WARNING ⚠️ 3.5 Trillion (5.5 T) bill will make US economy pure Socialism | Rudy Giuliani | Ep 174

Text
Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani, and I'm back with another episode of Rudy's Common Sense.
Today's episode is going to deal with the attempt of the Democrat majority and the president To basically bankrupt this country and to turn us into, quickly, a socialist state.
This is the Bernie Sanders wish list bill that's going to come before the Congress.
All his life, Bernie has been a dedicated socialist.
He went on his honeymoon to the Soviet Union.
He's been open about the fact that he believes in socialism, which is basically government, if not complete ownership, complete direction over our economy, our lives, our children, our schools, our health.
And as you can see, the Biden administration is on an express train to that concept of government.
It's as if Bernie Sanders was elected and then was put on steroids.
And nothing really illustrates that more than the various spending bills, which when they come all together will mark possibly the largest increase in spending we ever had, if not the largest, certainly the largest in peacetime.
And we're starting to challenge a Second World War.
Yes.
But that's what happens when you want to make a country into a socialist-slash-communist country.
You spend it into oblivion.
There's nothing left.
And then the government takes over the means of production, tells you what to do, and decides how much money you're going to get.
Doesn't it sound like that's where we're going, if the Democrats have their way?
And somehow Biden, who at one time used to pretend to be a moderate, now Either agrees with this, or as he says when he comes out for his press conference, he's instructed to do it.
But in any event, here's what we got.
And it doesn't do much good to figure out how we got it, but we have it.
And it pretends to be the Biden whatever.
So, how does the budget work?
Very simple.
Let's just understand it for a moment.
The budget works in a fiscal year.
That fiscal year ends at the end of September.
It begins at the beginning of October.
And that's why it's going to be a little strange when I say fiscal year 20, fiscal year 21, and fiscal year 22.
We are right now in fiscal year 21.
It's going to end on October 1st.
And that's why they're having all of this debate about funding the deficit.
We have been spending Without funds for a very long time.
We've been spending in deficit.
And there's a period of time in which you can do that and the Treasury can lay it out and then at some point you default.
We're getting right near there now.
You remember we've had this happen before where the government goes unfunded for a period of time and certain key people are laid off and that's coming up at the end of this month.
And the Republicans just the other day refused to agree to any extension Because they said, the Democrats have a majority, and why do we have to tacitly or openly agree with their reckless, insane spending of money?
So now it's going to be all on Pelosi and Schumer if they want to increase what's called the debt ceiling to cover the money we already spent.
It's kind of a crazy way to budget.
It's a way that's designed to put you in deficit.
And it's a way to let the politicians give out all the goodies they can possibly give out.
I don't know, at some other point we'll do a comparison of the fall of the Roman Empire.
And it had a lot to do with giving away the bread and circuses to the people and not requiring them to work.
We're headed there.
So, the president, on my birthday, but I don't think he knew it was my birthday, put out his long-awaited Fiscal 22 budget.
It's a proposal.
It's a proposed budget.
So, what was that budget?
How much was it for?
And what are the implications for what we have, you know, going into this year?
It was approximately a six trillion.
I say trillion because it's impossible to think of trillion.
I'll later on try to give you some things that you can kind of understand what a trillion is.
But it's a six plus trillion dollar budget.
Of course, it's the largest budget in the history of this country.
You wouldn't expect less from a socialist.
It was pretty much written by Bernie Sanders.
It really could be called the Sanders-Biden budget.
We're already spending the largest amounts of money in each of these areas in our history, and all the reckless socialists want to do is spend more.
For example, they want to increase education by 41%.
I guess that's so we can make the public schools even worse than they are, because it seems the more money we spend on them, The more they decline.
If you haven't figured out through the pandemic that the teachers union runs the schools, not the government.
Well, then you don't understand the nature of a communist government.
The party representative is the most important person.
If you ever want to figure that out, watch the Hunt for the Red October.
Great movie.
But before the admiral who wants to defect to the United States can do it, he has to dispose of the party representative who really runs the submarine.
Well, I know New York City public schools.
I have some good friends that are principals.
They're probably not going to like me saying this.
They don't run the schools.
The representative of the UFT does.
Now, you could see that.
Teachers wanted to go back to work.
Some of them?
No, they can't.
Union says no.
That's a giveaway to the union.
41% increase?
I mean, if the billions and billions we're spending now result in You know, kids not getting past fifth grade math.
