Time Text
Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani, and I'm back with another episode of Rudy's Common Sense.
Today's episode is the Biden crisis catastrophe of the week.
We have one, it seems, every week, bigger than we've ever had before, massive breakdown in the ability of our government to function, loss of life, incompetent government, And America being a laughingstock to the world.
So, a week or two ago it was Afghanistan, where we did things that only totally irrational people would do.
We'll just mention one, of course, just to remind you.
We took the troops out before the civilians, and we left the civilians to fend with not one, not two, but four different Islamic extremist terrorist groups that love to kill Americans.
And now we're having a hard time bringing our people back.
I don't know what you call that.
And then, you know, we don't have to get into the rest of it.
We gave up an airbase 400 miles from China, 500 miles from Iran, which the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff does not think is strategic.
Okay, so that was two weeks ago.
13 brave American members of our military dead for no reason.
Should not have happened.
And then, of course, the strike to retaliate against the Islamic terrorists who were going to bomb the airport turned out to be a man who's worked for a United States company for the last 21 years, already had papers to come to the United States.
I think it was altogether 10 people, his family members, including four young children.
Which we lied about for about three or four or five days until, unbelievably, the New York Times broke it.
And then it took them two days to admit it.
So this is what's going on.
So what's our crisis this week?
Our crisis this week is Bidensville.
Yeah, yeah, Bidensville.
Bidensville is a little place in Texas called Del Rio.
Many people have never heard of Del Rio before.
The town has 35,000 people.
That's a small town.
It's right on the border.
Doesn't have much of a security situation.
I mean, it's got a bridge that takes you right over.
I've always been a rather small border crossing and let me see if I can show it to you on a couple of maps so you get a sense of where it is in Texas.
It's always important, it's always important for me to know, you know, kind of where I am.
So this map, you'll see there's a little red, I don't know, it looks like a, looks to me like a Like one of those poles that you put in a golf course, you know, the seventh hole or the eighth hole.
But that's where Del Rio is.
It's about midway along that very, very long border.
And it's on the Rio Grande, as much of the border is.
And it's an easy crossing.
A very, very easy way to cross.
There's another picture we'll show you where you can see the outline of the bridge going across the Rio Grande.
That'll give you a sense of where it is.
Also, if you want a greater sense of where it is, I love to do this because I like to know where I am.
So Del Rio is here.
This is Texas, right?
This is Mexico below it, right?
So Del Rio is right here, pretty much midway right along that border.
Laredo is here, a much bigger entry point.
El Paso up here, a much bigger entry point.
Here's the capital.
And here is Del Rio.
So that's where it is in terms of, you know, the geography.
And you can see when you look at this that the biggest part of the border that has to be defended is in Texas.
The major burden here is Texas.
The border for New Mexico is quite small.
The border for Arizona and California is quite small, although they have their own set of problems.
So Del Rio didn't mean anything for a long, long time.
And we're going to interview Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, who has done incredible work on the Oh, it has to be the attack that's been made on Texas.
I mean, it goes from one place to another.
I mean, we've done other episodes on this where we've shown you where, for example, in fact, I'll put that up right now because it's important to know this.
I'll show you where the cartels operate on the Mexican side of the border.
Because we don't have a border any longer.
Our border is controlled by the Mexican cartels.
They are the gatekeepers.
If you want to get across the border, you've got to deal with them.
And in dealing with them, you give them money.
You give them access to your caravan, so they can slip a couple of drug dealers in, or terrorists, because they work with Al-Qaeda, Hafez, ISIS, and Islamic extremist groups you probably wouldn't even know the name of.
And they make a lot of money together, and they make a lot of money dealing drugs with terrorists.
That's one of the things that helps to finance the terrorists.
They become very, very, very powerful.
I'll also show you a map, just so you get the orientation here, of where these cartels operate.
The first one shows you where the cartels operate on the Mexican side of the border.
They kind of share it, the Sinaloa cartel being the biggest, but challenged by the others.
And to get across the border, you have to deal with them.
Money, carry drugs for them, bring in drug dealers or terrorists.
Give them young girls or go work for them.
And now when you look at this map, you will see that these cartels are spread out all throughout the United States.
So if you go to New York or you go to Los Angeles or you go to Houston, Texas, One or two or three of the cartels are operating there, and they got plenty of work for you to do if you come in basically as an indentured servant of theirs.
And unlike our government, they keep track of you.
Let's take a short break.
How much equity do you have in your home?
50,000?
100,000?
More?
Cybercrime experts are alerting homeowners that the more equity you have, the greater the chance foreign and domestic criminals will come after you.
Title theft is one of the fastest-growing crimes.
Home Title Lock, America's leader in home title protection, is alerting homeowners they could already be a victim and not know it.
Here's how it goes down.
First, cyber thieves search hundreds of public databases for high-equity homes.
