Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani back again with an episode of Rudy's Common Sense.
Today may very well be the saddest episode on one of the saddest days that I can remember in a long time.
It's August 26, 2021.
You'll probably see this tomorrow.
I'm delivering it here in Los Angeles.
You see the background is somewhat different than we usually have.

But then something happened today.
Something happened that shouldn't have happened.
Today is a very dark day in American history.
It's like September 11, 2012.
Do you remember that day?
That was the day when 14 people died in Benghazi who did not have to die, including four Americans who died For reasons of reckless disregard for carrying out the duties of President of the United States and Secretary of State of the United States, and then a completely nonchalant attitude about any attempt to save them.
Well, that one was successfully covered up by, unfortunately, the crooked part of the Democratic Party, which is the head of the Democratic Party.
It rotted from the top.
And I say that because there are so many Americans who I respect and admire who are Democrats, even relatives, and I was once.
You're very good people.
But you are now taken over by criminals, really.
It started with the Clintons and the head rotted.
Now it's not just the Clintons.
I mean, they took millions selling out America and the Bidens took millions selling out America and a couple others I probably can't mention because I can't quite prove it, but you know who I'm talking about.
You think they care about your country?
What happened today should never have happened.
So this is where we end up today.
We end up today with 12 Marines dead.
And that's the count that I have as of this airing.
And other people did.
I don't know the exact number.
Could be quite a bit more.
The number matters, I guess, in a way, but the fact is this did not have to happen.
This happened because of the lack of planning or the grossly Infantile, stupid plan of the President Joe Biden.
He was the direct cause of the death of these people, of I believe it's 11 or 12 American Marines so far.
You know, when this would happen in the old days, the leader would It seems pretty harsh, right, to say that, but let me see if I can prove it to you.
only honor he had left. In Roman days, they would tender their resignation and commit
suicide. We're not asking for that. But we are asking that he step down so he doesn't
kill any more Americans.
It seems pretty harsh, right, to say that, but let me see if I can prove it to you. His
decisions that he made starting in April of this year were ignorant, stupid, ill-informed,
contrary to the advice of the military, decisions that a fairly intelligent person with common
sense would have made differently not having been a president or even a military expert.

When things went wrong, he hid.
like a coward for four or five days.
He hid like a coward for four or five days.
Then when he did show up, he lied and he lied and he lied and he lied and he lied again.
And all of it, of course, or not all of it, this has been a little more criticism by the American media, vicious criticism by the international media, all covered up by the same people who brought him to us in the first place.
Who brought about the fraud that gave us this incompetent president who I knew two years ago would cost the lives of Americans if we were hoodwinked or propagandized or brainwashed into voting for him.
I didn't understand how anybody could vote for him because he can't put two sentences together.
And I've known this man for 30, 35 years.
And when I was introduced to him, I was introduced to him by a college, I'm sorry, law school roommate of his.
And here are the exact words I was told.
I was told, Rudy, you should run for the Senate someday because it's very easy to get elected in Delaware.
I said, why is it easy to get elected in Delaware?
It doesn't cost any money.
And Joe Biden just got elected.
He was the dumbest guy in my law school class.
But he's a nice guy.
You're going to really like him and you can work with him.
He's on the Judiciary Committee.
Probably can get a lot of stuff by him, too.
He really is a dope.
And, man, what a charmer.
He cheated his way through law school, my friend told me.
He plagiarized.
Then he charmed the dean's wife to let him get through anyway, even with the plagiarized paper.
That, of course, reoccurred later when he plagiarized when he ran for president and plagiarized the entire life of Neil Kinnick.
That kind of reaffirmed itself when he first got into the Senate and he set up this crooked lobbying situation with his brother James and then got his son a job at the bank that he was a prostitute for for about eight years and then they got into the multi-million dollar shakedown business which I can show you chapter and verse if you go back to some of the episodes of rudyscommonsense.com.
You can see it all including the money laundering documents and Then, of course, the hard drive, which was covered up.
National security figures, former law enforcement people, all of them crooked, wrote a letter saying it was Russian disinformation.
They had no idea what it was.
They just lied.
No honor.
Biden has no honor.
Man should have come out today and resigned.
Because he caused the death of people that a reasonably competent president, Republican or Democrat, would have saved.
That's what we call reckless behavior.
Look, the decision to get out of Afghanistan is a decision we can debate.
I am not in full agreement with either President Trump or President Biden about the wisdom of a complete withdrawal from Afghanistan.
I have a view.
It's different than theirs.
It's mine.
I believe that American soldiers should be in places when they can be.
Where people are planning to come to the United States and kill us, because I believe that we deter them when we do that, and I believe we pick up better intelligence than just the CIA is capable of picking up, even when the CIA was a really good, solid, and honest organization, and not just an organization trying to destroy Donald Trump and elect Joe Biden and covering up for him, or similarly with the FBI.
You need something beyond even a good functioning CIA.
The military has ways of getting information and they have their own intelligence service.
So you supplement it.
So shouldn't we supplement it in areas of the world where people are planning to come to the United States and kill us?
This is precisely what we didn't do before September 11.
It's precisely the blame that was laid on the footsteps of Bill Clinton.
For his tepid responses to Bin Laden, which fooled Bin Laden into thinking we were a paper tiger.
But my goodness, compared to Biden, Bill Clinton looks like a warrior.
I think this would be a good time to pause.