What's this money going to do?
Until you build in accountability.
You build in school choice, which the unions fight to the death, and the Democratic Party stands there right with them, saying basically, the hell with all the minority students who are getting a bad education.
We'd rather get our money from the teachers union.
Therefore, we don't support school choice, which 68% of African American families do.
Someday, soon, they're going to make that connection.
Goodbye, Democrat Party.
They want to spend 28% more on the Commerce Department.
I've worked in the government for many years.
I'm not even sure... Well, we probably need a Commerce Department.
We've got to spend 28% more on it.
George Washington didn't have one.
I don't know.
I know we're more complicated now, but... Well, okay.
Let's have a Commerce Department, but let's not spend 28% more on it.
Particularly when we're only spending 2% more on defense.
In other words, the Commerce Department is more important to this country than the Marines.
Maybe that's where we're in the shape we're in under Biden.
That's the direction we're going in.
Oh, 2%, by the way, doesn't even match inflation.
That 2% increase in defense?
It's a decrease.
Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, and the new Space Force Under Biden, because the world is so peaceful.
They're going to go down.
I think just yesterday, North Korea flew another rocket.
I don't know if they went over Japan or not.
You know, they stopped doing that under Trump.
You want me to give you a nice, simple explanation of when they do it?
When they see a wussy in the White House.
So, Woossi is in the White House.
They're going to be pushing.
China's pushing Taiwan.
China's pushing the Sakhalin Islands.
We just gave $40 billion to a group of terrorists in Afghanistan.
We gave up our Bagram airbase 400 miles from China, 500 miles from Iran.
We want to cave into Iran again and give them money and they want to kill us.
And we're reducing defense by, well, we're increasing it by 2%, probably an effective reduction of 1%.
Oh yeah, just the department that needs it, the state department.
So they can have more cocktail parties and basically act against the interests of the United States and represent the country they come from.

I mean, that could be one of the most useless departments in our government that comes from 35 years of experience in the federal government.
They had all the allegations about Joe Biden two and a half years earlier, including corruption in their own agency.
They didn't do a damn thing about it.
I would I'd love to have been Secretary of State because I'd have fired half of them to make it work on half the number of people.
It worked better.
The city hospitals did.
The Treasury Department, up 11%.
I don't know, maybe they collect money, maybe they don't.
The Energy Department, up 10%.
I don't know why we need an Energy Department.
We're cutting out American energy.
Right?
We're not going to do the pipeline.
We're not going to do any fossil fuels.
I don't know.
Veterans Affairs, that'll be 8% more to screw our veterans.
The Justice Department gets a 5% increase.
Well, you can look at that one both ways.
I mean, the Justice Department is just as bad as the State Department.
It prosecutes, you know, basically... Probably they could cut the Justice Department in half because they only prosecute half the people.
They prosecute Republicans, they don't prosecute Democrats, so that should cost half the amount, right?
The Defense Department is a 2% increase, a 1% decrease, and now I want you to see the best one of all.
What just happened in Afghanistan?
We turned it over to the terrorists, didn't we?
We turned it over to the people who planned the attack of the United States on September 11, right?
And who came out of the woodwork right away?
ISIS-K.
They killed 13 Americans.
Thirteen American military people who didn't have to die if we had a president.
Or some generals had the guts to really stand up to him.
But we don't have that.
We have people who take risks, reckless risks, for political reasons, for the lives of our soldiers.
We've got 13 of them killed.
And then 180 Afghans also.
They also bombed in retaliation Twice.
One, they're not telling us who they bombed.
I don't have to tell you why.
The other one, they told us who they bombed.
They bombed this terrible terrorist!
He was gonna go blow up the airport!
With seven children, three innocent Afghans who work for us, who are trying to bring water home.
So, you don't think that they're not having come out of the mountains now and having a great old time in Afghanistan, getting together and getting to meet each other again and figuring out where they like to bomb in the United States and all over the world?
You don't think we're at greater risk right now at our homeland?
Well, our cognitively impaired president doesn't think so, and his entire administration.
Homeland security?
It's flat.
You know what flat means?
No increase.
You know what that means?
Go figure out the rate of inflation.
Right now, what is it, about 5%?
Something like that.
So they just got a hit.
They're going to have less money to protect you now that Afghanistan is up and running than before.
That was really smart, wasn't it?
Then a couple of the major agencies like, oh, of course, Environmental Protection got 21% more.