Next, they pull your home's title that's online.
They forge your signature stating you sold your home, and they take out loans using your equity.
You're not covered by insurance, your bank, or common identity theft programs.
Protect your most valuable asset.
Register your address now to see if you're already a victim and receive a complete title history of your home.
A $100 value free.
Go to hometitlelock.com.
That's hometitlelock.com.
Thank you for returning.
When you come into the United States and we let you out on bail, we lose track of you and you never come back.
So, the overall picture this year so far is over 1 million has come in apprehended.
Of those, according to the official statistics, 44% have been returned using Section 42,
which allows us to return people now because of COVID under emergency circumstances.
It's run out.
The court has indicated we can no longer do it, but has given the Biden administration a temporary restraining order.
So Biden is using it.
And let's assume that 44% is correct.
So that means we've had five to 600,000 that have been apprehended and have been admitted into the United States.
They've been put on bail or they're on recognizance and they're now, you know, they're now what we used to call in the wind.
Please note, almost none of them were tested for COVID when they were sent to these cities.
And the best estimate is 30 to 40% of them have it.
So they were sent very much like the Chinese were sent into cities when they had COVID.
Except the Chinese did it knowingly.
I imagine that Biden is doing it unknowingly.
Although it's hard to see how he can insist on people wearing masks and being vaccinated, but it doesn't matter if 500,000 are floating around the country who we have no idea what they have.
They may have other illnesses as well as COVID.
After all, they come from the third world.
Most of these people, until now, when we go to Del Rio, come from other parts of South America.
They come from El Salvador.
They come from Guatemala.
They come from Honduras.
Places that are even more run down and violent and difficult than Mexico.
Now let's get—that's the situation we have.
And one other thing that should be added to it, which you'll see I take up with the governor, never be fooled by the number apprehended.
We know, although we can't say exactly how many, that there are many that are not apprehended.
It's a big border.
So right now, all this concentration on Del Rio tells me a lot of people are coming in elsewhere.
Without anybody seeing them, watching them, knowing them, they could be spitting up blood, as far as we know, or spitting out COVID and you can see it.
We would never see it because we don't get to see them.
Now, that has been studied very carefully by rather distinguished institutions called MIT and Yale.
And their conclusion in 2018 was that you've got to add about another 40 percent,
bare minimum, to the number that apprehended.
So if a million are apprehended, 400,000 are coming in unapprehended.
When we get to two million at the end of the year, we're going to be pretty close to a million illegal immigrants, now actually from all over the world, but a lot from South America, who have never been, nobody's put eyes on them, except the Sinaloa cartel or the Gulfo cartel.
Is this the way to run a country?
Or is this the way to destroy a country?
Is this the way to destroy a country?
So now we get to Del Rio.
I'm going to ask Lieutenant Governor Patrick to describe how this all started.
And then when he concludes, I'll fill in a few thoughts.
Because Del Rio is the latest crisis in a group of about eight that have afflicted Texas since Biden has come into office.
And it not only drives the COVID numbers way up, makes it impossible for the governor to really deal with COVID because these unknown people are traveling all over his state more than any other, although they're being moved elsewhere.
They've been moved to Green Bay, they've been moved here, they've been moved there.
They may come into your neighborhood shortly.
So, what you have to know is, before we even get To Biden taking office and taking the oath of office.
A year and a half of the worst kind of propaganda about immigration that you could possibly have.
The Democrats out-promised each other in the debates, including Biden, as to what they would do for illegals.
Open border.
Health care.
Welfare.
COVID relief.
Education.
Free.
And a path to citizenship.
First thing Biden did when he came into office is cancel the very effective program Trump had worked out that really got control over this, of having the refugee status adjudicated in Mexico.
Which means all these people would be in Mexico now.
And we'd be deciding whether they're refugees or not.
Now he did away with it, day one.
Brilliant, huh?
Stop building the wall.
Another really dumb thing to do.
And immediately put a whole group of illegals on a path to citizenship, basically signaling everybody there that you get in here, you're going to be a citizen.
And what started this move to Del Rio, which we're going to get to right now, what started this move to Del Rio from the people being interviewed by the left-wing press They heard that Biden was much easier than Trump and Del Rio was an easy place to get over.
And once you get here, Biden's not going to throw you out.
That's what they heard.
And even though they might have heard things to the contrary, they see an awful lot of people, hundreds of thousands who have come over, haven't been thrown out in the United States and they're in contact with it.
So this is the Biden crisis of the week.
The border is the Biden crisis of the year, and it has now gone up to about 15,000 people in this little town of 35,000, which I believe under the bridge will be named Bidensville.
And now let's talk to a man who really knows this subject in great detail, because he's working day and night on it.
He's just one of the most effective executives we have in this country.
He's the lieutenant governor of Texas, and along with Governor Abbott, they've done a great job on COVID.