The decision was made by President Trump.
Actually, the decision was made by President Biden, Obama rather, during the Obama-Biden administration to leave.
In fact, he had scheduled a date toward the end of his term, toward the end of 2016.
He set a date, set it about a year earlier.
There were breakdowns in negotiations, conditions couldn't be arrived at.
He probably got warnings like Biden got, and he backed off.
Trump, of course, then was going to do it earlier.
Again, he got warnings that something like this would happen, and he backed off.
And then he finally set a date for May of 2021.
But with very, very strict conditions that had to be negotiated, had to be worked out, And it was withdrawal based on conditions met.
That was inherited by Biden.
And Biden today, in one of the most disgraceful appearances by a dishonored American president, tried to blame it on his predecessor by saying he was stuck.
He has changed Just about everything Trump ordered.
In fact, he just got reversed by the court.
The first day he came into office, he changed Trump's order to inspect the illegals attempting to come into our country or those seeking even asylum on the Mexican side of the border.
That was a great accomplishment by Trump, particularly in a time of COVID.
He reversed that without even thinking about it.
Didn't even think about it.
He did it the first day.
He reversed the XL pipeline and threw 20,000 people out of work.
He gave Russia a pipeline to Germany that Trump had rescinded.
He was capable of helping Russia.
Maybe he remembered that the wife Of the mayor of Moscow, a good friend of Vladimir Putin, sent Hunter Biden $3.5 million, which has never been explained because the American people aren't entitled to an explanation because we have crooked law enforcement in this country.
You are entitled to that explanation.
Why did Hunter Biden get $3.5 million, and why don't you know That that 3.5 million was not just for Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden explains in his own text that 50% of everything he got went to Joe Biden.
Why don't you know that?
Because of the crooked media that we have.

Now the question is, how do you withdraw?