So, I don't know, if you drop a little ink in the ocean, they'll probably put you in jail for 10 years.
The National Science Foundation got 20 percent.
Other agencies, Social Security, 11 percent.
Small business, 9 percent.
They're doing a great job for small business, by the way, right?
Basically killing them in Democrat cities.
My city?
I mean, might as well not be a small business.
de Blasio, Cuomo.
And now the new one who's trying to out-Cuomo Cuomo.
Please don't be a restaurant.
They'll kill you.
Army Corps of Engineers, well, they go down 13 percent.
So everything military, law enforcement, and protecting us against terrorism, cut!
Everything else increased at record levels.
All the giveaway programs.
Ho ho ho!
You can get almost anything for nothing now.
So a nice group called the Tax Foundation, I don't know, I think it leans left, but maybe not.
They say it's going to reduce our gross domestic product by 1%.
It's going to result in 170,000 fewer jobs, like hell it will.
A lot more than that.
A lot more than that.
When do they see inflation?
And when do the corporations figure out they're going to have to pay 28%?
All the ones that came back under Trump?
They're going to go back.
They're going to go back.
But we'll talk about taxes later, because they are spending and taxing our form of government away.
This isn't like an isolated little thing they thought about.
This fits right into the plan to make us socialists.
Right into that plan.
That's exactly the plan that they have in mind.
So, I don't know, here's a little summary of it, because it does get a little complicated, but it's real simple.
I mean, if you did this, you'd go to Dennis prison if we still had it.
So here you go.
We're going to basically spend $6.8 million and we're going to take in $3.8 trillion.
I said million, I can't think trillion.
We're going to spend $6.8 trillion and we're going to earn $3.8.
If you ran a business like that, what would happen?
Let's round these both off.
We're going to spend $7 trillion, and we're going to take in $4 trillion.
What does that mean?
It means you're losing $3 trillion.
You're losing money.
Something has to be done with that.
Biden says it's not going to cost any money.
But when Biden says something, you have to realize he's lying.
The last four weeks, I can't remember him telling the truth.
This is like when Obama used to say, Obamacare is not going to cost you any money.
I think this would be a good time to take a pause.
How much equity do you have in your home?
50,000?
100,000?
More?
Cybercrime experts are alerting homeowners that the more equity you have, the greater the chance foreign and domestic criminals will come after you.
Title theft is one of the fastest-growing crimes.
Home Title Lock, America's leader in home title protection, is alerting homeowners they could already be a victim and not know it.
Here's how it goes down.
First, cyber thieves search hundreds of public databases for high-equity homes.
Next, they pull your home's title that's online.
They forge your signature stating you sold your home, and they take out loans using your equity.
You're not covered by insurance, your bank, or common identity theft programs.
Protect your most valuable asset.
Register your address now to see if you're already a victim and receive a complete title history of your home.
A $100 value free.
Go to hometitlelock.com.
That's hometitlelock.com.
So now, let's get back to our analysis.
Well, I mean, Obama's running things, so Obama said to him, Joe, you're not spending any money.
It's not going to cost you anything to spend seven trillion, but only take in four.
Because, you see, that money is going to fall down from trees, come down from trees, and the fairy godmother's going to give it to you.
And Karl Marx will put some in.
Lenin and Trotsky may put in a little, and Castro.
I'll get you some, too.
And by the way, nobody's going to touch the $20 or $30 million that you took in bribes.
that you took in bribes and that $500,000 you didn't pay in taxes, Joe.
Look, we had a lot more serious things to go after you on.
Racketeering.
30 years taking money.
We let you go on that.
Your son getting a gun illegally.
Your son in a three, four million dollar money laundering thing where you got 800 grand for yourself, Joe, while you were VP.
The contract with the Chinese where you were going to get 10% for the big guy and your usual 50% cut?
I mean, we got it all on the hard drive.
We could prosecute you if we wanted to.
We haven't, so... We're not going to do anything for you over this.
We're not going to treat you like Al Capone.
Remember, they couldn't get Al Capone on the real charges of the tax evasion.
Joe!
You're not Al Capone.
I don't even think he's Al Capone.
I don't think he is.
So what happens to the deficit?
I don't know.
Do I really have to track the deficit?
The deficit goes to hell.
That's what happens to the deficit.
The deficit is going to go up larger than it's ever been.
Already before we get to this, since 2019, the deficit has gone up 150%.