And if it wasn't for them, the country would be overwhelmed, because Biden's doing zero.
And what he's doing is counterproductive.
And now we'll take a short break, and when we come back, we'll be with Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick.

We're going to interview the Lieutenant Governor of Texas, Dan Patrick, who was right in the middle, has been in the middle of this disaster that began with Joe Biden becoming president, reversing everything that Trump did, and basically inviting people to come.
And now, I guess we would call this the disaster, the crisis of the week.
I'm great, Mr. Mayor.
It's always an honor to be with Your Honor.
Rio, Texas, which is a human tragedy and a tragedy for safety, for national security.
But let's talk to the governor.
Dan, how are you?
I'm great, Mr. Mayor.
It's always an honor to be with your honor.
You know, it's something, Mayor, that I would have never thought I would ever see.
And that's a president.
And I don't think our founders, when they wrote the Constitution, thought we'd ever
have a president who would literally pull down any border security and just let the
masses invade the country.
You know, I think in Section 4, Article 4, where the Constitution says the United States should guarantee every state a Republican form of government and free from invasion and domestic violence, I think they were thinking of a nation state, you know, the British attacking or the French attacking at that time.
at some point in the future.
Never this.
And so the president is in clear violation
of protecting our state
and every other state from domestic violence
and this invasion, which it is.
And it's come down to Texas is
on the front line, We have to stand up.
You're right.
You're most of our border.
You have some, you know, obviously in New Mexico and Arizona and California.
But you are 80% of the border is Texas.
And now you've got those cartels on the other side that are basically...
Cartels are running the immigration into the United States.
Absolutely.
Any vetting that's being done is being done by the cartels.
Absolutely.
And so, Mayor, here's what's interesting, is that this particular case of Del Rio, so while the Afghanistan disaster was going on, and this is President chaos, not President Biden, because everything he touches has turned into chaos.
How he's handling, you know, COVID and the vaccination, what's happening with inflation, what's happening in Congress, What's happened in Afghanistan?
You could interchange those photos of those people trying to get into the airport with the photos of people trying to get into America here.
Total chaos, because he's surrounded by incompetent people.
I don't know how much he knows or not.
I don't know how much he's shielded, but he surely sees the news occasionally, what's going on.
So the idea that Mayorkas, the Homeland Security Director, was in Del Rio yesterday and said that the border, you know, It's secure, and we're telling people to turn around.
It's nonsense.
Last year, Mayor, we apprehended over 600,000 people for the whole year.
This year, we're already over 1,000,001.
The entire border from Brownsville, Texas to San Diego, California will probably be over 2 million.
We've been averaging 435,000.
every year apprehended, but here's what's happening at Del Rio. That's really how to tell real because well
Let me just ask you about that when you say a million have come in it'll be two million
Some some are returned, but approximately how many stay?
Almost all almost for example would you say 80%?
Maybe higher okay, so maybe higher maybe 90% see President Trump, and I know you were a part of the strategy is
It seemed to be solved.
If not solved, it seemed to be under reasonable control.
It was under reasonable, it was under reasonable security, and everyone understood the message that the President, President Trump, was serious about securing the border.
It seemed to be solved.
It's not solved, it seemed to be under reasonable control.
It was under reasonable, it was under reasonable security and everyone understood the message
that the president, President Trump, was serious about securing the border.
And so, you know, people, you know, when people hear it's closed and they're not going to
come in, they don't try to come in.
But when you open the door, you're in essence creating a policy crisis.
And that's what's happened.
So let me tell you what's happened in Del Rio and why that's a particular crisis spot.
So Del Rio is a relatively little town.
Years ago, it was one of the first I went down and went out on patrol on the border to learn some things many years ago, in a time they had five sheriff's deputies.
It's a bigger town today, but it's still a relatively small area.
Well, they had 4,000 When did the 4,000 come in, Dan?
Okay.
who came across the bridge, came across the river, however they could get there.
And the town was afraid. The mayor, who's a Democrat, who's pleading for help,
and we've helped him. When did the 4,000 come in, Dan?
That was about a week ago. Okay, just a week ago.
Just a week ago. So he was concerned, Mayor, that they would come into his town and overwhelm the
town if there's no one there to stop them. And there wasn't anyone to stop them. The Border
The Border Patrol doesn't have enough agents, and they didn't have agents there.
And so he called out for help for us.
And so we sent, you know, hundreds of, if you've seen some of the photographs, it's nothing but black and white state trooper cars all over the place, plus National Guard.
So we, the border patrol literally called like they were calling us for 911 help.
We can't handle it.
Well, in three days, Mayor, it was up to 15,000, 15,000.
So I was there yesterday.
It was 108 degrees.
You've got, As of yesterday, we had a little over 11,000 there in 100 degree, 108 degree heat in the shade.
They're living like it's a ref.