Now I'm going to play a little game because I used to teach courses and studies and tabletop exercises on leadership and emergency management, maybe because I know something about it, and proved it even when my life was in jeopardy.
I didn't go hiding like the coward in the White House for five days and let people figure out on their own what to do in my city.
I didn't lie to the people of my city.
If I did, God should have punished me and will punish me greatly.
Well, the attack takes place.
Everything he assumed was going to happen didn't happen.
So now I want to play a game with you.
Let's say we're playing President.
They do this, you know, at the Reagan Library and the Bush Library, with the Hinckley shooting.
And I was involved in that.
And I've seen it happen.
It's actually quite interesting.
So now here's the choice you've got to make.
You're going to leave.
You're going to take out your troops and your people.
You've promised the Afghanis who helped you that you're going to promise them, I think in writing even, because that's what they did in Iraq when Obama double-crossed the MEK people and 120 of them died.
Those souls are on his conscience.
What would you do?
You had soldiers there, American soldiers, at least 2,500, really more, and you had a very, very substantial air base.
20 miles, 30 miles from Kabul, and more importantly, I want you to think about this for a second as we're doing this, 400 miles from China and 500 miles from Iran.
And we'll put that up on the board there.
You see how close they are?
Okay.
I want you to think about that for a minute.
You're doing something now that Biden is not capable of.
And you're beyond him in that now.
I know you are.
Every single one of you watching is.
Simple question.
Would you take out all the soldiers and the airbase first, and then count on what is left in Afghanistan, knowing that the Taliban is going to be on the warpath immediately to take back Afghanistan?
That the Taliban is barbaric, vicious, chops heads off, tortures women, rapes little girls.
None of it exaggerated.
You've seen pictures of it in the last three weeks.
Because it all happened because of Joe Biden.
Would you leave your civilians to the chance that the Taliban won't take control that fast?
Or would you leave your soldiers and your air base there?
In case the Taliban did what the Taliban does, terrorize, kill, murder, rape, and slaughter.
And your soldiers have done a pretty damn good job of stopping them.
They hadn't done it in a year and a half.
And even before that, this thing had gone down to not really the kind of war that we had originally.
In other words, 2,500 troops in an airbase kept them under control.
But you took it out!
Why?
What military person advised you of that?
That person should be court-martialed.
I mean, I would rather find a more eloquent way of saying this.
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
You've got to protect your citizens.
You promise protection to these Afghanis.
You take all the protection away and you rely on a government that's hanging by a shoestring.
Oh, but it gets worse than that.
Because you decide this on April something or other and say we're going to be out by September 11.
That one got me too, Mr. Biden.
But somehow you thought you were going to be, like, really, really comforting to the people who lost people on September 11 by telling us that you left Afghanistan and turned it over to the Taliban, the people who ran Afghanistan when Al Qaeda planned the attack?
On the United States of America, the worst foreign attack in our history, planned the attack that I watched, took my friends' lives, almost took mine and my compatriots that were with me.
You think you are going to gain my favor by telling me that after all these years of having gotten rid of the Taliban, after all these years of being safe, you have put the Taliban back where they were on September 11, 2001?
How did you ever decide that?
What's wrong with you?
What's wrong with you?
And why?
Why can't anyone in your party love their country enough to say you are unfit to be President of the United States?
And that is not a joke.
Tell that to the families of the people who died today, Mr. President.
Under any other president of my lifetime, they would not have died.
Under a man who had the full possession of his wit, they would not have died.
No one would have been stupid enough to take the soldiers and the base away.
Before the civilians were taken out.
And then you had to send the soldiers back.
And you didn't send enough!
And you still haven't sent enough!
And between April and the time you decided to start this withdrawal, the ground you did in the middle of the night, not telling anybody... Again, what's wrong with you?
The minute you started it, the Taliban went on a rampage.
They started taking city after city after city after city.
Whatever estimates you got of their ability to be able to take Kabul had to go get thrown out by any intelligent decision maker.
Any person I would give a seat to in emergency management.
You had to change a game plan.
Are you capable of that?
Are your people capable of it?
Do you listen to them?
Do you just form contrarian judgments to what they tell you?
Because all your life you've done that.
You've done that for a reason, Joe Biden, that's different than your dementia.
The reason is, you've always been the dumbest kid in the class.
And you got that chip on your shoulder so bad, you gotta be a moron not to see it.
That's the reason you said you graduated first in your class?
I don't know, what was it, fourth from the bottom?
And you were known as the dumbest kid in class and the biggest cheater.
How many degrees did you get?
About, you got two degrees and you cheated to get one.
Then you said you got five, right?
You said your family were coal miners for three generations, you lied, you stole Neil Kinnick's life.
You lied about giving an award to a soldier climbing up a tree in the middle of action and battle and the soldier turned down the award.
It's not true.
You weren't there.
You weren't in battle.
You didn't climb the tree.
You didn't even give him the award in Washington.
Obama did.
There's been something seriously wrong with you for a long, long time, including the fact you're a massive thief.
But now it's different.
Now you got what I see when I go visit loved ones in nursing homes.
You got it.
And you got it worse than a lot of the people in that nursing home.
And it reflects in these judgments.
It's not just how stupid you sound on television and how half the time you look like you're falling asleep.
And when you turn around you look like you don't know which way you're going.
You can't do the national anthem.
I mean, you probably can't do the National Anthem either, but you certainly can't do the Pledge of Allegiance.
I pledge allegiance to the flag—yeah, you know, you know.
This isn't a joke.
I don't know.
Sometimes it is.