Revenues have only increased by 18% and the deficit's gone up by 150%.
That's before we do all this other spending.
It's kind of not all put in there.
So the Democrats got to pass this thing.
And they can't get it passed because there are too many responsible people in the House and Senate.
They're called Republicans.
And then there are a couple of responsible Democrats who really can't see the purpose of bankrupting and destroying this country.
They came up with this idea of we can't pass it, so we have to get it through on reconciliation.
Now, let me just tell you what reconciliation is.
It's complicated.
I'm going to try to make it really simple.
For years, the Senate has allowed you to filibuster.
If you don't like a bill, any one senator can get up and he can talk for as long as he can keep the floor.
12 hours, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 100.
I don't know.
He could talk for a week.
Rand Paul did it.
I don't remember.
I don't think it was a week.
It was like three or four days.
I don't know what the record is.
We'll find out.
But at any event, some time ago, Senator Byrd and a bunch of others decided that really wasn't civilized.
So they came up with a rule that on anything really important, you had to get 60 votes.
Not just a bare minimum of 51.
Except when you were doing budget reconciliation.
Very narrow little thing.
And the purpose of it was if you were spending money and you were showing how you were going to pay for it.
And the spending matched with the amount that you were going to use to pay for it.
And it's reserved just for budget items.
So when we start going through, particularly the $3.5 trillion thing, look how many of these are not budget items.
Just think of how many are not.
The first bill is generally supported by Republicans and Democrats.
It's an infrastructure bill.
It's a trillion dollars.
This might have been a closer one for reconciliation if they wanted to do it, because about half of it is already paid for.
The rest of it is going to have to be paid for, most of it, and Biden is, of course, lying about it.
Biden is lying, and then move on in the analysis.
And it is excessive.
It probably should be a $500 billion bill rather than—it was actually $1.2 billion originally.
The Republicans knocked it down to $1 billion.
And it's going to pay for things like new roads and bridges, clean energy, and upgrade power structure.
I mean, it's got a Democrat progressive sort of cast to it, but it's things that Home community care, that's $400.
You could say that's kind of social spending, not just infrastructure, but it probably involves building some of them.
Affordable housing, that could be a giveaway program.
Electric vehicles, it depends on whether you believe in them.
Roads and bridges, I mean, last time we did this, Obama used only 5% of this for roads and bridges, so let's see if Joe, who has not shown much of an indication, being honest, is actually going to use this, but okay.
High-speed broadband?
Makes sense that we get that.
School construction?
For a country this size?
Power grid clean energy?
That's a climate change giveaway.
Public transit and railways, some of it good, some of it idiotic, like his Amtrak spending, which is like for his hometown railroad that already operates at a massive deficit and is not going to be profitable.
And then some stupid things like the train they wanted to build in California that Californians don't want.
I mean Joe's big on building trains because he traveled on the Amtrak trying to act like he was poor while his bag men were pulling in millions for him and he was living in mansions.
So that's what we got.
Airports.
We got some things like legacy pollution that has slipped in there, electric vehicles.
Safe streets for all is kind of a fudgy program.
Imagine that's going to be given to some big democratic donors.
New roads and bridges, pretty straightforward.
Clean energy, probably give away to the environmentalists.
$66 billion for Amtrak, sad.
Then $65 billion for high-speed internet.
Replace lead pipes and service lines.
Here's one that's going to be a left-wing giveaway.
$50 billion for the impacts of climate change.
You know, we never did impact the climate change before.
For many years before Biden, the climate's been changing, you know?
In fact, we are now colder than we were basically in prehistoric times and other times in the past, going back to the Roman and Greek era.
This is a debatable issue.
And when you say climate change, it's kind of silly.
I mean, people ask me, are you for climate change?
I said, of course.
Spring, summer, fall, and winter.
Of course we have climate change.
And now we're going to get $50 billion to work on climate change like it's new.
And then we have $39 billion for public transit.
25 for airports, Legacy 21, electric cars, 15 and 11 for safe streets.
Now, okay, this bill has 17 Republican senators on it, at least, I think, and it is most likely going to pass.
But the problem is the progressives, the socialists, don't want to vote for this.
Until they get their massive, destroy-the-United-States-Budget giveaway program, which makes a Roman Loaves and Fishes look like nothing.
They have instead a much more ambitious program, Build Back Better Breakdown.
Look at this.
Now we're talking money, guys.
$79 billion for tax enforcement.