It's the buying refugee camp, as I call it, that you would see somewhere else in the world, not on American soil.
And what we've done in Texas as we formed a perimeter around them to maintain them, because we don't want them to riot, revolt and run 15,000 people swapping this city.
It's dangerous.
It's dangerous for our law enforcement.
So we have stemmed the tide at this point of them crossing the river, although there's still some crossing the river.
There were some yesterday when I was down there.
But it's kind of stabilized at 11,000.
But the administration yesterday, Mayorkas was there, wouldn't call it a crisis.
They don't have enough.
That's why they called us.
They don't have enough agents.
And they say, well, we're sending them back to Haiti.
It's a lie.
They're sending single men and single women, which total about 2,500.
So that's 2,500 going back to Haiti.
But the other eight or nine... Like three airplanes, which would be what?
Less than a thousand a day, right?
Yeah, less than a thousand.
So, but any family unit, which most of them are, are going to be staying in either Texas or they're going to get on a Coast Guard flight and fly somewhere else in the United States.
I said earlier today, when I was on television, I said, you know, and you hear this like it's a throwaway line, but this is a serious line since Joe Biden won't come to the border.
I'd like to see the next Coast Guard plane land at Dover, Delaware and let them have and keep sending the planes there.
And let's see what Joe would think and what the people in Delaware would think if they had 10,000 people in a refugee camp outside of Rehoboth Beach where he was bicycling last week.
And, you know, we've always said we'll send them to Pelosi's neighborhood.
But I'm serious.
It's a different deal when it's in your backyard.
Now, so what, Dan, if you think about that, so a week ago, and I did say a week ago, 400
people come in because, and when they're interviewed, they say part of it is because they were invited
in by Biden.
I mean, remember, they spent a whole year and a half leading up to the election, all
of 2020 and half of 2019 making one promise after another at those Democrat debates.
There'll be open borders.
You can have free health care.
You can have free education.
You can become a citizen.
You don't have to work.
You'll get COVID money, which they did.
They got COVID money.
I mean, why wouldn't you come?
They invested a year and a half in that.
Then Biden comes in and he reverses every Trump policy.
And now he's trying to say, stay back, but it's too late.
I mean, a year and a half, two years has been invested in convincing them that the border is open.
You can come in and we're going to love you.
And I think the few of them that get sent back must be in a state of shock.
Yeah.
Well, they were.
In fact, I haven't seen the story, but I've heard the story that some of them got off the plane yesterday and Katie or the day before.
And when they get on these planes, they don't know where they're going.
They're not told where they're going.
And all of a sudden, they got off a plane in Haiti with 50 bucks in their pocket.
And they weren't very happy.
Well, that's tough, quite frankly.
They came to this country illegally.
But so what happened is they were supposed to send them back last week.
They canceled the flight.
When they canceled the flights to send them back, the word went out.
All the Haitians contacted all their Haitian friends in Mexico and wherever they were to come,
mostly in Mexico, and to come across the border.
So they came running to the border.
Heck of a network.
When you think about that, you go from 400 to 15,000 in five or six days.
I mean, that's a heck of a network.
Well, you know, when you hear the stores open and there's a big sale, people come rushing
in.
And when you hear, think about this.
Who's making money on this?
The cartels are making the money.
Of course, the Haitians don't have a lot of money.
But part of this, Mayor, and you'll understand this and how the gangs work with your experience, is that when they get here, if they get a job, they have to send back some of their wages to the cartels.
I mean, they're pressed to turn over some of their wages.
So if they can't pay up front, they pay forever.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are creating another A modern-day slave trade, sex trafficking trade, the misery of these people.
I mean, when I was here yesterday, again, 11,000 people, maybe 20, 30 porta-potties that the feds brought in.
It stunk to high heaven.
They found some wood and some reeds on the bank of the river, and they built, you know, like, what's a sheet, like you see in Haiti after a storm there.
Look, I feel sorry for the Of course it's not humane.
It's really the real failing, almost the evil of liberals.
They present unrealistic solutions that end up in tragedies for people.
Because they don't think out the practical consequences of things.
In the Reagan administration, they had the boat lifts from Haiti, and people were giving up their life savings to these ship captains.
They get a piece of paper that said they had a house and a job in Miami, and then the captains just let them on a beach and that was it.
And this was supposedly humane?
This was horrible!
This is much worse.
Plus, it's much worth it.
Let's discuss the COVID.
So think about this, Mayor.
Well, let me just close this loop on that.
So they take them by a Coast Guard plane, the families.
They fly them somewhere in the United States and drop them off.
There was a big story today about ICE being told they have to let these people go, you know, because they're overrunning these smaller cities or mid-sized towns in America.
So what do these people do?
They're not citizens.
They can't really get a job unless it's money under the table.
Their kids are three or four grade levels behind at best.