It makes you sick to your stomach when you think of the lives that were lost.
If a competent man or woman were there, this would not have happened.

Recently, when you became president, he was asked, would he modify that?
that?" He said, no. That man looks like a real prophet today, doesn't he?
Because this one, this isn't just one bad decision.
This is one after the other.
First of all, not demanding any conditions that Trump had in the agreement that should have been demanded before you withdrew.
Just going right to the withdrawal.
Being just with the people around you who are political prostitutes, you know, they want to use September 11.
So let's get it for September 11.
Never thinking that the people on September 11, they want Afghanistan.
They don't want any more people coming out of Afghanistan and coming to kill us in New York.

This could have been changed at any time.
This could have been changed maybe if someone in your administration had the courage to come in and really talk to you.
This could have been changed if somebody in your family had the courage or the ability to extract themselves from the tremendous greed they have and say, Joe, you know, it's time to call it.
Let somebody else make these decisions and then we'll figure a nice way out.
I just don't think there's anybody else, even in your totally socialist, left-wing, Chinese-loving administration, that would have taken those troops out first and would have given up the airbase.
And now, I want to conclude with maybe, long term, the worst thing you did to us.
Short term, the lives you've cost us.
Inexcusable.
You're not entitled to any honors of any kind.
Told you if you were a Roman.
You'd have to resign.
You'd probably have to kill yourself, but we're not asking you to do that, really.
We're not.
We're not the Taliban.
Just go somewhere.
Go to the basement you spend your time in.
There are some very nice nursing homes.
Go there and ask God for forgiveness for the people that you killed.
You did it.
You did it, Joe.
You never should have taken on this job.
If you were a man of conscience, if you were the Catholic you say you are, you'd have looked into your soul and said, I can't do this job.
Maybe it's hard for you to admit how dumb you really have been all your life, and what a fool people think you are.
That's hard.
But you gotta know, You have to know that you are, and boy, this is kind, that you're slipping.
That you're slipping.
Biden, second press conference, you asserted the following.
You were asked by one reporter who had modicum of courage, oh, you've been criticized in Europe and elsewhere for this.
He said, I haven't seen any criticism in Europe.
In fact, I've seen praise.
The day you were asked that was the day after the Parliament of the United Kingdom, of Great Britain actually, the Parliament of Great Britain, House of Lords, House of Commons sitting together, held you in contempt!
Have they ever held an American president in contempt?
Has our strongest ally, Great Britain, ever held an American president in contempt?
You said you were not criticized, and you were held in contempt the day before?
Now, Joe, do you realize the situation that puts you in?
My, would I love to be cross-examining you.
If we ever had, like, fair courts anymore.
If we'd get your crooked hands off them.
Like you Democrats do in Democrat cities and corrupt our judges.
Because the Democrat hack politicians, put the judges on the bench, and the judges can't go anywhere unless the hack politicians Appoint them, promote them, and give them their law practice.
That's what's going on in New York and Philadelphia and Detroit and Chicago.
But Joe, you didn't know that the Parliament held you in contempt?
An American president for the first time?
You know the names they called you?
I mean, almost everything I've said and more.
Because, you know, they have courage.
They're not like our, even Republicans, who are so afraid.
You cannot be afraid and represent the people of the United States.
We live in perilous times.
If you're afraid, go find another job.
Don't represent people.
You'll get them killed.
People should have stood up to you two years ago.
I tried to get Republicans to investigate you, and they didn't want to investigate you
because they were your friend.
They were the friend of a guy who raked in $30 million selling his office.