That's so they can raid your house more and take more money from you.
Oh, by the way, this is going to be very cost effective because it will only be enforced against conservatives.
Democrats are exempt from this.
It's a very small language.
You've got to look very carefully.
It says no Democrat will be required to pay taxes.
They can do it voluntarily.
And then there's a Joe Biden exception for his 500,000.
Then another 12 billion for electric cars.
And we will now take a short break.

Welcome back.
Well, we've more or less, I think, described the reconciliation process.
And the way it's being used here is a total perversion of it.
Complete... I can't... I'm trying to find the right word for it.
If...
If the people who invented the reconciliation process ever saw this, they'd probably turn over in their graves.
As I said, it was meant for adjustments in the budget where you have it funded, meaning you're putting Let's say $500 million, for example, of the now $1 billion infrastructure bill, which was a $1.2 billion infrastructure bill, is roughly paid for with about $400 billion in money that was going to be used but hasn't been used for other purposes.
So that, you would say, is funded.
The rest of it, very questionable.
Very, very questionable.
Although there are some things that could be reversed, and no one really thinks they are going to be.
But in any event, there's at least an argument that can be made for that.
And just to remind you of what we're talking about, this is the one that we're talking about.
This is the bill that has significant Republican support.
There's no reason it shouldn't pass, just all by itself.
There are the outlays, the basic outlays in it for home community care, affordable housing, electric vehicles, roads, high-speed broadband, school construction, power grid, public transit, railways.
But the only things here that you could argue with are, one, some of that railway money, some of the fact that it's tied to unions, Could give you some pause.
And probably, as usual, the numbers are always exaggerated and they'll result in overruns.
But again, that's all par for the course.
The second bill, which is the Sanders Socialist Spend-a-thon, Basically, it's a restructuring of our government from a free market government, a government in which most of the power and money resides in the private sector, and the government is the guarantor of law and fairness and
And ability to conduct things safely in a very, very dangerous world.
The government becomes really the director of the economy.
It takes over major, major roles in the economy.
You get about as close to socialized medicine as you're going to get because they build up Obamacare and other areas of medicine.
Schools basically get dominated by the federal government.
And to have that passed by reconciliation is the bastardization of the entire reconciliation process.
So here's basically what it contains.
Again, so we know what we're talking about.
This is a summary of it.
$79 billion is going to be given to the IRS to enforce taxes.
$12 billion for electric cars.
Three billion for tree equity.
I'm not sure I know what tree equity is, but I'm sure there's a good left-wing 501c3 that's going to make millions and billions on this.
And then four billion in distance learning.
$74 billion in resource centers.
That's nice in general.
You can give a lot of your friends contracts for resource centers with that one.
And then $25 million in bias training because we are a racially, systemically racist country.
Now, if we weren't, we wouldn't have to spend that money, would we?
It seems to me the most systemically racist person on the public scene right now is Joe, let Haiti go into the sea, Biden.
He's got a history of, I don't want my kids to go to the jungle.
Oh, you can't go to a store or a grocery store in Delaware without having to speak Indian?
Hunter.
N-word, N-word, N-word, N-word.
I don't know, hear that in the home maybe?
Obama was the first clean black And most famous of all, she said to an African American, if you don't vote for me, Joe Biden, you're not black.
Hey, Joe, I'm not a racist.
You are.
And most of my fellow citizens aren't racist.
You are.
And stop it.
Stop attacking my country.
We did things wrong.
We've got a heck of a record to straighten them out.
And it's for things that lend themselves to massive amounts of corruption.
Gosh, I changed parties for two reasons.
One was the excessive, naive view the Democrat Party or the mainstream had toward the Soviet Union.
I thought there'd be no chance we'd ever defeat them with the way in which they were appeasing them.
And I found the approach of the Republican Party, eventually Ronald Reagan, to be much more effective.
But the second thing was I was investigating the Model Cities administration, which came out of the Great Society program, which is the last time the Democratic Party tried to enslave the poor people.
And I all of a sudden realized that none of this money was going to the people.
It was being stolen.
It was being stolen by the people in New York.
I mean, millions and millions of dollars intended to help New York was being stolen.
It didn't stop until I became mayor.
Why do you think all those New York congressmen became rich and New York decayed?
Why do you think Charlie Rangel became rich and Harlem decayed until I became mayor?
They take the money.
This is what this is set up for.
I don't know.