So they're going to drop out of school because they can't keep up.
And so I'd like to follow a family.
I've said this to the administration before.
So what do you think is happening to these people when they get in the United States?
Their future, even if they didn't come in as criminals, if they just came in here trying to provide a better life for their family, come to the American dream?
Yes, of course.
Where are they going to make any money?
Many of the young people are going to turn to crime.
But what do they do when we drop them off at the bus stop?
There's no follow-up, again, it's the dreams and the flawed theories of the left.
But in terms of what we do about it, so, Mayor, we have, just this year alone, we're spending almost $3 billion.
That's half of some states' entire budgets.
$3 billion.
Now, we're a big state, ninth largest economy in the world, bigger than Russia, for example, but that's still a lot of our taxpayer money that we could spend on other things.
So we spent $3 billion this year and the last since I've been Lieutenant Governor, almost $5.5 billion for border security for a job that we have to do.
So I finally, you know, people say, well, it's great, Dan, that we're doing that.
It's great that we have 1,000 troopers there and 500 National Guard and more boats in the water, more planes and 5,000 cameras.
But when we catch people, we can hold them for 30 or 60 days or maybe a little longer, but we turn them over to ICE and Border Patrol and they let them go.
So I said yesterday, I said yesterday that I totally support this idea, and we can afford to do it.
I would hire every border agent.
We have about 9000 on the border, federal border agents, good people.
It's not their fault.
It's their commanders.
Basically, right now, there's no border security from them.
They're just processing people in like the night clerk at a hotel on a busy night.
But I would hire them all in Texas, start a Texas border force.
Joe Biden wouldn't have any agents left.
I mean, they're really scrambling to get people to do this job.
And he'd have to come to us and say, hey, We need your help, just like they called the other day.
We need your help.
And we'd say, OK, Mr. President, these people work for us.
We're going to send you an invoice for some of this.
Just get the hell out of our way, and we'll take over the border here in Texas.
Now, of course, the media attacks me, oh, well, that's a wild idea.
Well, two years ago, and you may have been on this trip, I'm not sure, but the president came in January of 19, I think it was, down to McAllen.
And all the way to the center, we were in the SUV with him.
And he asked me about some things, and that's when Congress wouldn't give him money for the wall.
And I said, you know, Mr. President, we spent several billion dollars here in Texas on border security.
If we send you the bill and you pay it, we can use that $4 billion and we'll build the wall.
Well, AP picked up the story, CNN, and everyone said, well, that's nonsense.
And the reason they picked up the story, because the president talked about it in his press conference.
Well, the lieutenant governor has a plan to build the wall.
Well, guess what?
Everyone laughed at that two years ago.
We're building the wall now.
That's what we just allocated 1.9 billion for of our own taxpayer money in part to begin build fencing and building the wall.
So these are extreme, desperate times.
The president is violating the Constitution.
He doesn't care about American citizens.
He didn't care about American citizens left behind in Afghanistan.
So why would he care about a rancher down in South Texas or anybody else in the country?
Because these people go everywhere.
So these call for extreme measures.
I'm ready for Texas to take over.
The border patrol agents.
I know the Supreme Court says they get you know, they get to secure the border But if we hire other people away Then we'll do the job.
And we can do it.
It's not that extreme a measure at all.
I don't think so.
You have a crisis.
You have a health crisis, a crime crisis, a humanitarian crisis.
It's not being handled.
It then falls to the state to protect their citizens or the federal government, doesn't it?
And I'll send you my plan.
I presented a plan years ago to the Bush administration about how to space Border patrol stations and using Comstat so that there'd be no point on the border that was more than about 20 miles from a group of border patrol agents.
And by the use of Comstat, you could figure out where they're coming in, keep moving it around, and just stop them from coming over as you were building the wall.
And of course, that was too logical.
That was too logical a way to do it.
But that's precisely what you want to do.
Yeah, and the difference would be when we take over the border, we're going to turn around and send them back.
Of course.
And we'll cut a deal with our friends in Mexico that we have a lot of trade with to put back in the protocols that the president, by the way, the Supreme Court backed up that Biden couldn't end those protocols with Mexico.
But look, this president ignores the Constitution, flat out.
General Milley ignored the Constitution.
This is a move by the left to take over this country.
The arrogance is amazing.
He tells you in advance.
First, he tells you he can't do it because it's unconstitutional, and then he does it.
I mean, he kind of signals what he's doing.
So now, what about COVID?
I mean, you've got a million people have come in already this year, over a million.
Over a million, yeah.
That doesn't count the people that aren't detected.
Oh, right.
And see, I always make that number.
And I've got to wrap this up here in a few moments, Mayor, but I went back and looked at this, and MIT ended up making— Yeah, I saw that study.
MIT and Yale.
And it was the same numbers I had.
We weren't working together, but in 2004, the head of the U.S.