I'm sorry.
My country comes first.
You know who you are. It takes guts to be a real politician.
We don't have too many.
We have some, and boy do they get crucified.
But we don't have that many.
You didn't know.
You were held in contempt by the British Parliament.
Your administration didn't know.
They didn't tell you.
Now, do you realize there's no good answer to this, Joe?
If you didn't know, then you shouldn't be President of the United States, because they're afraid to tell you.
And if they're afraid to tell you, they're afraid to tell you because you can't make decisions, my friend.
You're dangerous to this country.
Very dangerous.

Forgetting that you were held in contempt by the British Parliament isn't funny.
Taking the troops and the base out before the people isn't funny.

But it isn't funny when you're exercising responsibilities for the lives of other people.

Well, the British Parliament did hold you in contempt.
I think you knew it.
And I think you lied.
You couldn't have missed the hundreds and hundreds of European newspapers.
The one that had boob.
Idiot.
Oh, I can't remember them all.
You've been criticized all throughout Europe.
Your friend, Angela Merkel, thinks you should be held accountable.
Anybody want to tell you this?
Even Macron criticized you.
And then finally, Joe, when England, France and Germany sent a sufficient number of troops there to get their people out cleanly, why didn't you send a sufficient number of troops in there to get our people out cleanly?
Why are we having this difficulty?
If the Taliban gets in the way, shoot them.
If ISIS gets in the way, shoot them.
Why don't you send the SEALs there?
The Rangers?
How difficult do you think this would be for them?
Do you think they'd really challenge the SEALs and the Rangers?
Or the Marines?
Just let them do their job.
Their job is to extricate.
They're brilliant at extricating.
They're the best in the world!
And you're not using them!
And you're getting people killed!
We don't have to depend on somebody turning our people over to us.
We go get them!
You get in our way, you get taken out of our way!
That's what a leader does!
That's what a John Kennedy would do.
That's what a Franklin Roosevelt would do.
That's what an Abraham Lincoln would do.
That's what a Ronald Reagan would do.
That is what a Donald Trump would do.
You got one chance, Joe.
Do what I just said now.
Send over a truly impossible force to resist.
If they tell you it should be 5,000, do what I did when I was the mayor of New York.
Always add extra police.
That's why I never had a riot.
Only riots in New York were the last time there was a Democratic mayor.
And now, when there's a Democratic mayor, no riots under a Republican mayor, and crime went down 65%.
And in your Democratic cities, it's going through the roof, because they're like you.
Not that way, but philosophically.
Send them over now, please.
God, I beg you.
If you've got any decency left, take the best that we got, stick them on airplanes, land them there.
If you've got to shoot your way into Kabul air base that used to be ours, shoot your way into it.
There are lives at stake.
I don't want you to kill anybody.
But if you're going to kill somebody, I want you to kill the Taliban.
I want you to kill ISIS.
I don't want to see any more Marines killed.
Huh?
Any more get killed.
They should really have somebody in your cabinet should stand up and say 25th Amendment or begin like a civil commitment proceeding for you.
It's that bad.
And finally, finally, finally.
To the families of the Marines that were lost and the others, I tried.
I tried to warn the American people what this man would do.
For doing that, they've suspended my law license.
They've done everything they can to try to destroy me, destroy my reputation.
Make it out that I'm some kind of a foreign agent and Russian agent and represented people and didn't do this or didn't do that.
They just asked if they could go through on a search warrant that was only for a year.
They want to now go through 27 years of my texts and emails.
27 years.
Way back when I was mayor.
All during the time I practiced law.
Like We can't find anything wrong right now, but let's see if we
look far enough and long enough and hard enough Maybe we can come up with some lie
I don't regret any of that Bye.
I don't regret any of that because I did it.
I did it to prevent this from happening.
I knew this man could do this to us.
I knew it from Benghazi.
I knew what these people are like.
And as I heard the evidence, overwhelming, from other people, not from me, of his criminality, and I saw and talked to doctors.
You go back on my podcast and you'll see two doctors tell you a year and a half ago that this man is pretty well along in dementia.
You go back on my podcast and you'll see all the evidence of his criminality.
I tried hard.
I feel terrible that I failed.
And that we got him as a president.