Bernie Sanders may actually, you know, have developed this at some point when he was in the Soviet Union on his honeymoon.
But I mean, this stupidity went out with Karl Marx.
Every government built on this has fallen, usually violently.
I know the young people don't know socialism.
They stopped teaching it on purpose.
But this is what it is.
Socialism's not nice, nice, nice.
Socialism is vicious.
It's authoritarian.
It has to be dictatorial, because somebody's got to tell you how much money you're going to get.
It isn't based on your work.
It's based on what they tell you you're going to get.
And that's where we're headed.
$726 billion?
726 billion dollars?
726 billion dollars for universal pre-k, three and four year olds?
Child care for working families?
Thank you.
Tuition-free college?
Community colleges?
Tuition-free?
Funding for black colleges?
I don't see anything here about... I don't know.
I guess the Ivy League is all going to turn into black colleges so they can grab this money.
I mean, they did all that affirmative action stuff so they could grab all that money, right?
A lot of them even lied about it.
Oh, expansion of the Pell Grant for higher education.
So this is basically $726 billion given away.
None of these things, by the way, have ever been proven to work.
Universal Pre-K.
There's a lot of dispute about if it works or it doesn't, if it helps or it doesn't help.
Tuition-free community colleges?
My experience with tuition-free colleges, they don't give grades.
I had to make them do it here in New York.
Yeah, I had to make them work, too.
They weren't getting grades, they weren't taking attendance.
They're just taking the money for the tuition-free community college.
You know, the only thing that really works is when you work for something.
When you've got skin in the game.
When the government says, hey, go to a community-free college.
Yeah, I'll go to a community-free college.
Oh, and by the way, do I get my child care?
Do I get my food stamps?
And do I get my... Oh, and that's more than I can get if I'm working.
You just created a dependent society.
Ha ha ha!
Isn't that what they want to do, though?
That's what I mean.
This is express train to socialism.
How about... How about this one?
$107 billion for lawful permanent status for qualified immigrants.
You know who they are, right?
They're the ones that are letting in over the border so they can vote Democrat.
Because, I mean, it could be that a lot of the Hispanic and black community, they start, you know, they start realizing how they've been taken advantage of And we could see some real movement in the Hispanic community there and some in the black community.
They ever figure out how this Democrat party has enslaved them for a second time?
Wow.
Wow!
So you better get some new people in that don't know the game and you can brainwash them.
You don't think that thing in Bidensville was all about that?
They only sent a few thousand back to Haiti.
They got about 12, 15,000 spreading COVID all over America now.
They don't even care it's spreading COVID.
Of course, need some votes maybe three, four years from now.
Oh, and by the way, you know, in the HR1 bill, illegals can vote.
So you gotta watch everything they're doing here.
This is a express train to socialism, to authoritarian socialism.
$107 billion.
For qualified immigrants, lawful permanent status.
Well, why do you need $107 billion to provide lawful permanent status if they already have lawful permanent status?
So what that means is, so let's, you know, thank God I'm a lawyer, right?
So if you're going to do $107 billion for lawful permanent status, it means you're going to take the unlawful and you're going to make them lawful.
The lawful don't need the $107 billion.
They can become citizens, you know, like everybody else did.
Like all the honest people did, that made this country great.
And I'm not saying that all the unlawful aren't good people.
They are.
But when you let hordes and hordes of people come in, even if 80% of them, 90% of them are good people, all you need are 10% that are killers, terrorists, fentanyl distributors, making fortune with China, representatives of the Mexican cartels.
Then they're going to do $135 billion to address forest fires.
Maybe they should cut down trees and sell them like they used to.
Do you know how much damage this insane cult climate change has done to us?
Do you know why we have forest fires to the extent that we do?
We don't cull our forest any longer.
We used to have an industry doing that.
It was called the lumber industry.
It was a great industry.
You're supposed to scientifically, carefully cull your forest.
Since we stopped doing it, the forest fires are going wild.
It's got nothing to do with climate change.
Nothing.
It has to do with the collateral impact of an insane, hysterical view of what is not even science.
I learned that 25 years ago when I was spending time in Portland, Oregon.
From left-wingers who told me this would happen.
Now we call them and we don't even know what we're going to do with it.
The whole industry has moved to Canada.
How many jobs we've lost, how much money we've lost, not as much as we did with the Keystone Pipeline and making ourselves energy independent again, which this is also going to do.
So this is going to be $135 billion that will increase forest fires.