Chamber of Commerce said there were 10.5 million people here illegally in 2004.
We've heard this number 11 million forever, but we've been adding 400,000 every year that we apprehend up until this year.
So you add another, you know, 7 to 8 million, depending on that given year over that so many years and then for everyone we catch there's two or three we don't catch we're well over 30 million as MIT and my own back of the envelope math says and now you're adding two two million maybe this year plus those who got in that we didn't catch another two million and another two million they want to make them all citizens they want to turn them into democrat voters and they want to dominate this country um on the backs of these people so they don't care if they're suffering it's a means to an end for the left for power
On the COVID issue, Mayor, and I'll just close on this.
What a hypocrisy.
Yeah, they're not testing anyone.
So the President, and look, I'm vaccinated, I encourage people to get vaccinated, but I respect the right of anyone, for whatever reason, if they don't want to be vaccinated, that's their right, and I respect and abide by that.
But, you got the President that demands every American must be vaccinated or you'll lose your job.
But we've got, I've got 12,000 people under a bridge right now.
They're not vaccinated.
They haven't even been tested.
And we haven't tested any of the million.
And you know why?
Because if they test them, then they have to acknowledge it's probably 20, 25% have COVID.
And now you've got to separate them out, Mayor.
So where do you put them?
I mean, the hypocrisy, the insult to the American, to any American to say, You must get a vaccination or you can't get on a plane.
You can't eat at a restaurant.
You'll lose your job.
I'm going to let a million people come in here from many with a lot of health issues from poor countries who haven't had a lot of, you know, the same health care that we have in this country coming in here with all types of disease or issues.
Well, you know, that's important to tell people.
I don't know that people know this.
For the few people that are being sent back to Haiti, a lot more people are being sent by bus, by plane, to various parts of America.
That's how the number goes down.
And not just the Haiti people, but all the people coming.
While we were down yesterday, we had another roughly 2,000 probably crossed the border.
In the last couple of days, down in McAllen, away from this story.
And so, it's constant.
And you just have to ask yourself, and Mayor, I'd like to get your answer on this.
You've asked me a lot of questions.
So you look at Joe Biden, you've known him for a long time, you've been around him.
He seems to have a mean streak that I don't know the man, but I've always heard, well, Joe's a nice guy, he's a moderate Democrat, but he's a reasonable guy you can strike a deal with.
Sometimes a little bit more conservative, sometimes a little bit more moderate, depending on the administration and the decade he served in.
But how do you explain that he's totally turning his back on America, the Constitution, our Americans left behind in Afghanistan, put our soldiers at risk, looks at his wristwatch while the caskets are going by, talks about his son with a grieving family.
And you know, Mayor, you've been to a lot of police funerals or hospitals when someone was killed in the line of duty, and so have I. You know the one thing we don't ever do?
We don't go in there and talk about our family.
We don't go in there and talk about our grief.
That's the last thing you ever do.
So everything he's doing seems to be either he's incapable of understanding the situation he's in, he's not thinking clearly, or he just doesn't give a damn.
You want it straight?
I'll give it to you straight.
When you have the illness that he has, all your worst qualities get magnified.
He's always been a dumb man.
You know, just about last in his law school class, cheated his way through law school, always thought of as the dumbest man in the Senate.
Now he's also impaired.
So you add that to the fact that he's not too bright and you've almost got nothing working for you in terms of critical analysis.
He can't do it.
Number two, because he's always been the dumbest guy in class going back to grade school, he's got a chip on his shoulder.
That's why he does these things like, oh, I graduated first in my class.
No, he graduated third from last.
I have five degrees.
No, you have two.
I have a higher IQ than you.
Whoever says that.
He has an IQ.
He's lucky if it hits, you know, three digits.
And the man is an angry man.
He's an angry man because he's always been in above his head.
He's had to fake it.
His whole life is a fraud, and that's another whole issue, because I had the unfortunate opportunity to find out just how much money he's stolen over the last 30 years, and it's in the multiple millions.
So this is a man without a conscience.
He's not a nice man.
That's a big, big myth, that he's a nice man.
And now, when you're impaired the way he is, You look at the DSM-5, which defines Alzheimer's and dementia, and one of the things that happens is very frequent and irrational loss of temper.
Hair trigger, temper.
You see that all the time.
Well, Mayor, I don't know about those issues, and like I said, I've never met the man.
I don't know the man.
I just see what I see, and you can't explain it.
No logical person would see the misery In Afghanistan, the harm's way he put our soldiers in, how he pulled out and left American citizens, those columns behind, it's terrible.
The decision-making, I mean, just one, we'll focus on one and finish, which is taking out the troops before the civilians.
You might as well be getting, it would be as if during a 9-11, I took the firefighters out and left the people in the building and said, figure your way out.