And that he is doing irreparable damage to the country that we all love.
It's sure irreparable when you get people killed.
And now Bagram Air Force Base.
That's a separate matter from Afghanistan.
Don't we have the intellect left any longer to separately analyze things?
So you say, well, we've got to take people out of Bagram Air Force Base because we've got to take our troops out of Afghanistan.
But Bagram Air Force Base exists for another reason.
It is 400 miles from China.
It is 500 miles from Iran.
Who is the long term greatest threat to this country militarily?
China.
It is possible, I believe it's true, but it's certainly possible that China just pulled off a horrible attack on us and the world with CCP virus.
They certainly knew that they had to close down China and they sent people out for two months.
Thank goodness our president stopped it in one month.
Biden would have continued it for another month and we'd have lost another million people.
Biden would have done it because China owns him.
I believe it is fair to ask the question, did he close Bagram to help China?
I mean, if he doesn't help them enough, China's going to sue him to get some of those $20 or $30 million back that they gave him.
I mean, they got him big time.
Do you know, had he not been elected president, he had a contract with China, he and his family did, for $30 million a year, with someone described as the biggest or best trainer of Chinese spies?
Communist Chinese spies.
So I want to leave you with the thought about Bagram.
If we didn't have a Bagram airbase, it would be in the national security interest of the United States to have one.
To have a base within 400 miles of China and to have a base within 500 miles of Iran.
miles of Iran. Iran wants to kill us.
No special pity for me.
They tried to kill me twice.
Press didn't care.
They didn't bother to cover it.
A little bit.
Tried to kill me in Paris along with many, many other people.
But I was one of the main speakers with Newt Gingrich and Madame Rajavi.
Four people arrested, one of them an Iranian diplomat, tried and convicted.
And right before that, I went to a celebration in Albania, again with Madame Rajavi, four people arrested, four people convicted by the Albanian government.
Thank God!
I will always, always be indebted to the Albanian government and admire them for the brave way in which they dealt with the Iranians who had set up To bomb the facility that our Iranian dissidents and the Iranian government are waiting, that can overtake the Ayatollah.
If this administration and the prior one, Obama, would stop giving them cash, Again, just passed over.
Obama, Biden giving Iran the Ayatollah cash.
Governments do business with wire transfers.
Organized criminals, drug dealers, and terrorists do business in cash.
Iran supports terrorists.
I just did a kind of logical thing.
Biden couldn't figure it out.
Obama could.
So maybe that'll be our next episode.
I think that's the guy calling the shots.
Making all the same mistakes Obama made, except much bigger, much worse, because he doesn't have... because he's not fit to be president.
So.
I'm sorry we took so long to go through this.
I'm sorry we are where we are.
But we've got to stay together.
We've got to focus laser-like on 2022 and 2024 and change this country and throw the Democrat Party out so it can save itself, so it can get rid of the head that is rotting.
But before that, this man's not going to make it.
He can't be there.
I don't care how worried you are about Harris or how worried you are about this one or that one.
We can't have a president.
We can't have a president that doesn't know that he was held in contempt by the British Parliament.
We can't have a president that takes the troops out before the people that have to be protected.
I mean, suppose I had taken the firefighters out of the World Trade Center before the civilians and they all died.
We kind of left them in there.
I don't know.
I think you'd either tried me or put me in a crazy house, huh?
Right?
And you should have.
So, please, remain together.
Pray for the repose of the souls of those Marines and others that didn't have to die.
Ask God to give them special favor.
And ask God to somehow deliver us.
Deliver America.
It's... I say this with humility, not pride or xenophobia.
It's the greatest country on Earth.
No one's done what we've done, dear God.
You know that.
Favor us, huh?
Favor us with an enlightened electorate.
Let them overcome the brainwashing and the censorship.
We need God back in America.
And they drove that out.
And we need families back.
And they drove that out.
And they're trying to.
Get involved.
It's your country.
Country belongs to us, not them.
Doesn't belong to the people running it.
Belongs to the people who live here.
It's a government of, formed by the people.
It was made that way.
And your rights come from God.
So, God bless America.