Mark my words.
And then $332 billion for public housing, housing trust funds, housing affordability, and equity in community land trusts.
Okay.
Take my word for it as a corruption prosecutor.
If half that gets to the people, I would consider that lucky.
Every crooked Democrat, everyone that's made all these... Why do you think they contribute to the party?
You think they care about this country?
These greedy guys?
They got their peace here.
And then we're gonna do clean energy.
Whatever that is.
190 billion in clean energy.
We just make Al Gore richer.
With all his bull.
But don't worry!
This is all paid for.
It's not going to cost you anything.
You know, this may be a hint to who that person is that instructs Joe Biden whether to answer questions or not and
what report to take.
Is this going to cost no money?
A $2.9 trillion tax increase could be the largest tax increase in the history of the country.
They spend way more money than we afford, and then they take the spending and they use it to do one of Karl Marx's five most important things.
Redistribution of wealth.
That's what this is.
This is a massive redistribution of wealth.
Massive.
Because, remember, they're going to move the top rate up to 40% essentially.
The capital gains is going to go to 25%, and the corporations are going to go to 26.5%.
Now, let's just start with the corporate tax rates.
That led to an infusion, an inversion, an unbelievable inversion of money back to America, like that, during Trump's era.
One of the main reasons that, and reducing regulations, are one of the main reasons why, under Trump, Blacks and Hispanics had more jobs, made more money, and had higher wages than ever before in history, particularly under the Democrat presidents who abused them, just the way they were abused by Democrat mayors in the cities where nobody cares how many of them die.
This isn't for nothing.
I don't know.
You're going to pay for it.
I'm going to pay for it.
What do you mean it's for nothing?
We're nothing?
Our money is nothing?
I mean, I'm going to end up giving 55% of what I earned to the government?
I work for the government now?
They're my senior partner?
And the rich don't pay their fair share!
The rich pay almost all the taxes!
What are you talking about?
I mean, this is lie after lie after lie after lie.
Top 1%.
The rich don't pay their fair share.
You don't pay your fair share!
You own 500 grand!
You hid $12.2 million.
I know, I know, I know.
It doesn't count.
You're a Democrat.
You're allowed to do that.
Nobody's going to go after you.
Or some of those other millionaires who keep talking about lowering taxes and don't pay taxes.
You're not going to go after any of them either.
You're going to continue to search through Trump's tax returns over 20 years.
You haven't found anything wrong with them yet.
Isn't it ironic, Joe, they got you before Trump?
Man, isn't that ironic?
I mean, you got these guys in New York, two and a half years, they're going through his returns.
So far, they can't charge a damn thing.
I know why, because all the returns were audited by the IRS, and the IRS was okay with him.
Didn't refer him for criminal prosecution.
You should be referred for criminal prosecution.
And this is not a $3.5 trillion package, by the way.
This is a con job.
This is the lying, sneaky, dishonest, dishonorable Democrat Party doing what it does best, lie to you.
This is a $5 trillion bill.
Because here's what they did, and they think we're stupid, we can't figure it out.
In order to get through the reconciliation bill, they had to be able to show that they could pay over the next 10 years for everything they put in.
Now, half of what they put up as payment is garbage.
It's like your taxes.
You are paying for it.
Then a lot of it is just not true.
The other way they got through it was they made these programs go for only two or three of the ten years.
And some of them even have self-authorizations in it.
That means that, let's say, let's say the money they're given for schools, I'm not sure that's correct, but this would be an example, it's only going to be for three, well you know it's going to go for seven years.
You know it is.
It's not going to be stopped.
Very hard to stop these things when the people start getting the money, even if you stop some of them.
Assuming you only stop half of them, it's going to cost you about $5 to $5.5 trillion.
That's the Bernie Sanders bill.
And this comes not from a Republican, it comes from the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, who did a very deep analysis of it, and their conservative estimate is $5.5 billion.
Democrats are giving themselves sunset options for their expansion of the Earned Income Tax Credit, the Dependent Care Tax Credit, their major new health and home care programs, and new entitlements for child care, college, and paid family leave.
That includes $370 billion in new spending.
Oh, I missed that one.
For new dental, hearing, and vision benefits in Medicare.
$370 billion for that.
And $300 billion to close the Medicare coverage gap.
Add a few cats and dogs, such as an increase in the size of the state and local tax deductions, and voila!
Could be well over $5.5 billion.