And if you look at his policy right now, Depending on the Taliban in Afghanistan to be some type of partner, and he's depending on the cartels of Mexico to be some type of partner and help solve his problems, and that's just... That's irrational.
So we're standing the line here.
I know you are, and thank God you're there, and thank the governor, too.
All right?
I will, and you take care.
Dan, I know all that you do, too, and you're a hero in my book.
The last eight months have been about 10 years, I think.
Yes.
Yes, they have.
Thank God we have you.
You look good.
I'm blessed to be here in Texas.
You look good and strong.
I'm blessed to have the opportunity.
Thank you.
God bless.
God bless you in Texas, and God bless Texas.
Let's take a short break.
I accomplished a lot in 2020 exposing the truth, establishing the relationship with you, working tirelessly for America.
And I came to know the work and value of the people at American Hartford Gold.
You see, you buy gold not only for what you know, but you buy gold for what you don't know.
American Hartford Gold is the company you can trust when it comes to buying gold.
They sell physical gold and silver delivered right to your door or inside of your IRA.
In the precious metals industry, they are the highest rated firm in our country with an A-plus from the Better Business Bureau and thousands of satisfied clients.
Give them a call and tell them Rudy sent you.
And be sure to ask them what I bought.
And if you call them right now, they will give you up to $1,500 of free silver on your first order.
Folks, these are uncertain times.
The one thing you can count on to protect what you have worked so hard for is physical gold and silver.
So don't wait.
Call them now.
Call 833-GOLD-777.
That's 833-GOLD-777.
Or text RUDY to 65532.
Again, that's 833-GOLD-777.
833-GOLD-777, or text RUDY to 65532.
Again, that's 833-GOLD-777, or text RUDY to 65532.
Thank you for returning.
Well, I think that interview with Governor Patrick was quite illuminating.
I mean, it's always good to hear it from the people that are right on the front lines, right?
I mean, you see the pictures on television.
It's hard to really convey it.
It goes, I mean, just think about what he said.
About 10 days ago, it was 400 people because they heard Del Rio was an easy place to get over and Biden is welcoming.
Those people get over, and within five days, six days, it's 15,000 people.
And it's been more than 15,000 because some of them moved on.
We've been sending airplanes and buses out of there to other parts of the country.
They won't tell us how many.
In fact, they prohibited planes from going over, they prohibited pictures from being taken.
So you've got to get these aerial pictures where you see this town has been built up.
I mean, we've got a lot of towns in America that don't have 15,000 people.
Except these 15,000 people are being dehydrated.
They're being treated in an inhumane and indecent way, and we have no idea, we have no idea how many of them have COVID.
And it just makes the whole administration policy, it makes the whole administration policy a complete hypocrisy.
He's worried about whether I'm vaccinated or not, and I've had the illness, And I have immunity and antibodies, but I can't get into a restaurant unless I take a vaccination that I don't need?
Every study shows that my immunity is stronger than vaccinated immunity?
That's not science!
That's not science!
That's being dictatorial.
That's exercising power for the purpose of exercising power.
Because you're a petty little tyrant.
Why would I take a vaccination I don't need?
Why would I take a vaccination when doctors I talk to tell me that what I have is stronger than the vaccination?
I mean, there are side effects.
I'm not saying they're dramatic or whatever, but why take even a risk?
So as I pointed out to you before, from the day he came into office, The number of apprehensions, up, up, up, up, up.
He tries to blame it on Trump.
Oh, my God.
It is so ridiculous for him to blame it on Trump.
It's like Afghanistan.
They spent a year and a half inviting these people to come here.
One after another, over-promising, over-promising.
They're really going to get rid of ICE for a while.
No enforcement.
They don't want it to be a crime.
They don't want it to be an infraction.
They want to allow them to—in H.R.
1, they want to allow them to vote.
So they can come in, they can get healthcare, they can get welfare, they can get COVID money, they can get free education, they can get probably a pension, citizenship.
He's wondering why all of a sudden last year we had 600,000 and this year we're going to have 2 million?
They're coming because Biden has asked them to come.
And now that he's trying to stop it, too much time, too much effort, too much money was put into getting the message out for a year and a half to try to reverse it by just saying, don't come in.
And then when they do come in, you let them stay.
I know you send people back under Section 42, but the most you've ever sent back is about 40%.
A lot of times even less than that.
And 42 is going to be gone real soon.
Most of them stay.
And you just pretend that there aren't people coming in here that are not apprehended.
And that's a really bad thing to pretend, because they're the ones who could be the worst COVID carriers.
So in July of 2021, nearly 200,000 were apprehended.
You use the statistics that MIT and Yale give us, that means 110,000 have now been absorbed by the U.S.
And I don't believe that many were sent back, by the way.
I don't believe that 80 or 90,000 were sent back.
I just don't believe it.
So then in August, we had 208,887.
