that's supposed to be done by the entire media,
they're telling you everything. Who was the first one that noted this delay?
Me.
Why?
Because I'm an expert on this.
Who noted the 11-day delay in the execution, the two-day delay in the actual carrying out of the warrant, the judge recusing himself, the judge not being a judge but a magistrate.
The fact that in order to justify a search warrant after a situation like this, you've got to show some change in circumstances.
What is it?
And then he gets up and he just does blabbity, blabbity, blabbity.
Doesn't say anything about the reasons for it.
And then here's another telltale sign that we'll conclude with.
But please remember this because this is what I'm facing.
This is what Donald Trump is facing.
This is what Steve Bannon is facing.
This is what Lindsey Graham is facing.
This is what all these people are facing.
Let's just think about this for a minute.
He gets up, pious hair gollum, and he says, he says, we have equal justice under the law.
Okay, well we've already mentioned that Hunter, the guy he should have arrested two years ago, or his predecessor Barr should have arrested two years ago, who committed more crimes than I can count.
Big and little.
Dangerous and not so dangerous.
And all terrible, because they implicated the integrity of the United States of America.
And finally, he engaged in 30 years of selling public office.
And really, the real criminal is his father, not him.
They talk about the Hunter Biden case.
It isn't the Hunter Biden case.
Nobody was buying Hunter Biden.
It was the Joe Biden corruption case, one of the worst in American history.
This excuse for an attorney general who covers up for the worst criminal in the White House, has any excuse to tell us we have equal justice under the law?
We do.
And he can't say anything more?
Because he's going to conduct it?
And then the explanation's out there for a day or two and bombs?
People say, what are you talking about?
We want to see the affidavit.
We want to see the reason.
He didn't give us any reasons.
They know the discrepancy in time.
I do.
They want an explanation of that.
They don't get it.
What do they get?
They get a leak from people close to the investigation.
Who's the Washington Post gonna take as a leak?
FBI or DOJ, right?
And they leaked that it had to do with nuclear secrets.
Do you know that's a crime?
So there's somebody working for Garland who's a criminal.
But there was more than one leak, there were about eight.
So about eight criminals working on this.
Garland worried about who they are?
Garland worried in this case of this magnitude, where we're going to have equal justice under the law?
He's not going to penalize the people who are leaking.
And I'm telling you, they're not just leaking, they're lying.
This didn't have to do with nuclear anything because they wouldn't have gotten a warrant that took 11 days to return and they took the weekend off before they did anything about it if it contained nuclear unless they're crazy.
And then we want to know who they are.
Who would get a warrant about serious nuclear material and not go execute it the moment they got it?
Except a liar or a traitor.
Which is it?
But I'll tell you what it is, Garland.
We now know that criminals work for you.
Do you get it?
Criminals work for you.
The press never cared about that during the Mueller thing when they would say Mueller didn't leak.
Bull.
Mueller leaked constantly.
Every conversation I had with them was leaked by them or the FBI.
Sometimes I read about them before I even went to bed at night.
They're criminals!
That's criminal!
You want to talk about criminal?
It's a hell of a lot more criminal than a dispute with a president over records, which you've had with every president, and which you don't seem to give a damn about with Obama, who hasn't digitized his records in five years.
How about taking him back until he does?
Why don't you go raid him for all the records that he said he was going to digitize and he didn't?
By the way, you want an expert witness?
I digitize my mayoral records.
I think I'm the only one.
Possibly Bloomberg did.
Good sign as to whether you're an honest mayor or not, if you digitize them or not.
Because they're easy to find then.
You think de Blasio's going to digitize his records?
Well, Adams?
You've got to be kidding me.
You think Dinkins did his?
He became a multimillionaire in public office.
Come on.
I digitize my records.
If I could do it, With the little money available to me, with the hundreds of millions this guy has gotten for his library.