Biggest expansion of government since the 1960s.
Based on a narrow majority and no electoral mandate.
Nobody voted for this.
Nobody voted for this.
And if you didn't have a crooked press, they'd have a better idea, other than just me, what you're doing to us, Joe.
You're ruining us.
This could be the worst mistake ever made in American history, electing you president.
You simply did this in Afghanistan.
He got the attention off of it.
The Americans are still left behind in Afghanistan, and the people that helped us, a lot of them.
I talked to the people who were involved in it all night, many nights.
They're still trying to get people out of there that you left behind, Joe.
Well, it's going to be a tough week.
It really is going to depend on how many Democrats, how many Democrats, Can put the country ahead of their party.
I know Joe Manchin and Senator Sinema have said the right things.
I hope they've got that unusual ability that used to get people into John Kennedy's profile
and courage.
They can put the good of the country ahead of the party and even risk political ruination for it because, my gosh, you'll live a better life.
This will destroy us.
It'll destroy the Democrat Party in two years and probably be a Republican president in two more.
This could be irreversible damage.
It'll give China such a head start on us.
And I can't just escape thinking maybe this is what China was paying for in giving 10, 20, 30 million to the Biden family, huh?
They were not doing it for nothing.
Let me assure you, China was not paying for Hunter.
You know that.
None of them were paying for Hunter.
Maybe this is what they were paying for.
This is a big payoff to China.
This will make their dream of passing us in 2048, they'll get there by 2035.
Here's Joe telling us that 3.5 will cost zero, nothing.
It'll cost zero?
3.5 costs zero.
Zero.
And then, let's conclude with a Bidenism.
This is President Biden, last week.
Every element of my economic plan is overwhelmingly popular.
But the problem is, with everything happening, not everybody knows what's in that plan.
First of all, if they don't know what's in it, how can it be popular?
There could be something that they hate, they don't know about.
I couldn't keep my doctor when Obama lied to them and said you could.
I couldn't keep my plan when Obama lied to them and said you could.
Or when Obama said we're not going to cost us money and it cost us billions and billions and billions and billions.
This is a do or die moment for this country.
This bill, if passed, the $3.5 trillion, the damage it will do,
and I want you to consider one last thing when you go about writing to all those
senators and congressmen that are on the fence.
What are you doing to your children?
You're not doing anything to help pass on the country that your parents passed on to you.
So many different ways.
You voted for this guy.
Look what you gave us.
He gave us another group in Afghanistan that wants to come here and kill us.
He got 13 Americans killed because he doesn't know what the hell he's doing.
Oh, I could go on and on, but just take this into consideration.
This all gets paid by your children.
I thought we wanted to make things better for our children.
I thought we wanted to make America better.
When I became mayor of New York a second time, I found a quote from LaGuardia that goes back to ancient Athens.
It was the oath taken by the mayor of Athens.
He put his hand on a whatever they put their hands on.
LaGuardia put his hand on the Bible.
And he promised to make his city better than it was given to him.
That's the promise we all make to our children.
We're going to give him a socialist country?
Run by a potentate who doesn't even take questions from the press.
I mean, this man has no accountability.
The press has become completely corrupted.
We've got to take a stand.
Stop this bill.
Show us a couple of Democrats who put the country first.
I'll be the first.
I'll write a Chapter in Profiles in Courage.
Go reread it and use the same style.
Come on, Joe Manchin, Sinema, and a couple of other of you.
Show that you're patriots.
And my Republican turncoats, this isn't the time to turn.
This isn't not just being a Republican.
This program's anti-American.
This is an attempt to change.
Our system of government, our form of government, and our way of life, and make us a socialist-slash-communist country.
And if you don't see it, you're blind.
So, thank you for listening to me.
Please pay attention, because we'll be covering this, you know, as it moves along very carefully.
There'll be a lot of tricks pulled here.
So you just keep coming to rudyscommonsense.com.
And you can also get me on wabcradio.com, anywhere in the world.
I'm on between 3 and 4 every day, and then with Dr. Maria Riot, I do Uncovering the Truth between 10 and 11, and you get a chance to participate, and we really get a chance to get into things there.
So remember, www.rudiscommonsense.com.
We'll stay right up on this, because I consider this the critical battle for can we turn back the express train to socialism, or are we going into the station?
Thank you very much.
I trust you.
I trust that when it comes to it, a few Americans will find in here the love of America over the love of a political party or greed.