That's another 120,000 we absorbed in August.
Now I'm counting 240,000, plus a 50% rate of people not apprehended, according to MIT and Yale, and we're going over 300,000, 350,000 in two months.
300,000, 350,000 in two months.
This is an invasion.
And all these people are paying money to the Mexican cartels, 500 to 5,000, or they're
being required to bring in drugs, they're being required to bring in cash to launder
the brink, required to bring in munitions, they're being required to bring in children
for sex trafficking, which has skyrocketed.
Thank you.
The Sinaloa cartel looks at these groups of people coming in and when they see a young girl that's attractive or whatever appeals to them, they take her off the line and take her away from her parents.
And this is humane?
And there's a very close association between the cartels and the terrorist groups.
I would like you to just take a quick look so that you can have it in your memory of these pictures.
These pictures are worth a thousand words, unfortunately, and they show you Bidensville, what he's done to one small 35,000-person town in Texas.
And this all happened in a matter of a week.
By word of mouth.
4,000 to 15,000.
Encamped under the bridge.
Massive heat.
Odors are incredible.
The sanitation is non-existent.
If they don't have COVID, they're going to get something else.
I mean, I'm looking at these pictures and this can't be America.
This cannot be America.
Yes, it is.
This is Bidensville.
That's what it is.
The hospital in this little town, which is called the Val Verde Regional Medical Center in Del Rio, which I showed you on the map, the CEO is a woman named Linda Walker.
I'm just going to read a quote from her.
We are on the brink of being overwhelmed.
We're stretched.
We're in a crisis.
This is a 49 bed hospital having to deal with this.
There have been anywhere from four—two different numbers given—there have been four to ten live births within the last eight days.
The hospital says ten, so probably ten is the right number.
And Joe Biden has never been there to take a look at it.
He's never even been near the border to take a look at it.
Kamala Harris went for half a day to somewhere where nobody was coming in.
And I don't think she wanted to take off her high heels, so she didn't go too far.
So in eight months of destroying our border, they made a half-a-day visit by somebody in her high heels, who was annoyed she had to go because she hasn't been to Europe yet.
How do we accept this?
Why do we accept it?
There must be some reason that we accept this, and that the media plays games.
So, these people coming in are Haitians, by and large are Haitians.
Of the 15,000, probably 80% are Haitians.
Most of them are not coming from Haiti.
Most of them are coming from Chile, Costa Rica.
These people left Haiti in the earthquake in 2010.
They left it during the political difficulties in 2016 and 2017.
And most of them haven't been back to Haiti for the last three to ten years.
And right now Haiti is in the middle of a So some of these people get returned to Haiti.
Can you imagine?
They got themselves out of Haiti.
They went to Costa Rica.
Their president has been assassinated.
Their prime minister is suspected of doing it.
And they just had an earthquake.
So some of these people get returned to Haiti.
Can you imagine?
They got themselves out of Haiti.
They went to Costa Rica.
They heard that there was, you know, freebies.
This is the time to come in.
We got Biden.
Let's get there quick before Biden changes and some sensible person becomes president and keeps out illegals like every other country does.
They rushed over the border.
Most of them, most of them, most of them are going to be here.
Hundreds of thousands are going to be here.
But they're returning about 800 or 900 a day by plane.
They'll probably get about 3,000 or 4,000 out.
And when they show up in Haiti, they're shocked out of their minds because they spent all this time, effort, and money to get out of Haiti, and now they're back in Haiti.
There's something really wrong with this, and what it's called is the Biden administration.
This administration is a complete disaster, and I think what the governor outlined about the state of Texas having to take this over is the only thing that can be done in order to preserve the health The safety of the people of Texas, and therefore the people of the United States, because we don't know where they're being sent.
This administration hides this and lies about it.
It's not transparent at all.
At all.
I mean, these people would be showing up in your town tomorrow.
And, I mean, there used to be people would be frightened about crime, crime, crime, crime.
But if they are serious about COVID, The Biden administration turns out to be the biggest spreader of COVID so far in the history of this pandemic.
So keep that in mind as we get ready for 2022 and figure out how we can deliver a message to this government that says that we can't be run like this.
Well, we'll keep up with this.
We'll keep up with Dan and Governor Abbott and the people there.
I have great confidence in them.
I've got none.
In the Biden administration, it's getting worse and worse, and we'll be back, you know, we'll be back next week, and who knows what the crisis will be next week.
I'm not looking forward to it.
I'm looking forward to you remaining involved, staying with rudyscommonsense.com.
Sending me information about yourself so that we can start communicating with each other on rudyscommonsense.com.
And don't forget, because it isn't advertised as much, my alert every Monday.
It'll be up there by six o'clock on Monday night.
It's just an oral podcast, not fancy like all this, but it kind of alerts you to the biggest problem of the week.
So thank you very much, and we will be back very soon.
